Praise God forever more. Say this out loud with me. What God promised, I say. Say it again. What God promised, I say. Now point to yourself and declare, "The Bible is God speaking to me."
So many want God to speak, but they won't listen to what he already said in his word. And the Bible is God speaking directly, personally, continually. Romans 4:20 says that Abraham staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strong in faith, giving glory to God. What did Abraham do? He agreed with what God promised. He didn't argue. He didn't complain. He didn't question. He said what God said.
Romans 10:17 says, "So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God." Not by feelings, not by circumstances, not by newspapers, not by economic reports. Faith comes by hearing God's word. And faith is released by saying God's word.
Proverbs 4:20-22 tells us, "My son, attend to my words. Incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes. Keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh." His word is life. His word is health. His word is medicine. Medicine to what? To all your flesh. Glory to God.
The devil may tell you it won't work. The banker may tell you you don't qualify. The doctor may tell you there's no cure. But what do we say? "What God promised, I say."
If God said in Philippians 4:19, "My God shall supply all your need according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus." Then I say, "My God supplies all my need." Not some, not maybe, not someday, but now.
If God said in Deuteronomy 28:12 that he will bless the work of your hands, then I say the work of my hands is blessed. If he said in Psalm 1 that whatsoever the righteous man does shall prosper, then I say whatsoever I do prospers.
Now hear me. The word of God is not theory. The word of God is not philosophy. The word of God is not guesswork. The word of God is law. The word of God is covenant. The word of God is unchanging. Malachi 3:6 says, "I am the Lord, I change not." So, we start here on this unshakable foundation. What God promised, I say. What God declared, I declare. What God speaks, I echo. Say it with me once more. What God promised, I say.
And I want you to keep that confession alive as we move into this teaching on financial covenant because every step begins right here: agreeing with God's word, speaking it boldly, and refusing to let go.
Now listen closely. Before you can claim Psalm 112, you must know who it belongs to. Verse one says, "Blessed is the man that fearth the Lord, that delightth greatly in his commandments." And verse the third of December, wealth and riches shall be in his house. But who is that man? Who is that righteous one?
2 Corinthians 5:21 says, "For he hath made him to be sin for us who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him." Did you hear that? You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Not when you feel like it, not when you act perfect. Not when others approve. You are the righteousness of God right now in him. Say it out loud. "I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus."
Galatians 3:13-14 says, "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ." What's that blessing? Genesis 13:2 says, "Abraham was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold." Genesis 24:1 says, "The Lord had blessed Abraham in all things." And Galatians says that same blessing belongs to us through Christ.
Turn to your neighbor or if you're alone, point to yourself and say, "That blessing belongs to me."
Now, here's where so many miss it. They think Psalm 112 is talking about somebody else, some saint from long ago, some preacher with a big ministry, some person with a spotless record. No, child of God, Psalm 112 is your family portrait. It's God's covenant picture of you.
Verse two says, "His seed shall be mighty upon earth. The generation of the upright shall be blessed." That's your children, your grandchildren, your spiritual sons and daughters. That's your legacy.
Verse seven says, "He shall not be afraid of evil tidings. His heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord." That's your financial report, your doctor's report, your nation's report. You are not moved. You are not shaken. You are not afraid.
Hebrews 10:23 says, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering, for he is faithful that promised." Do you see it? The word and the confession go together. The promise and the saying go together.
Now repeat this after me. Strong and bold. "Psalm 112 belongs to me. I am the righteousness of God in Christ. Wealth and riches are in my house. My seed is mighty upon the earth. My heart is fixed trusting in the Lord." Hallelujah. That's the righteous foundation. That's why you can stand tall and say, "What God promised, I say."
Now child of God, Psalm 112 not only speaks of what you have, wealth and riches in your house, it also tells us how you stand in the storm. Verse 7 says, "He shall not be afraid of evil tidings. His heart is fixed trusting in the Lord." Evil tidings. That means bad news. Economic collapse. Job loss. Rising prices. Government reports. The news may shout lack, but the righteous man shouts faith. Say it out loud. "My heart is fixed. Trusting in the Lord."
Fear tolerated is faith contaminated. You cannot walk in Psalm 112 and fear famine at the same time. The two don't mix. You're either moved by the word or moved by the world. And if you're moved by the word, you'll be steady. If you're moved by the world, you'll be shaky.
Hebrews 13:6 says, "So that we may boldly say, the Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me." Not timidly whisper, not occasionally mention, boldly say.
Isaiah 41-10 says, "Fear thou not, for I am with thee. Be not dismayed, for I am thy God. I will strengthen thee. Yay, I will help thee. Yay, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." Glory to God. That's talking to you.
Now, let me give you a picture. Faith is like an anchor. You drop it down and the storm comes, but the anchor holds. Psalm 112:7 says, "His heart is fixed." That means anchored, steady, immovable. Say it three times until it registers inside you. "My heart is fixed. Trusting in the Lord." "My heart is fixed. Trusting in the Lord." "My heart is fixed. Trusting in the Lord."
The righteous man doesn't tremble at famine. He doesn't bow to fear. He doesn't panic at reports. His heart is established in the covenant, and his mouth agrees with the promise. So, let the winds blow. Let the voices shout. Let the system shake. You are not afraid of evil tidings because you serve the unchanging God of covenant. The God who cannot lie. The God who has already said wealth and riches shall be in your house. Glory to God.
Now listen, the Bible doesn't just say believe the word. It says say the word. Mark 11:23-24 is the cornerstone. "For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith."
Notice this. Three times Jesus used the word say, and only once the word believe. Why? Because most Christians don't fail in believing, they fail in saying. Faith will not work in your heart if it won't work in your mouth. The word must be spoken. It must be released. It must be confessed.
Hebrews 10:23 tells us, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering. For he is faithful that promise." Hold fast means don't let go. Don't drop it. Don't quit saying it.
Romans 10:8-10 says, "The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart." That is the word of faith which we preach. Did you catch that? Mouth first, then heart. If you want it in your heart, put it in your mouth. Say it until you believe it. And believe it until you see it.
Now, let me give you a simple pattern. Find the promise. Frame it into a confession. Furnish it daily with your mouth. Fasten it until it manifest. Psalm 112 says, "Wealth and riches shall be in his house." So, here's the confession. "I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Wealth and riches are in my house. My seed is mighty upon the earth." Glory to God. That's Bible talk. That's covenant talk. That's faith talk.
Now, I want you to do something practical. Think of that stack of bills on your table. Think of that debt, that lack, that burden. I want you to lift your voice right now and say, "God is my source. My God supplies all my need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Phil 4:19). "The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it." (Prob 10:22). "I say to the mountain of lack, be removed, and be cast into the sea." (Mark 11:23). Say it again and again and again until it's more real than the bills, more real than the debt, more real than the fear. Because the word of God spoken is like a seed. You sow it into your heart and then you water it with praise and harvest always comes. Always. So don't just think it. Don't just wish it. Don't just hope it. Say it. Say it strong. Say it daily. Say it when you feel like it and when you don't. Say it when you see results and when you don't. Because your confession builds the road on which your faith will carry the answer.
Say this out loud with me right now. "I believe the word. I speak the word. I act on the word. And I receive the word." Hallelujah. That's the law of confession.
Now, it's not enough to just say it. You must believe it. Mark 11:24 says, "What things soever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." Notice the order. Believe first, then have. Too many are waiting to have before they believe. But faith believes it before it sees it.
Romans 10:8 says, "The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth and in thy heart." Notice that mouth and heart. You put it in your mouth until it sinks into your heart. You speak it until you believe it. You confess it until the picture changes on the inside.
Proverbs 4:20-22 says, "My words are life unto those that find them and health to all their flesh." The word is medicine. Just like you take a prescription daily, you take God's word daily. You don't say, "Well, I took that pill last year." No, you take it until the infection is gone. God's word is medicine to poverty, medicine to lack, medicine to fear, medicine to confusion.
You see, faith creates an inner image. The word paints a picture inside of you. 2 Corinthians 4:18 says, "We look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen." What are we looking at? The promises of God.
Now, hear me. Before you can walk in prosperity on the outside, you must see yourself prosperous on the inside. If you keep seeing yourself broke, you'll stay broke. If you keep seeing yourself in lack, you'll stay in lack. But if you'll let the word build a new image of abundance, of overflow, of sufficiency, you'll step into it.
Say this with me. "I see myself blessed. I see myself free from debt. I see my house filled with wealth and riches. I see my children mighty upon the earth." Glory to God. That's the inner image. That's the blueprint of faith. You believe it in your heart. You speak it with your mouth. and you act like it's true. And when you believe it, no devil in hell can steal it.
Now, child of God, faith is not just believing and speaking. Faith is acting like the word is true. James 2:17 says, "Faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." One translation says, "Faith without corresponding action is dead." I like to say it this way, "Faith is an act. If you believe it, you'll say it. And if you say it, you'll act on it."
2 Corinthians 9:6-8 gives us the pattern. "He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly. And he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that ye always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work." That's financial faith and action, sowing, giving, acting like the word is true.
Deuteronomy 28:8 says, "The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou setest thine hand unto." But notice, he blesses what you set your hand to, not what you wish for, not what you daydream about, what you do.
Proverbs 21:20 says, "There is treasure to be desired, and all in the dwelling of the wise, but a foolish man spendeth it up." Faith acts wisely. Faith budgets. Faith saves. Faith works.
So, here are three simple acts of faith over your finances.
1. Budget by faith. Order your finances according to God's word. Put him first. Seek you first the kingdom of God. (Mat 6:33).
2. Tithe faithfully. Steward carefully and expect supernaturally.
3. Give by faith. Luke 6:38 says, "Give and it shall be given unto you. Good measure pressed down and shaken together and running over shall men give into your bosom." Giving is faith in action. It's planting seed for a harvest.
4. Work by faith. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Seeest thou a man diligent in his business. He shall stand before kings. He shall not stand before mean men." your job, your business, your craft. It's the field where God commands the blessing.
Now, let me give you an analogy. A deed is a legal document. If the property belongs to you, you don't sit back and wonder. You move in, you use it, you take possession. Hebrews 11:1 says, "Faith is the title deed, the proof of ownership. If God says it's yours, act like it, walk into it, take it by faith."
Say this with me. "I act on the word. I budget by faith. I give by faith. I work by faith. God commands the blessing on all I set my hand to." Hallelujah. Faith is not just a theory. Faith is not just a confession. Faith is an act. And when you act on the word, the word always works.
Now listen, you're either living under the blessing or you're living under the curse. There's no middle ground. Deuteronomy 28 tells us what's under the curse: poverty, sickness, defeat, oppression. Galatians 3:13 says, "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us." Glory to God. You've been bought out of the curse system.
And what did he bring you into? Galatians 3:14 says, "That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ." The same blessing God put on Abraham is on you. Genesis 24-1 says, "The Lord had blessed Abraham in all things, not just spiritual things, all things." Proverbs 10:22 declares, "The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it." That's your portion. Rich in peace, rich in health, rich in provision, rich in opportunities, and without sorrow.
But here's where many believers miss it. They keep talking the curse while they're redeemed to walk in the blessing. They say, "I never have enough. I can't afford it. I'll always be in debt." That's curse talk. You got to switch systems. Stop echoing the curse. Start declaring the blessing.
Deuteronomy 30-19 says, "I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing. Therefore, choose life that both thou and thy seed may live." How do you choose? With your mouth, with your words, with your confession.
Say this boldly with me. "I am not under the curse. I am under the blessing. The blessing of Abraham is mine through Christ Jesus. The blessing of the Lord makes me rich and adds no sorrow with it. I walk in the blessing. I talk the blessing. I live the blessing." Glory to God. That's the system switch. From curse to blessing. From poverty to prosperity. From lack to abundance. From fear to faith.
Psalm 112:2 says, "His seed shall be mighty upon earth. The generation of the upright shall be blessed." Child of God, that's not just about you. It's about your children, your grandchildren, your family line. The blessing is generational. Proverbs 13:22 says, "A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children." God isn't only thinking about your bills this month. He's thinking about your household for generations to come.
Psalm 37-25 says, "I have been young and now am old. Yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread." Did you hear that? Your children will not beg. Your seed will not lack. Your generation will not go under.
But here's the key. You've got to build a household of faith. That means the word is not just in your mouth. It's in your family's mouth. That means Psalm 112 is not just your confession. It's your children's confession. I tell parents all the time, establish a family altar, 10 minutes a day. Open the Bible, read a verse, say a confession, pray together, thank God together. It doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to be consistent. Joshua 24:15 says, "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."
So don't just say it for yourself, say it for your house. Call your children blessed. Call your grandchildren mighty. Call your household overflowing with the goodness of God. Say this with me right now. "My seed is mighty upon the earth. The generation of the upright is blessed. My children are blessed in their mind, blessed in their body, blessed in their finances. Wealth and riches are in our house for generations to come." Glory to God. That's household faith. You're not just building prosperity for yourself. You're laying a foundation for your children's children.
Psalm 67:5-7 says, "Let the people praise thee, oh God. Let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase. And God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us, and all the ends of the earth shall fear him." Did you hear it? Praise unlocks increase. Praise pulls the harvest. Praise makes the earth yield what belongs to you.
Philippians 4:6 says, "Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God." Prayer asks, but thanksgiving receives. Prayer plants, but praise pulls the harvest in.
Psalm 103:1-5 says, "Bless the Lord, oh my soul, and all that is within me. Bless his holy name, who forgiveth all thine iniquities, who health all thy diseases, who redeemth thy life from destruction, who crowneth thee with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfyth thy mouth with good things, so that thy youth is renewed like the eagles." What a list. And what's the key? Bless the Lord. Praise releases it.
You see, faith doesn't whine. Faith doesn't beg. Faith doesn't complain. Faith thanks God before the answer shows up. Faith praises when the cupboard looks empty. Faith sings in the midnight hour. Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises and the prison shook open. (Acts 16:25-26).
So here's your homework. A 7-day praise and provision plan. Every morning, spend three minutes reading Psalm 67 and praising God out loud for supply. Every evening, thank him specifically for what he's already done that day. That's how you train your spirit to pull the harvest with praise.
Now, let's make a confession together. "As I praise, the earth yields her increase. As I praise, doors open, ideas flow, opportunities come. As I praise, God blesses me and all the ends of the earth see it." Hallelujah. Praise is not just what you do when you feel good. Praise is your harvest tool. Praise brings increase.
Mark 11:23 says, "Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith." Notice Jesus didn't say, "Talk to God about the mountain." He said, "Talk to the mountain." Too many believers are mountain conscious instead of God conscious. They keep telling God about their mountain, but God said, "Tell the mountain about me."
Psalm 112 says, "The righteous man's heart is fixed." Fixed means settled. Settled means bold. Settled faith talks to obstacles. Settled faith commands lack to move. So, what is your mountain today? Debt, bills, a job that hadn't come through, contracts that won't close. Don't just pray about it. Speak to it.
Job 22:28 says, "Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee, and the light shall shine upon thy ways." Decree it, say it, command it. Let me lead you in a declaration right now. Lift your voice and say this. "In the name of Jesus, I speak to the mountain of debt. Be removed and be cast into the sea. I command lack to leave my house in Jesus name. I call in new opportunities, new contracts, new income streams. I decree abundance overflow and increase in my life." Glory to God. That's not begging. That's believing. That's not pleading. That's commanding. And Jesus said, "You'll have whatsoever you say." Remember, you break the sound barrier of lack with a spoken word of faith. Every time you open your mouth and speak God's word, you release a force stronger than the mountain. Say it again. "And I speak to my mountain. My mountain moves. I walk in victory."
Now listen carefully. God's blessing is not random. It has guard rails. It has boundaries. If you want to keep the flow of increase, you must walk in integrity and order. Proverbs 11:1 says, "A false balance is abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight." That means honesty in business, no shortcuts, no deception, no dishonesty. God cannot bless crooked scales.
Romans 13:8 says, "Owe no man anything but to love one another." That doesn't mean you'll never borrow, but it does mean don't live in a cycle of unpaid debts, broken promises, or neglect. Keep your word, pay what you owe, walk in love.
1 Corinthians 14:40 says, "Let all things be done decently and in order. Increase without order multiplies disorder." That's why God teaches us to tithe first. So intentionally manage wisely and build steadily. Proverbs 21:20 says, "There is treasure to be desired, and oil in the dwelling of the wise, but a foolish man spendeth it up. The wise man saves. The wise man budgets. The wise man builds margin. Foolishness consumes everything. Wisdom multiplies."
So here's a truth. Integrity keeps the blessing flowing. Order guards the blessing from being wasted. And overflow comes when you combine generosity, diligence, and discipline. Say this with me now. "I walk in integrity. I keep my word. I manage my finances with wisdom. I live in order and I walk in overflow." Glory to God. Integrity. Order and overflow. Those are the guard rails of covenant increase. Stay in them and you'll see God's prosperity not only come but stay.
Now hear this, child of God. Prosperity is not just natural skill. It's not just hard work. It is an anointing. Deuteronomy 8:18 says, "But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God, for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant, which he swore unto thy fathers, as it is this day." That word power means ability, strength, anointing. God gives you the supernatural ability to get wealth, not for greed, not for selfishness, not for pride, but to establish his covenant in the earth.
Second Corinthians 9:8 says, "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work." Did you catch that? Prosperity is not an end in itself. It's a supply line for every good work. The world says get money to serve yourself. God says get wealth to serve the kingdom. Prosperity has a purpose. Wealth has an assignment. Money is a tool for the gospel.
So here's the shift. Don't just ask for money. Assign it a kingdom purpose. Say, "Lord, bless me so I can send missionaries. Prosper me so I can build churches. Increase me so I can feed the hungry. Multiply me so I can be a blessing." Genesis 12:2 says, "I will bless thee, and thou shalt be a blessing." Prosperity without a kingdom purpose is wasted. Prosperity with a kingdom assignment multiplies.
Now say this with me. "I have an anointing to get wealth. The blessing of God's on my hands. I prosper to establish his covenant. My prosperity has a kingdom purpose." Glory to God. That's the anointing to get wealth. And it comes with an assignment. When you align your money with God's mission, you step into unstoppable increase.
Now, some of you may be saying, "Brother Hagen, I've been confessing the word. I've been sewing my seed. I've been standing in faith. But it feels like nothing is changing. What do I do when faith seems weak and victory looks lost?" I've been there. We've all been there. And the word of God gives us the answer.
1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Sometimes the hindrance is unforgiveness, strife, or hidden disobedience. Faith works by love. (Galatians 5:6). If you're out of love, you're out of line. Get back in love and your faith will flow again.
Hebrews 10:35-36 says, "Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward, for ye have need of patience, that after ye have done the will of God, you might receive the promise." Don't throw away your confidence. Don't back down from your confession. Stand steady.
Mark 11:25 says, "And when you stand praying, forgive if ye have ought against any, that your father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses." Unforgiveness is one of the greatest hindrances to faith. Release it and your prayers will be released.
So what do you do when faith seems weak? Check your love walk. Am I walking in forgiveness? Am I walking in love? Check your confession. Am I still saying the word or have I slipped back into doubt and complaint? Check your actions. Am I acting like the word is true?
Now, let's declare this together. "I refuse to faint. I keep saying, I keep sowing. I keep standing. My victory is sure because my God is faithful." Glory to God. Don't throw away your confession. Tighten it. Don't step back. Press forward. Faith never fails when it stays in love, holds fast the word, and refuses to quit.
Now, we've taught the word. We've declared the word. But faith must be practiced together. Let's walk through four steps. Read it, say it, pray it, act it.
1. **Read it.** Psalm 112, verses 1-3. "Blessed is the man that fearth the Lord, that delightth greatly in his commandments. His seed shall be mighty upon earth. The generation of the upright shall be blessed. Wealth and riches shall be in his house, and his righteousness endureth forever." That's your covenant document. That's your contract with God. Read it daily. Read it with your household. Read it until it lives in you.
2. **Say it.** Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." So say this after me. "I am the righteousness of God in Christ. Wealth and riches are in my house. My seed is mighty upon the earth. My heart is fixed trusting in the Lord." Say it until it replaces every doubt. Say it until it silences every fear. Say it until it becomes more real than what you see.
3. **Pray it.** Mark 11:24 says, "What things soever ye desire when you pray, believe that you receive them, and ye shall have them." Let's pray together. "Father in Jesus' name, we thank you for covenant wealth, for household blessing, for financial wisdom, and for supernatural provision. We believe, we receive right now. We take it by faith, and we praise you for it. Amen." Glory to God.
4. **Act it.** James 2:26 says, "Faith without works is dead." So, take one action tonight. Sew a seed, pay a bill, make a call, start a plan, act like the word is true.
Now, let's close this activation with a final declaration. Say it boldly with me three times. "In Christ, I am righteous. In Christ, I am wealthy. In Christ, I walk in victory." Glory to God. Hallelujah.
You've read it, said it, prayed it, and acted on it. That's the lifestyle of faith. Now, hear me, child of God. Faith is not a one-time event. Faith is a daily walk. Hebrews 10:23 says, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering, for he is faithful at promise." Notice, hold fast. That means keep it going. Don't drop it. Don't let go.
So, here's your assignment. A 30-day Psalm 112 track. 30 days to retrain your tongue, your heart, and your mind.
* **Daily morning, five minutes.** Read Psalm 112 out loud. Put your name in it. Say, "Wealth and riches are in my house. My seat is mighty upon the earth."
* **Daily midday to both stop and speak.** Philippians 4:19. "My God supplies all my need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
* **Daily evening, five minutes.** Thank God for one provision, one blessing, one evidence of his hand that day. Praise pulls the harvest.
* **And once a week** sew a seed, time, money, love, encouragement. Remember Galatians 6:7 says, "Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."
Keep score. Write down testimonies. Write down open doors, debt reductions, new opportunities. Faith keeps score because faith expects results.
Now, let's close with this declaration. Say it strong. "I hold fast my confession. I walk in covenant wealth. I live Psalm 112 daily. I will not quit. I will see the goodness of God in my finances."
