Also breaking this afternoon, there is new cell phone video taken by the same I.C.E. agent who fatally shot a woman in Minneapolis. CBS News has obtained this video and a warning that you may find it disturbing.

We are told this video came from Jonathan Ross's cell phone. He is the I.C.E. agent accused of shooting Renee Good at the start. You can see Ross is in front of the stopped vehicle. Good then speaks to Ross through that open window saying, "That's fine dude, I'm not mad at you." As Ross walks around the SUV, the victim's wife confronts him while holding a cell phone. Then another agent is heard ordering Good to get out of the car. That is when she turns the steering wheel and pulls forward.
