So, for any of you guys that have ever experienced emotional abuse from narcissists, this video is for you. And I got to give you guys a lot of clarity so you guys can heal as fast as possible, because it is not fun being involved in these types of things.
So, the first thing you guys have to understand is a healthy human being who is not a narcissist would never, and I mean ever, emotionally abuse you. Say the nastiest stuff? They wouldn't do it. Healthy people do not do that, bro. They don't. So you guys have to understand that when this stuff happens and you try to defend yourself by telling them what they're doing wrong, if they mock you after you try to tell them what they did wrong, they're literally telling you with their actions, "I am a psychopathic narcissist, and it is deep to my core that I am that." They are going to tell you that through their actions, but their words? "I'm not a narcissist." But guess what? Their actions said otherwise. Emotional abuse and all this kind of stuff, and especially mocking after the emotional abuse when you tell them how what they did was wrong—it's not okay. It's never okay, and it has to be addressed. It is terrible behavior. It is damaging. It is not okay.
So, for you guys that are going through this right now with a narcissistic partner, you guys have to question many things. And I feel bad for those of you that are stuck in those situations, possibly living with one or being in a situation where you cannot fend for yourself, but you're literally living with a narcissistic partner where they're literally abusing you 24/7. That is like death. That is like you're alive, but you're not; your human body is alive, but your soul is dead because of what they're doing to you, and it's absolutely atrocious. Atrocious is what it is.
So, you guys that are involved in these things currently, you have to rethink things about life. You have to rethink things about your partner. You have to rethink things about your friend, if it's a friend doing this to you, because emotional abuse is also common in friendships. It's common in family. It's common with everybody. It doesn't even have anything to do with a partner necessarily, like a relationship partner. It's common with everybody. Some of y'all's family could be doing it to you. Some of your friends could be doing it to you. And friends in the past had tried to do this stuff to me. I cut them off like a bad habit, just like this. I'm not going to lay a beat down on them because I'm going to get in trouble. There's not much else you can do, and you're not going to sit there firing back shots because it's—it's immature, okay? They'll talk a lot behind your back and everything else, but is there anything I, or you, or any of us can do about that? The answer is no.
The mistake I made when I was younger is I would get so mad when I heard things about me and people saying things about me and making up lies about me and rumors and all this stuff and creating chaos. I used to want to get them, bro. I used to want to get them. Like, "I can't believe you said that," and you just want to get them for saying those things and and holding you to that false standard in their head and them creating up rumors out of thin air to destroy who you are, to destroy your character. It's called character assassination, a tactic used by toxic people, also known as narcissists.
Narcissists don't live in reality, folks. Narcissists have a point of view on life that's false. It's like a Disneyland. It's like a Disney World. They believe what they want to believe. If the sky is blue, I think it's purple—that's how they think. If you're a good person, you know what? You're a bad person, even if you're a good person; they will say that to you. So they don't go off of by reality, guys. They go off of by how they want to think. "I want to believe that. I want to believe that 1 + 1 equals 4, even though it doesn't. I'm going to believe that, and I'm going to say it." That's how they think. But guess what? It is not four; it is two. It'll always be two. You're wrong, you are, and that's the truth. But you see, guys, they don't live in reality; they—they believe what they want to believe to make themselves feel better about what their—about their stupid belief system that's not even true. Instead of living in reality, they live in a fantasy like—and this goes with everything to do with life, guys, them and the way they think. It's in every aspect of life. They don't view people as they are; they view people as they want to view them. If you're a great person, they could want to view you like you're—like you're a bad person, cuz that makes them feel better inside by them not giving you credit for being a good person. They want to paint you in this image and try to—try to find things about you and try to find faults in you and try to criticize you, and then emotional abuse comes and all this stuff, and they just want to bring you down to the lowest of lows, even if you're a good person; they want to do that to you. It's all abuse, guys. Their minds are completely—completely screwed. And dealing with a narcissist is a scary, scary thing. They are dangerous. The closer you are to them, the more dangerous they are. The further away you are from them, the more safe you are. And that's—that's just how it is. You could give them the world, and they could hate you more for it. You know why? Cuz you're making them feel useless. You're doing everything for them; you start to make them feel useless. You might—you start to bring down their confidence and their self-esteem because you're doing good things for them. They take offense to that. They're—they're not appreciative of the things you did. They almost want to get offended because you're a healthy, happy human being that can—that can actually bring value and do things. So when you do it, it can actually make them mad, not the opposite sometimes, bro. You cannot win with a narcissist whatsoever. But that's what these people are like. They're always trying to find something that is bad about you, cuz there's so much that's bad about them. They need to find things about you that's bad. They need to say lies and false things about you that's bad. They need to start being emotionally abusive to you to try to bring you down. And when they bring you down and you start to act different, now they're pinpointing about the things that you're doing that's different because they already brought you down, and it's this crazy ass thing that's going on. Like I said, they don't live in reality; their mind's just gone, just whatever they want to believe, whatever they want to think; they're just—they're stuck in here, and in here is not a good place. They're not with nobody, bro. They are not even real people. This could go for man or woman; I've seen both. They're not real people. They never will be, and it's terrifying to see because they're—you know, they're alive, and they're walking around, whatever they're doing, but they're not actually alive. There's a demon that has a stranglehold on them. It is a demon, and it has a stranglehold, and these individuals don't have an identity.
The way you feel about them—like here's the thing, guys. Let's say, for example, one of my parents, right? Let's say my mom. I know who she is. If I talk to her, I know who I'm talking to. Let's say if it's one of my good friends that I have, I know who one of my good friends are, and it's going to be that same person when we talk, vice versa with me and them. They know who I am, and when we talk, they know what they're going to get. Here's the difference when it comes to the narcissist, and if it actually is a narcissist: every single day you talk to them, you don't know who you're going to get. You don't know if they're going to be good today. You don't know if they're going to be bad today. You don't know what type of attitude they're going to have. You don't know what type of demeanor they're going to have. You don't know if all hell is going to break loose. You don't know if they're going to have a better day. You don't know. You don't know who you're going to get. That is a very clear indicator that you're dealing with somebody like a narcissist or even a psychopath or a sociopath or something completely crazy, bro. You don't feel the real connection with them. You don't feel it. And the reason you don't is because you're not connecting with a person; you're being connected to something with no real self-identity. A demon has a hold of them, and that's what you're connecting to, and it's insane. You never know who you're going to get. You never know who you're going to talk to. You never know what type of responses you're going to get from them. You never know what they're going to do. You don't know if they're going to cheat on you. You don't know if they're talking to somebody else behind your back. You don't know what's going on, bro, cuz they're not a real person. Their minds are—bro, they cannot be trusted as far as you could chuck them halfway across the face of this universe. They're terrifying people. They're liars. They're scumbags, and they're dirty, cuz guess why? They're a demon. They're not a real person. They're not real.
And whenever you link up with a narcissist, what they're going to do in the very beginning is pretend that they are a real person. They're going to show you many good traits of good behavior, and it's love-bonding. You feel loved. You feel heard. You feel respected. You feel like, "Oh my God, this is the best girl I've ever—I've ever met in my life," or you could feel, "Oh my God, this is the best guy I ever met in my entire life. Oh my God, he's so ch—he's so charismatic. He's this, he's that." But the real indicator is: are they that 3 months later? 6 months later? One year later? 5 years later? That's the real indicator. Or you can meet a friend, and, "Oh man, that guy seems like fun. Let's chill, bro. Let's—let's go do some stuff. Let's go golf. Let's—let's go whatever," or you met a dude at the gym or something and it's like—you just feel like you kick it off, but then you go to do—I've been in this situation before. People appear to be good until you get to know them sometimes, and it's effing terrifying. Like a few years ago, there was a guy I met at the gym and uh—seemed like a decent fellow, whatever, okay? And we just made a plan, go shoot some pool afterwards on a Saturday night, so that's what we did. And—and I seen behavior out of this guy that night, and I couldn't believe that he acted that way. Like I couldn't believe it, man. And like I said, man, this exists in both men and women; it's not just a gender thing. It's scary for both. This dude said something to me, and I was literally shocked, like, "What?" And when he said that, at the same time I kind of like gave him that look, and he like—he kind of tucked his tail between his legs after he said what he said, and I just let it slip, but—and I just kept the night going. Never talked to him again after that. Avoid him at the gym. Never hung out with him again. He's a bad dude. At best, might say something like this at the gym, just pretend—just pretend like we're still cool or something, but—and I don't want to create enemies. I don't want to have like bad blood; that's why I just give a little nod and keep it going, cuz I—I don't want to hate anybody. I don't want to hate this dude. I—I don't want to. And he's not even at the gym anymore. But yeah, once you see people's true colors, bro, it's a wrap. It's a hard wrap, and you know exactly what you're dealing with.
I had some fake friends in the past as well, whenever I was a lot younger. They put on a good act to get what they wanted from me and out of me, and they—they hang out lots when things are going well, and I can supply them with a little bit of weed at the time, let's say, or some drinks or food through the drive-thru and whatever else. And um, once that stuff stops, you start to see their true colors. They're not actually your friend; they just like the supply that you can give them because they're narcissists. They don't care about you as a human. They don't care about your well-being. They simply don't care. They only care what they can get from you, and if they don't get it, they show you exactly who they are, and that's when you have to see it for what it is and cut all ties with the narcissist.
But anyways, guys, emotional abuse is a huge red flag. It should never be done, no matter what. And if somebody emotionally abuses you, you should never do a bad—you just have to see it for what it is, and um, put a stop to that pretty quick, cuz it's not okay. And it becomes 10 times worse if someone emotionally abuses you, you let them know they did that, and then they mock you for it. "Oh my God, you're so sensitive. Oh my God, this. Oh my God, that," as if it wasn't a big deal. And they do that to try to shame you. They do that to—to try to make you feel or look weak, but in actuality, you're just letting them know what they just did and that it's not acceptable. And they want to pull out all those different curs, and, "Oh my God, you're so sensitive. Oh my God," they're just acting like they're all that, they're all tough, they're all this, they're all that, but you're just simply letting them know, "This is—you can't do that. What are you doing? That's what you just did. You just said that you did that, not me, you did, and I'm letting you know it's not acceptable, and don't do that again." And they respond? Mockery. They try to mock you because of it, cuz you put up a standard—you put up a boundary is what I meant to say. You put up a—ing boundary, "Don't do that again. Oh my God, you're so sensitive. Oh my God." And uh, it becomes 10 times worse at that point. They don't care about you, bro. They don't care about you. They don't care that they're doing things to you that's unacceptable. That's a huge slap in the face. That's a huge red flag.
Any of you guys that are in a relationship with somebody like this, a marriage with somebody like this, a friendship with somebody like this, do yourselves a favor and get out. If you're in a marriage—oh boy, good luck with dealing with that. There's a lot of men today, bro, blindly getting married to women, and blindly getting married to women today is the worst mistake a man could ever make. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. And another huge mistake is blindly having kids with a woman today without really knowing what you're getting yourself into. The biggest mistake ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. If you're going to get married today, guys, you want to make sure you do it under the right circumstances. Not with the government. You want to make sure that this woman is tested for many years and has consistent good behavior for many years, not just a month, not just a year; many years of consistent good quality behavior to the point you have full trust. Cuz why would you marry someone when—when there's not full trust and you have question marks in your head? Why—why would you have kids with someone if that's the case as well? If you're going to get married or have kids, you should have full respect and trust and everything else with the individual, and if you don't, what are you doing, my guy? What are you doing? You're only hurting yourself. You're only harming yourself. You're digging your own grave. This is a huge mistake that men make, and a lot of men make that mistake, and then all of a sudden they need all this help, and that's a bad mistake, bro, that you—ely have to pay for cuz you did not do your research. You blindly went into things. You probably let this woman take over you. You probably let that stuff happen. You probably let her force you into the marriage. You probably let her—"Oh, let's get married now. Let's have kids now." You probably let it happen. You probably let it be rushed. That means your woman led the situation, and you followed her. You followed Eve. You bit the Apple, bro. You linked up with an ungodly woman. You linked up with a demon is what you did. So that's a price you have to pay now. I feel for everyone that are in those situations, cuz it's a—it'd be a nightmare. It's literally the worst possible case scenario on Earth pretty much.
