Let's go back for a moment to the late 1990s. Doctors were performing bone marrow transplants on patients with blood cancers. The goal was simple. Save their lives by rebuilding their blood. But something unexpected kept happening after the transplant.

Polyphenols are potent antioxidants concentrated in foods like green tea, cacao, grapes, blueberries, and pomegranates. These compounds help neutralize free radicals and support your mitochondria, the tiny power plants inside your cells.

When mitochondria are healthy, every repair process, including stem celldriven regeneration, runs more smoothly. In practical terms, that might look like aiming for at least one bowl of mixed vegetables a day, adding sea fish a few times a week, using olive oil on salads, enjoying fruits like berries or grapefruit when possible, swapping sugary snacks for nuts, and making sure you're getting quality protein from sources like eggs, fish, lean meats, beans, or tofu. Simple steam sessions, warm baths, or the careful use of infrared lamps can help your body sweat, relax, and circulate. Traditional Eastern medicine has long taught that cold blocks circulation and pain. While warmth restores movement and life, that wisdom lines up beautifully with what we now understand about circulation and tissue repair.

The seventh way is the most underrated, completely free stem cell therapy of all, sleep, and your circadian rhythm.
