Ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you very warmly. My name is Grzegorz Golec, and today I have the pleasure of telling you about Bemer technology. And first and foremost, our conference today is aimed at discussing with you the possibilities of cooperation with this German brand. Ladies and gentlemen, I also welcome all those who will be replaying this conference, as we are recording it for the benefit of those who cannot be present live at their computers at this hour. I believe our entire meeting today will last about several dozen minutes, and I will try to focus only on the most important details, so that unnecessary things are simply not used in this conference today. What is important, ladies and gentlemen, I will briefly explain to you what microcirculation is, because in this industry, we are the sole world leader. We are a company that supplies class 2a medical devices that stimulate and improve microcirculation in the human body, and not only, as I will mention other organisms a little later, but I would like you to listen briefly about microcirculation and technology at this conference, because we have specialized, extensive conferences on this topic, which are conducted specifically about microcirculation. There is no business part there, and today there will be a small part that will allow you to see the market, see what it is, how it works, how it relates to human health, whether there is market potential, the need for functioning and operating in this area. So, let's begin. Ladies and gentlemen, the Bemer brand itself has been on the market for 28 years, so it is a truly proven brand. It is distributed in exactly 28 countries, and the technology itself is this 2a medical technology, which we have already mentioned. It is the same certification as, for example, MRI or X-ray. However, our device is not a diagnostic device, but a device that acts as a vascular physical therapy. And we will talk about this, of course. I would like you to see at the outset in what market sector we are, what potential we have in Poland and worldwide with this technology, to establish ourselves, to be able to help people in the area of rehabilitation related to various health challenges, as well as simply in the scope of health prevention, health prophylaxis. Please pay attention to the slide, these are statistical data from the GUS office from 2019 and 2023 in Poland, which show the causes of death, and of course, for many years or even decades, cardiovascular diseases have consistently dominated. Only in second place are systems, diseases related to cancer, for example, which are also unfortunately a plague of our times today. So, we will operate in a very crucial area, because all, in fact, most diseases begin with cardiovascular disease. If circulation is impaired, cellular dysfunctions begin. These cells are not oxygenated, not nourished, not cleansed, which also causes further bodily reactions, chronic inflammation, which turn into serious diseases. So, generally, stimulating the circulatory system is the basis for maintaining health and vitality. And we will talk about this. A few data points at the beginning, so that you understand the direction and area in which we will operate. The human body is made up of about 90 trillion cells. That is an unimaginable number. And what is very important is that every cell in our body depends on the bloodstream, on circulation, because every cell needs oxygen, needs vitamins, minerals, needs to be cleansed. All these processes take place within the circulatory system. And what is important, this circulatory system can be divided today into two areas, namely the macro and microcirculatory system. We will only mention the macrocirculatory system today, but perhaps there will be some new information for you, which perhaps you thought differently until now, that our human body looks different. The provided human diagram shows the main arteries, veins, our blood highways. And this, ladies and gentlemen, is of course pumped by the heart into the macrocirculatory system, into these large blood vessels, this blood that moves along our body, but then it goes into smaller and smaller vessels, until it finally enters the microcirculation system. And it is the microcirculation system that reaches every cell, nourishes it and cleanses it. So, ladies and gentlemen, the role of this system is extremely important. So, the transport of oxygen, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, as well as for people who already have health problems and challenges, medications. If there are dysfunctional areas in the body that need human support, the circulatory system must be efficient to reach them. For things or ingredients and various products to be absorbed there, the circulatory system must be efficient. So, microcirculation is the absolute basis for maintaining health, vitality, and a long life. The macrocirculatory system, i.e., the heart, is the main pump that pumps into the veins, into the arteries. Here, this system functions, but please note that this is only 5% of our circulatory system. And what may be new to you is that the remaining 95% are these capillaries, so-called capillaries. Please note on this slide that there are over 160,000 km of them in our body. This is an unimaginable amount of these blood vessels. On average, these vessels are thinner than a human hair, 15, even 18 times. And blood doesn't even flow there anymore, it trickles in a molecular form, reaching the cells and nourishing them. And what is perhaps one of the most important pieces of information, which may be new to some of you, is that the heart does not pump blood in the capillaries. There is a second mechanism here, a second pump that works inside the capillaries. It is called vasomotion. Vasomotricity. These small blood vessels have an action in a healthy microcirculation system. They relax and contract three times a minute. So, this vasomotion system, or vasomotricity, is the relaxation of the vessel, blood particles flow in, contraction moves them further, and this is a very important system. You will learn more at our specialized training sessions on microcirculation itself. If we could say generally what influences a healthy microcirculation system or its dysfunction, then ladies and gentlemen, you have the points listed on the left. I think everyone will read them. I will not quote them. The most important thing is adequate movement. If we move, we don't have a sedentary lifestyle, and even if we do, we relatively provide stimuli to the body in the form of training, movement, so as to stimulate this circulatory system. In this case, it will be less dysfunctional, it will be efficient for longer, but we simply need this movement throughout our lives. Unfortunately, most people have too little of this movement in this regard, and these dysfunctions begin even at a very young age. Of course, all elements such as environmental pollution, unhealthy food, stress incredibly affect the quality and contraction of these blood vessels, which causes this situation to be very disturbed. Lack of sleep, lack of regeneration. And the last factor, namely natural aging processes. And what can be mentioned, our body develops approximately up to the age of 27. At that time, all our organs develop. From approximately this period, our body enters a process of slow wear and tear of certain things, certain mechanisms. Scientists have calculated that microcirculation and vasomotricity slow down by an average of 8 to 10% every decade after the age of 27, i.e., every 10 years. Of course, if we exercise, if we are active people, we will have an impact on this circulatory system, but if we enter the realm of everyday life, i.e., lack of movement, we sit in cars, at home, in cars, everywhere, then this process can be much faster. And please note that civilization diseases that appear, such as strokes, hemorrhages, or others, used to occur after the age of 40. Currently, such situations occur even in 20-year-olds. So, all these disease mechanisms are unfortunately occurring at younger and younger ages and result from many dysfunctions and an unhealthy lifestyle. Here, please forgive me, I will return to this slide for a second, because I would like you to pay attention to the right side of the screen. At the top, we see an example of checking the condition of blood vessels, which can be done with a CT scanner. The examination is angiographic, contrast is administered to the body, and we see the patency of these larger blood vessels. Whether our arterioles and venules are in good condition. At the bottom, you have an example of microcirculation, and this is a plastinate, i.e., a human forearm from a donor from the Body Worlds exhibition, which travels around the world, currently in Warsaw. Type "Bodyworks exhibition" into a search engine and you will see where you can see it in Warsaw. Such a plastinate is filled with resin for many months, and here we see a human forearm and the microcirculation area of these small capillaries. Let's remember that it is precisely from these small vessels that all active substances are transferred to the cells, and through these small vessels, the first process of body cleansing occurs. We cannot get such an X-ray to see such an image, ladies and gentlemen. Therefore, we often do not know the condition of our microcirculation. Now I will explain this to you quickly using a diagram. Please note, on the left side, we have a diagram, i.e., an arteriole. This is where erythrocytes, i.e., red blood cell particles, flow, or rather trickle. They are rich in oxygen and nutrients. They reach the intercellular space and deliver these nutrients and oxygen to the cell, nourishing it. On the return, the system removes carbon dioxide and all substances related to metabolism and removes them via a venule to the body for cleansing by all our cleansing organs. And now this vessel, this arteriole, according to vasomotricity, expands, relaxes, and contracts three times a minute. So, once again, let me remind you, it relaxes, it fills with blood particles, these erythrocytes trickle in, and by contracting, these values are moved further, and this system then works healthily. Our microcirculation will be very efficient. But unfortunately, if we say now that it becomes disturbed with age, the older we get, the more we feel some aches, we have cold feet, we have some painful areas, we have degenerations, dysfunctions. These are inflammatory conditions resulting from our lifestyle over many, many long years. We have worked so hard for this that we feel it today. And now, please note that in this microcirculation, vasomotricity can slow down to even one relaxation and contraction per 10 minutes. This causes oxygen and nutrients not to reach the cell. The cell is not nourished. Likewise, the reverse return system via the venule does not remove carbon dioxide and metabolic substances, and our cells begin to get sick. Inflammation begins, which is chronic for months, years, and more serious diseases begin. So, the role of microcirculation itself is extremely important for human health, as it is the first direct line of supply and cleansing for all our cells. And now, please pay attention to a very short article. We will slowly move on to our technology, what interesting things it does. This is the American Heart Association, which in various publications, this one is from 2016, describes: "Small vessel disease is the source of serious diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, heart attack, dementia, and many other brain-related diseases, generally related to circulation itself." So, this is a very important area, and the medical world knows about it. And now, what is BEMER physical vascular therapy? We could also call it microcirculation physical therapy. German scientists, cardiologists, worked for many years from the early 1990s to find a technology that could improve this circulatory system, which becomes disturbed. And of course, you are wondering if some specific substances, pills, or some pharmaceuticals could not have been used. Well, at the capillary level, there are no receptors for absorption, so we cannot act there chemically. We can act with a signal, a special signal with a wavelength, frequency. And here, Professor Klopp discovered and patented the Bemer signal in 1998. This is precisely an electromagnetic signal with a special frequency wavelength that hits these small blood vessels, these capillaries, restoring their proper vasomotricity. And this has been researched, it has been patented. And what we can tell you today is that this is a technology that has dozens of clinical studies. Many are double-blind, triple-blind. This is a scientifically proven technology, and therefore it has medical certification, meaning it is approved for hospitals, public health facilities, spas, but most importantly, the largest area is technology that anyone can use at home for their family. So, we are not talking about business now, where we will be running around health facilities, talking to professors, doctors, because that is the highest level and the most difficult sector. We will be able to reach virtually anywhere with this technology. And it does not only apply to people who are already struggling with their health problems and challenges. It applies to many people who are aware of prevention and prophylaxis. It is better to prevent than to have a stroke and then seek rehabilitation and recovery. So, this is also a second area. There is a third area, ladies and gentlemen, very important. This area is the market of active people, the sports market. Many athletes from various disciplines use BEMER technology. These are Olympic, world, and European champions. These are amateur athletes who know that they can support their regeneration processes, their performance processes, thanks to which they have a fantastic opportunity for progress. I am an amateur athlete myself, a long-distance runner by passion, so I can confirm this with my own stories. Ladies and gentlemen, behind Professor Klopp, you see monitors on two screens where, on a living organism, using a non-invasive Doppler laser with an incredibly high magnification capability of these capillaries, this technology was tested on living patients, how it worked, how the organism worked before and after treatments with this technology. And in a moment, I will show you one of many such studies. We will get to that, but now perhaps for those who would like to take notes, need more detailed data. The signal components themselves are given generally, approximately, because there are many zeros, decimal places, because it is very precise, but it is about 1030 Hz. Long electrical waves of low intensity, and the pulse carrier is 3.5 to 35 microteslas. So, ladies and gentlemen, I know that this means little to many of you, you don't have to understand it, but out of curiosity, I will tell you that the Earth's gravity, the fact that we walk on our planet and stay on its surface, is about 60 microteslas. So, it is a very precise, delicate signal. And now, what is important, BEMER therapies, i.e., this physical vascular therapy, are in several time ranges: eight minutes, 16, and 20 minutes, and they have three types of intensity: low, medium, and high level. And of course, all clinical and certification studies were conducted on the lowest programs and at the lowest frequency. And what has been proven? An eight-minute BEMER physical therapy. When we perform it, you see there are over 1200 pulses per minute to our blood vessels during the treatment itself. You will see what these pulse carriers look like, how they affect our body in a moment. The effect lasts from 12 to 16 hours after the treatment. This is scientifically proven, confirmed by studies. So, a person does an eight-minute treatment in the morning and an eight-minute treatment in the evening and has improved microcirculation flow for 24 hours a day. And what health effects can we get from this? Let's remember one thing. Bemer does not cure, but by improving our microcirculation, BEMER gives the body the strength to start regenerating and repairing, because the human body has certain mechanisms. And of course, it's not about talking about very miraculous stories now, but believe me, ladies and gentlemen, after days, weeks of using the technology, health improves significantly. There are many factors that you will be able to see in our other conferences, for example, health stories of various people who struggled with various challenges and ailments. What health benefits did they achieve? I don't have much time for that at this conference today, so we don't talk too long. Now you will see a computer simulation of a capillary. This is a system that shows a cross-section of such a vessel, such a capillary. Let me remind you again, 18 times thinner than a human hair. And look, ladies and gentlemen, when we start this simulation, the vessel relaxes, fills with erythrocytes, meaning the blood flows or trickles in at this level. Contraction causes it to move further. This is a simulation. And now I will show you the effect of BEMER therapy, which was part of the certification. At that time, a woman who underwent Doppler examination was a woman from Germany, about 35 years old, an office worker, sedentary lifestyle, which causes circulatory dysfunction, did not have any civilization diseases diagnosed yet, apart from a bit of neurosis, such as depression resulting from her work, so stress accompanies her, and a sedentary lifestyle, and this is only a 35-year-old person. And look, ladies and gentlemen, now before the stimulation. I will point with the cursor and explain. On the left side, we see an arteriole. Here the blood is lighter. On the right, we see a venule. Here the blood is darker. Blood moved very slowly through this arteriole, and smaller vessels are clogged. Oxygen and nutrients should flow to our cells here. And carbon dioxide and metabolic substances should be removed through this venule on the right for cleansing in the body. 3 minutes of BEMER technology stimulation improves this vessel, causing these smaller channels to unblock and blood transport to improve, it is much better. Similarly, blood transport for cleansing also picks up speed in the blood vessels. After six minutes, what you will see is already a very nice improvement in microcirculation. And pay attention to the right side of the screen. At this moment, we also see some trickling bubbles. These are leukocytes, these are our immune cells. If we have a healthy microcirculation system, leukocytes have a much better ability to transmigrate to areas that are dysfunctional, painful, where there is inflammation, to support the body in regeneration. If we have slow blood flow, these leukocytes cannot move and act where we need to repair. And please note that today, supply causes the cell to be nourished, but an improved cleansing system also strongly supports the body's immune system. We see a short repetition again, before and after applying BEMER technology. There are many such videos of unblocking channels in the intestines, liver ducts in a fatty liver, etc. There are many of them that you will be able to watch, see, because the company has accumulated a lot of research over 28 years. So, you see, ladies and gentlemen, that we are in a very interesting business area. Let me add again, because some of you joined the conference during its course. Today, BEMER is the only device in the world for stimulating microcirculation, and the only one in terms of having 2a medical certification and dozens of clinical studies and over a hundred scientific publications confirming its action. There are other devices that sellers also claim work on microcirculation, but they are wellness devices, often devices that have no studies at all. Well, that's like, you know, talking about something that is not scientifically proven. In the case of BEMER, there is a 2A classification in the European Union, which I have already mentioned, and certifications including MDC and MDR, many other databases in which we are. Annual medical audits ensure that this device is used in many hospitals. In Poland, also in several significant ones. MSWiA, and I will answer in a moment, so you will also learn about this in other conferences. We are in 28 countries, but in North America, we have two more very important, strong certifications. Health Canada Class II is the same as 2A in Europe, and the FDA device was tested for many months in the United States and we also received confirmation of the functioning of this technology. So, ladies and gentlemen, we are talking about something that is proven, safe, and works. And now there are contraindications, and it is worth knowing about them, and every partner will be trained in cooperation in this regard. Who cannot use this technology? Three groups of people, primarily those that the company lists in its statistical data. People who have undergone tissue or organ transplants and are taking immunosuppressive drugs, which are drugs that lower immunity. These people cannot use BEMER technology. Active phase of oncological treatment during chemotherapy or radiotherapy. No. After completing such therapy, consult with a doctor, and Bemer is not a contraindication. Active medical implants, such as pacemakers, insulin pumps, but here too, it is worth consulting with the attending physician, because Bemer technology is very advanced, and pacemakers and pumps are also of a completely new generation than they used to be. So, often the attending physician should decide on the use of this therapy. And now, what are the components of the sets that clients in hospitals, clinics, practices, but especially at home use? Of course, we have a control computer with a touchscreen that emits this specialized signal. Here, the interface is in several languages, including Polish. It is very intuitive, easy to operate. Even seniors at a rather advanced age can turn the Bemer on and off. Here is the main applicator, most commonly used, i.e., a couch, chaise lounge, or armchair applicator. It has built-in, according to the wiring you see, 16 coils arranged along the lines of our body and main important receptors. And it is through this main applicator that we emit the BEMER signal. In this visualization, the chaise lounge is approximately this size. Here on the computer, an eight-minute program is running at medium frequency, although perhaps even high frequency, looking closely. The signal penetrates our entire body. Even the lowest signal penetrates several dozen centimeters. The medium one even further. A strong signal penetrates the entire body up to 70 cm from the applicator. In each minute, there are 1200 pulses to our capillaries, restoring proper vasomotricity up to three contractions and relaxations per minute, which improves our body. So, as you remember, 8 minutes of treatment in the morning and the effect lasts for 12 to 16 hours, another 8 minutes in the evening, and we act very supportively and preventively on our body's health and the condition of our organs. Of course, as part of the sets, there are various applicators. This white one is for the bed, much larger, 3D printed. We have a belt for localized action with four strong coils. A single Bispot, the strongest for localized, pain, or degenerative action. You will learn about all these applicators in detail at another conference. Optionally, we can add light therapy to this set. Blue light with red and red with infrared. So, light therapy compatible with microcirculation technology. And here I can only mention that having both these technologies in one device creates a synergy, as if we gave the example of 1 + 1 equals 3. So, it is worth learning about light therapy. And here you have an example of the larger bed applicator, 95 by 195 cm in length, 18 coils, 3D printed, we sleep under the sheet, we do night therapies, four-hour therapies at night, you will also learn about the night program at a medical conference. There are additional applicators like BIST, the size of a seat, as you see in the attached image. Very strong signal, a huge coil, so it's a nice applicator to take with you when traveling. We can place it on the abdomen, lumbar spine, knees, ankles, i.e., the joint system we have, we can stimulate in various places. It's nice and easy to roll up. So, the computer taken with this applicator gives us the possibility to act very nicely with this technology while traveling. Here you see examples of application. Belt, shoulder harness. You are certainly interested if we have any good facilities in Poland that use this technology. We have more and more of them, although Poland has only been in active distribution for six years. I will tell you more about this in a moment. So, we have the beginning of the market in Poland, ladies and gentlemen, but we already have fantastic information and documents or various materials gathered over the last 6 years. This is Professor Jan Szczegielniak, former national consultant for rehabilitation at MSWiA and Głuchołazy. Let's hide Professor for a moment. In 2022, at the beginning, he equipped the clinic's rehabilitation department with several BEMER devices. There is pulmonology, orthopedics, post-COVID, and so on. On the left side of the screen, you see, because this is Professor's opinion, a recommendation, for which conditions our BEMER therapy, physical vascular therapy, was used. And on the right side, you see what kind of support was observed with traditional rehabilitation when BEMER technology is included. Additionally, and these are effects that have been observed for several years. Let me remind you again, ladies and gentlemen, that BEMER does not cure these conditions, these diseases, but it has a huge impact through the stimulation of proper microcirculation processes. The body has mechanisms to support the improvement of patients' health status in these various challenges that you see here. And of course, I know, because I belonged to this group myself a few years ago. The first thought that might come to your mind at this moment is, hmm, is this really true? Can this really work? Because we don't believe there is something that works for everything, and here we see various systems in the body and support in very many areas. Ladies and gentlemen, there is a very simple answer to this, and unfortunately, it is exactly like that. Perhaps fortunately, this is very good news for us, because whether it is the skeletal, digestive, nervous, circulatory, respiratory, hormonal, muscular system, any system, they are all supplied with blood. Let's remember that our 90 trillion cells are in all our systems, in all our organs, and they depend on efficient microcirculation, because cellular nutrition does not occur through veins and arteries, these main blood highways, but through the capillary system. If we improve the capillary system, and bones have microcirculation, thanks to which a broken limb can grow, all systems are supplied with blood, so efficient microcirculation will give the body strength for regeneration, repair, and support of rehabilitation processes. And for people who want to maintain health and vitality, are aware of good prevention, and want to live long, in good condition, with a good appearance, but want to preventively protect their family, then such a Bemer in every home is one of the most important solutions. And now, see where we can find scientific publications, because I mentioned these clinical studies, many scientific publications that exist. PubMed is a portal where this is published in English. Go to PubMed, type the phrase "bemer" into the search engine, and you will find dozens of clinical studies. Of course, the site is in English. You can turn on the translation to Polish and read it. Many doctors look there when they familiarize themselves with our technology. If you would still like to remember where the name BEMER comes from, it is from Bioelectromagnetic Energy Regulation, which is an abbreviation of the name BEMER. And I will tell you honestly that today we can talk about various things that are theory, that do not yet concern us, our examples, so it can be different, but I have my personal story with BEMER, because in 2018, on the centenary of independence, my friends and I had a very serious accident on the highway while driving to a running competition. It was not due to reckless speed, but the driver in front of us fell asleep at the wheel at night, hit the barriers, crashed into others, his engine and battery were torn out. His wreck spun around and stopped in the left lane of the highway under an animal crossing. Black night, a shaded area, of course, without lighting. The driver woke up and fled the car. We were driving, talking, and it was as if we crashed into that car. Hence the consequences you see in the picture. Fortunately, no one died, everyone survived, but we had quite serious injuries, and I the most, because I was driving that car. The colleague behind me fell into my seat, because the force of the impact was so great that he made a hole in it and hit my spine with his knees. I had an explosive fracture of the lumbar spine L4, a millimeter from spinal cord severance. And here the doctor brought me before the surgery, showed me what they would do, such a stabilization. I only have it on three screws on one side and the other. This one was larger in the example. I still have these screws and plates, so they stabilized L3 to L5 to secure L4. I have it, it doesn't bother me. The problem, ladies and gentlemen, was bigger, because my left leg, which was on the footrest, because the car was automatic, meaning we drive with the right leg, the impact was so incredibly strong that the heel was crushed and came out to the sides, the bones simply came out to the side. So, there was an open fracture of half the foot, reconstruction, removal of that material, addition of bone material, screws, plates, there was a lot of it, and a completely blocked ankle joint. Here you see a side view. All these circles are screw heads, of course, connected by plates. Here is an X-ray from the bottom of the foot. You can see there were a lot of these rods. And of course, before the surgery, I asked the doctor who operated on me. I was operated on at Professor Guć's hospital near Otwock. Excellent orthopedics. And I ask, Doctor, when will I be able to return to fitness, when will I be able to return to running? Because I am a marathon runner. It is my great passion. Well, the doctor just smiled and said, "Well, sir, you know, I don't have good news for you. Unfortunately, if you don't limp for the rest of your life, it will be a miracle. 1% of patients after such an event return to walking properly, but you can forget about sports entirely, ladies and gentlemen." And so it was for the first year, when I had those plates and screws in my leg, the joint was blocked. The joint had no movement, so the calf muscle atrophied, because there were no stimuli or impulses in the calf muscle structure, and the ankle swelled incredibly. Listen, I had three days of inflammation, one day without. Three days of inflammation, one day without. It swelled to such an extent that it wouldn't even fit into a boot, even with the initial part of the foot. It was incredible. So, pain, lack of sensation in half of the entire posterior section. And the scenario I heard from the doctor was coming true. After a year, they removed them, I came, showed the photos, they removed the screws and plates, I had another surgery, at the end of 2019. And ladies and gentlemen, of course, I still had a great desire to return to running, to that fitness, and I said that I would not give up so easily, I would fight for it. In 2020, after that second surgery, two months after I had that surgery, I still couldn't put weight on my leg, I was still walking with crutches, of course. Piotr Sierpowski, my dear friend, mentor, who showed me Bemer, said: "Grzegorz, come, you have to get to know this." He told me his story, and in those years, I knew nothing about it, and I bought it more on his trust. We started using BEMER therapy. My circulatory system here was so, all the vessels were torn here. I had no sensation in the back of my foot at all. I've talked a lot about this, sorry, but it's a very good story. And I will tell you that using Bemer, we often want to do two treatments, feel it immediately. Of course, in my body, I felt that something good was happening there, I felt good, the wound was healing better and better, everything, but this microvessel system, which was torn and crushed here, was rebuilding. I started to feel the first tingling using Bemer several times a day only after a month and a half in this back part of the heel, and listen, and then the impulses started, that suddenly I felt that my ankle joint had its first small movement, the first muscle soreness in my calf, so I said something is happening. You are certainly wondering about the price of such equipment. Ladies and gentlemen, the price is, this is German equipment. The price is for Europe. The price is the same everywhere, it is in euros. The most popular set is the Premium SET EVO, which has two applicators. The one we take with us, travel with, the chaise lounge, couch. The one for
Beds for permanent, for night therapy. Belt, bispot, computer with battery. We can do 40 treatments without access to electricity. This is a value of about 20,000 PLN. For medical equipment, this is one of the cheapest medical devices. For equipment that is in offices, everything starts from 50, 80, over 100,000. This is really a very good price. Ladies and gentlemen, the warranty is 3 years for this equipment from the manufacturer. The lifespan of this technology does not wear out. It is even said that you buy BMA, you have it for life. So the whole family can use it, there is no age limit. There can be very young children who benefit from microcirculation, middle-aged people, very mature people. We all do treatments. There is also equipment that can be a slightly smaller set, but I'll tell you if it's worth it or not. It also has an applicator for lying down, but in this €300 cheaper set, it's either gray or white. There are not two like in the premium version. Either gray or white. So if we buy this cheaper set, or our clients, there is a variant where after some time we say: "It's a pity we don't have the other one, and if we wanted to buy it, it costs €800. And this set, which has both, costs only €300 more, so we have a €500 saving. Of course, you can also add applicators to the sets, like phototherapy, like bisit, like many other cool accessories, but I'll leave that for later. We will talk about that because we also have financing for clients. People will be able to get equipment on installments. Companies have the option of leasing equipment, so we will talk about that later. But for now, I will tell you about an important sales mechanism, because we are at a business conference. We often meet clients at their homes, in companies, in offices, demonstrating the technology. We also organize conferences where more people attend, we create BMER zones, people do free treatments to test the technology during lectures. This is happening. But many people say: "I would like to be convinced before I spend 20,000, whether it will work for me, for my health needs, my health challenges." Bemer knows this and has offered a testing option for the equipment for many years worldwide, where a client can do a test for €899 for four, for 8 weeks. Listen, 800 will be towards a potential future purchase. 99 we overpay, this is equipment insurance, handling costs and logistics. By renting the equipment, the client rents it directly from the company, a brand new factory set arrives at the client's, and for 8 weeks they use it without limits. Together with their whole family, they observe changes in their body. Ladies and gentlemen, most people who start their adventure with microcirculation feel a big impact on their health after three, four, five days, big positive changes. After a week or two, they are often spectacular, after a month everyone will feel it, but you have to do the treatments. So here the client decides within two months whether to keep the equipment and pay the difference, meaning the one they have at home stays with them, or return it and Bemer company will send a courier to pick up the equipment from that client. And they had therapy for about 4,000 PLN for two months. I will also tell you, because this will be one of the ways to earn money. Many representatives or offices have many BMR devices, which they rent to clients, patients for monthly therapies, and in private rentals from such an office, the client also pays 2,000 PLN for a month, so for two months they would pay 4,000, but this will be earnings for the office or representative. And here we overpay for our equipment, so at this point, if we decide, we pay the difference, so this is also very beneficial. We will return to this tool. Ladies and gentlemen, the credit system is up to 70 years of age, including credit installments, so pure theory. If today our client, for example, is in the senior age group, is 65 years old, they will still be able to get financing until they are 70 years old, so for 5 years. If someone is 70 years old, they will no longer receive financing or more. So this is the mechanism. The maximum financing is for 10 years. You decide which set you choose, for how many years. The interest rate is approximately 11% per year, with the condition that we cannot repay earlier than after 12 months, meaning we pay installments for 12 months, and after 12 months, when we have cash flow, we can repay it in full, eliminating interest. For details, check the website, but cooperating partners will also inform you about them. We have had this financing model for a short time, but it is very effective, ladies and gentlemen. So, that's all about the technology. Now let's talk about business, meaning let's move on to what we can do with it in Poland. I want to tell you right from the start that BMER is not just for human devices, so we have over 13 million households here. We have a lot of work. I will repeat these statistics in a few minutes. In Poland, at the moment, it is the beginning of the market, there are only about 7,000 devices operating in Poland, where, for example, Hungary, which has only 9.5 million inhabitants, has been cooperating with Bemer not for 6 years like us, i.e., since 2020, but they have been cooperating since 1998. They have been selling on average for many years 3,400 to 5,000 sets annually. And we in Poland, after these six years, are at the stage of selling about 1,200 sets annually. In a country of 38 million people. But now let's look further. There is Horse technology. Here, very professional blankets for horses. This is one of the most professional blankets for stimulating microcirculation in horse health. At the biggest tours in Europe, Munich, Paris, those very famous ones. There, every second horse in the stable that comes for equestrian events, for competitions, has a Bemer blanket on. In Poland, this market is just starting. There are also many horses. And ladies and gentlemen, a complete novelty. Bemer has been working on BMER Doc technology for three years, which it is introducing in mid-August this year. You see the photos, and they are already here. Partners have the first test devices, but sales to clients start, ladies and gentlemen, only in August. In the Polish Canine Association, 8 million dogs are registered. How many veterinary clinics are there? How much do we care about our pets? These are devices that will be a sensation in the Polish market, because there are no other devices for dogs that are scientifically proven to stimulate microcirculation and regenerative and rehabilitation processes in dogs. So, a huge, huge market lies ahead of us. How can you start cooperating with BMR? Ladies and gentlemen. Let's look at the right side first, and then we'll move to the left. The first point we need to meet is the purchase of a business license, which normally costs €495. Why did I use the word "normally"? Because we are currently running a promotion where you will get this license cheaper, and I will tell you more about it shortly. So, purchasing a license is the first point, and the second point is full partner authorization, which can be done by purchasing any set, because we will be working at shows demonstrating the device, or if we cannot afford it yet, the first sale to a client, from which we will not receive a commission, but it will be our authorization. And please remember this phrase, because we will use it later. License plus authorization. Authorization is either the purchase of any set, it can be human, it can be horse at the moment, or the sale of one set, which will be commission-free. This will also be authorization. Advantages of the BM business. First of all, ladies and gentlemen, BEMER, because perhaps by being at our conference, you will associate it with whether this is a multi-level marketing sales system. I would say, Bemer is not network marketing, it is more specialized direct sales. There are salespeople, there is also the possibility of building your sales team, but here it is a very prestigious premium activity, and we do not build huge teams. We can work alone or with a few, a dozen or so people, if you wish. We will talk about that too. Please pay attention now to these strategic elements. First of all, we work with a German company, we have salaries in euros. Bemer pays salaries from device sales twice a month. First, sales booked by the 15th, payments after the 15th. 16th to 31st, payments after the 31st. This is very important because we earn in European rates. These commissions are really at an attractive level, which makes the business very quickly profitable. Low entry threshold, if we talk about the business configuration, ladies and gentlemen, even a license plus a device at the level of about 22,000 PLN, it is unlikely that you can open any other business for that. And the second issue, often for such money, we can go for a week with family to Turkey, and this money will soon be gone. No economic risk. Why? I will even show you a situation where, having a Bemer, you can rent it out to people in need, and Bemer will pay for itself. You can do treatments with it and earn money from it. You can, of course, work and sooner or later acquire clients. What is an important element is that BEMER partners do not buy equipment to resell it further. We mediate in sales. If you are an authorized BMER partner, you will have a client who wants to buy, you will go through your office, which you will receive from the company as part of the license, enter the system, enter the client's data for the invoice, either an individual or a company, and Bemer will generate a proforma invoice for the client. The client receives it by email, you receive a copy. The client pays the invoice by bank transfer, the money is credited to BEMER. This is sending the equipment to that client, and the client knows that you are their guardian. Your responsibility is to get to the client, set up the equipment for them, and train them in its operation, apart from the sales technology that you have done. So, Bemer sells to the client, not you, but Bemer pays you remuneration for the work done, which I will present to you shortly. Quick return on investment. Ladies and gentlemen, if someone prepares really well, has good contacts, spheres of influence, Bemer can pay for itself very quickly and earn purely. Even from renting out their device, BMER can pay for itself, ladies and gentlemen, in 6-7 months on therapies. We will get to that. Low cost of maintaining the business. I might mention that if you have experience and have had various business proposals in different sales systems. In many companies, there is a requirement for personal turnover or monthly turnover to receive a commission, or some targets, a minimum per year, otherwise they will terminate your contract. In BM, it's great. There are no limits. You can sell at any time. You meet the specified conditions, you don't have to qualify for payment with another sale. There is no monthly activity. Very important thing. No competition, considering that this is a Class 2a medical device, it is the only medical device for stimulating microcirculation in the world that is scientifically proven. So there is no other device with this technology with such certification. No sales minimum, I said. Everything works in Polish. We have a Polish hotline, support at the headquarters. We have organized a whole system of training in Poland, both online and live in conference rooms. Different levels of knowledge acquisition, and there are several sources of income, which I will now try to interest you in. I promised to mention the promotion. Ladies and gentlemen, this promotion ends on June 30th, so we still have a little time to take advantage of it. If you make a decision by June 30th, the first promotional threshold is as follows. If you place an order for any set together with a license, you will receive a discount of about 50% on the license, or more precisely, the system will deduct €249 instead of €495 from the final invoice. That's how much less you will pay when buying equipment with a license during this period. But if, in addition to registering, because this applies to people registered during the promotion period, you also manage to make your first personal sale by June 30th, then BMER will refund you the second part, the license fee they charged, meaning from those €495, another €246 will be returned to your account with the commission resulting from the sale. So, in short, if we buy equipment with a license by the end of June, we will save about 1000 PLN, and if we also have our first registered sale of a chosen set by the end of June, Bemer, in addition to the commission it pays you, will refund you the second part of this license fee, i.e., €246. In short, the license can be free during this period. We will return to this. Now let's think further. What sets will you choose to start with? The set that will be most optimal for you to work with, so everyone has an individual perspective, whether it will be a human set, or a horse set in the market you will operate in, you will choose the appropriate equipment. Of course, I will show you a simulation at the end, how you can start using the credit option, meaning you will see how much you can earn and what credit installment you can afford within this business, which will not be a risk for you. We will get to that, ladies and gentlemen. Testing was mentioned, so we move on. Credit installments here, of course, we mentioned, so they will be spread out, and you will decide whether you want to use this model. Let's assume you are already a partner. You have a license with your equipment, meaning you are authorized, you start working, you have had your first training sessions, you have the support of your mentor, who will probably do the first informational meetings with you about this technology, so you will still be listening and getting involved, and you have your first client. For the first sale after authorization, Bemer will pay you a commission of 17% of the net value of the set. Human sets are medical with 8% VAT, veterinary with 23% VAT. But let's stick to calculations for human sets, so 17% of the net value of this middle set. Here we have from the cheapest set to the richest set. I'm converting it to zlotys immediately, ladies and gentlemen. It's about 3,000 PLN commission, and you will have this 17% from the first four sales in the BMR system. Of this amount. Once you make four sales, regardless of the time, please remember, there is no set time for this. You can do it in a month, two, half a year, or maybe a year, but sooner or later, when you make four sales, you will advance to 25% in the commission system. Then, from the sales of these human sets, the cheapest will be €830. Here there will be intermediate commissions up to the most expensive €1305. On average, at 25% from the most frequently chosen sets by clients, you have a commission between 4 and 5,000 PLN. This is a sufficient commission to cover all costs, many visits, many kilometers to get there, and the potential of this market is huge. Let's leave these commissions for a moment. The second source of income is very important. Perhaps you have your first BMER, which you use and work with, but you have free funds, you are an entrepreneur, you run a business, maybe you have an office where this technology can be used. And you say to yourself, maybe we should buy more BMers, because if you have your own BMers and your clients, patients come to you, you can rent this equipment to them to take home to support their therapy. For each month of rental, you will have income at the level of 2,000 PLN for human equipment, for horse equipment, for that horse blanket, 3,000 PLN per month. Let's stick to the 2,000 PLN rental, ladies and gentlemen. So, if we had our own equipment and rented it out, even our first purchased one, if it was working in the market, then in 10 months we have a return on investment, BMER works purely. This equipment we bought. Sorry, we'll get there, but what if you wanted to buy a second, third, fourth, fifth device later, once you are an authorized partner, you have a license and you have made your purchase and you are already at 17% and you want to buy another set, you buy subsequent sets 17% cheaper. And if you are already at 25% and want to buy more BMERs, you will buy them 25% cheaper. This means that perhaps the subsequent sets you have will no longer cost you 20,000 PLN, but 16, rented out for 2,000 PLN per month. The return on investment is after 8 months. It's worth considering, because this is a proposal for you, but for your clients, with whom you will work, which are offices, clinics, spas, sports clubs, there is a huge area to show them. Why? If today a client has to come and have treatments, of course, a treatment in an office in Poland, in a good standard, costs 80 PLN for 20 minutes. In a luxury standard, an expensive clinic, a beautiful beauty clinic costs 100 PLN. A small neighborhood rehabilitation therapist who works alone will probably do it for 50 PLN. The company does not impose anything, everyone chooses the status that will suit their treatments and their economic standard. A package of 10 sessions naturally gives a financial benefit to the client. And if we also calculated that we have two clients per day for microcirculation therapy, but we also sold several packages, then the revenue from BMR in an office is also several thousand PLN per month. BMER pays for itself on average statistically in half a year and earns purely. But ladies and gentlemen, now our clients in the form of such public places of business activity say: "Why should I hire a person to operate BMR and have the client come to do one treatment a day? It's much more interesting to buy the equipment and rent it to the client to take home for a month. The client will do three or four treatments a day, and they will simply rent it for a month for 2,000 PLN. 16,000 invested, 2,000 PLN revenue. Ladies and gentlemen, if there are financial resources available, we could consider such a summary. We have free funds, we are entrepreneurs, we buy an apartment, because why should they lie in the bank, let it be in some real estate. We buy an apartment for 500,000-600,000 in a small town, prepare it and rent it out for 2,000 PLN per month. Here we buy a BMER for 16,000-18,000, we rent it out for 2,000 PLN. You can answer yourself, many partners today and we have offices in Poland or clinics that already have 12 BMERs operating in the clinic for rent, and there are constantly upward trends. And the fourth source of income, ladies and gentlemen, between commissions, because so far we have talked about sales, when you sell, but many of you who are at this conference or listening to it, are influential people with contacts. We can build this business in Poland, we can build it in Europe. I will show you a map shortly. We can build it in the USA, in Canada. Great Britain, well, Great Britain is outside the EU, which is why I mention it additionally, which is just starting with Bemer, and there are a lot of Poles there. We can choose influential people, build an international distribution market. And this is worth analyzing, because we don't do it for free. Bemer knows that when we work with salespeople, we transfer our competencies to them, we train them, we give them knowledge on how to operate. They learn everything from us, because there is such duplication. You sell yourself, but you choose people to cooperate with, and you have no limit. You can have one, two people to cooperate with, you can have five, eight. You decide who you choose, where you propose it to whom. You help that person to operate. You are, for example, from Poznań, your partner is from Gorzów Wielkopolski, you travel, your partner made their first sale. According to our system, they will earn 17%, meaning they will earn about 3,000 PLN. But you were with them at that meeting, you helped, this is your first line, Bemer will pay you 8%. This is again from the cheapest sets to the most expensive, let's assume an average of 1,500 PLN. If your partner in Gorzów had three meetings scheduled that day, you came for the whole day. From three meetings, you have two finalizations. Your partner earned 6,000 PLN, you earned twice 1,500, i.e., 3,000 PLN. I think it covers travel costs, fuel, and as a daily earning, it's a very attractive rate. We can substitute any numbers, sales quantities. It will depend on you, on the quality of your partners. But if your partner from Gorzów says that there is a lot of work here, they have a few good salespeople, they would like to invite them to cooperate, there is also a second line, meaning there will be their partners, but you can also support them. You get 3% from their sales. Between 100 and 156 €, statistically, let's assume an average of 500 PLN. Ladies and gentlemen, so this system means that I can sell myself, but I can have partners and sell with them. And let me remind you once again of a very important sales argument. If you dedicate your work today to building a team, because there is financial leverage here, and very strong, really strong, money is quickly felt, and it is very visible. Well, generally, we are talking about decent amounts here. Perhaps you will not have time for your own sales, and Bemer does not require any activity from you. You do not have to meet any minimum personal sales to be paid a bonus from your partners' sales. You earn everything that is due to you from this team. So, you can have your next personal sale in 5 months, but your partners sell a dozen or so devices every month, because you have the right group of partners, you will be remunerated in this system. Certainly for those of you who are looking for something like this, to go into a profession. Perhaps Bemer will not be an additional source of income for you, but you would like to engage in it as a 100% business focus. Here, of course, there are managerial, director ranks, there is a career plan, meaning there are additional bonuses beyond these two levels, but ask the people who invited you to the conference or shared this video about that. It's worth getting involved, because managers are also very well compensated by the company and have excellent cooperation conditions. So, you see, we have four sources of income, and each of you decides which one you want to pursue. Whether you want to rent BMERs, earn from rentals, do treatments, travel to patients, to homes. Maybe you will exhibit at fairs, maybe you will arrange with spas, create a zone, you will come, do paid treatments, or maybe you will simply focus on earning money in Poland by selling devices, because the statistics of the Polish market represent a huge potential for at least 20 years of work. Let's leave these tables. I would like you to look at the GUS statistics now. I will remind you what is happening in Poland so far. When we launched, here I will show these charts, in 2020 a few people, literally, I don't know, maybe people who started cooperating, there were a few in 20. There were, of course, some representatives from Germany who were of Polish origin and tried to do something here, I'm not saying no, but a real distribution organization was created in Poland, and materials started to be translated, everything started to be created here, training, and so on. It was created in 2020, in which I think there were a maximum of about 50 sales, meaning a tiny core of people who wanted to introduce this technology to the Polish market was formed. It developed. The first three years were growth, but from 2024 we have the so-called first small momentum. In 2025, we sold 1200 sets in a year, and remember, Hungarians sell about 3,400 sets for over 20 years. And year after year, in a country of 9.5 million people, there is no downward trend. There is still huge demand for Bemer, for vascular physical therapy technology. In Poland, I have about 7,000 users, of which 95% are households, private individuals, private horse owners, and so on. 5% are institutional clients, companies, hospitals, offices, rehabilitation centers, spas, clubs. You know, this area is huge. You just decide. The beauty industry, the spa industry, biological regeneration. Well, Bemer can be placed everywhere. They are in normabars, hyperbars, and will probably be in all of them eventually, because it's a collaboration of these technologies for the benefit of the patient's health. We have statistically 13.6 million households. We won't reach everywhere, obviously. 100,000 offices and salons, 75,000 registered physiotherapists, almost 1140 hospitals. Ladies and gentlemen, Bemer is also not a business where we immediately approach doctors. I know many immediately think: "I know a doctor, I know a professor, somewhere." This is a higher level of knowledge. You need to prepare for this. You will start by normally showing this technology to your friends, acquaintances, people who run businesses, but are your friends. You have relationships, you will learn the rest on how to enter the cold market. Look, Doc is coming in mid-August. What are the statistics? 100,000 clinics and health centers. 8 million registered dogs, 8,000 grooming salons, schools, dog hotels, and so on. About 50% of households in Poland have a dog. This is something incredible, what is the market potential. And we will only be starting with BEMER dog in August. Horse, 350,000 horses, 8,000 training centers, schools, boarding houses. This is also a small percentage in Poland in this industry, which already has Bemer and works with Bemer. So the potential here is enormous. The most important issue that should be in your decision. If you don't feel it, don't touch it. It's not for you. Bemer is not a mass business, and it's not a Bemer that thousands of people will run around Poland with. It will be tens, hundreds of qualified, great people who will do it wisely, who will show facts, and will not run around distributing catalogs. That's why there is quality in this business, and we value it very, very highly, and everyone acquires these competencies. And the second issue, don't worry that you might not be from the health industry today and therefore don't have the knowledge. Most Bemer partners who effectively promote technology, sell, and build teams today were from completely different areas of life. They acquired their competencies through training, practice, and today they are already experts. Pay attention, these are markets where Bemer is officially a certified medical device, because wherever we are, we are a certified medical device. In most of these countries, we can build a business. Some have exclusivity, some we cannot. But today, with such a large group in Western Europe, there is migration from Poland. Great Britain, millions of Poles, the United States, Canada, tens of millions of Poles. We can enter everywhere with this. In the United States, even though the device is really recognized among people and the media, there is work for the next 10 years, because the health challenges of Americans are much greater than those of Europeans. You know about the overweight, the atherosclerosis there. There are serious health problems in that country. So Bemer is also a wonderful device for them that will support their actions. And now look, let's look at this table again. Analyze it calmly. I know that not everyone can afford to start a business by investing 20,000 PLN immediately, because people unfortunately live today in conditions where they live from the 1st to the 31st. Often, if we consider the option that from the sale of one Bemer, even at the beginning, you have a 3,000 PLN commission, and we choose a Bemer, say, for a period of 8 years, we have an installment of 315 PLN, so if we sell the Bemer not in the first month, but in the second or third, and we earn 3,000 PLN, we overpay installments for many months in advance. Second issue, if you gain competencies during this time, you pay these small installments, of course, they are interest-bearing, the longer the loan, the more expensive the loan, but it's not about paying it for 8 years. We cannot repay it earlier than 12 months. The first three months you learn, you get involved, but most of you will earn more than you paid for the Bemer in half a year. You will be able to afford to pay off your own device, but you can only do it after 12 months. Up to 12 months, you can earn even commissions exceeding several BEMERs, because there are such possibilities, and after 12 months you will go to the financial institution to shorten the loan period and cut interest and pay off the loan in full. But you started in business for a few hundred PLN per month. But please remember, this is your personal decision. No one will ever encourage anyone to do this. You decide whether to pay cash or use financing for how long, so as not to disrupt the so-called household peace, to do it with pleasure, not by force. So such an option is available. For details, ask the people who invited you again. If you decide, you can use the credit system to purchase equipment together with the license. This means that if you include the license with the equipment and a proforma invoice is generated, you will attach it to the credit application and you can finance it together. Which means you start in business within 20 minutes, within a few hours of the day, you get the bank's decision on granting financing, and you start in business. Your partners can also join by the end of this promotion. You will get a refund of the second part of your license. So, a lot is happening, so think about it carefully.
