[Music] Romans chapter 8 and verse 6. Romans, the 8th chapter and the 6th verse. Welcome to every guest that's here tonight. Uh, guests, we, we welcome you. We're so glad that you're with us. Thank you for being here. I'm not going to be long-winded tonight, uh, but man, I'm telling you, the Holy Ghost has been talking to me. Romans chapter 8:6 says, "For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace." To be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. God bless you. You can be seated now.

I, I just, I gave them a bunch of scripture back there, and now I've, I've switched up a little bit, and, um, I mean, just in that moment, God led me to something else here. So, I may get to all that stuff, but I want to, I want to ask you some questions. I've asked you before, but by way of reminder, by way of reminder, I want to ask you, is, is it doubt if you don't speak it? Is it doubt if you don't express it? Are you doubting if you never say it? Can you doubt in your mind? Now, every one of you is going to want to say yes, but I believe it's because we don't make a difference between the mind and the heart. And there's a huge difference between the mind and the heart.

The mind is a collector of, listen, this is very important. You, you, you young men, young, please, y'all stay with me tonight. I, I know it's easy on these teaching sessions to, to get distracted and all that kind of stuff. There's no telling what all is going on in this building right now. People might be balancing their checkbooks and paying bills and, uh, all, all kind of stuff. But please, I, I got something important to talk to you about tonight. Bop. The mind. The mind is a, is a random storehouse, collection agency, if you please, clearing house, house where almost anybody has authority to submit information, right? I mean, you're riding down the road, listening to the radio, and that some commentator goes on that radio and puts stuff in your mind that you didn't want there, and you find yourself saying, "How can I unhear that?" Well, you can't. You're riding down the road and you see a billboard, and instantly stuff is put in your mind. That billboard has the authority. It has the key to put things in your mind that you don't want in there, right?

This has always been the danger. This has always been the danger of television, and now moved into YouTube and some of these other. See, for years, we said, "Well, our mind was, television's more dangerous than, than YouTube and, and some of these, uh, uh, things online because with television, somebody else is doing the programming." That's right. Television was like going to a restaurant blindfolded and just opening your mouth and letting somebody else feed you. Go ahead. Where it used to be, 10 years ago, the internet was like a buffet where you picked and chose what you wanted. And so, if you had a clean heart, you could stay clean because you. But now, you may be on YouTube watching a tutorial on how, how to set up your new coffee maker, and then the next thing you know, you got a naked woman dancing around in front of you through an ad. So, you may ought to pay that premium subscription. Boy, a premium subscription to keep from going to hell would be a nice thing, wouldn't it? That'd be a cheap way to keep from being lost.

This is a true story. I bought a, I bought a, Savannah wanted me to buy this coffee maker that, you know, it's almost like a professional deal at the coffee shop. But they don't come with books anymore. They come with a YouTube. You scan that thing and it pulls it up on your phone. I'm telling you, one minute we're learning how to grind coffee, and the next minute a woman's head in a basement, a guy's trying to kill her. There's an advertisement for a movie. I thought, man, I, I have no interest in this. What, how'd this find my YouTube channel or subscription or what, whatever it is? My point is, is that there's a difference between your mind and your heart. The, the, the mind is a warehouse where everybody in the world has the authority to bring stuff and store it in your warehouse. But the heart is what you go in that mind and choose to retrieve and bring into what makes you a person. Now, now, you, you got to hear what I'm saying. Are you, are you hearing me right now?

The heart is what you go into that warehouse house and you say, "I'm culling this. I don't want this. I, I, I got to get rid of this. I got to have washing and renewing of the mind. I'm clearing this out of my mind. This is gone. I, I didn't put it there. I didn't want it there. That got there through somebody else. I don't need that." But I'm taking this into my heart. That's why the Bible says, "Thy word have I hid not in my mind, thy word have I hid in my heart." Because that's what I am. That's my will. That's my. When you die, your mind's going to die with your body. Listen. You're, are you listening to me? Your mind is no different than your kidneys, your liver. My liver ain't going to heaven. My soul is. Are y'all following me? And when you understand that, when you understand the difference between the mind and the heart, then you understand all of a sudden, all things become clear.

That's why the Bible says, "A man that looketh upon a woman not to lust after in his mind." Ever, every man that lives has had that temporary. It's your mind. It's something that goes on in your mind. You see a woman, and for a split second, in your mind, that's the clearing house. You can't control that. She's responsible for that for how she's presenting herself. I'm not. I'm responsible when I decide to think on that. There's a difference in a thought and me thinking on that. When I'm thinking on that, I'm pulling that in out of my mind into my heart. I've selected that, and I'm bringing it into the inner sanctum. My God, you got to hear what I'm telling you right now.

Doubt is not that instant thought. Doubt is that decision not to believe God in your heart. Everybody's going to have that thought. "Will God really do it? Is this really happen?" You can't control those thoughts. They are random. Even Lucifer has the authority to drop things in your mind. But it's up to you what you decide you're going to dwell on, what you decide you're going to think about. Oh, you got to get a hold of what I'm saying right now. Some of you are under condemnation because of what comes into your mind. I'm telling you, you can't condemn yourself for what you think. You got to condemn yourself for what you decide to think on. Oh, somebody clap your hands. Clap your hands. Come on. Come on. You got to get a hold of what I'm telling you right now. You got to differentiate between your mind and your heart. "For as a man thinketh in his heart, not in his mind, in his heart, so is he."

If you can understand and differentiate between your mind and your heart, then you can quit condemning yourself for those fleeting, momentary thoughts. The carnal man speaks out of his mind. The spiritual man speaks out of his heart. You see, a carnal man, whatever flies into his mind, he just lets it pour out his mouth, and that'll get you in trouble. But a wise man says, "I may have thought that, but I'm not, I'm certainly not going to speak it, and I'm not going to think on it. I'm going to clear that out." Because out of the abundance of the heart, not the mind, out of the abundance of the. See, envy can come into the mind, but only bitterness can. Envy is only envy in the mind. If it gets to your heart, it's bitterness. That's so when you take it out of your mind is envy, and you pull it into your heart, you've got a root of bitterness. And it didn't have to be that way. You did that. Go ahead. You did that. You decided that you was going to take that envious thought and you were going to think on it. You're the one that went to your heart, mind, and got that and brought it into your heart.

See, demonic oppression in the mind is one thing. But if you think on that and you dwell on that, you're going to bring demonic oppression into your heart, and then it's going to be possession because you dwell on it, and now it dwells. It's not a thought anymore. It's a dwelling. Am I making sense to y'all right now? And see, when you, don't differentiate between your mind and your heart, you get condemned for what other people and Lucifer's putting in. But only you control the gate of your heart. You are responsible for what's in your heart, but not what's in your mind. Because this world can put all kind of things in your mind. But let me ask you, are you, through prayer, being a good gatekeeper of what goes into your heart? Go ahead. And you're not judged for fleeting thoughts of doubt. But are you dwelling on that? And with all that said, now let me ask you again, is it doubt until you speak it? Is it doubt until you say it?

Well, let me just ask you this. If one, if it works on one side, does it not work on the other? If it works on the positive, does the same rule apply to the negative? Well, then let me ask you, can you baptize someone in Jesus' name? Are we going to let a mute that can't speak baptize in Jesus' name? He's saying in Jesus' name in his heart. Can you think repentance? Can you think tongues? The power of life and death is in the thought, sir. There is no power until it's spoken. And if that is true of invoking the name of Jesus, and if that is true in repentance, and that is true in baptism, and that is true in speaking in tongues, then it, it also true of doubt. That's why you can't say everything you think. And the Bible instructs us to say, "Let the weak say I am strong." You don't say what you think. You say what you want to be. All right. He said, "Let me tell you what you do. You can't control your thoughts, but you can control your heart." So, let me tell you what you do. If you're weak, you don't admit to that. You say, "I am strong." And if you doubt, you say, "I have faith, and I believe." He said, "Let me tell you what you do. You speak of things that are not as though they already are." You speak of Lazarus as alive while he's still dead. You speak of the walls of Jericho flat while they still stand.

So, somebody lift your hands. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. My God. Somebody reach it. If that's a revelation to you, respond to that revelation. Grab a hold of that and make it live in you. The devil, the devil is using, you know what he's doing? He's, he's using your own goodness against you, right? Come on. See, he puts all kind of doubt in your mind, and then he said, "Oh, you lied. You said you believed, and I know all the doubt that was in your mind." Yeah, but I didn't put it there, devil. You did. That's right. That's right. You see how he's tricking you? You see how he's messing you up? You say, "You put that in my mind." But I didn't bring that to my heart. I believe God. I believe God. Ask what you will, and it shall be given. Trust and obey. Believe Him.

I will say of the Lord, it don't have power until you speak it. Somebody say, "Well, I can't lie and say I believe when I doubt." Who's put that doubt there? You are the devil. Who put all that in your mind? You, you are just the world you happen to be around today. Well, let me tell you what, the, the same God that says, "All liars shall have their part in the Lake of Fire," says, "Hey, if you believe on me, if, if in your heart you believe that I am He." Yeah, yeah, man. See, that doubt he puts in there, it, it's never. He has enough sense not to put doubt in you against God because he knows you won't accept that. You know why you're in, sitting here tonight? Because you believe God. What he puts doubt for is the, is the miracle and the outcome. And you don't have to believe for that. All you have to believe in is that God is God and that He can do it. Because the devil's going to be saying, "You, you believe for that miracle, and you didn't even pray this week. You're believing for that miracle. You told your mother-in-law off today. You, you mean God's going to do a miracle for you? Don't you remember how you tripped up last week? You think God's going to work for you and you did this or you said that?" That's all thoughts. That's not your heart. You know what your heart is? Hey, I'm not perfect, but I, I serve a perfect God. And I made some mistakes, but I serve a God that don't make mistakes. And my faith is not in me. I don't have to have faith in me. I don't, I don't have to have faith in how perfect I am. I don't have to have faith in how good I am. I have to have faith in how good and perfect He is.

And it's in your mind. Be seated. It's in your mind that the devil's telling you you're weak. It, it's in your mind that the devil's telling you you're weak. It's in your mind that the devil's saying you can't have that miracle. So, you've got to quit judging yourself according to your mind and look at your heart and say, "My, I, I may have be having temporary doubts that's being put there by the carnal circumstances I'm around, but in my heart, I believe God, and I believe His word, and I believe His promises. And in my mind, I may be weak, but in my heart, I'm strong. And in my mind, I may be having doubt as whether it can happen, but in my heart, I believe God can do anything." And because of that, let the weak say I am strong. And let me speak of things that are not as though they already are.

Right where you're seat, I want you to lift your hands. I don't know how much further I'm going to go. I want you to lift your hands, and I want you to tap in right out of what I've already preached. Come on. I want you to get a hold of this. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. My God. My God. My God. My God. Woo. The devil says you can't believe. You, you can't believe that miracle. Look at what you've done. You can't believe for that miracle. Look at what you've said. You can't believe for that miracle. You hadn't been praying like you need to. You, you, hey, miracles aren't worked because of how good I am. Miracles aren't worked because how faithful I am. He works miracles because of how faithful He is.

One more step. You see, it's like I told you last week, when God looks at you, He looks at you covered by, by His blood. If you're full of the Holy Ghost, you're staying repentant. When He sees you, He sees you in the perfection that He imputes unto you. Abraham, what's the Bible say? Somebody quote it for me right quick. "He believed God, and it was imputed unto him." It was gifted unto him as righteousness. If you stay under the blood, and you stay full of the Holy Ghost, when He sees you, He don't see that you didn't pray this morning because you got busy. He sees His righteousness. Oh, my God. You, you, you missing it. When He looks at you, and you're staying full of the Holy Ghost and under His blood, He don't see your weakness. He sees your. His righteousness, His strength, His faithfulness is imputed unto you. You're covered with it. That's why He said, "When I see the blood, I'm going to pass over." You're not going to be judged. It's not your blood I'm looking at. It's, it's my blood. I cover you with it as a gift. So, when you look at you, you see you as weak. When God looks at you, you see you as strong. Therefore, you're not lying when the weak says, "I am strong." Yeah, go ahead. Because you're speaking about what God sees instead of what you see. Let the weak say I am strong.

All right. Speak of things that is not as though they already are. Say to that mountain, "Be removed and cast into the sea." Say, "My God have mercy." Say of Lazarus, "He is yet alive," while he's still in the grave. Speak faith. Speak faith. It's not doubt unless the devil can talk you into saying it because it has no power until you speak it.

Be seated one last time. I'm going to tell you something. God, God wants to take this tonight, and He wants to make it a miracle in some people's lives because you've had a total misunderstanding of what faith was. I was going to preach the six cents tonight, but I'm not. I'm going to have to save that till another Tuesday night. It ain't going to work this time because I'm, I'm done. I've already used up my time, and I got hung up on my intro and never got to my message. So, you just titled this tonight, "You Got to Open Your Mouth and Say It." All right. Yeah, yeah. See, here, here's the deal. The devil wants you to speak doubt because when you speak doubt, you speak death. He wants to put all kind of thoughts in your mind and then get you so geared up that you start expressing them. That's right. Because if he can get you to say it, then doubt fills the room. Doubt clouds the room. You've got to quit judging yourself for temporary thoughts. You got to quit judging yourself for things someone else says. Anybody else been having a great day and up and all that, and then you get around some idiot that says something stupid, and then you're riding down the road with them butterflies in you? I'm sorry, sometimes I just, I get wild. Forgive me. I shouldn't have said stupid, and shouldn't have said idiot. Please forgive me. But I've been having a great day, full of faith, and then get around someone that says something, and then I'm riding down the road feeling uneasy and jittery, and, and I'm like, "What happened? I, I was so up." And then I remember, "Oh yeah, that I got around someone that decided to store something in my warehouse." And what I've got to do is clear that out instead of pulling it into my heart. If I ride along thinking on that, that's right, ruminating over that, wondering, "Well, I wonder if that could happen. I wonder if it could turn out like that. Oh, my Lord, what if what they said would be true?" That's right. You know what you're doing now? You're taking that, and you're pulling into your heart. You're letting it become what you are.

God does not judge doubt on the clearing house of your mind that you hadn't got exclusive rights to. You're not judged for that. You're judged for what you get out of that warehouse and bring into your heart. So, you got to be a good color. You got to be good at quickly knowing what to throw out the door. Yes. That's right. Come on. Get rid of that. Yeah. I'm not thinking on that. I'm getting that out of my spirit. That, that's not getting in my spirit. I'm, I'm getting that out of my mind, right? That's my warehouse. Somebody may have the right to back their truck up and unload in my warehouse, but I, I've got the right to get it out of that door as quick as they put it in. And I'm sure not going to take it into the inner sanctum. Yeah. That's good. It's not doubt if all you did is thought it. It's doubt when you wrap it up and you carry it in. Yeah. And you make it yours. Sure, you're going to have all kind of doubt thought. But I'm going to tell you when you know what you don't believe is when you speak it. That man that the king leaned on opened his mouth and said, "Man, could this thing be if God opened the windows of heaven, could this thing be?" Let me tell you something. Had he kept his mouth shut, that's right. He to live to eat the bounty. And he thought it. You don't, you don't say one thing. You don't first think it. It wasn't doubt when he thought it. It wasn't doubt till he spoke it. That's so good. You're, you're robbing yourselves of your own miracle. You're robbing yourselves of your own miracle because you say, "Well, I can't have it now. I doubt it." Well, how'd you know? Well, I had a, had a doubt thought. I'm going to tell you why God wept. He didn't weep because Lazarus was dead. He wept because Lazarus' sister opened her mouth. There'd have never been a problem if she'd had just thought it. Oh, come on. Now, but she had to open her mouth and speak what the devil, what Lucifer put in her warehouse of her mind. "By this time, he stinketh." Yeah, yeah. Go ahead, brother. Well, he can only, he can only stink if he's decaying. Oh, come on, somebody. Jesus would have never, we never reprimanded her if she could have kept her mouth shut because it's out of the abundance of the heart, not the mind. What you expose when you speak is you took doubt out of your mind and brought it into your heart.

I got to say it again because you missed it. What you expose when you speak is that you thought on it, you ruminated on it. If you'd have left it in the warehouse, you couldn't form it into words. It may pass through your mind. I'm going to tell you, any bird can land in your hair, but you don't have to let it make a nest in your. Get that out there. Get, get, get that out of there. But when you grab it and you pull it into your heart, then it spills out out of your mouth. I, I want to convince you, it's not doubt until you speak it. It's not. It don't have an effect until you open your mouth. I'm telling you, you can think anything, but you can't start believing what you think. You got to choose what you think. Let the weak say I am strong.

I want us right now. I'm done. I want you right now where you sit. This is going to be so different. But I want you right now where you sit to close your eyes, lift your hands, and start praying about what I've taught you tonight. Come on. Come on. Come on. With your hands raised, I want you now. I'm going to tell you what's going to happen. I'm fixing to speak it. There is an anointing that's to start moving through this house, and when it hits you, I need you to open your mouth and respond to it. I don't care if it's jumping up and speaking a word of faith. I don't care if it's crying out. I don't care if you, you can't sit there any longer and you got to jump up and run. Whatever moves on you, I need you to respond to it right now. But as you're worshiping, I'm going to walk these aisles. My God, have mercy. And I'm talking about your faith right now. I'm talking about your faith, right? Are you listening to me? I'm talking to you about your faith right now because the devil has told you that you're weak in faith. And I'm telling you, let those that the devil said is weak say I am strong. Oh, my God, have mercy. Come on. Come on. The devil said you was weak. I'm saying you're strong. The devil said you was weak. I'm saying you are strong in faith. The devil said you were weak. I'm saying you are strong. Let the weak say I am strong. I am not weak in faith. I am strong in faith. I am a believer. God can do anything. God can work any miracle. God can work any miracle. God can heal any disease. God can set any captive free. Let the weak say I am strong. I am strong in faith. There it is. There it is. It's moving. You can have your miracle right now. I'm telling you what you've been praying for. You need to claim it right now. You need to come out of that pew and say, "I've let the devil put this off long enough. I've let the devil cancel my miracle long enough. He told me I was weak. He told me I was a doubter. He accused me of doubting when he's the one that put the thoughts in my mind." My God. My God. I'm going to tell you what he's done. He's planted thoughts in your mind and then accused you of being the doubter. He's planted doubt in your mind and then accused you of being the doubter. You're no doubter. He's responsible for that. You're a believer. He has delayed your miracle too long. He's put off your answer too long. Somebody needs to come out of that pew right now and say, "I've never been a doubter. He's a false accuser. I've never been a doubter. I believe God. I believe God. I believe God." Open your mouth and say it. Come on. You need to open your mouth and say it tonight. You need to open your mouth and say, "I'm strong. I am strong. I am a believer. I am full of faith. I am not a doubter."
