I sold my last startup for $110, but if I had to do it again today using AI, here's exactly what I'd do.
First, find a winning category. You don't have to reinvent the wheel here. Go to appmagic.rocks, totally free. You can see the best performing apps in the App Store. Look for common themes and you'll find a winning category.
Second, you want to find what's known as a blue ocean in that category. So you're looking for an angle, a specific value, or something that you can do that allows you to sell in the category while still being meaningfully differentiated.
Third, don't build a product. Don't vibe it, don't use AI. You want to vibe market it. So build a landing page for that product and start running ads, either organic or paid, and see if people are actually interested in it.
And then finally, only if you find that people are actually signing up for a waitlist, or getting interested in what you're running, then you build the product. This is the exact playbook we use at L7D, my venture studio.
If you want to do this yourself, we have a full playbook that gives you the prompts, what models to use, everything you need to know to run this process. We give it away totally for free, so check it out.
