Today it is about stopping blaming the students and starting transforming them. Teachers often say the students are not interested in education. They are not coming under control. The students like social media more than studies.

But a key question which we need to ask ourselves is missing. What did I change in my teaching to change them? If a plant is not growing well, we do not blame the plant. Instead we check the water, the sunlight, the soil and more. But when a student does not perform, we blame the student. Why?

This should be avoided and instead the teachers should adopt a silent approach and evolve ideas to change them. Every behavior has a reason. Find it out and work on shortlist students according to their behavior and attitudes. Focus on convincing not controlling. Shift from complaints to creativity and build relationship before correction.
