Hello dear, today is a complex of seven exercises that will instantly tighten sagging skin on the neck. At the end, you will get an exercise that gives an instant result, and I will also point out the mistakes you make out of ignorance and harm your neck. You can watch full workouts that address jowls, double chins, and under-eye bags today, at the end of this video. The link will be below, from the introductory free workouts of my open club. You can do them today. In my techniques, I am based on the physiology and anatomy of our female body, and therefore my techniques are the most effective and give a 100% result if practiced regularly. And we do this rubbing of the neck, and I really didn't think that before my eyes it would be like this, that it could just be tightened. I was just in shock. And now subscribe to my channel to receive proper rejuvenation techniques that will really help you. Give it a like so that more women see this video and become younger and more beautiful, because the more likes the video gets, the more YouTube will show it. Do the complex daily for 7 days and you will see a great result. Be sure to write to me about it in the comments. So, let's start. The first exercise removes the first cause of sagging skin on the neck. It is necessary to normalize the outflow of venous blood. Venous blood carries away toxins, and consequently, if these toxins accumulate in the skin, the skin will be less elastic, it will be flabby. So, here in the chest area, in the collarbone area, there are so-called right and left venous angles. Lymph from the neck and face flows into them, and if there are clamps here, venous blood does not drain properly and does not carry away toxins. How to free the right and left venous angles, look. To find them, they are located here in the sternum area. Here is the vena cava and its outflows. We start with the left venous angle. To find it, you need to place your palm here in the collarbone area, between your fingers is your left collarbone, your thumb lies on your right collarbone. Place it like this and just hold it, press lightly, hold for 30 seconds, just hold, hold for 30 seconds. Then, gently begin to press into the tissues and rotate. We rotate, we don't press. Next, we move under the collarbone, and here, under the collarbone, we increase the pressure, we open, we open the venous angle. You may feel salivation, and you may feel phlegm draining, this is normal. Do this for 30-40 seconds. Move to the other side. Place your finger in a checkmark on the collarbone, your thumb on the adjacent collarbone. Hold for 30 seconds, just hold. You may already feel salivation, phlegm draining. Then, start the movement, first lightly, then move your finger and press into the tissues under the collarbone and do it with pressure. It should be comfortable for you, there should be no pain. The second exercise is to relax the pectoralis major muscle, because when it is in spasm due to a sedentary lifestyle, the pectoralis major muscle pattern is like this. It gathers, it pulls the superficial neck muscle, the platysma, and then all this hangs down. Therefore, we need to open the pectoralis major muscle, and as a bonus, we will tighten our breasts. First, place the base of your palm on the muscle, press in, and do three pulls. One, two, three pulls. Then, grab under the armpit. Here is your muscle, here it is, you see it. We grab this muscle and start to knead it. And then we work with our arm. Lift the arm up, and pull the muscle down. So, one, two, three, four, five. That is, pull the arm up, and pull the muscle down, you see. Move to the other side. Press the base of your palm into the muscle and do three pulls. Then, grab the muscle here under the armpit and knead it. By the way, if you have such bags forming here, they will also go away with this exercise because it is swelling. That is, even if you have fatty tissue there, it still collects swelling, and my participants from the closed club say that these bags have gone away. So, let's do it. Lift the arm up, and pull the muscle down. One, two, three, four, five. Well, how are your sensations? Write if you felt salivation or if phlegm is draining, and if you feel any lightness in your body at all. And now let's get rid of the hump. Look, if we have a hump, the head goes forward, and everything hangs down here because the neck shortens. There should be no hump, it must be eliminated, girls, by any means. So, look, we grab the tissues here, here where the hump is, grab it, press into it, right inside, press the tissues and start to pull them out. Do this 20 times. Pull them out well, eliminate the hump. Well, do you feel that it is really going away, really melting? So, 20 times. The next exercise, the fourth one. In the previous video, I told you about the sternohyoid muscle. It attaches to the hyoid bone here. You can feel it under your chin, there is a density. This is the hyoid bone, which is not attached to any other bone, but directly to the muscle. And the sternohyoid muscle attaches to the shoulder blade at the other end. When it goes into spasm, if we have such shoulder blades, it pulls down this entire area, pulls the chin down, and then everything starts to hang down. To work on the sternohyoid muscle, to find it, it is located inside. To find it, we take the trapezius muscle. Here is our trapezius muscle. Here we take it, we take the trapezius muscle, work on it. Look, put your finger inside, work on it. First, in this way, we gain access to the sternohyoid muscle. It is there, under the trapezius. And now we start to lift the shoulder and hold the trapezius muscle at the same time. Do it. One, two, three, four, five. Well, did you feel lightness? And we do the same on the other side. We grab the trapezius muscle and knead it here. You see, we go right under the trapezius and start to knead it. The trapezius muscle also plays a very big role in the condition of your neck, because lymphatic and blood vessels pass through it, and if there are clamps on it, then the nutrition of the neck will also be impaired. So, grab and hold the trapezius muscle, start to lift. One, two, three, four, five. You can repeat this exercise if you wish. The next exercise is to work on the sternocleidomastoid muscle. In the previous video, I showed you an exercise for setting the anatomical position of this muscle. Now, look, here is this muscle. It attaches at the back to the mastoid process of the skull, and at the front, it attaches here to the collarbone. If we take the skull, then here, behind the ear opening, there will be the mastoid process. So, we take the muscle. To do this, you need to tilt your head slightly to the side and turn your chin to the other side. And here this muscle contours. It should contour. If it doesn't contour, it means it's in strong spasm. If this muscle is in spasm, it presses on the arteries that pass under it. Important blood vessels pass under it: the carotid artery and the jugular vein, as well as lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes. Therefore, if the muscle is in spasm, it presses on the carotid artery, and the face and neck do not receive enough arterial blood. The same applies to the brain. The brain is also not nourished enough. So, what awaits you is sagging skin on the neck and face, and impaired cerebral circulation. Therefore, we take this muscle and start working with it. With our index finger, we push this muscle back, and with our thumb, we return it forward. And so, we go through the entire muscle from bottom to top, that is, pushing it back and returning it forward. Do this for 30 seconds on one side and on the other side. Find this muscle. Here it contours. And just the same, push it back and return it forward. Gradually, your muscle will become softer, more pliable. The carotid artery will be freed, the jugular vein will be freed, your circulation will improve, both for the brain and the face, and the elasticity of the skin on the neck will get better every day. Write if you found this muscle, how it is for you – painful, hard. The more painful this muscle is, the more spasmodic it is. This pain will go away, and the skin on the neck will become more elastic. So, the next exercise. We work with the platysma muscle. This is the largest muscle of the neck. It extends from the second rib to the corner of the mouth, and here it reaches the angle of the lower jaw. With age, the fibers of this muscle go into spasm, and then we get cords, Venus rings, because the muscle shortens, the skin gathers like an accordion, and consequently, wrinkles and this sagging appear here. We need to lengthen this muscle. I want to immediately draw your attention to a mistake that many people make. You often do this exercise: you put your hand here and pull like this, pull like this. Write who does this exercise. This doesn't mean that this exercise is completely forbidden, but it shouldn't be done often. Why? Because the platysma consists of two parts, and here in the middle, with age, these two parts diverge. Not for everyone, but it happens very, very often. And then there is no muscle here. And when we pull all this like this, we are just pulling the skin, we are not pulling the muscle. And we need to pull the muscle to relieve tension from it. We place our hand here, the second one on the collarbone. Place the second hand on top and pull the angle of the lower jaw upwards. Pull it up. Look, hold for 15 seconds. Then, we jut out the jaw to feel the tension. We jut out the jaw slightly upwards. You feel the tension. Then, we take the pad of our thumb and feel our cords here. This cord is what creates these sagging areas in the lower part of the face. And we gently go through, relaxing these cords with the pad of our thumb. Do this for 30 seconds. Move to the other side. Place one hand on the collarbone, press the second one down, create tension in the tissue downwards. Pull the angle of the lower jaw upwards and jut out the jaw. You feel the tension on the side of your neck. Here is the platysma muscle. Then, with the pad of our thumb, we find our cords, that is, such densities. Here you will have a density. These densities, by the way, also pull up the jowls. In the previous video, I showed you techniques for jowls. So, be sure to watch this video on jowls. And we go through with the pad of our thumb. Do this for 30 seconds to relax the cords. Gradually, the cords will relax, the neck will tighten, and the jowls will also tighten. Write your sensations. Did you find your cords, and were you able to work them with your finger? And the last super exercise, which I told you about, which will instantly tighten your neck. Girls in my closed club note that the skin on the neck tightens instantly. So, we talked about the fact that there is no muscle here, so the skin on the neck is held by its own collagen. To improve collagen synthesis, we do a massage, a rubbing. Look, we are acting simply on the skin. You need to do these rubbings, these rubbings on the skin. We take the skin at the base of the neck, especially if you have a cord here, then rub the cord itself. Rub like this, rub carefully. The skin begins to tighten, tighten. Move to the next line. How does this exercise work? It turns out that we move the layers of tissue relative to each other. The intercellular space increases, blood flow and lymph flow in the skin improve, and due to this, useful substances arrive. And when we have done all the previous exercises, this exercise works as a final collagen synthesis. It synthesizes collagen. And go through the entire neck like this. Go through the entire, entire neck, every centimeter. First upwards, that is, vertically. And then we go horizontally. If you have Venus rings on your neck, that is, such wrinkles, then we go through each of these wrinkles, rubbing them. In this way, you need to go through every centimeter of the neck. Don't rush, and just gently work through every centimeter. So, you see how the neck has tightened. Write if your neck has tightened, if the skin has become more pleasant to the touch, more elastic. Write your sensations, my dears. Look how beautiful you are. Look in the mirror, you are so pretty, just wonderful. Girls, be sure to do this complex every day, and you will see how your neck will become more elastic every day. This complex is just a small part of the workouts in my closed club, where girls train regularly and rejuvenate by 5-10 years. And if you want to get rid of double chins, jowls, nasolabial folds, under-eye bags, drooping eyelids, lift your eyebrows, get rid of crow's feet, perioral wrinkles, make your lips plumper, get rid of forehead wrinkles, then try a free workout from my open club. Follow the link right now, and today you can do a full workout in my club completely for free. 100% of girls who train regularly have a rejuvenating effect because we train comprehensively and systematically. We work on posture, on the back, we get rid of the hump, we work on neck static, and we do all the techniques that are necessary for the face, and of course, osteopathic techniques with the bones of the skull.
