National Genetics is an industrial poultry innovation company that seeks to satisfy the demand for baby chicks from companies in the Ecuadorian poultry sector in an integrated quality process that combines the human talent of our workers with adequate technology and infrastructure. Next, we invite you to learn about our production processes. Our processes begin with the importation of breeders. These are brought from France, Brazil, and the United States of America, countries that have achieved a high degree of genetic development. Their transport is carried out by air in specially conditioned airplanes, in such a way that the specimens arrive in our country in the best conditions. Once on our farms, they are raised in compliance with all sanitary standards, which guarantees us an optimal quality product. Our farms are located in completely isolated areas with a privileged climate and suitable for the development of this activity. After 23 weeks, the mating stage takes place. As its name indicates, this is the moment when the hens come into contact with the rooster, and with this, they give rise to reproduction. At this point, it is of utmost importance to consider the characteristics that the male must possess to ensure correct transmission of the traits requested by the clients. The selection of the males is done in compliance with high quality standards and management processes to ensure a product with high fertility and good viability. After mating comes the laying period. For this, technically conditioned spaces are available so that the hens lay their eggs in a calm, clean, and stress-free environment. Egg collection is carried out respecting strict biosecurity norms and in periods of four to six times per day. The egg is placed in the trays with extreme care and positioned with the tip facing down. This way, correct embryo development is guaranteed. Once the eggs are collected, they are classified. Only the best are selected to be taken to the incubation plant, and they are disinfected by spraying with a coarse droplet to ensure total coverage in the bath. [Music] The transport from the farm to the incubator is carried out in the company's own vehicles, specially conditioned for the purpose. Once they arrive, they are received by personnel from the area who carry out a new classification according to weight and place them in trays. Subsequently, the eggs are taken to a cold room at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. Here they receive a new disinfection process and rest in this place until the day they are to enter the incubators. One of the most important processes in baby chick production is incubation. This is carried out according to a hatching schedule, in which eggs are entered according to the company's needs. The machines that National Genetics has are of the latest technology, which guarantees that the future baby chick will be among the most competitive, and therefore, excellent profitability for the final client is guaranteed. In these machines, they will remain for a period of 18 days at a temperature of 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit and a relative humidity of 80.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Here they receive movement every 2 hours. After remaining for 18 days in the incubators, the eggs are transferred to the hatchers. Here they are moved to hatching trays, as these are specially designed for the transformation of the egg into a chick. This stage lasts three days until the final product emerges. Once removed from the hatchers, they proceed to a classification stage where non-apt chicks are removed, and the selected chicks are vaccinated according to each client's specifications prior to packaging. The selection is made by the breed of the bird. Then the specimens are counted and finally packed for subsequent dispatch. The boxes are technically made both in material and in their shape. This ensures that the baby chick arrives in ideal conditions at the rearing farms. [Music] The placement of the boxes inside the transport vehicles is also handled with subtlety and care. Sometimes the journey to be covered is long, and it must be guaranteed that the chicks travel in the best possible conditions. For this, our company has several units whose size and conditioning characteristics are given based on the quantity of chickens to be transported and their destination. Meticulously handling each stage in the baby chick production process, including transport, the rearing of laying hens, and egg treatment, has allowed National Genetics to position itself in the Ecuadorian poultry market thanks to the excellent results obtained by our clients. A contribution of genetics from myself, without any problem, with an excellent quality chicken with interesting yields that has led to better days within what concerns my company.
