[Music] [Music] She emerged from within me like a goddess from water. She filled her lungs with new air, with a sigh that meant everything: relief, rebirth, release. She took in the world around her with an understanding of its fragility and strength. She let the waters of her past run down her face. She took on a new name. She took on a new way. She became whole. She lives in me. She saved me. She is me.
[Music] [Music] Hello gorgeous goddesses! I'm so happy to see you here again today for module 3. I've asked the Alpha Fem team to just play some soft music in the background for a moment. I don't know if we'll keep it the whole time, but we'll definitely have it to start. There it is. So, first thing, if you can just take some time to land here and put down anything you needed to be today. If you've needed to be a badass, if you've needed to be a boss, if you've needed to be a mama and run around for your kids, if you've needed to be a fifth line and handle people's projections for my fifth line girls, if you have needed to be a CEO, if you have needed to be busy, if you have needed to be the carpool driver and the chef, just if you can put those identities down, just for a moment, and let yourself just be you on this call. There is nothing you need to do but receive from me. You don't have to worry about how you're sitting. You don't need to worry about what you're wearing. You don't need to worry about doing anything. You can just be there. Just relax into that.
Yesterday, we talked about some of the most beautiful gifts that come with unlocking the goddess identity. The real, most magical benefits, which is that your life actually starts to feel the way you always wished it would. That you let the meaning land. You feel with all your heart. You don't block your emotions or stop them. You embrace them. You live them. You let them run their course, and you find beauty in the sadness. You find strength in the anger. You feel like there's no emotion that's off the table. You find a way to lead it in a beautiful way. And that is one of the most extraordinary parts about being the goddess. But that won't be the peak of it or the most of it. That's not where you're going to use your goddess the most. Where you're actually going to use the goddess the most in your life is when it looks like you're being a boss, is when it looks like you're getting stuff done, and people wonder, "How do you get all these things done? I know what I should do, but how is it that you get it all done? How do you do it?" Because in the highest frequency of the goddess, when you're just you, and there's space, and there's time to really land in this energy, it's an artistic, creative muse, magic on legs, power, sex, magic, all the things. But when this is in your everyday life, the goddess will often be a quiet whisper. She is the least convenient of all of the alpha fem archetypes. So when we talk about the boss and the badass, they're a lot more convenient. They get things done. They make the money. We like those. They're efficient. They get things done. Goddess is not really convenient with her [Music] feelings. Spending time with her, building her up, building a relationship with her takes time. And it's often in the most unfortunate moments that you've got to rely on the goddess. And so she is a little inconvenient. So a lot of times we push her out of the way and we tend to just operate in badass energy. We handle life. With the goddess, you don't handle life. You embrace life. You live life. You feel life. But for that, it's like you've got to build an emotional resiliency and a strength that empowers everything else in your life.
So I'll give you an example. It looks like you've got to get up out of bed and you've got to go get your kids ready for school. And it looks like the badass is doing that. But really, there is a goddess that has so much love for her kids. There is a goddess that knows that if she is all in, their day is going to be better. That says, "Get up, you got this." When someone says something so rude to you that you want to explode, and you have every right to be self-righteous, and the badass knows can just walk away or say whatever it wants. It's the goddess that says, "Breathe. Walk away. Or breathe. Have compassion." Alpha communication. It's the goddess's whisper in the moments that will change some of your most erratic behavior in your romantic relationship. When your partner is driving you up the wall, it's the badass that will want to mother him and tell him, "How many times do I need to tell you?" The goddess will say, "This is your person. This is your person. How do you want to live this moment? Breathe. Have respect. Have compassion." It's the goddess that will show up in those moments. If you have a solid relationship with the goddess, when you have a client that wants to pretend they never got any value from you, just they don't have to pay the last installment of their thing, or they want to get out of their contract, and you feel just terrifying, terrible, sad, angry, like they're stealing from you, like they're using you, and the badass wants to come out and fight and say, "No one treats me like that!" And you think this, and you think that, and you'll deal with my lawyers. The goddess says, "Breathe. It helps you see clearly. It helps you find a path with a greater communication." This is where you're actually going to appreciate the goddess the most. She's the one who, in the cracks between all the badass energy you've got, brings a voice of reason and a voice of wisdom to your life. So it's not all bubble baths and cascading orchids and sparkly lights, but it gets to be that as well. I feel like the beauty that we intentionally create with the goddess strengthens the relationship. When you actually feel like you have a strong relationship with this part of you, you trust your mind to think this way. You won't think, "Am I being taken advantage of?" The strength of this identity inside of you will say, "No, I'm just so strong. I can handle it. It's not the same. This person's probably hurting, and I can be stronger than that. I'm not going to add to their the proof that they need that this world is ugly. I'm not playing that game. I don't need to play this game. I don't need the moment of self-righteousness. I don't need to win the battle. I'm well, and I'm also right, and I don't need anybody to be wrong for me to feel that I'm solid. I've got this." This part of the goddess is your greatest ally. She'll get you out of so much trouble. She will put you in the right rooms with the right people. She will model things where people go, "Whoa, I have never seen someone behave like this in the face of something so difficult. What an incredible leader. What an incredible role model." You will put yourself in different situations because the goddess took over. The badass can save the day, but the goddess doesn't need saving. So there's a beautiful dynamic between them when you learn to work with them together.
So why this module is so important is this is the last one before you actually meet your goddess. When we come back from the Valentine's Day break, we're going to be diving into the goddess. It's going to be a totally different tone to this program, and I want you to really understand why you're bringing her back. Why you're bringing her back to the forefront. I do not expect from you, in any way, shape, or form, that all of a sudden, after this program, you're going to start walking on your tippy-toes in slow motion and in the rain all the time. Like, I don't expect your identity will just entirely change. But you will reconnect to a part of you that allows you to do that. A part of you that maybe hasn't been around for a long time. But beyond that, it's going to be who you are in your relationships, who you are for yourself, and how you're able to bring your own body back from places it sometimes goes where it feels like you're out of control.
So in the personal development world, we often hear about the words emotional intelligence and nervous system regulation. And although these are kind of like cerebral terms, they're such important pieces of this work. The way I see nervous system regulation is like your body works a certain way when it feels safe. That is like clockwork. When it's time to sleep, your body completely lets go of any tension and it surrenders, knowing it's entirely safe to shut down most of its function so that you can recuperate. If your nervous system is disregulated, you do not entirely fall asleep. You do not let yourself go into a restful, peaceful sleep. It's an agitated sleep that you can wake up from often, where you have dreams that wake you up. The more you have a restful sleep, the more regulated your body is. When you wake up in the morning and you feel happy to be awake, instead of dreading the things on your to-do list, that changes the actual energetic makeup of your body, of your mind, of your thoughts. The way you feel about drinking water versus, "Oh gosh, give me a coffee. I barely open my eyes. Don't talk to me until I've had a coffee." How is your body working? Do you wake up on your own, or did you need an alarm? You barely slept all night. You needed something to wake you up, and now you need a coffee, and no one can talk to you until after coffee. Are you able to function? Do you choose the kind of foods that fuel your body, or are you just excited for something delicious first thing in the morning because it's the best part of your morning, because everything else is stressful and frustrated, and the only thing you want is a sugary coffee and a delicious breakfast of some sort to get your mind off the stressful morning? Are you not even breathing throughout the day? Are you holding your breath often when you get a text message, when you get a message that says, "Can we talk?" Do you immediately go into nervous system disregulation? Why? Why do they want to talk? What's the matter? Something bad's going to happen. What's going to happen? A lot of people, from the moment they wake up in the morning to the moment they go to sleep at night, every single thing that they do comes from a fight or flight state. There is no pleasure. There is no enjoyment. There is no safety. There is no bliss. There is no calm. And there is no regulation. Everything is wobbly. I feel this way, so I do something to bring me back this way. But now I'm off-kilter, so I do one of these to bring me off this. I have coffee to get me up, and then wine to put me down. And I do, and I, and I yell to get my energy out, and then I cry because I feel guilty. And then we're constantly overcompensating to try to find a centeredness. And this has become mainstream.
So why the goddess is such a beautiful piece of the equation is she, she allows you if you want to live a far more regulated life where you choose where you want your excitement to be. You choose excitement instead of fear. You choose surprises instead of chaos. You choose relaxed guidance instead of control. Because that controlling, "I need to be in charge of everything" energy, that's the badass trying to hold on to everything. So this will impact you in far more ways than one, if it's even impossible to imagine. If you're in a relationship and it's almost impossible to imagine being touched at the end of the day, it's almost impossible to imagine surrendering into any kind of intimacy. Like, "Don't touch me. I'm overstimulated. Over everything. I'm not in the mood. I don't feel like it. I'm frustrated." All of this is pent-up energy that's disregulated in the body. If, if you react this fast when things happen in your life, because it happens and you react, that's because the goddess is no longer available. Your emotional intelligence response system has been completely not used for so long that you don't even give it a chance to tell you what it would suggest. So someone says something, and out of your mouth right away comes the quip you could ever quip, instead of, "Whoa, what that person's going through?" or "That was rude," or "What do I want to do about this?" or "There's no space." The goddess will give you space to slow down, not just to react, but to respond.
Now, the wild thing about this, and I want you to be super honest with yourself, have you ever found that it has actually felt good to fight, to raise your voice, to yell a little, to say something not nice? Like, have you ever felt a release of some sort? Losing it a little bit? This is one of those things when I talk about overcompensating. Like, I feel like I'm so stuck and people-pleasing and trying to make everybody be okay, and then all of a sudden I overcompensate that feeling of stuckness with the freedom I think that yelling will give me. This is just what we do after years and years and years of being okay with being just a little bit disregulated, just a little bit off natural course. Now, this isn't about being perfect, and I want to be so clear about that. Like, I think it's cool if you're spicy. I think it's cool if you're edgy. I think it's cool if there's a piece of your personality that you love that's not just nice. If you have a little bit of a sassy or [ __ ] side and you like that side and you don't want to erase her with all this trauma healing, like you don't want to erase your spice, you don't have to. That's not what this program is about. What this program is about is the reaction you have that then makes you spiral into self-loathing. Who here has ever lost it at their child and then not been able to get over it all night? Cried into the night, "I can't take it back. What is wrong with me? Just a kid." Why spiraling about it? Who's ever said something to their husband, or your partner, and the way, or the way they looked at you, you knew they're not going to forget that one, and it hurt when you realized you couldn't take it back? Those are the things that we're working on. This is not about making you just soft and goddess-like and Kumbaya. You still get to be spicy, but it's the kind of spice you're proud of. It's the kind of personality traits that you're like, "I like my edgy side," instead of, "Gosh, I wish I hadn't said that," or "I wish I hadn't said it like that." This is where the goddess comes in to support.
So, in order to do this, there is a very important piece of the puzzle, and it's the one where you have got to protect your heart from something that sometimes happens in this program, which is a feeling that if you would have known this before, there's a lot of things you wouldn't have messed up. And you've got to release that before we even start the process. I remember feeling that exact feeling when I started doing this work. It was like, "How did I not learn this before?" I thought of every friendship I'd lost. I thought of every fight I'd created. I thought of my financial situation that I destroyed. I thought about my parents and my friends and the people I'd hurt, and I just thought, "How the heck, why did I not know this before?" And it actually spiraled me down a little bit. Before I, I said to myself, "I have two choices. I either feel guilty for everything I didn't know, or I make peace with the fact that I didn't know and I be very grateful that I have power over it now." There are people who will take this program and just to not have to face the feelings that they've messed some things up, will reject the program. I've seen that happen so many times. "I don't want to think that I would have caused any of that. I hate this. I don't want any of it. No, I don't want it. I don't like it." It's okay if you do that. I don't recommend it, but I forgive you. I think the most beautiful way to go through this program is to say, "Imagine what the rest of my life will look like if I live by this." And you'll be so shocked how many people that you want to circle back, circle back after this program. Every year, countless past participants write to me to tell me, "I've reconnected with my sister. Remember this? My sister I wrote about in the Fatal program. I hadn't talked to her in 25 years. We're talking. We're seeing each other. I've reconnected with my mom. I've reconnected with my daughter. I've reconnected." Like, I have heard everything in the book. Like, "Every, I'll never speak to her again. It's over. It's over." And back to like, "We're in each other's lives for real." Like, nothing is destroyed. For those of you who have lost someone in your life, someone where the relationship ended badly and the person passed, that also will be difficult in this program. There will be things you wish you could have said. There will be things you wish you could have done differently. But most people avoid ever dealing with themselves just so they don't have to deal with those feelings. And that causes disregulation. It causes density in your body. It causes stress. It causes stuckness. It causes that the energy cannot flow through.
So there's going to be a lot of forgiveness in this. Forgiveness for you, mostly. People that you need to forgive come secondary to our own selves, because most of everything we hold is hurting us way more than it's hurting anybody else. So you may end up forgiving people you never thought you'd forgive in this program, because there's angles to forgiveness I'm going to bring forward that might be very different than anything you've ever looked at before. But just in setting this context, I can see some of you. Like, I can see the wheels turning. I can see some motion stirring. I can see that for some of you already, there's some realizations. This is the kind of softness that I'm going to bring to you in this program. You have to contemplate what I bring to you. It's your job to think about it. It's your job to mull it over and to really say, like, "Gosh, I have done this, and I'm open to this." Because if you just wait, "Okay, well, teach me, and I'll see if I like it. Teach me, and I'll see if I want it. Keep talking, and I'll, I'll see if I want to think about it." You'll, you'll resist a lot of it. You soften because you're okay. And this is what the greatest gift the goddess brings: you're okay, no matter what has ever happened to you, no matter how horrible it is. And I have had people in this program that have been through the most horrendous things. I've had people in this program from different countries all over the world. People, I have women take this program that are not allowed to have computers, that have watched it when they were not allowed to be on a computer, that have had fear while watching the program because if their partner found out they were watching anything that had anything to do with feminine empowerment, they felt their lives were in danger. And I had to hold space for that. Like, there's all kinds of people who have prioritized this program. They can do it. You can do it. If they can do it, we can do it.
To be a woman is such a different experience all over this world. Everyone has their pain. Everyone has their struggles. Sometimes we forget how accessible our freedom is if we really choose it. We don't have to live prisoners of our feelings, our fears, and our thoughts. Not, not the way some women have to face every day. And I think this program is such a beautiful thing because we live in honor of women on the planet. We're the first domino, the first ripple effect, the first movement in action that makes everything else fall into place. We're the first one that goes, "We go first," and then we set something different in motion. Takes courage, but we got access to each other. We got access to the technology and the funds. We got access to this somehow. So we start because somehow it looks like that was the way it was supposed to go. But we do it for us, and we do it for them, and we do it because this is the only way it changes for women everywhere. It isn't fair that we're treated differently in the sense where no man is expected to be nice. Not a thing. You know, a man that is stern is a man that is strong. A woman that is stern is a [ __ ]. You know, you have boundaries as a man, you're strong. Men, you have boundaries as a woman, you're heartless. If you're open and free with your body as a man, you're experienced. If you're open and free with your body as a woman, you're [ __ ]. There is a double standard, and that causes all kinds of stuff. Because for a lot of us, the first person we ever wanted their respect, the first person we ever wanted to really be seen by was our dad. So if you had a dad who had a strong opinion about how women should dress, how women should act, how women should think, how women should behave, how women should succeed, how women should, a lot of that has become what you've tried to be. Because we don't have a right of passage, which shocks me to my core. That there is no right of passage for a young woman to ever make up her real decision about her life, her body, her emotions, and how she's going to lead herself. It's all thrown into the mix. We end up here, wherever it is that we are at this moment in time, and then we have to choose as adults to give ourselves that right of passage. But you could have done with this a long time ago. You could have done with this when your body started to change and your emotions started to change. You could have done with this when all of a sudden genders became clear and you felt unsafe to just be alone surrounded by people of an opposite gender. When it felt like you had to think about how you were dressing, and you had to think about how you were behaving, and you had to think because it meant something. And it would have been nice to have this kind of conversation at that point. Because there's a lot of regret that comes with, "If I would have known that, I would never have." And why don't we know that with this much connection, with this much knowledge, with this much wisdom?
This program is the gateway to a much greater possibility for women to actually choose who they want to be. Whether you want to be a fighter and your balance is a lot more in the masculine, but your core and your strength of your emotional intelligence is strong and sturdy and no one can rock you, then you be that. You go be Xena the Warrior Princess. If you want to be soft on the outside and sweet, loving, and magnetic, then you'll be Princess Peach. It's not about your personality, it's about your strength. A goddess isn't about what she looks like. And every single one of you will realize that you have a very different goddess archetype. There will be a version of you inside of you that represents your strength. For some of you, you'll see a wise soul, maybe someone even older than you. For some of you, you'll see a small child, innocent and free. For some of you, you will see a warrior, a person that is so strong and so big, but that is that exudes femininity, like a mothering, like a beautiful mother, but that could go to war front in line, like a superhero woman. You will see something different, something that represents what your goddess is for you. It will not all be the same, dressed in white with flower crowns. That's not what this is about. This is about your womanhood. Your goddess is your divine womanhood. And be until we actually allow ourselves to be women, or little girls trying not to get into trouble. And then we get into trouble. Try not to get into trouble so we don't say anything until we blow up. We try not to get into trouble so we don't say anything until it eats us alive. We try not to get into trouble so we don't say anything until it gets found out, and then we have to live with the consequences of that. The woman faces the music. She does not dim her light for anybody. She doesn't fear what people will think. She doesn't fear what people will say. She does not fear that her freedom could be taken away, because she understands that her freedom is inside of her, and she can recreate it at any moment. She has the gateway. She has the key to the gates that make her free or not. And if she tries to avoid chaos in her life, and she tries to avoid emotions in her life, then she puts her own self in a cage. But if she's willing to face the music, she's free. He's not resentful of everyone who doesn't know better. There's no time for that. She focuses on herself. She focuses on her allies, and she focuses on having a clean heart so she can let go of everything that causes any kind of distortion in her mind, her thoughts, her feelings, her energy, whatsoever. A clear path. A clear path in her relationship. A clear path in her businesses. A clear path in her love, in her romance, in her health, and her, whatever it is. A clear path where anyone who would try to deter her from that would simply be in the way. And just like, "Don't have time for this. I don't need to fight with you. I'm on a mission." You'll find that when you're a little girl, in your responses, find time to do things that are not in your mission. Find time to fight. Find time to gossip. Find time to imagine people don't like you. You imagine people won't do what you wish they would do, that they don't care, that they won't come, that they won't buy, that they won't take time to play make-believe for things that don't even serve you. When you're in your little girl, you think more about what you don't like. Get a full plate of food, and you go, "Don't like broccoli," when you could have just eaten everything else. You point out the things you don't like. You think about fairness in a world where I don't think any of us in this room tonight actually really understand the meaning of unfair in the way, in the way that some women have known it on the planet. And we get so caught up in unfair, we let it take us out instead of just going for what we want. We stay stuck in the rules and the unfairness of them, instead of blazing our own trail and going for what we want with the goddess strong in our spirit and our centeredness.
But this is about emotional and spiritual maturity, not just intelligence maturity. Because unfortunately, when your emotions are high, your intelligence goes way down. But your maturity, when you're emotional, that's a state of being. It's knowing when you've lost control and this is not the right time to have the discussion. It's knowing when the anger you're feeling is circumstantial to the event and is not a representation of the relationship you stand for. It's knowing that the words you want to say, you only want to say them because they would make the anger or sadness you feel right now feel better right now, but then they would immediately make you feel worse and for a very long time.
Now, the big picture of this is that no one expects you to do this, and everyone expects you to do this. What I mean by that is no one is capable, really, of doing it. The percentage of people on the planet that actually live by this is minute. And so people don't really expect that you should. But they expect that you should because when they look at you, they imagine you've got everything together. They completely forget that you're a human. And in the moment where you lose your temper, they think you should be perfect. And that is the dualistic weird thing of being human. We expect things from people we can't even do ourselves.
So I'm going to mentor you here in the God Zone. This is Jesus Walks moments left and right. But the kind of miracles that have happened in my clients' lives when they have surrendered to their highest possible intelligence, their strongest spiritual wisdom, their faith beyond their human experience, something opens up, and they get time back. Because you stop wasting time on all the thoughts taking nowhere, and on all the make-believe of things that will never come, especially things you wouldn't even want them to come, on all the fighting and all the bitterness or the resentment for the past memories, for the people you're not willing to forgive, for the fear of what this has done to your future. When all those minutes that you spend doing that are no longer spent doing that, you get just about half a life back. Freedom, mental freedom, emotional freedom, spiritual freedom to actually build the life that you want. You have to decide that you want the life, the life that you want. And as crazy as it is, that's a big decision to make. Because self-righteousness is a really great booby prize. If you can't get what you want, at least be right about the fact that you didn't get it because blank. And most people will bank on the booby prize more than the mission. And all they do all day, every day, is think about how the reason they don't have what they want is because of blank. "The reason I don't have what I want is because of this person did this." And the reason I don't have this is if I would have made a different decision back then, I would have had this. And if I, and you get to be right in that. And right feels safe. We don't like to be wrong because wrong means we can't trust ourselves in the way we've been taught. But I want to teach you the kind of trust that has nothing to do with you being right or wrong. I want to teach you the kind of trust that has to do with being okay even when you're wrong, worthy even when you're wrong, respectable even when you're wrong, inspiring even when you're wrong, wealthy even when you're wrong, loved when you're wrong, liked when you're wrong. That is just a part of life that you're not always going to nail it, that you're going to be okay. Because if you can do that, you will develop a very different kind of trust and a strength and a willingness to keep going for what you came here to do.
So what we're going to really look at for this homework, and you have some time to contemplate this now before our next week when we really go and meet the goddess. I want you to make a decision in your heart, like, are you actually willing to let go of the stories? At first glance, people always say yes. I ask them that, but I'll tell you the kind of stories I had to give up on. You'll see why I'm telling you this. Not always the easiest. I had to give up on the story that it wasn't fair that my parents put pressure on me to help as a big sister from being a little kid. I had to let go of the fact that it was fair or not fair. I had to let it go. I had to let go of the fact that I did not feel the same right to be a kid to be loved because I'm alive. I, I, I felt like I was loved if I did good, if I gave enough, if I produced enough, if I helped enough, if I was a good enough big sister, if I did things, if I helped the kids with the homework, if I got them in bed by the right time, if I did all the things, then I was a good kid, then I was loved. Had to let go of the truth of that. Like, it doesn't matter because it, it produced in me good things in the future. It was meant to happen somehow. It forged me. I had to let it go completely. I had to let go of the fact that I was not cool. I had to let go of the fact that I was awkward, and that I was mostly awkward because I was exhausted. My nervous system was completely disregulated. I wasn't being fed properly for my brain to function. I was not sleeping properly for my brain to function. I had the most terrible thoughts about myself and no one I felt I could talk to. I had to let go of that because that also forged me. To let it go, I had to let go of the fact that I got bullied and picked on by kids who probably did not know better for multiple reasons. They also didn't have a right of passage, and who knows how much time their parents had for them. I know nothing. I had to let it go. I had to let go of the bad breakups and the boyfriends that really made me doubt whether I was a valid person. I had to let it go. And I had to let go that all of that created something and a part of my identity that made me do the wrong things and pick the wrong people. I had to see it instead like it forged me and it brought me here. Had to let it all go. I had to let go of my lack of understanding of financial intelligence, my bankruptcy, my financial pains, the, the fact that I went days and days without food, that I ended up sleeping in a car. I had to let go of that because it forged me, because it made me. I had to let go of that. I had to let go of being cheated on. I had to let go of being lied to. I had to let go of feeling like I gave my best years to someone who really hurt me when I could have been giving my best years to developing myself and taking care of me and falling in love with someone great. I gave some of my best years away to someone who really didn't deserve it. I had to let go of that. I had to let go of the fact that I overgave and in return really got hurt, got fired, got lied about, got thrown in the fire. Like, I had to let go of that. I had to let go of the people who I thought were my friends who developed competition and feelings of inferiority, superiority about me and my evolution and and vilified me just so that they didn't have to feel how they felt about me. I had to let go of all of that. Had to let go of family members who got weird with me. I had to let go of what I thought certain things would be. I had to let go of that. I had to let go of pregnancies that didn't work out. I had to let go of a wedding that didn't get to happen the way it was supposed to. I had to let go of not being able to hold my goddaughter when she was born for weeks because there was too much fear. I had to let go. I had to let go. I had to let go. I had to let go. I had to let go of projections of people who I thought really loved and cared about me, flipped the minute they didn't like what I was talking about anymore. I had to let go. I had to let go. Had to let go of the Montreal newspaper who wrote an article about who I'm supposed to have been that managed to be successful. I had to let go of the people who believed it. I had to let go. I had to let go. I had to let go.
If I didn't let go of all that, I would have density in my body. I would feel heavy in my body. I would feel stuck in my body. It would be hard for me to love you. It would be hard for me to love me. It would be hard for me to love Kevin. It would be hard for me to love my parents. It would be hard for me to love the world. It would be hard for me to trust. It would be hard for me to do all those things. And I would be right for it to be hard. And I would say things like, "Yes, the thing is, the reason it's hard for me is because then I would bring one of the stories I didn't let go." You don't let them go because they never happened to you. They did happen. That nothing's going to change that. You let them go because they stop defining what comes next. That's why you let them go. I decided that they had done enough for me. Those stories. They happened for something, and they gave me what they were supposed to give me. They gave me resilience. They gave me strength. They gave me compassion for people. They gave me a greater listening. They gave me a solid intuition. They gave me a trust in my feelings about people. They gave me an ability to move on. They gave me an ability to get up one more time. They gave me evidence that I can survive tough things. What did those things do for you? And could you just keep that part? Because as you go into this goddess journey that we're about to go through, if you can see yourself like the person who has lived all these incredible challenges and who's now about to have one of the most extraordinary, life-changing experiences to bring back your softest self after all the tough stuff you had to go through, you were tough. You made it through. You survived it. You did. But now you put it down and you bring in a softness in your life, and you allow yourself to do it without fear that you've been through too much and it's dangerous. Without fear that you can't because you've been hurt. You can't because you remember the time when you actually believed that every single thing you have ever been through and your timing to discover this soft part of you was all aligned. Then you'd be able to lean, leave your sword on the floor. Night. You would say, "I no longer need force to fight my battles. I'm about to unleash the part of me that can handle, and I will not make myself wrong that I didn't have her before." Because I had a sword. I put the sword down. I won't need my tough words. I won't need my scary energy. I won't need my energetic blocks. I won't need my keeping people at an arm's distance and looking like I don't care. I won't need any of that anymore. But it served me. But now I'm going to unlock a part of me that will serve me far more for the rest of my life, with no and no shame about how I dealt with the past, because I didn't know her then. And I think that these conversations, the more often we have them, remind us that daughters, nieces, young girls need these conversations earlier, because we pick up the sword pretty freaking fast in our lives. But it's like when you've got a goddess, you don't need a sword. Because there's no, the sword has no power over the goddess. It's like energy, it's like magic versus a twig. Like, what are you, what are you doing? Think this is the right tool for what we're doing here? This is, this is silly. I can bend that with my mind. Like, you brought the wrong tool. In the realm of emotional spiritual maturity, very little actually holds up to it. I've proven this to myself so many times because I've actually manifested a lot of the things that I feared the most, the things I thought I could not handle or handle again. The bullying, the being misunderstood, all the things that I dealt with all the wrong way, not knowing what the right way was. I manifested all of it again. As this version of me, the experience of it was completely different because I had different tools. And the amount of people that I have met in my life because of those instances, extraordinary. So many people who said, "I met you in the middle of that big difficulty. I met you in the middle of that big, I knew you, but I didn't care until I met you and I saw you deal with that. Then I started to respect you. Then I started to care about you." You'd be surprised how much impact, influence, and magnetism this goddess will actually create in your life. Because this will stand out for most people in the world. People say, "I've never seen a woman deal with a thing like that. How did you do that? I wish I could handle things like that. How did you do that? How did you stay like that? How did you stay in that power?" You didn't even, you didn't. I would have. How did you not? Because there's a way that we're taught to behave when we're scrappy and we're doing our best with not having enough, and there's a way that we handle things when we know exactly what we're doing.
So in order to really let the goddess in, and for this not to just be a superficial experiment, your homework now is to really go and decide that you're willing to have her be your greatest ally for the rest of your journey in your life, and that you are willing to put a lot of your stories down, because she can't compete with those, and she won't compete with those. If she sees that you keep being the exact same way you always were, she will go home. This is why sometimes you'll see people who've got the emotional intelligence thing, and other people who are just like, "No matter what I do, I just can't do it." And it's like, "No, because the wisdom part of you does not feel like you're ready yet." And wisdom knows when to come, and wisdom knows when to go. There's absolutely no point having the wisest part of you be trampled on by the young buck that needs to be right. There's no point. You've got to decide in your energetic field, in your emotional field, who's going to be running the show? The one that gets to be right and show off, or the one that's so wise and changes? Can't be both. You've got to put down, lord, put down the fight and trust that you're safe. And that can be difficult, depending on what you've been through. But I want to remind you that no matter what it is that you went through, you're here. And although you fear it repeating, or you might fear it happening, or you might fear you're okay. And if you could strengthen, the fear would be less. The worry would be less. The imagination would be less. And if you trusted yourself to handle yourself, no matter what happens, you would not need to think about it and prepare for it so much. And in the words of the God Zone, we receive what we're prepared for. So you prepare for all the bad things to happen, and then you manifest them. Or you prepare for all the great things that happen, you manifest them. So in this program, we prepare the good stuff, and we prepare ourselves emotionally to handle ourselves, no matter what happens. We can handle all of it. We were born for this. There is a wisdom that transcends all of our lived experience that is yet to come. Get to tap into that. It has to be a good journey. And how I tend to see a lot of the healing journeys are very treacherous journeys, as if there's something wrong we need to fix, or something that's really bad about us. And the goddess journey is very different. I don't believe that there's anything wrong. I believe that there's phases of our lives, there's ways that we deal with each phase, and I believe that we're an energetic match for a perfect timing for every lesson we ever learn. This is our time. We don't fight that. We get to change now. If we question it, we fight against it. If we needed it to have been.
Sooner we don't get to change now. And if you surrender to this process, you will feel a change in this program every day. Every day, you'll go to sleep a little lighter, and every morning, you will feel a little different. And you will notice it when you're in a conversation that usually would heat you up. You'll feel different. You'll notice it when someone says something dismissive that would put you on the defensive. It won't do the same thing in your belly. You'll notice there's a space to think. You'll hear a new voice, a voice you have not let through in a very long time. And that voice will give you strength, and that voice will give you power, and that voice will give you direction, and that voice will open doors for you.
I hope you can tell from this that the goddess is not just this dy girly frequency, which is what we've all also been taught to believe. The goddess is the goddess. She's divinity on Earth. She's you in the god zone. She's connected to every part that matters. You were given a brain so that you could think things and create things and imagine things that serve you, that you could contemplate and definitely plan and prepare for important things that are coming, not so you could imagine stories that drive you bananas. You were given a heart to love, to feel, to live, not to shrivel and protect and numb. You were given feet to walk and run and connect with the Earth. You were given hands to feed, to create, to love, to build. You were given a womb to create life. You were given pleasure organs to feel pleasure. You were given everything, and most of us don't use any of it. For the longest time, you're going to start to live in honor of the body you were given, this incredible woman body you were given. And I would love for you to start to feel like this is a real big freaking deal. I actually believe that there's absolutely no reason on Earth to diminish an entire gender unless you're terrified of it. I think that making women think they're weak was part of a very silly plan, and it's about to end very, very soon.
How do you not have to worry that your power could ever be questioned? Is you imagine that the other opponent doesn't think they have any. So, easy, you rig the game. But if we all know we have power, then it's fair game. I think we're about to enter fair game. It is time for women to rise on the planet, but not like little girls, because I see it everywhere. The tiny little business that barely makes enough money to profit so that they don't have to worry about people having anything or needing anything from them, and they don't know how to do their taxes, and they make mistakes, and it's not their fault, and they need someone to bail them out, and they need to break their commitments, and they feel sad when they won't be let out of their commitments, and they feel mad when they don't get to get let get off the hook. And then they create little clicks and groups to talk about how mean other people are to have not let them get off the hook. And then that's not it. We have got the big power, big vision, big ability to carry relationships, families, wealth, movements. You, you can have whatever you want if you allow yourself to be strong enough to hold it and not make it someone else's responsibility. I actually believe we're the strongest force on Earth. I really do. Then we play games to avoid responsibility. In this program, you will face your responsibilities in a way that inspires you, not in a way that causes pressure, but in a way where you just accept the mission.
So I'd like to ask, how you're feeling right now? Are you starting to understand more of your power? Are you starting to see a difference between ways you may have behaved in the past, not knowingly, but how it may have led you to where you are now? Are you starting to feel a desire to think differently, a desire to move differently, a desire to behave differently? Are you starting to see it show up? I really see why you say this is your biggest program. I feel empowered. I'm insanely inspired right now. I'm ready for my mission. I feel powerful. I'm currently the best version of me that I've ever been. Beautifully tingling in every cell, ecstatic and knowing this deeper truth in every cell. I can see a bigger view. Yes, yes, yes. Very calm, deeply inspired. Yes, an extra let go energy. Clarity embodied power. Feeling it, feeling into receiving. I feel light. So much clarity. My sacral is electrified. I feel softer version of fatal is feeling so different already. This is an amazing change. I'm excited and I desire this to take. I desire to take this on. I've seen that this course is about to change my love life, and I want to feel safer in love with the men. I feel calm and ready. Feel so thankful to be here and proud of who I've had to become to get here. I feel it in every part of me. I feel inspired, powerful. The divine feminine portal of all creation. I want to feel pleasure and magic, and the magnetic woman in me is inspiring other women just like you. Loving this mean now, so much compassion for who I was. Emotional, clear, and powerful. I feel open. I'm committing to letting go to what I didn't know. From a head experience to a body freedom. Powerful, grounded, an evolution of my free spirit spiritedness. I'm ready to bet on myself again. Another layer deeper into the kaleidoscope we go. This is so beautiful. This is where I'm supposed to be now.
This Saturday, there will be the first ever healing session with Nicole. And so, if you want to venture into some depth before you encounter your goddess, if that feels like it's the right timing for you, it's already booked. It's in the calendar for Saturday. You can watch it live, you can watch it on the replay, whatever feels aligned for you. But these do amplify the program massively. They will bring your feelings to the surface. You will be able to see where you get blocked. You will be able to see where stuff comes up or you don't want to go. It's going to give you more tangible experiences to feel right now, even while we're live in the program. Um, the healing calls are so amazing. Yes. So what I really suggest for you, um, and Alpha Fem team, I'm seeing that people are asking just for details on the time. Uh, so if you don't mind just putting it in the chat for them so that they know exactly where to be, but also if you go into the group in the guide section, it's also there for you. On your own, in your own mind, what I would suggest that you work on is these: Am I ready to put the sword down? And why I ask you to look in every area is because it's easy to say yes without looking at all areas. Are you willing to put the sword down and meet the goddess in romantic relationships? In conversation and romantic relationships? In intimacy in romantic relationships? Are you willing to put the sword down in friendships? In competition? In business? With money? With your siblings? With your parents? Are you willing to put it down with past people who've broken your heart? With people who've made you so mad you could barely breathe? Are you willing to put it down about the world? Are you willing to put it down about whatever you believe is right or wrong about all the things happening in the world right now, from the weather to the politics? Can you take your power back? Because we get swayed and manipulated by everything. In this program, if you can put everything down and reclaim your personal power, then you can decide from your highest point of power what you want to keep, what will be important for you, what you want to fight for. Are you willing to put it all down in this program to find the greatest version of you? Everything you're holding on to will make it that you have less space to pick up what I give you. You put everything down, you will have only space to pick up everything I give you, and there is so much beauty that I want to give you.
I hope you see the maturity in this conversation now. This is not just a game for you to be more girly or fancy, but this is actually the rest of your womanhood. I don't feel ready yet to put it down. That feels so scary. This is what you want to bring then to the healing session. If you're seeing there's things that don't, you don't want to put down, show up to the healing session with this, because ideally, when we get to the goddess, you're willing to let her lead. I just realize I've been existing these last few years, and it's time to start living. I feel so grateful to be here. It's glorious, and I feel it's all thriving. Thank you, thank you, thank you. So take the time for this. Take care of you. And just know the strongest version of yourself, you haven't even met yet. So no matter what you're afraid of, you're afraid of, with the current level of strength you've allowed yourself to believe you have, we haven't even started building the strength yet. Right now, it's just to find out how willing you are to have faith in yourself. And remember, this isn't just yourself, it's your god's own self. How much faith can you have in your god's own self that you can make it through all of these things, past, present, and future? Because that's what the goddess will be for you, not your weakest self, not the self that worries, the god's own self, the one who you can actually plug into and will give you the strength, the power, the answers.
If you are in a romantic relationship, I want to wish you the most beautiful Valentine's Day. If you can make a memory, surrender yourself just a little bit more. Let love in just a little bit more. Enjoy yourself just a little bit more. Fall in love just a little bit deeper. If you're not in a relationship yet, honor yourself. Do something beautiful for yourself as a manifestation of what you deserve to have next Valentine's Day. Single red rose, bubble bath, a long walk, beautiful movie, self-care, favorite dinner, a love note to yourself, whatever feels really right. But romance yourself, because what if we were the greatest love affair of our own lives? Love affair you have with yourself. What if that's actually the greatest love of all? Enjoy this Valentine's Day for yourself, whether you're sharing the love with another or whether you're pouring it all back into yourself. Have fun. Enjoy all that's at your your disposition in this program, at your disposal in this program. Enjoy, and I will see you early next week for the meeting of the goddess.
One more thing. If you haven't yet set yourself up with a flower and a candle, just you do that. If you want to actually do something almost ceremonious for yourself for that call, if you want to dress in white, if you want to light candles in your room or bring, you know, incense or have a crystal on your desk, like actually put yourself in a mood for this call. I don't think you'll regret it. Let it be a life event in your life. Show up for yourself, and let's see what we can create together. Thank you for a beautiful call, and I shall see you next week.

She emerged from within me like a goddess from water. She filled her lungs with new air with a sigh that meant everything. Relief, rebirth, release. She took in the world around her with an understanding of its fragility and its strength. She let the waters of her past burn down her face. She took on a new name. She took on a new way. She became whole. She lives in me. She saved me. She is me.

Oh.
