So, people ask the question, what about their own negativity, their own negative feelings, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs? And how their inner experiences of negativity may affect what it is that they share in the divine matrix.
What the ancient traditions say about this, this experience is is nothing new. It's the same experience in humanness now that we had 2,500 years ago. And what the ancient traditions and the text say is that our experience is only an experience, not positive, not negative, until we judge our personal experience, until we give it an importance based on our perceptions and our beliefs. And until we do that, it is simply an experience.
So, so the question is, why are we judging ourselves and how do we judge ourselves? And the healing comes from allowing us to feel whatever it is that the world gives to us to feel. And to acknowledge that feeling and say, "Hmm, yes, this is a feeling. Sometimes it's a good feeling, sometimes it's a bad feeling." But to allow the feeling to unfold without judging what the feeling means or being afraid of how it may affect something else in the world.
The feelings that we call negative are simply indicators, indications that something has crossed our path that now is inviting us to examine this experience. Why do I feel this way? What is it saying to me? And they become a problem only when we ignore them, when they go unresolved, unreconciled feeling is the term that we that we use. When the feelings are unresolved and we bury or mask our hurt or our frustration or our anger or our jealousy or our rage, and we do that month after month, year after year, and that feeling is buried inside of us looking for an expression. That's where we begin to have the problems.
But the feeling itself, when we have a feeling, I have negative feelings and I don't judge them. I say, "Hmm, you know, I'm having a feeling about this person or about this situation." And then I have to check with myself and say, "Why am I having this feeling? What does it mean to me? What is it telling me about my personal beliefs and my personal experience?"
And then in that way, the negative feelings become our best friends because they actually serve us rather than hurt us. And it's all based in our beliefs and the judgment that we attach to that experience.
The ancient Essenes tell us in their texts 2,500 years ago, very precise language that every human lives in this Earth in three worlds at the same time. We live in the world of thought, the world of feeling, and the world of emotion. And their texts actually say to us, "When these three become one, when the thought and the feeling and the emotion are merged or married together into a single potent force, then when you say to the mountain move, the mountain will move."
The Zohar describes how Moses was enveloped during his ascent by a mysterious cloud of unknown substance and unknown origin. The cloud became so dense that he could no longer see ahead of him, nor could he be seen by those who were watching him from below the cloud. Moses didn't know what was happening and what the cloud meant or what to expect. He didn't know if he'd ever reunite with his family, his friends, and his followers again. And it was during this time of uncertainty and fear that Moses composed and recited Psalm 91 for his own protection. And for reasons that he attributed to the power of this prayer, Moses in fact was protected. He continued to climb until he reached the top of Mount Sinai, where he received the stone tablets inscribed with instructions that have been the primary law for the followers of the Jewish and the Christian faith for the last 3,000 plus years.
Although Moses original prayer in its entirety consisted of 16 verses, it's often abbreviated to only the first two verses that follow for ease of use and when time is of the essence. The abbreviated prayer goes as follows. "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, he is my refuge and my fortress, my God in him will I trust."
Well, a closer look at this prayer reveals that the source of the protection it provides comes from the deeper layers of the meaning that may be known by those who understand the code. The coded names of God. While entire books have been dedicated to revealing the mystery of Moses prayer protection, in the following discussion I will focus upon the coded names for God that are found throughout the prayer and the protection they provide us starting with the words most high.
Coded name number one, most high. The first encoded name of God in this prayer is most high. In biblical Hebrew, this is typically translated from Aramaic, the original language of the scriptures, as El Elyon, meaning God most high or God the highest, indicating that nothing can be greater or more powerful than the essence of the the represented in this name. The application of this word code is clearly seen in the Old Testament book of Genesis, chapter 14, verses 18 through 20. The word state, "Blessed be Abraham by God most high, creator of the heaven and earth, and blessed be God most high, who delivered your enemies into your hand." End of quote.
The second of God's hidden names is the word almighty, and is typically translated by Near Eastern scholars from Aramaic as the word Shaddai, meaning almighty or El Shaddai, meaning God almighty. This is one of the seven names of God that are substituted for God's actual name over 6,800 times in the Hebrew Bible. The other six names are Ayah, meaning I will be, Sabaoth, meaning host, Elohim, meaning gods, El, meaning God, and Eloah, also meaning God.
We convinced them that we would like to see this library. They took us past these rooms. There's a little window that's covered with brown paper. And this abbot right here, here's the abbot of the monastery. He's the man in the very back. I apologize, you can't see my pointer, but he's the man in the very center. I asked this abbot, "Can we look inside that room?" And he said, "No, it's not possible." And I said, "Please." And he said, "We cannot." And I said, "We've come a long way just to see this place." He said, "Okay." But he said, "No photograph. No photograph." So, I do not have a photograph.
I want to tell you what's in this room. Now, this is an old monastery. They bake their bread in the sun. They use oil for the lamps. They have no electricity that they use. And we walked into that room and all of a sudden, there is a room full of computers. Apple computer, Macintosh computer, IBM computer, scanners, satellite boxes, and I said, "What are you doing in this room?" And the monk became very serious. He said, "We have been in this monastery 1,500 years. And we've been very fortunate because we have never been overrun by a foreign army. We've never been taken over." He said, "But we think that this monastery will be destroyed in our lifetime. We think something will happen that there will be a war in this part of the world and this monastery will be destroyed." And he said, "Before that happens, we will scan every page of every one of our ancient texts onto the World Wide Web to preserve for future generations. And this is what they're doing. Is there a recording all of the texts that are found in this in this library for future generations, putting it up onto the World Wide Web."
So, the question, what is in these texts that's so valuable? What is in these old texts that makes them so powerful? Well, some of the things that are in these texts are icons, pictures of Jesus. This this icon was created within 300 years of the death of Jesus from the descriptions of people who lived with him and saw him. This may be one of the closest representations to Jesus that we actually have today. There are old, beautiful, illuminated manuscripts like this. And this is why I brought you to this monastery. I want to share with you one of these texts. One of the texts that was edited from our Christian Bible is in this monastery. And we saw it and you're you'll see a picture of it here. How many have heard of the lost gospel of Thomas? The lost gospel of Thomas. Some of you have heard of that text. Very, very powerful text. The lost gospel of Thomas is powerful because it is believed to be the actual words of Jesus as he was teaching those around him how to use the power of human emotion in his life.
I'm going to share two of these images with you. We said earlier to unleash the force of the divine matrix in our lives, first we have to understand how it works. And the science tells us how it works. Secondly, we must speak the language that the divine matrix recognizes and science cannot tell us that. That comes from our past, from our culture, from our history. From those who have learned and used this language for thousands of years. So, this is what we're doing right now. We're learning what did Jesus and what did the great masters say about this this language? Because it's the same whether you're talking Buddhist or Hindu or Christian, pre-Christian traditions, they're all telling us that there is a field of energy and that we have the language to use that field.
This is an actual page out of the Gospel of Thomas. So, we know that this this ancient Gospel actually existed. And you can have you can see some of the letters. These are Greek letters. You can actually read some of If you know Greek, you can see some of the Greek letters right here. In the Gospel of Thomas, two very important keys. This was written that right around 300 years after the time of Jesus. In this Gospel, okay, so here here's what we're doing. We've been in the Buddhist monasteries in Tibet. And they're telling us that we must that feeling is the prayer, one. Two, that we must feel as if our prayers have already been answered.
It's so mysterious, George, that very few scholars even want to talk about because they don't know what to say about it. It's a It's a brief text. It's only about 2,000 lines. And it is written as if an observer were present the day that the creator created humankind.
There's another branch of work that that this follows up on and it is the study of whether or not we are living in a simulation or virtual reality. When we are truly ready for that information, it it's right there. Sometimes this is a perfect example. This This has been around, you know, for 200,000 years.
So, as I began my search, my thinking was if we could really pin down our origins, you know, the the science, the best science of the 21st century is now overturning so many of Darwin's ideas. And And by the way, Darwin was open to that. He was willing for his ideas to fall. He He viewed them as stepping stones toward greater understandings. So, Darwin was okay with that. And I I began to see a connection in the texts that was not accounted for in the theories of evolution. And it is a connection that is very controversial today. Now Darwin didn't have access to the tools and the technology. He certainly didn't have the DNA databases that we have today. So this is this is where I began.
Part of my job in software development was in writing pattern recognition software. And I've I've searched patterns ever since I was a kid. Sure that it comes very naturally for me. I used to you know look at patterns on flashing patterns on blinking lights on Christmas trees and I mean you know you you see them everywhere. So I thought if there are patterns in nature and we are we are nature, they should show up in our DNA. It was in the 80s when the DNA databases we could actually begin to access them without being part of the research projects. So to make a long story really brief, what I found was in one of the most obscure and ancient of the texts, a book called the Sefer Yetzirah. Which was a it is a Hebrew text that has only been translated a couple of times with a couple of authors into English. It's so mysterious George that very few scholars even want to talk about because they don't know what to say about it. It's a it's a brief text. It's only about 2,000 lines. And it is written as if an observer were present the day that the creator created humankind step by step. However, it's written in a language that doesn't make a lot of sense to us today. It's like Genesis or totally different. It's very different from Genesis. I think Genesis probably partially derived from this text that the Sefer Yetzirah. Which is the book of creation. It literally translates to the book of creation. So it was as if someone were watching the creator actually create the first man. Doing what he did. But it is not written scientifically. The bottom line to what the the text is saying is that through language humankind was created. And that that doesn't make a lot of sense explain that if you take it literally. But as I began to follow the instructions as the author created them in this text, and this George, this is to me this is the power of transcending the boundaries between science and spirituality.
There has to be a mysterious number associated with the letters. We don't know where the numbers came from. They never change. A code? They are It's a unique numeric code. The study of that code is called Gematria, and it was actually formalized the laws 32 laws of Gematria were formed in the 2nd century. They were formalized in the 2nd century. And the only way Gematria works is is you cannot deviate from these laws. They're specific laws that apply to the numbers. So our ancestors were also talking about life using words and numbers. So they had the letters of the alphabets and this mysterious number. We're using the periodic table. We've got a whole bunch of numbers.
My job was to find out which of those numbers equates to the numbers in the ancient alphabets. And if I could do that, my thinking was it would be possible to look at human DNA carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and different combinations of that and substitute the ancient letters for the numbers based upon this correlation. This in retrospect, it was simple, but not knowing that it took years. It took me 12 years.
And did you break it? To find what we now know is that the atomic mass of the elements, the numbers of the atomic mass are the numbers that equate to the mysterious letters in the ancient alphabets. What that means is when you look at human DNA or the DNA DNA of of any life it is made of hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon and using Gematria the numbers that equate to those become 1, 5, 6 and 3. 3 is with the carbon and when you then take a table when the ancient tables and you're able to to correlate those numbers with the letters what we find George is that the human DNA is is our genome is built in in layers and at the top layer it's it's like every book has an introduction the introduction in every cell of every form of life carbon based DNA the introduction is the same and the first translation literally reads literal God eternal within the body.
God eternal within the body and the God that is depicted in DNA is actually spelled the way that the name of God was spelled in the ancient text before it was removed 6,800 times in the Torah for example the the sacred name of God is believed to be so sacred it cannot be written in its entirety.
Why put it in a code? You know this was so first as a scientist what I have to say is this people say why is the code there? Yeah. And I say I don't know. All I know is that when I followed the instructions in a 3,000 year old text and I applied it to the periodic table this is what this is what we have. Next question is it a coincidence? There are no coincidences.
Well, I have I sent a statistician run the numbers for me and the odds of this happening by chance are 1 to 234,256. 234,256 to 1 are the or 0.00041%. Right. Those are the odds that it's an it's just uh It's just random. Just random. Now, those aren't astronomical odds. I I thought it might be like one to a bajillion, you know? But when you take into account They're still high. not only is the language there, but when you take into account what the words say that those words actually have meaning, God eternal within the body.
All say that. The The first letter in all human DNA, if you if you can look at the what's called the the genetic code, C T A G. Uh every one of those is made up of combinations of carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen.
And they they are arranged I don't want to be really technical when I talk about this, but they're they're arranged different numbers of carbon oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen atoms. So, within each of the DNA bases that make our DNA as it is, there are different combinations of C T A G that break down the different combinations of God eternal within the body. And the God within ourselves, within our DNA, is literally the the same spelling of the the God that was taken from those texts. Now, here's the beauty. I just have to say this.
All right. My first fear was I found it in the Hebrew language, and I said, "Does that mean could it actually be divisive if it only is found in one language?" When the research went to its fruition, what we found is it is in Hebrew and Aramaic and Sanskrit, three of the root languages.
The same thing. Exactly the same thing. So, in Hebrew, Aramaic, and Sanskrit the the code for those letters translates precisely the same in the human DNA. That's the first layer.
In your opinion that slogan God eternal is in the body what did that mean? What it tells me is because the odds of that happening by chance are are are steep, it tells me there's an intentionality. Now, who or what I I don't know the answer to that, but it tells me that uh that the DNA, the way it's formed, uh is uh it is intentional. And then I began to think in our modern world, we're creators, we're artists. Whenever we create something that we're proud of, what's when we're finished, what's the last thing we do when we finish it, George? You You tell me. What is the last thing we do with something? We finish a painting, and what's the last thing we do when we finish that painting?
You sign it. We put our name on it. Well, it was only in 1994, and you think back in time, you know, the computers that we take for granted today, they haven't been around forever. In the 1994, some of the kinds of software we deal with today were just in their infancy. Now, having worked in the industry, developing code to look for patterns, I can attest to this firsthand. When I was in in the industry in the 1980s, 1990s, pattern recognition software is what we were developing, and that pattern recognition software was running on computers that are very very different. You know, we didn't have our Macintosh laptops that so many people use today, and we didn't have the IBM laptops in the very compact models running at tremendously high speeds with so much storage that we see today. So, I'm going to invite you to to keep this in mind as I describe what was happening in the 1994 study.
So, in 1994, the paper was released. The purpose of the paper was to describe an experiment that had been run, and the experiment was to determine if the names of 32 very famous rabbis could be identified using algorithms in the Bible code. Well, without going into all the technical details right here, I'm just going to tell you the results were astounding. They were more than successful. They exceeded all the expectations. Not only were the names of those 32 scholars there, but there was additional information that was not even queried. It was coming up with their names.
Well, this is where it gets really, really interesting. Because that idea, that theory was retested a few years later, 1997. During an unprecedented experiment that lasted 440 hours, the computers were running the search algorithms for 440 and 40 hours. And this time, rather than the mathematicians that had developed the algorithms doing the work, this time the experiment was run by a former senior cryptologic mathematician for the NSA of the United States. His name was Harold Gans. Harold Gans took the original experiment one step further. And he began with the names of 66 famous rabbis. He tested those names against themselves, but he wanted to see if the dates and the places of the birth and the death for each rabbi were also show up.
Well, once again, at the end of this experiment, the information that was revealed by the codes exceeded even Harold Gans' expectations. Not only did the names come up, the exact dates of the birth, the exact dates of the death, and even the cities where they were born and the cities where the rabbis died, even if they were different, they showed up in this study. Well, Harold Gans wrote a paper in his conclusion, he stated that this is statistically more than significant, that this is no accident. There is a code that is encoded within the Torah, within the first five books of the Hebrew Bible, and it's encoded in a way that exists nowhere else.
Well, since the time of these experiments, once the researchers discovered how accurate these codes were, all of a sudden they begin to query everything. And everything that has ever been queried in the code has revealed specifics. I just for example, World War II. When World War II was queried in the Torah code, it actually spells out the words World War II. It spells out the words final solution. The code gives the name of the leaders who were present at the time, Roosevelt, Stalin, Hitler, Churchill. It gives the exact names of the countries that were involved, England, Germany, France, Russia, Japan, the United States. It even gives the words atomic holocaust and the year 1945.
Look at what David did. He incorporated all of his senses. He didn't ask for something to happen. He felt that it had already happened. He smelled what it smells like when it happens. He heard the sounds of the rain. I didn't even tell you about that part, but he heard the sounds of the rain. And he felt as if that rain is already there. I'm going to invite you to think about this as we go into this this modality of prayer that I'm going to share with you. So, the principles that I'm sharing this mode are very simple. They're also very ancient. And everything I'm saying to you, we see the instructions for this kind of prayer, for this code that allows us to speak directly to the matrix, we see these principles recorded in some of our most ancient, cherished spiritual traditions. And I'm talking about lost biblical books that I described earlier in this program. These are the books that were discovered in the mid-20th century as the Nag Hammadi library in Egypt. Remember that the Dead Sea Scrolls are the oldest records of the Old Testament? The Nag Hammadi library are the oldest records of the the Testament. Both of them found on mid-20th century, the 1940s. And in that Nag Hammadi library, the 43 plus books that were completely removed from the biblical canon in the 4th century by the Emperor Constantine, were intact in the Nag Hammadi library, including the Gospel of Thomas that we've spoken about earlier. Thomas the Scribe that followed the master, Jesus the teacher, not a religious man from this perspective. This he followed the teacher and he recorded the words, the exact words of the teacher. And this is important because there is a place in the Gospel of Thomas where his students asked the teacher how to communicate with the field. They didn't use those terms. They asked how to communicate with God. And it's in the Gospel of Thomas that we find the instructions for the fifth mode, the lost mode of prayer.
So, it's in the Gospel of Thomas that we actually find the instructions for this fifth or this lost mode of prayer, as I mentioned. So, let me first read to you the translation in the authorized version of the King James Bible as we see it today. If you'd like to see this for yourself, it's in King James version of the book of John 16 through 23 is where you would find this. I know you've heard this before. How many of you have heard "Ask and you shall receive."? That's where this comes from. Let me read you the translation. The translation goes like this. "Whatsoever you ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask and you shall receive that your joy may be full." Okay, and that's the end of the translation. I don't know about you, when I was a kid, I would ask and ask and ask and not much would happen and I became very frustrated, many people do. We feel powerless. We feel that our prayers really aren't making any any difference because we're not seeing any way to reinforce that our prayers have actually done something, they've made a difference.
If we want to go back into the original Aramaic translation and Greek and Aramaic both, but this is going to be from the original Aramaic. In the Gospel of Thomas, you see Greek and Aramaic, is why I'm clarifying this. And I'm going to read you, and it's very close, but there's a powerful and subtle difference that was left out in the translation that it may very well be because the translators did not understand what you and I are exploring right now. Because they didn't understand it, they simply streamlined the languaging.
So, in the translated version, and if you'd like to see this for yourself, it comes from Neil Douglas Klotz is the the name of the translator. It's a little book called Prayers of the Cosmos. It is a beautiful beautiful book where he re-translates so many of of the very powerful prayers, and this is one of them. Now, listen to the difference. In the original text, it begins a very similar way. Quote, "All things that you ask straightly, directly, from inside my name, you'll be given." Okay, now here comes the translation that was in error. This is the original. "Ask without hidden motive and be surrounded by your answer. Be enveloped by what you desire that your gladness be full." That is a single very powerful statement.
I'm going to break this down. "Ask without hidden motive." That is inviting you to ask without attachment to the outcome. It's actually a very Buddhist concept. Ask without attachment to the rightness, the wrongness, the goodness, the badness, or the joy or the disappointment as as to whether or not your prayer is answered. Without attachment to the outcome, okay? Be "Be surrounded by your answer. Be enveloped by what you desire." The only way to be is if those things are already present. Your prayer is already answered. You're coming from the place that the prayer has already been answered. So, the key to what we're saying here, feel the feeling.
So, we've got a whole generation of young people who are curious and want to contribute and want to make a better world and whatever they want they want to contribute their part, but they're being conditioned to study and look for the answers in a series of assumptions that are now scientifically false. That is a fact. It's not sort of a fact, it is a fact. Every one of these in peer-reviewed technical journals and I was very careful when I put this program together. This isn't If I share an opinion, I'll say it's a Gregism. So, that'll be a Gregism opinion, but this isn't. This is fact. Okay.
Our false assumptions have led to the crises that we're seeing today. We look at the the the last one on that list was about survival of the strongest, survival of the fittest. We're going to get into this a little bit more here in just an hour or so, but look at the crisis. Here's the cover of Time magazine talking about global warming. Once they acknowledged it was even happening, now they're seeing it as a war. It's a conflict that somehow we have to win. That is a reflection of a way of thinking that is never going to get us anywhere with global warming or the way we resolve our problems anywhere in the world, but it is the result, the consequence, how we relate to the earth, how we grow our food, how we treat our food, how we share our food, how we adapt to the changes, the economic system based on survival of the strongest. All of those things are collapsing because they're based in false assumptions and the conditions of the earth are pushing them to the edge of their durability. And the only things that have fallen apart are the things that don't work anymore because they are unsustainable. That's what we're looking at. The false assumptions have caught up with us.
Now, I live in a little community. Bruce lives in a little community, too. You live in California, I in northern New Mexico where people tend to move because they want to unplug from the world. And they move to remote areas like northern New Mexico or Texas or Arizona because they don't want to be a part of it and they say all that stuff has nothing to do with me. It doesn't affect me at all. Well, here's the error in that thinking.
The global extremes that we're living right now become the human extremes. And the human extremes become personal extremes and every one of us are dealing with potential or real personal extremes right now that we cannot separate from the changes and what's happening in our lives and our world. So, my question is this. How do we know what to do? What laws do we pass? What policies do we change? How do we apply the technology to the greatest crises in recorded human history? How do we know what to choose if we haven't answered the question who we are because that's what the choices are based upon. We have to know our relationship to the world.
Okay, civilization, this is important because we're living a period of time now that's happened before if we know where in the history of the world to look. But our textbooks are telling us that civilization's only 5,000 years old. So, why look any further than that? Humans weren't around. That's not the case. I want to share with you the science. This is a typical map of civilization that's in our textbooks books today. It looks something like this. Here is the present time. I know you probably can't see at the back. Here's present on your far right. Here's 5,000 years ago and and our textbooks say right about here 5,000 5,500 years ago the first civilizations began. Sumeria, Mesopotamia, right around there. Primitive grass huts near some water because people had to fish and then we evolve from there in the steel and glass skyscrapers 5,000 years later. So, this is um the this is where we're told that that civilization began.
Now, I remember when I was in school, I used to think like ancient Rome and ancient Greece was like so long ago. You remember thinking about that? This is This is like, "Oh, man, it's just like way back." Well, it's more recent than Sumeria. So, Egypt, the Indus Valley in India, Greece, Rome, all of these This is what we're taught is that the bulk of civilization as we know it is around 5,000 to 5,500 years ago, these great civilizations.
Here's the problem. The problem with that You're going to see this slide come up a lot is that the facts don't support that assumption. Now, I could do a whole workshop, a weekend on what we're about to do here, but I've just I've chosen three scientifically accepted, peer-reviewed examples. So, there's others that are speculation. You know, people talk about Atlantis, people talk about Lemuria. We'll have the science to back that. Maybe it hap- maybe it didn't, but I'm going to stick with the science today.
So, I'm going to begin right here in 2010, last year, last summer. I took a group into Peru. The group I sent the group home, and I stayed an extra week to go to an archaeological site that I had heard about, but I'd never had the opportunity to see. It's only recently been excavated. It's an active site. So, when I put this picture up, people asked me, they said, "Well, Greg, don't you have any colored pictures?" I said, "Well, that is a colored picture because the whole site it is about is bleak and drab and gray and lifeless as any place I've ever seen on this planet. Looks like it's from another planet. The sky is the same color as the earth, it's the same color as the architecture. You're going to see this site is a previously unknown, advanced civilization that's north and east of Lima, so it's in northern Peru right now. In 2010, the site It's an active site. Right now, they've uncovered 150 acres, five pyramids, and two huge circular plazas that are not supposed to be there. That's right. They're not supposed to be there."
That's supposed to be an absolutely airtight sound-resistant air wall, but I guess it guess it's not working quite that way. It is called Caral, Peru. How many in here have been to Caral? Anyone? Okay, if if you haven't heard about this, it's rewriting the history books of all the Americas, and it will have to be incorporated into the history books if the books are to remain scientific. It will have to be. And there are a lot of mysteries here.
There are no bodies that have been found at this particular site. Many of these archaeological sites where you would expect to see evidence of war, there is no evidence of war previous to a certain date. And what it is leading archaeologists to sense, to believe, is that war is not natural to humankind. That we learned the habit of war at a particular time in history, even though history books say it's natural for humans to have war. And these sites are showing there's no bodies, no mutilations, no mass graves, no protective walls that you would expect to see. No signs of any weapons. There are no written records at any of these sites, and you say, "Well, what happened?" And the archaeologist that was leading me through the site, I think I made him a little crazy. He wanted to show me everything they did find, and I wanted to ask questions like this. Who built it? Where'd they come from? How come we don't know about them? And he has he had to say, "We don't know." We don't know.
Well, this is how the universe works. The very day that I was on this site, our guide, our translator, had a cell phone with him, and we got cell coverage out here, believe it or not. And this was the day that the laboratories, three independent laboratories, had the dating complete for living material that had been found at the sites. Okay, you can only date something that's been living. You can't carbon date a rock. The walls are hollow and they were filled with earth and plants and animal remains of the time that these things were built and then they were all buried underground. So, they carbon dated those things and the dates came through and they made the phone call the exact day that we were walking through the site. And I I saw our guide. He took the phone call and he turned his back to me and I I knew one of two things was going to happen. Either he was going to be told this was another undiscovered Incan site like Machu Picchu or Ollantaytambo that wasn't going to amount to anything other than an interesting site or that they had just found a site that is now the oldest site in all of the Americas bar none. Older than the Mayans, older than the Aztecs, older than the Olmecs, older than anything in Mexi- Mexican authorities were not happy about this because they used to have the oldest and now they don't anymore.
Now, remember traditional history says that civilization began in a primitive way 5,000 years ago. The dating shows that's when this civilization collapsed. It ended when we are told that civilization began and they're actually dating this now between 5 and 7,000 years old.
The word perfect means to become more whole, more holy, more complete and cosmic. The Essenes believed our purpose and goal in life was to return to our original divine state and recover our garments of light. Remembering our light bodies would lead to a transformed world, they believed. Early sources say the Essenes lived on Mount Carmel in northern Israel, but they also operated a hermetically sealed compound at Qumran and elsewhere. Calling themselves the children of light, the Essenes literally saw themselves in a cosmic war against the children of darkness who they believed were incarnated as the Roman Empire. They claimed they were making the way for the arrival of a high celestial being who would lead a revolution in human evolution, transforming Earth and humanity into a golden planet of righteousness and the human race into its most perfect state of being. Many believe Jesus was this celestial being. Even more incredible is the Essenes' claim that they were living living with an advanced race of angels or extraterrestrials. These angels, who took human form, were known as the watchers. They were teaching the Essenes the art of ascension or how to transform our earthly flesh into a celestial flesh and ascend to a celestial city they referred to as Zion or the New Jerusalem. Out to stop all this mystical nonsense are the children of darkness who the Essenes believe were incarnate in the mighty Roman Empire, the reigning cabal on Earth. In my opinion, the accounts of the Essenes' interactions with the celestials are contained in the Dead Sea Scrolls, the texts they left behind. These extraordinary texts affirm there was something truly unusual and mystically special about the Essenes. They are quintessentially spiritual, oriented towards the celestial realms and its otherworldly inhabitants. Their goal was an alliance with the upper world. The scrolls describe cosmic battles, beings, portals, hidden agendas, and new superhumans. And cloaked behind it all is the celestial city, the home and mother church of their angelic teachers and the target of their ascension and how humans can ascend there.
This is a very personal perspective because it involves a research project that I began over 30 years ago. My background as a scientist, degree geologist with a background in marine ocean and life sciences, mathematics, and physics. All of these things work together for me early in my life. And when I looked at them honestly and asked myself truthfully and factually what is nature telling us? My sense at that time early in my life was there is something something more than evolution that underlies our existence. Something that is not being acknowledged in the mainstream. And while the fossils are interesting, I don't think they're about us. And while the DNA is now telling us more information, we're still lacking a context and this may be one of those places where we're not going to find the answer in the mystery itself. We'll have to find the answer in other avenues that help us to understand and lead to solving this mystery. So for me a passion of mine as I mentioned earlier has been to look for clues in our most ancient and cherished traditions to see what those clues may be saying to us or what did our ancestors know in their time that we're only beginning to discover in ours. And I've always had a very strong sense that if we know where and how to look into our past that there are insights that have been preserved in some of our most ancient texts and traditions. Insights that maybe just aren't so well understood today. So I'm going to share with you very quickly. I'm going to I'm going to condense 30 years of research into a project that can only happen when we cross the traditional boundaries of science and spirituality.
Well, I was told as a scientist that these two are mutually incompatible. You You must choose, I was told, the path of science or the path of spirituality, that the two were in fact mutually exclusive. Here's my thinking. We're living a time of extremes. We owe it to ourselves to draw upon every facet, every source of information possible to give ourselves whatever it is we need and to call whatever it is that exists so that we can weave a new story, honestly answer the questions for ourselves that we can thrive in our time of extremes, so we can end the suffering and move into a new way of living and thinking. And for me, I believe those clues exist in our past as well as in the new discoveries we're talking about now. So, here's what that meant for me. I went into one of the oldest and most mysterious spiritual texts that has ever been known to exist. It is called the Sefer Yetzirah. It is a Hebrew text that is so mystical that the rabbis say it is not even something that can be studied by traditional students because the mystery is so deep and so great. It's a relatively short text, only about a thousand lines long. And it's only been translated into English once. And I took that translation and I read through it very, very carefully as a scientist. And what I found is this. The Sefer Yetzirah is essentially a step-by-step description as if someone, an observer, were present the day that the universe and humankind were created. An observer describing the process in line after line, the 1,000 lines, what it took to get us where we are today.
But the text is 3,000 years old. Whoever wrote that text 3,000 years old, and it may be that whoever wrote it received it from a wisdom that's even older than the 3,000 years. Whoever it is that put that text together, they didn't know what we know today. They didn't know about science. They didn't know about the periodic table of elements. So, I began to interpret the text through the eyes of a scientist. And when the text began talking about the elements of the earth, and of the wind, and of the sun, I asked myself, if I were writing this text today, are those the words that I would use? And my answer was probably not. As a scientist, when I talk about the sun, rather than calling it the sun, I would refer to the most dominant element in the sun, which is hydrogen. When I talk about the air, the wind, I would refer to the most dominant element, which is oxygen. And I began to look at these overlaps.
Well, there's another great mystery when it comes to the languages of our past. Scientists know this, linguists know this very well. Every language, every single alphabet that has ever been known to exist, bar none, cuneiform, Arabic, Hebrew, Sanskrit, every Greek, every alphabet ever been created, has always had a mysterious number linked to the letter that it represents. When we talk about these things, some of these are anecdotal stories, but they're illustrating from an indigenous perspective a very powerful concept. Look at what David did. He incorporated all of his senses. He didn't ask for something to happen. He felt that it had already happened. He smelled what it smells like when it happens. He heard the sounds of the rain. I didn't even tell you about that part, but he heard the sounds of the rain. And he felt as if that rain is already there. I'm going to invite you to think about this as we go into this this modality of prayer that I'm going to share with you. So, the principles that I'm sharing this mode are very simple. They're also very ancient. And everything I'm saying to you, we see the instructions for this kind of prayer, for this code that allows us to speak directly to the matrix. We see these principles recorded in some of our our most ancient, cherished spiritual traditions. And I'm talking about lost biblical books that I described earlier in this program. These are the books that were discovered in the mid-20th century as the Nag Hammadi library.
in Egypt. Remember, the Dead Sea Scrolls are the oldest records of the Old Testament. The Nag Hammadi library are the oldest records of the New Testament. Both of them found, uh, mid-20th century, the 1940s. And in that Nag Hammadi library, the 43-plus books that were completely removed from the biblical canon in the 4th century by the Emperor Constantine were intact in the Nag Hammadi library, including the Gospel of Thomas that we've spoken about earlier. Thomas, the scribe that followed the master, Jesus, the teacher, not a religious man from this perspective. But he followed the teacher and he recorded the words, the exact words of the teacher. And this is important because there is a place in the Gospel of Thomas where his [music] students asked the teacher how to communicate with the field. They didn't use those terms. They asked how to communicate with God. And it's in the Gospel of Thomas that we find the instructions for the fifth mode, the lost mode of prayer.
Now, I mentioned earlier that you've heard the term "when something is lost in translation." And it is this translation that I'm going to share with you from this biblical book after its discovery that is a beautiful example of just how much a difference, one difference, an error in translation can make. So, it's in the Gospel of Thomas that we actually find the instructions for this fifth or this lost mode of prayer, as I mentioned. So, let me first read to you the translation in the authorized version of the King James Bible as we see it today. If you'd like to see this for yourself, it's in the King James version, uh, the book of John 16 through 23 is where you would find this. I know you've heard this before. How many of you have heard, uh, "Ask and you shall receive"? That's where this comes from. Let me read you the translation.

The translation goes like this: "Whatsoever you ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask and you shall receive that your joy may be full." Okay, and that's the end of the translation.

I don't know about you. When I was a kid, I would ask and ask and ask and not much would happen, and I became very frustrated. Many people do. We feel powerless. We feel that our prayers really aren't making any any difference because we're not seeing, uh, any way to reinforce that our prayers have actually done something, they've made a difference.
Think now about a simulation.

We know that it takes a certain genetic makeup to hold the energy of the spirit [music] or the soul, the consciousness that we bring into this world. And apparently, not any old formula of DNA was up to the task. So, when we look into our past and we find forms of life that were perhaps not as conscious, not as evolved as us. In the simulation idea, these are the forms of life, the first forms. They were the early attempts to create the avatars in [music] this simulated world. But their genetic makeup was not strong enough to hold the energy of the soul. You and I are the product of a genetic formula, a very specific form of DNA, and apparently, it is this form that's required to hold [music] the energy of the soul in this simulation experience so that we can have the experiences, learn what we're learning, and maintain the consciousness >> [music] >> that we have as we go through our experience.
So, once again, what we're doing is we're taking these very ancient ideas, and we're rethinking them with a contemporary language based on what the best science of the modern world is now suggesting >> [music] >> is the reality that we're experiencing. So, heaven, where do we go when we die? >> [music] >> What is God? All of these now take on a new meaning. God, whoever God is, apparently [music] is the architect, uh, that was a primary designer of this simulation. And I'm looking forward to getting to the other side and meeting that architect at some point in our future. Then I think we have to look at what those traditions are telling us, and they're teaching us about our relationship to reality, uh, to [music] uh, to quantum reality, to emotions and the emotions of the heart to create and heal in our bodies and the world around us. And if we master those, >> [music] >> maybe that's what this simulation is all about. God eternal within the body, uh, may be, uh, the architect that has helped to create this simulation.
>> Do you ever get frustrated that we [music] don't have the answers?
>> I don't, George. I don't because what it tells me is when what I've come to understand is that when we are truly ready for that information, it, it's right there. And now, as we're able to go back into the history, uh, the written text and the the non-written text, the geologic texts of of our world, we see very clear evidence that this, in fact, has happened. That Earth, every once in a while, slows its rotation to a point where there is a rest period. There is no rotation. And it rests for a brief period of time and begins to increase the rotation again. >> [music] >> And as it does so, it rotates in the opposite direction. And again, as a geologist, when I first began to understand that, I said, "That's just outrageous." And the more I researched, the more I read, the more I I went back and looked at the ancient text, we see that it, in fact, has happened at least once that we're able to record, um, we're able to discern in recorded history.
Uh, when I was in school, I was taught that if Earth ever stopped rotating, there'd be no gravity. And I get that question all the time. People say, "Well, what, what about gravity? Uh, if there's no rotation, that means everything flies off off the the planet." And I remember there were textbooks, uh, when I was in school that showed just that. They said, "If ever Earth would stop rotating, uh, everybody would fly off." And they had these pictures of people that were that were like this. Uh, everybody was having a a bad hair day the day that the that the the Earth stops rotating. Uh, and we now know that that is simply not the case. That Earth's gravity is not a function of the rotation. Without rotation at all, Earth still has gravity. When we send astronauts in space, uh, and they are weightless in space, and we we [music] propel their craft in a rotational fashion so that they are able to stay on the sides of their capsule, that's not really gravity. What that is is a centrifugal force that is throwing everything out to the sides of the craft so that they are able to to uh simulate gravity. That is not true gravity. Uh, so, what I'm saying to you is that whether Earth rotates or not, uh, is irrelevant in terms of the gravity of the Earth.
We, uh, have records. If if this were to happen in recorded human history, I would certainly expect that it would have been someone would have noticed it and we would see it in our texts. And in fact, we do. The Mayans just called it the great central sun. If you ever heard of the great central sun? This is what they were talking about. So, there's a very powerful field of energy that affects the way we live our lives here on Earth. That's the first discovery. The second discovery >> [music] >> is all about location, location, location, location. Where we are in our orbit around that field of energy determines how we are influenced. Now, this is our Milky Way galaxy. This is a diagram of our Milky Way galaxy, but the yellow orbit is our orbit around that source of energy. It's not a circle, it's an ellipse. So, that means sometimes there are places in the orbit where we're closer to that field of energy. Sometimes there are places in that orbit where we're further away. Can you see that? Can you see why that would be? Okay. So, where we are determines how we are influenced, and this is where it gets really interesting. That location changes on a regular basis, covering vast cycles of time. This is documented in the very prestigious journal Nature in different series of articles such as the ones, volume 441, May 2006. If you're interested in looking these kinds of things up.
Now, this is interesting because somehow our ancestors knew this before our satellites and our GPS and our computers >> [music] >> verified it in the 20th century. Our ancestors knew that on a cyclic basis [music] life on this planet changes because of these orbits, but science has discounted it until very recently, within the last 10 years or so. Isn't that interesting? Science is just now catching up in some respects to the wisdom of our indigenous ancestors. Ancient civilizations, they understood the cycles, but they also warned us of what those changes would be, and they also left information [music] for us that would help us personally get through the changes, to help us personally navigate the changes in our lives. I felt like one of the most empowering things that I could share with you today is to help you understand what causes the cycles. Because if you know this, it's not just me telling you, but if you really understand what causes the cycles, then no matter what happens, no matter what documentary you see, no matter what frightening news program you see, or what conversation you have with someone, you can think back to this moment, and you'll know where that information fits. So, are you okay if we do this for a minute? I just I want you to see what it is that causes these cycles. Right now, the theory is this, and it is a theory because there's no better explanation right now. That Earth is being pulled in by two different forces. The moon, that's that little blue dot up to the upper right, that's the moon. The gravity of the moon is pulling Earth one way, the gravity of the sun is pulling Earth the other direction. And you say, "Well, the moon's really small." And I say, "Yeah, it is, but it's way close." The sun is really big, but it's further away. Okay, so every 24 hours, [music] Earth rotates, creating night and day. It spins on its axis. But because it's being pulled in two different directions, that spin becomes a wobble. Here's what I mean by that. Here's a little schematic. Here is Earth. It wants to spin to create night and day, but because it's being pulled in two different directions, the theory says that spin becomes a wobble. But the wobble happens over a very long period of time. One wobble takes about 26,000 [music] years. You and I weren't here to see the last wobble. The end of the last wobble. One wobble takes about 26,000 years. That number sound familiar to anyone? 26,000 years. If you are an astrologer, that is a period of time that is called the precession of the equinoxes. Or if you've never heard of that before, that is the period of time it takes Earth to go through all the zodiac signs. The age of Pisces, the age of Aquarius, the age of Aries, the age of Cancer. When you go through all of those different ages, you've done one complete wobble, 26,000 [music] years.
Now, this is really interesting. You all know about fractals? You know what fractals are? A fractal, the best way to describe a fractal. You remember how much you loved science when you were in school? And you loved your science book, see? If you're like me, one of my favorite pages in my science book was a page that had a picture of an atom. Because it was one of the few color pages. Bruce, your your color page was on the periodic table of elements in your science book, cuz we've talked about this. My only color picture in my science book was the atom. So, I turned to it all the time. And I remember looking at the atom and I thought, I thought, you know, except for the size, that atom looks a whole lot like a solar system. Except it's tiny. You remember ever thinking about like that? And And I said, if you take it one step further, the solar system, except for the size, looks a whole lot like a Milky Way galaxy, except it's smaller. The idea is that it's the same pattern on different scales. We say the atom is a fractal of the solar system, or the solar system is a fractal of the galaxy. Same pattern, same principles, but at a different scale. >> [music] >> Does that make sense? Okay. So, this is important because this 26,000 years, this is really, really interesting. >> [music] >> Do you know how many days, approximately, how many days does the gestation of a human embryo take in the womb of its mother? About 260 days. 260 days is a fractal of 26,000 years. Here's why that's interesting. The Mayans, who are talking to us about this change, the Mayans say that just the way 260 days is the [music] length of time that we mature in the womb of our mother before we're born, 26,000 years is the way we mature on this planet before we are born into a new way of being. And this is what Bruce is talking about in his cellular biology, as the cells are emerging into a new kind of community. So, I think it's interesting that the 26,000-year cycle is exactly a fractal of how long we mature inside the womb of our mother. Uh, and the Mayans are telling us in no uncertain terms that we are emerging into a a birth, a new way of being in in this world.
There is one name that has always been held so sacred, and that name, it is a four-letter name, and is called the tetragrammaton, literally meaning the four letters of the name. In the Hebrew language, which is a language that is written without the vowels, is a language of consonants only. We're going to talk about this in in just a few moments. It is written from right to left as the Hebrew letters Yod, He, Vav, He, representing the, uh, English letters YHVH. So, if we're to ask, what was this one name that was removed 6,800 times? It is the name that is represented by those four letters YHVH. It's called the divine name. >> [music] >> The true pronunciation, however, has been hidden throughout the ages because the vowels are not recorded in the written format of the Old Hebrew. We do not know precisely. We can speculate, and there's some very good educated scholarly guesses. The truth is, we don't really know because the true pronunciation was hidden in the text. However, the overwhelming majority of scholarly opinion believes that the V is pronounced as a W. >> [music] >> And in English, if we are to write this now from left to right, YHWH, it is believed that the name was pronounced as Yahweh. Yahweh. Yahweh. [music] So, when we replace the original text with that name, the passage reads, "Thus you shall speak, Yahweh has sent me to you. This shall be my name forever, my appellation for all eternity." And if there's any doubt at all after that, >> [music] >> the next passage, this is from the book of Exodus in chapter 6 and verse 23, says, "I am Yahweh." If there were any doubt left in the mind of the reader, it was clarified in the single sentence, if we are to believe that the text is accurate. "I am Yahweh."
So, where we find ourselves with this information and where I found myself in the research after months of of research is that I am convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that this name YHVH, pronounced [music] Yahweh, is the name that was in those original traditions and it's the name that the Sefer Yetzirah is referring to that seeded or was the catalyst that put into motion the momentum that began all of creation. >> [music] >> YHVH, Yahweh is the full name. Now, this is important because in the text, there is a shorter version that is simply Yah, YH. Yah or Yahweh, both names are used interchangeably >> [music] >> and you'll see them written both ways in the original Old Testament text as the personal name of God that was given to this world. God was saying, "In your world, in this realm of space-time continuum, this is how you will know me. This is how you'll call me in your world."
