Excuse me, sir. Sir, how old were you when you made your first million?
>> 27.
27. And how did you get rich? How did you get rich?
>> I was a hired assassin.
>> No. No. No. Tell me, man. How did you get rich, man? What did you do?
>> Built five companies and sold them for about a million dollars.
>> What line of business were you in?
>> I'll tell you what. I'll give you three chances. If you can guess it, I'll give you a million dollars.
>> A million?
>> You're in finance?
>> Nope.
>> Entertainment?
>> No.
>> Tech?
>> Nope.
>> No.
>> So, what line of business were you in business?
>> Pest control.
>> Say pest control. Can I interview you for a minute? I go all over the world interviewing billionaires to help the younger generation.
>> Give me one lesson about business right here that is not taught in school. So 43% of people who make $2 million or more per year are in boring, unsexy businesses and it's not on anybody's radar. A lot of people they want to get into restaurants. They think it's fun. But restaurants have like a 3 to 6% profit margin. A lot of these boring businesses like portaotties 25%.
>> Yeah.
>> Now that's pretty sexy to me.
>> Are you a good salesman?
>> Yeah. One of the best.
>> One of the best. Well, what's your secret to salesman? Give me a sales master class right here for everybody who bought it.
>> It's body language. Like you got to be able to set the customer at ease, be able to talk to them and talk to them like a friend.
>> Give me another one.
>> Option closes. If you're going to close somebody, just give them two options that are in your best interest. We're going to be here tomorrow and the next day. Which day would work better for you?
>> They don't teach stuff in school.
>> Uh, not a lot.
>> But where do the richest people in the world put their money after making a billion bucks? Where do you put that money today?
>> It's AI.
>> AI?
>> Yeah. Just invested in proficiency. No.
>> Why not?
>> I think today is the easiest time in history to be able to start a business. Definitely want to start an LLC.
>> So, there's a company that I use along with the most successful entrepreneurs. Have you ever heard of Busy?
>> No.
>> You ever heard of Bizzy? So, pretty much it helps people structure their businesses properly, helps them set up their LLC and escort from day one. And we partnered up with them to give people access to 50 businesses that they can start for less than $500.
>> It's incredible. How old are you today?
>> 49. If me and you died tomorrow and you had one more message to leave the younger generation, what would that be?
>> Sales, man. Get into sales. The more you know about sales, the better you'll do as an entrepreneur. You got amazing advice, my friend. Appreciate that. And I I connect with all the billionaires that I interview. Could I get your contact?
