Is it dangerous for somebody to be on a statin? It's one of the worst mistakes you can possibly make. I got to the point where if somebody said, "I have Parkinson's." I would say, "Oh, so when did you start statin drugs?" Because everybody I've seen with Parkinson's and neurodegeneration has been on a statin drug. Absolute metabolic poison.
Thomas Cowan is a physician and best-selling author whose views on heart disease have made him one of the most controversial doctors in America. In this conversation, he reveals what's actually destroying your heart and the exact actions you can take to save it.
Heart disease is caused by high cholesterol and plaque buildup in the arteries. Do you think that's true? No. Neither. Cholesterol is your repair substance. We know at least 80% of the people who die of a heart attack, they don't have any blockages at all. They figured out a test that doesn't show the whole blood flow. And so it makes people think the blockage stop the blood flow. I hate to use this word, but it's a scam.
Do you think bacon is good for the heart? Yes. Do you think butter is good for the heart? Yes. You can have bacon butter and you'll be fine. Nobody using stfanthus seed extract has gone on to have a heart attack. I don't know of a single person. Don't believe nonsense. That's the worst thing you can do cuz you will do stupid things.
Sir, the number one threat to our lives, to you and I and our family and friends, is cardiovascular disease, heart attacks, and strokes. And most doctors will say, "Lower your fat, lower your cholesterol. That's going to keep us safe." But what if we've been told a lie?
My guest today is Dr. Tom Cowan. He's a former physician and an author who has spent decades understanding and proving the heart isn't a pump, but a simple vortex of energy. In this episode, we're going to discuss the root cause of heart disease, the truth about statins, and a free simple protocol for us to protect our hearts forever.
So, Dr. Cowan, my first question, you have seen over a 100,000 patients in your career as a doctor, and most doctors are going to say that heart disease is caused by high cholesterol and plaque buildup in the arteries. Do you think that's true? No, neither.
Now they argue about what causes the blockages. Some people say cholesterol, some people say LP little a. Some people say LDL. Some people the holistic doctors say uh it's inflammation or it's parasites or it's heavy metal or they say a lot of things. One out of a million says it's not got to do with blockages and that's me. Now, how did I come to So, we know what the claim is, right? Blockages cause heart attacks called the thrombogenic theory of heart disease. It started in the '40s in this country. Interestingly, in the '40s, the cardiologists didn't believe it. They said, "No, the people with blockages have fewer heart attacks because they have a better collateral circulation. That means there are little blood vessels." And at this point, I could show you a picture of what the circulation they say it is and what it really is. They say it's like a river, but it's actually like a watershed. So, that's the first thing. Uh so I looked into so here I am. I'm a you know trained as a doctor working in the emergency room. Every day 10 people come in who think they're having a heart attack. So I'm not unfamiliar with the story and I'm told it's blockages. That's why we do stents. That's why we do clot busting drugs. That's why we do bypasses. That's why we put them on statin drugs. That's why we put them on low-fat diets. the whole thing.
So I asked myself because this is the way I do things. A few simple questions. Number one, is the blood through your coronary arteries, right? Those are the main arteries. The same blood as all the other blood in the body like the spleen blood, the blood that goes to your spleen and your foot and your liver, etc. Right? As far as I know, everybody thinks it is like there's no special blood that goes to your heart and a special blood that goes to your spleen. Like nobody thinks that. Okay. Are the arteries, the coronary arteries the same as the spleen artery and the liver artery. And as far as I know, everybody thinks that that's the case. If you dissect it, do an anatomical histological thing, they're exactly the same. Fact, that's why they can put them from one to the other and it works the same. So if something is too much in the blood and is precipitating in the artery, why would it only happen in the coronary artery and not the splenic artery? And it turns out it does happen. So you get plaque in the splenic artery, hepatic artery, femoral artery, all the other arteries. And then you know I've given talks to over a 100,000 people. And when I give a talk about the heart, I say, "Has anybody ever seen anybody or heard anybody who had a heart attack?" Everybody raised their hand. Has anybody seen or heard anybody who had a spleen attack? Not one person raised their hand. I wouldn't either. Right. Or a liver attack. No. Kidney attack. No. How about gallbladder attack? So then people raise their hand. But that's because of stones. That's not a blood vessel thing like an ischemic attack like a heart attack. So that was my first introduction to this doesn't make any sense. Okay. Uh so the only two organs that have an ischemic attack and I'm not talking about your foot hurts or your spleen ruptures that happens. It's not because of a blockage. Brain we call those strokes. Heart. We call them myocardial infarction or heart attack. Okay, that was the first thing.
The next thing is I had hundreds of people come to my office and say something like, "I'm a 50-year-old guy. I was walking up this mountain with my wife and I had a little shortness of breath and some chest pain. I shouldn't have told the wife, but I did. She said go to the cardiologist." So, I did. He did a test. He said, "I have a 95% blockage." And then he wagged his finger at me and said, "If you block anymore, you're going to have a heart attack." And I thought, cuz it's the way I think. So, if you have a 95% blockage and all the blood goes through that artery, that means you've got 5% blood flow to your heart. How did you walk up that hill? And you mean to tell me, not you, but that, if you block from 5% down to 3%, you're gonna have a heart attack? Like 5% is zero blood flow. And there's no way that makes any sense.
So then I did something that you would think all doctors in my position would do, which is I went to the literature and I uh looked for studies where they did autopsies, right? Cutting people dead, and looked and see how many of them who died of a heart attack had a blocked artery. We're told it's 100%. That's why you die of a heart attack. So I wanted to see somebody must have done a study and I looked and there were studies and the range was 18% had a blocked artery to the highest was 78%. Now this was not proof that the blocked artery caused the heart attack because the biggest study guy named Giorgio Baldi Italian pathologist studied this for 50 years everybody in this Italian hospital who had a heart attack and died he did an autopsy on. Maybe not everybody, but and he said it's 41%. And of those, at least half the blockage came after the heart attack, not before. He could tell that. Which means we're down to 20%. Which means, what happened to the other 80%. Why did they die? Why did they have a heart attack? I was told that that's the only reason and you go in, you have an angiogram and if it's clear, they say you're fine. But we know we know at least 80% of the people who die of a heart attack, that's like the worst. They don't have any blockages at all. So what happened to them? So at this point, I'm thinking this is something wrong with this theory here.
And then the final straw was I looked for studies showing that stents or bypasses actually work. They prolong life, prevent further heart attacks. The answer is clearly no. In fact, in the United States, you're not allowed to tell somebody, "We're going to do a bypass." That means you put a a new artery or vein around the blockage. you you're not allowed to tell somebody will you will live longer or you will not have another heart attack. You can tell them you'll have less chest pain. Okay. So then in 2018 in the Lancet they did the first ever blinded study of people who had chest pain and had a single vessel blockage. Half of them they put a stent in to unblock it. The other half they did the catheter told them they put a stent but didn't and said you're fine now. Eight weeks later they had the same amount of chest pain. Meaning and the New York Times so we know it's true, right? Everything in the New York Times is true. uh uh runs the front page headlines stents proven useless, no improvement in longevity, no prevention of further heart attacks, and when you actually uh tell people they got I put a stent in, you didn't see it, don't worry about it. Uh it's the same as putting a stent in. This is $50 billion a year procedure and it the the the actual facts are there's no evidence that it does anything. At that point I'm done with the stenosis theory.
And then uh hopefully you'll see this little video that a friend of mine made which shows a catheter and they put the angiogram in and they show the blockage but they show the blood going around the blockage with these other vessels. And so there's no there is no consequence of having blocked a blockage in a coronary artery. You can see that from this video. And once I saw that, like that's the end of it. And in fact, what what's happened is they do a test called a coronary angiogram where they stick dye in your in your heart and because of the the the heavy metal component of the dye and the way they do it under pressure, it only shows those three main arteries. And so it's basically, I hate to use this word, but it's a scam. They figured out a test that only shows the arteries that shows the blockages and doesn't show the whole blood flow. And even though you can see that the blood actually goes around the blockage and the blood flow is fine, uh, even though there is a blockage, that doesn't show up on the test. And so it makes people think the blockage stopped the blood flow. And that's not at all what happens. And at that point, I'm done thinking it's coronary artery disease. And again, like the guy with the with the adoption, I didn't necessarily know what caused heart attacks, but I knew it wasn't blockages. I knew therefore this whole thing with cholesterol and LDL and LP little a and inflammation of the vessels of the of and plaque it's it's just nonsense.
In fact, I then started asking my myself the question, why would a body make plaque in a vessel? And I like to ask people who I'm talking to about this. Let's say you have a vessel and what happens is the water in the vessel makes a gel and protects the lining of the vessel. It's brilliant actually. Let's say you don't do what you need to to make a healthy protective lining of the vessel inside lining and so that the vessel is at risk of bursting which would be a catastrophic event. What would you do? I would put like a band-aid on top. The same way that if we have a wound, you put a band-aid, which I'm assuming is that the cholesterol deposits and then the plug. Exactly. Except because you don't have a band-aid, right? So, you can't go in and put a band-aid in, but you can put cement in the inside so it doesn't burst. That's a brilliant strategy. Now, you could say, "Yeah, but Tom, it narrows the blood flow, right? So, that has a cost." And I would say, "I know, but if I if you give me a choice between bursting the blood vessel and a little bit restricted flow, I take the restricted flow." And I worry about the the the flow later. Maybe he'll do something to help, you know, stop to to get the the lining healthier, but at least I'm not dead. So, the plaque is the therapy for a person who doesn't do what they need to to protect their vessels. It's not a disease. It's the therapy.
Now, as Dr. Cowan mentions heart disease is not caused by cholesterol but an energy imbalance in the body. And we're going to talk about the exact protocol that you need to do to actually prevent heart disease. And that includes changing what you eat. It's quite interesting, Tom, because you are probably one of the most controversial doctors and figures that I I would think that my audience would hear from. when I was researching this even to understand these concepts but in terms of like the root cause of I think all disease it's potentially not what we have been told because potentially there is as you said the word scam which might be a bit you know um too much for some people provocative yes but if we can understand the root cause of what can potentially be damaging our heart our brain and therefore our other vessels in our body then we can do the things to actually fix it. So before we get into actually what causes so your understanding of what causes heart attacks and strokes um which is not the thrombogenic theory it is something else which is underlying it's not inflammation but we uh we will talk about it I just want to ask a question about statins because there are millions of people on statins to lower cholesterol and if cholesterol does not cause heart attacks and strokes is it dangerous for somebody to be on a statin? Yes. Not only dangerous, it's it's one of the worst mistakes you can possibly make next to vaccines. It's right after that. In fact, I used to say it's sort of a it's not a joke. It's not funny. But the way that I worked, I I don't really believe in diseases like we're told. Everybody has an individual story. And the way I would work is I had a patient come to my office and they only were allowed to write one sentence. I have Parkinson's. I didn't want to know what drugs they were on. I didn't want to know their family history. I didn't want to know if they were divorced or whatever. I didn't want to know anything because I was going to I didn't want to be prejudiced against that person. And then I would ask them what happened. I I got to the point where if somebody said, "Oh, I have a neurological disease like Parkinson's or something or or I would say, "Oh, so when did you start statin drugs?" They'd say, because they knew I didn't know they they cuz they they didn't do any intake for, right? They didn't write it on anything and they knew that. And they'd say, "How do you know that I was on a stat?" because everybody I've seen with Parkinson's and neurodegeneration in the last three years has been on a statin drug. Now, it's not 100% so you can get fooled by that. But the the purpose of a statin drug is to inhibit the energy metabolism of your of your organs, particularly your heart and brain. And it works. And so then you have a decreased energy flow through your heart and brain. And we call that various diseases like dementia and Parkinson's and ALS and you know tremors and all kinds of things and heart attacks and congestive heart failure. All those are consequence not a side effect. That's different. They are the consequence of poisoning the metabolism of your tissue. And that's the effect of statin drugs. And there's many books written about this. There's articles written about this. Uh it's absolute metabolic poison. Uh the only good thing about a statin drug is you can stop it from one day to the next and nothing happens. Whereas like beta blockers, another heart medicine, you can't just stop cold turkey. you'll have elevated heart rate and you'll have a lot of trouble. So, you have to actually do that slowly. Statin drugs, the only thing that happens is the cholesterol will go up. Cholesterol is your repair substance. I think nobody would take most drugs, wouldn't buy most things, wouldn't buy most products if it wasn't marketed to them with these fancy claims. Um, it's it is marketing. um that word again scam.
Let's talk about something that's not a scam which is potentially what is actually happening in the body to cause potentially a heart attack which is what you discuss. You you discuss an energy imbalance which occurs in your body. Can you discuss that in simple terms so people can say okay it's not cholesterol it's not plaque buildup it's this. So the first thing we know, so again, we go back to our we're we're debunking claims here that the the coronary artery blockage theory is has been falsified, right? And and the other thing we know is the only two organs that get attacks, ischemic attacks, not gallbladder attacks, are the heart and the brain. So that's where we're at now. So the next thing I would say is and I've asked so many doctors this. Are we electric beings or even electromagnetic beings? Oh, that's no. They say we're, you know, biochemical. We got all these chemicals in us. Okay. How do you know if a heart is healthy? Well, you put an EKG on it and and it it gives you this graph and that tells you whether it's functioning right. What is it measuring? the electrical activity of your heart. Wait a minute. I thought you said we're not electrical beings. Why are we measuring the electrical flow through your heart? If if that's not true, what about your brain? We do an EEG. What is it measuring electrical activity your of your brain? What about your muscles? We do an EMG. We are electromagnetic beings and the heart creates an electromagnetic field shaped like a torus. We've mapped it around it and it's the strongest electromagnetic field of the body and that electromagnetic field comes because of we at least the best guess is because the heart uses energy and converts it into this electrical activity. It it works with the ions sodium, potassium etc. just like your your battery in your car and it creates by structuring the water making the water more coherent and we can get into that. It creates this electromagnetic field and in so far as your heart has enough energy it functions fine. When it doesn't have enough energy it goes into a backup system the same as your leg does. So, if your leg has enough energy and you're walking and running and everything is good, you're fine. If it doesn't have enough energy, then you you build up acid. They usually call it lactic acid. And what happens is you feel a cramp in your legs. And then it then here's the difference between that happens in every tissue, but mostly we feel it in our muscles and in our heart. You get a cramp because the energy is depleted and then you go into this so-called uh acidic mode of of respiration. You build up acids, you feel cramps, your leg stops, so the cramps go away and your heart and your brain can't stop. So they keep building up this acidic byproducts of a disordered metabolism. And we know that that causes breakdown of the tissue which is what we call a heart attack. So first pain then worse pain buildup breakdown of the tissue and that's where you get a heart attack. That makes a lot of sense because if you think about exercise when somebody does heavy exercise, weight training and then as you mentioned the lactic acid buildup and think about if you're training your legs and then maybe the you might feel some pain but because you said your leg is still it doesn't keep contracting as the heart does. It can clear that lactic acid and then it doesn't have to build up and that's exactly what you're saying. And that's why you don't get a leg attack. Exactly. So that's where you know it fundamentally makes sense what you were saying when we think about how the body works. The heart's no different to your other organs in in your body and also your brain um and your your glands as well. It's just that it uses more energy. Correct. Correct. Um so people are probably thinking okay well what is actually ruining if we talk about our heart but this also correlates to every other vessel in our body. What are the things that we're doing every day to destroy our body and our heart? For that you have to ask, so where do we get this energy from? Now that that's gets into some interesting stuff. Uh so we're talking about this electromagnetic field, right? That's the energy field and and in a sense what the heart does like the conductor of a symphony. So all the other organs entrain on the heart uh and they get their direction. So otherwise you get the flute playing one tune and the the cello playing another and it they may be playing the right tune. Your spleen may be working and your legs may but you have to coordinate them and that's why the that's the function of the heart and why it has to be the strongest bioelectric field. Now this electric field is a consequence of the structuring of the water. So what do I mean by that? So we're told again this is one of the biggest myths or scams of modern biology. We're told in like third grade like 10 years old matter exists in three phases. Solid, liquid, gas, right? You get copper, it's solid copper, molten or liquid copper, or gaseous copper, water, ice, water, steam, right? Three-phase. So, so that's what I was told. And then I hear there's something called jello, right? You've heard of jello. 97% water, they say. Which phase is it in? Um, it's not solid. It's not liquid. What was the the third one? Solid, liquid, gas. So then is the fourth phase. Yeah, but it's a multiple choice question. You only get three phases. So which one is it? It's liquid. It's not liquid. If you stick a pin in it, there's no liquid water in there. Okay. So it's not gas. So is it a solid? It's not a solid. It's not ice. the the configuration. You can shine a beam in it and get the angles and it's not anything like ice. Doesn't feel like ice. The the three phases are wrong for water. Oh, there's a fourth phase. Just like you said, there's got to be another phase. And here's the thing, all of the fluid in living beings besides like urine and blood is in this fourth phase. Otherwise, it wouldn't ex the that's what we call life. Now, so, so how did I get to that? So, they say inside the cells is 70 to 80% water by volume. Okay? We're not talking about blood or urine or mucus or anything. We're talking about in the tissues. So, I'm an ER doctor. I was, you know, I see people stabbed and shot and bayonetted and all that into their organs. You know how many times I saw water squirting out of their body? Zero. Zero. Blood. Blood. But that's we're we're told that the organ like your liver or your muscle is made of 70 to 80% water. There's no w you can cut a muscle in half or any way you want or a liver. You'll never see water squirting out. So where is it? Just like if you stick a pin in jello, what squirts out? Nothing. And all of the water in the tissues including the heart is in this fourth phase which is a combination of water, pure water, minerals and maybe some proteins. That's pro that's probably the case, but that's a little complicated. But let's say proteins just like Jell-O, right? You got protein, you got water, you heat it up, you unfold the proteins, then you cool it and it makes jello. So the energy of a of a system is to create this fourth phase structured coherent water which then creates an electrical field around it, electromagnetic field that is the energy. So anything you do to inhibit the formation of this gel will lower the energy of the tissue. So let me give you an example to so you'll see exactly what what the problem is. So it turns out that all the gels are negatively electrically charged. That's just the property of the gel. So if you can imagine this, imagine a beaker of water, right? And you suspend a hydrophilic tube in the beaker of water horizontally. And what you see then is the water will start flowing in the tube. You can measure the velocity and everything. And that's because hydrophilic surface in in you know attached to water or in water will create a little gel inside the tube. Negatively charged positive charges go into the water part in the middle and they start moving by repulsion. That's how the blood moves in the body. That's the gel that I talked about that protects your coronary arteries or any artery. Now, here's where it gets interesting. The the velocity, the speed of the movement of the water in the in the tube is a direct relation to how thick the gel is or how healthy and robust the gel. The stronger the gel, the faster the water moves, right? That makes sense because you got a separation of charges like a battery. So you take this beaker of water, you put it in a lead box, it stops moving cuz something about then you shine the sunlight on it moves faster. You put the beaker on the earth moves faster. You put your hands on the beaker, it moves faster. Now we know why laying of hands works. You put your dog next to it, most dogs, and it moves faster. You put your cell phone up, lay it against the beaker, the big the water stops moving. Not a surprise. It's not a surprise because it made the gel become a puddle. Therefore, no battery, no separation of charges, no repulsion, no flow. So, if you want to have no a lowered energy state in your heart, not that I want to tell people to do this, just put your cell phone in your bra and walk around with it for the next 10 years and you will lower the energy of your heart. Can I ask a question? What if a man puts his phone or a laptop, which is a device, on his private parts? Does that affect the way that it works? And also for women on their private parts? It's a bit of a weird question. So why do why do you get an erection? Because the gel, you know, you get into gels have phase shifts. Turns out that's how muscles work. It's like, you know how drapes have or blinds, they have a thing on the side that you turn it one way and it opens all of them at once and you turn it another way and it closes all. That's how these uh these gels they they have phases. So they go from a a gel to a more like liquefied gel. The gel is called an erection. Oh, so Viagra is not going to work. Then you need to fix the gel. You fixed the gel. What What happened to your gel? Well, you poisoned your gel and you made the water. So, for instance, you if you have a a car battery and you put distilled water in it, right? No minerals, you it won't charge. So if you don't have the minerals, sodium, potassium that this is the earth element, then you'll have low charge and you'll have heart problems and heart problems and you'll feel low energy. And that's why statin drugs, you asked earlier, they interfere with your ability to develop a charge. So that's why you go into heart failure. You have brain dysfunction. We call that Parkinson's and dementia things and erectile dysfunction. You feel depressed and all those are separate diseases, right? They have nothing to do with each other. Uh but all it is is you're poisoning the ability of your body to make a gel. The gel creates the electromagnetic field. uh and if it's weak you become acidic and then you have a heart attack. Makes sense. Um so we mentioned the concept of structured water which is the water the fourth phase of water which Gerald Pollock discusses uh which is an inner layer in in your cells and it moves the blood across and that's how the body works bases based on energy and frequencies. So then it makes sense that if you have a heart attack or stroke or any disease or anything that's happening in the body, it's an energy imbalance from things like you said, put your phone next to you, you got an energy imbalance. The water stops moving. Put a laptop on your your hips. Gosh, I've done that before. Um, you have an energy imbalance. If you're not in the sun, if you're not moving, if you're not around people, if you don't have pets and dogs, that that's always great. question about food because there's a lot of food that we're probably eating which is bad for us. What do you think is the worst food that we're probably eating that's creating that energy imbalance? Any food that's not the natural food for people. Like all species have their natural food. Like you don't feed cats brown rice and tomatoes because they're carnivores. At least I don't. Um, humans have a particular diet and we know this because the healthiest humans all ate the same diet basically, which is, you know, fatty animal foods and locally grown plants that were processed in certain ways like sauerkraut and sourdough bread and things like that. So it's ve it's very simple diet that the whole calorie carbohydrate all that you don't need to worry about. But you know it to make it really simple people often say to me so Tom you mean I should read the ingredients and I say no because if it has ingredients don't eat it. Ain't that the truth? You don't need to know. You don't have to say that's a carrot. doesn't have to I mean it may tell you it's a carrot in the bin but that you grow a carrot you know I grow my own food you grow apples you grow carrots you have your friend raise sheep and eggs and chickens and and and they and you have to feed the animal according to how the animal needs to be healthiest. That means you feed cows grass and pigs forage in the woods and chickens eat chicken stuff and scraps and and etc. That's very it's very simple. As long as you do that and you know follow the rules of traditional eating, you don't need to make it more complicated than that. And if you eat processed food and sugar and oils that is never part of a human diet, you will lower your ability to generate energy. That's like those are poison and then you will end up with health problems.
Okay, few questions for you. I want to run by some common foods that people might think, oh, this is bad for the heart or the body. This is good for the heart or body. And let's just give a yes or no. Is it good or bad? Do you think bacon is good for the heart? Yes. Me too. Do you think butter is good for the heart? Yes. Can I just mention something there? There's a guy a a cardiologist who actually went to the same high school as I did named Joel Kahn. He did an interview which I thought was fasc. He's a vegan cardiologist. He starts out by saying un absolutely proven that there was almost no heart disease in the United States in 1920. Nobody had heart attacks. No, there was no cardiologist there. No, none of that stuff. In fact, they invented the EKG machine and then they tried to sell it to the Harvard faculty and they said there's no use for this. There's no heart disease. You know how many vegans there were in 1920 in the United States? One or zero. One or zero. Or I like to say none by choice. And if there's vegans watching this, I probably don't think they'll watch this because we like to eat meat. So, um, so this guy is saying he he starts by saying, "We know that people then didn't have heart attacks." That's number one. Second, we know none of them ate the way I'm about to tell you to eat to not have a heart attack. And you watch that and you say, "Wait a minute. Why don't we eat what they eat?" Their health foods were bacon, butter, and cream. So, you're saying I can have bacon, butter, and cream and protect my heart? Well, you can have bacon, butter, and cream, and you'll be fine. But it should be raw cream and raw butter or ghee. Ghee is better. Ghee you can you can do that with butter and it's still okay. But milk should not be eaten pasteurized. It's kills it.

Do you think that whole grain bread is very healthy? Here's how I answer these questions. There was a the study by Weston Price who's the only one who asked the right question which is you can go you can talk about carbohydrates and vitamins. I actually, truth be told, I don't believe there is such a thing as vitamins. And this whole carbohydrate thing is basically scientific nonsense. The way I do it is he went and looked for the healthiest people he could find. And he did it by looking at their teeth. And the people who had their whole life, never lost any teeth, no no dental problems, no losing teeth, nothing to disease. He said, "What did they eat?" And they all ate the same thing. They ate fatty animal foods and etc. And some of them ate uh bread, not all of them. So therefore I say bread is fine. The question is how did they make the bread? So what they did was they took very old fashioned non-hybridized wheat like einkorn. They grew it themselves in the healthiest soil. collected the seeds, made it sourdoughed it. In other words, they fermented it, and then they baked it, and that's how I make einkorn bread. I do it just about every week. I've been doing it for a long time. And I consider that healthy food. And the my reason is because the healthiest people who've ever been studied, they ate einkorn bread, sourdough. Now, do I think that commercial bread is good? No. And it's the same with do I think commercial meat that's grown in feed lots and vaccinated and all that that I wouldn't eat that or eggs that are fed you know in battery cages the chickens never go outside. I I wouldn't eat that because that's not what those people did. And that's not what you I mean only a doctor would think, oh, you can eat food from sick animals and be healthy. Well, you were a doctor. You still are. I was a doctor, but yes, that's what that's like crazy.
Okay, let me just clarify this for my audience because we're not saying that any food is good or bad. And the reason why I asked those questions is because when you say to eat real food and healthy, people get confused. And I it's understandable because people think that this is healthy or that they generally think bacon is not healthy and whole grain bread commercial healthy and fiber is healthy. And this is where having that distinction of eat something that doesn't have ingredients on the label and eat it in its natural form. And just to clarify when you say sourdough, if you make it at home and you make it from proper wheat, why not? But I would say that 9.9 people out of 10 don't. And also um if people can just afford because some people can't buy grass-fed panda massaged organic meat typically if we eat like you know a carnivore diet. This is what I've seen in terms of the people I've spoken to and doctors and experts you are better doing that eat what you can afford as opposed to eating garbage and sugar and carbs. Um can we move on to the next tenant in terms of what people or doctors get wrong in modern cardiology. So this whole time we've spoken about the root cause of what could potentially be happening in the body and the heart when somebody has an imbalance. So it's an energy imbalance coming from doing crappy things in our environment and not living in this natural way. There's a second tenant which is very fascinating which you wrote a book about. The heart is not a pump because we think of the heart as a pump that it pushes blood through the whole body. So if the heart is not a pump because that's what doctors tell us, what's happening? I'll get into that. I just want to make just one comment here because it turns out just to finish the heart disease, it turns out there has been a n you know like God gave us the plants and the and the the ways of healing every possible issue. And there is a plant called stfanthus. Mostly it grows in Africa which makes a seed which gets rid of the the acid buildup in the heart. It's remarkable actually. And so it's been used for a hundred years. It was almost forgotten to prevent heart attacks. And even when people seem to be having a heart attack, if you get rid of the acid buildup, the whole thing is over. What's it called again? What's the name? It's called stfanthus seeds. And I've spent the last 20 years pioneering so that this this amazing it's you know the natives called it the gift from paradise and I've done talks and everything they now show that it helps with cancer and neurodegeneration and so-called infections which is a whole another story. Uh but it mostly is used to prevent heart attacks, prevent strokes and even stop a heart attacks happening. It's called stfanthus seed extracts. Uh they're a little hard to get which is why our business has essentially kept this medicine alive. There's people in Europe who are also doing that. But it's been one of the main missions and I've treated thousands of people with stfanthus seed extract and at this point I can actually say nobody using stfanthus seed extract no matter how many times they've had stents or bypasses or has gone on to have a heart attack. I don't know of a single person. Do you think that would also work um for other conditions if it also removes the lactic acid buildup? Yes, I've done webinars on the, you know, it's it has a so-called active ingredient called waba. Um, but you have to have the whole seed as an extract. That's the only way it really works. But they talk about it as a treatment for cancer. They talk about as a treatment for Alzheimer's and dementia, for Parkinson's, for, you know, uh sickness like so-called infections, etc. There's all kind of research on this. So, it is a it p it is a primary way of helping the body form healthy gels. It's like this gift that was given to humanity. That's why they call it the gift from paradise uh to help us maintain our healthy gels when we don't we forget to be in the sun. We forget to ground to the earth. We forget to have good relations. We think stupid thoughts. We eat bad food. We don't eat minerals. You know, on and on and on. Makes sense?
Okay. Now, we get to the pump. Okay. So, again, we start with what is the claim? Uh we all know this. I was taught it. The heart is a 1.1 approximately pound organ divided into vent chambers. It's the chambers are made of muscle and the muscle contracts and that pushes the blood around the body. So the reason it's important to I I don't so much talk about pumps anymore because there's lots of different kind of pumps, but we're talking about a pressure propulsion device. In other words, the reason for the movement of the blood is the ventricle contracts. That pushes the blood around the body, right? That's what we're told. So again, same with the heart thing. I started looking into it. First thing I found, 1.1 lb organ, 10,000 plus miles of blood vessels. Most of them are about the same internal diameter as the stuff in the blood vessel like a red blood cell. So you mean to say this one organ generates enough propulsion pressure to push this sticky fluid all the way around to the body. And I thought I don't know it. But it gets worse because halfway it stops. So interestingly when the blood comes into the heart through the vena cava, it's moving the fastest and then it exits the heart through the aortic arch and it's moving the same speed as it came into the heart. You can measure that. And then it slows down. It stops at the capillaries. does a little shimmy and then it gets moving again. So ask yourself the question, if you have a water system and you you have the water stop and then it gets going again and it's going fast and fast and fast and then it comes around and stops. Where would you put the pump? The pump is at where it stops. You have to get it going again. Or as I like to say it the I don't know where you are but if somebody says here's a get on a bus going from San Francisco to New York and you're going to stop in St. Louis that's about halfway and there's no engine in the bus. I'm not getting on the bus because I don't know how once it stops in St. Louis it's going to get back going again to get me to New York. And it's got to stop in St. Louis or the capillaries because it has to offload food and pick up waste products. So, it can't be whizzing by. It's got to stop, get the passengers off, get the new ones on, then keep going. I need an engine in the bus in St. Louis. I need a pump where it's stopped. So, what's the pump? But then it got even worse because you look at the left ventricle and there's an outflow tube that's called the aortic arch. It's shaped like an arch. That's why they call it the right now. Imagine you have a spigot on your on your house and you put a garden hose shaped like an arch. Okay? And you turn the spigot off so no water is going through and the the garden hose can move because it's garden hose. And then you turn it on full blast because you have
To pump to St. Louis. What's going to happen to the arch? It'll straighten. Yeah.
So I used to work in a cardiac calf lab where they put the dye in, they watch the die. The dye comes out of the heart. When it contracts, the aortic arch bends in, which is the opposite to what it's meant to do, right? So, I asked the cardiologist, "How come it bends in? Cuz it's supposed to go like that." He said, "Well, that's cuz the way it does." I said, "I know that's the way it was. Is that scientific?" "That's scientific. That's the way it happens. Like cholesterol, but that's just what happens. You know, that's what happens."
So that told me it has to be a suction that would suck it in. So how does it work? It's actually like what's called a hydraulic ram. You have water flowing into a tank. The tank has expandable walls that builds up pressure. Behind the the wall it builds up negative pressure or it creates a suction. Right? Imagine you have water coming into a tank. The tank expands like the heart and then there behind the wall there's nothing so it creates negative pressure suction. Then the pressure differential is big enough the gate opens. It sucks the aortic arch in and the blood falls down to the to the tissues and then through that way I described with the structuring of the water it starts moving again because the capillaries are like these little tubes. They have separation of charges. They get going and then they coalesce into narrower and narrower bigger but but less volume. It's like a a wetland going to a river going faster and faster comes into the heart expands the walls. Negative pressure and so there's no pushing of the wall. The walls follow the emptying of the of the heart. The tributaries are feeding into the main river which then goes into the heart because it's just one tube going into the heart and that fills the heart the chamber creates uh you know expansion which is what you see and then it creates negative pressure and that opens the gate and blood goes out and then it vortexes.
And so it's interesting when I was looking into this I ran across the Sufis say there's a moment that the blood stops in the heart that's blood comes in spans the tank it stops that's where God enters the human body through a vortex and now we know for sure that the heart it expands and then it creates creates a spiral and the spiral imbues the the blood with the creative energy of the universe. That's the only way to say it. And they got that exactly right. When the blood stops, there's a momentary blood comes in, expands the walls, stops, the creative force of the universe enters through the spiral that the you can see the heart is shaped like that. It's vortex is like the top of your head or a sunflower or a snail. And that's where the energy of the world comes in to organize the water into a living substance. And we miss the whole thing because we think it's a stupid mechanical pump.
I would say if we can put some overlays on the screen which is showing what a vortex is like a whirlpool. So instead of pushing it's kind of like this sensation. Yes. Yes. So it's different to and that would mean for example in a real world perspective when we speak about statins beta blockers medications for the heart potentially if we fix the underlying things about what we need to do how we move eat sleep relationships we potentially don't need these medications if the heart is not a pump we don't need them anyways all they are is poisons and in fact what they do. And you can see this on an X-ray. I've seen it hundreds of times. They make the heart more globular shaped. What does that mean? It means like a circle. So, what it's what it is is like a spiral muscle. And that's a very efficient way of like it's like squeezing a towel, right? You squeeze it out. But if it makes it into a circle like a sphere, you can't you can't contract down and get any movement and you can't put the the spiral is where the energy of creation comes into the into the living system. And so you lose the spiral. You lose the vortex. And people even say, "I don't feel like myself anymore." What happened? Well, yourself is you're harvesting the creative energy of the universe and turning it into you. And if your heart is a is a is a globe is like a a circle sphere. It can't do that. And that's what we see with congestive heart failure. That's what we see with sick hearts. So you give somebody beta blockers, statins, their heart gets more globular. It can't make the spiral and it's just a downhill road.
So let's change our lifestyle which um we'll wrap up with now and potentially get off medications if possible while speaking with the doctor as well. Don't just take yourself off medications without consulting with a doctor. Um, so we spoke about what to eat, which is eat real food, no ingredients, no label. That makes sense. And you also like your sourdough bread. I have people that like their sourdough bread. I don't eat it, but if you can make it from good wheat and a good process, why not have it? Minerals, electrolytes, so sodium, so salt, potassium, magnesium. How much do we need and where do we get it from? You should get it from vortex seawater. Oh, what's that? It's called kinton plasma. They they harvest. There are certain places in the ocean where there's a continual vortex. Vortexes are the creative energy and they suck them out and they cold filter it and they put it in bottles and you eat about a teaspoon to a tablespoon twice a day. And we used to carry it on our site, but we're having trouble getting it. But kinton is uh called q u i n t o n is the original. It's been around for over a hundred years. They treat everything with it. Cuz if you're mineral deficient, you're not going to be able to create a charge. So minerals is the main ones. Sodium, potassium, magnesium. It's all the earth element. Even uh I I would actually encourage people not to get into this sort of biochemistry weeds because it's mostly nonsense. It's there's there's the salts of the earth. So basically so that people have practical takeaways to look after their health because like hey the heart is on a pump and don't eat sugar. You don't need to know about insulin to know you know what if I eat a whole bunch of sugar I feel like crap and my teeth fall apart. That's all you need to know. Is that action number one? Don't eat sugar. Don't eat sugar. What is action number two? Eat real food. Number three is don't believe nonsense. That's the worst thing you can do because you will do stupid things then. Is there any action number four or is that the three things that people should do? Don't eat sugar, eat real food, don't listen to BS. Get out in the sun, have good relations, tell the truth, connect to the earth, and if you can do something to help animals have a better life, do it.

So it's not that the heart is one separate area, the brain is one separate area. This is our whole body. Um, you are very controversial as you probably know which is very very interesting. I've heard that you're good at that. I can tell but I I don't think so. I think I'm very sensible and practical. Tom, thank you so much for your time.
