Excuse me, but may I know who you are to dare to say that the master of the youth of Paradise is not right? He erred. >> Was the departure of Al-Hussein to the land of Kufa correct, in agreement with the scholars of the Sunnah? The speech is that his departure was not correct. Why? Because the matter was dominated by Yazid bin Muawiyah. We have a rule that says if a tyrannical imam emerges, and someone comes out and takes over our affairs by the sword and by blood, and dominates us, and no one can do anything with him, and his affairs are settled, then it is not for us to dispute with him, nor to argue with him, nor to fight him, nor to rise up against him. Rather, we pray to God for hearing and obedience until the word of the Muslims is united, and we preserve the blood of Muslims. The matter was dominated by Yazid, and Kufa betrayed Al-Hussein. So what was required of him? What was required was that he should not have left. And the result was that they slaughtered him and slaughtered his children. >> But this speech of yours applies when rising up against the ruler is indeed the case. He himself, Sayyidna Al-Hussein, peace be upon him, 1000 times, did not pledge allegiance to Yazid bin Muawiyah. And Sayyidna Al-Hussein, peace be upon him, 2,200,000 times, did not leave Medina and go all the way to Karbala to rise up against the ruler, nor did he aspire to rule. He left for a message, he sacrificed himself for the sake of a message, that the caliphate should not be hereditary, but rather a consultation among Muslims. It is not possible for me, as one of the common people, not a sheikh, not a scholar, to know this information, and you do not know it. And to add to your knowledge, we Egyptians are not Shiites. We are not Shiites. We are Sunnis, father to grandfather. But, and put a million lines under this, we are lovers of the Household of the Prophet. We love the fragrance of our Prophet, peace be upon him. We love Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein. These are the masters of the youth of Paradise. Al-Hussein is the one about whom Sayyidna Muhammad said, "Who made Al-Hussein cry?" No one made him cry, and you are analyzing and separating his head from his body. Oh, it's because he made the wrong decision, he is the one who erred. Allah is sufficient for us. We will meet with Allah. And listen, Sheikh, what the Egyptians will say to you. They will say to you: >> Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein are the two fragrances of the Messenger of Allah. >> Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein are the two grandsons of the Messenger of Allah. Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein, their father is Sayyidna Ali Al-Karrar, Ali bin Abi Talib, the victorious lion of Allah, Ali bin Abi Talib, the conqueror of the gate of Khaybar, Ali bin Abi Talib, Haydar Al-Karrar, Ali bin Abi Talib, the husband of Fatima Al-Zahra. Their mother is Fatima. And who is Fatima? Fatima Al-Zahra, the radiant. Fatima Al-Zahra, the fresh. Fatima, her father's mother. Fatima, who was the most like the Messenger of Allah. Fatima, may Allah be pleased with her and grant her satisfaction. When the beloved, peace be upon him, saw her, he would open his arms and embrace her, kiss her between her eyes, and say, "You are the mother of your father, O Fatima." And who is Fatima? Sayyidna the Prophet said to you, "The pleasure of Fatima is my pleasure. Whoever pleases Fatima has pleased me, and whoever angers Fatima has angered me." O Allah, be pleased with Fatima, her father, her husband, her children, and what is entrusted within her, O Lord of the worlds. >> The Household of the Prophet, O Allah, bless him. The Household of Sayyidna the Prophet is the ark of salvation. Whoever clings to the Household of the Prophet is saved. The Household of Sayyidna the Prophet, whoever clings to them, is saved in this world and the hereafter. The Household of the Prophet have an everlasting glory and a pride that minds cannot encompass. It is enough for you, O sons of Zahra, as a pride, if it is said that your grandfather is the Messenger. Your father is the knight of the battlefield, Ali, and your mother is Fatima Al-Zahra, the radiant, the pure, the purified, the virgin. The Household of the Prophet, in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful: "Allah only wishes to remove [all] impurity from you, O People of the Household, and to purify you with [a thorough] purification." And to purify you with [a thorough] purification. These are a purified lineage, the Household of Sayyidna the Prophet, O Allah, bless him. Sayyidna Al-Hasan and Sayyidna Al-Hussein are in the garden with the beloved, Sayyidna the Prophet, the beautiful, sitting. Sayyidna the Prophet, O Allah, bless him, entered the garden and secluded himself, saying, "No one should enter upon me, no matter who." Sayyidna Al-Hasan and Sayyidna Al-Hussein came to enter upon their beloved grandfather, Sayyidna the Prophet, the beautiful. The companions, including Sayyidna Anas bin Malik, the narrator of the hadith, say that we prevented Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein from entering upon their beautiful grandfather because their beloved grandfather, Sayyidna the Prophet, said, "No one should enter upon me." So we were afraid, and we feared, and we were worried that revelation might descend upon the beloved. So Sayyidna Al-Hussein bin Ali wept out of longing for his grandfather, the Messenger of Allah. >> Sayyidna the Prophet heard the weeping of Sayyidna Al-Hussein, opened the door, and said, "Who made Al-Hussein cry?" They said, "Your request to sit with you, O Messenger of Allah, and we prevented them out of fear that revelation might descend upon you from the sky." So the beloved, peace be upon him, said, "Do not make the son of Al-Hussein cry again, for the weeping of Al-Hussein pains the heart of the Messenger of Allah." >> Our master, the one who is wronged, the master of the youth of Paradise, Sayyidna Al-Hussein, the master of blessings. Sayyidna Al-Hussein, Mr. President, and there is no president for Sayyidna Al-Hussein, because this is the state of Sayyidna Al-Hussein. This is the state of Sayyidna Al-Hussein, the master of blessings. And the blessings here, what did Sayyidna the Prophet say? "I am from Al-Hussein, and Al-Hussein is from me. And whoever loves Al-Hussein is my beloved." >> So, after this speech, what can I say? There is nothing to say. O Allah, bless and grant peace and bestow blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, the beloved, the chosen one. And I send blessings upon the pure Household.
