In this video, we're going to be looking at the landing page strategy for a brand that is doing over $und00 million every single year in revenue. Not only that, we're going to be looking at additional strategies that this brand is using to reduce CPAs as they continue to scale.

So, just before we damage the video, quick proof that I'm qualified to speak on the topic of growing brands. One of our clients, last month's 867K in revenue on try to do eight figures per year. We work with 78 figure brands. We have these brands scale to eight figures and beyond. And the way we do that is we do customer acquisition and customer retention done for you services. Customer acquisition is focused around media buying, ad created serial landing pages. Customer retention is focused around Elon and SMS marketing, but also LTV strategy. And we tie marketing and finance together again to make sure that brands are scaling profitably.

Now let's get right into the video. The brand that we're going to be talking about is this brand called O Positive. They're a women's health brand. They sell multiple different products, right? They have a lot of different products that going through examples on this video and I'm going to take you through how the landing page structure that they're using is actually always the same for the different products, right? They've found a landing page structure that works. And there's another video on my channel where we went through this structure from a different brand called Viva and they have the same thing, right? It's a very similar landing page structure. A lot of a lot of things I'm going to point out from that brand that also we're seeing with this brand and and the similarities between them and also the fact that they found one landing page style that works for them and they replicate it across multiple different products. We're also going to go through some additional things that this brand is is employing as I mentioned. But let's get right into it.

Okay, so the first thing is yes, multiple products, right? If you want to scale a brand in today's day and age, you need to be introducing new products every, let's say, 6 to9 months is is ideal because it's going to allow you to increase LTV for your existing customers, but it can also allow you to open up new market segments for customers who may not have been interested in your existing products. So, that's is of course one one fundamental thing.

Now, when we go to the ads and when we look at where they're driving these ad traffic to, right, they're obviously running ads for all the different products. And we can see here that the landing page structure is the same. I'm going to take you through the structure. So what this is is it's an inverted PDP. This is actually the product page. Okay? Now doesn't look like a product page. It looks like a landing page and it's an inverted PDP, right? Inverted PDP. It always starts with a structure where we have this here, right? It's a headline, sub headline, CTA button, and then the image of the product as well. Right? We can see here that this is the same, right? This for a different product. This one also the same. And then this one the same as well. Okay? And the colors are obviously following the colors of the product, right? Just to create some congruence. And as we scroll down, we can see here that the immediate immediate introduction to the product and we're also telling customers what this product solves uh or specifically what the use cases are. So we can see here get back in balance with endocrine superfood hormonal balance weight management. These are all the things that it helps with and for this product is fight hormonal weight gain, right? So different product different problem solution.

By the way, if you're a new viewer here, my name is Jordan Hayes. I actually run a marketing agency where we help e-commerce brands scale their revenue profitably. Now, if you're running an e-commerce brand, you're doing over 100K per month in revenue, and you're facing challenges with scale, maybe your ads or your funnel is not working as well as it used to or should be, or even if it's just a lack of time and resource to put into scaling this part of the business, then that's exactly what we help with. So, down below this video, there'll be a link to book a call with me. We'll have a conversation about your business, learn more about the challenges, your objectives, and see if there's a fit for us to work together. Worst case scenario, I can provide some insights as we're seeing with our other clients to help you at your current stage of your business. And as I mentioned, this is what brands do at least 100k per month in revenue and they need help with scaling and obviously want to scale profitably. And in the way in which we help brands scale is we provide services across both customer acquisition and customer retention done for you services which are completely hands-off. We take care of everything for you. And that includes media buying, CRO, landing pages, ad creative, email marketing, SMS marketing, overall growth strategy, lifetime value optimization, all that stuff. Okay, so with that said, let's get back to the video.

And this one is hormone free size back formula with back like this list the the ingredients and then again what it helps with cycle support for hormone regulation and then it gets into common signs of hormone imbalance. So likely that customers are coming here need a little bit more education on the problems just so that we can meet the customers where they're at just to make sure that maybe this is like a problem where audience but they don't really know that there's a solution for the home environments. Maybe we're trying to bridge that gap. And then finally this one is vaginal probiotic and probiotic capsules. And this is a little bit different structure, but basically it's still targeting the same issues and what it what it does.

Next thing we go into social proof, right? So it's just some customer reviews, customer review carousel, and we see the same thing here and here and here. And then what we're doing is we're immediately showing the product. Okay? So while some inverted PDPs, they don't show the product to the end. This is showing the product I say about 20 20 25% of the scroll depth. Right? So we're getting into the product and obviously the offer section where you can actually buy. And of course, you know, if you were to hit this button, it's going to take you to that product section as well. Okay? So this is a classic like buy box product section where we have the headline, we have the reviews, we have a sub headline and then what we do is we have the offer section. Now what you can also do here is you can add some bullet points you know some some key benefits but you know that's covered elsewhere on the page. Select purchase type subscriber save one time and then quantity very very simple and they follow the structure for all their products right they have the subscriber and save and the one plan and you know this one has gummies and capsule but yeah you can see the same thing that is happening over and over again.

Now ways I would test you know things I would test here is a quantity break offer. I've gone through this multiple times on my on my channel where you can basically have, you know, buy one, buy two, buy three, but then you show like the per unit, the per jar pricing. And as I select more quantities here, you can see that the per jar pricing goes down. Uh, but, you know, I would just format this a different way that we've gone through my channel. I'll link those videos somewhere, you know, around this video where you can check those out because I do think they are very very helpful for structuring offers that will allow you to increase average order value but also increase conversion at the same time.

Okay, as we continue scrolling down, what comes next is more education. today's world causes endocrine disruption. We're introducing them to the problem and why it's happening and you know different different areas where you know how today's world and our environment is causing different different endocrine disruption and then it's all about the science right? So a lot of education here. Health related products, you know, of course education is really really important and and seeing the science here as well. Again, coming back into the science and this one is also actually goes into how it works first, but then the science. Okay, so again, they found something that works very well for them. Like we went through with this structure from Viva, we had the hero section, we had authority builder, we had social proof, trust bar, some more authority, a mini listical on the page, FAQ and then a B by section. Every page we looked at from them, it was the same structure. So it's really about find like pairing these elements together for consumer psychology, for education, taking the concept of your journey to introduce into your solution, your product and then finding you know the combination of those elements that work together. And the key here is not to be not to over complicate it. Simplification works very well, right? and contrary to popular belief, but you want to keep things simple and you want to slowly stack things on top of each other to see what works best.

As we scroll down, we get into key ingredients. If you're selling products, you know, ingestables, ingredients is of course something that you want to include, but especially for health related products, you know, you also want to add why like why you use these ingredients, like what do they support, right? And and of course, you know, some additional formulation uh that you know can help you decommoditize your product on from the rest of the market. Okay? Then we get into social proof areas where um you know we're seeing customers with the product, some more reviews. This this one actually has clinically proven like studies which is great. Some additional like trust bar and then more customer reviews as well. Okay, so very very interesting format of product page is clearly working well for this brand.

And other things I wanted to go through that they're using to help with the scaling is that they're using multiple channels. Right? We just went through DTOC which of course you know is is the most popular, but they're also on Amazon, right? And they're doing very well on Amazon. See like 12,000 reviews just on on this product alone. and wholesale as well. They're on Target. 4,000 reviews on Target and then we see this one on Walmart as well. So, I would say if you can go into wholesale, you can go into Amazon. Definitely do so because it's going to allow you to diversify your strategy a little bit. And of course when someone searches for your brand and they see that you're on Amazon, they see that you're on Target, on Walmart, it adds a lot of trust to the brand and just yeah that you're a real company basically and that you know if they see all these reviews across multiple different platforms it just cements that even more that you're an authority that you're real and you know that they can trust you. So I would definitely introduce that the brands that are introducing that are definitely seeing you know better results compared to the ones that aren't.

And other things you can introduce I've seen this brand do very well is influencer marketing. So if we just go back here, you know, to new way to scale e-commerce brand, which I've covered in a different video is having different things, not just paid ads, but you know, leveraging organic traffic, social media content, influencer marketing partnerships. If you search for this brand and their reviews, you would find that they have a lot of YouTube reviews from authorities in the space reviewing the product. And of course, you can do podcast advertising/outome and what that's going to allow you to do is just diversify your customer acquisition strategy.

So that's all for this video. Hopefully this is helpful to see different structures of landing pages that you can apply different elements of landing pages as well that when you bring them together they create this very seamless experience that takes you through a journey on landing page of education and product introduction promise and proof and yeah, if you have any questions in down below. If you are looking for a partner to help you scale your e-commerce brand, then there'll be a link below this video where you can check out my website. We can have a chat about your business, discuss current challenges, what your objectives are, and if this is a fix to work together. So that's all for this video. I'll see you in the next.
