Here. So, welcome to the Authority Formula Master Class. This is our afternoon session, and so we're excited to be able to answer questions and be able to talk with you about how you can get more visibility in the marketplace and how you can really truly grow your business.

So, I want to start today by just really talking a little bit about how you can become an authority in your industry, in your niche, without spending a fortune on PR and advertising and tons of time and money and social media. I think this is the thing that a lot of people are struggling with right now.

So, before we get started with that, I want to I want to just kind of give you a couple of suggestions. Over the years, we've done a lot of events, and what I found is that if you want to get the most out of the event tonight, what you need to do is you need to turn off your distractions. I can promise you this is going to be, you know, 45 to 50 minutes of absolute value-packed information. And so, if you'll eliminate the distractions and become present, you're really going to get much more out of this. And I, it's like I always say, how you do anything is how you do everything. So if you're going to be on the class and you're going to be learning, you want to eliminate those distractions so that you can get as much content as you can out of what we're going to talk about here today.

So with that said, who is this, who is this master class for? Who is looking for authority? And and what I would say, what I would submit is if you are a thought leader, let's say you're an author, a coach, a consultant, a speaker, someone that's out there sharing your message, this this master class is something that is going to help you dramatically. If you're a professional like a doctor, uh, an attorney, um, legal, some kind of a medical professional, what you may be doing is trying to separate yourself in the marketplace. And so you're trying to get more visibility. So if you're professional, this is definitely going to help you. If you're an entrepreneur, a solopreneur, and you're trying to find ways to leverage your time and leverage your energy, and you, you know, you might have some great products and great ideas, but you just have no visibility or leads, this is definitely going to help you. And then, of course, business owners, and I'm talking about everyone from, you know, uh, fencing companies to, uh, you know, garages and med spas. And if you're a business owner, the goal for you is to find out how to get more attention so that you can grow your business.

So, let me just ask you a question. I want you to ask yourself this question. Are you getting enough attention, or are you lost in a crowded marketplace? Think about that for a minute. Are you getting enough attention? Because a lot of times we try to avoid attention, but attention is the new currency in the marketplace. And if you have any kind of a business, or you're any one of those individuals I talked about, attention is something that you should be focused on.

And so let's talk about some of the things you might be struggling with, because this is, these are the pain points that business owners have that we want to address tonight. We're going to give you some tangible, specific solutions. First of all, you might be, and tell me if you can relate to this. You might be someone who's out there creating content and on social media, and you're trying to get visible, and you're networking, and you just are not getting results from it, or you're you're doing everything you think you need to do, but you're not getting results. Or maybe you're spending money on ads, and you've got a relatively large or small ad budget, but you're seeing those costs start to rise. You're seeing the cost of Facebook ads and search engines and keywords start to grow, and and you're not getting the return. You're not getting the ROI despite putting more money in. Or maybe you're actually out there getting interviewed on podcasts and magazines, or getting PR releases, and and you thought these things were going to help you, but you're not getting as much from it because of all of the challenges in the marketplace. Or you may simply just not have enough leads or enough sales. No matter what you're struggling with, I'm here to tell you tonight that authority is one of the answers that's going to help you to solve all those problems.

And so I'm going to talk to you today about a simple strategy and a simple way that you can grow massive authority in less than one hour a week. And and I know that sounds like a big promise, but I can promise you that with some of the automations and formula and strategies we're going to talk about, this is going to make a big difference for you.

So this is what we're going to be talking about. But before I do, let me just give you some of my background. For those of you that do not know me, my name is George Wright III. I'm the host of the Daily Mastermind podcast on pretty much every platform, your daily dose of inspiration, motivation, and education. But I'm also a founder and an entrepreneur, and I'm the CEO of Authority Media Network. And I've spent probably the last, I think it's might be more now, but 30 years growing some of the biggest brands in the world, global brands, brands that you would recognize, and maybe some brands that you don't recognize. We've done events with millions of people over the years, and we've done tremendous volume all over the world in all kinds of different countries and demographics and products. But I've kind of been the, not just working with these individuals, but I've been the marketing arm and the individual that's actually behind a lot of these thought leaders, people that are doing big events, that are doing financial education, people that are growing their brands, professional athletes, celebrities, authors.

And why do I tell you this? I'm not telling this to impress you. I'm just telling you this to impress upon you that we've learned a lot of things. We've learned some significant strategies. What works, what doesn't. At at times, we've mailed millions of pieces of direct mail per week, digital marketing, PR, radio, TV. And so we've learned a lot of strategies over the years, and that's why I got together with my partners and we created the Authority Media Network.

Now let me tell you what this company is. The Authority Media Network has a network of top podcasts, top 1% podcasts. We've worked with over 6,000 PR agencies. These are agencies that are out there getting authority. Um, we've done over a billion dollars in in revenue for our clients globally on their products and services. And currently, in just one of our magazines, we're doing over 500 executive interviews per month. And I'll show you how we do that and why we're doing that. But more importantly, we also have this um, this network of magazines. We've got over a dozen magazines um that are in all kinds of demographics and markets, and and our primary flagship magazine is Valiant CEO. You've probably seen it. We've had a lot of the celebrities and and uh, you know, thought leaders grace the covers, Marcus Lamonus from The Profit, Neil Patel, one of the best marketers on the planet, um, Donald Trump, Kathy Ireland, Elena Cardone, Grant Cardone. These are individuals that have built their brands, and they are gracing the covers of our magazines where we also feature individuals like you to help you get authority. And so Valiant CEO has had an an amazing um, you know, success at featuring executives, business owners, and individuals in order to help them to grow their their authority. And we have strategies on how to do that. And um, just to give you kind of another flavor of that, these are just some examples of the magazines that we have. Valiant CEO, Wellness, Voice, Wealth Defined. These are all core magazines. We also have many, many others. And we have a network of podcasts that we're growing.

And I tell you all this because what you need to understand about Authority Media Network is we help thought leaders grow their business through personal branding and authority. That's what we do. So my background and my partners with Authority Media Network, we are very qualified to be able to help you to create strategies to grow your business.

So, just imagine, imagine being able to have your brand be the thing that pops up on Google when somebody searches med spa or uh, garage, or best author, or in your niche. You know, we have individuals that are teaching trader strategies and income opportunities, or um, you know, uh, retirement planning for seniors. Like, it doesn't matter. But imagine if someone was searching online, or they were on uh, the internet with their social media, or they looked in articles and magazines, and you were the go-to. Like a lot of the individuals we worked with, Tony Robbins, Robert Kiosaki, Trump, you know, Steve Young, these individuals are individuals that are authorities in their market. And when people look for answers, they're the go-to. Bernne Brown, people that that are targeted and actually the go-to in their industry. And I want to show you how you can do that without spending a lot of extra time and leveraging the power of what we have in the marketplace right now.

So just to really clarify this, the problem with the current marketplace, the reason you're struggling with so many things, whether it's leads or value or attention or visibility is, let's be honest, you know this, the attention spans are shorter. We're in a quick, fast-paced social uh, you know, environment, and it's really noisy. Influencers and and uh, social media experts are gobbling up all the attention. It makes it really hard for someone that starts out with an idea to ever get attention. And then when you take the trends like AI, I mean, let's be honest, you can create a new book in a weekend right now, and everyone out there sounds like a total expert. You know, you could be someone who just got into a field uh, or you could be someone that, let's say for example, has been in a field for 20 years, and someone that just started yesterday using AI can look and sound as credible as you. So how do you separate yourself? How do you create that visibility, especially when more and more and more entrepreneurs, because of technology, are running more ads, and it's becoming more competitive, and it's and it's harder and harder to get ranked for search and keywords. These are the problems that you're facing.

And so the solutions that we're going to present, and that we're going to talk through today are, you're noticing you got to build a personal brand. People want to connect with individuals and brands that they trust and respect. Also, you've noticed probably podcasts. I mean, the recent election was determined by Joe Rogan and and Jake Paul and, you know, uh, all these new podcasts that are trending, and the idea that media, third-party PR and media will add this leverage credibility that people can use. Now, when you add to that AI, if you can learn to leverage the powerful tools we'll talk about tonight with AI, and you leverage a personal brand, and you leverage things like podcasting and trends that are working, it leads you to this category of authority marketing.

And before I really dive deep into authority marketing, I want to help you to understand something that I think a lot of business owners don't see that we've learned over the years. Dan Kennedy, who you may or may not know, he's one of the greatest all-time marketers out there. This is what he said about personal branding. He said, "If you aren't deliberately, systematically, and methodically, this is very intentional, or rapidly and dramatically establishing yourself as a celebrity, at least, now listen to me here, at least to your clientele or target market, you're asleep at the wheel. You're ignoring what is fueling the entire economy around you. And you're neglecting, and this is the most important part, the development of a measurably valuable asset." This is where he says, and I want you to really think about this tonight, your personal brand is a measurable valuable asset that continues to return uh, a rate of return over time. But if you're not doing something about it, you're neglecting an asset that doesn't take you a lot to be able to develop.

And then this leads us to authority marketing. What is authority marketing? Well, it's not just getting credibility. Authority marketing is a literal blueprint to building yourself as a thought leader, and it helps you to grow your business, attract opportunities, and it really helps make your competition irrelevant. It separates you from your competition. So, the part I really want to emphasize here is it's a blueprint. The blueprint for creating and growing your business.

Now, there's a lot of reasons that you want to double down right now in the marketplace on authority. Authority helps you to increase your trust and credibility. So, when you're working with individuals, you have a more perceived level of expertise. Um, when I talk with people now, and they see my podcast has, you know, what it has for the background and the guests and the people that we work with, immediately there's a level of trust, which helps us to close more deals, get more leads, do more conversion, keep more lifetime value of our clients, and um, it also, in a sense, it helps you to become autonomous in the marketplace. You're not there dependent on the leads you create. You're not dependent on the marketing. You become, look, everyone knows the real estate person in their market that's on all the billboards, that does all the commercial properties. They're the authority kind of in that space. And when you build authority, you are absolutely going to get more leads and conversions. You're going to increase your revenue, and even ironically, you increase your profit because people trust you more, and that speed to trust is there. And because of that, you can actually become more profitable, and things will start to come your way.

Now, we developed this authority scorecard. And I want you to think about this as I start to train and educate you on the steps that it takes to build authority. Ask yourself, what is your authority score? Not just are you visible, but what level of authority do you believe you have? And so if you look at our scorecard that we've developed over time here, we have a series of about, you know, 10 or 12 questions that we take you through, which we could do at another time, but it it's the idea of how much authority do you truly have. You'll notice on this uh scorecard that one axis is the amount of influence and authority you have. The other is the authority that you have, right? So as you get more visibility in the market and you get more authority in the market, your level of authority, your score changes. So if you look at people that have very low visibility, nobody really sees them, and they don't have much authority, they're really undiscovered. You're like, you're like uh somebody that nobody knows anything about. Now, you might have really high levels of knowledge and authority, but very low visibility, and you're a hidden expert. So you might have an amazing amount of actual authority, but no visibility, and you're a hidden expert. Or the opposite could be true. You might not have much authority or knowledge, but you're everywhere, like these social media influencers. Highly visible. That's just a noise maker. What we want to do, our company does, is we help you to both get visibility and also authority. So, when you're out there in the marketplace, and you're everywhere, but people know you know who you are, you know what you're talking about, and you're featured and you're you're highlighted by other experts, you will be an authority leader. And that authority leadership is going to help you to grow your business.

So, here's the three things I want to go over with you. I want to dig into strategies now. So, if you have a pen and a piece of paper, take some notes. I'm going to cover a four-step formula that we've developed over time that is going to be really your roadmap and blueprint to becoming an authority. Then what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you exactly how for our high net worth and high-paying clients, we actually can take one hour of their time and turn it into millions of views and and and get the visibility they need to match the authority. And then finally, I'll show you and share with you how you can be featured in Valiant CEO magazine. I think you're going to be super excited for me making that opportunity available to you. So, stick around to the end. You want to make sure you don't miss anything because this will be an opportunity to be featured in Valiant CEO. You won't you won't get anywhere else.

So, let's get started. Okay. And and by the way, take notes. If you're not taking notes, this is really important here, these next few steps.

So, step one, um, well, let me let me review the whole strategy, then I'll come back and go through the steps. This four-step strategy was designed because most people are out there doing one or two or three pieces of this strategy. They might be out doing some authoritative stuff. They might be distributing content. They might have some technology. But what we found is that these four steps of starting with a strategy, driving into your core authority media, adding technology and automations to actually capture leads and convert sales, and then distributing things out there into the marketplace to become omnipresent, that is the structure, and I'm going to walk you through that and give you some ideas and strategies and tactics you can use.

So the first step is strategy. Now, strategy basically means you and and and it's very important to to listen to the nuances we talk about here. We've learned over the years. It's you might have heard some of these terms, but it's important to create a blueprint to become a celebrity in your niche or industry. And I know what you're thinking. You're thinking, I don't want to be a celebrity. I don't want to be online. But here's what you really do want. I want you to think about this and ask yourself, don't you really want to be the most famous person to your specific client in your specific area with your specific target? Of course you do, because the only way you're going to attract opportunities and be the authority is to be the person that they think of when they think of your product, in your market, in your area. And so that's what I mean when I say become a celebrity in your niche.

Now, there's a big mistake. The first mistake most people make is they think, "Oh, I'm going to go make a lot of content and do PR and interviews," but they do it without any strategy. So, they're out there getting questioned and answered. You might be on one of the biggest podcasts on the planet, or you might be featured in, you know, CNBC or Fox News, and without a strategy, it lacks clarity and focus, and it doesn't get you anything. How many of you have done interview after interview after interview, or you've gone to networking events and you don't get sales out of it, and you're trying to figure out, I'm promoting my book, I'm promoting my product, and I'm not getting anything. It's because you don't have a strategy to actually go and do those.

And so here's what you need to do to build a strategic blueprint for you to start with. Number one, you have to control the narrative. What do I mean by that? You have to control the messaging. When you go in and randomly get asked questions, or you're just out networking, people don't know who you are, what you do, and how to connect with you, what to do. You have to control the the narrative. And the best way to do that is in featured articles and featured interviews, and we'll talk to you about that in a minute. But to do that, you have to clearly define your market, your message, and your media. In other words, who is it that you are serving specifically? You know, because you you don't want to just go out there and give your content to the whole world. Like we said, you want to be in front of your ideal client. And then you need to be in front of your ideal client with the right message. What problem do you solve? What solution do you bring? How do you do that?

So this is this idea of doing what I have listed here is the perfect interview. The perfect interview is one where you come in, and we do this for our clients at Valiant CEO, the perfect interview. When when someone gets done listening to you, they know who you are, what you do, why you do it, and how you're going to help them, and how they can connect with you. Most interviews, by the time they get done, they're like, "Well, I I got to know that person. They have cool background. I got some cool stories. They got a cool strategy." But there's no call to action. There's no way to connect. There's no clear understanding of what separates, and this is important, separates you from your competition. That's the perfect interview. When we do a perfect interview, we make sure, and and when you go into interviews, you should have the same message. You can, you know, riff off on on side notes, but you should make sure that people, for example, you answer questions that they that they're thinking, but you're also answering questions that they're not willing to ask you, objections they might have. You want to have that in your message so that you can then answer objections before they're asked. And you also want to answer questions that maybe wouldn't have been thought to ask of you. So when you control the narrative and you drive the conversation, and these are the things we teach you, then you will have a clear message that is focused on who you are, what you do, why you do it, how you do it, and how they can connect with you. And that's the key.

So let me give you an example of that. Um, Jed Mley, who's one of my partners, he owns a payment processing company. You know, there are a lot of payment processors out there. There are a lot of people competing for that space. Maybe you're a printer. You're competing for space. Maybe you're doing things that are service-oriented that are really hard to get separated. By having a strategy, Jed was able to separate himself from the competition. What he did is he started doing authority media. He started interviewing top CEOs and experts. And instead of out there promoting his product, he was able to take a strategy, use interviews to cast the spotlight on the people that he wanted to be able to work with. And in return, he was able to create more and more credibility. And over time, as he was getting interviewed in top magazines, as he was doing content and putting it out in the marketplace in a strategic way with technology and with mobile tech and videos, he was able to dominate and create more and more authority. And what happened was, you can see here, for example, this is just a screenshot of over the last, you know, four or five years, how he has grown his LinkedIn account. This happens to be his LinkedIn account. I I didn't put that label on there. But what's happened is he went from relatively unknown, you know, hidden expert, let's say, to to an authority. And because of that, he's been able to lock in, he, I'll have him on uh, our next Q&A class. He's been able to lock in banking relationships with top banks he would never have even gotten in the door with, because he was featured in magazines alongside celebrities and experts. He was able to attract an opportunity to work with Kathy Ireland, the supermodel. And because of that, I'll talk to you about in a minute, we were able to lock in deals on their streaming global TV channel uh, with a streaming app. He's even got other companies like major masterminds that without him even needing to go out there are approaching him and saying, "I want to feature you in our deal. We want to be see when you're in authority, people want to be positioned alongside you." That's the difference between having a lot of ads and noise and social and being in authority. People want to be positioned around you, and they reach out to you, and they want to take advantage of working relationships and JV partnerships. And you know, Jed is a good example of that. He started out without very little, you know, necessarily market credibility and exposure, and he grew that over time to where now people are contacting him left and right to be able to work with him and to be able to do things. And yet he still has the same product a lot of other people have, but he's able to negotiate better deals. He's got more lifetime value, and he's got clients that respect and want to work with him because they trust and respect him. And so that's just one example of what strategy will do for you.

Now, step two is you've got to create authority. And this is about, this is important for you to understand. This is about getting featured frequently in legacy media resources. There's a difference between getting featured and featured frequently. And what most people do, the mistake they make is that they believe being in interviews or social media and and just getting themselves out there visible is going to help them. And what they what they don't realize is a lot of the content they're doing is short-term. A PR release is not going to be seen again later on. Nobody remembers what you did on social media last week. And so you're putting all this time and money and energy and effort, your own valuable effort and time and money into something that's not giving you results. And so it's truly a loss of your time and energy. Where are you spending your time, money, and energy? Is it in short-term content that never really gets you the value that you want long term?

And what do I mean by that? You don't need to be famous, and you don't need to be an influencer. You just need to be seen as the leader in featured media and legacy content. Let me explain to you what that means. If I'm a author or a professional, I'm out there talking on my social media. That's good. It's visibility, but it's not as powerful as when someone interviews you and puts the spotlight on you. So, like in our magazines, we interview key executives. I could go out and I could talk to people about products and services, or I could interview them, and as as a result, they are getting featured. When you're being interviewed in top media sources, you are being featured. That way you automatically get this authority um, you know, status. And when I say legacy content, here's what I mean. I mean content that continues to live and grow. We all know uh, YouTube videos that have millions and millions of views. Well, some of those videos have been around 7, 8, 9, 10 years. If you look at how long they've been around, the core four areas of legacy legacy content I'm talking about are podcasts. When a podcast episode gets posted, it's going to continue to get views over and over and over and over. Podcasts, YouTube, YouTube's owned by Google, right? So, we know that it's going to be optimized when you optimize it. We'll talk about in a minute. But YouTube videos, so audio podcast, YouTube videos, continuing to get traffic. Third would be blogs, long-form blogs on your website. These are not summarized transcripts. These are full-length transcripts with, you know, links embedded and keywords and metadata and H1 H2 headings, but we're talking about audio podcasts, video uh, YouTubes, and blog articles. Those three things are going to continue to get optimized and searched and seen. And then magazines come in pretty critical as well, because if you think about it, a magazine is going to sit on a a coffee table, and it's going to get viewed over and over and over and over.

Now, we'll talk about in a minute why you want technology in these core medias, but many of you are putting all this time and energy into a one-and-done PR release, or into a one-and-done social media post nobody sees again. You've got to have legacy content. The final thing I want to mention here is true authority legacy content also is optimized. You need to optimize for keywords and search, and and it's not difficult for you to learn these things, but it's important to do it. Putting your podcast out there without optimized titles means no one might find it, even though it is legacy content. Putting your um, your blog or your YouTube out YouTube out there without optimized metadata and titles and things like that, people might not find it, even though it'll continue to grow. And so it's important to not only have be featured, but also in legacy media and get it optimized.

Now, I'm going to say something real quick about AEO. You might be wondering what that is. Search engine optimization, or answer engine optimization. Many of us, and you know, you're probably one of them, um, don't necessarily go to Google anymore. We go to chat. We go to our AI uh, engines, our deep research uh, topics when we want to learn and find things out. And the difference between that is the same thing that's happening with social media. It used to be with social media that what you wanted to do is just get visible to your your clientele. Now it's about the content you create, because the algorithm has changed. It's looking to based on the user searches. It's looking for content to serve up versus you trying to optimize your content going out. AI is the same thing. If you think about it, keywords, titles, metadata, that still helps you with SEO. But when it comes to AI, AI is out there looking for content that will be served up as answers to people that are looking for answers. And I can tell you right now, and you can Google this, you can search this, you can check into it, what AI looks for is authoritative content. They want credible sources, and they want people that are in multiplatforms. These are a couple of the mini check boxes that you'll want to think about. They're looking for people that are on blogs, podcasts, articles, videos, and newspaper articles, things like this. So, it's important that you build authority if you want to make it into this next phase of answer engine optimization. And I think both of those are things are important.

So, let me give you an example with the Daily Mastermind. When I started my podcast, and I have over 1,200 episodes right now. I've been doing it for, I think it's about six years. I used to just do the audios, and um, you know, that that got me a lot of business. It got me a lot of attention. Got a lot of people calling in wanting you know, different you know, various services. But what I didn't realize for the longest time is that I was not optimizing the content. Now, what I do with my podcast is I optimize it by turning the podcast into a video, an audio, uh, you know, a long-form blog, an an article written about me, and lots of social media content, and things we'll talk about later, but I optimize it with titles and metadata and things like that. And so, the podcast all of a sudden, in the last little while, has started to attract massive authority. I have probably 300 inquiries in my inbox just to be interviewed on my podcast. I used to have to go out and try to find people to interview. And now I have people contacting me to be interviewed. I had a um, a newsletter, one of the top newsletters out there, I'm not going to promote any particular newsletter, but they asked if they could feature me. And most people pay to be part of the newsletter. I said, "Sure, go ahead." And I had 300 requests once I was put in that newsletter for free. And it was just because of the authority that I had created. And you know, another thing that happened is I've had um, top mobile app uh, you know, you know, programmers, let's call it that, top companies approach me about JVing with me on creating our deep dive mastermind, on doing things that typically people would pay tens of thousands of dollars to do, but they wanted to JV with me. I had Franklin Planner reach out. Many of you know um, you know, CVY and Franklin Planner. And Franklin Planner has been around. They've sold, you know, millions and millions and millions of planners. I had them reach out to me and ask me to co-host on their podcast. That would have never happened without the authority that comes from creating this legacy content. I've had the opportunity to interview top artists, top celebrities. We created uh from that relationship with Franklin Planner, massive uh, you know, periodicals and magazine catalog. I'll I'll talk to you about that here in a minute. But those opportunities all came from creating authority content.

So, we've talked about strategy, we've talked about authority content. Then the next step would be technology. Now, technology is going to be the way that you can get more of your time back and more leverage on your time. And so the key with the technology, and this is the piece most people don't do, is you've got to create a content engine that leverages both AI and automations, because when you do that, you actually don't need to put more time and energy in. You can leverage that AI and automation to expand your time. And so the problem a lot of people have is they are investing. I had a guy at a local Chamber of Commerce event say, "Yeah, I've got someone that's writing all these blogs for me, and I've got a social media team that's creating all my content, but they're always trying to get my time to video." And I told him, I just said, "You're working way too hard. You are working way, way too hard. You're investing all your time and money and talent into stuff that doesn't make you money. You need to be spending time on your business and your JV relationships and and and without automations and technology, you're spending all that time, but you're also having a bigger team. You're increasing your resources and overhead. And the goal here is you do not need to have a lot of extra time. You don't need to have a lot of extra talent or a big internal team to to to basically create and scale content. You don't need that. um, you just need technology.

And so let me talk to you about that for a minute. We take our core content, and you know, you may not even want to start a podcast. You may not even want to be able to create new content. You might already have content. It's like Alex Hermosi talks about, you are the content. You know, take um, things you're doing for your clients right now, put them on video. But the point is, when you take that video content, and you can use automation to turn it into videos and reels and articles and transcripts and blogs through very simple prompts with AI and through uh, tools like we use Dscript and Canva and all kinds of different tools. What's going to happen is you'll be able to put a strategy together to repurpose a core piece of content. So you're not creating blogs and articles and social and trying to do ads. Right now, when I do a uh, an interview, like we could take this video I have right now. We could automatically use technology and tools to turn it into an audio, a video, a long-form transcript. Uh, someone could do an article about it. It could carve it up into social media reels, and then we can automatically post it. And um, these are some of the automation tools. I'll give you an example that we use at the Daily Mastermind. Um, for social media, what I do is I have a tool, uh, a company that automatically clips out audio clips, 15, 20 second audio clips, and it serves it up to over a thousand mobile apps. We have millions and millions of people listening to those. You can see that top chart on the right, those audio clips, and when they listen to them, they click through to the podcast. And so, it's just automatically set up. They carve out little pieces of audio out of my podcast. It gets served up. We also have any posts that are automatically created. We have some AI that will immediately and automatically turn it into a Facebook ad and serve it up to the marketplace to push it to tens of thousands of hundreds of thousands of views. And there are some automations there. You don't need to go down the deep dive rabbit hole of learning Meta Business and all those things. Now, that's important if you want to have an ad campaign strategy. But to get authority, there are automation tools for creating ads. There's automation tools for getting you exposure and media. And when you add that automation, all you need to do is the core content, and the rest comes together for you.

Um, the last thing I want to talk to you about is this mobile video tech that we use uh with one of our partners, Epipe. If you don't embed something in your content that allows you to contact capture and convert leads, you're just spraying the noise out there. Now, with that being said, I've done that for many years, and that's returned back a lot of incoming opportunities, but if you get really strategic, what you'll do is you'll find ways to embed QR codes. Um, you know, so if so, if like imagine sending out tons of postcards or magazines and having QR codes in there so you can actually see who's read, who's scanning, and and and it can capture leads and convert. Um, we did this with a recent magazine that we did with um, you know, Trump on the cover. We embedded QR codes throughout the magazine so we could see what articles they were engaging with. We could capture and contact names. We have all kinds of authors. We had uh Kevin Harrington do a book launch with us. We did a QR code on some uh ads at the the Chargers game. You know, there's tech that will allow you, whether it's QR codes or NFC cards or um, social links or keywords to embed in your content so that you can actually capitalize on that. And it's so important that you find ways to do that. Um, and I I'll deep dive in that in just a minute here and show you some examples.

But the final step after you've collected and and formed a blueprint strategy, and you've created and you have some core authority, and you've embedded technology, is distribution. Now, this is where I don't say marketing, I say distribution for a reason. Targeted promotional strategies to grow and scale that give you an ROI. That is what I'm talking about with distribution. Now, that could include marketing um, but you do not need to have a high-priced agency or a huge ad budget or a huge you know, high-converting sales team to get an ROI. Now, you might have that, and that's okay, but you don't need that to build authority. What you need is to learn to leverage promotion and traffic. Traffic meaning people that see you.

There are three types of traffic. The first is the one you own. How many of you are marketing to the names that you currently have seeing you? Well, if you're not capturing those names, that's very difficult to do. But there's a whole amount of traffic that you can use to market to people that already see you. You know, right now, you don't have the contact info for the people in your social media. So, you just try to put a post, and less than a few percent even see it. But with technology in our social post, people will opt into your list, and then you can you can target them. But traffic you own. How about traffic you borrow? What is traffic you borrow? Traffic you borrow is being guesting on podcasts, being in magazines, being at events, speaking in other places. Um, that's traffic that's not yours, but you can kind of leverage it without paying for it. And then there's traffic you pay for, like Facebook ads and Google and campaigns and things like that. So, there's lots of different traffic, but the one I wanted to focus on for you here today was the free traffic sources, because, and and when I say free, you might be thinking low-level, but I have some of the personally, some of the biggest names that are out there are leveraging free traffic by basically guesting on podcasts. Maybe some of you out there are paying companies to book you on podcasts, and you're getting a lot of exposure, but do you have a blueprint, and are you capturing the info, and are you getting a return? But there's ways like speaking and networking and promoting and social media and guesting on podcasts and those kind of things. There's a lot of free traffic sources, which we'll give you some more info on. And if you're here at this webinar, you're getting that 50-page guide on how to leverage media. And so that'll help you as well.

And then a couple other things to note. When you target direct mail campaigns, it used to be that you didn't have a way to really do things with them. Now, like we did a targeted mailer for 10,000 magazines, and we collected the right list at the right time. I'll show you that here in a little while. But then we had the ability to track it. And uh, obviously JV partners, you know, when you can learn to promote through JV partners, like our media network, for example, um, you can get on multiple podcasts and in multiple magazines and connect with multiple businesses. That's one of the things that we bring to our our clients. But there's a lot of ways for you to promote and really get out there.

These are some examples, for example, of people that have been featured in our magazines or on our podcast. You know, Elena Cardone, Grant Cardone, you know, Kevin Harrington, one of the original Sharks, you know, all the, you know, Kathy Ireland. You can see what they do is they use those magazines, or they use those images, or they use those audios in their social media feed. They they promote them. Um, you know, and it and it and it's clearly something that works for them. That's why you're looking at Instagram pages for Kathy Ireland and Grant Cardone, and uh, you know, we've got all of these from some of the biggest names, you know, and even people that you wouldn't know, because think about it, when you do a post, and you are featured in a podcast or magazine article alongside other celebrities, you can really leverage that. And so that's one of the things that Kathy Ireland did. Kathy Ireland has been in multiple magazines of ours. She has a pretty robust network already, but she was able to use those in her events. She mentioned to us um, and uh, I'm going to get a the audio video into our into our master class here in the future, but she mentioned that she's been featured, as you can imagine, on pretty much every magazine out there, and that Valiant CEO was the best interview she's ever done. And the reason is it allowed her to control the narrative. And so when people read that article, they knew what she did, how she did it, where she's going, how they can connect. And it was the best way for her to create more and more authority, and so she leverages it in her events. Um, this is by the way turned into a real strategic relationship. And so this is a great example. um, the CEO uh, of uh, Your Home TV, which is a streaming platform with I think it's like 8 million uh, users right now, had approached us about putting one of our shows on channel, and it's turned into a massive relationship. And Your Home TV is a massive streaming TV uh, platform that we are now going to make available to all of our clients. And so it's it's given us the ability to network with other channel partners and things like that. And um, as I mentioned before, with uh, our our uh, magazine campaigns, we will generally go out, we don't want to just throw out magazines like most of the local magazines. We go out and get curated targeted lists um, of in addition, this is in addition to our 100,000 online, you know, readers right now for Valiant CEO. We will get targeted campaigns with curated audiences. This particular one had a lot of conservative articles and things in it. We had advertisers in it. We targeted conservative CEOs, high-level executives, and then we had individuals that got featured in the magazine alongside very well-known names. Um, and we had copies of this go to Joe Rogan and Jake Paul and others so that when they open it, because they see the cover and they recognize it, who's on page two? Who's on page three? You know, it it's one of those.

things. And then we can continue because of redirectable QR codes, we can always change even though that's printed and out there sitting there for years and years to come. We have the ability to change the offers that are being offered in that magazine. And so that's just one example of kind of an advanced strategy we do for clients, but the power of QR.

Another one, uh, Franklin Planners, they send out over 500,000. Think about that. 500,000. That's more cataloges than Forbes Media mails in each of their magazine runs. More. And they send out all these cataloges of just products. And we were able to talk to them and we we put a deal together where we created a magazine catalog. So now they can increase engagement of their catalog. They can feature individuals like um John Schmidt, who's one of the piano guys with 100 million albums sold and 8 million um you know followers on YouTube. Imagine putting someone like that on the cover of your product catalog and then sending it out. Think you'll sell some more products? Think you'll get more engagement? People to pick it up and read it. Whereas, if you're like me, in the mailbox, you get all these ads. You just toss them right in the garbage. But if you see content that's engaging and people want to connect with you, the other powerful thing about magazines is there's no distractions. You're not scrolling on social media with uh banners and things. And so, that's just another powerful example.

So, we've talked about the strategy, right? The strategy, the authority, the technology, and the distribution. That four-step formula will ensure that you grow your authority. And so, let me kind of wrap it all up for you and give you some examples of how we do this with our clients and how you can do it in less than an hour a week.

So, I'll start with myself right now. I will go in and I do daily podcasts. So, I do 10-minute podcasts and I do interviews that are 40 minutes, but I can in a couple hours a week, I can go in, for example, in one hour and I can record three 10-minute audio video podcasts or I could do two one-hour interviews. And in just that one hour interview, I can then take that video, give it to the team. They pull a full transcript, make it a blog on the website, optimize. They put the bumpers on it and put it inside podcast and syndicate it to all the podcast channels. They take the same video, add it to YouTube, optimize it, and now it's legacy content on YouTube. And then I forward the transcript over to the magazine, and they write an article and feature it in the magazine. So just with my 1 hour, I have that turned into four different pieces of legacy content, which then gets taken and they take the video and chop out three to five to six social media clips. They take quotes out of the uh transcript for social media posts. They kick out those audio reels. They kick out those social media posts. And then our AI kicks in, automates the Facebook ads, automates everything else. And so my one hour where I could do what I do best and I do what I want gets me omniresent out there creating tens of thousands of views with that one particular hour I put in. And because of that I've had people approach me to be on events. I've had people approach me to be co- uh you know co-contributors to books. I've had features in articles and magazines and speaking and all those types of things. That's what happens. And then my one hour can get automated by the team and I can go out and work on the most strategic relationships.

This is the same thing I did with uh Franklin Planner. We have twohour block a week. They come down, we record a couple episodes, they mic drop and take off. Then when they leave, we turn it into a blog, podcast, magazine, videos, social media clips, automate the the promotion of it, and then we go spend our time just trying to find and work new relationships.

Um, the same thing happens with Dr. Michael Bennett. Dr. Michael Bennett is a a dentist that specializes in sleep dental. He's just got a practice here locally in uh in Utah. And he he wanted to start speaking and consulting and and um doing corporate sponsorship deals, start a newsletter. And so we we came together and we created a plan to launch a podcast. And now what they do is once a week he and his wife Kathy come in, we record usually in a couple hours we can record uh you know three episodes and then they leave and we turn it into an audio, a video, a blog, feature them in magazine art like Valiant CEO and Wellness Voice. They get clipped up into social media reels automatically posted online. Then everything gets pushed. They've also um they also have a newsletter now through Beehive, which is um the More Than Teeth newsletter, which has in a very short period of time grown to over 14,000 dentists and health professionals. Can you imagine? This is a doctor that has no time. And he made that abundantly clear. I have maybe an hour and we actually just do that like twice a month and that's it. And all the rest turns into omniresence. And now he's speaking all over the world. He's got um paid gigs. He went to Japan. He's got corporate sponsorships from products that are related to the dental industry. All while he continues to do what he does best. But he now has the leverage of time and automations. And so that's a pretty powerful thing as well.

So hopefully you've grasped the power of what can happen when you build authority, but you also follow a proven strategy. So what I'd like to do now is I'd like to be able to just kind of give you a special offer. And uh we have people ask us all the time, how do I get featured in Valiant CEO magazine? And I thought, you know, what can I do that would really give you not just a feature, but what could I offer you that would give you branding and credibility and some technology and a few pieces of other things that you could use? And so what I did is I came up with the ultimate authority brand package. Now, we haven't offered this before, so just to be clear, this is something we put together for you on the master class. But the idea here is that I want to provide you the ultimate authority brand package. And I don't care if you're a speaker out there and you got your onepage PDF or you've got a website or a podcast or anything. I promise you, you don't have this. And this will be the one thing that you can continue to use to grow your brand and authority.

The first is like to do a strategy audit consultation with you. We'd like to take an hour and sit down and identify where your holes are. What's your authority score? Maybe you're thinking about that a little bit differently now when I asked it in the beginning. What's your authority score? Where are the holes? Where can we fill in the gaps? How do we really identify your core message, your market, your message, and your media? We're going to spend an hour and do a consultation. And then what we're going to do is I'm going to offer you the perfect interview. We call it the perfect interview for a reason. The perfect interview is one where you will control the narrative. You'll be able to craft your own questions. We'll help you with that. And we'll be able to craft both questions you want to answer, questions that you haven't thought about that you should answer because they're objections your clients might have, and maybe even some questions on new things you're working on so we can establish some excitement for your brand. But we'll put together and give you the perfect interview. And then what we'll do is we'll feature it in Valiant CEO magazine online, our online where we have over a 100,000 uh readers. And let me explain to you what this means to you because this is not a typical interview or feature. You're going to get priority publishing within 24 to 48 hours of doing your interview. We're going to add three different images of you so that you have some really good credibility in there. We will have our editorial team completely SEO optimize your article. We'll put your name in the title. We'll put uh other links in there. We'll put your website in there. And you will have the ability, and this is rare, to actually edit the article afterwards. So, if you want to edit it and add or change some things, you can. But on top of that, we'll also do a do follow backlink to your website. So, now your domain authority is growing. So, think about that. We'll help you to craft your strategy and audit what you've got. We'll do the perfect interview and then we'll feature it online in Valiant CEO magazine.

Then on top of that, I want to add another thing. So many of you have probably seen that um I use these NFC cards. We have clients that use these NFC cards all the time um for their stuff. And and maybe you have a onepage speaker profile or a one-page book or offer. Those things are so outdated. What we will do is we will build you a full mobile video landing page. Why a mobile video landing page? Well, mobile is where most people are checking. Video will help you to convert. And an interactive, customizable landing page that's super easy. You could change and do whatever you want with in less than 5 minutes. I'm going to include an account for a year that will be totally built custom for you and your product. That's going to basically display you, your logos, your branding, all your credibility, what your core offer is. And with that, we'll also provide you a custom printed NFC card like Greg Anderson here at Jadari. We'll custom print an NFC card that you can use at events or live networking events where you can just tap it to your phone. It'll pull up your custom video page. Um, and and I'll I'll talk to you about in a little bit, but that custom video page, you'll be able to add your links, your social media, your calendar. There's all kinds of things that you could add into there. And it'll have a QR code as well. So, we'll get you a custom NFC and QR. We'll also do an Instagram post collab for you on the Valiant CEO magazine site as well as the daily mastermind. So, this is something that will get you, when I say collab, most of you may not know that. We'll do a post that will actually show up on both our pages. So, you will get all of the likes and views and comments from our page on your page, which will boost your credibility. So, now not only are we following your website for domain authority, we're boosting your credibility with our Instagram channel. And then we're going to also get you the content and social media guide. Now, many of you will get this 50 proven strategies to elevate your brand. But we are going to actually have a brand new, it's coming out this week, PDF that will give you the full content engine breakdown step by step on how you can automate in one hour of your time automate the rest of that uh for the content engine. That'll be included. And then finally, I'm going to include something we normally have to custom program, which is a keyword campaign.

Now, some of you, and you you're welcome to scan that if you want. Some of you know that I don't carry business cards. I don't like to collect names. I don't write down stuff. So, I go to events all the time, and people are like, "Can I get a business card?" I say, "Nope. Just scan this this QR code on my screen saver." And when they scan it, it pulls up a text message that says G3. And I just say, "Hit send." And so, they scan my code, hit send. Well, what just happened? They texted a keyword to my digital business card. And what happened is I captured their name and number which they opted into my list because they they text me and it automatically sends back to them my one-page mobile video landing page. And so what happens is I can go around and do what I do best. I don't need to collect names and tap cards and try to you know what happens when you do a a normal NFC card. You tap it, it comes up on their phone, but unless they give you their info, you're never going to get it. These keyword campaigns will be programmed for you so that you can say, "Hey, text George to my 800 number or scan my QR code." And when they do and hit send, that keyword would come into your database, capture their information, automatically send them your landing page. And that keyword campaign will save you time and money and ensure ensure that you start to capture, you know, contact capture and convert your names. That is where you're going to really see some massive things happen.

So, this whole package, I mean, we could charge more. It's normally a couple thousand bucks to do strategy sessions and the perfect interview and the features and the mobile landing page and NFC and QR codes and Instagram post collapse. You're getting some distribution as well as all the all the secrets behind what we do with our clients in a guide and that keyword campaign. But I want to tell but that's not what I'm going to charge you as you probably know. Um, but I want you to just think about it for a minute. This is a brand package that you can use over and over and over. Think about it for a second. What if over the next 30 to 90 days with this brand package, you could lead new relationships by mentioning the article that you were in? You could go to networking events and capture names easier. What if you could actually create just one client from it? What if you could? And keep in mind, these are assets that you will use over and over because authority media assets continue to be used over and over and over and your page can get edited and adjusted whenever you feel like it. How much is this going to be worth to you? What's your time worth? Some of you are out there doing interviews and if you're using guest booking companies, you're paying three, four or 500 bucks just to get an interview that you never get the assets from, that you never actually optimize or get names from. You might get a little bit of return. What I'm talking about is a brand package that you need no matter what. You would use your video business card to send to people to tell them who you are so that they'll want to interview you. Imagine how you cut through the noise with a mobile video page and how you cut through the noise when you're featured alongside online some of the biggest names on the planet. Those are the things that will continue to return and give you, you know, income and revenue and benefits and ROI over and over and over.

So imagine doing the same thing that our high ticket clients and our high consulting clients do. Casey Field, Kathy Ireland, Grant Cardone, you know, these individuals that get featured in media. Imagine having the digital and mobile and tech assets, all the stuff that's included in this brand package. When you do that and you get featured inside our magazine online and you can utilize that in your PR and promotion moving forward, I think you're going to see that there's going to be some massive value for you over time.

So, what can I do for you? This is I wanted to do something that I thought would really benefit you and give you just the ultimate package. And so, I'm not going to charge you 2,000 bucks. What I'll do is for this master class that you're on, we'll just charge you 500 bucks. For $500, you're going to get an asset that's going to continue to pay for you over and over and over again. And so if you want to scan that QR code, you'll be able to go to this uh landing page, you'll be able to get that offer. And it's a limited time because we we we do need to do those one-on-one strategy calls and we are going to help you to audit your brand. We're going to help you to do that perfect interview. And here here's what I would say. Time and time and time again, I've had individuals that have come to me and said, "Man, I'm doing all the work and I'm just not getting the results." or my ad budgets are out of control. I'm just not getting the results. And so, what I really want to impress upon you is that you will go and you will utilize an asset like this in order to start growing your authority, growing your brand, and automating and leveraging so that you can buy back your time.

I had um an individual that has we do custom magazines for a couple of really high-end mastermind groups. These are masterminds that people pay, you know, 30, 40, 50, $60,000 a year for and they have hundreds and hundreds of members and they have done custom magazines with us because they want to feature their members and use it to grow their business and all these kind of things. And you know, initially they were like, "Look, we just have no time. We don't have time to put that together." And I said, "Don't worry about it. All we need to do is just video some of the content you're already doing and we'll take that and turn it into articles and ads and things like And so what I would say to you is that when you have some of the right tools set up and you have the knowledge, what's going to happen is you're going to find that you're going to get more and more time back. You're going to spend less and less money and you're going to leverage more and more the things that you can do to focus on what you do best. And so, you know, I encourage you to take advantage of this offer. I think if you if you really want to grow your brand, no matter where you're at, maybe you're someone who's just starting out, maybe you've got a a book and you've been guesting. I had a guy the other day that has been on 300 podcast guesting and he said, "Man, I I I've never really had the content and the the leverage and the results that I have had with you guys. So, you've just got to really be strategic with your time." So, I hope you've learned something tonight. I hope it's something that you will take advantage of. And um I'd be happy to answer any questions right now if you want to put some questions in the chat. But I hope you'll take advantage of this offer. It's something that uh is going to bring you some massive value and some great benefit. And I appreciate you spending time with us today.

Here's the bottom line. Um you can have all this knowledge, you can have all the the the the great strategies, the AI and the automation, but if you don't take if you don't take action, you're not going to you're not going to get the results that you want. Being associated with the Authority Media Network is going to allow you to be connected with us, with our partners, with our network, and other things that we obviously we couldn't fit into just one simple master class. So, I would encourage you to take advantage of this for no other reason than just to connect with us and be part of our our network of what we're doing here to build authority. And so, with that said, I appreciate you being here. I hope you have an amazing day and I look forward to talking with you soon. Have a great night.
