I could see the individual that was in that room and I immediately recognized him and I knew that I was seeing God.
I was just amazed at what that realm was like. Um, what that existence was like. The love that permeated everything, the honor that we had for each other. I was astounded by how much I knew, how much I understood, how many gifts and talents I had. And yet, as I observed that and saw that in myself, it wasn't like I stood apart from anybody else. It wasn't like, oh my goodness, I am just so much better than anybody else. It wasn't that way at all. It was, we are all amazing. I can't believe how amazing we really truly are.
"God said that you would be successful in your life as long as you look to God, right?"
"Did that come with a specific religion?"
This is Beyond with Heather Tash, where we examine near-death experiences and life itself, hopefully making this life a little better. Hello everybody, welcome. I am so thrilled that you are here today to hear my guest and welcome to my guest Joanna Oblander. Hello Joanna.
Hi Heather. Thank you. It's nice to be able to talk to you today.
It's great to have you here. Your experience was so incredible. You were face to face with God and many people during this experience have a life review, but you really had a life preview. So, you were looking at time before you came to Earth. And I think that is so fascinating. So, please, um, just give us a lead-up into what happened and then step us right on through it.
Okay. Well, um, prior to my near-death experience, I had been having 24/7 migraines for about 13 years at that point. Um, I had, I was married. I had a family. Um, my husband and I had been able to adopt two children from Russia through divine guidance that was received. So, I wasn't really a stranger to dealing with God. Um, but by that time, uh, after we adopted our children, or actually just prior to adopting the children, we took on another business, excuse me. Um, we were self-employed and so we were running two businesses and for anybody who is self-employed, they know that's taking on a lot. But, um, we felt like we needed to do that. Unfortunately, um, after taking on two additional children in addition to the four we already had, and those businesses, and, uh, dealing with the 24/7 migraines, I was running on adrenaline and, um, began to not run on adrenaline successfully anymore. I was not able to keep up. I wasn't able to do everything that I needed to do that was my part in running those businesses. Um, our four biological children were all in their teens. They had busy schedules. We were trying to keep up with them. And I began to fail, uh, really miserably. I, and as a result, our businesses began to be impacted horribly and, um, I felt like I was letting my family down, that I was letting everybody down, that I was failing in life. And, um, that particular day, I had a few bill collectors call me and that wasn't a good thing for me. Um, financial stress was one of my depressive triggers. And the last bill collector that called me, um, I tried to explain to her that I was trying to catch things up. I was dealing with 24/7 migraines. I was dealing with severe depression and, um, just asked her to please be patient with me and my situation and that I was trying to get things turned around. And she was not, um, sympathetic in any way, shape, or form. She let loose, um, and told me that I was a horrible, despicable person, that it was all my choosing, that everything was my fault, that, um, that I could do things if I wanted to. And, um, her call convinced me of what I had already convinced myself personally. Um, she basically confirmed everything I had told myself about myself, that I was horrible, that I was despicable, that, um, I was failing. And so I just became completely convinced at that moment that my family was going to be better off without me. That everybody would be better off without me, uh, being in their lives, burdening their lives. And, um, so that night, I got on my knees and said a prayer to God. I just felt like it was really important to let him know of my plans. I wasn't looking for him to talk me out of it. I, I honestly don't think, um, that could have happened at that particular moment. Um, but I knew that God had been a part of my life. He had guided our adoption of our children. He had, he had blessed me so much. I knew that he had blessed me with wonderful children. He had blessed me with an amazing husband. Um, I just felt like I needed to thank him for what he had done for me and to apologize for my failure. And I told him that he knew and I knew that I had given my life everything I had, that I didn't have anything more to give, that I had failed, and that the next day I would be taking my life. And that I hoped he would welcome me when that time came with open arms, but that if he needed to send me to hell, I would understand and I would be okay with that because I knew that it just couldn't be any worse than what I was already experiencing.
So after saying my prayer, I climbed into bed and cried myself to sleep. And what seemed like not a, a very long time, um, after I fell asleep, I became aware of an angel standing over me. And when I saw him, he was reaching his arm out to me. And he didn't say anything to me, but I knew that he was wanting me to take hold of his hand. And I did. And as I took a hold of his hand, he pulled my spirit out of my body and began to pull me through this conduit, um, through space. And as he pulled me through the conduit, he was always a little bit ahead of me. And I could see through the walls. Although I could see that that there were walls, I could see through them and I could see all the stars and planets and everything else that was a part of our galaxy and, and I, I'm quite certain I traveled with my angel through many galaxies. I was aware that we were traveling incredible distances that, um, that I was being pulled through that conduit, um, for massive distance, distances. I, I don't really know how to say that adequately, but while I was in the conduit with my angel, I could see everything and it was, it was just so beautiful and so amazing. And I just watched everything. And even though we were traveling, I knew very quickly, um, there just wasn't the sensation of travel like you would expect if you were traveling that fast. And it seemed very smooth. And, um, as I've shared with my family, um, we're water skiers in our family and there's, um, there's just about nothing smoother than skiing on what we call glass, which is when water is just completely ripple-free and it's just smooth. And so I could feel the movement, but it just felt like I was skiing on glass. Um, it, and yet we were traveling extensive, extensive distances and we finally arrived at our destination. And I could see this large complex of rooms and I never did see the outside of the, the complex. I only saw the interior of the complex, but I could see all these rooms and the walls and, and everything that was in them. I was able to see through the walls of these rooms as they would just kind of melt away as I looked in different directions. And I could see the individuals that were in those rooms and the instructors. And most of the rooms, I would say, seem to have two or three instructors, not just one. And the rooms were laid out in a typical schoolroom fashion, but they weren't typical in the sense of what was being taught there. So, they were, they were classrooms, but they were classrooms that were sharing what it would be like to have certain experiences on Earth. And, um, everybody there was very intent on learning and understanding what certain experiences would be like for them in, um, during their mortal experience. And everybody there was really focused on what experiences would help them be more like God. And their criteria was not what would be the funnest or what would be, um, the most delightful or what would make them most happy. It was, what will teach me the most? What will help me be most like God? And I realized as I watched those rooms and looked at them that this was a place I was very familiar with. I had been there before. I had spent a lot of time there. I, I was familiar with the layout. I knew which subjects were being taught in which rooms and who most of the instructors were and, um, I just became very intent on watching them and listening to their discussions. And a lot of questions were asked of the instructors and they, um, it was just amazing to watch and I became so engrossed in it and they, they weren't concerned about what would be easy or, or any of those things. And I remember watching two guys, um, sitting next to each other and they, they were in the classroom that was teaching what cystic fibrosis would be like. And the one turned to the other and he said, "I think this would really work for me." And as I, um, watched with my mortal perspective, realizing that this wasn't the perspective of those classrooms whatsoever, their perspective was, what could help me be more loving and what could help me be better and what could help me be more like God? And that's what we wanted there more than anything is, is to become like God, to become like our Father in Heaven, and to be as amazing and wonderful and perfect as he is. And so as I watched that, those classrooms, my angel had to get my attention and he motioned for me to look to my left, to towards another room. But this room was not a classroom. It was just a room with two chairs in it. And as I looked towards that room, I was able to see through the walls just like I had the classrooms. And I could see the individual that was in that room. And I immediately recognized him. And I knew that I was seeing God, even though he was turned so that his back was towards me. And I was so amazed that I recognized him so easily. So, as I looked at God and looked at what he was looking at, I saw that he was watching two people approach the door of the room and that he could look through the door and see through that door and that wall like I could. And he moved towards the door to open it. And as he did, I saw that the two individuals that had approached the room he was in were myself and the man who is now my husband, Greg. And as I saw us, um, I was amazed and all of my memories of that existence were restored. I could remember all of the interactions that I had had with him and everyone else that I knew there and loved there. Um, I was able to remember all of my interactions, all of the people I knew. I was, I was just amazed at what that realm was like. Um, what that existence was like, the love that permeated everything, the, the honor that we had for each other. We were all so very different and unique. And yet, that didn't matter. We just supported each other and loved each other and honored each other. And, and one of the things that I was so astounded by as I watched it with my mortal perspective was how much we loved God and how devoted we all were to him and how much we wanted to be like him. And I realized that those classrooms I had been watching, I understood once again how important those rooms were. And how important the choices we were making were. And we didn't care whether our experiences in mortality were going to be difficult or challenging or heart-wrenching. We cared about how much those experiences could help us be like our Father in Heaven. And that was our intention. That was our purpose. We just wanted to be as loving as he was and as perfect as he was. And we understood that it was a process that we had to go through. And that it didn't really matter how long we lived. It didn't matter, uh, whether we were rich and famous. It didn't matter whether we were beautiful or handicapped. It mattered what those experiences could make of us. And that was our intention. And as I was reunited with all of those memories, it was, it was just astounding and I was amazed by myself. Um, in my book, I describe it as a reunion with myself and it really was, it, it was like being reunited with the real me. I no longer had the depression. Of course, I, I had the complete full understanding of what this life was about. I had, I was able to see and and know everything that I knew there and my understanding was so much more advanced than it is here in mortality. Despite our differences, despite our different talents or different propensities that we had. And I was shown a, what I'll call a great debate. Um, and those of us that had fought for God in this debate, who had defended his plan for this world, were the ones who were now in these classrooms preparing for Earth and to, to have a mortal experience. And I just became so a part of that. And I was so grateful to be able to see who I was. And my angel had to get my attention again because I was no longer, um, paying attention to me and Greg entered the room. I just had become so engrossed with all those memories. And so as I turned my attention back to the room, our Father in Heaven greeted us and as he did so, he hugged us and he thanked us for coming. And as he hugged me, I both experienced it as I had the first time and I watched it up beside my angel and I just didn't want to ever leave his arms. When he was done giving us hugs, he gestured towards the two chairs that were in the room and he motioned for me to sit down in the one chair and he had Greg stand behind me and somehow I knew that Greg knew the purpose of that meeting. And he began to rub my shoulders as if to reassure me that it would be okay. And it's hard to explain what it was like there, but there was just so, not only was there the love, but there was so much confidence. We had so much trust in our abilities and, and in our ability to, to do good things. And so I knew by that gesture that Greg made that I was, that this was an important meeting and, and I was a little concerned, but I also knew that at that point, um, it had already been decided that Greg and I would be together, um, on Earth. And, um, so as I, as, as God sat down in front of me, and the chairs were positioned so that we were virtually knee to knee, and he took a hold of my hands and looked into my eyes and he told me that he had asked me to come, or asked us to come, because he had something very important to ask of me. He had an important mission that he was asking me to fulfill for him. And as I looked into his face, I no longer began, I no longer watched the meeting beside my angel. It was all as though I had experienced it again. And I knew that I was watching a meeting that had happened prior to this life. And as I looked into his face, his face was just so perfect. And he was so perfect. And in this world, we can only imagine what perfect looks like. But there, he truly was and is all-knowing, all his abilities were all-encompassing. His, there's just no gap to him. There's no deficit. There's no, there's not anything he lacks in intelligence, in an understanding, in ability, in his ability to love. It was truly incomprehensible. And yet, I saw it. And I couldn't believe that I had been able to forget his face because I knew it so well and I knew him so well. And so as he shared with me what he was asking me to do, he described everything that he was asking. And then he turned and motioned for me to look back through the conduit that my angel had brought me through. And as I did that, somehow it was, I was able to see through the conduit and to the Earth and see exactly what my life would look like if I accepted this mission that he was asking me to fulfill. And it was as though Earth was only 25 feet away. I could just look and see everything about my life as it was going to occur. I could see everything that was going to happen. But I also understood that what I was, what I was seeing was dependent on my choices. That as long as I look to God to assist me, to be my guide in my life, that this was what my life would ultimately look like. But if ever during my life, I rejected God or I turned away from him and, and lived my life without his influence, that what I was seeing would change. I didn't know how it would change. I didn't know what that would look like. But I knew that what I was seeing was, was what my life would look like. And after being shown everything, something about what I had been shown was deeply concerning to me. I, I, I don't know that it's the first time that I felt any kind of trepidation in that experience, but I would guess that it was one of the few moments, if I had ever felt that before. And I was really concerned about whether or not I would be able to succeed in accomplishing what I was being asked to accomplish. And he was able to read my thoughts and he looked at me and he said, "I know that what I'm asking you to do will be very difficult, but I would never ask you to do anything that you weren't able to accomplish with my help." And he said, "As long as you remember me, you will succeed." And he continued to reassure me with those words, "As long as you remember me, you will succeed." And I just kept thinking about, but what if I fail? To me, in that realm of existence, the worst thing that I could have done was to fail God and to, to not succeed with what he was asking me to succeed with. And, um, and then the thought occurred to me that he would never, he would never do anything to cause me to fail. He would never ask me to do something that he knew I couldn't ultimately accomplish. And so I accepted the mission that he asked me to take on. And he squeezed my hands. He had been holding my hands the entire time. And he squeezed my hands and he looked at me and he said, "You have made the right decision. Thank you for accepting this mission." And, and he also told me, he said, "Remember, I will always be with you and never ever, even though you may not always feel me, will I ever leave you. I will always be there." And he also reminded me that Greg would be with, with me too, and that he would be there as a support for me. And so as we concluded the meeting, um, and stood, he gave me another hug and I just again, never wanted to leave his embrace. And as we went to leave the room, then the next thing I knew, I found myself back in my body. And I wasn't shown the, the trek back. Um, I just was back in my body. And I had hoped that when I returned to my body, that I would be headache-free and depression-free, that I would be well again. But I wasn't. Um, but after that experience, I knew, of course, I wasn't going to do anything to take my life, that I would need to find a way to hold on. I couldn't always feel God with me, but I knew he was there. And, um, and so from that point on, um, things began to fall into place, um, that helped me to eventually be headache-free and now to be able to do the things I'm working on.
Wow. What a story that you had and what an experience that you had. It's so mind-blowing, everything that you went through. I mean, I can't imagine being face to face with God and having him hug you and hold your hand. Um, it must have just been utterly incredible.
It totally was utterly incredible. And there just aren't enough words or adequate words. I, I only know basically English, but, uh, I don't think there are words in any language that could describe him, that could, that could adequately describe what it's like to be with him or even to be back in that realm of existence. Um, I've learned a lot about other near-death experiences since that time. And the one thing that seems consistent, even though our experiences can be very different and are very different, is just that you just don't want to leave. You know, you just don't want to be without that. I don't know if I would call it energy or, I mean, I think love is an energy, but you just don't want to ever be denied that presence and being a part of it.
It was interesting that God was in the form. It sounded like a man. Do you think that's who he is or that's who God presented himself to be to you at that time?
My personal belief is that's who he is. That he has, um, a body just like ours, which I know contradicts some Christian beliefs and, and other beliefs, but, um, but I don't, I don't think it matters how somebody perceives him, as long as they understand that he knows each of us. He's aware of each of us. He is completely perfect. I see a lot of mankind try to put human traits on him. He's to do so, I think, shortchanges us when you realize that we may not be able to comprehend how he knows each of us personally. For any of us who have been blessed to develop a relationship with him, again, it doesn't matter whether he has a body or not. It matters that we know him and that we recognize he knows us. And so, I, I just think of it as, as the miracle to me that it is, that he can have however many children he has and treat every single one of us as though we were the only thing he needed to give attention to. And, and how he accomplishes it, I have no idea. I just know he does.
It's also such an important message when you said, even when we don't feel God, God is always with us. And, um, it is nice to know how personal God is with each one of us in terms of the relationship. Your pre-birth memories is another astounding aspect of your experience and you believed that you had lived for eons. Correct? And, and?
Right.
And did you bring back any memories in terms of like, what do we do for eons?
No. Um, I wish that I could have brought back with me all of those memories. I think, um, and maybe I, maybe that's an error on my part because I know that part of this life is to develop faith. Part of the purpose of this life is to develop faith in God and his ability to help us. Um, but many, many times I would love to have those memories restored just for five minutes. It's like, okay, I really could use a boost today. Um, could you just give me that glimpse again, just, just for a few minutes? So, but even though I haven't been allowed to remember all of those memories, including from what I was shown of my life, um, I've been allowed to remember what I felt as I saw those things, as I was reunited with those memories. I can remember just very small portions of watching the classrooms, of that debate I witnessed, of, of seeing, I, I don't remember the specific individuals that I saw other than I know I was shown, um, events that included my now husband. He wasn't my husband there. Um, but I can remember very well the feelings I felt as I saw those and was reunited with those memories and those experiences and, um, and, and normally, except on really, really difficult days, that's enough to sustain me. And, um, just knowing that, okay, remember who you, who you think you are, and I'm talking to myself based on my mortal experiences, is not the picture. It's not the real picture. It's only this tiny sliver. And who I really am is that, that individual that I was reunited with in the, in, in my previous existence. I mean, I don't think when I say previous existence, I don't think we have separate existences. I just think we have se different phases of existence. And so, um, knowing that I was there for eons or had been a part of that for eons, that's who I really am. It's hard to identify with that some days, but I just know that I have this really distorted understanding of who I really am in this existence.
I think that's something wonderful for all of us to realize how much more we are, especially when we're having a hard time. So, just remind us again, who are we all in reality?
We are amazing beings that are eternal and so knowledgeable, so talented, so gifted, so, so inspiring. If every single one of us could be reunited of our memories of, of that realm, we would be so inspired, so amazed at who we are.
It's so nice to hear. One thing that you saw in the classroom is people were choosing things that here on Earth we would think were not so desirable in terms of lives. And it was interesting too, you even talked about it didn't really matter how long our lives were. So, is there a benefit to choosing a hard life? Are we learning more when we do that? Or why would we want to choose a hard life? Because it, it, it seems to, to contradict what we think life should be like here.
Um, I think most of us just think that we want our, we want to not have to worry about finances. We want to not have to worry about health. We want to not worry about losing loved ones or any of those challenges that are just a part of this life. And, and I, I think that we see a glimpse of heaven, so to speak. Not to, I realize that's the name of my book, but, but in this sense, I'm not trying to refer to that. I'm trying to just, I think we all have little glimpses of who we truly are and why we're truly here. When something does happen, say like, um, a natural disaster happens and I think for, for the majority of us, our hearts go out to anybody who is affected and we want to help. We want to serve them. I think that's an inherent desire that we've brought with us. And I also think that when we're going through a very difficult time, it's natural for us to not enjoy that challenge, that difficulty. But once we're on the other side of that difficulty and it's in the past and we can look back on it, very seldom do we ever want to give up that experience in our life because I think we inherently understand the gift of learning that that experience gave us. And I have several friends even that have been through cancer or different health challenges or losses and, and they share that they wouldn't, they wouldn't give up that experience now because, what, because of what they gained from it. And I think that's a little glimpse when we have those moments of our eternal self saying, "Yeah, that's why you're here. You came to learn and this experience helped you learn in a way that a vacation to Hawaii never was going to make it happen." And, and yet, even though I understand that, uh, watching my loved ones go through challenges, I still have moments that really challenge me. Um, my oldest daughter lost her husband unexpectedly about, well, almost, it will be four years in December and he left her with four or six children to raise on her own. And when that happened, my first reaction to that was, "No, please don't make her go through that." And I'm going to guess that as she's gone through that, that she's had the same feelings. You know, why, why do I have to go through this? Why does this have to be so hard? Why did he have to leave us? And, um, I don't have the answers to that question. I just know that through it all, if we allow him to be, that God is there with us.
While you were in this heavenly realm, and, and you call this heaven, correct? Where you were?
You know, I do call it heaven. I don't know if that's really what it was, but, but it seemed like it.
So, while you were there, you were really hoping you would succeed and God was encouraging you. What happens if we don't succeed?
Um, I really don't know the answer to that question. I know that from what I know of God, that he is merciful. I do believe that as long as we look to him for guidance, that we will ultimately succeed. Even though that success may not look like what we think it should look like. You know, we may get to the end of our lives and think, "Oh, I didn't accomplish everything that I needed to accomplish, therefore, you know, I must have failed." I don't think that that's the same way God sees it. I think that as long as we're doing our best, we are succeeding. And that doesn't mean that every day we've checked off everything on our task list or that we've done everything. But I also think that our way of judging ourselves is not, is not reflective of how God judges us. Um, I understand because of my near-death experience that some of the most important things we do is not necessarily becoming the head of a corporation or world-famous or any of those things. Very often, the most important thing we do during our day is to let someone know that we love them, to, um, share a compliment, to give somebody a hug, just to listen to somebody and, and let them know that they're being seen and they're being heard and that they matter.
I have to ask this because everybody wants to know and if I don't ask, they, um, tell me, "Oh, why didn't you ask this?" Do you remember what God looked like?
Yes and no. Um, I am not able to remember his features when I try to remember what he looked like, but I was once shown a painting of him. Um, it was actually a painting of Jesus. And I believe they're two separate individuals. I don't remember seeing Jesus. I saw God the Eternal Father. Um, but I also believe that they look very much alike. And again, if somebody thinks they're one and the same, it doesn't matter to me because I understand that their intentions and their purposes are the same. And, um, and I believe Jesus is also perfect. But when I saw this painting, it was almost like I was seeing him again. And unfortunately, I saw it once and I've never been able to find it again. And it's not the typical, um, portrayals of him, but when I saw him, it was like, "Yeah, that's, that's as close as I've seen." So, I guess I don't know if I've answered your question very well, but I, I have not been allowed to just remember his face, just like I can remember the face of my husband or my children. But, but when I saw it, I knew I was seeing it.
"God said that you would be successful in your life as long as you look to God, right?"
"Did that come with a specific religion?"
I don't think so. I, I think that you can be many different religions. I think as long as you're developing and have a relationship with him, when you're sincerely trying to listen to him and to let him guide you, that's, and I think that if, if you are doing that, um, that you would be inclined to be part of a religion. Not that I think you have to be, but I, I, I know that in today's world, a lot of people frown on religion. They think that structured religion, um, is not the, the most perfect ideal way to deal with your relationship with God. But what I see happens with religions is that when you're seeking that personal relationship with God and then you're part of a united congregation, that as a congregation, you can be more effective in serving the world at large than you generally can be as an individual.
Much of this started because you had these debilitating migraines. You did find out eventually what was causing them. So, what was causing the migraines?
Monosodium glutamate.
MSG.
MSG.
For anybody listening, if you have ever had a migraine, um, here's something that you won't hear the doctor say. A lot of times it comes from food. And I say this because I also had migraines. I went to doctors, neurologists for over 20 years. Never once did they say, "Hey, could it be what you're eating?" And on my own, I figured out for me it was gluten. So, I just want to encourage anybody out there that has migraines, you know, to, to look, you know, consider food and what you're eating because that could wipe them out instead of the medication that doctors often prescribe. So.
Yeah, if you're like me, the medications did nothing, including the shots. And, uh, my neurologist eventually said, you know, it's all in your head. I think you need to seek therapy. And the pain was in my head, but it wasn't imagined. And, um, were it not for God guiding my husband to go back to school and to become a chiropractor, I probably would still be having the headaches. I would like to think that I would have found it, but I, I, I spent hours and hours searching the internet trying to figure out what was causing my, my migraines. And it was only after he went back to school and the doctors at his school worked with me and, and it took 18 months of them working with me because they were looking for an underlying cause. So, unfortunately, MDs, allopathic doctors, they look to match symptoms with medications. They weren't looking to find the underlying cause. So, I'm so thankful that you found your cause because migraines are excruciating. And now as I look back on those 15 years that I ended up having them, I am just so grateful that I don't have them any longer. And I see the miracle it was that I was able to function as well as I did for as long as I did.
I am so glad they're resolved for you as well. And medication did work for me, but I would much rather find out what's causing them and stop them before they start than to always throw things at them. And, and I think doctors just don't have time. And, uh, and I do wish though that they would mention, consider what you're eating, right?
Your story is astounding. I have so enjoyed talking to you. You have a book and it has all of this incredible story laid out. So, tell us about your book and where people can find it.
Uh, so my book shares my near-death experience. It's called A Glimpse of Heaven: One Woman's Life-Altering Visit with God. It's available on Amazon. Um, it additionally shares the experience of being told to find my son and the resulting adoption of he and his sister, and it shares my, my healing experience as well.
Your story of adoption, I know, is also really, really incredible. So, I know it's, you know, people really going to enjoy your book. I have so loved talking to you. There's so many things we covered. I know there's so much more I could cover, but if there is one thing that you hope people walk away from listening to this today, what would you want them to take with them?
I would want them to know that God is with them and that he will assist them as much as they will allow him to assist them. And I know that sometimes it can feel like he has abandoned them or that he's punished them or whatever it is that they might feel. But he's real. He does love them. He not only loves them, he loves them perfectly. He, he may not bless each of us unconditionally, but he loves each one of us unconditionally. And I think everybody should know that. And, and never give up on ourselves. Never, never give up on our life and never give up on our ability to overcome and to learn.
Such important messages, Joanna. I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed our conversation and hearing about your story. There's so much detail to it. You really fill in so much in terms of visualizing what comes next and, and as you pointed out, where we started. And so I have really enjoyed talking to you today.
Well, thank you. I've enjoyed our time together.
Thank you so much.
You are welcome.
I loved, loved, loved talking to Joanna. What a story she had to share with us. Everything that she experienced and she's also just a really delightful human. I so enjoyed talking with her both during the recording and also before and after. So, uh, really wonderful there, very genuine and everything she shared was just incredible. This idea that we live before this and the things she was describing, I love hearing that. I love hearing about pre-birth memories. The idea that we live for eons, that is just mind-blowing to wrap our heads around. And I'd love to know your thoughts. What was it that that stood out to you? Was it something else that stood out to you? Please share that in the comments. Your comments really help this channel. And I also really enjoy reading them. So, thank you for all of you that do comment each and every week. The other thing I would love to hear or see in the comments, I should say, is I want to hear from those of you that have had migraines and think that this maybe could help you. Just realizing that food may be your trigger. It might be a different food for different people, but it's worth investigating. And also, I'd love to hear from any of you that figured that out as well. I never had a doctor say that to me. That was something I had to discover on my own. So, you won't hear it always from somebody else. You just got to kind of figure it out yourself. So, good luck to all of you that are trying to do that. I really hope that somebody is listening to this that really needs to hear it. I will have Joanna's links in the description. You'll also find there a link to all of my past episodes. And of course, there's a link there, too, where you can find her book and all of the books I've ever mentioned on my show. They're all in one place. So, always go to the description to look for more information there. I do want to say thank you to those of you that have become members, and you can check out the link in the description for that as well. It's a few bucks a month, um, for the lowest membership level. And hopefully, those of you that are members have been enjoying some of the little behind-the-scenes things I've been sharing with you. And I really do appreciate that extra support. It means a lot to me. But I also want you to know for those of you that haven't become members, no big deal. You are always welcome here. I never want you to feel obligated. Um, and then as I say that, I want to mention too, I've got a shop. But again, no obligation. You don't need to buy anything, pay for anything. You can always watch these for free. And I'm thrilled to have you here. The one thing I do just ask though, is that you always give it a like and you also comment. And hey, if you know someone else who may like it, please share it as well. That all really helps my channel. Thank you everybody for being here today. I have another great guest coming up and that is next week. So, always come looking for me each and every week. Do not count on YouTube to send me out. Go to Beyond with Heather Tesh.
