Have you ever tried to just look, without doing anything, without saying anything, just looking? To see without any thought, like you see a sunrise, a tree's swaying branch, or a child's smile? That moment when you just see. You are there, but also not there. The mind cannot reach there. The mind always wants to say something, wants to do something. It doesn't let you see. It comes in between. To see means to be without judgment. Not to say it's good. Not to say it's bad. Just to see. When you say it's good, you have built a wall. When you say it's bad, you have built another wall. The seer gets lost between these walls. When you see without words, a miracle happens. Silence descends within you. Silence is not an effort. It is the result of seeing. Seeing is the door to silence. People ask, "How to meditate?" I say, "Don't meditate. See." Because meditating also becomes a game of the mind. The mind says, "Meditate now, count now, sit now, breathe now," and you again become a slave to that mind. Meditation happens when you do nothing. When you are merely a witness. Seeing is meditation. Just see the thoughts, the emotions, the movements of the body. See thoughts arise. See anger come. See fear come. Do nothing. Say nothing. Suppress nothing. Grasp nothing. See like the sky sees clouds. Clouds come and go, but the sky is still. You are that sky. Thoughts are just clouds. Your witnessing consciousness is your real sky. Sometimes, when you are angry, have you seen who you are in that moment? In anger, you are not yourself. You become anger. Your face, your eyes, your energy, everything changes. And when the anger subsides, you say, "I made a mistake." Who made the mistake? You weren't even there. Only anger was there. Witnessing consciousness is being there when something is happening. Whether it is anger, sadness, or laughter, you are just a witness. Then you do nothing. You just see. And in this seeing, transformation happens. Your seeing ends the mind's game. Because the mind remains alive as long as you are involved in it. Like if you fight with a child, they will become more mischievous. But if you just watch without reacting, their game stops on its own. This is why a deep peace descends into the life of a person who learns to see. That peace doesn't come from outside, nor from any mantra. It comes from within. From your own witnessing presence. See, when you see yourself, a door opens within. The distortions of the mind, the waves of the mind, gradually begin to calm down. Like a leaf falling into a lake. For a while, ripples rise. Then everything settles. And then the lake reflects its true form. Pure, calm, transparent. Your mind is also like this. Surrounded by a storm of thoughts, but in its depths, there is silence. Witnessing consciousness is the journey that leads to that depth. Listen, to see means to accept every moment as it is. The mind always wants to change. It wants this to become that, that to become this. And in this rush, the mind never finds peace. Witnessing consciousness says, "Don't change anything. Just see." Like a painter looks at a painting. First, they see. Then they add something. You too, first see the picture of your life. And when you start seeing, there will be no need to change much. Because change is hidden in seeing itself. You think, "If I just keep seeing, how will anything change?" But the truth is, everything changes by seeing. You don't need to do anything. Seeing is the greatest action. Because darkness is dispelled by seeing. As soon as you see, the veil of ignorance begins to lift. And as you keep seeing, you become the seer. One day, only the seer remains. The object being seen and the act of seeing all dissolve. Only the witness remains. That is your true nature. Every night when sleep comes, you forget everything. Body, mind, name, relationships. Then in the morning when your eyes open, you say, "I have woken up." But true awakening will happen when you can see that you are sleeping. The sleep of the mind is the real ignorance. And witnessing consciousness is the morning. When you wake up for the first time. Start seeing. That's all you need to do. No posture is needed. No mantra is needed. No scriptures are needed. You just need to see yourself. When you start seeing yourself, a revolution happens within. Gradually, the mind becomes humble. It doesn't resist. It bows down because the mind realizes that now there is someone who is watching. And when the mind is watched, it is proven false. It loses its grip. The witness within you is your true nature. It is not born, nor does it die. It has always been, and will be. You just haven't seen it until now because you have always looked outside. Witnessing consciousness says, "Now look within." Everything outside changes. The presence within never changes. That is you. And seeing that "you" is meditation. Now close your eyes. Don't say a word. Just see. The breath comes, it goes. Thoughts come, they go. Just see. And keep seeing. Gradually, the seer will also disappear. And what remains is the witness. That is silence. That is meditation. That is bliss. Have you ever seen that when morning comes, night flees? Does night have to be chased away? Does anyone order the sun to rise now? No. The sun just rises, and darkness automatically disappears. Witnessing consciousness is also like this. When you see, the darkness within you, that illusion, that fear, that anxiety, all begin to disappear. Because the light doesn't need to do anything. It just is. In the presence of light, darkness cannot remain. That's why I say, where there is a witness, the darkness of the mind cannot remain. Witnessing consciousness is not a principle. It is a living experience. Just as light is seen when eyes open, so too, witnessing consciousness manifests when you awaken. People think meditation means doing something. They sit. They breathe. They try to stop the mind. And then they say, "I couldn't meditate," because they want to do. But meditation is not an action. Meditation is a state. When you do nothing, when you just see, meditation happens on its own. Meditation is not an achievement. It is already present within you. Just as the sun is in the sky every day. But if there are clouds, it is not visible. Remove the clouds, the sun will appear. Witnessing consciousness is that. The art of removing clouds. Seeing is not a practice. It is your nature. Your body can move. But the witness is the one who sees that the body is moving. Thoughts arise. But the witness is the one who sees that thoughts are arising. Emotions come and go. But the witness is the one who sees that they are coming. This witnessing is not an achievement of some day. It has always been within you. It's just that you are not paying attention. It's like you are in a room and the light is on. But you are so busy that you don't notice the light. The light is there, but your attention is entangled in the external noise. When you pause, you see that the light was always there. Witnessing consciousness is also like this. It has always been within you. But you have always looked outside. At others, at objects, at events. You have never looked at yourself. You can see outside because eyes open outwards. But one day, when you learn to look within, those same eyes that saw the world begin to see existence. And that moment is the birth of meditation. A small child, when they see something, they see it without knowing its name. They see a flower. But they don't say, "This is a rose." They just see. Their eyes are pure. There are no words in their mind. And because of this, they can see the flower as you can never see it. You see, but with words. Your mind names everything. It compares. It judges. "Good flower," "bad color." "Not like the previous one." And in this whole game, the innocence of seeing is lost. Witnessing consciousness is that innocent seeing. Seeing without words, without meanings. Like the wind is blowing, like the river is flowing, just see it like that. When you become a witness, the mind becomes your servant. But if you are not a witness, the mind becomes your master. The mind is the king then, and you are the slave. The mind says, "Do this, do that, think this, think that," and you keep doing it. In witnessing consciousness, this is reversed. Now you are the king. The mind becomes just a tool. You use it; it doesn't use you. It is a wonderful experience when for the first time you see that the mind is separate, and you are separate. You are not thoughts. You are not emotions. You are not the one who thinks. You are the one who sees the thought. See, when you stand on top of a hill and look at the river flowing below, you see the river flowing. You don't become the river. No matter how fast the river flows, you remain still. Your stillness is your strength. Witnessing consciousness is this. The river is of the mind, and you are the hill. Thoughts flow. Emotions flow. But you remain still. This is meditation. This is witnessing. Gradually, you will see that as witnessing consciousness grows, the intensity of the mind decreases. Thoughts don't decrease, but their impact lessens. They come, but they don't shake you. You remain stable within. And one day, thoughts come, but like a sound from afar, they don't reach close. Your inner silence becomes so deep that no thought can penetrate it. That silence is not a wall; it is a depth where no wave reaches. In this silence, you feel yourself for the first time. That "I" that was changing every moment. That was a false "I." That was the body. That was the mind. But what remains now is the real "I." The one that is not born, not dies. That is the witness. When this witness awakens, you see that life is a continuous play. You are no longer a part of it; you are a spectator. Like a movie is playing. Events are happening. People are talking. Emotions are rising. But you know it's a movie. Before, you were an actor, entangled in every event. Now you are a spectator. And when you become a spectator, even sorrow turns into joy. Because now you see that sorrow is also a drama. It too will come and go. Nothing is permanent. Only the witness is permanent. Once you get into the habit of seeing like this, life itself becomes meditation. You are eating, see. You are walking, see. You are talking, see. You are sleeping, see. The scent of seeing will come in every moment. And when every moment is in witnessing consciousness, then meditation is no longer a practice. It becomes a part of life. You walk, and meditation walks. You speak, and silence flows within. You do anything, and the witness remains within. This is the moment when darkness completely disappears. Because darkness was never real. It was just the absence of light. Bring light, and darkness will go away on its own. See, and illusion will disappear. No fight is needed. Don't struggle with anything. There is no place for struggle in witnessing consciousness. The witness just sees, and transformation happens in seeing. Naturally, effortlessly, deeply. When seeing becomes pure, you see that the witness and the seen are one. The flower and the seer become one. The river and the seer become one. The breath and the seer become one. That union is the peak of meditation. Now the seer doesn't remain. Only seeing remains. That is bliss. That is supreme happiness. Upon reaching there, no questions remain. No search remains. No direction remains. There is only being. And that being is supreme meditation. Breathe in slowly and see the breath going in. See the breath going out. See. Just see. Don't change anything. Don't stop anything. The one who sees within you never changes. Recognize that. That is your root. That is your home. Remember, the light of witnessing consciousness is already within you. Just close your eyes and see, and it will illuminate. Where there is the light of the witness, the darkness of the mind cannot remain. Because in seeing lies liberation. In seeing lies meditation. And in seeing lies your true home. Now become silent. Because the witness is where words end. Where the seer itself becomes light. And that is your truth. Have you ever thought why seeing, while being so simple, feels so difficult? Seeing is natural. Your eyes are open. You are already seeing. Then why do I say, "Learn to see"? Because what you are doing is not seeing; it is thinking. Your eyes don't see. Your mind sees. And the mind immediately grasps what is seen. It comments on it. It changes it. Have you ever seen a person without thinking anything about them? It's very difficult. Immediately the mind will say, "Good," "bad," "beautiful," "ugly." "Rich," "poor." This judgment is the wall between your seeing and reality. The mind is afraid to see. Because if you see it, its falsehood will be exposed. The mind exists only as long as you are entangled in it. Understand the mind like darkness. It doesn't exist on its own. It is just the absence of light. As soon as you start seeing, it disappears. The mind always wants to keep doing something. Sometimes it thinks, sometimes it plans, sometimes it regrets. It can never be still. Because if it becomes still, you will see your witness for the first time. And in that moment, the mind dies. It is afraid of dying. That's why it keeps you constantly busy. If you sit, it says, "Think something." If you think, it says, "Think more." And when you get tired, it shows you a dream, "Now sleep." This is the entire empire of the mind. It wants you to never see yourself. Because if you see yourself, the entire empire will crumble. The mind is like a ruler who doesn't let light enter his kingdom. Because he knows that if the sun comes, his reign will end. Therefore, it builds thousands of walls within you. Desires, fears, goals, dissatisfaction, expectations. And you wander within these walls. Every time you think, "Now I will get it," but you get nothing. Do a simple experiment. Close your eyes right now and see what is going on within you. Thoughts are racing. One after another. The mind says, "This is useless. This is good. Don't think this. Think that." Now, just see. Don't do anything. Don't change anything. Just see. After a while, you will see. The speed of thoughts has started to slow down. Your seeing has become like a mirror to them. No lie can stand before a mirror. Thoughts calm down on their own because they are not getting your energy. You are just seeing. And the mind's power breaks just by seeing. This is the miracle of witnessing consciousness. Do nothing, and everything changes. Because there is no violence in seeing. There is no conflict. It is pure awareness. And awareness is transformation. You think effort is needed to change. No, effort is the mind's way. The mind says, "I will change." But the one who is trying to change is the very thing that needs to change. See, and everything will change. The mind is very clever. It will say, "I will also become a witness." And then you will see that now the mind has become a witness. You will think, "I am the witness." But the one who is saying, "I am the witness," is also the mind. Witnessing consciousness is not a thought. Beyond that thought, when you just see, no "I" remains. The seer and the seen both disappear. Only seeing remains. And that seeing is witnessing consciousness. Sometimes people ask, "Can we destroy the mind?" No. The attempt to destroy the mind is being made by the mind itself. You cannot destroy anything. You can only see. And by seeing, everything disappears. This is a very subtle point. If you fight with the mind, the mind becomes stronger. If you accept the mind, it loses its power. Witnessing consciousness is the name of acceptance. You see the mind without enmity, without attachment. Like a passerby sees people walking on the road. They don't stop anyone. They don't call anyone. They just see. Your mind is also like that. Thoughts come and go. You just remain a passerby. Gradually, you will see that thoughts will not stop coming. But now their weight is gone. Before, a thought would bother you for hours. Now it comes and goes. You are just a witness. And being a witness is the greatest freedom. Witnessing consciousness is not slavery. It frees you. It says, "Let what is happening happen." And when you let it happen, you realize for the first time that nothing is wrong in life. Wrong was only the perspective from which you were seeing. Just as dusty eyes show the world as blurry, so too, seeing with the mind hides the truth. As soon as witnessing consciousness arrives, the dust falls, and life appears as it is. Complete, perfect, beautiful. There is a story. A blind man used to laugh at the sun. He would say, "All these people are lying. Where is the sun? I have never seen it." And people would try to explain to him, but he would say, "I only see darkness." Then one day, someone fixed his eyes. And the first time he saw the sun, he cried. He said, "The sun was always there. My eyes were just closed." You are also like that. The sun is always within you. The sun of witnessing consciousness. But your eyes are closed. You have seen the outside world so much that you have forgotten to look within. Now turn your eyes inward, and the light will burst forth. Remember, seeing does not destroy the mind. It just finds its place. It becomes your servant. It no longer dominates. Its restlessness becomes a beautiful dance. Because when there is a witness, the mind also becomes music. Then you are not afraid of thoughts. They come and go. You see them and laugh. Like children blowing bubbles, your thoughts also float in the air. You know they are not real. They come and burst. One day, when your seeing becomes complete, you will see that the seer has also disappeared. Now only seeing remains. That moment is wonderful. Because that moment is not your birth. It is your rebirth. That moment when you truly become alive for the first time. That moment when the mind bows down, and consciousness blossoms. This is witnessing consciousness. The complete surrender of the mind. It doesn't die. It just becomes humble. Like darkness bows before the sun. Now take a deep breath. The breath is going in. See the breath going out. See. The mind is speaking, see. The mind is silent, see. Keep seeing. Keep seeing until the seer and the seen become one. And when they become one, the light of witnessing consciousness is complete. Remain in silence. Because now words are useless. What had to be said has been said. What had to be heard has been heard. Now just see. Because where there is seeing, darkness disappears. When you start seeing, it is not just seeing. It is also growing. Because every time you see a thought, you rise above it. Every time you see an emotion, you are freed from its grip. Seeing lifts you higher. Like a person climbing a mountain peak and looking at the valleys below. Similarly, witnessing consciousness lifts you above the mind. Now you see from a distance. Thoughts are coming, going. Emotions are rising, falling. But now they don't touch you. This is the blossoming of consciousness. Before, your consciousness was limited. Up to the body, up to thoughts, up to desires. Now it is expanding. It is breaking boundaries. It is growing inwards. With witnessing consciousness, consciousness grows like a tree. Its roots go into silence, and its branches spread into the sky. It deepens within in silence and becomes one with existence outside. This is growth. This is the flower of meditation. People think growing means gaining something. No, growing means letting go of everything. Because what you have is pulling you down. Your thoughts, your ego, your identity, all are burdens. Witnessing consciousness is the moment when you see these burdens, and they fall away. There is no renunciation in seeing, but by seeing, all renunciation happens naturally. Like the breath going out is natural. Stopping it is unnatural. Renunciation is also natural in witnessing consciousness. When you see a tree, it appears still, but within, it is changing every moment. New leaves are coming. Old ones are falling. Sap is flowing. Life is going on. Similarly, when you are in witnessing consciousness, a continuous change is happening within. But you remain still. You reach that still center where everything changes, but you don't. That stillness is your true nature. There is movement all around you, but stillness within. And when this stillness manifests, the fragrance of consciousness spreads. The way you speak changes. The way you walk changes. Your vision changes. Because now you are not going to grasp anything. Now you are going to see it. Once consciousness blossoms, you see the same consciousness in everything. You feel that the tree is also alive. The wind is also listening. The birds are also in dialogue with you. Now the same heartbeat is heard in everything. The one that is within you. Now your relationship is not with objects, but with existence. Now you don't love someone. Now you yourself become love. Love is no longer an emotion. It becomes your nature. Remember, witnessing consciousness is not a technique. It is the flower of consciousness. With technique, you can sow the seed. But the flower will bloom only when you become silent. And silence comes when there is no obstacle in seeing. When the seer and the seen, both, the distinction disappears. That moment is infinite. That moment is awakening. See, the expansion of consciousness happens gradually. First, you see the body. You feel pain. You feel pleasure. But now you see, "The body is in pain, I am not. The body is in pleasure, I am not." You gradually rise above the body. Then you see the mind. Thoughts come, they go. You say, "This thought is not mine." And you rise above the mind. Then you see emotions. Anger, love, fear. And you say, "This is also not mine." And you rise above emotions too. And finally, you see that the seer itself is a wave. It is also not a part of you. It is also in the sight of the witness. And upon reaching there, everything dissolves. Only silence remains there. That silence is the center of consciousness. Upon reaching there, you realize that you were not going anywhere. You were always there. Only the identity was changing. First, you were the body. Then you became the mind, then the witness, then you became nothing. And in that nothingness, there is everything. The blossoming of consciousness is not an event. It is the return of remembrance. You remember who you are. You remember that this whole life is happening not outside you, but within you. You remember that every experience, every moment, is your wave. And you are the ocean. When this understanding descends within, life is no longer a burden. Now sorrow comes, but it doesn't give pain. Now happiness comes, but it doesn't create attachment. Now death comes, but there is no fear. Because the one who has recognized consciousness, for them, even death is a play. Only the form changes, but the witness remains the same. Remember, consciousness is always joyful. It is not happy for any reason. It is just joyful because it is one with existence. Just as when a flower blooms, fragrance spreads, similarly, when consciousness awakens, joy spreads. This joy doesn't come from anything. It comes from the silence within you. Gradually, you will experience that your body is moving, the mind is thinking, but you are still in silence. That silence is no longer a separate state. It has become your permanent state. Now, no matter what happens in the world, there is no disturbance within you. That stillness, that center, is the abode of the witness. When the expansion of consciousness is complete, you stop trying to change others. You feel that everything is fine. Everyone is on their own journey. Every soul is trying to bloom its flower. Now you have no complaints against anyone. Because the one who has seen themselves knows that everyone is moving towards the same truth. Now life becomes compassion. Now you don't want to correct anyone. You just want to see them with love. And this seeing changes them. Witnessing consciousness is not just self-illumination. It becomes a lamp for others too. Now listen, when this flower of consciousness blooms fully, its first quality is silence. Second, compassion. Third, joy. All three happen together. Your silence deepens. Your heart becomes tender. And a continuous music arises from within you without any reason. This is the peak of witnessing consciousness. Here you do nothing. You want nothing. You grasp nothing. You just are. And being is everything. From there, love flows. From there, music arises. From there, the dance of life begins. Now take a deep breath. Feel it. The breath is going in, and consciousness is reaching every cell. Then the breath is coming out, and your silence is spreading. You are growing, but not going anywhere. You are growing inwards. This is blossoming. This is meditation. This is truth. Remain silent. Because what could be said has been said. What remains is beyond words. Now just see. Because when you see, you grow. And when you grow, existence blossoms within you. The biggest problem of the mind is that it considers itself everything. It says, "I think, therefore I am." But when you descend into witnessing consciousness, you understand for the first time. Thinking is just a layer. Being is much deeper than that. The mind is a wave. You are the ocean. The wave depends on the ocean, but the ocean does not depend on the wave. As witnessing consciousness deepens, the mind's power begins to decrease. It no longer dominates. It starts to melt. And this melting is not a war. You don't fight with it. You just see it. By seeing, it starts to disappear on its own. The attempt to destroy the mind is the mind's biggest game. Because the one who tries is the mind itself. The mind says, "I will become silent now," and even that attempt has noise. Silence never comes by effort. Silence comes only by seeing. The seer is silent. It does nothing, just sees. When you become a witness, you can see that thoughts are coming, going. Emotions are rising, falling. The body is moving, stopping. But you are still. You are the one who is seeing everything. Gradually, the depth of this seeing increases so much that the mind itself becomes transparent. Before, the mind was a wall. Now it becomes a window. Before, it blocked the light. Now it lets the light in. This is the dissolution of the mind. It is not dead. It has been transformed. Now the mind is not against you. Now the mind has become your medium. Now the mind is a calm lake in which the sky of consciousness is clearly visible. Before, you were at the center of the mind. Now the mind is at your center. Before, you were subordinate to it. Now it rests within you. When the mind is calm, for the first time you hear the silence within you. That silence is not emptiness. It is very alive. It is pulsating. It has the heartbeat of life. It doesn't speak, but its presence says everything. Silence has no words, but it has meaning. Silence has no thoughts, but it has understanding. Silence has no desires, but it has completeness. Silence has no center, but everything is gathered there. Understand with a small example. When there are waves in a lake, you cannot see your reflection in it. The calmer the waves, the clearer the reflection appears. The mind is also like a lake. As long as there are waves – thoughts, fears, desires, expectations – your true face will not be seen. But as soon as witnessing consciousness arrives, the waves begin to calm down. The mind gradually becomes silent, and then suddenly you see your own face. The face that was always there but never seen. That face is your true nature. Silence, pure, complete. Silence is not a practice. It is your nature. It is already within. But there is so much noise that you cannot hear it. Witnessing consciousness is not a method to bring silence. It is just a means to remove the veil. When you become a witness, the veil of the mind is removed, and silence manifests on its own. Silence doesn't need to be called. It is a part of you. People say, "We want to remain silent." But their silence is also artificial. They remain quiet from outside, but a storm rages within. True silence is not external quietness. It is internal stillness. It comes when the seer and the seen become one. There is no division there. There is no conflict. There is only one existence. Of seeing, of being. That is silence. That is meditation. That is liberation. Gradually, as witnessing consciousness matures, you see that all the emotions of the mind – anger, jealousy, attachment, fear – all become calm in their place. They have not been suppressed. They have been transformed. Anger now turns into compassion. Fear now turns into surrender. Attachment now turns into love. This happens through the power of seeing. Seeing is like fire. It burns all impurities. But this fire is not of destruction. It is of purification. Just as gold becomes purer when heated in fire, similarly, the mind becomes transparent by being heated in the fire of seeing. It no longer remains darkness. It becomes a medium of light. And when the mind becomes completely silent, another depth opens within the silence. That silence is no longer silence. It becomes music. It resonates within. Without tune, without words. And it is heard in every breath of yours. This is the dissolution of the mind in witnessing consciousness. It is not like death. It is like rebirth. The mind does not end. It surrenders. It bows at the feet of the witness. And only then is true silence born. Now, slowly close your eyes and just see. See if a thought comes. See if an emotion arises. See the breath going in. Don't grasp anything. Don't change anything. Just see. You will feel that the seer and the seen are gradually coming closer. Then they will merge. There will be no two there. There will be only one silence. That is your home. That is your truth. This silence speaks nothing. But it has all the answers. It does nothing, and everything happens through it. It wants nothing, yet the entire existence runs on it. That silence is God. That silence is your soul. That silence is the ultimate state of witnessing consciousness. Now there is no search left. Because the seeker has now been lost in silence. If meditation were just about closing your eyes, then life and meditation would become two separate things. But meditation is the heart of life. It is in your walking. It is in your speaking. In eating, in laughing, in crying. In every moment when you are complete, when you are awake. People think that meditation only happens in temples or by sitting in a special posture. But I say, meditation happens wherever you are conscious. If you take a step with full awareness, that step is meditation. If you listen to someone with full love, that listening is meditation. If you break bread with complete silence, that too is meditation. Meditation is not in a specific place. It is in all your activities if you are awake in them. The meaning of witnessing consciousness in life is this. Now meditation is no longer a separate action. Now meditation has become the quality of life. Do anything, but do it with full awareness. You walk, but see within, who is walking? You speak, but listen within, who is speaking? You think, but see within, who is thinking? This practice gradually transforms into a permanent state. Now you are not two. One is working outside. One is watching inside. Action is happening outside. Silence is within. And this balance is the maturity of meditation. See, witnessing consciousness does not create a separate life. It sanctifies life. It makes ordinary moments extraordinary. Seeing a flower also becomes worship. Taking a breath also becomes prayer. A loving smile also becomes the experience of samadhi. When witnessing consciousness descends into life, you are no longer ordinary. A depth awakens within you. Everything begins to have meaning. And this meaning does not come from words. It comes from presence. Have you ever done any work with great awareness? Like feeling every morsel while eating. The rhythm of the breath, the taste of the food, the touch of the body, see it all. You will feel as if time has stopped. Every morsel becomes like a universe. There is no hurry, no goal. Just experience. That moment is a moment of meditation. Or when you are walking, feel every step. The touch of the earth, the coolness of the air, the beating of the heart. You will find that you are no longer walking. Something else is walking through you. "I am walking within you" is no longer there. Only walking is happening. This is the miracle of witnessing consciousness. Gradually, you will feel that there is no difference between life and meditation. Every moment has become meditation. Now you don't need to sit and meditate. Because every moment is spent in meditation. Now you don't let any moment go to waste. Every breath, every glance, every silence has become sacred. This is the mature state of witnessing consciousness. Where life and meditation become one. Where there is no monk and no householder. Because all actions become meditation. Now you are in the market, but there is silence within. You are speaking, but there is stillness within. You are crying, but the witness is smiling within. People ask, "Can we work while being in witnessing consciousness?" Yes, that is the real test. The true meaning of meditation is tested there. Where the noise of life is the greatest. If you can remain silent in the crowd of the market, then that meditation is true. If you can remain aware in the entanglement of relationships, then that meditation is alive. Meditation is not an escape. Meditation is the depth of life. The one who runs away from life is also running away from meditation. Meditation blooms where life is manifest. A farmer, while plowing the field. He can be in meditation. If he feels the soil with full awareness, sees the seed, feels the fragrance of his sweat. That is meditation. A mother, while feeding her child. She can be in meditation. If she is fully present in that moment, she is the witness. A musician, when immersed in the notes. He is in meditation. A painter, when lost in colors. He is in meditation. This is the meaning of meditation. Where you get lost, but still remain awake. Where you are in action, but there is silence within. Where "I" disappears, and only "being" remains. Gradually, as witnessing consciousness becomes complete, you see every event with the same eye. Someone loves you, you see it. Someone hates you, you see it. Nothing stirs within you. Because you know events change, but the witness does not change. Now you don't want to grasp life. You let it flow. Because now you have no fear. The one who wanted to grasp was the mind. It has disappeared. Now you are just a witness. And the life of a witness is effortless. This effortlessness is the ultimate gift of witnessing consciousness. Now you don't fight with anything. Sorrow comes, you see it. Happiness comes, you see that too. You don't avoid anything. You don't cling to anything. Now you are at the center, and life is dancing on the periphery. This is the maturity of meditation. Now life is worship. Now every action is prayer. Now every breath is a mantra. Now every silence is the echo of God. This is the meaning of bringing witnessing consciousness into life. Now there is no conflict. Now you don't search for God outside. Because you have felt Him in every moment. Now you know He is not a place. He is not a name. He is not a power. He is that consciousness that is everywhere. The one you see, the one you see, and the silence in between seeing. Now slowly take a breath and descend into your heart. Look there. The peace below the words is your witness. You have reached home. Now whatever you do will become meditation. Because now your being is meditation. Now life is meditation. Now you are meditation. Remain silent. Because what is knowable has now passed beyond words. Now meditation is in your walking. In your seeing. In your existence. Now no practice is needed. Because the practitioner has dissolved. Only the practice remains. Always flowing continuously with the breath. When witnessing consciousness matures, the seer also disappears. Now only seeing remains. Pure, transparent, without any center. Now there is no "I" who is seeing, and no "that" which is being seen. Now only one wave remains. Being. This is the ultimate liberation. Upon reaching here, there is nothing to gain. Nothing to lose. Because now you are what you have always been. Before, you thought you were human. Now you know you are life. Now your existence is not limited. Now you are not limited to the body. Now there is no distinction between inside and outside for you. Now you are that flower that blooms. That wind that blows. That river that flows away. Now there is no separation. Now you are in everything. And everything is in you. This state is beyond words. That experience is not an achievement. It is your true identity that has now begun to shine. Before, when you meditated, you and meditation were two. You were the witness, seeing. But now witnessing consciousness has become complete. So the seer and the seen have both dissolved. Now only one silence remains. Which encompasses everything. That silence has now become music. That silence has now become love. That silence has now become the dance of life. Now you don't meditate. You have become meditation. You are not seeing anything. You have become seeing itself. And seeing is now bliss. That bliss which is not for any reason. That bliss which just is. Here, both happiness and sorrow have disappeared. Because both were just two poles. Now there is only balance. Only silence. That silence which speaks nothing, but is present in the blooming of every flower, in the song of every bird, in the rising of every wave. Now the experience within you is not joy, but supreme bliss. Because in joy, there is still someone experiencing. In supreme bliss, even that is not there. There is no "I am happy." There is only happiness. It flows beyond you. From within you, from outside you, in every direction. That same wave. This is the moment that sages have called samadhi. But it is not a separate state. It is the most ordinary form of life. So ordinary that people don't recognize it. It was always with you. Now you have awakened. Now life is neither a practice nor a goal. Now life is a celebration. Because now God is in every moment. Now there is no need to go to any temple. Because now every direction is a temple. Every person is the face of God. Every experience is a reflection of your own soul. Now there is nothing to desire. Because the one who desires has disappeared. Now what is, is complete. This is the meaning of completeness. No need to add anything. What is, is everything. Now you don't live life. Life lives you. Now you don't make decisions. Decisions happen on their own. Now you don't search for the path. The path unfolds beneath your feet. Now you are flowing in silence. Like a river towards the ocean. And when the river reaches the ocean, what remains? Only the ocean. You are that ocean. You are that silence. You are that witness. Now love is not a relationship. Love is now in your breath. That love flows in everything. You no longer love someone. You have become love itself. Now there is no reason for love. It just flows, continuous, infinite, without conflict. When someone hurts you, compassion arises within you. Because now you know that the one who is doing it is doing it in darkness. They cannot see. You see, therefore you forgive. This is the compassion of witnessing consciousness. The one who sees can forgive. Now you don't even fear death. Because now you know that death is only a change of form, not of existence. The wave disappears, but the ocean does not. The body disappears, but the witness does not. That witness is now not your experience. It is you. And the witness never dies. Now words seem meaningless. Because what had to be said has already gone beyond words. Now only silence remains. And that silence speaks through flowers, through wind, through music. You look at someone and smile. That smile is no longer words. It is the language of silence. That silence which is filled with love. That silence which is filled with compassion. That silence which is the music of life. This ultimate state is not an end. It is the beginning of infinity. Now you will see your own form everywhere. In the tree, in the river, in the sky, in every face. You will see that same silence. Now no one is a stranger. Everyone is you. The same light is burning in every heart that is within you. Now when you walk, the earth walks with you. When you speak, silence speaks. When you laugh, the entire existence laughs. Because now you are not separate. Now you are contained in everything. Now life is not just going on. It has become a dance. Every moment is a celebration. Every experience is a gift. Every breath is a song.
You are not going out to do anything now. You are just flowing. And this flowing is the essence of meditation. Because where I am not, life is at its peak. True joy is born there. Silence becomes the ultimate dance there. Slowly close your eyes. Do not think anything. Just see. See that the seer is also no more. There is only silence. There is only peace. There is only existence. That existence which is your true nature. That silence which is beginningless and endless. That silence which neither began nor will ever end. That silence which is the final flower of the witness consciousness. That silence which is the art of supreme bliss. Do not ask anything now. Do not search for anything. You have arrived. You are where you were meant to be. Just be. Be silent. Because this is meditation. This is truth. This is the celebration of the soul.
