If that's the case, why wouldn't women just start their own firms and compete with these male firms? If a woman started this firm, they should have a limitless amount and could compete very easily by even offering slightly lower wages than the male competitors.

Saying that women gravitate naturally towards jobs that aren't like these but somehow, in an apocalyptic world, they're going to do better than men.
