Yes, change is scary. But do you know what's also scary? Looking back at your life in 20 years with regret that you never achieved your dream life because you could just never find the perfect time. You kept telling yourself, "I'm going to wait until the new year. I'm going to wait until the new month. I'm going to wait until that day that you felt ready, but the day never came."

Weeks went by. Months went by. Years went by. And deep down inside, you knew that you wanted to change your life, but you were just waiting until you felt ready. What if I told you it only takes seven days, not seven months, not seven years, not even seven weeks. In 7 days, I can give you a step-by-step, day-by-day blueprint on how you are finally going to take control of your life. Because you have a choice to make. You can decide today to do what's necessary to change your life. Or you can wait until the perfect day and build up years, months, and hours of regrets of the life that you always dreamed of, but it just felt like you just never could find the day when it would happen.

Now, this video is for you if you're part of my 90-day challenge, but you've been procrastinating and you have not started anything, but it's a week away and you want to get a jump on it. This kind of condenses a lot of my videos in one so you can achieve a lot of this stuff in 7 days. But then also if you're not a part of my challenge or joining and you just want to change your life in 7 days, this video is also for you. So first let's get started.

Now the first two days, one to two days, we are going to call this tracking without change. I know a lot of people the first thing you want to hear is this is how you change your life. This is what you do and these are the healthy habits. That honestly is possibly counterintuitive for a lot of individuals and I'm going to explain why.

Now, before you track, I actually want you for 15 minutes to write down what are your goals? What do you want to achieve? For 15 minutes, put on a timer. What are the goals? And just keep writing. Just keep thinking of goals. Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to get a certain car? Like, just think of goals that you want to achieve as a whole. Not even in seven days. Just what are some goals that you want to achieve? That's the first thing.

Now going back to why we are calling it tracking without changing. So we have an awareness of what are the goals that you want to achieve. We actually need to figure out where are you now in life. We don't want to think from the future you. We want to think from the current you. So we want to figure out what is causing what I call inflammation in your life, problems in your life. And you're going to do this by and I have a worksheet you can get at the end where you literally just track what are you doing? What time do you wake up? What time do you go to sleep? How much time do you spend on your phone? What are the major things that you do throughout the day that take most chunks of your time? Essentially, just becoming aware of yourself, even your moods. Just write those things down.

Now, the reason why I called it inflammation is because I actually went through something recently where I had to use this and it helped me and it was because of inflammation in my body. So, for a past couple weeks, I've been very, very, very itchy. I've literally been having allergic reactions and I'm not allergic to anything to my knowledge. I've been having hives. It's been hard for me to sleep. It's just been a lot of problems with it.

Now, I would change out so much stuff. I changed out my hair literally cuz I thought it was my hair. I changed out my sheets. I changed out what I was washing my clothes with. I bought, you know, vitamins and stuff to help detox. Nothing was working. When I kept trying to change things, I finally sat down with myself and I'm like, "Okay, what am I currently doing?" Like, what are some of the things that I'm doing right now? Then I paid attention to well one of the things I started was using antibacterial soap. Now I know all the clean warriors are going to come in the comments. Sorry I didn't know. You're not supposed to use antibacterial like dial soap every single day. I was using it as the first part of my wash routine and then of course I will follow up with like a body wash, something nourishing and then lotion. I didn't know you're not supposed to use it every day because it can cause something called dermatitis. And that is what I had. It wasn't until I stopped and said, "What am I currently doing that's wrong?" And then figured off that that I was able to essentially benefit from the things I was doing that was right. I was changing certain things about my life. I was adding certain vegetables in my diet, really trying to get rid of this allergic reaction the whole time. It was something that I was doing on a consistent basis. So all this other stuff I was adding didn't matter. And that's what I want you to essentially understand. You can keep adding all these good habits and healthy habits, but if you're not aware of why you're not where you want to be, if you're not aware of what you're doing now, it's going to be a waste.

So that's what I want you to do. Also, the neuroscience of course behind it is there's something in your brain called your antigular singular cortex. Essentially, it's the area in your brain that monitors conflict and difficulty. Now, a lot of times there are things in your life that bring you conflict and error, but your brain doesn't really essentially know that that's what that is because you've never actually became aware that this thing is actually was bringing you error and conflict. For example, me with the dial soap now I know not to use it. Since that part of my brain has been turned on, I know, hey, if I use the Dow soap, it's going to lead to a error. That error is me hives all this other stuff. And so I think a lot of people need to understand that part of your brain probably is not turned on. Not because it's not working, but because you actually haven't stopped and became aware of the things that you are doing and essentially figuring out why those things may be keeping you back. So like I said, the first two days I want you to do something called tracking without changing.

Now day three, we are going to call this building your decision muscle. So, a lot of people probably have heard something called your preffrontal cortex, right? That's the part of your brain that people say when you turn 25, you get and like you're officially an adult. The main function of the prefrontal cortex is to help you make better decisions. That's why you get to a certain age, you look back and you're like, "Oh my gosh, I made all these bad decisions. Why did I do that? Why is it just now hitting me?" It's probably because your prefrontal cortex is finally coming in. Now you actually can strengthen your prefrontal cortex as if it is a muscle. Your prefrontal cortex is for decision-making. If you start making more decisions, i.e. breaking down your goals, it will make your prefrontal cortex stronger because essentially that's what it's for. It's supposed to help you break down your goals. That is why it is hard for a 5-year-old to do something that is not hard for a 25-year-old to do because they can make decisions. They can say, "Okay, I'm getting in the car. I'm going to go left. I'm going to go right. And that's how I'm going to get there." A 5-year-old just knows they want to go to the store. A 25-year-old can figure out what are the decisions they have to make to get there.

So, for one day, I want you to break down a goal. Try to make a goal that you can break down in about two to three steps, give or take. So, maybe it's something like, I have a goal of eating healthy today. Okay? So, that means I'm going to have to decide what I'm bringing for lunch. That means I'm also going to be hungry. So, I was like, I ain't just going to bring no granola bar. Like, I have to bring stuff. That may be a decision of me going to the grocery store. That may be me deciding what I'm going to get at the grocery store. Maybe that looks like me going to the gym, but instead of just saying I'm going to the gym, I'm going to work on my back muscles and I'm going to target certain areas and so I'm going to do this many reps for this many. Essentially, figure out something you can break down. The whole idea behind this is because I don't think a lot of people understand the disconnect between the person that you want to be and the person that you are now is your ability to get there, right? I think we will all agree. Why haven't you gotten there yet? Most people would say, "I'm stuck. I haven't gotten to where I want to be because I just don't know how to get there. I'm just stuck." It's actually a little less complicated than you may think because I want you to think about it like this. Let me tell you, I want to go to New York from Boston, right? And I'm like, I really want to go to, you know, New York. I really want to go to New York, but I just don't know how to get there. What would you say to me? Oh, well, you can drive. Oh, well, you could take a plane. Oh, if you really, really know up north, you might even say you could take the trolley, and then you could take the ferry and then you could take the You're going to break it down to me. And then even if I tell you, well, if I want to take a plane, how I'm going to do that? Oh, well, go online, compare rates, see what's the cheapest, and then put in your card information, and then book your ticket. What did you just do to me? You just strengthened your prefrontal cortex. You just broke something down to me to help me learn how to get from A to B. That is the reason why a lot of people have not gotten where they are. The same reason why for some people, they can't seem to figure out how to get to Boston from New York. it is because they literally don't know how to break it down. And I want you to understand, when you don't strengthen your prefrontal cortex and or use it, when you don't break down anything, everything seems like such a big decision. So, when you're making decisions thinking about, oh my gosh, should I go back to school or should I move to a new state? Things that are big life decisions, they feel just as heavy sometimes as you deciding what workout you want to do at the gym. Like don't get me wrong, that's pretty important to understand, but like what do you think is more important? What workout you want to do at the gym or what city do you want to move to or what career do you want to change to? That's probably stronger, right? That probably seems more life detrimental, life impacting. But for a lot of people, you can't make these big decisions because your brain is not even used to making little decisions. That's like telling a two-year-old to pick up a five pound weight and then to pick up a 500 pound weight or one-year-old. To them, it's the same thing. They can't, it doesn't make a difference to them. They can't do either. That's the same thing for you. The 500 lb decisions feel just as hard as the five lb decisions because your preffrontal cortex is weak. So, on day three, that is what we are going to have you train that muscle. Break something down and get used to saying, "I want this thing." So, let me break down how I'm going to actually get this thing because that's the only way you can get to your goals.

Now day four, we are going to call this the tipping point day. Think of this as being the cherry on top. The one thing that causes the trickle effect to so many other things. I don't think a lot of people think about the tipping points in their life. One little thing that caused this chain reaction. Very similar to a butterfly effect. Like, we don't think about it, but your parents possibly meant bumping into each other at the grocery store. Your parents probably meant somebody was at a red light. Like there's so many little things that can change and make a ripple effect into big things. And a lot of times too, that is what you're waiting for. You're waiting for that day to come that you say, "I'm going to make this decision. I'm going to do this thing." Oh, well, you're going to do it on day four. You're going to do something that is almost irreversible. You're going to do something that literally you're going to have to change yourself to fit the new thing that you've done. This may look like you booking a month's worth of workout classes. So, you literally have to go because you already paid for it. And if you miss them, that's, you know, money down a drain and possibly more money. That's going to look like you enrolling to go back to school. Like, and I know some of these things sound like, I'm going to do that in a day. Well, I don't know what to do. A lot of people know what to do. A lot of people have been thinking about what to do, but you're haunting it. And you're like, maybe I should do it, or maybe I should. Listen, you've been thinking about going back to school. sit down for about an hour and 30 minutes, two hours, research a couple schools, and enroll. Like, I know it sounds like I'm making it into a just do it, but that's what you need. You're waiting for the perfect time, and the perfect time is today. That's why you're watching this video.

So, on day four, I want you to think about something that is literally going to cause a ripple effect in your life. And the reason why this is so important is because it changes something in your brain called your self schema. So your schema is essentially the part of your brain that interprets stuff and kind of tells you what things are. So for example, my phone, right? If I was to use my phone and put it like this to my ear, everyone watching the video probably would say, "Oh, that makes sense. Like she's on the phone." If I had no case on my phone and I would drop my phone, people would be like, especially if it's on the concrete, right? Hypothetically thinking, if we went somewhere where they did not have cell phones or a civilization, a country, something they didn't have cell phones, they would be like, "What is this? What? Like, how do you They might They might dropped on a concrete trying to test it out thinking that it's a rock." Why? Because their schema, their prior experiences is they don't know what this thing is. They have no interaction with this thing. They have no essentially knowledge of this thing. And so I want you to understand your schema is who you are. You literally can change who you are by experiencing new things. Now, if those individuals have me teach them this is how you use a phone and this is how you make a phone call. Moving forward, they're already going to know that. So next time they see a phone, they're going to interact with it differently. And a perfect example of this, maybe it's not perfect, maybe it's just a little personal, but I actually had something happen and I realized it changed my schema. So, I'm recently going back to school at the age of 25. And it's been interesting, right? Cuz now I have to study, but then I also have bills to pay, but then I also have it's a lot going on. And so, making this decision caused the ripple effect because it's making me do other things differently. And there was a guy that like I was talking to and, you know, we would just chill here and there. And he actually text me, you know, he called me and he was like, "Oh, like he wanted to chill with me one night." And I had homework to do, but I'm thinking in my head, "Okay, when I'm done with this homework, like I'll probably just chill with him." I told him essentially like, "Oh, you know, I have homework, all this other stuff." He was like, "Oh, you could do that later. Like, ain't nobody worried about that." That man would never hear from me again. Why? Because my schema has changed. Why? Because my responsibilities have changed. The fact that you're telling me that something that I genuinely care about, something that's genuinely important to me and like just something that's good is not, oh, you could do that later. Oh, you could. No, no, no, no. I can't do that later. But if I did not experience going back to school, I possibly would have hung out with people like that. I possibly would have been cool chilling with him. But it's because there wasn't anything in my life that caused any friction. There wasn't anything in my life that would have told me, "Hey, this is not what we do anymore." And so sometimes you need that tipping point. You need something in your life that literally changes everything in your life. If you pay for these workout classes and you got to work out in the morning, you can't just go out to drink with your friends and stay up all night. You going to be like, "I got to go, girl, cuz I got to work out." Do something like that that's literally going to require your schema to change. It's literally going to require a whole new version of you. And we think of it always being this drastic, you know, 50-day thing. No, you literally can do it in one day, but you just have to make that choice. So, like I said, day four is the tipping point.

Now, the next one, day five, we are going to do something called borrowed bravery. It takes a lot of bravery to make the decisions that are necessary when it comes to changing your life. To make the decision to wake up when you don't want to wake up. To make the decision to post on social media when people are going to judge you. To make the decision to go back to school and people might judge you because you're too grown for it. And so sometimes I want you to understand you can kind of do something similar to borrowing bravery. What someone else did, you can kind of get the idea of how to do that, what's necessary to do that. And also understand that if you find a story that mirrors yours, it kind of makes it a little bit normal. And so an example of what I want you to do is actually and maybe a couple days before you can start getting it ready, make a whole playlist, but watch interviews, watch podcasts of individuals that come from possibly where you come from. Experience what you've experienced and are doing what you want to do. So, not necessarily hearing a millionaire talk about her day in the life and I wake up in the morning and I go to Pilates and I no somebody talking to you about and then when I used to wake up in the morning, it used to be rats in my house and then for six, seven years I was on the road. I was grinding trying to get my singing career together and then they finally That's what I want you to listen to because you start to borrow people's bravery first and foremost when you start seeing what it's necessary to be done to get to where you want to be. But then also to a certain extent I think a lot of people to understand what you can learn from it. And even during that I want you to write down three things that you learn that you can use when you're listening to these interviews when you're listening to these podcasts. And some people may say, "All right, this sounds dumb." Like, I don't think that this would necessarily work. There's science behind it, of course, which I will explain. But even in my own personal experience, this YouTube channel is a product of me borrowing someone's bravery. I watched a Kai interview right before I really started with YouTube, and I'll never forget it was on the podcast Million Dollars Worth of Game with Gillian Wallow, and he talked about being in college and how he would literally sometimes miss going out to parties. he would be running on one side of the campus on another side of the campus trying to like download the file because it used to take forever. If you are a content creator, you know what I'm talking about um from your USB. And essentially he would say this is because he posted every other day. He literally outworked his competition. And so that's what I did. I previously was looking at the big content creators, right? The big people, especially in my space, and they would post once a week. And so I'm kind of like, okay, well, I could just post once a week. That's what the big people do. But then when I heard a story of somebody during their grind posted every other day, I said, "Well, I'm not big yet. I'm in my grind." When I first started, y'all, I posted every other day. I posted four times a week sometimes. And that's how I honestly felt like I got to 100,000 followers in a year. It was because I first and foremost outworked the competition. So, I learned faster. I cut out some of the wrong stuff faster. And what took people sometimes three to four years to do, I did it in one because I put out the same amount of videos that they did in three to four years. But I had to learn that from getting borrowed bravery. And it's so crazy because I don't even watch streams. I don't even watch like Kaisen's content if you want me to be honest. But I know he's in a place in the space that I want to be. So I wanted to hear his come-up story. Like he's one of those people. Duski like there's certain people when they have like real interviews I watch them because I learn so much from them. So borrow someone's bravery but also with the neuroscience of it of course there are neurons in your brain that are sometime activated when they see a story that they can mirror and it sub it kind of makes them rehearse it themselves and feel like they're doing that thing themselves. And so when he said that I imagine myself posting every other day. I imagine myself doing that thing. And you could do this with so many different things. Of course, content was an easy example, but you could do it with losing weight, starting a business, but I recommend that like hearing people's come up stories. That's why I love biographies. That's why I love just hearing about people during their grind because it gives me so much motivation. It gives me so much like, oh, this is possible. Oh, you could do it, too. But it doesn't feel like that when all you're hearing about is people's successes. So, for day five, we are going to do something called borrowed bravery.

Now, for day six, we are going to really get into it and we're going to do something called stress test your energy. We want to see how you do under pressure. The first two weeks, the first week of starting your goals, that is what we call the honeymoon stage. That is when you have all the motivation. That is when you're so proud of yourself. That's when you feel great. But then it slowly dies down. And that's usually when most people quit their goals because it starts to become normal. You felt good waking up in the morning early because you didn't do it before. But now you've been doing it for three, four weeks and it just feels like uh like I'm not motivated to do it. It felt good the first week or two when you were eating healthy, but now we're on week four and it's like gh I have to eat broccoli again. So we want to test out what that's going to feel like for you when you have no motivation. is sort of when you got no energy. So pick the worst time of your day when you feel like you have no energy. For most people, it probably would be when you get out of work, though, it's really to each its own. For a lot of people, in the morning, you wake up, you have energy. Even if you don't want to get up in the morning, you usually still once you get up, you have energy. Think about a time where you have the least amount of energy. You're the most depleted throughout your day. And that is what I want you to focus on. If you've been keeping up with the series, your anchor goal, but if you haven't been keeping up with the 90-day series, just a major goal. So, this can look like you going to the gym. This can look like you sitting down, recording the content, editing the content, putting it together, working on the business. What is a major goal that you want to do and do it during this time period? The good thing about this is first and foremost, it's going to show you what it actually is going to look like for you doing this goal, what it's going to feel like more so when your motivation dies off. But then also, this teaches you sustainability. Are you actually going to be able to sustain this goal? Because kind of the way your brain works is it wants to figure out what's going to be able to survive. And so maybe you do need to adjust this goal a little bit. Maybe you do need to change some things about this goal because when we first make goals, let's just be honest, we give ourselves these outlandish things that we have to do and we have to accomplish. And sometimes that's just not that. So that's a great thing as well. But this is a major one I want a lot of people to do. Stress test your goal. We we we going to put that goal under pressure and let's see if the pipes bust or we make diamonds.

Now finally day seven. So we are going to break day seven into two parts. It's going to be into pattern recognition and identity alignment. So first we're going to talk about pattern recognition. What is that? A lot of people say they want to change their identity. I want to change my identity. I want to change you know something about me and rebrand my identity. Let's start speaking about what is identity and I think I'll make a whole video on this but essentially identity is one sense of self. Now some of these senses of self can be what you choose such as groups you want to be a part of but sometimes they can come from outside essentially communications of who you are, how you communicate that. So essentially I identify as a black woman. That's something that I can't change. It's not something that I chose but it's not something that I would choose anything else as. But then also I identify as things that I chose. I identify as a content creator. I identify as a urban romance girly. Right? All these things that I identify as are groups that I am in. When you start thinking about what are the patterns in your life when you want to change your identity, you first and foremost have to figure out what do you already identify as. You have many identities already. There's so many people that want to change their identities. What are the identities you already have? What are the groups you are a part of? Because there is a sense of entry that you have to do to get in these groups and be a part of these groups. There are certain experiences that other people outside of these groups won't even understand. And that can go from me being a black woman. If you're not a black woman, certain things you just wouldn't understand because you're not part of that identity, that group. But then also being a urban urban romance girly book. You wouldn't understand certain things if you're not part of that community or even the book community. You wouldn't understand if I said I'm a DNF a book. That means do not finish. You wouldn't understand if I say, "Uh, I hate the um FMC." That's the female main character. They're just certain things that being a part of that group other people wouldn't understand. But then also entry into that group the requirements of reading certain kinds of books of even reading books that makes me a part of that group and makes me a part of that community. There's things that people in that community relate to that I relate to. We share an identity in that form. So the first thing I want you to do is write down your identities and you can get as singular as possible. For some people, your weight can be an identity for you. If that's something that's a major factor in your life and associates you with certain communities and certain people wouldn't understand your experiences based on that, that can be an identity. How much money you make, where you come from, but also understand identities are not necessarily static. Not all of them. Like they can change. They're dynamic. They can change. Certain things you can't change. Like being a black woman, not that I want to, but that's very much so static. I can't change that. But then things are dynamic. things can change. So my identity based upon where I grew up doesn't have to be the identity I have when I become an adult in where I live, right? But just think about the identities that you have now. Then I want you to think about the identities of the people that you are around the most. So mainly for a lot of people is their friends and their close family. Start thinking about their identities. Are your friends more so college graduates? Do they identify in that group? How much money do your friends make roughly? Usually people in a friend group make roughly the same amount. Um you can even start thinking about where do they live? Possibly in the same town as you, similar towns. But then also you can start looking at how do they live? Do they live at home? Do a lot of your um friends and you know people close to you have their own place. Start looking at these identities. And then finally, I know this sounds like a lot, but you want a lot. Compare them to the identities that you want to have. Going back to identities, the groups that you want to be a part of. And I know hearing that some people may say like, "Oh, well being a part of a group, I got to be a part of the group." You do. That's how you have to have an identity because if you, let's think about school, right? Whether you went to private school or you went to public school. It was based upon your identity. If you have the money for it, your parents could send you to public school. I meant private school. But let's say if you didn't have the money for it or your parents just didn't want you to, they would send you to public school. Even going to public school though, you had to have a certain identity. You can't be from this town and go to a public school in another town. You have to have a similar identity to the people in that school. And so I want you to understand your identity is so deep. And I can go on and on about this, but I want you to start asking yourself that like paying attention to the patterns, the identities you have, the identities those around you have, and then compare them to the identities that you want to have. And when you're thinking about the identities you want to have, think about the groups that you want to be a part of.

Now, the next one is doing identity alignment exercises. So, we are going to figure out how we can get you aligned with the identities that you want to be a part of. For 15 minutes, kind of similar to what I had you do in the first day, but a little bit different. I want you to write down identity-based goals. So, instead of saying, "I want to lose weight. I want to get a certain kind of car. I want to," and disclaimer, I probably should have said this in the beginning, but when you're writing down your goals, don't just say you want to lose weight. Say how much weight you want to lose. Don't just say, "I want a new car." Write down the specific car. are like get very specific on your goals. These are not dreams. These are goals, things that we can achieve. But here for the next 15 minutes on the last day, I want you to write down identity-based goals. So identity-based goals, going back to what does it mean to be a part of a group essentially you have to do certain things to gain access. So identity-based goals are I go to the gym four times a week. Identity-based goals are I eat a vegan diet. Like whatever you want to do, but I want you to write down this for 15 minutes and put on a timer for 15 minutes straight and try to see all that you can have on there. Disclaimer as well. Think about groups identities that you actually want to be a part of. Like don't just say something because it sounds nice because this is what you're actually thinking about doing. This is not what you just say you want. This is what you're going to have to do. the identity that you're going to have. And so, I want you to write down those for 15 minutes.

Now, after this, I want you to compare your first day goals with the 7-day goals. And I want you to ask yourself, do they align? Do the things that you say you want to achieve align with essentially who you say that you want to be. Once you figured out that, one of the final steps is pick your top three to five. For some people, three to five may sound like the sweet spot. That's perfect. What are the top three to five you want to achieve by the end of the year? For some people, that may sound like too many, but trust me, pick your top three to five because I have another video which I will link below where I literally break down for you step by step on how to achieve your goals literally on a whiteboard. And you need about 3 to five at least to really get specific and figure out what are the ones that are important to you. What are the ones that are doable? And what would that actually look like? Because like I said before, you need to break down your goals, but you probably just don't know how to do that yet. So that entire video, that is what I do.

So if you like this video and if you're serious about changing your life before the new year, this is 7 days, but this is the foundation that's necessary to change your life. I recommend in the next week, join my 90-day challenge, which starts September 25th. From September 25th to December 24th, right before Christmas, I am having a 90-day challenge to essentially change your life. In my intro video, which you can find in my playlist for my 90-day challenge, I break down it in 30-day chunks. Step one, step two, step three of how you are going to change your life. The idea is in 90 days you are going to build your identity. You are going to become part of certain groups and for the rest of the year for 2026 that is when you're going to do the things that you wanted to do on day one. The goals that you want to achieve. You cannot achieve these goals until you become the kind of person that does those things that gets those goals. You're not going to lose the weight until you become the kind of person that works out and eats healthy. You're not going to make money from a business until you become the kind of person that starts the business, that learns how to run the business, and promotes the business. Until you have that business owner identity, you ain't going to get that business owner money.

So, if you're serious about changing your life, definitely start doing my 90-day challenge. Like I said, I have really been in preseason lately, just helping people prepare, sorry, prepare. And I have an entire series which you definitely can watch. But also I recommend to go below which I have a worksheet for this video. So I mentioned it earlier where you can fill in things. I know for a lot of people cuz for every one of my 90-day videos I have a worksheet. People have been saying they haven't been getting the worksheet. Um please make sure you check your spam folder and if you have Gmail check your socials folder because a lot of times it's been going in there. After you do that, star it. make sure it's starred. So now it goes to your main folder every single time. And also I come out with weekly emails just basically telling you about the video that came out recently for the challenge if you missed it and just giving you the worksheet explaining it and everything like that. So like I said, if you're serious about changing your life, go below, get the worksheet to sign up for my 90-day challenge. If you are part of the 90-day challenge or you're watching this video for the first time and you just started, welcome to the family and comment below if you are joining the 90-day challenge.

Also, for some helpful things below, I also am coming out with a Instagram page where I'm just going to post daily motivation because I know during this time a lot of people are really going to need it, including myself. And I'm also just going to give tips on helping you. So, it's going to be under my brand name, The Simple Complex, but the link for it will be below. I have linked below my Tik Tok. I have linked below my podcast if you prefer listening. But listen, if you're serious about change your life, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, give yourself 90 days. A week from now, you have about 90 days, give or take, until the rest of the year is about to come. Take this time to do it. Even if you watch this video late and you only got 80 days, give yourself 80 days and adjust. You only got 75 days. Give yourself 75 days and just you can do it. You've made it to the end of this video. So that means you have serious about something. Stop waiting for the right time, the right day, and change.
