Section Key Databases. This is a critically important point. We write: "My main database for all tasks is called master task list. My content plan is in the content hub database. Section Work Rules. Here we define his behavior. For example, rule one. If I assign a task and do not specify a deadline, you must always ask me a clarifying question: what deadline should be set for this task? We spent 5 minutes, but laid the foundation for tens of hours of saved time in the future. We have Mark, a digital colleague with clear instructions. A task that would have taken me at least 2 hours was completed in a couple of minutes. And it was just one command. The second case is the headache of everyone involved in content marketing. You have one large quality piece of material. In our case, it is the full transcript of our last YouTube video. To extract maximum benefit from it, it needs to be repurposed. You will never find yourself in a situation where the agent has irreversibly ruined your work. You are always in charge. Now, about what not to expect. At the moment, the agent has several key limitations. Complex formulas and rollups. It will not be able to write a complex formula for you or set up multi-level relationships. Performance. If your workspace is a giant workspace, be prepared that the agent may not work as quickly. Workspace settings. And most importantly, the agent will never be able to change your workspace settings, manage users, or change the pricing plan. Its sandbox is exclusively content within pages.
