I get some pushback on this from pastors and people in the Christian community, and I say baloney, read your Bible.
In 1 Corinthians 5 and 2 Timothy 3, Paul describes narcissists in detail and makes it clear they are not Christians. In 1 Corinthians 5:11, Paul says he calls himself a brother, referring to the narc. He's not a brother, not a Christian.
In 2 Timothy 3:8, Paul describes narcs as men of depraved minds who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected, okay, not a Christian. There was no other way to explain the evil done by the narc than to conclude he is not a Christian.
The narc will often pretend brilliantly to be a Christian, especially a covert narc, as Paul indicates in 1 Corinthians 5 and 2 Timothy 3. He will attend church. He'll get involved at church. He'll be loved by everyone at church. This man should be considered for saintthood.
But the narc, who is his own god, does not know Jesus and is wide open to Satan and his demons. He's a tool of Satan. Not just a tool, which he is, but a tool of
