Hello, welcome to episode miracles. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. I've got something to share with you, and it's from Hebrews chapter 11 and verse 6. It is, but without faith, it is impossible to please Him. For He that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. I have with me on the program, Reverend Tom. He's going to be sharing with us faith to change your world. See here, the word says, without faith, it is impossible to please God. Anyone who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek. So, we're talking about faith today. Faith is so important. Jesus let us know how important faith is, and I want to share this with you today and how they can express their faith because every believer has faith. It is the expression of that faith that is where most of the problem lies.
Listen, Reverend Tom, thank you very much, Pastor, for the opportunity to be on the program. You know, the subject of faith is a very interesting subject because it is central to the life of the believer. Before you became a Christian, you believed the Word of God. You believed, you took this step, as the Bible says in Romans chapter 10, from this 9th verse: "Thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Know that was what you did. That's now you can declare believer. So, it, you know, many Christians after a while, they, they wanted to have faith. Now, if you never exercised that faith, you will never become a Christian. And, and the Bible let us know, and in 1 Corinthians chapter 12, verse 3, that God has dealt to every man the measure of faith. Now, faith is vital to our walk because in Hebrews chapter 11 and verse 6, the Bible says, "For without faith, it is impossible to please God." And in your book, "How to Make Your Faith Work," you said, as important as love, as important as patience, as important as fastness, He never said, "Or without practice," or "without training," or "without love." But He said, "Without faith, it is impossible to please God." That's because it is through faith that we respond to what God has said. That brings power into manifestation and brings these three ordained results into manifestation in our lives. So, the believer has to exercise faith. Very simply put, in the Word. I mean, exercise faith in the Word of God. That means believing what God has said. But I believe in the course of this program, Reverend Tom will throw more light on the subject of faith. But suffice to say that faith is vital to every believer's walk with God, and then use it to change your world.
It's good, you know, the, the, that we have a book, "13 Creating Your World." Very important. People connecting. It's another front. It will help you very specially. Two great measures. See, "3 Creating Your World." Every one of us has his own world. See, you have your world, the world where you live, your stuff, your contacts, see, the things that concern you, where your challenges are, and where the pressures of life is you. And you can recreate your world. You can change things. That book is all about. It gives you a lot of information from the scriptures. But I want to focus on something within this subject, especially with respect to what Jesus said about prayer. And that's in Mark's Gospel chapter 11. And I read from verse 22. And Jesus answering said unto them, "Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith." Now, here's the big thing, and it's in verse 24. Jesus said, "Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." Here's where the subject of faith really comes into play with respect to prayer, or receiving from God. This is what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. So, a lot of times, you'll find many believers think that they have to receive it first, then they believe it. For example, if I don't feel the pain anymore, and I know I'm healed. That's, that's the fact. As long as I feel the pain, I think I'm not healed. Or I ask, maybe I, I ask that the Lord, I will be healed, or I declare that I claim my healing. And then I'm trying to find out now that I've been my healing, the pain to be gone. No, it's not. It doesn't work that way. The best quick scripture simply says, "Whatsoever you desire, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them." Now, with you, when you are exercising faith, you're not looking at feelings. And you don't want to see it first physically before you talk about it. Actually, either. You, you quoted from Hebrews. Hebrews chapter 11, verse 1. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for." It is this substance, then the evidence, is the proof of things that we do not see. I do not yet appear to our optical eyes, or things that we do not feel. So, faith causes real things that we do not see. You know, that's why sometimes some people get confused about it. It is actually very simple. Just, just what the Lord said. Sometimes try to complicate the Word of God. He says, you know, "Faith is the substance of things hoped for." It means that I have it, though I have not seen it. I can start declaring the victory about it and dancing about it because I have already received it. I have seen it. It's real to me. In the, in the, in terms of the Spirit, these things are real. And as a child of God, when you are exercising your faith in the Word of God, which surpasses feelings, you're generally dealing with the issue of feelings. And even when you see, to your feelings, if you are exercising faith, you call real that which is not yet visible to the eyes. And you're declaring. So, people who are spiritual do not understand what you're saying. They start declaring. Say, you're using a meal, for example. And this, you can see symptoms in your body. They want to, "What are you talking about?" But the Word of God says, "It is the substance of things hoped for." You've gotten ahold of it. Things. It's a choice to stay in the Word. And the Word is your choice. You make. Do you make that choice to stay in the Word of God? It's a choice. The, the Word says, "What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them." Now, that's what the Word says. The important thing is to stay in it. Now, if you're going to your feelings and say, "Well, I'm, I still feel the symptoms," or "If I have received healing, the pain ought to go." For the symptoms to go, that means you think that receiving your healing is predicated on the absence of your pain. And that's not what the Word says. No. That means your faith is based on your human feelings. Yes. Faith is based on the Word. You accept what the Word has said, in spite of physical evidence. See, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, or things not felt, or things that precede by the senses. When you hold dear to you, and hold real to you, that which you do not see, you claim that it is real. And it's faith. Now, if you say that, "When it's only when I feel it, I'm going to accept it," then that is not faith. To, we have to be able to distinguish between the two. It's like Thomas, who said to the other disciples, "Unless I see, I will not accept. Unless I touch, I will not believe." Now, there's a beautiful example, and you know, in the Bible, which you also gave in, in that book, "How to Make Your Faith Work." There's a beautiful example. You were talking about little faith, you're talking about great faith, you're talking about weak faith and strong faith. The Roman centurion came to meet the Master, and he said, he talked about his servant. Then Jesus said, "Let's go to your house." But he said, "No, Master, I'm not worthy of Your entering my house. Just speak the word, and my servant shall be healed." No, he didn't say, "Well, let me go and find out." He said, "Speak the word." That's what you said. But great faith. You know, the Master, and Jesus said, "I've never seen it like this." This is great faith. And the moment you said your servant, he went home. He knew he already received it. He didn't say, "Stay here, let me go check my servant." That was real faith in the Bible. Because in a way to find out, he received the Word. And when he got home, he tried to find out from the, the other servants. Said, "Exactly the same. And that Jesus spoke the Word, your servant was healed." So, we can actually change anything. What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive. When, when do you believe? This is what things soever you desire, when you pray, believe. So, you believe when you pray. It's at the point of prayer that you believe that what you're asking is yours. It's believed that you received, and you shall have. So, believing comes before having.

Mysterious to the child of God, not a child of God. The last faith he came with the gospel. When you receive the gospel of Jesus Christ, that seed of faith was planted into your spirit. But that little measure that you got, it's not enough for everything. It's got to grow. He said, "If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed." What do you do to receive? You plant it. Then you talk about the nature of things. Is it weak? Is it strong? Strong faith doesn't stagger. Strong faith maintains the confession in the face of staggering opposition. I have a book on this. Welcome back. Now, we are talking about faith, faith to change your world, faith to change the circumstances of your life. And I still have with me on the program today, Reverend Tom Nickatina. We are explaining these things from God's Word in a way that will be beneficial to you. I trust that this will help you so you can develop your faith. Strong. God wants us to grow our faith. It's the threat of the earlier, which was actually from Romans chapter 12, the third verse. Let's go there before I say, "Through the grace given unto me to every man that is among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith." Now, notice the definite article: "the measure of faith." He has dealt to every man the measure of faith. Now, that's every man that is among you. In other words, He's talking about Christians. Still. He's not referring to everybody in the world because again, intelligence and someone with some other place that all men don't have faith. But we all have faith. Every one of us is born again. We all have faith. So, God has dealt to every man the measure of faith. That is the measure of faith that is required to receive anything, to change anything. So, you, whatever you want to change, whatever you want to receive, God has dealt unto you that measure. That's the natural state of things. Real. That's required. And then what you have to do now, now that you have that faith, you can plant it. You plant your seed. You see, because He has dealt to you the measure. What God gives you is a seed. Now, when you use your faith, you're sowing it. It is you're planting your faith. You're planting your faith. And when you plant your faith, it reproduces. Then you have more faith. That's why Jesus distinguished between little faith and great.
