Something that I find so interesting is how people are unaware of the power of the words we use. It's like when you listen to people, if you ever notice how people talk, you know, like you ask them, "Hey, how are you? How's your life? How's your day?" or something and they just tell you, "Yeah, you know, I just can't wait for this day to be over. I just want to head home. I'm just so tired these days." Or, "Man, I'm exhausted."
Or, "Man, they're complaining about life. They're using words. They're belittling the reality. They speak very carelessly, casually about the reality." Right? And you may be like, okay, that's how they feel or that's what they experiencing and so on. But when you step back and you listen to people and you understand that your words are not just like noise and so on, they have power. They you know whatever you speak comes back to you.
This is one of the most important thing that you have to understand because how do you label create the reality of the construct of your reality is through the words through the thoughts that you have. And so you cannot create a easy life if the only word in your vocabulary is hard and bad and stuff and struggling and sacrifice, right? If easy is not part of your vocabulary, if easy is not part of the map of the word that you use to navigate life, you will never experience that easy life. And this is something that you have to truly understand and truly articulate. Right?
It's like I speak my life into existence by using certain words by qualifying my reality by qualifying myself by qualifying my thought by qualifying my interaction by qualifying and speaking out things that I want in the way that I want. Right? Because if I only speak about my problem, if I only complain, if I only gossip, if I only use the same old word and only paint the same old gloomy and dark and negative picture, how can I ever escape it?
Now the mind will tell you that when things get better or when this happen or when all the things that I think needs to happen for me to feel better, for me to be happy, then I will start to speak greatly. Right? When life is beautiful and so on, I will start to use those word. But that's not the truth because people speak a bit. Most of them are not even aware of the word they use, the metaphors they use, the the way they describe their life, themsel and why and how it affects them. So it's just who they are. It's just a pattern that is subconsciously acting. And because of that, because of that lack of awareness, they will repeat that pattern and they will struggle to really create the change that they want.
But when you look at people who have drastically transformed their life and they will all told you that the mindset, the attitude, the energy, the words like they will always in different way articulate the same thing. I dropped the old freaking story. I stopped complaining. I stopped this. I let go of that. I started focusing on what I want. I started using gratitude. Whatever it may be, there's a difference in the words, in the vocabulary, in the perception that they created of the reality, of the goal, of the health, of themsel.
In the Bible, it says, "Let the weakman say, I am strong." [snorts] So, you cannot become strong if the only way you relate to yourself is weak. I used to think I'm a hard gainer. I used to, you know, struggle with weight, which is very ironic because I could eat everything that I wanted and never gain weight. But I was going to the gym three, four times a week and I was still not getting bigger. I was still not getting weight. And I didn't understand it because I was lifting, I was eating, I was getting my protein shake, I was doing all those things. But the story, the words when people were asking me, the default story I would tell them is, you know what, I just don't gain weight. I'm a hard gainer and I can eat everything that I want and not gain weight. That was the story I was telling myself man for a long long time.
And one day I became aware of those words. I became aware of the story and I was like that's not the experience I want to have. Sure I love you know the part of like I can eat and not gain weight and and and so on. But I want to be strong. I want to be healthy. I want to be lean. I want to look a certain way. And so I asked myself how would I speak about myself? How would I describe my body, my gym, my progress, you know, how my body respond to the workout and so on if I was already that person if I already had that body? And it's very different. I'm healthy. I'm strong. I'm fit. I'm lean. I'm getting bigger and better. I'm healthy.
So, you have to notice in your life experience, right? Where do you qualify experiences through casual negative limiting words? Often I like to share the story of my clients that used to qualify everything in this world to it's hard man. It's hard man. It's hard man. So everything that he had to do was hard. It was hard. It was hard. It was hard. And he was so unconscious. He was so habitual. He didn't even notice that he was usually. was just a way of qualifying everything and his experiences and his behaviors and the thing he had to do. So when everything is hard, can it ever feel easy? Can it ever feel like no because you always make it hard because you always experience it as being hard?
Perception always equal creation. So if you qualify everything through that lens of it's hard and it's difficult and people are certain way and life is [ __ ] and blah blah blah. How could you ever experience the opposite? So your words have power. This is why when people start using gratitude, they're like, "Holy [ __ ] people are nice and people are smiling and it changes because you starting to label your life experiences through the words of thank you. Thank you life for this. Thank you life for that. Thank you life for that. I appreciate life. I'm grateful." And when you start to speak those words, they also come back to you.
Life is a neverending cause and effect. Whatever you send out always comes in. as within so without. So if you keep on speaking negatively about other people, you can't expect and be surprised when other people beat and gossip and and you know speak negatively of you. When if you keep on judging everybody in your mind all the time or gossiping, you can't be surprised if other people do the same to you. So your words have power and you got to start to learn to communicate consciously, creatively, beautifully to create the life that you desire, but above all to control the perception that you're creating about your reality. Because if you cannot just take control of the way you label your reality, of the Lego block you use to create a picture of your world, you will always struggle a lot to bring what you want in your life.
And so how do you practically take action here? Well, this is simple. The first thing you have to do is awareness. So look at your life. What is the number one thing that you really want to grow, expand, materialize or achieve in your life, right? Focus on one goal, one particular aspect of your life. And just notice how do I speak about that thing? How do I think about that thing? Because it doesn't need to be fully vocalized. You know, thoughts are very powerful. Thoughts also use words. But the one that we speak unconsciously have a lot of power.
So notice how do I speak to other people or to myself or you know to to people in my reality or how do I vocalize or how do I think how do I perceive what are the word that I use when I'm doing certain things when I'm inter when I'm interacting there when I'm perceiving that situation or that problem or that goal or whatever the context whatever the area that you want to act on just become very aware of like when that image pops to your mind what is the first thoughts that come to mind is it complaining is it I don't have the time I don't have the I don't have the energy. I don't know how to do it. Is it like what are the words? What are the sentence? What is the perception? What is going on in your mind? What is the story that's made up of all those words that you keep telling yourself? And ask yourself, if you really look objectively at those words, at the story that you've created, is it serving you? Is it empowering you? Is it helping you get closer to what you want? And is it exactly what you want?
Because if you're complaining and you want to go dating, but everybody out there is in a certain way and nobody's interested in you and maybe this and that and you need to be rich and successful. This is one of my client told me recently, you know, the the the type of woman that I want, I need to be richer and more successful for them to be interested because I'm not good-looking. Can you listen to the words that people tell you and how this holds them back? Because that story you just told me is full BS. It's full BS. But not for him. For him is the truth. And that truth has been holding him back for putting himself out there from genuinely trusting that a woman that he finds attractive could be interested in him, you know, not just for his money or for what he could give and offer and provide, but for him genuinely.
So this is why words are so important because the subconscious mind acts on those words. The conscious mind believes everything that we say and when we use certain words over and over and over again it becomes a belief. It becomes subconscious and it becomes a driving force in our life. So look at that area in your life become very clear and then be like okay what are the thoughts? What are the sentences? What are the the the words that I need to stop using to describe and qualify things in my reality? Let me clean up the window. Let me clean up the lenses. Let me clean up the space and let me start speaking in a different way.
Because when I tell my clients, look, what if you start thinking that those beautiful women can love you and accept you? Yes, for things you bring and for who you are and your success and so on, but also for the qualities that you have, your sense of humors, your good look, your personality for you just like you can do the same for them. What if you start to think that way? What if you start using words to create that picture to create that sense of confidence to create that sense of well-being to create that sense of you know what I am the price I am in the same league you know what I deserve this kind of beautiful loving relationship because it's who I am when you start speaking to yourself this way when you start believing this about yourself you will be massively surprised by how more easier it is to create the kind of connection that you want but also the kind of result the kind of interaction like you just open up a space and instead of holding yourself back, you're creating a way for you to move forward.
So stop being your own worst enemy and start speaking about the way you want in the way you want and you will see your life start changing. Thank you for watching this video. We see you next time. Hit the subscribe button. D1.
