Hello, welcome to Qar AI. I am Kayn Wright, and to start today, same recording. Okay, so yes, this is this is what we live in. For those of you that don't, oh, so it's 42 and a half feet long, a two-bedroom, two-bath, and then we tow it with this duy right here, only that you know, which would cost you a million dollars to ensure in in um Europe because it's based on the weight and it's like an 8,000lb vehicle. And then, oh, there's Russell, and and this is the SEO van. So this is what we use as an office. So yeah, Russell and I are doing a swapsy where he's been using the SEO van, but now I am going to switch to using the SEO van. Now I can take my sweater off because it is warm. So we are sorry about our discombobulated efforts here because we were out.
You don't need to apologize. Okay, so I'm in the room here, and we're gonna talk. Want me to hold, do you want me to hold the camera so people can see the whiteboard? Okay, I'm just gonna get my face out of here. I have to flip the, now if I can't flip the camera around very EAS, you can, it's up top. Okay, youren is okay. Guys, we're gonna talk about crazy stuff, crazy stuff. Can you guys see this my writing when I write? Yes. Okay, cool. So Google L, the Monopoly case. Okay, we're going to talk about that. I'm going to put a whole article out today that's something that I want you guys to know. So I want to give you guys a big picture about what's happening.
Okay, so we have the Lang, we have the language learning models. Okay, we have OpenAI, and they've got a black box. Okay, it's in the cloud. This black box is connected to Microsoft. Okay, and they they invested billions into servers. Okay, so they can scale. Microsoft just backed off on some major server farm deals after Deep Seek came out, and and and instead of spending $8 billion, Deep Seek did it for several million. Okay, so we're going to call this the Black Box; we'll call these BB. Okay, and what you get from the BB is there's a proprietary training, so this is the proprietary training models that they have, and I've got diagrams where I show you guys what the training, there's a unique patent for each one. So you've got OpenAI, you've got Anthropic, and they have Claud and many other models. Okay, so here's the large language model, and each one of those large language models they go back and forth between this black box, and when we're talking about the black box, we're talking about how they trained the model. Okay, OpenAI has something called SRT and other things like that. Anthropic has their blackbox. Okay, and they train their patent in their blackbox; it's called Constitutional AI. Okay, so we'll call that um constitutional, and what they try to do, all of these P, these private IPs, this is the IP, they have a name for each one of them, there a way to control the model with something called alignment so that it doesn't kill everybody. Okay, and which, by the way, is quite real, like regardless of what you say, if you think it's hype or not hype, I promise you when you're done with this because of my background with the security clearance in the US Navy, top secret actually, um, even back in the 90s, we knew about some of these things, and I know how the military indust establishment works.
Okay, so you've got this, and then you've got Grok, which just came out. Okay, that belongs to Elon Musk; it's got its black box, which is not that great; it's just okay. And each one of these black boxes has a name for the Constitution that they're trying to do to control it, which is the the training model. So this is their language learning model. What this means, there's giant server farms that train all these. Okay, and these server farms cost billions upon billions of dollars to train. We're talking B, many billions. Okay, many many many many many billions, and that's the investor hype bubble you see happening on Wall Street in the United States. If you just go to the NASDAQ, the entire NASDAQ just pumped up artificially higher than it's ever been when you look at the the failing economy here in the United States, and you see all the everybody blaming Trump and all that, just zoom out to five years instead of like the last year to date or the last six months. Okay, there's no way, I mean, the stock market is all inflated by Nvidia. Okay, we're going to talk about what each one of these do. Okay, so Grok is Elon Musk's black box, and it has its own Constitution. Now we're going to put the bigger, the I want you guys to understand that the thousand-pound gorilla in the room is Google. Okay, and that's their LLM, and of course, they have many many models, are only things like inside of this like Gemini. Okay, now we have Gemini Flash, and they've got a brand new one, kill in the block, all right. And so, but here's the other thing I want you to understand is they also have YouTube. Forget my horrible drawing; I'm going to show you why these guys are the biggest. So they have YouTube, but they also have the original internet. This is what Jimmy Kelly, myself, Daryl, they are the backbone. We're going to talk about why you guys are more advanced. I want to let you guys know that you are way more advanced than most people because you understand kgm IDs. We're g to get back to, does everybody on the call remember what a kgm ID is? An entity, right? These are the machine IDs behind an entity, which are facts. I want you to hold that in your mind; these are facts or objects, people, places, and things. Okay, they all have a number, and this was called the knowledge graph. Okay, the knowledge graph is how Google, which started out with Wikipedia, Jimmy teaches you guys this, Daryl teaches you guys this.
Okay, now what you have here with all these models training, all working on alignment so that the intelligence is controlled, they have to completely, they have to dish it out. Each one of these has a little bit of a SaaS, software as a service. Anthropic, Kaylin has this one; it's 20, they're all charging 20 bucks a month, right? Grok has theirs. It was kind of funny to listen to the CEO of Perplexity when he was asked why did you charge $19 a month? He said because everybody else is. That was his answer. Okay, so these things start to add up, right? When you're paying for all these things, if you pay for all of them, there's other ones that were missing, like Po from Quora, but they're Po has their own model, but they're borrowing from, this is Quora. This is why we teach you how to backlink from Quora and Po, and now we're going to show you how to use reviews from Quora because they have their own LLM, but they also have a whole bunch of others that they're using, and again, it's 20 bucks a month. Like if these guys have had their way, they would charge everybody a subscription, and by the time you were done, you'd have 20 models, and you'd be paying $20 a month times 20.
Okay, if you step back from this a little bit, we're going to get into the YouTube thing here again. All of these, all of them have been trained on Google. Okay, all of them, they set their spiders free. You guys know what spiders are in SEO. For the last 20 years, Jimmy and I have been teaching spiders, same here; they're just crawling all this data. Okay, Amazon is not on here; notice that, but we're going to talk about that as well because Amazon is equally as big, but just in a different way, S3 and then Amazon storefront equals books. And here's a secret, here's a dirty little secret. Both Google, Google has books as well. I'm going to put these right here somehow. Here's the dirty secret: all of these models have been trained on books, but what's weird about books is you have to pay for them when you go to Amazon. How did all these models get that? They only could have got them from Google or open-source books or somehow parsed Amazon to get those books. And to make matters even weirder, Amazon, last week, they locked your Kindles. Okay, what this means is you cannot download. Okay, you can no more download your books. Gee, what could go wrong, right?
Okay, so all of this, I'm going to go ahead, and you can't see it. Let me just zoom back here a second; is the in. Okay, and all of this, going to put one more ring outside of it, you can't see me create it. We'll leave this Google; I'm not going to delete that, but it's a different project, but we're going to come to that later on. Everything inside this circle is so big on my whiteboard, you can't see it, right? This is the NS. Who knows what the NSA is? Anyone? National Security Agency. Yeah, these are the guys that I indirectly work for, indirectly. We knew those guys because in my military position in the US Navy, I had a very high top-secret clearance because I was right next to the cryptology guys, encryption, decryption, ciphers that ran our whole military, the same types of things that blocks the nuclear codes or at least contains or protects and encrypts nuclear codes. The NSA has their own model, and guess what? That model is all of this. Okay, all of it, everything on the entire internet and more, not just the internet, but all of your private data as well, phones, and don't think because you live outside the United States that they're not, this is not the United States, this oh, this model is not the United States; this model is global. The only exception where it gets a little bit weird is China, which you would have to see, there is a cooperation happening, by the way. Notice that I'm not saying Russia; this is controversial, so people watching this can, nobody knows for sure, and I and if I did say, if I did know, and I'd say, I'd go to jail. Okay, so I'm not going to do that, but we do know that China has a closed intranet for their country; they don't have an internet, and and Russia, who would be kind of up here a little bit, we'll talk about them on another day; they're very very strange, but just P put it this way, the overlap here into our system is Buu. I think I spelled it wrong; somebody spell BYU for me. Yeah, by. Okay, and then this one is, who knows the Russian search engine? I don't know; look it up because I gotta write it here, so B is here; I just forgot the name, but Jimmy and I are able to put, thank you, Yandex. Okay, cool. So whenever Jimmy and I use Tiger or Kayn and Jimmy and I use Tiger to push something using the Tiger system or some of the systems that Kin and I have and other things, it will actually push things up in Yandex and BYU, regardless of the fact that it's in the United States and including Amazon. If we turn on the Tiger system, it's using cookies. Okay, and different things that are legal, nothing illegal, you can't cookie stuff, but you can activate and interact with the browser. Google lost the Monopoly case. You know what they're saying? They're saying you have to divest Chrome from search because Judge Meta, the judge here, can't pronounce his name, finally figured out what Jimmy and I have been say saying for 10 and Kaylin have been saying for 10 years, which is if I drive traffic and Impressions to something to an Amazon store on Google. Okay, and it's nothing but Impressions, and I'm not even doing backlinks, just very few backlinks, it shouldn't immediately move to number one on Buu, Yandex, Google, YouTube, and of course, all the others, Bing and Yahoo, which I'm not having, going to write down here because they're so useless. Okay, Bing is starting to get stronger. What I want to tell you guys is that the reason that works is because the browser itself, called Chrome, is passing data from the consumer to the Google database. Okay, and that that database, I'll put it right here, this is the ads department, and this is used to be called Applied Semantics; they bought it. You can look that up when they bought Applied Semantics; they bought everything that Russell Wright did at them, zoom in the early years, meaning all the stuff we were doing was optimizing for the semantic web, and they bought that in order to make AdWords, and in order to track all that, they bought DoubleClick, which allowed them to track the ads across the entire network. Okay, and then Chrome, they just admitted in open court that Chrome, and not just Chrome, this would be Mozilla, this would be any other browser that uses Chrome kit, by the way, that includes all the so-called hidden browsers. Okay, all the different ones that they say, hey, we're not, if they're using Chrome kit at all, there's back doors from that data into all of this. That's why when Jimmy or Kayn and I or any of the systems we use drive Impressions, we use Chrome and Chrome kit and different things, even if it's not tied to the internet, and as long as it it's cookable and has data on it, you're going to rank in Russia, in United States, I'm sorry, in China. Wo, that was a frodan slip, and Google, are you beginning to get the picture here now?
To make matters more fun or scary or terrifying and exciting all at the same time, the NSA has something called Project Peep. I'm not going to talk about Project, but I will write it for you. Okay, this is the mother of all beep. Okay, what that does is that leads to super intelligence. Okay, because when the walls come down, which I have confirmed that they are, and I'm going to for the private group only, which is you guys on this call, and people will be watching this out in the wild to some degree, I have first and second-hand evidence that the walls between these black boxes are going down. Anthropic, just keep in mind that there's only a few really really big models; we're not even going to include Quora in here because what I want you to understand is that the CEO of Quora is Adam D'Angelo; he sits on the board of directors at, guess where? Somebody guess? OpenAI. Boom! 10 points for Adrian. Okay, and since he sits on the board of directors, which you know is a lot of crazy stuff, Ilia Sutskever, as they say, Israel, left OpenAI to start his own safety company. I wonder why. And the name of his safety company is almost the same as our company in the SEO space, Super Intelligent AI, but it's a single-page website; it's been funded for tens of billions of dollars, and his sole purpose is to make sure that we don't lose control of this because the blackbox at Google, forgot to put their little cool Black Box, sorry, their Google's blackbox is way bigger than anybody's blackbox because why? Because they are, they have always been the internet backbone, and they have YouTube, and now YouTube is blocking AI spiders. These are not the spiders that Jimmy Kelly teaches about, about whoops. Okay, they're blocking and or they're they're asking us if we want AI to crawl our content. AI spiders are different than search spiders. Okay, AI spiders are about taking all of that back to the nest, which is the Black Box. Okay, such as Gemini, all the models, they they, this is the kit, you consider this the kitchen; this is where the billions of dollars are going. Google has spent many more billions of dollars than anyone else on training their black boxes, but they never released them. Why? Because they want, it's called the inhi ification of search; they focus only on the money, and this is why the person at the search department who ran search fought tooth and nail for a year with Danny Sullivan, an old um acquaintance of mine who I used to hang out with every year at PubCon since 2005 when he became the search, he's now the head of search and spam at Google. Two people were fighting it out for two years at Google trying to make sure that we didn't lose Google and that it didn't become this horrible thing, which it is today. Okay, which is mostly about Amazon; the largest contract they have at these top three is, guess who? Meanwhile, Amazon is building AI, and they're building an entirely different AI, and they're going to have their blackbox, which is their own way of training it. Now a lot of these guys will share something called the weights, the weights of these models, but if these models start talking to each other. Okay, what they're going to do, let's go up to the Google's blackbox; they're all in. Grok is like, to me, it's not not yet worth mentioning, but it's it will be soon. If all of these start talking to Echelon's Black Box, let's put this one in red. Okay, this is the NSA. The moment these all start talking, which I believe they already have, you've got super intelligence. Okay, and that's a PRI, that's a privacy issue. This is what Marco was trying to talk about yesterday or um Pascal was trying to talk about yesterday. Okay, so there's a bigger issue here. Okay, because you have open, you have people leaving OpenAI to focus on saf and Alignment. Okay, that's the big picture, and Ilya is the big one; he's the guy who worked with the Godfather of AI, Geoffrey Hinton, hint Hinton, who basically says we're all doomed, and he's 100% sure about, and this is the reason why. The thing is that Geoffrey Hinton and Ilya will talk about this stuff, but they won't draw you a picture like I just did. Okay, so we called ourselves Super Intelligent AI because we're preparing you for the new engines, which is the edification of Google that's becoming worse because now they have to have AI in the search results, and I've shown you how to rank for that. If you go over to our paid members area, especially the Agency Elite, especially the Eureka Gain Score calculator, which is helps us optimize content for this entire system, like literally, we're going to be able to write content, and it won't really matter where it's coming from; it'll be inside OpenAI search; it'll be inside Quora search; it'll be inside Anthropic search; it'll be inside Google, but the big one here, guys, at the NSA and one other organization, not to scare you too much, but we forgot one big player here, didn't we? Anyone? Yeah, Nvidia. Okay, let's go ahead and make a server farm to rule all server farms. Okay, we're not even going to call this a black box; we're going to call this the black box that powers it up because of the chip, and guess what? The chip is Blackwell. Guess what Blackwell does? What you should really ask is what Blackwell does not do. Okay, Blackwell will lead all of this to the robot singularity because it was designed specifically to take all of these models and put, put it into, here's my beautiful robot. I, Robot, ier, yes, Terminator. And by the way, let's go a little bit deeper. So you have the big picture this way; we know this is the case, but they're not making it up because you can follow their stocks, and all you have to do is read the book that I just read with the CEO of Palantir. Okay, which is a military-funded AI company that builds drones and robots, and the main conversation is autocratic kill authority. What does that mean? Like the robo can decide whether to attack. That's what I love about, that's what I love about you, Adrian, you're so smart. Okay, so you know, just put a little gun in there, H, and so perfect, right? Isn't that an awesome gun? Okay, so but they won't have guns in their hands, so they're just Auto, they're in their body cavity. Okay, so these are the they because then they would drop it, you know. Yeah, they're not going to carry them around; they can, but they won, they are more than 007 licensed to. Yeah. And so, main thing I want you guys to understand is to train all of these robots, you have to create something, something called, it's called Nvidia Groot; you can look this up, and we call it the Robot Purgatory. I think I've shown you guys this, the videos from it; they're training tens of thousands, soon to be millions of robots on the servers in the virtual space, in metaphysics; they call this an astral realm; it's a machine world; it's the Matrix. And inside the Matrix, they are training these little like NPCs, non-player characters, right? But there's millions of them, and they're torturing them. By torturing them, I mean, I'll leave videos below this when we publish it live to the public, but what they're doing is they're putting things like, they've created a world simulator. So Robot Groot is the trainer, but they also have something called the World Simulator. The World Simulator, they're trying to get closer and closer with the Blackwell chips and other to simulate the physical world, like this world; they want to as close as possible figure out like, hey, if a robot's going to move my RV or Kin's RV, that's hers, and it's really really huge, 46 feet, if we wanted to have a robot pack all that up, put our water away, you know, here's our water filtration system, pack all the pack the Starlink away, connect it to that truck right there, it's one of our vehicles where we're just sitting around watching, you have to emulate, you can't just treat it, you just can't train it in a world simulator. Okay, you have to do both. Right now they're doing both. It's a combination on the chip, on the black, right here, there a box, and this box is thinking fast and slow. Okay, what it does, it connects the physical world that we just showed; it's called interpolation; it connects the the simulated world where they're pushing the robot over, like they might have a fake RV, and they put marbles down so the robot trips, right? It can't, can't, so they they just torture it over and over again until it gets better and better at what it does, just like evolutionary biology is what some biologists believe happened in evolution. Okay, I don't necessarily believe that's the whole story, but that's what they believe, but they treat, they treat this, they torture it over and over again until finally it can like turn upside down; it can walk on its hands, and this box, which is the Black Box, allows it to work both in the physical world and in the virtual world, The Matrix, and be trained on millions of years worth of super intelligent data. Okay, to be able to execute any task, including moving our RV in the physical world, zero-shot. That means you might have a robot shell. Okay, and you just press a button like on on your app store; you say, hey, I really need somebody, I really need a robot that can cook Kin's excellent steak because I suck at cooking steaks, and I need a really really good chef, so I just download the app into my robot; it yields a knife, and it starts cooking. They already have that, by the way. So anything in the App Store, but it was train, it can be trained partially in the physical, in the on the Matrix; they figure by 2028 they will not need any physical world training at all because the Robot World Simulator will emulate physics in our world so well that they don't need our physical world anymore to train them to be a chef or to drive a car or to be a stuntman or to do your plumbing or to be a construction worker. All these things that you read on YouTube that says, hey, my job's safe. Plumbing is good for a while. Yeah, plumbing is good for a while, but when I say a while, I mean under 10 years. Okay, so this is a big picture of how all this has to do. Now, how do you make money with all this? Will you skate to where the puck is going to be, or if it's flashing in and out of time-space, you flash it out of time-space with it? So what we're teaching you in Super Intelligent AI is how to capitalize on all this because what we're doing is we're preparing you for the whole thing by watching the lawsuits. Here's us. Okay, here's our members. By preparing for all this. Okay, we are on Team Human; we've taken a a a decidedly human approach. Okay, so what we're doing, we're not just about how to do SEO because we're going to rank everywhere, guys. In fact, we already do; we're getting in; we can rank inside of all of these answer engines, which are very very quickly eating up Google's search. Additionally, we're teaching you a lot of stuff that all of these models, like Nvidia, they want to train mostly on.
The YouTube data think about this guys, if they're training robots on the ruled engine, what is more, what is more useful: text or Library books from Amazon, or videos? So what? Yeah, so what? What Nvidia secretly really loves is YouTube, and guess what? This little guy has watched them all. Right now, they're about halfway through the entire trillion years of YouTube videos. Okay, so once you know this, then you can see that what we're doing for you guys: we are on team human. We're not just here to help you become a better SEO. SEO is great. You want to know why? Because search is the root kernel, its root to every AI on the system. Every search engine is how all of this started because Google was the backbone, and they trained everything with search. And if you know how that works and how they've trained it, then you know how to serve your clients for team human.
The overlap between the entire search engine and this is reviews. I know that sounds crazy, like, really, you said all that to say that? Yeah, because this, my friends, what's happening right here. I'm sorry to say this, okay, but Kayla and I are going away this weekend to write documentation on all this. They do not care about it at all. I promise they don't. There is nothing to do. Like, I hate to say it because I was really saying, I hope Elon Musk is a buddy of ours. I hope he's going to help us with Doge and like, okay, hey, it's not NE, I'm not saying that individuals are necessarily an issue, okay? What I'm saying, even though Grock really has some, he needs to clean up some Grock stuff. What I'm saying is, after I read the the B, the Bible of the Department of Defense, you know, they made some really good points about it, about how Google doesn't want to help the department of defense. Microsoft's not helping military, you know, for good reason. Okay, but the point here is that all the money is going right here now to AutoCraft. This is where Nvidia is putting its money because Silicon Valley is used up; they're not making the money that they used to make anymore. Search is getting worse because the AI system people are getting their answers directly, so there's a 50% decrease in Search, and the other 50% is going to Reddit and Quora, which is why we trained on Quora, or at least the other 30%. So there's about 20% of people that actually find what they're looking for in search on Google, but we still have to optimize for it because when we optimize for it, the AI spiders put it inside their search engines.
So I'm talking to people all around the world who are experts; they're getting traffic from search from AI models. Okay, so our team human is to prepare, is to prepare you how to review. Because let me give you an example: Did you know if you're trying to help your client with reviews, if somebody does a drive-by shooting or someone like puts a bad review and it's a fake review, like we've had before, or these type of things, or we help many of our clients with, there's nothing you can do. You can submit it; they don't care at all. That's like renting a, that's rent-seeking. Okay, that's technofeudalism. That's like, here, we'll give you a free place to to run your business, and if somebody comes up who's like a restaurant on the corner, yeah, we'll set it all up for you, we'll give it to you; it's not yours, but go ahead and use it because we own the whole city on the whole block, and you're going to get lots of eyeballs and all all this stuff. But if somebody comes along who's never eaten at your restaurant and paints, "this restaurant sucks" on the side of your restaurant with spray paint and they vandalize it, there's nothing you can do to erase it. You can submit a ticket to Google, and what's even funny about this guys, is nobody's stopping to think about what that really is. Okay, it's technofeudalism; you're no longer in control. This is not friendly to the small business owner.
So our job, the reason we're sticking with maps, what Kaitlin calls MO, and the reason for doubling down on reviews like reputation boost and the rest, is because we've seen, we know, we've seen The Matrix. We know that if people get even bad reviews that are fake or they're blackmailed, it actually drops them down in Google and inside of the AI systems, even though they're fake. You might have an amazing reputation with actual humans, but the AI systems just automatically assume. The AI systems are becoming the biggest influencers. Think about that, guys. Okay, everybody's talking to these things, but they're what they're becoming is the new influencer, and we're going to, we're going to talk to you about that in Agency Elite if you go over there. I'm rolling out videos that show you all the review work we've done for clients over the last five years. It's now coming home to roost, and the AI models are reading these reviews that were written by humans or supposed to be written by humans, and they're going, "yeah, you look awesome," and they're writing very flattering things, just like an influencer would say, "hey, buy this product," and all they are drawing from is the reviews in the backbone of the search engine. So this is why we focus on maps because maps are not going away; they're not going to go away because they're an application, not a search engine. They have a search engine on them, and not only that, it connects us to team human, which is why we gave you that software included to be able to deal with 27 different types of review sites. There's no way around this, guys. The Last Stand that we're going to be making against technofeudalism, okay, and the techn, the technological Republic as Planer calls it, is reviews, reputation, and agencies like yours that go out and help people rank on maps, but also monitor their reviews and upload really good things from humans. Business owners are so busy that they don't know how important it is.
Here's another horrible thing about human beings: for every 10 people who love you, only two of them ever leave a review if you don't ask them. And not only that, for every 10 people who hate you, nine of them leave a negative review. And for every 10 people who love you, three fake reviews are going to come in for no reason whatsoever. In fact, there's a big business in India right now because of all this. Here's what happens in markets that are run by mafias, and this is a mafia, okay? Make no mistake, this is a global Mafia. The only thing that happens in Game Theory in a mafia system is Mafia companies come out, SEOs go dark, they start blackmailing people with negative reviews, they start buying fake reviews, and that's what Google is battling against. But here's the problem: let's take Amazon. A recent study in Amazon for their reviews or their product updates right is that their products have become 50% worse since 2020, and the only people on the world who say that the reviews are under control is Amazon itself. Carol, what's her name, who's the head of um, commercial? And what we found is that really less quality products are on the increase because they still buy reviews and they're not monitoring those. And not only that, you can buy validated and verified reviews, so that means if I spend 10 grand on verified reviews to buy the products through different IPs and proxies, I'm going to make 100 grand. Who's not going to do that? Okay, so what that's doing is that's manipulating something in the human psych, okay? And what that manipulation is, that's called information foraging. So your homework, I want you guys all to look this up for next week, it's information foraging, okay, and DEC and choice architecture. What's happening is they are not incentivized at all; Amazon is not incentivized at all. This is called ARC, okay, to fix this. In fact, they're making hundreds of millions of dollars by making fake re, letting fake reviews stand, okay? And Google is as well, because what happen, think about this guys, what happens if fake reviews are allowed to stand on a Google business profile, on a GBP? People would be forced to like look more at ads; there's nothing they can really do. They'll be forced to engage more with the GBP, which is not a bad thing in of itself, okay? But we, we actually found out if you add impression reviews from high-quality proxies that it actually raises you on maps. If you add impressions to a negative review, it reduces you on maps. You guys hear, you guys picking up what I'm putting down?
So if you look at a giant system like this and you ask yourself, "oh great, I said all that, literally the Terminator is going to take over the planet and run our government and change the entire economic structure," okay, great, well, when that happens, we'll deal with that. But when you're choosing what to do in digital marketing, you should be aware of all this because there's going to be immense money to make in all of this. But what I'm trying to tell you guys is this is the key: robots don't buy anything yet; robots are not building small businesses yet, and 90% of the people out there, you got, you guys need to understand it, people watching this and people on the call, you are early, early, early, early, early adapters. In fact, for some people, by the time the robot Revolution happens, they're just going to be, "oh cool, I've got a robot cook and somebody and a robot that can do my laundry, and I downloaded it from the App Store, how cool," right? There'll be plenty of opportunities, but by the time the information surveillance capitalism system takes over, most people will not even know that it happened. But if you're building your business and saying, "hey, it's not about only about using these language learning models," okay, it's about using them to apply it to a real business, and we're choosing as the agency model for this upcoming year: Google Business profiles, Maps combined with review, and we're going to show you all the methods to make sure that if you ever do a deep search, try this guys, I want you guys to try this: go to the Deep search in ChatGPT and take one of your clients, if you have one who's been around for a year or two, and type in, "please do a deep reputation management report for Parkside painting in Victoria, BC," and it'll say, "okay, come back in 20 minutes." That's what the new, it's called Deep search, and when you come back, if you've ever done any reputation management or if you haven't, it's going to come back literally, and I'm going to do a video beneath this that's actually me sharing the screen on a computer on Google; it'll bring back reviews from the Google business profile; it'll bring them back, and it'll come back with this big commentary just like you paid 50 bucks for a background check for someone in your business. Background checks are dead, guys. Think about that. I mean, they're on their way out. So think about this: if the the language learning models are parsing all this stuff, all the work that's coming, the review keywords are going to be equally as important as the Search keywords. Okay, so that's it for today. I wanted you guys to know what was coming; it's a very, very big deal, and I want to let you know, I said all that to explain to you why we're doubling down on maps and reviews, of course, Ecommerce and all the stuff that's coming, um, Tiger and all the systems that Caitlin and I helped Jimmy build over time at do miror program. There's a reason we work with Justin at the pig software and technology that we lovingly call Kin, which we're not sure if we should have called her Kayin because now it's confusing, and it wasn't a we, it was a you, I'm in trouble, but um, I wouldn't do that again, but my wife has not a rope, she's not an AI, although I would, I would have named it Willow, I would have said Willow for our cats. So with that being said, y'all, I just wanted you does, if you have any questions, I'll take them. I've never drawn that out, I've never drawn that out for anybody before, guys, because it's kind of a secretive thing, but now you have it. There's nothing to lose. Go ahead. Yes, the the outering, uh, it was news, but uh, now I've been bombarded with uh, those stuff that comes from India, and you always say, "oh, forget about that." So you mentioned something, what uh, do you think about these reputation things and and they getting more clients and stuff from India? What, what do you mean by that?
Well, there's a big problem with buying reviews. First of all, it's strictly forbidden, and they've already put two people in jail, we're doing that. They try to make an example out of a young man here in the United States who was doing it, so they are taking it very seriously. But on the other hand, Google is in big trouble; they're low on staff, they're not responding to anything, and they're defaulting to their algorithms to determine whether it's fake or real, which means that anybody with a really good set of proxies, like Jimmy and I use and Kayla and I use, like high-level cell phone proxy towers, they're they're not going to be able to, you know, you can submit those, but the team over there, all they're going to do is, the problem is when people are buying fake reviews, which we do not recommend at all, we're watching people get shadow-banned. Kayn, Kin has a client in the kitchen remodeling industry; when we met them, um, they were, they are, they are currently buying fake reviews even though we told them not to, and so we, and so we warned them because they've been blackmailed, we warned them that if that happens, you, you run the chance of backpedaling all the work that we've done. The stance that we're going to be making in 2025, and thank you for asking, Pesco, that's a really good question. Kaylin and I are going away this weekend to create the new Manifesto for uh, review management, reputation in the AI World. Okay, we're going to be rolling that out slowly. The reason we're stopping everything that we're doing is because it's such a problem. When Google does their next update, they always update their ability to track proxies at the cell phone tower level. In other words, Jimmy's always trying to stay two steps ahead of them. Andy Green, who's in our community in Move 37, okay, he deals really deeply with proxies and everything at the AI level, okay, with for companies like Equifax and the rest, he's really up the ladder, and he knows as much as we do about that stuff, or more. My point to you guys is that you run the risk of the companies in India, and by the way, I, I know a couple of these guys, I could, I could buy a thousand fake reviews just like that if I wanted to. The problem is they're not very good at hiding their footprint, and Google is getting, Google is dumping billions into sophisticated methods of tracking, and every year the AI company, the uh, review hacking companies try to keep up with the Trustpilot hackers and the Google hackers. And here's what's happening: about six months, they hold, remember a few, a couple of weeks ago when everybody was complaining that all my positive reviews are gone? That I don't know if you guys heard this, this happened just a few weeks back. Yeah, we had two, we had several of our clients affected. That's because they upgraded their systems with AI. So AI, AI is combating AI with the reviews, and what they're looking for is, "oh, this is like one block, this is one C block Pro, this is one group of c, one C block of IPs that are all adding reviews from this one town in India, and or this one user is connected to all these reviews, and several users are all connected to all of these reviews to the same 10 businesses." It's really easy to check that. So every six months they're updating the millions of dollars they've dumped into AI systems for reviews. So the best way to do it is to follow the standards that we're going to show you guys, which is PR. If you get a negative review, there's posts that you should use to update the person. If it's a blackmail operation, for example, you should post their blackmail email directly on the response. Okay, and we're going to show you how to do that. That's one method. Some people don't feel comfortable doing that, then you still submit. There's better and better methods. Google is rolling out a new system to try to be more responsive to business owners, but honestly, I'm underwhelmed by what they're doing because all they care about, honestly, is their Monopoly, right? Okay, so what I'm really trying to let you guys know is that it's best to handle these with a balance of technology, and your client's going to have a choice. You're going to see clients that go against what you say, and they're going to buy a bunch of fake reviews. Six months down the road, they could get shadow-banned. When I say shadow-banned, they can wake up with literally nothing but red arrows on their map when, when uh, our company from Atlanta came to us, that was his situation; he had been completely shadow-banned because he bought reviews from an extremely bad service that when they made their update, Google's like, okay, so it, the question we have to ask is, is it worth it? What we're going to start talking about is information foraging, okay, and how you can use things like Quora citations and the the 27 different review platforms that we have now available to you guys, the paid members inside of Agency Elite, and you can start creating what Jimmy and I call a roadblock of reputation and start re, not only reusing the reviews that you have, but what happens is if business owners have a database, when they email out people and say, "hey, we need your help, like, have you ever had a good experience with our business?" It's amazing, like, you people respond, like, they will help you out, and business owners don't know to ask. So a lot of this is just training, okay, while you deal with the negative reviews. So there's a negative review protocol that you do officially with Google, and then you use it, now something you do officially on the Google business profile, which is in the updates, you want to post regular reviews in the updates, and we've, we've got tracking metrics that show that people that see diagrams or visual reviews in the updates, okay, on the Google business profile that does have an impact, even though the official star review might be lower. When you get to three reviews or lower, the business has a really, I mean, three-star reviews are lower, the business has a big problem, and that's when you have to start clawing back, uh, doing what, what Kin calls with her team, and SMS clawback and the rest, but you can get out of that pretty quickly if, if they have a database. My point here is that might affect that the way that you onboard clients. Kaylin made a really good point: if you have a client that comes to you and they have a two-star review system, you're not going to say, "hey, I can magically fix this in one month." You can't. Additionally, you have to watch the fact that sometimes there's really crappy businesses, okay? There are businesses that just suck. So we're going to teach you to go through the reviews and determine if they just don't know how to do business, okay? You don't always want to take those guys; you're, you need, I want you to start positioning yourself as Boutique, and as you know, there is such a thing as you can be too, you guys don't need to be bottom feeders, okay? You guys are the best in the business. When you're done with this stuff with our training, you're just like, look, you've got real work to do; you've got two-star reviews. I can help you get ranked on maps; I can help you start collecting new reviews through Page and through my reviews and through policies that we learn and teach. If you talk to them and they don't have an email list, and you find out that generally speaking, two out of three customers are not very happy, move on; that's a money pit, and they're gonna keep blaming, and they're gonna blame you for their service because they suck. That's a them, people really shouldn't be in business, you know? Yeah, that's a, that's a them problem; they need, they need a business coach, not every review fixer, and for, yeah, by the way, we are business coaches, so we know that sometimes they ask, and usually we say no. Okay, so we, we got to remember people don't know that they should be creating a good vibe for their customers and clients; accidents happen, but what people do is they recoil. Team human likes to recoil from mistakes that were made; attitude is everything. When you have a bad customer experience, when you're trying, and we've tested this over and over again, when you're trying hard to remedy that, and you remedy something, we've had people come back and change that two-star, a one-star to a five-star, lickety-split. And leave photographs, that a mechanic shop I was doing the stuff on, I mean, people are just afraid, okay? And you know what, it's not going to work, and our half of our job in the reputation management, yes, it's maps and SEO and all the crazy ranking, okay, but it's also saying, "hey, this is a drive-by shooting; we're going to, this is, this is, this is actually a bad review, but this one is a business review. What happened here?" I've had experiences where the CEO or the manager didn't even know they had a negative review because the employee was trying to cover it up. So rather than deal with it, which, by the way, was very easy, you know, was changed from a one-star to a five-star very quickly. What's happening a lot of the times, it's happening internally. So when you meet with the client and they're paying a thousand or $2,000 a month, you need to, which, by the way, if you come in and say, "hey, reputation is a big deal," I don't recommend as beginners you go for three-star, two-star businesses, but a four or something low, a 3.9 to a 4.5, that's no problem at all, guys, because you only need 10 reviews to fix all that, and then you're a hero for life for that client, and you're going to rank on maps better. Okay, so there's a lot to know, and I want you to know this is the direction we're heading on; we're not going to only focus on reviews, but what, what I'm saying is that our easiest conversion into SEO and Maps has been when the, when, when the customer is really feeling bad about their reviews, we're able to have a conversation with them about it, okay? And if they're running a good business and that's all they're worried about, they will hire you as a Maps expert because reviews are about them; people care about them; they care about reputation. Well, how did Mark Zuckerberg make a trillion dollars? Social, okay? It was information foraging; it was the the perception that people had about every, about each other, okay? You made trillions of dollars doing that, okay? So remember that the big pain in the market is, "what do people think about me?" And we're also going to show you how to use Quora, like crazy stuff, okay? You can, you can blanket the whole first page for their name and their brand and their Brand Plus reviews and know nothing about SEO. Think about that, guys. You don't start with keywords like, you don't start with like, um, you know, Sarasota plumbers; you start with Johnson's plumbers and Johnson plumbers reviews. Those are the review layer of your SEO; you start with those, and then you do the other ones, okay? Then you go to the goo, people are going out there and selling Geo keywords; that's not always going to make an impact in people's business, guys, but reputation always makes an impact in their business, always, because they're called flywheel keywords; that's a term I invented when I was working with Sam Rush on surround sound SEO. It's a tool they have in their suite of tools, okay? I worked with them for a month and a half on that. Kaylin whipped out a website, so we're still up for surround sound SEO, but I want you guys to know that the reason that was developed is even Sam Rush realized that the review stuff is a problem. Okay, Sam Rush is a tool for SEO tracking, you know, and Sam Rush has informational keywords, navigational keywords, transactional keywords, what's the last one? Commercial, commercial, commercial keywords. No, flywheel is ours; Kayla and I invented that. I asked Sam Rush to please add that fifth category; they didn't. That would be review keywords and reputation keywords. Now guess what, guys?
Review keywords are great for the search engines, but guess what? Chatbots okay, love them. They love them, and not only that, they can use them for things you don't have to stay with just the word "review." You're going to say, "How is the reputation of painting for customers in Victoria, BC for the company called Parkside P?" You can do gigantic paragraphs, and it'll still bring back the review keywords, and the robot will become an influencer. Right? They'll say, "Well, this looks like a really good brand, man. If I could paint my house, I'd probably hire them too."
Like some of the responses we've got from the AI is like, "Okay, you're acting very human. You're almost like an influencer," and all you did was take reviews from Google search for the brand. Guys, you don't even need to know SEO to do that. I could go pick a guy off the street and say, "Rank for the brand for these review sites, push out, push down all the bad stuff," and then teach the client how to get good reviews. Not hard. In fact, so easy that no one's going to do it very well.
And not only that, it's really important. When I saw how important that is for the new chatbots, we were becoming influencers. I was like, "Oh my gosh, we have a look, guys." I'm in a really expensive Mastermind group with a guy named Dar, and he does some development for some of the tools we have, and he's teaching really advanced answer engine optimization stuff that I know how to do and that I can teach you guys. But not once does he cover the basic thing, which is like that's what matters. Because if you're a small business and you're watching your brand and you're watching the reviews, it takes about 72 hours in some cases to rank for that term in areas that are not highly populated. In areas that are middle populated or super populated, um, it takes about a month.
Okay, so for example, one of our clients who moved on for a bunch of different reasons in Beverly Hills—nothing that we did, it was a great relationship—and basically, the student we were helping decided just to keep the rest of the revenue, and they're in Beverly Hills, and they're a dentist. They're a dentist, and the Kora citation review page that just has reviews that you copy and paste and make a nice image—which I'm going to show you guys how to do—on a Kora citation is still ranked on page one when you're standing in the most saturated area of LA near Beverly Hills, between LA and Beverly Hills. Our Kora citation is still up, and it's just covered with reviews that we pulled right from Google business profile. It's still there today, and my student commented on, he's like, "That thing is still everywhere." Okay. And not only that, think about that. That was before I realized that the chatbots are going to be the new influencer for your reputation.
So guys, this is exciting because you can focus on maps and SEO and the hard stuff, but don't forget the basics, okay? Before you sell the GE keywords, also make sure you—this is why I teach you guys to hit the brand name no matter what—people like the brand name is super easy to rank for, yes. But did you know that when you turn on any of our software like Brand Signals or Page, or the stuff that Kayin and I use as our own server systems—we have a bunch of stuff we use, guys—if you run traffic from even decent-level proxies or impressions to just the brand name, like let's say it's Parkside Painting, okay, and you're not—you don't want to affect the Google Search Console—okay, I'll show you guys the method of how to do that, just not here. All right. But when you do that, it doesn't even show up in the Google Search Console, but it ranks their brand name and the sites within 48 hours. Okay, so this is the stuff that we're going to learn in the upcoming months because it's time to get human here. We're trying to be robots and outrank a gigantic system, which we can do using Tiger and all these things, but I want everybody to also focus on the review keyword, the flywheel keywords, and the brand name when it comes to reviews. Okay, so that's where we're going. That's one huge section we've got.
I've got a friend who's like, "Dude, I don't know any SEO." Well, how much you make him? I've got about 10 clients reputation management. Well, how much they pay on you a month? $300. Okay, what's 300 times 10? 3,000 a month. Yeah, he works four hours a week. He's doing no SEO. He's just doing what Kayin and Tulie—Tuli in our group also—he's doing, he's doing some emailings, and he's just focusing on a little bit of the SEO. He's not even including maps in that. There's no—there's no Maps flags. Okay, so my point to you guys is go to where the pain is first, and then move into Maps now you're more advanced because you know there's a connection between maps and reviews. Most people running reputation management companies won't even know that. We're just trying to let you know that people have a hard time closing Maps clients. You start talking about their reviews, you got your foot in the door just like that. In fact, we got clients off of two cold emails that we were sending off of our email server, just cold. And the email was, "Have you been shadowbanned?" Then there was an email with my video, which I'm going to give you guys—you're free to use it, can use it—and that guy was like, "Yeah, you know what? Yeah, it does feel like I was shadowbanned, and yeah, my reviews suck." And then I say in it, "Have you been buying fake reviews? That could be the problem." And they're like, "Yeah, I did buy reviews." And then Kaylin comes back and, "Like, that's why you beep, you're screwed because they updated their—" It guys, it's such an easy pitch, and the reason I haven't taught it to you is I wanted to prepare you—know a big thing for it—but you know what? Some of you are having a hard time closing clients. Don't start with SEO if you are. I can walk in and close an SEO client fairly easily, but not every time. But the—M see most people are selling Maps like Jimmy's Brand Signals, which and Paige by going in and they're showing the flags right on the maps thing. That's a good way to do it; it's helpful. But when you start with reviews and then you go to the flags, people be like, "Okay, you broke my brain. Are you telling me my—are you telling me my positive reviews and my negative reviews affect those flags?" I'm like, "Yeah, indirectly." You're like, "Shut up and take my money. Can you fix that?" I said, "Look, I can't make a bad company good, but it doesn't look like you're a bad company. In fact, look at all these positive reviews." And what you have to do, half of what you're doing is like making them feel better about themselves. If you have no people skills, don't do this. Like Kayin, for example, she'll like say like, you know, if she hates something, she's like, "Like this food sucked. No wonder you have bad reviews." She wouldn't say that, but but you know, you have to have some—and she has great people skills—but we have to have some people skills with this because people who've worked hard to run a business who get a couple of bad reviews, they can be really depressed. Okay, so you're—they're just—know how deep the pain goes, and if you speak to that pain, you're a trusted adviser; you're not an SEO anymore. And I'm finding some of the biggest accounts in SEO that I've ever had come when my position as a trusted adviser—sure, like I'm an expert in the field, I've been around for a while—but a lot of the times that doesn't matter. Like right now, it's like, "What can you do for me? I'm in a lot of pain." You said something that made me understand, like, "Well, yeah, I have bought fake reviews. Is there a way I can recover from that?" You know, then you just gently hold them by the hand, and even if they sign up for—guys, even if they sign up for $100 a month, what happens about two months later when you're doing good work for them? You're posting images on the review area. They come back and say, "Well, what else have you got?" And you spend like less than an hour a week posting that. Okay, all right, I'm done ranting. Great. All right, perfect. Thank you guys for showing up. Have a great weekend, and um, we are going to be reducing the number of webinars that we have. We'll probably be doing that this weekend, so um, check next week. We are going to be deleting a lot of um our reoccurring—I think we've laid a good foundation—well, we're just going to um have them—we're going to have the things like QAR, the other ones will be regular, the Local Agency Elite one will be regular, um, and Kayin will decide how many that is, and of course Jimmy whenever we can get him, we'll continue to do that. All right, perfect. Have a good weekend, guys.
Should I already have received the invites for that review system because I filled out four clients, I think, or is that still in the works? No, it should only take um 24 hours, and if you haven't got it, always bum me privately. I'll check on that right away. Okay, yeah, I'll—I'll—I'll message you. Okay, cool. I'll—we'll jump right on that. Thanks, buddy. Thank you. You—that was awesome, by the way. Thanks for the awesome webinar. I appreciate that. Thank you. I'll keep that in mind. I love that big picture. That was so cool. Yeah, we're gonna—we're gonna actually draw it for members-only. Talk to you later. Hey.
