I just took a new AI business from zero to over $100,000 in sales in just 90 days. And I did all this with a small starting budget, a simple business model, and just 30 minutes a day. So, in this video, I'm going to break down exactly how I did it. So, you can just copy me.
As you can see, from June to August, in the span of 90 days, this business went from literal ground zero to over $100,000 in sales, even at one point reaching over $2500 a day in revenue. The craziest part about all this is that I didn't even build this business for myself. This was all part of an experiment that I did where I took a broke subscriber and helped them launch their first AI business in 30 days. And what's crazy is the person that I chose for this challenge was only 17 years old at the time, had less than $100 to his name, and he was still able to figure this out. And if you fast forward another 90 days, this business went on to do over $200,000 in sales in its first 6 months.
The reason why I'm showing you this is for you to understand that we are living in an absolutely insane time. A time where a complete beginner with no previous experience is able to achieve crazy results like this on their first attempt. And this is all thanks to the introduction of AI.
Before we get into the strategy, I have something exciting to share with y'all. I got sick and tired of seeing all these people charge thousands of dollars for courses about how to make money online. And if you guys been following me for a while, you know I'm all about free value and giving out as much game as I can. So, I decided to create a free course that's going to teach you guys everything I learned about selling products online over the last 10 years. This same information is responsible for me making millions of dollars in sales and helping out the beginner I just told you about. Not only are you going to get the course, but we're also going to set you up with your own AI built Shopify store all for free. I'm doing this as my gift to you guys that have been loyal to this channel for years. I wanted to take my best training, my best tools, put them all in one place, and give this away to you guys for free. So, if you want this, the link is going to be down below in the description. I don't know how much longer it's going to be available. So, get it while you can. But for now, let's get back into the video.
Where you once needed to be skilled in these areas such as web design, marketing, and content creation, you now have access to tools that can do them for you at an extremely high level. The only difference maker now between the people who are successful with this and those who aren't is simply their ability to make use of this technology. So that's why step number one is getting familiar with the tools. To achieve the results that I showed you today, I leveraged three tools: Shopify, Claude, and Higsfield. Let me break them all down.
Now, of course, if you follow my channel, you already know all about Shopify, so we don't need to speak too much about this. But for the one person that's watching this video that has never heard of Shopify, it's basically a platform where we are going to be able to sell products online. And throughout the course of my career, I've made millions of dollars selling products on Shopify, and I currently own a portfolio of stores doing over $10 million per year. Shopify is the platform that changed my life, and I still recommend it as one of the most valuable tools for a complete beginner looking to make money online today.
This is the Shopify store that we built to generate those results that I just showed you. And what is absolutely insane is that pretty much everything you see on this store was done with AI. These images were generated with AI. These people were generated with AI. The text that you see on the site was cooked up by Claude. This entire website was generated with the assistance of AI. You know, a couple years ago to get a store to this level, it would have literally taken me days of work. But now with AI, we can do it relatively quickly so long as we use the right tools.
And one of the tools that helped me the most in this entire process was Claude. How could I describe Claude? It's basically like a super genius that can do anything with almost no limitations. You want to develop a new app from scratch? Sure, Claude will do it in an hour. It will write thousands of pages of code and all you have to do is tell it what type of app you want to build in simple English. You want to build a website for an online store? Sure, just ask him. He'll do it in 5 minutes and it will be one of the best websites you've ever seen. It is absolutely incredible what is capable with Claude. The majority of people, myself included, are not using this tool to its fullest potential. But even from using it at 1% of its potential or maybe less, we've been able to create a six-figure income in just 90 days. And actually, in a couple minutes, I'm going to demonstrate exactly how you can use this to build a store just like the one I showed you. But for now, you still need to understand the basics. Listen, if I was a complete beginner today, I would make it a non-negotiable action to spend at least 15 to 20 minutes playing around inside of Claude for fun. Like, one of my friends, Scott, the other day on Instagram, wanted to build a clone of Pokemon. And sure enough, in about a day and a half, he had a fully working video game that would have normally cost him $50,000 to develop. You know, my advice is just use it for fun projects and ideas that you're curious about simply so you can begin to understand how crazy it is. I'm going to show you how to refine it and use it for very specific things. But if you've never used these tools before and you want to become great with them, you need to start by doing the bare minimum and making sure to use them every single day like a habit. You don't need to learn how to write amazing prompts. You don't need to be super techy. You can literally speak to it just how you would speak to a normal human and generate some pretty incredible results.
And the same holds true for the last tool, which is called Higsfield. This is essentially an AI creative studio where you can generate just about anything. Like all these extremely realistic videos you see on this website were generated on this platform. And I'm not going to lie to y'all boys. When I see this, it's a little bit scary. But at the end of the day, you can either go with it or you can get left behind. Like they even have their own original series that is dropping on this platform. Absolutely insane and a little bit terrifying. On here, you can do pictures, videos, realistic human ads. You name it, you can make it. And to become proficient with this tool, it doesn't take much. Just start messing with it. Spend 5 to 10 minutes a day generating silly pictures of yourself. Take a picture of your mom and put her in a weird place and send it to her to freak her out. Just have fun with it. I think for this first step, I have such a big emphasis on having fun when learning how to use these tools because that has been the best way for me to master them.
Though, as enjoyable as that is, at some point, if you want to make your first $100,000, you have to build something of your own. And like everything else, there's a tool for that. This is Build Your Store. It's a free AI store builder that is connected directly to Shopify. I'll go ahead and put the link in the description for those of you who are serious about this. So you guys can follow along with me as I build one of these AI stores. And it's completely free. So there's no reason for you not to be following along. You know, in life, there are spectators and there are players. And this is one of those moments where you get the chance to decide which one you want to be.
So let me show you how easy it is to build a store with this platform. So after you click the link in the description, it's going to take you to this page. You can click right here on build your free store. Then it's going to ask you for your details. So, I'm going to put my name, my email. Then, you just click on sign up. Now, it's going to let you choose which industry you want to sell products in. So, for this case, I recommend you guys to pick something that you're most interested in. I've had a lot of success selling products in the home and garden space. So, I'm going to click that. And if you're not sure, you can just select that as well. Out of all the store builders that I've used, this is the best one by far because it's so fast and they're the only ones that have a real partnership with Shopify. So then you can just pick a couple images for your website. We want to pick something that is super clean and simple. I like these two images. And then we just need to claim our store. So with this, we connect it directly to Shopify. And it installs an AI store into our account. Now, if you don't have a Shopify account, you're going to go ahead and set one up right now. It only takes 30 seconds. We click right here on claim store. As you can see, now we are all set. It's taking us back to the store builder. I said it takes 30 seconds, but it actually took about 10 seconds.
Now, for you to be able to get access to the store, you have to pick a Shopify plan. This is the only requirement because if you don't have a real Shopify account, they're not able to upload the store to your website. Thankfully, Shopify has a crazy deal that they offer where you only have to pay $1 a month for your first 3 months, which is basically nothing. So yeah, we're going to click here on activate my store. It's going to take us here to the Shopify dashboard where we just have to enter a payment method. As you can see, it's only going to charge us $1 for the first 3 months. So, let me plug in my card. You can't skip this step. If you skip this step, you're not going to be eligible to get your AI store. All right. And now we have our subscription to Shopify. We go back here. We click on I am done. And now all we have to do is click create my custom store. And it's going to build us a unique store in the industry that we want to sell in. And now that we have a Shopify account, it's going to upload it directly into our dashboard.
At this stage, it's going to ask you to sign up for AutoDS. This is a supplier that can fulfill your orders. For now, we're going to skip this, but I do recommend you get set up with them at some point. And boom, our store is officially live. To check it out, we can go back to our dashboard. Click right here on online store and we can go into this tab and click on preview. And check this out, guys. In less than 60 seconds, we've got a pretty decent store specifically for selling products in the home and garden industry. It already comes uploaded with products to sell with product pages that are almost complete. For you to get a store to this level on your own would have taken you a couple hours, but with this, we got one in less than 5 minutes.
And exclusively for my subscribers, I put together something special. If you get one of these free AI stores, I'm going to give you the opportunity to have a free call with a member from my team. As you can see right here on the last step, you guys have the opportunity to put in your information and speak with an advisor from my AI commerce staff. My adviserss all have experience in the field of ecom. They've all generated results with this business model and they'll help you create a custom game plan for getting the most out of your store. Now, I can't guarantee every single one of you is going to be able to get one of these calls. The spots of these are extremely limited. And obviously, it's going to fill up fast after I put it in this video, but for the people that act quickly, this is going to be available for you. And this is just my gift to you guys wanting to help you out with getting started with this store the right way. So, if you've been following along, congrats. You now have your first Shopify store.
But for us to make some serious money with this, we need to find a great product. As you can see, AI has made building stores easier than ever. But a good store alone is not enough to get you to the point where you can start making money today. I mean, it's a great foundation, but in reality, most of your success is going to lie in finding a great product. Let me show you the product that we sold and let me explain to you exactly how we found this product.
So, this is the product that generated over $200,000 in revenue. It is a fungal nail renewal patch. Basically, you put it on your dirty toenails at night and it helps heal the infections and the funk that people have. And when I say this, you might be getting uncomfortable at hearing it. And that is exactly why this product works. I always tell my students to focus on products that fix very uncomfortable insecurities. Some of the most successful products that I've ever seen from my students and from myself have been fixing huge pain points in people's appearances and things that bother them every single day.
For me, if I could summarize the traits of a winning product, I would break it down into these three things. One, the product must solve a painful problem for the customer. The more painful, the more valuable the product is. I mean, think about it. If you're Uncle Larry and you got some ashy ankles and you got a dirty fungal toe, you're going to be willing to spend $40 to get something that's going to help you fix that so you can start wearing your sandals again at the cookout. It's just the truth. You really got to think about products like this. Products that are fixing painful insecurities in the hearts of people. The second thing is you want to try to find products that are not easily available in stores. If I can go get this anywhere and everywhere, people are not going to buy it from my store. And finally, you need to find products that are selling and are already validated in the market today. I'm going to show you how we're actually able to leverage Claude to do this in just a second. But first, I want to show you an example of a bad product just so you can understand what type of stuff not to sell. Like, bro, if you ever tried to sell something like this, you would completely fall on your face. These are um, you know, doggy bags for when you're walking your pet. And you might think on paper this is a genius industry because every dog owner needs something like this. But no, these products are a dime a dozen. You can buy them everywhere. They're not really fixing a serious problem. They're not really adding a lot of value to the customer's life. We want to find unique products that solve painful problems that are not easily available in the stores. That is the secret.
So let me show you my process to find one of these products together. So to do this successfully, you're going to need two things. First, I recommend you download Claude directly on your computer. It's really good on the browser, but it's much better when you have the actual app because you get access to the co-work tool, which is what we're going to be using to find this product ideas. Next, you need some good prompts to do market research with. I got to give a shout out again to my boy Mark Builds Brands. I think he's making the best AI prompts right now for drop shipping. And this is a prompt that I have used time and time again to find great product ideas. I'll go ahead and put a link to this in the description for you guys. But basically, the first thing you have to do is copy these project instructions. So, let me go down to the bottom. Once you've copied the instructions, you want to click right here on new project, start from scratch, and then paste the instructions. We're going to say product finder v5. And then we'll hit create. And then now, once you've given it these instructions, it knows exactly what you're looking for. So, when you feed it a prompt like this one, it's able to go and give you good product ideas based on the parameters that you gave it. If you just go to it and say, "Find me a winning drop shipping product," it's probably going to give you some good ideas, but it's not going to give you something tremendous. It's not going to give you something great. As opposed to when we give it a little bit more strict parameters, you'll see that the results come out much higher quality.
All right. So, now we're going to paste the brief right here. And you can fill out any of this information if you have this to provide. So it's asking the market seed for us. We're going to be doing home and garden because that's the store industry that we decided to build in. For the exclusions, I'm not going to put anything in there. So I'm just going to put NA for now. For the budget level, let's say I was a beginner and I was just starting out. Maybe I would have like a $250 to $500 budget. Then it's asking which are you strongest at. For the sake of this video to help you guys, I'm just going to put I'm a beginner because I know a lot of you guys are in that. And then it's asking quick flip versus long-term brand. We want to focus on building long-term brands only. And then now we can put the model as Opus, which is Claude's smartest model. Actually, Fable is, but right now it's not available. So we're going to use Opus. And then we go ahead and click start. Now, it's going to scan through thousands of different data points and help us come to a conclusion on which products are good to sell in the market today. So, as you can see, it's already digging into all of these different websites. It's finding a couple product ideas. It's reading the reviews. It's reading case studies. It's doing such an insane amount of research that would take you days to do in just a couple of minutes. I'll be honest, for me as a creative guy, I like AI for the research stuff a little more than I like it for the creative side. I like to say that I want to keep art alive. I like to say that I want to keep making cool stuff. Leave that to humans. But for the research side, I absolutely love it cuz I hate doing research. I hate research, numbers, all the boring stuff. AI basically simplified that forever. Not only that, but it's pulling these similar web figures, which is the amount of traffic that our competitors are getting. And once it spits out the final answer, I'll show you guys the result.
So now it's asking us a couple questions. Which markets should I take deep into product candidates, um, it's asking which market you like the best? I would probably say this one. I don't really like the fragrance market. And then it says, "What should I focus on when ranking the final candidates?" In this case, I would say easiest to launch because I'm trying to put myself in y'all's shoes.
Okay, so it just finished with our product finder sheet. Let's take a look at what it came out with. So, as you can see, it compared all these different markets against each other based on how many visitors they're getting. So, the two markets that it focused on for us is eco non-toxic home cleaning and house plant care. I guess it determined that these are markets that have a lot of opportunity for growth. It says our best product options are as follows. One, a selfwatering planter. This is actually a super interesting idea. For a guy like me who's always traveling, it's always a concern for me to be watering my plants. The second one is a full spectrum LED grow light. I probably don't like that as much. I don't think that would sell as well. The first product I actually like, laundry detergent sheets. I actually know somebody who built a huge brand selling this exact same product. The fourth one, refillable glass cleaning kit. Not really that good. I think the first product is actually the best one. I think it's an interesting concept. The selfwatering planter. Something that you don't have to think about. Let me see which they actually recommend. Let's pull it up here. Yeah. So, and there's actually some new mechanisms to this tool as well. I'm sure selfwatering planters is something that has been on the market and you can go buy these things in stores, but there has to be an updated mechanism to this. Maybe like this one right here. This one actually comes in a pack so you can grow a bunch of plants at the same time. Let me see if we can find a bigger one for a more standard house plant. Yeah, like this one right here. So, this is a self-watering pot for a normal size house plant, and it looks pretty nice. I mean, it's not the most beautiful vase I've ever seen, but it looks decent and it has good reviews. The product is also very cheap. It only cost $5 for us to order it from AliExpress. We could sell this easily for $30, maybe $40 and this product could be very profitable for us. To check on the potential of the product, I always like to go look on Amazon and see how many have sold in the last month. So, I try to find products that have at least over a thousand sold in the last month. And you can see that on multiple listings, this has that.
All right. So, now that we have our product, we need to import it to our store and get set up with a supplier. The way that we're going to be fulfilling orders on this product is with drop shipping. We're not going to need to hold any of the inventory because our supplier is going to send the product directly to the customers. Now, there are many different companies that offer this service, but by far my favorite is AutoDS. And I mentioned them earlier, but I'm going to put a link in the description for you guys to check them out. Now, let me install their app on my store so I can import this product.
All right, so after you guys get set up with AutoDS, you can go right here, click add products, single product, and then we can paste the link directly from AliExpress. Now, it's very important that you guys understand that we're actually not going to be fulfilling orders from AliExpress. We are just going to be using this to show them the product that we want to sell. But AutoDS has a feature where they actually go and source the product for you in China. Meaning that they're going to find you this exact same product with the best price and the fastest shipping possible. We are not going to be fulfilling orders from AliExpress. Nobody does it anymore. It's not a myth. Okay, so now the product has been imported to our store. It's clearly not ready to launch. There is a lot more work that would need to be done. But once again, we can use Claude to simplify this entire thing and fill out all the text on this website correctly.
So to do that, all you have to do is click on online store. You go over here to where it says the three dots. You click on edit code. And then what we're going to be doing is giving the code of the website to Claude and just letting it change everything based on our specific product. So we're going to go here to templates and where it says product.json, we're going to click that and we're going to copy all of this. Now I've given you guys another prompt that we're going to be using for this process and we're going to feed this into Claude as step number one. So you're going to go back over to your Claude. You're going to paste this in a new task and we're going to put it on medium or low effort so it does it much faster. For the sake of this video, we're going to do that. But if you're doing this yourself, I recommend you do everything on high because it's going to give you the best result. But we're going to paste that into there. And then it's going to ask us for the Shopify product JSON file. So now we go back here. We copy this. And I know this seems complicated, but literally guys, all I'm doing is copying and pasting. That's all we're doing. I'm not writing any code. I'm not doing anything technical. I'm just copy and pasting. So now it understands this. This is basically what this is asking it to do is to understand this and then we are going to tell it our product so that it can change the text to reflect that specific product. The easiest way to do that is find an Amazon listing of the product. So we'll go right here and then we go back and we'll say the Amazon listing. And now it's going to understand what our product is and it's going to give us a JSON file with the updated text for this product. So we're going to make sure we click allow so it can scan that data from Amazon. Sometimes you'll find that Claude has a hard time getting access to Amazon or certain websites. So if not, what we'll do is we'll just do a screenshot. It just needs to see what the product actually is. So this will work the exact same way.
All right. Now it's given us our new JSON file. So, all we have to do is click right here on copy and then we go back over to Shopify and we simply replace what is in here. So, we delete and we click that and we click save and we cross our fingers that we didn't just break our entire store because sometimes that happens, but I don't think that's going to happen today. So, we go back to products, we go to our selfwatering pot, click on preview, and in theory it should have changed the text to reflect this product that we're selling. So, let's scroll down and take a look. Yeah. So, never forget to water again. Plants that water themselves, less time watering. The last thing we would need to do is change these images. But all the text on the website has been changed instantly. And this is like 70 80% done. I'm just going to jump in here and change the price of the product. I'm also going to get rid of some of these duplicated variants. So, we're going to go ahead and click delete on those. Put the price on this one. Save product. I'm also going to change the name because it has like organized name like from the warehouse. I'm going to change it to just regular square and I'm going to change it to rectangle. Then we're going to make one final change. We click online store. Click on edit theme. And then we can see what our website actually looks like on mobile, which is the most important thing. We want to make sure we change this specifically for our product. And then we want to go and look at it on mobile. And then we just want to delete some of the unnecessary things. So, we're going to get rid of this bundles because we're not going to be having bundles for this product. We're going to get rid of these reviews right here. And we're also going to change the variant picker to be a drop down. Okay. So, I made a couple small changes. And as a starter store, this still needs some work before we launch it. But to do this in just a couple of minutes and get this to this point is something that I'm pretty happy with.
The final step we need to do before launching this store and getting our first sale is creating some ads. This used to be the hardest part of the entire process. I used to have to make these extremely complicated high-level marketing videos. And if I really wanted to crush it, I had to create those videos myself, meaning I had to order the product and I had to shoot the content at my house. It was a serious grind. These days, I primarily launch products with AI generated image ads. And these are so stupidly simple to make with Claude and Higsfield. If I was really going to launch this, I would take the time to make at least five ads with slight variations between them so I could figure out which style is performing the best. I would launch these ads on Facebook with a $30 a day testing budget and we would be able to start getting sales as soon as the next day.
Now, I don't have the time to launch this business on this video. But not even a week ago, I launched a business with this exact same blueprint and got it to $150 in sales on its first day. I created a free 5-hour step-by-step guide here on my channel. So, if you want to learn more and watch me do this entire process click by click, the link is right here on the screen. I'll see you over there.
