The Finish Line 2025 Day 2

Melanie Ann Layer2:43:29

Hello Facebook live. How are you tonight? Melanie and Leer coming to you here live once more here on my personal profile. This is for day two of the finish line program, which I explained yesterday is normally a paid program, but I felt in my heart that this year, this was a conversation for the world. And so what I've decided to do is to offer this master class and to put it on my personal Facebook, and it's going to be here and available until the 3rd of January at 10 p.m. Then it'll be taken down, and it will be hosted in my AlphaFem. So, for the moment, if you're accessing this, you're accessing it completely free.

This is day two. So, when I'm done doing this live today, I'll add the replay of yesterday's in the body of today so it's easy to find, so that you're able to watch all of them before they disappear. So the idea with this finish line master class and finish line program, why I find it so important is because usually, as we inch towards the end, this is about the time we start just skipping to the beginning where we don't really go through the full finish line, where we kind of go, "Okay, this is done. Let's just, let's just think about 2026 now. Let's not even think about 2025 anymore. 2025 is over. Let's think of 2026." And although that's very exciting, and I am also very excited for 2026, I really have found that the more I take things right to the finish line in my life, the stronger my relationship with myself has become, and the more of my visions, dreams, goals are coming to fruition because the ending, the way we end things, the way we start things, it all matters. And so going all the way through, it matters.

So, if you're here and you're watching this, I'm so incredibly grateful. Thank you for being here. AlphaFam team, if you want to send out an email just saying that I'm live with the link to this live stream so people can find me, that would be awesome.

So, couple of little things about today's live stream. First of all, if you're not following me yet on Facebook, I highly suggest that you follow. If anything happens during the time that we're live, you and I, I fall, I fall off. This happens sometimes. We have too much energy. We crash the internet. If it happens for any reason, you'll be able to just find me again and just go back to my my name. If anything, my name is Melanie Anne Leer. So, you can just look for my personal profile on Facebook and find me. If ever this disappears while we're live, I'll, I'll hop back on again. But just to stay in touch, if you feel like this is valuable for you and you'd like to see more of what I bring to the world, then make sure you stay connected. On Instagram, I'm @AlphaFem or @MelanieAnneLeer. I have two accounts. Okay.

So, I would love to know. I'm going to open Facebook up just so I can see who here is live. But who was here yesterday? So, who has watched day one and now you're here live for day two? So, I just want to know first, who was here yesterday and you are here for day two? Oh my gosh. People from Montreal, South Africa, where are you guys tuning in from? I'm excited to know. This is awesome. Okay, it tells me comments with stars will appear here. Apparently, I don't see comments unless they're with stars. It's not very nice, Facebook. That's not very helpful. Um, okay. Well, at least I can see a bunch of hearts. So, hearts is good news. Oh boy. Okay. Well, I'll get to see them on the replay. If you were here for day one, let me know. "I was here for day one and now I'm here for day two." And if you're brand new and you're jumping in right now and you're like, "Wait, no, I have to watch the replay of day one." Then let me know that you're live for this one and you still need to catch day one on the replay. And as I said, I'll add the link of day one to the title of this one so it's easy to find.

So, we have some draws today. A draw. Uh, there's going to be a couple of prizes. So, first things first is an AlphaFem notebook. I'm going to show you a different one today, but everybody who wins is going to win a physical product, which is the AlphaFem notebook. Beyonce vibes. Um, you're going to win the AlphaFem notebook and also AlphaBucks. There's going to be three prizes. Each person wins an AlphaFem notebook and an amount in AlphaBucks. So, should I do this? Okay. What I'm going to do, I'm going to remind you what you needed to do to be in the draw. The first step was to share the video of yesterday's live stream. So share and make sure you let me know in the comment section that you had shared. Number two was to share the animation that was posted to my Facebook page. And number three was to take a little video of me while I was speaking with your favorite takeaway and tag me on Instagram at @AlphaFem or @MelanieAnneLeer. We had quite a lot of shares. This was very fun. Thank you so much for this. And so we have quite a lot of people in the draw today. I'm going to draw two at the beginning, one at the end, and there is also going to be another draw tomorrow. So, if you want to participate in tomorrow's draw, you would do the same thing. While we're live, while you're watching this one live, you share. Just make sure you let people know when you're sharing. This is a paid program that's currently free until January 3rd. People can watch it on my personal page, but then it's going to disappear. Let them know that this is day two, that they can find day one. Like, be helpful when you're sharing, just so people know what they're finding. This is a paid program, usually $555, that's being offered for free. So, this is awesome. Um, and yeah, if you share, make sure you let me know in the comment section. And then number two is that same animation post that's on my personal page. You can share that. That'll give you another chance in the draw. And the other thing is to just take little videos while I'm speaking and post them to your Facebook or your Instagram and tag me. Make sure you tag so the team can find. Now, I will say, even though I was very specific yesterday, there were still photos, and they all looked exactly as I had predicted. So, little videos look cuter than pictures of me mid-speaking. Videos are cuter. Okay.

So, we're going to do the draws. And I also want to tell you, for those of you who are here, who is here that is also a participant in the movement? If you are a member of the movement today, Jacqueline did an identity activation inside of the movement. If you haven't done it yet, jump in. Go watch that. It's going to activate all the magic. And tomorrow, when we're done doing day three, so when I'm done day three here, there's going to be a finale. It will be the final transmission of 2025 inside the movement. So, if you are a part of the movement, you can catch up on Jack's activation. And tomorrow we have our finale in the movement. And if you are not in the AlphaFem movement, but you feel like this might be a fun next step for you. AlphaFem team, if you don't mind putting the link to the movement, that would be fantastic. Let me see if I'm seeing comments now. If it's fixed my little issue about not seeing comments unless they're with stars. Yes. Okay, perfect. I'm feeling so bubbly tonight. Champagne vibes. I love that, Amanda. So good. Donna says, "I love the movement." So good. "I'm in the movement and I was present for Jack's activation." So good. I'm so happy. "Shared day one yesterday and it was amazing." Thank you so much. "The activation was beautiful." "The activation was great." This is so wonderful. So happy to see this. All things AlphaFem. All right.

So, let me just see what else I wanted to tell you. The draw. We've got to do the draw. All right. So, AlphaFem team, if you are able to tell me, how are we gonna do this? Oh, yeah. Okay. So, you, I, I should be able to see your comments. So, if you want to put it in the Facebook comment section, then I'll be able to see it. Hey, Dana sent me stars. Thank you so much. Okay. "I love being with you in the spirit." Thank you, Natalie. So, we are going to draw our first AlphaBuck winner. So, you are going to win a beautiful AlphaFem notebook, and you're going to win $222 in AlphaFem money in AlphaBucks, which means you will be able to purchase, if you want, one month in the AlphaFem movement, or you could put it towards something else, but it gives you a full month in the AlphaFem movement, which means you could be in there by the time we do our finale tomorrow, which would be very cool. Okay, so AlphaFem team, when you have a moment, let's post our winner. I'm just paying attention to the comment section so I can see. "Beyond grateful for this year of the AF. I'm so happy. Day now. It's my lucky day. Calling it in. Sending all the vibes." Okay, who is our winner? Thank you for sharing, Leah. Our winner. Winner, winner. Thank you in advance for all your generosity in general. Thank you for this. "The notebooks are stunning and I love mine." This is so great. Thank you, Mindy. "Day one has shifted my framing of 2025 beautifully." I'm so happy to read that. Okay, the AlphaFem team says, "The first winner is France Z." France Dre, you are the winner of $222 in AlphaBucks. So, you can put it towards whatever you like, but a month in the movement, it's always a good idea.

Okay, now we are going to draw a second winner, and we're going to have a little bit of a leap, a little bit of a jump. So again, you're going to win an AlphaFem notebook, but also $2,222 in AlphaFem money. So this could be an entire year in the movement. Could be something else, but it could also be an entire year. Nikki, I'm so happy you're here. I love you. I can't believe it. I can't believe I saw that post right before I came on here. I was like, "This is the best news. I'm going to message you when I get off. I'm so excited. I love the movement. I'm so happy, Rachel." Um, can the team also post the membership? Yes. So, AlphaFem team, once we've drawn the second person, if you don't mind putting a link to the movement, that would be fantastic. Everyone is celebrating you, P. Yes. Congratulations, P. Congratulations. Congratulations. Woohoo. Congratulations. Congratulations. Congratulations. Amazing. Love the sisterhood in the comment section. Makes me very happy. And thank you so much for those of you who are sharing. At the end of this live stream, I will be drawing one more, and then tomorrow we will have more. Um, everyone's celebrating. So, now I just need my second person. So, you could do a whole year in the movement for $2,222, or it could be something else. You could use it towards something else if you wanted. The winner of $2,222 in AlphaBucks is... Is who am I behind on the comments? I wonder if you guys see things I don't see. Maybe I'm behind. I see all the celebration. "I love the movement and I love AF." "I'm so happy." "I love hearing you read all the comments. It's so beautiful." Ah, that makes me happy. "Winning the AlphaBucks recently was literally life-changing for me." Matthew, that makes me so happy. Roxan. Oh. Oh, the second winner is Taylor Eaton. Oh my goodness. Taylor Eaton. Taylor, you're in House of Oats. You could potentially use this towards like a one-on-one call with me or something. Putting a pin in that in the universe. Thank you very much. All the same. This is so exciting. Thank you, you guys. This was fun. This was very fun.

Okay, so we're going to be jumping into day two of our program. And this finish line, again, the energy I really want you to feel today is that we're not just jumping timelines. We're really having a conversation for now. It's not the end yet. It ain't over till it's over. There's still all day tomorrow and all night tonight for something to click for you, for something to drop in for you, for you to realize something, for you to witness yourself in a way that like life was never the same again because of just this one realization or this one moment or this one breakthrough that you had that could happen tonight. And so instead of wishing the time away, really live tonight. Really be here for this conversation and then again for tomorrow. Be there. Really take everything there is to be taken from these moments because the crazy thing is, life happens one day at a time, one moment at a time. When you look back at your life, you really do look at it in moments that have passed. They, they just happen. We'll play the animation so that people know where to start when they're watching the replay. I don't want to give too much before the animation. But again, when you're watching this, if at any point it feels like, you know what, this is so, this is so good, this would be helpful, please share. And when you do share, and I mean, you can share while we're live and then edit it after to explain all the details after, but share while we're live so people can jump in when, while I'm still speaking live because it's such a cool opportunity for them to get to do that. Um, if there's a little clip that you want to clip while I'm speaking, you can also do that. And, um, I'll give you all the info again at the end when it's time for the next draw. Is everything good, Kevin? Cool. Okay. So, AlphaFem team, when you're ready, if you could please play the animation so we can kick off with day two.

Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat up here. I love that animation so much. Makes me happy. Nostalgic, happy, sad, you know that feeling. So, this is day two of the finish line. And this finish line energy is not just important when we end a year. It's important for all the things. I touched on this yesterday. I'm going to touch on this again today. This is not just about ending a year super strong and making big promises for next year. It's about going through the finish line with everything that you do in your life so that you start to build the kind of relationship with yourself that you know you can depend on yourself to complete things and to not just get real close to the edge and then just go to actually go through and to face it. If you go through and you're not totally satisfied with everything, to face it, to say, "That could have been better," and to own that because then next year gets to be more, more ownership instead of like, "It doesn't matter." Because if it doesn't matter, there isn't more ownership next year. If you go through the finish line of your day, and you go through the finish line of your conversations, and you go through the finish line of your workout, and you go through the finish line of your thoughts, and you go through the finish line of your objectives, your goals, your visions, your plans, if you make it a habit to start going through the finish line with things, it's going to change who you are fundamentally over time. And I think a lot of times when people think about personal development as a context, it just, it's all very la-di-da because it's like this grand vision like you could be anything and you could create anything and you can create the best of yourself and rediscover your best self and maybe be rich and be powerful and be in love and manifest everything you've ever wanted. It feels so far away. But the fact is, all of that is real. But the way that it happens is not just la-di-da, it happens like the self that I am creates the self that I become, and then the self that I become creates the self that I become, and then the self that I become creates the self that I become. So, something I, I wish I would have understood a lot sooner in the whole personal development journey is that it's not the version that I am now that creates the version of me. Then the version of me now only needs to create like the one that's two steps ahead, because then the one that's two steps ahead has more power, more conviction, more faith because all of a sudden I was able to move. And it's like, "Oh, well, if I can do that, maybe I can do this. If I can do that, then maybe I can do this." That's really all it takes to change your life. "If I could do that, then maybe I can do this." And it only needs to be incremental shifts. They just need to never end. Because what's really blown my mind in this whole life-changing adventure that has been my life the last decade is that I did not know how I was going to do it. And in looking back, it really is that every step of me as I actualized, found out a new little piece that I didn't know before. And it's like, that piece led me to being able to do this piece, and then this piece led me to being able to do this piece, and then this piece led me to being able to do this piece. So, all the parts created the next part. It's not like today I'm going to tell you something and then you're just going to click your fingers and tomorrow you're going to be all these other things. It's more like something will click for you and day to day your life's going to change every day, and it'll never, it'll never stop again. I work with hundreds, thousands of people. I speak to people all day, every day. I know, I, I know the heart and soul and dreams and desires of hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people. And I have watched thousands of people create the unbelievable things that should not have happened. They've manifested things out of thin air that that don't make sense. They've, they've done things that don't make sense. But when I look at the pattern, what really made the difference is there was just a moment in time where they were willing to just surrender to not being the same anymore. So, not even like getting all hyped up to change, not even be having to believe that they were capable, having to believe that they were good enough, or that they were deserving of big things. Like, none of that even mattered. It was just this moment of like, "It doesn't have to be like this. I don't have to spend all my time thinking about what it would be. I, I could actually create it and then adapt. I could, I could take baby steps. I could do it differently. I could have little moments of satisfaction that build one on top of the other. I could have little moments of success that build one on top of the other. I could have a different year. I could have a different experience in my life. I could, it doesn't have to be like this forever. It could change." And maybe it doesn't need to be this grand gesture that makes me change. Maybe it's just a different attitude, like a more grounded attitude. Not like I'm finally ready and I'm changing my life. Not, not even like that. Like I'm ready and I'm just not, I'm just not, I just don't need to be doing everything the same for the rest of time. I'm willing to look at different options. And it's so wild because I remember being told this early on in my journey and thinking, "Yeah, not sure about that," when people said, "Your brain wants to keep you safe, and it doesn't actually want you to change." And I was like, "Well, that doesn't make sense. I know my brain, my brain is talking to me, and my brain is saying, 'Please, for the love of all things holy, please change.'" So, and that's not what my brain is saying. But there's something I hadn't considered, and I wish someone had said it to me like this, and I hope if I say it like this to you tonight, you'll be like, "Huh, this is going to be really good for you or someone you love." If it's possible for me to change a piece of me, a part of me, and that part has been an either an issue or a block or a limit for some time now. If I find out that it's actually possible to change it, there's actually grief that comes with that. Because inevitably, whether I want to or not, the minute I start to change the thing, there's a part of my brain that's going to tell me, "You could have changed this before. You could have been happier before. You could have been freer before. You wasted time. You didn't need to suffer this way. You didn't need this bad thing to happen. You didn't need that to happen." There's a part of the ego that doesn't get it. It's like, there's, there's a loss all of a sudden. We don't think about the part where like my excuses don't really work here anymore now. I can't, there, I can't blame anybody if I fixed it. Even the people I used to blame in the past, I can't blame them anymore because if I fixed it, it means I could have fixed it then as well. I could have changed it then as well. It's difficult for us when we've built a lot of our defense mechanisms around, "It's not, it's not really my fault. There's nothing I could do about it. It's this person's fault." Whatever it is that we've put in place without overthinking it, just because it saved our heart, it saved our ego, it saved whatever it is that it saved. It's like when you actually face the real possibility of changing your life, you also face the fact that you didn't. And you would be really shocked that there's a really big part of you that doesn't know if it can handle that. But when you name it, when you bring it into the light, all of a sudden it gets seen and it loses its power. It's like, well, when I say it out loud, let's say you were to change your financial situation in the next year of your life, you were to double your income. I don't know how many years you've wished you could have any kind of raise or make more money, but like, if suddenly you doubled your income, there would also be a truth that you could have done that last year. And there's a lot of things you may have said no to where you now just suddenly just did it. And in the subconscious, there's a part of us that doesn't want to do that because there's been excuses about you not doubling your money before, which wouldn't be possible to use anymore. And as a matter of fact, you wouldn't even be able to use them for the past. If you this year suddenly achieved your dream health, your dream body, your dream physique, but then you would have to make peace with the fact that you could have had it the other years. You just didn't do it. And although that doesn't seem like a huge deal, it is a huge deal if it leaves scars on your skin. It is a huge deal if maybe in not being the body that you wanted, you found yourself not being intimate with your partner. Maybe it caused a rift in your marriage, or maybe it's like, "I don't want to know that I was fully responsible for this because if I was, then I should have could have done something about it." And so if I create all this story that I can't change it, then I'm safe. This is not the, the brightest part of us, the chipperest part of us, the most enlightened, like I can do anything part of us that does this. It's the part that's like, "At least it's not my fault." But you'd be surprised how much we sabotage because of that piece. If there's anyone in your family that's struggling that needs, that's needed something, or you've said no to someone because you don't have time or you don't have money, now suddenly you'd have time and money. There's a part that's like, "Well, you could have, maybe you could have done this for them before." And I have really found that staying the same is really helpful if you don't want to have to face that you could have changed before, you know, any, anything that it's ever cost you. If you've said no to something to someone you love, you had to tell your kids like, "No, we, we can't afford that," for long enough. And suddenly you're able to double your income and you realize, "Gosh, I could have done this every time." I remember when my, when the first time I ever made a $50,000 month. I had two feelings at once. The first one was like, "Holy pickles, Harry Potter. I just had a $50,000 month." And the second thought was like, "Holy crap, my mom makes less than that a year, and I just made that in a month." When, when I crossed, I think it was like eight, $8 million. It was 2020, the end of 2020. We, we had had an $8 million year. And my dad said to me, "Do you realize that you have made in one year more than my, your mother and I have made combined in all of our lives in one year?" And I, I felt my stomach drop because I thought, "How many? Oh, I wish I could make that, but I can't. I'm working. How many? No, we can't because I'm working. How many? I wish I could take you, but I can't because I'm working. How many? No, Mom can't come because she's working. How many? Well, no, your dad can't because he's working." How many jobs? My dad worked at a point. My dad worked three jobs. How many Christmases, birthdays, dinners? How many pairs of new shoes, school books were paid for over an entire lifetime? And I made more in one year than both my parents made in their entire lives in one year. And I was like, there were feelings that came with that. But then when I realized the beauty of it, I realized, "What other time collapsing can there be? What other, what other miracles can I experience? How and how much can I give back? Like, does that mean I can give them years back? Am I giving myself years back?" But it's so wild how there are, there are things that you might not even consider in your life or like, "Gosh, if I suddenly became successful, would I all of a sudden be making more money in a year than I've done in the last 10 years?" You might think of everything you've missed in the last 10 years, but not consciously. Because as soon as we name it and we start talking about it consciously, be like, "I don't care. I'll make peace with all of it. Give me the future." But when we don't name it and we don't talk about it, it stays like a little weird little thing in the brain. And we have many things like that. We have many things in our minds that when we don't vocalize them, when we don't talk about them, they just create these little shadows. And we operate to protect the shadows. Even though we don't think about them consciously, we don't even realize they're there. We start operating in order to not look at the shadow. So when you look at the end of a year, like what we're going through right now, there's a lot of hindsight available. And the power of hindsight for me has been the greatest tool of my life because you, it's kind of shocking how quickly something is in hindsight. Like I have had moments in my life, I don't know if you've ever experienced this, but I have said things to someone, I've like said something in a conversation and within two seconds after I've said it, I'm like, "You know what would have been a funnier thing? You know what would have been a much greater thing or a more empowering thing? You know what would have been a much greater comeback?" And I immediately know what would have been better. Hindsight sometimes is immediately after the thing is over. But the power of hindsight is that your wisdom is fresh. It's the soonest after the thing has happened, and you know like, "I want to take this away. I want to learn this in this moment." Hindsight comes with nostalgia. It comes with emotion. What we talked about yesterday is it's very difficult for us to learn things as grown adults when there's no emotion attached. We forget. So when you add hindsight, nostalgia to contemplation, you actually start to learn wisdom. You actually start to have your all this wisdom land a lot more. And so there are things this year that you probably know you just, you just didn't choose yourself, not fully. And it's not because you're a mess of a person, and it's not because you don't care about yourself, and it's not because you're not capable. It just in the moment it felt like you could just think about it later. It just felt like, "I'll do that next month," or "I'll think about this in the fall." "I'll think about this later." And, and you maybe just pushed it all through the year. You might be able to recall right here at the finish line that there are things that you're like, "Gosh, I really thought by the end of the year I would be in a different place." And having that thought feels bad. So instead, you're, you may have already started thinking about 2026. Took the goal, took the objective, you took the important thing, and instead of facing the fact that you didn't really do it, you just kind of said, "It's now my goal for 2026." And if people do this, we do this. The issue with it though is, if you're in super honesty, there's a very high chance the thing that was on your list for 2025 that you've already put on your list for 2026 was also on your list on 2024, and it was also on your list in 2023 or something similar. Because when we forget the wisdom of the finish line and we just take whatever it is that we didn't do and we put it in another year, we're not actually changing the two most important things that need to be changed in order for things to change, which is the actual ownership and responsibility of the thing. We're just avoiding that by not even contemplating the finish line. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. "I'll do it next year." And you know this doesn't work because when you tell your partner, "Did you take out the trash?" And like, "Yeah, yeah, I'll take it out next week." You'd be like, "That's not my question. Did you take it out?" I guess the question, the answer to my question is, "No." Did you remember to call the blah blah? "I'll call tomorrow." So, you forgot. It's trying to just forget the ownership and just say, "Okay, tomorrow I'll do it." But it's like, but there's no ownership of like, "Oh gosh, I forgot." There's no facing the failure. There's no facing the, "Whoa, I said I was going to do that and I didn't do it." It's just like, "Yeah, I'll do it tomorrow, and tomorrow, yeah, I'll do it tomorrow." Because there's no ownership. So, ownership, which is not quite as easy as you think. And the second thing is identity, which we touched on yesterday. It's who I am. It's who I am to honor my word, or it's who I am to have good intentions. My grandmother used to say, "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." She was very dramatic. Very wonderful and very dramatic. Okay, let's see what's going on here in the comment section since I can't see comments on the page. What is happening here? Um, "I've taken steps these two days in important ways." This makes me very happy. Um, "I love starting things, not great at finishing." So, when you realize this about yourself, "I'm great at starting things, I'm not great at finishing them." There's wisdom there. But if you don't take ownership of that character trait, and you just kind of move it, move it, move it, move it. You'd say, "I'm not great at finishing things, but I love starting things, so let me be better at finishing things." In 2026, I'll start, then I can see clearly now where this is going to fail. Like, this is how we, this is how the pattern goes. So, what we, what we do that doesn't work is we think, "I'll face it tomorrow." But the issue with tomorrow is, if it's not today, it doesn't actually exist. So, tomorrow is okay when you have a solid relationship with your word. Because when you say, "I will do it tomorrow," what you're saying is, "I will do it tomorrow." But when you don't have a solid relationship to your word, what you're saying is, "I will do it in Neverland. I will do it in a concept of time that is actually unreachable that I can always postpone to the tomorrowness of tomorrow." And I will never have actually touched it. If I, I could do it tomorrow forever and never do it. I can't be doing it like, if I say I'm doing it now, I'm doing it now. It's done. But tomorrow, it could be tomorrow forever. "I'll start a business tomorrow." "Tomorrow I'm going to have a deep conversation with my partner and really, really say the important things." And tomorrow I'm also going to register for this program that I want to take. And I'm also going to throw away all the bad stuff in my cupboard because tomorrow I'm going to start a new thing. And tomorrow, and also tomorrow, and tomorrow I'll just do it tomorrow. I'll put it on my list for tomorrow. And if I don't have time tomorrow, tomorrow I'll just say, "I'll do it tomorrow." And I could say that with so much confidence, and I could say it like I mean it, and I could say it every day of my life with nothing ever changing. This is the, this is the issue. So, I want to have a strong relationship with my word because tomorrow only exists if I have a strong identity concept. If I have a strong sense of self, and I say, "I will do this tomorrow," and who I am as someone who honors my word, tomorrow is just a location of time. But if I'm the kind of person who likes to use hypothetical shelves to put things on, tomorrow is a beautiful hypothetical shelf. It's like, "Put this right here. Isn't that beautiful? Look at that." And it's beautiful because when it's in the way, you just move it to another hypothetical place in time. It's never in the way. You just move it. It's a wonderful thing. Um, let's see. "I've been crying ever since you shared about your mom and dad." Um, "I promised myself since 2019 that I would do what I keep aiming for each year." This is the thing. This is why we don't. This is what's difficult. This is why we stay stuck. So, the only way to face it is you got to face it now. And why the finish line is so important is because if you think about it, you make yourself a goal for 2025. You say, "I'm going to do this in 2025." You could say that every day without doing it until the 31st of December because there's still a chance. But I'll do it tomorrow. But when we get to the finish line and it starts to feel like now, which is 2025, but it's a hypo, it's a, it's a now with a big shelf because it's now, but it's now. It will be now for months. 2026 is also a very long shelf. "I'll do this in 2026." Could be done in December of next year. Doesn't mean it's going to be done first thing in January. If you said to your partner, "Can you please fix the squeaky leg on the table?" And your partner says, "Yes, I'll do it in 2026." You'd be like, "Mhm. I'm going to need some clarity on the on that timeline there." This is just not a very accurate timeline. But for you in 2026, and then if you get close enough to 2027 and it doesn't look like 2026 is possible anymore, instead of facing it, you just say, "I'll put it on the shelf for 2027. No problem." And then we're doing the finish line 2026 and you're like, "Bah, humbug." This is how it happens. Okay. I didn't fully take ownership of regulating my nervous system until two weeks ago. Now, here's another thing. This is actually really, really, really, really big. What I want to tell you, who here does personal development work? Like, for whom is this the kind of conversation that you're used to having in your life? You read a lot of books. You watch free master classes. Maybe you've even purchased a few programs in your life. Like, you do personal development. You know the concept of nervous system regulation, you know what it is. Okay, so tell me. And if you have no idea what nervous system regulation is, just put question marks in the comment section, just so I see what, what kind of audience we have as I'm answering this. So, the thing with nervous system regulation is this is also something you could say that you will do, like, "I will learn to regulate my nervous system." But what I have found is it is not possible to learn to regulate your nervous system in the future because your, your nervous system doesn't actually exist in the future. There's a concept of a, of a nervous system in the future, but there actually is no future nervous system because you could, you could die before then. Like, it's a concept, but there's no guarantee that you'll even have a nervous system tomorrow. So, the only time that you can actually do things about your nervous system is now. And the thing is, as you constantly choose a way of being that regulates your nervous system, eventually you look back in hindsight and you go, "Whoa, my entire body functions differently. I can handle pressure differently. I don't go into overwhelm or overdrive or shutdown anymore." That's so wild. How did that happen? You chose nervous system regulation now, over and over and over and over and over again until all of a sudden it was like, "Whoa, I have a different experience." There is very little you can do about it in the future. It's now. And so people say, "Well, yeah, but can't you make a goal to change something?" I don't believe that. It's like, what can you do now that's already changing it? And so honestly, having a conversation like what we're having now is on the right path. You're having the conversation now. You're listening to the master class now. But you could literally be sitting on your couch eating Cheetos going, "You know what I'm going to do tomorrow? Just make a little room on this shelf. Just going to put nervous system regulation on that shelf next to taking out the trash, the trash, and shaving my armpits. This is going to be on my list on my shelf list of tomorrow." Okay. Um, same with wishing. One can wish their life away. This is true. Can't it be tomorrow forever? How do I finish? You finish by taking accountability for the result. So, this is such a funny analogy, but it's always the one that comes to my mind. I remember when my brother and I were little kids, he used to have this Nintendo 64. I think he was like four when he got it. And he played this game until he was like forever years old. And he would get really good at a certain game, and he would know the tape almost by heart. And if he ever got to a time where he didn't have enough lives left or something, he would know that he was going to die in the game. So, he would just start and stop the game again and start over. And I remember watching him do this and I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be a better challenge after having played this game 964,362 times to say, 'Hey, let's see if I can bring myself back from the brink of death'?" It's like, "No, as soon as it looked like he was possibly going to fail, he'd stop and restart the game." And I was like, "But where's the challenge in that? You've played the game a million times. You know where everything is, and if you ever come close to dying, you just start over. What's the point?" But I realized this is like ingrained typical human behavior. We don't face the consequences if we don't have to. But we don't realize it's actually destroying our relationship with ourselves, our self-concept, our ability to hold ownership and responsibility and accountability. And all of that actually wrecks our nervous system. Cuz your nervous system is ultimately the response in your body of whether or not you feel safe being you. So, if you don't know how to fail, you don't know how to honor your word, you don't know how to do what you say you're going to do, you don't know how to breathe through lack of focus, you don't know how to overcome a little hurdle, you don't know how to try again, you have zero nervous system. Everything is panic. Everything is guilt. Everything is shame. Everything is wanting to hide under a rock. Everything is wanting to start and stop the game again. Everyone, everything is blaming, finding an excuse, finding something, anything that's going to move the feeling outside of feeling it and into, "Well, it wasn't your fault," or "It wasn't because of you," or "You did your best. You tried your best. You couldn't, even if you wanted to. You'll do it tomorrow." We're constantly doing that in order to avoid just regulating the feelings. We're doing avoidance. But nervous system regulation only exists in nervous system regulation. So, if you can imagine a small child that would have an unregulated nervous system, you would imagine a child that every time you say no, they freak out. Every time they do something that's not nice and you try to reprimand them or explain to them, they have a nervous meltdown. Whenever you tell them off, or they have to go think in their room or whatever it is, they wail and they just do not listen and they do not learn whatsoever. And then they don't talk and they don't talk to you and they don't respond and then they sulk and then they do it again and then they run away and then like they can't hold any accountability whatsoever. It's like there's no, there's no inner strength. When you think of a child that you know is really going through the motions and it's, it's hard, but you're proud of them. It's like they face the consequences of what they're doing. They learn when it's hard. If at first they don't succeed, they try, try again. They don't give up right before. They study for the test no matter what. They do their best. They don't just give up when they don't think they've got it. They go, they do their best. They make it all the way through the year, all the way through the exams. They, they go through the finish line. They get the support where they need it. They, they learn from their mistakes. They, they get better with time. Like, that's how you know that your child is growing healthily. They're not just panicking, freaking out. "I can't do it. I'm not good enough. I don't deserve it. I'm not." They don't just fly off. They can hold the tension. It's the same thing for us. It's just children have a controlled environment that obliges them to do that. Whereas there's a point in adult life where it's just up to us whether we decide to continue to grow or if it's the beginning of the end. And there's people who will literally talk about their best years as their best years or college. And then there's people who are like, "Starting my life in their 40s." But when you feel the most capable and like life, anything is possible, it's not, it's not just like positive thinking. It's the fact that it genuinely feels like you can do things because you take ownership of what you want and you make it through the finish line and you learn from your mistakes and you, you learn to face consequences and you learn to honor your word and, and you have a really strong sense of self. You have self-trust. You know, confidence is a really hippy-dippy word. People love to talk about confidence. Like, "Oh, in 2026, I want more confidence." It's like, I care way more about self-trust than I do confidence. Self-trust is the feeling when I say I say something to myself and I, and the answer in my brain is like, "Yes." So,

I'm going to do this. Yes, you are. But I don't know how. Doesn't matter. How am I gonna? How am I going to learn how to do that? You'll figure it out, and figure we figure everything out. What if I make mistakes? You probably will, but it'll be fine. Then you'll be able to teach people what you learned.

This is self-trust. Confidence is like, "I am going to do this, and I'm going to be great at it, and it's going to work." And I believe it's a feeling. Confidence is a feeling. I feel confident. But self-trust, it's a little more grounded. It's like when you trust your partner, when you trust your friend, when you trust your employee, when you trust your boss, like you trust you. You just surrender into that.

When there's no self-trust, your nervous system's freaking out. You don't even trust yourself. You're putting things on hypothetical shelves. You're changing your mind. You're changing your word. You say you want things and then you change your mind at the last second because you can't handle the pressure. Nervous system's like, "I can't trust a word I say." So when I start to be able to trust what I say, I can start building. That's what I really want.

Mah says, "You're also helping me value my willingness to work even more." I love that. It's so beautiful. Tomorrow? Yes, it is. It's perfect. It's untouchable. The floating shelf. Yes, the floating shelf. I have so much time. No excuses.

I was just thinking I didn't have anything that I didn't accomplish this year that I didn't that didn't feel right. The truth is, I didn't accomplish a single goal in 2024. So, 2025, I adopted the 2024 list and I knocked them all out of the park this year. And this year, I developed a solid and beautiful relationship with my word. So now I schedule everything and I go deep in the moments in between. Ka, that's amazing. Thank you for sharing that. I love this. I love this. I love this.

I've been desiring a goal for a long time. This is really uncomfortable and incredibly necessary. I just took care of a lot of things for that reason. This is very good. So, one thing I want to say, I'm just kind of scrolling down here to see what's going on. The way we show up for ourselves, building self-trust. Um, this whole conversation is so aligned with everything that I've been working on this year, especially self-trust. This is so good.

Um, I struggle when I see my adult children go through an unregulated nervous system and are hyper-sensitive about the small things in life. The thing is, we also do that. We do that. And we find all these incredible defense mechanisms that make it that we're safe, but it goes back to what we were talking about yesterday. You either do the thing that's safe, that doesn't require you to learn anything new, that you can just fall back on, that you're good at. You get to say, "Hey, look. I did this thing that I know how to do." Again, a routine where I don't even need to think of anything and I just know that I can do it because I've proven to myself that I can tie my own shoelaces and cook toast perfectly and my coffee always comes out right and I know how to wash this particular blend of clothing that I only ever buy this kind of thing and I know exactly what I'm doing and I do it all the same way versus this new way which is like, "Let's find out. We're going on an adventure. We have no idea what's going to happen." But this is the part that makes us feel young and vibrant and alive.

So, as you sit here, the finish line of 2025, you'll notice that there's probably been things this year that you could have looked at from a really powerful adult lens of like, "This was not my best." It doesn't need to be, "I suck. I'm awful. I'm terrible." You'd be surprised how many things you just say like, "I did my best," when you didn't. It's just the way it ended up being, but that's not exactly what it is. "I tried my best," but you didn't really. "I couldn't have done better," because... but you could have. And why this is so difficult is like we don't want to feel ashamed. But that's not always required. And I find that finish lines are the perfect timing to face ourselves because, look, we are going to start a new year in two days. It won't, it won't be devastating for long that you didn't do everything you wanted in 2025. You're going to be fine if you look at it. But if you look at it, there is a really big chance you're going to do what you want to do in 2026. It's not actually all that hard to change your life. It's just you have to change today. That's the, that's the thing. You can't change tomorrow. You got to change today.

And so people say, "Well, how do I change?" Well, what, what would you have normally done today? Well, nothing. I would have just not thought about it. I wouldn't have even been in this master class. I wouldn't have even been thinking about, I wouldn't have been spending the two last days of the year thinking about what I could have done better. I would have been making a list for what for next year. So, you're already doing things differently. And then I probably would have been making, I would probably would have been thinking about next year, but I would have been thinking to myself, "Oh, yes, I'm going to do it next year." I wouldn't actually be putting things in place. I wouldn't actually be saying, "Okay, I see you, Melanie Enlair. I hear what you're saying. I want to do it differently. I'm gonna do it differently. I'm doing it differently now and I'm going to do it differently. I'm doing it. I'm doing it." There's a, there's a different energy. Oh, yeah. Good point. I'll look into that. I'll have a look at it.

If you actually look at yourself, you'll realize how much of your behavior is about comfort instead of growth. And so, I really have changed my life. It's the most extraordinary thing. But it's not like this whole, it, it's magical when I tell the story and really, it, it sounds like a fairy tale, but it's one day at a time and the things just unfold and eventually you get, you get in the groove and there's this like compound effect that kicks in and all of a sudden all your little moves start to make sense and then big things start happening and it's like, "Oh my gosh, how is this all working?" It's like, well, I'm fully owning myself. I understand responsibility at a whole other level. I am owning myself, my identity at a whole other level. The way I'm taking action is different. Like the whole thing is different.

So, I want to ask you a real question. If you could think of in your life, the number one person, the first person that comes to mind when you think of a person who would really need to get their act together in 2026, someone you know, it's either your teenager, your parent, a friend of yours, a sibling, an in-law. Like, just think in your mind or you can write it in the comment section. And I'll keep an eye on it. Who's the one person that you're like, "I really hope for their own sake that they get their act together this year for for them?" Like, obviously the side effects will be fabulous for me. But if they could just see themselves, if they could just see themselves, it would change everything for them. Who comes to, who comes to mind? Me. I love you, Jenny. It's me. Oh my gosh, you guys are awesome. I'm so impressed that you're actually saying this. It's like stepping up on a ladder. This year is the first time in over 10 years that I have actually taken steps to step myself up for physically moving into my own home. And I'm so excited. Danielle, congratulations. This is huge. Okay, my sister. A lot of me. So, for those of you who are saying me, I'm very impressed, honestly. Actually, very, very.

Mela says, "Change is actually nervous system activation. That's why it's so important that we can hold ourselves well." Yes. Because it's unknown. Change is unknown. But you know what, Mela? And this is actually a very good point that you made. Thank you so much for the, what is this? The stars, light bulbs, 20 stars. Thank you so much. Why it's so important to learn. So if you think about this, Emila makes such a good point. Change is nervous system activation. So when you're changing something, it puts you on this like, on edge a bit. But because you're not used to changing, because when you actually become used to changing, change itself becomes regulated. So, if you can imagine, you know, like when you sit on the toilet for too long with your phone and then you stand up and your legs are numb and you need to activate all the blood flow in your legs because your leg went numb because you're on the toilet for too long. So, that feeling occurs in growth in general. If you stay sitting scrolling through your phone, living a non-life for a couple of years, your brain goes numb the same way your legs do on the toilet. You wake up one day and you're like, "Okay, let me get back to myself." And then you're all wobbly and you're like, "Oh, what the heck's going on here? I sat on the hypothetical toilet too long." This is what happens. Like, you actually do start to atrophy. Your ability to be strong and used to change starts to atrophy. Like sitting in an awkward position where the blood flow isn't flowing for too long and you actually are limping from sitting on the toilet. We don't think it's a thing, but like the longer you don't change, the more activating it is for your nervous system to change. But the more you get in the flow of changing, when you're used to it, when there's a piece of you that changes every day and you get in the flow of it, you actually get used to changing because they say the one constant in this life is change. But what if you stop changing? What if you purposefully stay the same to protect yourself? Well, then you're going to atrophy when it's time to change. Be like, "This is unsafe." But if you become a master of change, the sky isn't even the limit.

Okay, so it's me. I'm the problem. It's me, Rachel. It's so funny. So, we have a lot of people here. So, people said my daughter, my stepdaughter, my sister, the ex, like my ex, the father of my child. There's a lot of, "It's me." Um, my husband, my daughter, um, one of my children, my sister-in-law. I'm so proud of my daughter. She got it together better than I have. That's awesome, Jenny. Jenny, that's awesome. My mom, she's doing really well, but I want more for her. So, for all of you that said someone else, Penelopey, it ain't my leg that's numb, your butt's numb, whatever it is that's numb that's making you unable to walk. Um, okay. Thank you for the, the stars and 99 stars. I love it. I love that Melanie stays on the toilet too long on her. Wait, billionaires poop. They sure do. Um, that's why you need to move. Gosh, you guys are hilarious. These comment sections insane. Thank you for the stars, Alyssa. Um, I used to be like that. This is what happens after a two-year sabbatical after I said, "Let me just change and have fun."

So, here's the, oh my gosh, what the heck? It says, "Activate a stars party. 1 minute 14 seconds." What's a stars party? Do I have to press on something? Activate a stars party. You have free stars with MetaVerified. Can I send myself stars? Discovering things in real time with you. Send. I just sent. Thanks from Melanie and Lair. Melanie Lair, thanks you for sending stars. This combo. I just had to send stars. Oh, well, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Well, I don't know what a stars party is, but apparently we have 41 seconds to activate a star party. What up?

Okay. So, for those of you who had a person in your mind, you're thinking of your sister, you're thinking of your in-law, you're thinking, you're thinking of someone you love that you're like, "I hope you change." Full truth. Do you at all imagine that they should just say, "I'm changing," and then tomorrow they would say to you, "I've changed," and then you would say, "I believe you," and then they would just be changed forever? Is that what you would assume would happen for them if they were to actually change? If the answer is yes, you can say yes. But if the answer is not yes, activate star party. What do, it keeps giving me this notification. What does it even mean? I have no idea. Oops, I just sent myself stars again. Just sending myself flowers at this point. I can send myself flowers. Okay.

Um, so do you think that people would just wake up in the morning and suddenly be like, "I've changed," and then would you even believe them if they said that? No. So what do you believe? How would it happen if it were to really happen for them if they were to actually change? So think of the person that you most wish would change. What would happen if they did it? So let's say I think of a person in my mind. I think of a person that I love so much and I'm like, "Gosh, I know you could do this." When I think of them and and them having to change, what I imagine it would be is that they would have to have a moment of really seeing themselves. They would have to see what I'm seeing, which is that something doesn't work, which is very difficult to do when you keep saying, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, do it next year. Nothing wrong with me. Nothing wrong with what I'm doing. Nothing wrong with my behavior. I'll do it. I'll see it next year." They would have, they couldn't do that. But they also couldn't go into a shame spiral from hell and be like, "Oh my god, I'm terrible. This is awful. What am I going to do? I'm so bad. There's no way back." They couldn't do that either. There would have to be this like full ownership moment. Like they walked and they saw themselves in the mirror and they were like, "No, this is not who I am." There would have to be an identity thing. Like, "I just saw myself. I saw myself and that's not who I am." Feel like that's the first thing that would have to happen. And then they would have to become hyper-aware. Tell me if you agree with this as I'm saying it, by the way. They would have to become hyper-aware and it would have to start feeling like they could see themselves when they're doing things that are not in alignment with who they think they are, with who they know they are. So if they were to go and do the thing that they keep doing, they'd have to see it now and go, "No, no, no, no, no. I'm not doing that anymore." But it would be impossible for them to imagine those moments are not going to come. That if they imagined for one second that just because they've said they were going to change means that there'd be no challenges like that, I'd be like, "Well, then there's, we've not, we're nowhere near changing." They would have to know. They have to see themselves. They have to say, "This is not who I am." And then they would have to make peace with the fact that they're probably going to have some challenges along the way. Do you agree with this? And then they would have to literally face themselves and then life would happen and then things would go right and then they'd have to be really proud of themselves. Even with little things, it'd have to be like, "I noticed this change in me because before I would have done this," and then they would have to be proud of themselves in those moments. And then there would be moments where things don't go well. And then they would have to look at those and go, but they would have to catch themselves. And then what would have to happen is they would have to not say, "Well, I knew it. I can't do it." They would have to see it. "I'm not doing that anymore." They would have to still stay more connected to the version of them that they say, "This is who I am," than the person that they're like, "Oh, see, I knew it didn't work. It, it shouldn't be this hard. It shouldn't be that like they couldn't do any of that." They would have to see their their shortcomings and and deal with them really beautifully. They'd have to say, "I can do this. I don't love that this happened. I don't love that this happened, but like I'm still in the game." Can you feel that? That energy like, "I'm still in the game. I haven't given up. I tripped, but I, I'm, I'm still in the game."

If I saw that from them consistently at a point, I would have the thought, "Oh my gosh, they might actually change." Might. I still wouldn't be like, "Holy pickles, Harry Potter, the tables have turned. I trust in everything. I bet 100 million on red." Like, I'm, I wouldn't be sold, but I would definitely start to feel a feeling inside of maybe. And the thing is, when you have, when you hit that maybe from the way up, so maybe on the way down doesn't feel good. Like when you know when you say yes to a person, you're like, "I'm going to marry you. We're going to be married forever." And then all of a sudden one day you hit maybe. That's not good. But when you're like, "Never's going to change, never is going to happen, never is gonna," and you hit maybe, maybe is like the, the flicker, the energy flicker, because when maybe means yes on the way up, something starts to change. Maybe, maybe means yes. Maybe they got it. Maybe they actually got it. And then if I allowed myself to believe that maybe maybe means yes, I would then start looking for the changes myself. I'd say, "Gosh, when when I think about it, they've done this and it's been this long and it's been this long since they've done this," and I would start seeing that person differently. It would still be fragile. If they suddenly reverted to everything they were, it wouldn't, I wouldn't be like, "No, I believe they've changed." I'd be like, I'd wobble. Do you agree with everything I'm saying at this point? Do you, would you say that this is exactly the experience you would have of anyone in your life that needs to change something that started declaring or deciding that they were going to change something? Is this what you would, you have a similar feeling about them?

So the thing is, I've contemplated this so clearly and it's like, how could I imagine that me changing would be any different than that? How, if the, if that is what I would, I would look at another person that I love with all of my heart and the only way I would ever get the real feeling of, "I've, they've changed," is if we went through this process I just named. How is it going to be any different for me? How do I imagine? I'm gonna write it on a vision board and then it's just going to appear and I'll be changed forever tomorrow. It's got to happen the same way. There's got to be a moment where I see myself and I go, "This is not me." Not because there's even something like so terribly wrong with me, but I speak to people all day. All day of my life. I speak to hundreds, hundreds of people every day, thousands of people a week and they all have something that they know that what they're capable of and what they have is not a match and it bugs them instead of excite them. Because for me, when there's something I want now and I know that I'm capable, I'm excited about it because I know because of my responsibility towards myself, my ownership of everything that I do, my identity concept, the way that I think, the way that I act, the way that I am, the way that I spend all of my conscious time. If I want something, then it's in the cards for me to have it. I just need to face myself.

But that's not how most people experience it. Most adults, the way they experience things is like, "If I want something and I don't have it, it must mean that there's something wrong with me." And I don't want to touch any of that because a lot of the things that I've put in place to protect myself, I might need to move. And then I might need to take accountability for things and then let's not go there. I don't need that thing. Let me just block anybody who has it and believe that doesn't exist or that anybody who has it is bad and let me create all these stories about how I'd be miserable if I had it and uh that it would stress me out and also let me find two or three villains that have it that are terrible people just to justify not having it and voila, perfect cocktail. Don't want it anymore. Kind of totally still want it. The feeling inside for most people that live an adult life today in the world is, "I really want this." But instead of just, "I really want this," and then we go make it happen. And I wish I could change that. If you only knew, like if I could just like lock arms with you and walk day to day in your life and just tell you all the things, I would, we would just, you would just tell me all your crap, all your stories, and I'd be like, "That's crap." And you'd be like, "I know." And then we'd laugh, and then you'd not do a thing, and then you'd have a win, and then we'd celebrate, and be high-fiving, and then we'd laugh and we'd giggle, and then we'd keep walking, and then you'd tell me another crap story, and I'd say, "That's crap." And you'd say, "I knew it when I said it." And then we'd laugh some more and we'd keep walking and then you'd do the thing that you need to do. If I could just be with you through all the things.

But the thing is, we hide from our power. We hide from the people who see us the most. We hide because they require us to be accountable. And we're all about being accountable tomorrow. After a good night's sleep, tomorrow it's a good day to do the thing. It's tomorrow. So, you have to face yourself today. Not in this like terrible self-deprecating way. "Oh my gosh, there's all these things wrong with me. I need to believe in myself." It's like, of course, we don't believe in ourselves yet. We're full of crap. We lie to ourselves day in and day out. We tell ourselves we're going to do things tomorrow. We put things on a shelf that doesn't exist. At what point in all of that are you supposed to believe yourself? It's not because we're terrible people. It's because we are just way too wise for our own good. We're literally teenagers left in the wild. Like, imagine when you're a grown-up and you can do whatever you want, including nothing. Imagine when you're a grown-up and you can say whatever you want, including, "It's not my fault. I didn't do it on purpose. I'll do it tomorrow." And only keep people around who let you say it and who believe you and don't call you out on your stuff. Like, we're just unhinged teenagers when we're not taking accountability. We're not bad. We're just cozy. "I will do it tomorrow."

So the invitation here is to get uncomfortable. Not miserable, just uncomfortable. And it sounds so bad to be uncomfortable as an adult. I don't know when that happened to us when we were just, there's just a moment where it's like, "That would be uncomfortable." But like, if your child said that to you, like, "Put your shoes on." It would be uncomfortable for me to get out of this chair and put my shoes on. "Put your shoes on." "Finish your broccoli." "I really don't want to finish your broccoli." "We're going to have an early night tonight." "That's really not what I want. I'm feeling kind of addicted to a Netflix show right now that I'd like to watch until 3:00 in the morning." "You're going to bed." "Get yourself in the shower." "I can't be bothered. I'm way too comfortable." "Get yourself in the shower." "Okay, we're going to go play outside. You need some fresh air. You haven't been out all day." "I'll go tomorrow." "You'll go today." "There is no, I'm too cozy." "Get up." "You got to get up." "Get out of bed." "You got to do something with your life. You can't just sit here forever." Meanwhile, you're like, "I'll do it in 2026." Comfort. There is no growth in comfort.

So, you have to choose. And I know sometimes it's like, who cares about growth when we're cozy? That's like when you haven't grown for so long, it's so hard to get up. And the thing that makes you actually feel the less like you believe in you, the thing that makes you believe that any goal you have is hard. The thing that makes you believe that it's not in the cards is all the fact that you're too comfortable. Because if you were just a little uncomfortable already, you do it. You know, it's like when you're already up, you and your partner are sitting on the couch. You're both extremely comfortable. One of you gets up to pee. The other one's like, "While you're up, would you get like, I have held a pee for an uncomfortable amount of time just because I'm cozy." It's ridiculous. I would love something to drink, but I'll wait till I need to pee. I'll wait till my bladder needs to explode before I get up to go get myself something to drink because then at least I can pee and go get the thing I want from the kitchen at the same time. Multitasking. And it's like, that's cute and it's funny at the end of the day after you've had a big day and it's like you get to relax. It's not about being go go go all the time, but if you've had a goal since 2020, 21, 22, 23, 24, next year, how much longer? And is it really that great of an experience of life to think, "Well, this year I thought about doing stuff a bunch, then I imagined my demise and the potential outcomes and all the things that could go wrong if I failed. So then I made new plans and then I contemplated those until they sounded like bad ideas. Then I had new plans which I talked about with my friends that also have plans that never come true and we made a deal to do them tomorrow which never happened. And now we're making a vision board for 2026 and it all sounds so great and it's just life is happening." But then there's a little voice inside that says, "If you tried to do that, it wouldn't work. It probably won't work. That doesn't happen for everybody. That doesn't happen for you. That doesn't happen for us." And we think it's these grand things that are going to change our lives, but it isn't. It's the one tiny little move that you don't feel like making. It's just the thing that makes it that you're already up. You got to just get up then. So, you got to get up now.

So, I guarantee there's so many of you that haven't done the 25 things I asked you on the first call. 25 memories. You didn't do it. 25 things that did not work last year. You didn't do it. Or however many didn't work last year, didn't do it. Lessons, haven't done it. These are the last few minutes of 2025. We're hours from the finish line. "I'll do it tomorrow." What I want you to actually see in this finish line master class, the thing that would change your life is not even to change your life. Like trying to change your life now doesn't change your life. The realization that you have not been real with yourself, that you've just lied about how much you've tried and you've lied about how little it matters and when the moment comes you just pretend it doesn't matter and you'll try again tomorrow and you have this moving shelf. If you could just see that without shame because there's like hundreds of us on this call and most people are going, "If you could just see that and own it, you would actually be 300 steps ahead of yourself than if you just said, 'Here are my goals for 2026.'" And it's not that I don't believe you should have goals for 2026. I think you should. I think there's amazing goals to have in 2026. I just don't think any of them matter if the person who avoided them all in 2025 is the one leading the parade in 2026. We're going nowhere tomorrow.

"Input location in GPS." GPS is currently closed. We are going nowhere. Nowhere because the GPS is the same GPS of last year. This is a simulation. I actually am not programmed to know any sense of direction. I just have a cute voice and I don't actually know what I'm doing. But tomorrow, if you try again, I'll work for sure tomorrow. And then we don't go and we get so used to it that we're comfortable with that. It's so relieving to think of doing something tomorrow.

I want you to just try this on for a moment. I want you to imagine that right now, I said to you, "The future of your life depends on you walking to the nearest mailbox, doing three jumping jacks, and walking back home. You can even do the jumping jacks in your mind, but you do need to get to the closest mailbox. So, you need to go right now. Future of your life depends on it." And then I said, "You can do it tomorrow." Yes, tomorrow. We can do anything tomorrow because we're not going to do it. If you have to do it today, you have to do it. If you can do it tomorrow, it's the moving shelf. Yes, tomorrow. I swear multitasking is the real devil of the bane of our existence. Bluetooth is disabled. I've been a sinner like to myself. I would totally do that like right now. An amazing jumping jacker called out. Why are we doing the jumping jacks in our minds? You know, doesn't even matter because you would even go to the mailbox. This is the crazy thing. You're like, even if it were mindset work, even if it weren't even physical things, even if it were like, you're going to go to the mailbox and you're going to imagine doing three jumping jacks, you still wouldn't go to the mailbox. 90% of the population wouldn't anyway. Okay. Yeah, this is so brilliant. Essence says it's, it actually felt like getting that out of the way. It's like, "Okay, perfect. Let's just move that to tomorrow." As if you could check a box. The thing I'm doing today, I've moved to tomorrow. Done. No, no.

Okay. For me, it's always been that I go go discipline action and used to burn myself out. So, here's the other thing. When we do that, it's usually not the thing that we're supposed to do that we're meant to be doing. So, this was one of my greatest breakthroughs. If I can give you this in this call. Oh my gosh. If I can find the right words to give you this in this call. Listen to this. I realized in my life that there were things that I could do that didn't bother me at all. That I could do non-stop. I could do it for hours without getting exhausted. I could do it every day. I could do it non-stop. And it didn't cost me my sanity. It didn't make me feel bad. It didn't make me feel like a failure. Like I could keep doing the same thing forever and try and try and try and believe and hope forever. There were these things that I could do. And so whenever someone needed something from me, what I would give them is that in huge amounts. When I needed something from me, what I would give myself is these things also in huge amounts. Time, attention, listening, agreeing. But the thing that they needed that I did not want to do, I didn't give them. I just gave them the thing I had in copious amounts. Now, when the thing that they needed or wanted didn't actually make it to them and they didn't get what they needed, their life didn't change, their they didn't feel better, and I would feel used for the amount of time I spent doing the things that I could have done with both fingers up my nose in my sleep because I gave so much. But I only gave what I wanted to give, not what was needed. And I did the same thing to myself. I could sit for hours and make a plan. I could sit for hours and doodle the future. I could sit for hours and think about it and talk about it. But what I would have actually needed to do, which is maybe like one action that's not my favorite. I wouldn't do that one. Then I found other things I'd be willing to do. I could do this. I'll do this. I'll do this. I'll do this. I'll do this. I'll do this. I'll do this. I'll do this. I'll do I'll be so busy that there's not even space to do anything more, but none of the things I'm doing are actually the things I know I'm supposed to do, but I don't have time for those things. I'll do those things once I'm done doing all these things, but these things don't matter. They're just easy for me to do non-stop, and they make me busy.

You might find in your life that you are overgiving to your partner. But the thing your partner really wants, you don't give. You may find you give so much to your kids, to your friends. You're always there. You're always available. You give so much and it's just not landing. But the thing they actually need from you, you're not giving it. You might find that you spend so much time doing in your business. You're doing, you're doing, you're constantly doing, you're doing this, you're doing that, you're doing all these things the business is not working, but the thing you would actually need to do, you don't want to do. That one. "I would do anything for love, but I won't do that." And that's the only thing that would actually make a difference. "I would do anything for my business, but I won't go live on Facebook." "I would do anything for my health, but I won't get up." Like, there's just one little thing that if you did that was not that, but look at all this. Look at all these things I have done for myself and you and everyone else. My plate is full today. My plate is full today. Have you done the important thing? How very dare you? I have been busy. Biz. There has been no time for this what you ask for. Do you not see how much work I have done today? Right. But your objective was this. So, did you do this? I will do it tomorrow. It's on my list. I spent six hours doing this list. So, I've seen women in my life leave their their marriages and say, "I did everything for my partner." And I say, "Tell me what everything means." And then they tell me everything. And I say, "That sounds like everything you wanted to give." I have a feeling if I spoke to your partner, they'd tell me the things you didn't give. When people tell me, "I've tried everything." I say, "I'm pretty sure you tried everything you wanted to try."

And the thing is, if you only did the things because you should and not because you energetically got behind doing them, you'd just be doing them kind of like when you tell your kid, "You've got to clean your room." And then they just shove everything under their bed. And then you walk into their room and you're like, "This looks suspiciously clean." And then you look under the bed and there is, voila, everything they've ever owned under the mattress. And you say, "No, no, no. Take everything out. Put it out nicely." And they're like, "No, it's clean. I did it. It's fine. It works." And you're like, "No, take everything out. Put it where it's supposed to be. Like, I don't understand. The room's clean. Why did you have to go look under the bed? Because that's not clean. That doesn't work. That's not what I want. Do it properly." We just shove things under the bed. Shove things under the bed in your relationship, in your business, and your blah blah blah blah. It's clean. Voila. And I'll clean under the bed tomorrow.

Why are these conversations so important at the finish line? Because if you really listen to this conversation, how you're going to plan your year is going to be real. If you see yourself in these discussions and you're like, "Uh, you're right. You won't just go, it doesn't matter that I didn't do the things in 2025 because 2026 is my year." You're going to say, "I take full responsibility for who I was in 2025. I've learned so much and I am going to be on it in 2026. I'm actually going to really pay attention if I can see myself in the mirror the way I saw myself at the end. I'm starting the year with awareness, not just newfound energy, because newfound energy is magical, but you want to make sure there's actually a good seed to to water. When you've got your head buried so far in the sand, watering sand, waiting for tomatoes to grow, it's like, why is nothing growing? It's like, did you check there was a seed? H I'm going to do that tomorrow."

The ownership of saying, "If this is not working, it's because I have not made it work," puts you 365 steps ahead of the game. Because what that means is that you now have restored your understanding that you can affect the future. Not just with a hope and a prayer, not just with a list at midnight. If you actually are able to reclaim, "Had I done this and this and this this year, I probably would have had a different year." What you don't realize the shadow that what gets what gets lifted up from underneath the soil, what gets reawakened, how you're turning the soil over is what you're then met with is, "Hey, that, that actually means I believe I can affect my life." It's been a while since I haven't felt that because I felt like it's not my fault. I would have, if I only would have, then I could have, and if they hadn't, then I would have, but instead this happened and it doesn't really matter and I did my best all things considering. But 2026 is my year to, if I had done this, if I had faced this, if I had noticed this, if I had caught this, I would be standing in a different year. And I am so grateful that I can see that because now I actually feel, and it's the truth, that I can affect my life. And if I can affect my life, then I am embarking on a very different journey.

I really believe the issue with most personal development journeys is that people are just trying to smack a new beginning, a new identity, a new, "This is me," on top of the old thing and the old identity pokes out. "How about we watch this thing tomorrow? We watched the thing. How about we do something about it tomorrow? Let's watch the whole program and then we'll implement it. Let's watch the whole program then we'll implement it after we've watched it twice." There is no, "I see myself." I see it. All the things you tell yourself, anything you've told yourself that your relationship can't be better, that your wealth can't be better, that your health can't be better, that any part of you can't be better, the any single part of you you've made peace with because you're not like, "Hey, I could be, I could desire more of this." You've done to protect yourself from not feeling bad about what you have or you've done to protect yourself from not feeling disappointed if it doesn't change as fast as you want it to. That's all because none of it is real or true. It's impossible not to change if you do everything it takes. It's literally not possible. And you know this because anybody you love that would tell you, "I've tried everything," you'd be like, "How about this? How about this? How about this? How about this?" It's not possible. But it's definitely possible to do just enough to not change anything so that you don't have to think back at all the excuses you've put into place and actually have to face those. That is possible to do just enough to not have to touch those. Yes, that's possible. It's also possible to do just enough so that you don't have to change, just enough to constantly have the same problem. That's also possible.

But if you're open and you're willing and you're like, "What could I become?" Not even from this grand like, "I am changed." Literally just like, "What could happen? What could happen tonight? What kind of night could I have tonight if I were just super conscious of myself? Would I not reach for the thing I normally eat? Would I not lose my temper so quickly? Would I go to bed earlier instead of getting stuck in a cycle of shows? Would I actually close the computer after all this session and do something? Would I like, if I were actually believing that the moves I make could change my life, wouldn't I do a move today?" Because this is where we get, this is where the real truth is, where the cookie crumbles, is it's like you say you'll change things tomorrow because you don't actually believe they're going to change. Because if you actually believed that the things you do change things, you do them now. If you could do, if you could do something for someone you love and change their life, you wouldn't do it tomorrow. If your kid was going through something and I said, "All you need to do is go to the mailbox and do three jumping jacks and come home." I wouldn't even finish that sentence. You'd be halfway down to the mailbox. If it could, if it could change their life, you'd do it.

But there's this belief. There is this really odd thing and I only know this because I've lived it, by the way, that it's like, "What if it's just not in the cards for me?" And I used to believe that belief so profoundly, but I didn't realize it served me to believe that because the minute I faced myself and I realized all the things I could change, all of my BS stuff fell and I couldn't use any of it anymore. I had to take responsibility for so many weird things that I did, so many weird decisions, so many excuses, so many people that I held responsible for stuff. I held my parents responsible for things until I was 25 years old. Like, I was bankrupt in the front seat of a car at 25 years old. And it was somehow my parents' fault. I was 25. Like, "Hello, where's the grown-up? She'll come up tomorrow."

There's such a big life ahead, but it's not a magic like, ah, big life. You forge it with who you become. You build today and tomorrow you wake up and there's someone else, someone who's got evidence of yesterday. Ah, that person's different than you. She doesn't need a pony and a six-pack and a prince charming. She can literally just have evidence that she did what she was going to do, that she did what she said she was going to do, and you would be different tomorrow. Because any new thing that occurs in time becomes who you are. I can't believe I never thought about it this way. It's like every little thing I take and I put in my past, I relate to as who I am. Literally, I changed my hair color from blonde to brunette and I'm a brunette. And it happened last night. I was blonde yesterday. Today I'm a brunette. I'm a brunette. Just like that. I do something yesterday. I do something today that's good. That was maybe something I would have not done in the past and I do it and I wake up tomorrow and I am proud of myself. That's new. I go to bed at at a time that makes sense and I wake up tomorrow and I feel refreshed. That's new. I drink the water I said I was going to drink and I stopped eating too late at night and the next morning I don't feel bloated and I, I feel healthy. I feel good. I feel good. That's new. I have this real meaningful conversation with my partner and I let myself be real and there's connection and there's intimacy and I wake up the next day and I feel love and

peace a little bit. How'd that happen in one night? And if I could do that with one night, then what could I do tomorrow?

I watch this one call with Melanie and Layer and I hang up and I'm like, "What the heck have I been doing?" And I wake up and I and I decide to do a couple of little things around my house. I just do a few things. I th I throw a few things away. I don't eat that. I don't drink that. I don't say that. Things I would have. I just don't.

And then tomorrow morning, I wake up and I'm like, "I am so proud of who I was yesterday." How'd that happen? And if I could do that yesterday, what can I do today? And then whoever you are tomorrow because of what you did today, that person does all different, better, greater things today. And when the version of you wakes up the next morning, you wake up with all the things that happened yesterday, the way you thought, the way you felt, the way you spoke, the way you treated yourself. And you're like, "My gosh, if I could do that, then I can I can do it today."

All of a sudden, because you did it yesterday and you're actually going to do it today, you don't even need to think about tomorrow because tomorrow will just be today. So, if you're doing it today, tomorrow's taken care of. All of a sudden, the shelf is pinned to the wall and it's got stacks of money on it. It's got romantic pictures of you and your partner. It's got trophies of best parent moment awards on it that you nailed it. It's got you walked 10,000 steps. Congratulations. Plaque on the shelf of today. And tomorrow when you wake up and the shelf is up in a permanent place and there's stuff on it, you go, "Oh my gosh, I'm the person that has all these things on the wall. And how do I behave today when that's who I believe I am?"

And it's these incremental shifts that eventually create and create and create. So this is why the finish line is so important because we want to constantly be operating on all timelines. We want to be honoring the past, aware of the future and taking advantage of the present moment because this is the one moment you can affect change. The present is the only moment where you can actually affect change. If it's happening now, you're affecting change. If you're thinking about it in the future depends on your identity concept, your your responsibility, your word depends on all of that. And you can't you can't go to the past to change it. But you can actually make it take actions today that rewrite history. And this has been one of my greatest breakthroughs this year cuz there's things that I've done in my life that literally rewrote my past. And not just my past, my parents' past and their parents' past.

This year I celebrated my company. I my my company that I've I've led and I don't and I do all the things organically. It's just myself just doing the work has generated $und00 million since 2020. Like that makes no sense. But what happens is that I had a very hard time in the traditional school system. I couldn't remember things. It took a different way of me learning. I learned a new way because of that. I taught myself a new way. I started learning. I started realizing it changed my lives. Because of that, I wanted to help other people. And so, because I started helping other people and it help it worked for them, they wanted their people that were very similar to them to find me so that they could start changing their lives. They started sending me people. So, because of that, I started having an actual word of mouth business. And because of that, my confidence in what I could do for people grew. And because of that, I put myself out there more. And then because of that, I started having tons of clients and tons of success stories. And because of that, even though I tried to be the invisible coach, my name got out there. And because of that, started doing incredible things. And I and I and and all of a sudden, I started attracting people who actually can affect the school system. I've been interviewed as case studies. in some of the most important schools in the world. I have clients in my masterminds that are principles and curriculum leaders for really important schools in the world. And all of a sudden, I'm affecting the school system. The school system I could have spent my entire life blaming for failing me. I'm rewriting the past. I had to not be able to do that so that I could do this. There's nothing wrong with the past now. But if I would have if that would have been the beginning of the end for me, then that would have been the beginning of the end. But now it's the greatest story ever told.

You might worry about your kids. Maybe they're going through a rough patch and it's like, gosh, I just want them to get their act together. I just want them to get their act together. But the thing is, if they turn out great, whatever they're going through right now, it gets rewritten. the struggle, if it ends up making them excellent, it rewrites it rewrites the past. And my parents, my dad working three jobs and my mom working when she wanted to be a stay-at-home mom and having to go back to work and me earning more than my parents had made combined in one year, like that rewrote my parents' past because all those hours, they were 100% worth it because they showed me hard work. They showed me dedication and care. They showed me you do whatever it takes for your family. They showed me if you care, you make you make you do your best. They showed me someone's got your back. Even in the way that I stepped up for my family, even as a little kid, it was like even if you can't, someone's got you. Someone's got your back because I had their back. Someone had to have mine eventually. It's just re history gets rewritten. My grandparents history got rewritten. Everybody's history gets rewritten. It just changes when your life continues to grow. When eventually it all makes sense and you're like, "Well, this could not have been a better story if I would have tried."

That's what I want for us. It's not just for the sake of being rich and famous and healthy and fit and hot and sexy, although more to us. It's like I just want there to not be one story in your life that you can't look at and say and because of that and and mean it with nostalgia and beauty and joy and say like like if not achieving your goals up until now made you watch this and made you have this conversation with me which makes you exponentially more powerful than you were planning on becoming in the next couple of years and because of that the world gets amplified and changed by who you are and your family's changed and the world's changed. Wouldn't it have been worth it to have a little slingshot moment of a few years back so you could catapult into the future? I think so.

So, I want you to use this finish line as a mirror. It's not about saying we don't do anything in the future and we don't plan for the future. It's saying we don't use the future as a moving shelf. If I understand what I'm doing, if I own myself, then the moves I'm making in the future, they're real. They're anchors because I trust myself because I'm working on my word because I'm actually doing this for the right reasons. I'm not saying 2026 is my year to just deflect what I didn't do in 2025. I'm saying I got what I didn't do in 2025 and I get it and 2026 is going to be different. This is what I'm doing and this is what I'm putting in place and this is how I'm affecting change like that. That's the vibe.

And when we can do that, there's nothing we can't do because you only need to figure out what to do today. And you just let let the night put into your subconscious everything that you've become. And when you wake up in the morning, all you need to work on is today. And whatever gets thought about and done and contemplated and considered and any moves that have been made, do those in faith and then let the night anchor them into your nervous system and then wake up in the morning as that person and then just go through the day and do what you got to do in the way that you do it with all of your faith and your heart and your alignment and you do what you got to do and you listen differently and you put yourself in better places, better rooms. You surround yourself, you make the moves, you do the things, and then you let that version of you have a good night's sleep and let it all anchor into your subconscious. It does not take long. I'm telling you, you'll have lost 2 lbs. Be doing the moonwalk. New year, new me. It doesn't take much. The first time you go on one date or one thing that feels different, you'll be like, "I never felt like this before." The first time you throw things away or you say, "No, I'm not eating that." And it does something to you. You feel it. Something changed within you. Something has changed within me. You'll feel it right away. You won't need forever. You'll need this. You'll be like, "I was different." You'll notice it. You'll recognize it. And then you let you let the night anchor it into your nervous system. And every day when you wake up, you're everything you've been for the last day and everything you've been today. And then the last two days and everything you are today, and the last 3 days and everything you've been today.

I'm only doing extraordinary things because I've been compounding who Melanie Anne and Layer is since 2017. Melanie Anne Leer. I rec I reclaimed my full name. I used to get picked on at school and so I didn't like the middle part. French Canadians don't say my name very well. I reclaimed my full name. I have been compounding who Melaner is every single day since 2017. Different parts of me, Different parts of me have gotten stronger. I've looked at different parts of me. I've uncovered different shadows. I've treated those shadows with respect. I've showed up for myself. I've noticed where I put things on the back burner. I kept going and I've just uncovered all of this God's own magic that is me. But one day at a time because the key I needed for Melaner of tomorrow was uncovered in today's soil. So, if I don't excavate today's soil until tomorrow and until tomorrow and until tomorrow, there's this key like pick me. I'm right here. Yes, I'll excavate you tomorrow. No, now tomorrow. It's right there. And then once I've excavated that key, the next day, what it takes for me to discover the other key was in who I became today. So, as long as I just own every day with all of my power, I'm literally changing just a tiny bit every day. But that's all I really need. You know, when you measure your kids up against the wall and you do the little notches, they don't grow 6 inches overnight. They grow finite. You can't even tell. And all of a sudden, oh, the summer came and they grew a little bit. And you can mark it. This is how it works.

So it's the energetics of the change, not change hoping for a change. You wouldn't believe anyone who was changing hoping for a change. They would have to see themselves. You have to see yourself. And the thing to me that's the most beautiful in all of this is like I found that just changing myself just to change myself isn't enough cuz I can I can live with being less of me. I've seen what it is. I just have to be able to handle being mildly disappointed with myself and blame a lot of people, not trust people around me, and constantly cycle through people cuz somehow everything is their fault. It's all it takes to really just try to be a better person. But when I actually do become the person I have an extraordinary life, but the people around me have an extraordinary life too because I affect change. I don't just rewrite the stars for me. I rewrite the stars for the people I affect. And that's when the motivation and the inspiration becomes the most extraordinary is when I've seen like what Melanie Anne Lair was actually put on this planet to do was a lot more than what I was bargaining for. But I couldn't just invent her and click my fingers and decide I'm amazing. I'm a genius. I can do anything. I had to just show myself that I could trust myself to live today without putting it off to tomorrow and to do what I promised I would do today. will with all my heart and to be constantly looking for opportunities to anchor things in for myself to look for who to speak to and what how to how to listen and who to be and like to decide what my brain is going to think about on a regular basis and how I'm going to look at life and how I'm going to be doing the things like not just am I going to do them but how and when. Not like they don't matter at the end of the day. know consciously properly cuz I'm Melanie and Lair like you are who you are there's a depth to that there's a weight to that when you compound it daily.

So this is the the end of the year but it's like the end and the beginning are hooked together. They they don't there's no separation. Midnight will click and it will go from 2025 to 2026 in a second. Nothing has time to change without us. We are the carriers of change. So, are you going to carry the change into 2026 or are you going to bring it tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow? Is it like I think I get it. I think I get what I need to feel. I think I get what I need to face. I think I actually I think I get it. I think I understand what I haven't been willing to look at. And there are things that I' that I do every day. There are ways that I think. There are ways that I look at life now that are actually so grounded. Like it's not this is not like pray for hope and kumbaya things. This is like do you feel Can I ask you sincerely when I'm speaking to you right now? Do you do you get how matterof fact this is? Even though it is so important and it is personal development like can you see how just like there's just no arguing it really when you really sit with it and you really just talk to me and you just be like cannot argue with a word of this like imagine if you just had this energy in your life. If you spoke to yourself like this if you led yourself like this. If you just did what you needed to do, not from this like I okay, I'm going to do a huge motivational thing if you just did it because it's who you are. How different it would feel like. Can you feel the matterof factness of this conversation? This is what leadership feels like when we allow ourselves to be led where it's like, okay, tell me, yes, I agree. Yes, I got it. Yes, I'll make the move. I get it. Yeah. Then you make the move and then you lead yourself. Whoa, that felt really good. I like that, but I could have done this even better. I'm going to try that today. Then you lead yourself. Then eventually you kind of get used to it. You're like, Melanie and Lair, next step. I'm getting used to the first thing. Okay, got it. Yeah, yep. Got it. I'm doing it. You lead yourself.

We're not meant to just be on our own on this planet just doing our best to try to prove that we're good enough in hopes that someone thinks we're great. That's not what this is about. This is like what what life is is joining forces, locking arms, leading projects, doing things together, celebrating accomplishments, refining ourselves so that we can become capable of handling things and doing things that affect the world in turn. And if we can do it on a big scale, we can do it on a smaller scale. Like some of you that are listening to this master class have huge businesses that you're supposed to take off the ground. You're supposed to you're supposed to be able to run a multi-million dollar industry. You're empire. You're supposed to be able to manage money and employ people. You're meant to be able to hold that pressure. You're supposed to it's it's in the cards for you. And you've thought about it and you've thought about it. Some of you have this voice like you're meant to speak. You're meant to write. There's wisdom that comes through you. There's a way that you explain things. people tell you all the time and you'll start tomorrow and you'll start tomorrow. It's like you're supposed to do that though. And some of you are just you're meant to have a different relationship at home. You're meant you're meant to lead your kids differently. There's a passion inside of you. There's something a passion project you said you'd start. There's a a health thing that you're supposed to do. There's things that you're just like, I just want to do this. I want to I want to I want to have a beautiful house and I want to take care of my house properly. I want to model this for my kids. I want to have a healthy relationship. I want to have a health. it. You just there's there's a version of you that just is a leader in the world that is an example for people and it's like that's just what you're supposed to do and it's not a huge deal. You get to just do it. But it just can't happen tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. It just has to be something that you're like, "And I'm just done pretending that I can't do better than this. and I'm done telling myself that the only thing that's going to make it worth it is if I can do something that is huge.

You know, my favorite story of all my my client stories of my life. My favorite story is this one. In 2019, there was this young girl that came to me. She was 20some years old. She messages me. She's like, "I want to be a client of yours. I want to do I want to do I want to get my business off the ground." And I said, "What do you do?" And she said, "I'm a fitness coach. So, I help people get fit. And I said, "Okay, amazing. Explain to me your business model." So, she explained to me her business model. She was making $14 per payment per workout plan. And she literally manually did these workout plans for people. Took her an hour. And she's like, "I'd love to like learn to scale. I'd love to learn how to do all these things." And she's like, "But also like I want to learn leadership and I want to learn I want to learn how to like be the kind of person who does it. You know what I mean? like I can do it, but I want to be the kind of person where I feel like the person. And I said, I know exactly what you mean. And so I told her about some of the programs I had, and she was like, I feel like I want to do something more advanced. And I was like, okay, well, how you know what are what are you earning right now? And she's like, well, I've never quite made $1,000 a month yet. I'm near $1,000 a month, but if you could show me how to make $1,000 a month consistently, that would that would change my life. I if I could just make $1,000 a month consistently, that would change my life. And so I knew I could make help her make $1,000 a month. I had a p a coaching program at that point that was $6,000. And I said, you know, I have this coaching program, but it's $6,000. And she said, yeah, well, that's perfect because if I learn how to make $1,000 a month for a year, I'll pay $6,000 and I'll learn how to make $12,000 my first year and the second year. It'll pay off so fast. I had never even heard anybody think this way. Every person that came to me before, what's the possible return? Am I going to 2x? Am I going to 3x? Am I going to 4x? This girl was so matter of fact, she was just like, "Yeah, it's going to cost me $6,000, but if I I learn how to make $1,000 a month, I'll pay it off." I was like, "Yeah, that's accurate."

So, we started working together and today we're celebrating $35 million that she's made since that day. $35 million all organic. Never ran an ad. Just literally her herself, her voice. She became the person who could do it. But she didn't come in trying to become a millionaire from $1,000. She had this really grounded thing about her. It made sense. And I've noticed this in people who get it. It's like when I make an investment of time, of energy, of money, this isn't like a slot machine like can I can I spend a week in this program and become a multi-millionaire. It's more like imagine if the hour and a half or two hours that I spend with Melanie cuts away 2 hours of nonsense in 2026. Imagine if the two hours I spend here with Melanie ends up being two hours of memories I may not have had without those conversations. Imagine if the two hours I invest here change my behavior and my thought process in things that give me back at least 2 hours of sleep that I keep complaining that I don't have. Imagine if you could actually see it that simple. Imagine what would having co coaching conversations like this be like if I had these a few every week. Who might I become at home? Who might I become with my partner? Who might I become in my business? And what if I just made as much as I'm making but with more pleasure in my life or doubled my income instead of like trying to 20x my income. But if I become a person who can 2x my income, what will stop my brain from telling me if you can do this? What if you could do this? Cuz when things get good, we change our response system in our mind. All of a sudden, it's not just going to get good, it's all of a sudden going to get great.

What I've been loving seeing with the people I'm working with is regardless of what they're hiring me for, whether this is for life stuff, whether it's for business, whether it's for it all comes down to the same thing. It's like, can I start owning who I am? Because to to you, and I can't speak for you cuz I don't really know how you're feeling, but like I know a lot of times people speak to me and they get all excited like, "Oh my gosh, you're Melanie Anne Layer." And it's like that is so weird. It's awesome and it's so weird because the thing is I'm really just me compounded over time. You will feel the same way. When you do everything you've ever wanted, you'll just be like, "Oh my gosh, it's the same cloth that made the dress. It's the same It's the same you, but in the reality that that you've built over time, you will climatize to your identity. You're just you. Whoever you think you need to be, you're not just going to need to be it. You're going to become it. You're going to build it brick by brick every day only if you do what we said before when we said think about the person that you love that if they were need to need to change what would they need to do they would have to see themselves in the mirror they would have to say this is not me I deserve better than this from myself I'm capable not self-deprecating honest and then they would have to be willing to celebrate the little wins and ride the waves of the shortcomings without whatever imagining that they're not going to be any or deciding that if there's a shortcomings wasn't meant to be. They would have to be willing to face those. If you are willing to do that, who you'll be by this time next year, we will literally be tears in the eyes in voice in in messenger like tears in the eyes. You'll be want you'll be writing things. You'll be writing comments or messaging me be like, "Melanie, I am different. I know it. My family knows it. My bank account knows it. My jeans know it." Like, and it was a beautiful year and it was filled with magic. And yeah, there were hard moments, but like I made it through. There's it's inevitable. And it's also inevitable that if you do things tomorrow and you always do things tomorrow and forever and for always you do things tomorrow, you'll be going 2027 will be my year even though blah blah blah blah blah blah. And there's nothing wrong about that. That's what the majority of the world does because we were never really taught to be the one. Because in order to be taught to be the one, someone who is the one has to tell you that you're also the one. What most people show is it's not their fault. The cards were stacked against them. They did their best. They tried their best. Here's where it went wrong for them. And this is why they couldn't bounce back. And if things would have been different, then they could have, they might have, they could have. They've got all these stories. And they model for us. Everyone in this world models for us what a really good story sounds like to explain why you don't have what you want. And we just get really good at telling that story. But when someone who is the one in their lives holds that frequency for you, holds that possibility for you and is the one and treats themselves like the one. A new gateway of possibility starts to open up. And so to become the one isn't just to become the one for you. It's to become the one that leads to other people knowing that they can be the one. You become an anchor of possibility in a world where there's just not enough. And not because you've reinvented the whole world or you're a billionaire. Just because you love your life, because you trust yourself. Because when you say you're going to do something, you do it. Because if there's something you really wanted to do, you'd know you could do it. Not tomorrow. Bit by bit, starting today. You'd be an example of what's possible for the people you love the most. And you'd be able to believe that people can change because if you can, they can. So you'd also be an anchor of possibility for people who want to change, which is an incredible thing.

And so there's so many different ways that this work has changed me, but I've had to go through the finish line. I've had to go through the finish line of every embarrassing failure, falling on my face, learning from my mistakes, pivot because I can't do it that way anymore, it doesn't work anymore, learning over and over again. And not from like a what's wrong with me kind of place, but from a I see myself. So now what? And I've built a life I really, really, really, really love. And because I keep building this way, it keeps getting greater and better and more extraordinary. And because of that, I'm able to affect change for other people. Like I went from going bankrupt sitting in the front seat of a car to joining forces with clients to make their their summits work. So to give to charities and to give to to give give to charities, give to don give donations, give to to causes like I went from being the one who went without to being the one who gives. That's the greatest part about becoming Melanie and layer. It's not just that I'm like, "Oo, I made it." It's like I'm comp I'm continuing to make it. I make things happen for me and for people and for the world every day. And there's still so much for me to become. But I trust myself that if I want it, I can do it. And that's the best feeling. That's what I want for us all when we go into a new year. Not to say this is my year, but to say let's do this. like what could happen this year based on everything we've seen could happen. It's like a compound effect because of everything I've done. I believe that's extraordinary. Not because of everything I done. I expect because there's still so many things I don't know how to do. I'm going to have to stretch myself 100 times over in the next year. Nothing's taken for granted. I don't know where the clients are I'm going to work with in 2026. I mean, I have the ones I have. Like, who are the people I'm going to meet? I don't know. I'm going to have to show up. I'm going to have to speak. I'm going to have to meet them. I'm going to have to I'm going to have to speak in a way where people say, "Yeah, that was worth my time, my energy. This is worth me. I want to do this with you." Like, I'm going to have to put myself out there and meet new people and and and manage to get my message across all year if I'm going to do what I want to do. I don't know where those people are. I don't know for sure that I'll nail it. I don't know what master classes I'll create. I don't know what's coming, but I I trust myself that I will. And I trust myself that I'll nail it and I'll do everything that I can. and I'll do it with all my heart. That's what makes me believe in the future. I'm proud of myself and I know that I can do things because of what I've done. That's really helpful. But those things don't guarantee the future. They're just this incredible place for me to go, "Oh, yeah." And I know that at the beginning it's harder because we don't have all that evidence. But we also have a lot more courage in the beginning because there's less evidence of things that don't quite go the way we want. We have a lot of if I just did it, I could. And that's really helpful in the beginning. I think it's made that way for a reason. We've got the courage and the power and then eventually they invert and you have to still keep working with both courage and power throughout your entire life.

So this is day two of the finish line. Tomorrow is our last piece. There is one really beautiful invitation that I want to share with you because there is a finish line that we're crossing on 31st at midnight and I've kind of talked about it in today's module but I have this client called Ally and Ally used to be in one of my close proximity masterminds a couple years ago and this year she's put up this incredible summit and some of the most incredible women spoke in it and they offered like their best tips like their best business tips successful women in all different industries. is pouring their heart, sharing their hearts, receiving no payment to do this, just really teaching from a place of mastery. And basically, it's a summit. And it costs $33 to join the summit to hear all these speakers speak on and teach everything they teach. And 100% of the proceeds go to charity. It's called the Change the Stars Summit and it supports children in Haiti and it's the most beautiful work that she's done. Like Ally has put all of her heart into this. So much time, energy, and effort has gone into it. And there's different ways that you can give. You can you can give the 33 for the summit. You can go beyond that. And you can give um I'm going to actually pull up cuz she wrote this for me. I asked her to show me and to put it on her website cuz I know some of my clients are like, "I want to give more than $33. What else can I do?" Um, let me just pull this up. But I want to go through the finish line with her and I want to really go and see like what can we do for the world together? This is the for me for you, for us magic where it's like when I change the world changes.

So, at $33, you're literally getting access to that summit. And on top of that, you're giving in the most magical way. And I'm going to tell you, there it is. Okay. So, just so you have an idea, when we're giving funds over there, formula for children's hospitals for one month for one child costs $50. So, with every chunk of $50, there's formula for one child in a children's hospital. Formula for a child in a hospital for a year, $600. food and housing for one child per month, $125. So, if you if you went on the on the page on the checkout page in the AlphaFam team, if you don't mind putting the link here, you could just select. You could give $33 and get the summit. You could give 50. You give 600. You give 125 and say that's food and housing for one child for one month, and you'd get the summit as well. Food and housing, one child, one year, 1,500. a scholarship for one teenager, two years of trade school, $1,000. You could do that. Four years, a four-year degree for one teenager, $2,500. Like, there's different increments. So, you can give however much you want. And it gives you the summit. And I want to I want to really help this be a beautiful thing. And I I what I think is the most beautiful thing that we sometimes forget is that what we do at the finish line changes the beginning. because we could make a move here tonight and someone's life gets changed for real in 2026. Not just like I'll think about it tomorrow like I did something today and tomorrow was changed like one of these kids wakes up tomorrow with formula. one of these kids wakes up tomorrow with housing because of one move that you made today, because of one of the moves we make today. And so my vision for for life is that we become the kind of people who every day we make a move in someone else's life is changed. Even spending time like this on a master class, on a program saying, "Let me put it out there into the world and there's a possibility that what I say today changes a person's marriage tomorrow." They wake up and things are different. There's a possibility that me sharing the summit some child gets food, housing, accommodations, education and alpha fem if you can just drop the link often just so that people can find it. Like the vision I have is that the more we have the more we affect change on the planet. We rewrite the stars for ourselves, but we rewrite the stars for others because when there's an abundance, there is an incredibly beautiful thing about the human condition.

This is one of my favorite thoughts I want to leave you on today. When you are worried about yourself, that you're not good enough, that you don't deserve something, that you can't do it, you could spend the rest of your life trying to figure that out. Trying to figure out how to make yourself deserve, how to make yourself good enough, how to make yourself worthy, how to make yourself, this could be an entire life project just to think that you're good enough eventually. But as soon as the thing you're doing is not just about you, as soon as it's like if you got your act together, your partner would have an even more extraordinary wife and would feel love for the rest of their lives. Your kids would have a role model. Your clients would be better served. Your employees would feel lucky for their jobs. Your parents would feel safe. Kids in Haiti would have food and education and board because you became something. How could you ever wonder whether you deserve it after that? How could you ever wonder if you're good enough? How could you actually even ask yourself that if that's what what you end up doing for the world when you self-actualize with your with more patience and more strength and more trust in your own self and in your word and more willingness to evolve and a belief that you can create and that those creations impact the world. How could how could you need to be deserving of that? We only need to work on our deserving when it's self-centered. I need it to for me. I need it to prove to me so that I can have. But when we realize that our self-actualization immediately impacts the world, all of that step stops mattering. I haven't needed to figure out whether I deserve doing this or not. It's like the world deserved me to become Melanie Anne Layer. The world deserved my parents deserved me to become Melanne Layer for their story to be different. My friends deserved me to become Melanie Anne layer for our story to be different. My employees deserved me to be Melanie Anne Lair so that their lives are different. My clients deserved me to become Melanie and Lair so that these conversations could make it to them. The world deserved me to become Melanie Lair. The world deserves you to become the thing inside of you that just tells you today that's that's the next move. You don't need to figure out if you're going to build a multi-million dollar brand or lead a huge business. It could just be that you trust yourself and you know that if you want to do something, you do it. It could just be that when you make a promise, you keep it. Could just be that you get into the best health of your life. It could just be that all of a sudden you have the kind of disposable income that allows you to give. It's it's not huge the thing that's going to change your life because all you need is to change enough to feel like you changed and then all of a sudden your belief about you is that you can change and that's a whole other person. The minute you've done enough for you to know that you can change not just hope. So a start with smaller things. Don't even worry about the huge huge huge thing. just do the smaller thing just so you can say, "Hey, I said I'd do it and I did it." And then own that and see what happens.

Ideally, in my life, I would work with people and I would just help them make all of their dreams come true and I would help them do all those things. And I wish I could hit the ground running with you tonight. I wish I could just say to you like, "You know what? Let's do it. Let's do it all. Come with me. Come with me." And you'll be like, I want to show you the world, a whole new world. Like, let's go. SK isn't even the limit. But the thing is right now, the limit is you. So, our first move is to start moving the limit that is you. And for that, you need to see it in the mirror. Like, holy crap, I've been the limit to protect myself from whatever it is. And I see it. and it's okay. Uh, but I'm done today. I'm done. That's what I want for you. And to know like you can change your life, you can change their lives, you can change anything.

So, I'm going to take a couple of seconds. I want to tell you about two programs that are coming in 2026. But before I tell you about them, I want you I want to tell you how I want you to listen to these because it matters a lot in how this program these programs would even work if you took them. I don't want you to listen to this like this is something I want you to do. And I don't want you to listen to this like this is something that you should do. I want you to listen to this like this is something I've built for the people who are going to take the program for real Z's. Like I've built a program for people that want to do this work. So it's not to try to get you to do the work. It's not to try to get you excited to do the work. It's not to try to get you to do anything. This is like it's like I don't need to sell you the concept of milk. If you want milk, you buy milk. I don't need to try to send sell you the concept of these programs. This is like you would sit in your living room and watch a Netflix series. You would sit in your living room and you would watch a I don't know what you would buy whatever clothes or Spanx or whatever things on Amazon. You would buy things that you don't even need. You would buy you would buy things cuz you want it. You wouldn't have to think million things. You would just you would do that. So this is this is like that. This is not supposed to be something where you contort yourself into a million directions to figure out if it's worth it. If it if you can't get there, then we're not there. Because this isn't something you do in order to change. It's something you do because you already have. This isn't something you buy because 2026 is your year. You can't do it like that. You can't say, you know what, I'm going to buy these programs and because of those programs, I'm going to be different 2026. It's not how it works. I want to talk to you about these programs and I want you to be like this is the move I'm making for myself in 2026 today because I get it and I know how I want to I want I know how I want to live January and I know what I want to implement fast in the year. I want to start my year this way. This is the way I want to do it. I want to plan out. I want to learn about all the important things in my life. I want to talk about my marriage. I want to talk about my energy and my frequency. I want to talk about my planning, my execution. I want to talk about my business. I want to talk about money. I want to talk about all these things. And I and I really just I just I want to do it and I'm gonna and this feels like the right container for it. This is the kind of leadership kind of conversation kind of vibe. This is it. This is how I want to do it. That's the energy. Not because it will change you, but because you've already changed because you're like, I want to continue what we've done today.

If you didn't feel if you have if you do not feel in this moment like you are completely in a different place in your brain. You're listening from a much more mature part of you. You're totally getting it. You're like I I could just make any move in this moment. I would not BS myself at all in this moment. If you're realizing this like I if I could just continue like this, if I could just do this every day, I would be where I want to be. There's no question. I just I just need to keep doing this. If you can get yourself to understand like this is enough. I'm not waiting for a holy grail breakthrough. I'm wait I I need to just operate daily in this energy and not let myself get away with stuff and celebrate when I nail it and get back on the horse quickly when I don't. Like if you can feel that, that's the vibe to listen to these in.

There's two programs I want to tell you about. One is a New Year's program that I've called the resolution revolution and it's a program that I have been running for years on my own. I started doing this myself in like 2016 before little bits of it, but 2016 was my first like I planned out every day and I took myself on a journey of every day working on every part of what would matter in a year for me and honest to goodness it has completely changed the game for me. Every year I do this and it's like it it I could just keep doing it on my own or I could do it with you. And when there's accountability, it actually goes further. So every piece of the program I ask you to do, I also do. I do it every year. I could not start a year without this this context. It puts everything into perspective. It makes me be sharp and it makes me be

different with every version of every piece of my life. I don't just put everything together and be like, "I'll be better." It's like I look at every piece. I contemplate every piece. I have these really beautiful processes for all the parts of your life. It's an incredible program. It's called the Resolution Revolution because it's the actually the resolutions that we end up doing, which is the whole point. And it carries you for your year.

So, this program is $2,222 and it it's 10 full modules. So, it's it's big. But what you'll realize is that every call that we do gives you a plan with the right energy to just go. And you'd be so surprised how many hours and how much time you can waste thinking you'll think about the plan or you'll do it next next week or whatever it is or then you wonder if you've done the plan properly. Like this is an incubation and you can follow my lead and come in live and do the calls on live with me or if you want to spread it out longer and take it over more time like you have access to the calls all year. So you can space them out if you want. But if you do this program for yourself in this energy, you're setting yourself up for 2026 in the most extraordinary way.

So this program is $2,222. The other program is called "I Am The One" and this is more energetics and it is fully owning energetically and in feminine energetics and leadership your role in the most important parts of your life. So the tangibles get done in Resolution Revolution, which will happen first. This will start about the 15th of January. And then when Resolution Revolution is over, we start "I Am The One." And the idea is that the energy of "I Am The One" anchors in Resolution Revolution. So Resolution Revolution creates the plan. "I Am The One" is the energy that helps you execute the plan. I had done a version of "I Am The One" a few years ago. This is entirely different. This really is the map to your anchored power so that you move today, not tomorrow. You will always be able to grab a module from that and get yourself in the zone to do what you've got to do.

When you can take on "I Am The One" in my relationship, I'm the one. I could affect change entirely even if my partner did nothing. And I always want to preface when we're not talking about situations of abuse in any of this. This is where there's like two people who are co-creating a reality that is just not what it could be. No abuse. Then we're very different. But you can change anything in your life when you own that you're the one because we affect things on a massive scale. It's not just like, "I hope that you'll change." It's like, "I change everything." So it includes you and then I'll decide whether that works for me or not. But I can change anything. Everything. I can elevate everything. "I Am The One." Can you imagine like, "I'm the one," the ownership, the responsibility, the nervous system ability to say, "I got it. I got it. I got you. I got this." What what would a year of that look like? And not from a place of proving something. Not from a place of overdoing it. And not from a place of doing all the things that aren't making an impact on overdrive just to prove that you're doing something and not doing the things that really matter. The real powerful you that says, "I know what I've got to do. I can face it. I can do it. I can handle it. I've got this. I've got you. I've got this. I've got us. I've got me." What would it look like to get yourself in that mood the beginning of the year?

And so this one is on early bird right now and it's $555. So if that one feels a little more manageable, $555 will get you an "I Am The One." The difference if you're really looking at them is one of them is a plan where and there are energetics included also in Resolution Revolution, but the plan for each piece of your life and the other one is an identity shift that makes it that throughout the year you're able to see, "This is who I am and this is not who I am." Which is the first thing we really needed when we said like, "If if I have someone in my life that needs to change something, they need to be able to look at themselves and say, 'That's not who I am.'" Like you need to be able to do that. "I Am The One" rewires what you are willing to just let slip by. It's like, "Yes, no." You you just know yourself in the most profound and beautiful way.

Now what's amazing with Resolution Revolution is that when you take Resolution Revolution, at the end I have so many beautiful programs. I have programs around feminine empowerment and leadership, social media, business, money. Like I have so many different kinds of programs. When you take Resolution Revolution, at the end, you you get a credit in the amount of the whole program. And so when you complete the program, you have $2,222. You can put it towards any other program. You can even put it towards the AlphaFem experience if you want. You can put it towards whatever you desire. $2,222.

So, why I love Resolution Revolution is not only does it help you make the plan, once we've looked at all the areas of your life that matter the most, you're then able to say, "Where do I want where do I want to go? What do I want to do next this year?" And it gives you the ability to choose where you want to invest in another program, which is an incredible thing. So, it's $2,222, but you get a full credit of the full amount to reinvest into something else. And then "I Am The One" is right now $555. The sales page is just being built with all the details and all the information. And so when the sales page hits, it's going to be $1,111. That's going to be in the next few days. The price is going to go up. So there's this early bird opportunity at $555.

But what I want to do to make it like the greatest kickoff of 2026 of all times is that when you buy Resolution Revolution for $2,222, I want to give you "I Am The One." So I want to set you up for a January that reshapes your year in a massive way. And not just because you think that's what's going to do it, but because you've already decided today that that's what's going to happen. And those are the moves that you're making. So if you want to anchor in "I Am The One" at $555 before the price goes up, you get to do that.

My team is going to be going on holiday tomorrow. And so there won't be anyone there in the inboxes or anything like that until the 3rd of January. Um, so if you have any questions, you can ask them tonight. You can ask them first thing in the morning tomorrow. And then your your questions will all be pending until the 3rd of January. Um, but if and then on the we'll we'll say that the price of the "I Am The One" will go from $555 to $1,111 on the 5th of January of January and the two for one will also end on the 5th of January. So, you have until January 5th to either purchase "I Am The One" for $555, to either purchase Resolution Revolution for $2,222, but it includes "I Am The One" and you get that $2,000 credit towards another program for later on in the year. So, those are the moves right now. And I really want to do big things. I want all the moves that we make to really land.

So what I want to do is that for all the people who are purchasing the Resolution Revolution. So basically if you're purchasing, this is the way I'm going to put it. If you purchased the $33 Summit from Ali and AlphaFem Team, if you don't mind putting all these links in the comment section, if you're purchasing the $33 summit from Ali, you are going to receive a credit of $33 in AlphaFem money. If you do the $50 for Ali's thing, you're going to receive a $50 credit in AlphaFem money. If you give $600 to Ali's summit for the Change of Stars and 100% of the proceeds go to the children of Haiti. If you give $600, you will receive a $600 credit in AlphaFem money. If you do $125, $125, $500, $500, $1,000, $1,000. So whichever one of these that you choose, I will match an AlphaFem. I want us to not just say, "This is going to change your life this year." I want to say, "This is also going to change your life, my life, their lives." That's what I want.

So, how you would do this is you first make your donation. I'm going to make a post on my timeline as soon as I hang up here saying about Ali's event with the link so you can find it. And then whatever it is that you purchase, you'll take a screenshot. You show me your payment and I'll be able to confirm with Ali and then you'll receive that money in AlphaFem dollars.

Now, as I've explained, my team is only going to be available until tomorrow around noon and then everyone is going to come back on on the 3rd of January. So, anything that requires the team for any kind of behind-the-scenes stuff, it's going to go dark for a short while. But if you have anything any questions for tonight, you can go ahead and message us. Same thing when they come back on the 3rd of January. And tomorrow we have our last and final session. So after after our last session, they'll be done for the day.

But there is there is no limit when the things we do we do not just for self-serving reasons. When the things we do change the stars for other people, I found that there's a there's a supportive force that comes in. And I think why manifestation is so heavily misunderstood these days is because people are learning manifestation reading a book without any kind of human connection. They're not really talking to another person. And they're just thinking. And we spend so much time thinking about our inadequacies, about what's not good enough, about what we don't have, about what we need, about our fears, that we tried to control manifestation to make us feel better. But as soon as we start to talk to one another, as soon as people start to speak to each other, we don't talk about the same things. When if you were to speak to me about your your reason why, I don't think it would take too long before the people you love the most become a part of that vision. But when you're thinking about things for yourself, you may only be thinking about you and whether you're good enough or whether you get blinded by your own needs. But when your self-actualization changes the world, changes the stars, there's a universal force that starts to support. And I believe this so much. I believe that a big reason I've created what I've created is because money in my hands is good for the world. Visibility of me is good for the world. People being influenced by what I'm saying is good for the world. Like there's a return for more than just me when I'm succeeding. And I really believe if you're here still now after all this time on this call that the same is to be said about you. But you would have to get out out of the self-serving need to be better and into the God zone of what you were always meant to do and who you were always meant to be because the world gets changed by it. You and them. You and us and them.

So your homework before tomorrow's last and final session, apart from those of you who are in the movement, then we have our finale. But your homework is to actually look at yourself in the mirror. Just really take ownership. If you want to sit with a mirror or just sit in contemplation, where have you been playing small and pretending you haven't been playing small? Or have you blamed people or used stories that aren't really even true just to get yourself off the hook of really going all in? Where have you used the shelf of tomorrow of "settled when I have this, I'll do that" and it's like no one else in your life you would accept that from but you accept it from yourself. Like when you believe in people, you wouldn't accept any of the things you said if they would have given you the excuse. But somewhere you stopped believing in you. And are you ready to say that ended tonight? "I do believe in me. I will consciously tell myself from this point forward, if ever I'm saying I can't do it, I'll say it's not true. I can, but I'm chicken. I don't want to fail. I did my best. I didn't. I didn't." But I know that if I say that with conviction, it sounds like it's true. "Once I have this, then I'll do that." But I have no plan on doing this because I would need that to do it. So, catch 22. But it sounded pretty good, but I just caught it. Like, can you be so in ownership of yourself? Because you're genius. You're brilliant. You've just used your genius and your brilliance to put you in a cage instead of just start building piece by piece. So do this work please.

And the other part if there is something that you want to do with me next year do it because you got it today not to get it tomorrow. Do it as a move that you make because you're like, "I got it so much today that I'm buying this today." That's how much I got it today. Not, "I don't get it today, but if I buy this, maybe I'll get it tomorrow." Don't do that. And then look at Ali's summit and decide if you want to change the stars for them. The summit is extraordinary. There's 16 incredible women that are giving their top three pieces of advice in different industries, different different angles. They're all brilliant. I also have a segment in there and I gave my everything on this thing. It's worth the money. No question. And on top of it, if you do that and you screenshot your donation, you'll receive $33 in AlphaFem money that you can use towards something else or however whichever donation that you use, you'll be able to use that towards as well. Let's change the stars for me, for you, for us. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow. I have one last person to draw. I haven't even looked at the comment section. So long, I've just been in the zone. I have one last person to draw and then we're going to go live for tomorrow. Let's see where we're at. Okay. Where is my live stream? Okay. The the one is seven modules. "I Am The One" is seven modules long. Um, are we able to use the $222 credit for the movement? Yes, the summit speakers are fire. I'm so excited for the three moves I made to work with you in 2026. I'm so happy, Jennifer. Your segment was incredible. Thank you, Robin. Uh, until now, I am buying this before 15. I was gifted the summit. It's perfect alignment. This is amazing. Is this a new summit or the same one we donated money to earlier? It's the same one. So, if you It all goes to the same cause. So, if you're just doing the $33, it would give you another $33 in AlphaFem. Or if you wanted to give more because you saw what it equates to, it will just give you the same amount in AlphaFem credits. Um, always a masterpiece with you, Lenny. Thank you. Okay, seven modules does not mean seven months. It's going to be it's going to span over the course of about two weeks, but you will have access to it for the whole year. Okay. All right. Right.

So, AlphaFem team, we have our last winner today. So, just a reminder of how you win in these draws. First of all, you share the live stream. So, if you want to be in tomorrow's draw, you share this this segment, this live stream of tonight. When you do share, make sure you let me know in the comment section that you did share so that my team can track it. And when you're sharing it, if you can give an explanation, most of you did it really well. It was awesome. Just like Melanie is doing a paid program for free until January 3rd. You can catch it on her page. This is day two. You can find day one on her personal Facebook page. I'll also put the link of day one in the in the body of this so it's easy to find. Um, and you just tag me so people can find it. That's how you get in the draw. Second one is you'll find the animation. So that beautiful horse and carriage that we watch at the beginning, you find that on my timeline and you can share that. That'll give you a second entry. And the third one is just to film me while I'm speaking. Just a little clip it and give me your biggest takeaway or your favorite moment, what you're really taking away from this today and tag me on Instagram, Melanie and Layer or AlphaFem or both. And that'll give you up to three entries in the draw. But I'll I'll send you that information also in an email. So I think that completes it. It's time for our last winner of the night and then tomorrow we will draw three more winners tomorrow. So, the last winner with the AlphaFem notebook and $555 in AlphaFem money, which means you could purchase "I Am The One." Um, let's see. Just bought the Change of Stars program. Thank you, Ruda. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. I'll share again tonight and tomorrow. That's awesome. Drum roll. Thank you for sharing. Thank you so much for sharing. This is perfect. Okay, let's see. Third winner is Ruka. I don't even need to give a last name. Ruka, you are the winner. Congratulations, Ruka Tapor. Rula Tapor, congratulations. You win $555 in AlphaFem money. And so this will all and also the beautiful notebook. This is for you. So tomorrow there will be three more winners. Tomorrow will be a shorter, more powerful like finale and then also our finale in the movement. If you already feel like you might be the right fit to come and be in the AlphaFem, that's also another cool thing that you can do. $222 per month and you can cancel anytime or you can pay in full for $2,222. That gives you like $400 something dollars off the year. There's bonus when you pay in full and you get access to all the programs and then you'd get the finale with me tomorrow, the last transmission of the year. Do you have any questions? Message. The team will be available to answer until tomorrow afternoon and then after that they'll be back on January 3rd. Thank you so much for your participation and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow. Heat. Heat. Thank you. Heat up here. Heat up here. Heat. Heat.
