As he spun on his head, it put massive pressure on his skull, and the friction between the ground and his skin caused blood vessels to break.
Since he did this for almost 20 years, it had to heal again and again, which built up scar tissue, and eventually a hard mass started to form.
It grew into a giant lump, which caused him pain until doctors finally [music] cut it out.
