Like everybody else, all right. So, right off the bat, we're going to go. I'm going to list out, let's say, nine auctions for y'all. Everybody, put your city one more time. Just put your city one more time. I'm going to start with the Florida stuff because that's where I left off, and I just want to make sure y'all got a pen. I want to make sure y'all got some paper. I wanted to make sure you share it out with the people that you care about before I start going, because when I start going, I literally just be going, right? Just so, just put your city in the comments and, um, put your city in the comments. Get your pens and papers ready. Unfortunately, you can't really record or whatever, right?

All right, February 2nd. We have 169 parcels being auctioned in Putnam County, in Putnam County, Florida. Putnam County, Florida. We got 169 parcels being auctioned off in Putnam County. Now, Lee County on February 4th. Lee County on February 4th. We got 79 parcels being auctioned. Parcels are pieces of land. Parcels are property. We got 79 pieces of property being auctioned off February 4th. All you have to do is just Google. All you got to do is just Google these auctions. Putnam County tax sale, Putnam County Land Bank, right? Lee County Land Bank, Lee County Tax Sale. Just Google it. It's going to pop up. I already did the homework for y'all, okay?

Broward County, Broward County tax sale, February 19th. We got 72, um, pieces of land and homes being sold. Then we got Marion County. Marion County, Florida, because y'all were so big in Florida. I'm just giving y'all one, two, three, four, five, six in Florida. Then I'm going to do four more based on what cities y'all just told me y'all are from. Now, don't be just going on your wish city where you wish you had a piece of property. Tell me where you from because I want y'all to pull up at the auction, okay? I want y'all to pull up at the auction. So, we got Broward County, February 19th. February 5th, we got Marion County. These are going to encompass all the counties in Florida that y'all been asking me for. This one is one of my fav, this is actually my favorite in Florida. Polk County, PK, Polk County, Florida is my favorite auction in Florida. Florida, you get ownership, um, right away. You go to the tax deed, um, I'll share information with you guys on how you can check, um, liens and things like that. But I really buy from Land Banks, which you don't have to do that stuff. Um, and then, and then there's a live in-person auction for those of you that like to pull up in person and go to auctions. For those of you that want to like, like, this is the best way to do it. You go in person because everybody can't be there at the same time. You gotta go in person. Go in person to the Polk County Auction. Um, no, no, the, that's those are online. What Polk, Marion, and Broward, Lee County, and Putnam are all online auctions. You can do them from the comfort of your own home, sitting home, drinking coffee, tea, whatever, chitchatting with your friends. You can do it there. You don't got to go.

Lee County, Levy County. Levy. Somebody tell me how you pronounce this. Is it Levy or Levi? L-V-Y County, February 10th at 10 a.m. There's a live auction, like in-person auction, y'all can actually go to and grab these properties, and you get ownership of the properties that day. It might take a two, three days for recording, but you get ownership of them. All right, that's 355 South Court Street, Bronson, Florida. 355 South Court Street, Bronson, Florida. Yes, I took, I gave these to somebody who was in my high-level mentorship, and, um, y'all just went to Florida, so I just start giving y'all Florida.

All right, so I see we got Houston. The Houston Land Bank is where you can get properties from. We got, um, Atlanta, Fulton County is another one of my favorites, right? You can get acres of land in Fulton County from the Fulton County tax deed auction. Just Google it. It's going to pop up. I'm you before me, you didn't know what to Google, so this information wasn't as relevant as it is now. Now that you know what to Google, the information makes a lot more sense, right? Um, man, my memory ain't that good. Who is that? Hano? My memory ain't that good to remember the date. Just Google it, man. You're going to get there and you're going to be like, yo, good looking out, Charles. I appreciate you.

All right, now look, here's what I want in return. Here's what I want in return. When you Google these auctions, I want you to screenshot it, tag me in your stories on Instagram, and say, "Thank you, Charles N." That's all I want you to do. If you Googled it just now or when you Google it, screenshot it, tag me on Instagram, and put it in your stories. "Thank you, Charles Nan, for the information." That's all I want y'all to do. I just gave y'all like, some of y'all could get, could get net worth of like $50,000 increase based off of what I gave y'all.

So, somebody said Delaware. So, we got the Wilmington Land Bank, Wilmington, Delaware Land Bank. Wilmington Land Bank. They got three programs. One, if you want to live in the house, it starts at a dollar. Two, if you want to renovate the house, it starts at like $2,000. Three, uh, it's $4,000 if you want to renovate and sell. That's their flip program. So, you, you guys can grab those properties in Wilmington, Delaware, which I love Delaware. I ain't even going to lie, y'all. Um, I do be saying I love a lot of places, right? I do be saying I love a lot of places, right? The reality is, I don't. I only love certain places.

All right, now I'm just going to go crazy and overdeliver because somebody said, uh, Missouri. Somebody said Missouri. If you from Missouri, shout it out. E.I. I love B. I'm, I will not, I will block you if you do not go to this auction right now. I'm going to give you, if you do not go to this Land Bank, screenshot it and tag me in your stories right here. Here's the name. C. I love B. Kansas City Land Bank. Kansas City Land Bank, right? It will also give you the Missouri. No, the Missouri is the, um, oh, I gotta, I gotta get back to M. Missouri is Missouri Tax Revenue. Look up tax deeds, Missouri. But do it, do it like, do it in this order, and then screenshot it to me, and then tag me on Instagram when you find it. I'm going to tell you, it because this is a dope killer. When I say killer, killer, killer, killer, killer spot, like this is under the radar. This is part of my $25,000 mentorship I'm sharing with you right now. You're going to have to do a little bit of work. Charles got a lot of work for you. You're going to have to do a little bit of work. Google this. Whoever finds it first, I'll send you five, no, $25. Right? Whoever finds it and screenshots it to me first, meaning whoever I put it in my stories with, I'll get y'all, um, $25. The person was supposed to send me their Cash App from last night didn't either, by the way. Here's what you gotta Google. Everybody could do this, right? Missouri Tax Revenue, Tax Deed Sale, Missouri Tax Deed Sale, Missouri Tax Revenue Department. Google that until you find it. It's there. And here's what's killer about that one. Nobody knows about it. I got a whole presentation. I got to get into, but whatever. Nobody knows about this auction, right? Nobody knows about this auction, but it's like, side, it's like over the counter. You do an application for the auction for the property. You pay, I think it's like maybe $10, $15, or $20 per application. Then they're going to send you an approval a month or two later saying you got approved, and then they'll give you, like, a week to buy, buy the property. This is one of my favorite auctions. This is one of my favorite. This is, I ain't going to lie, this is, I was torn between Kansas City. I was torn between Kansas City and, [Music] um, uh, Missouri. I was torn between those two. I was torn, but it is what it is.

All right, let's get to it. So, I gave y'all all the auctions. Now, now it's my responsibility. So, once I gave y'all that information, you actually can't leave because it's my responsibility to teach you how to go to those places safely. You can't leave because I gave y'all 25 auctions just now. It's my responsibility to teach you how to go to the auction and not make a fool of yourself. It's my responsibility to teach you how to go to the auction and not make a fool out of me.

All right, so here's what I'm going to do. Through this presentation, I'm going to get through it rather quickly, but what I want to do, my goal through the presentation is to go through some of the things that you should not do, right, when you go to the auction. And I'm going to go through them quick because, like, we kind of need this stuff. Number one mistake people make when they go to the auction: they don't bring enough money. If you want a property that's $1,000, bring $3,000. Just safely, bring triple the amount. Two reasons: you may get into a bidding war. You want to at least get up to the amount. Like, they usually auction for what's old and back taxes. If you get into a bidding war and you're in person, you could stop at double the tax amount because once it starts to go over, like, it'd be hundreds of properties. Let the person take that one over, pay for it, let them have it, and then you're going to have a, a backup list of properties. And you typically want to get a property at what the, um, what the back taxes are that are old. So, if you plan on spending or you like a property and they tell you the price is a thousand, please bring $3,000 with you. Here's a quick little tip too. Dana, you'll appreciate this. Here's a quick little tip. Find out from the auction. I'm going to show you how you liquidate a credit card real quick. Make sure you pay attention. If you catch it, you catch it. If you don't, it wasn't for you. Find out from the auction, right? Find out, guys, if y'all getting any value out of this, put a fire in the chat, please. If y'all getting any value, just put a fire in the chat. Just put a fire in the chat if y'all getting any value.

All right, find out from the auction because people don't like to carry a lot of cash. Find out from the auction if you can send them money ahead of time. If you could send them money ahead of time, use a credit card. Send them money ahead of time. So, if you trying to spend three grand, send it to them with a credit card, $3,000. Now, here's how you liquidate. If you only spent a thousand, they're not going to put the $2,000 back on your credit card. They're going to give you a check for the $2,000. Now you have just liquidated the credit card. If you don't spend no money, they're going to send you back the entire amount. If you can't pay direct with a credit card, you simply ask them for an invoice or request for payment of the amount of money, $3,000. You go to this site. Every single person right now, put this site in the chat. Millio. M-I-L-I-O. Everybody. I know it sounds weird. I know y'all probably never heard of it. Put this site in the chat right now. M-I-L-I-O. Everybody. Y'all going to get 0% interest credit cards. You leverage the credit cards. Put the property on the credit card. Sell the property, right? Sell the property, get the money back, pay it off before the interest even hits. Pay it off before the bill even comes. If you doubled your money, you did phenomenal. You got miles, you got points, you doubled your money, and you look good amongst your credit card company. That's killer. No, M-I-L-I-O. Some of y'all didn't spell it right. That's okay. Um, just check your counterpart in the chat.

Number two biggest mistake. I don't want y'all going to the auction, and this is, this happens, and it's so embarrassing. Some of y'all go to the auction, they go so fast, you miss your property. Then you got to be the only one person that raises their hand and say, "Hey, um, yeah, I missed my property. Could, could you go back?" It's the most embarrassing thing. It's the most embarrassing thing. And then what do they say? They talk to other people. "Yo, how'd you get here? Who told you about?" "Oh, yeah, Charles Newton did." And you missed your property. So, you, "Oh, so Charles, so now they say, 'Oh, Charles ain't teaching right.'" "Right now, like, yo, he ain't teaching right. Yo, don't mess with him because he ain't teaching right." The reality of it is, that one individual ain't pay attention. So, they flew all the way to Tulsa, Oklahoma, got the auction list, got the whole spreadsheet, did everything they supposed to do. The guy on the microphone went way too fast, missed their property. Now they telling everybody, "Charles Duna sent them." At least I got to tell y'all up front. Pay attention to the auction. Understand your, your sale number, your parcel number, and sometimes they call it a CS number. Learn all three of those. I just gave y'all all the auction information. You're going to search the auction list. You'll see one of those three numbers for sure: parcel number, CS number, or sale number. Pay attention. They'll give you the sheet when you get into the auction. They're going to give it to you. They're going to give you the sheet. Trust me, I've been to hundreds of auctions already. They'll give you the sheet of the auctions. Find your property as soon as you get there.

Number three, you don't get that first property, you make a fast decision. This is the third worst thing you could do at the auction. Third biggest mistake. You make fast decisions about, and you make fast decisions and buy a bad property just because you want to leave with something. So, we got people that fly all the way to Tulsa, Oklahoma. First property comes up, they get into a bidding war, they don't get it. Now they in panic mode because I guess they thought nobody was going to be at the auction. They thought they was the only person going to be at the auction. I don't know why, but sometimes it happens like that. Sometimes it don't. I'll be spoiling y'all and I'll be taking y'all to auctions where it be little people. It'd be just a few people, but some auctions got a lot of people. So, here's what happens. You get dressed, you think you going to kill it. You go all the way to the auction, flight, air, hotel, rental car, go to the bank, get your cash. You got your cash tucked in like nobody knows you got cash. When everybody knows you got cash, right? You at the auction, see all these strange-looking people. They looking at you because they know you ain't a regular. But they like, "What the hell is he doing in, in, in our town, in our city, at our auction?" He just saying, "Hey, I got the same information y'all got. The same information y'all been getting, the same information y'all been using and getting rich off of for the long time now. I'm getting some of it too, right?" But then you make a fool out of yourself because Bob over there is going to go against you and get your first property. So, now you sitting there, now you mad at Bob. I'm going to just keep it real because I'll be mad at other people when, when we don't get our property. It's a natural reaction. It's human nature. You mad at Bob. So, you looking at Bob. Bob, Bob going for something, but Bob is going for the backyard of, uh, the property that he owns, or somebody else owns. So, Bob is bidding on a property that is landlocked, and you have no, you can't do nothing with it. But you're going to sit there and you're going to outbid Bob, right? You're going to get a landlocked property that Bob and his neighbor said, "Hey, let's just buy this thing and we could do, have bigger barbecue." But you going hard, and you going to outbid them and win it, and then you're going to come back to me and say, "Hey, bro, I got this property. I really can't use. Um, it's landlocked. So, so, so what do I do?" And the answer is, you got to go ask Bob. Bob, do you, or your neighbors want to buy this thing from me? They're going to look at you and laugh. Maybe they're going to offer you less than half. Or you got to ask Bob and his neighbors for an easement. An easement is like, and if you pay close attention, you'll see this stuff. An easement is like a little walkway through the person's property that gets all the way to the back that allows you access. A flag pole easement is that kind of easement where the property ends up looking like a flag. N, I can't draw no flag with my hand. It look, it looked like that, right? Whatever. I ain't know, whatever, right? So, you would have to ask for a flag pole easement. Never think you're done. You can always sell properties from the auction. They sold it to you. You can always sell properties in the auction.

All right, um, so here's some best practices that I got to give y'all. It's my responsibility. I just gave y'all 20-something auctions. It's my responsibility to teach you best practices when you go. So, here's what you do. Here's what you do. Research double the amount of properties that you want. If you want three properties, research six, research nine. Um, have enough properties that if you miss the ones that you like, it's okay. You could, um, you got backups. You got backups. Trust me, you feel just as good walking out of there with backups than you do with the first ones. It's okay. All right. Get funding a month before, um, and liquidate through Milo or plastic. So, you can use those platforms to either liquidate or you could use them to actually go in early to the auction. Remember how I told you guys a lot of auctions will allow you to pay them upfront? They, because they know some people come with a lot of cash. You can give the auction your money first before the date of the auction. It's either through a form, um, there's a number of ways. If it's wire, that's phenomenal. You just go to Milo with the wiring instructions, and you just wire the money to the F to the to the auction. Here's the best part. They're going to, they're going to mail you a check back. So, you just liquidated your card. Now, if you liquidated it and you paid it, you get the points, you get the benefit of the credit card company knowing that you paid early. Those are called a client held days, meaning you only held the money for X amount of time. So, you actually get rated higher with that. So, when it comes time for increases and stuff like that, it's easy to get them. I trust me, it's easy. I got, I just got one. All right. Get the list ahead of time from the county and learn your parcel number and sale number because you never know what they'll call, what they will call at the auction. Some auctions will call a parcel number, parcel number 8900 Z50, whatever the case. You got to know that at the auction. You have to know your parcel number. They're going to give you a list, right? They're going to give you a list with whatever, if it's 600, they're going to give you a list of 600 properties. They may go in order of that list. You got to immediately find your properties. Bring a highlighter. Find your properties. Highlight them. Um, know where they are so that as they're calling them and going super fast, you don't miss out on yours because I promise you one thing in an auction is absolutely certain: they are not going backwards because you missed your number. Somebody else took it. Somebody else sold it. Somebody else bought it. They skipped you. Whatever the case may be, they're not going backwards.

Guys, comment the word "auction" if you see value in anything that I taught you so far. Just put the word "auction" if you saw value. Oh, oh, oh, I'm so sorry. I did not introduce myself. I didn't introduce myself. I, I just start because y'all was asking me states and everything. I didn't even introduce myself. I'm Charles Newton. I'm the founder of the Land Bank Team. I grew up in lower-class neighborhoods, really poverty-stricken neighborhoods, and I found this picture where I was a security guard way back, right? Some, now y'all know that's me, right? Some, some say I look the same, but I don't look like, you know, like that, that, but whatever. So, I grew up as a security guard, and I also worked a bunch of odd jobs, like UPS, and yes, I did actually work in a pizzeria. So, for those of you that are watching, right, that could be why Italian food's my favorite food, I don't know. But, um, for those of you that are watching, right, this live, um, um, that's a picture when I was a security guard, and yes, I was 6'4" and 190 pounds. I wish I could get back to that, but that's a whole another story. And then, yeah, I was doing odd jobs like security. I say that to say, like, had I had this information now instead of 400 properties owning debt-free, I would have had 4,000. Like, like, on a security guard salary, right now, you can go to one of the 15 auctions that I just mentioned and buy properties and level up. It's not for the rich only. It's not for, um, it's not for the wealthy. It's not for the real estate developers and things like that. It's for everybody. UPS workers, if they had the information. Oh, shout out to Karen, who did both. Shout out to Karen, who did both. Let's go! I love it, I love it, I love it. But I show that to tell you guys that you can go from working in a pizzeria, um, you can go from working UPS, we can go from security guard to where I am today. I own, um, over 300 properties. I don't work a 9-to-5. I never will. I travel the world. I enjoy helping others purchase, profit, and protect investment properties. I'm also a licensed builder. There's a picture of my license right there. Y'all could take my, I'm going to scream out my license number. Everybody put my license number in the chat right now. Put my license number in the chat for everybody that was the security guard, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Kinko, State, all of that. Like, like, put my license number in the chat because I'm a builder. I could build. My builder's license number is 29990 in the state of Alabama. Let's put that in the chat. Y'all, no, y'all got it wrong. Come on, bro. Bruce, 29990. Go look it up. I encourage you. Go look it up. Find it. You find it on Better Business Bureau. You can find it on, uh, what, Birmingham site, wherever they do the site. All right, so I helped a lot of y'all, right? And to account perspective, certainly over 2,000 so far, easily 2,000 because some of y'all on here got properties. If you got property from me, just put a fire in the chat. I appreciate it. But I got over 2,000 people, properties, that is families impacted with multiple properties, which is kind of crazy. I know Charles McNeal got one in Birmingham last week. I love it. All right, um, this year I'm only helping. Ah, they got me to help 10 more people last night. They got me to help 10 more. So, I gotta change that. I'm helping 510 people in 2025. That's it. Like, like, I ain't doing no more. This is my group. We do parties, we do events. Oh, if anybody's in New York, um, I'm doing an event this Friday. DM me. Event. DM me the word events. Y'all could come out. We gonna have a party, just like this, just like this on Friday, New York City. Um, the bar's open on me for the first two hours. After that, if you get there late, like, it's on you. But I'm doing an event just like this on Friday. Um, if y'all in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, I want y'all to pull up. I want to meet you in person. Let's do it. Let's have some fun because 2025, some of it's been rocky. I want to make sure, like, we get some, some time, we enjoy each other's company, we enjoy camaraderie, and we enjoy, um, our time together. I did not say comment "event." I said DM me the word "event." Just DM it to me. I'll send you the information. E. Deborah Owens said, "I bought two properties last night for less than two." Come on, Deborah, don't do that now. Deborah, you going to interrupt my whole, um, thing right now. Let's see if we could bring her up. Where is she? Where is she? Invite as presenter. Now, Deborah has no clue. She said she brought two properties last night for 220-something dollars. I just asked her to come up. I, I don't, I ain't see Deborah, and I don't know how long if she can pop up in here. She can. If she can't, she can't. But I gave y'all the places to go do it for yourself anyway, which is kind of crazy. Guys, just think about my life where people pull up on me all, all the time, and they be like, "Yeah, I bought two properties from the info you gave me. I bought four. I bought eight. I bought 10. I changed my life. I gave some to my family members. I gave one to my daughter for graduation. I gave one to my son." Like, it's, so, it's such a blessing. All right, if Deborah can't come up, she can't come up, but I invited her to come up. Even though we got to get out of here in the next 20 minutes, right? All right, so here, 2025, I want to show people that are highly motivated individuals that I want to change, that want to change in 2025. You have to be willing to change. You can't be in the same mode as 2024 and get different results in 2025. Doesn't work like that. There's three places you got to be willing to change. First place is identity. You actually got to become an investor. I know you, you, I had to become. I had to go from security guard to real estate investor. Whether you doing it, you transforming half and half. Security guard in the morning, investor at night. You got to figure it out. Um, the event's going to be in Brooklyn, Karen. All right. You have to change your identity. You have to be an investor, and that's just up here, okay? You got to be willing to make a financial change. Deborah Smith Owens said she bought two properties last night, like last night, last night, which is crazy, right? She bought two properties last night for $220-something dollars, which is sick, right? Crazy. You gotta be willing to spend that money. You gotta be willing. I know where she bought it, and I know she ain't going to see it. You gotta be willing to trust your training. You gotta be willing to trust what you know, the education, and everything. Uh oh, here she comes. Here she comes. Deborah, how are you? I'm well. How are you doing? I'm doing. You know, you just made my day. If I was having a horrible day, you know, like, you just made my day. You know that, right? Yes. But it happens every single day. It does. Like, like, literally, I don't know how often you tune into stuff that I do, but this literally happens every day. I almost can't get through a webinar, and I didn't even market or promote this. I can't get through a webinar with somebody popping up saying, "Charles, I got two properties. I got three. I got one. I got five. I got six." Right? All right, we go. Now, I got to put you through some questions. Did you see those properties in person before you bought them? No. Um, I know. No, I did not. Uh, let me ask you another one. Did anybody check your credit before you bought those? No. So, you don't got to have good credit. You can have horrible credit. Absolutely. You can. Yep. Did anybody call your job into employment verification before you bought those two properties? No. No. Did, uh, here's my other question for you. So, no credit check, no background check. They checked if he was a criminal? No. No criminal background history check. No credit check. No employment verification. Could have had bankruptcies. Nobody knows. But you won the two properties. I did. How much did you pay for each? Because all you just put in the chat randomly interrupted my thing, my webinar, my real estate news. That you bought two properties last night for less than $225. Well, I heard Materion say last night that I see we got a thing going on, right, right? That he, that he had all those properties. I was like, "I just wonder if I still got it, right?" I, "What if I still got it?" So, he said he had, uh, bid on some properties and walked away and didn't even know he had won them, right? I said, "Wonder if I can do that." So, that's what I, Oh, you so you tried it. All right. Yeah. Two properties. One was 110, one was 115. One, one. And both of them are near, well, what I, when I did my little bit of research, one is near, both of them are near, uh, a golf course. Yeah. And within 10 minutes of a lake. So, I was like, "I won." That's amazing. He's looking like, "Now he's going to want to." He's like, "Congratulations." So, y'all know what we do whenever somebody gets a, a property, right? We all jump in on the count of three because we are a community. Everybody put in the chat, "Congratulations." One, two, three. Congratulations, Deborah Smith Owens. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. What you going to do with those properties? Well, um, the two that I got yesterday gives me a total of nine. Oh my goodness. Yeah. Total of nine properties. Nine properties? Yes. Are you coming to Birmingham? Absolutely. I'm, I'm, you know, I'm sitting in room. I'm in the room. I got a plus one, so we good. Nine properties is crazy. All right. I interrupt. I'll be interrupting. You know, people tell me that I interrupt my guest all the time, and the only reason I do that is because I get so excited. Yeah. Like, I get so excited for y'all. Now, please let me calm down. What are you going to do with the nine properties? Well, I thought I would. Well, some of them I've already given gifted to family members. Nice. So, I've got some that I want to flip, okay? And, and then we're going to build on some as well. Okay. You got, you got a builder? No, I'm looking at you. I got. No, I don't got my license. Don't get me in trouble. I don't have my license in, um, in that city. I know. I'm not going to say it. I don't have my license in that city. However, no, not however, I'm going to give you a licensed builder right now, live on the newsroom, right now. Watch this. All right, because you just had the heart to say, like, to just type in that you caught, like, two properties, okay? I respect it. Now, I'm going to reward you for that. I'm just waiting for your name to pop up in my phone. Um, it's coming. It's coming. I'm going to send you the builder right now. Okay. Perfect. Send me the builder. Um, give me the first, give me your phone number. Give me, like, the first three because I know I got it in my phone. Go ahead. 980. 980. Got you. It ends in 27, right? I got your phone number. Look at that. All right. If you got it, let, hold on. Let me see. Hold on. Yes. Got it. There you go. Now, don't be sharing my people's info. All right. Now, the best thing about that, here's the best thing about that, Deborah. He owns a hardware store. Really? So, all the supplies, he's getting super inexpensive, okay? Yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay, cool. Thank you for that. That's my guy. Call him. Let him know I gave you the number. Let him know you got nine properties. We got somebody building there with 30 properties already, and, um, there you go. I'm so happy to have helped you. Now, if anybody was on the fence about coming to Birmingham or buy or, um, the only thing that I have to offer today is coming with us to Birmingham. If anybody was on the fence about coming to Birmingham, what would you tell them? Um, if, if you have ever wanted to write your own story, Birmingham is going to give you the opportunity to create longevity long after you've left this, this place, this Earth with your family, generational wealth. You can create that. But if you've ever wanted to write your own story and no one has given you the roadmap, you, Charles, have given us the roadmap to dream, not only dream big, but dream in a massive way where we can put things in our fam's hands, you know, put land in their hands, put property in their hands, um, start them off where we never would have believed we could have started. And, um, one thing I will say is that my husband always believed in, um, leaving something for the kids, and he passed away in 2021. So, I have to carry his legacy on, even though he's not here. And, and I'm doing that in a way where I'm giving back and letting them see his dreams realized. Yeah, that is amazing. I can't wait to see you. Um, I can't wait to see you. Like, it's just like a family reunion. Is, yeah, it will be like, kind of like a little sort of kind of like a family reunion type of thing going on because we all, a lot of us know each other, a lot of us have been around for a little bit, a while, right? And a lot of us have a lot of properties and are doing some special things. So, right, right. Yes. So, I'm so happy for you. Thank you so much for coming up. I'm sorry I had to pop up on you. I didn't know you had hair done, scarf, cooking chicken. I didn't know what was going on. Just know if y'all gonna be putting stuff in my chat, that's right. If y'all gonna be putting stuff in my chat about how much properties you got, I may call you up because people just don't believe it, right? Right. They don't believe me when I say I have resources where you can get a property for 300. I never say hundreds like you got because it's just unbelievable. That's that's less than someone's cell phone bill, right? Right, right. That's true. I never say that, but you guys say it. Now they got two people not to believe, right? Or somebody's going to believe it and say, "Wow, she don't look like, though, you know, going to be up here telling stories." Yeah, I wouldn't, I wouldn't miss Birmingham for the world. It's just like, it's my plus one, and I, we talk about it, yeah, almost every day, and she's like, "I don't know what I'm going to be doing, but I'm following you." I said, "Listen, you're in good company. You gotta be always learn at your own pace. There's no right." I, I show you guys, I teach everybody. I offer you. Some are going to do it today, some are not. Some are going to do it tomorrow, some are not. I didn't talk about that town for almost a year, and then today, you, you tried to do a Mar Terry Ron, and you just went, "What?" Right? Listen, I, I had to. I had to. Look, look, he had already laid out the roadmap. It's just up to me to follow it, right? It's like, okay, if he can do it, I can do it. So, you get on the path when you, when you feel comfortable. Just like double Dutch, you jump in when you, when you feel like you jump in. Not double Dutch, but I grew up on the block where everybody played. So, whatever. Hopefully, y'all get it. All right, Deborah, I'm going to let you go, and thank you for coming up. Oh, you're welcome. Thank you. We'll talk soon, and I'll see you in less than a month. We actually only have 30-something tickets left. Oh, wow. Y'all need to get a ticket because I don't know anybody that's putting you in rooms where you're going to win. If you're just in the room, you're going to win because you're in the room. So, definitely unbelievable. So, yeah, let me, let me here. I'll let you go. Thank you so much. Call my guy Charles. Tell him I said hello. Call him right after. Don't call him before. All right. Do not. All right. All right. Thank you. We'll talk soon. Thank you. All right. Bye-bye.

All right, man, um, magic just happens. I, I don't plan to stop. I really don't. Um, so, here, I told you guys, you got to be willing to change your identity. You got to be an investor. She didn't change into an investor when I gave the information and change back out. She changed into an investor. Saw those, thought about the sites I gave her, and then she went back and bought two properties because she's an investor, right? The financial, now, that was a small financial, uh, that's a small financial obligation right there, $225, right? For two properties, not one, but for two properties. It's just insane. But that's the type of information that I give, guys. And then impact. Um, she talked about impact. She talked about having impact, and that is something that it's not for you. It's the most unselfish thing that you can do. You see these people here who brought their kids? This is for them. This is for your kid. This is the most unselfish thing that you can do to have impact is give somebody a piece of land. Taxes are super cheap. You can do your due diligence and your homework, and you can get properties that have taxes for $40 a year, okay? That's impact. You gotta be willing to make impact. I don't want my information to be in the hands of people, um, that's not that's not about these three things. Don't just buy one and just disappear. Like, that's not cool. You either going to build on it, you're going to sell it for a lot, a lot of profit, and have impact on yourself financially. You're going to, um, give it to somebody. You're going to do a community guard, and there's so many things that we teach that you can do, um, with land and with Land Bank houses. For the $1,000 house thing, guys, you can go to the Detroit Land Bank. It's called Building Detroit.org. And that's the Land Bank where you can buy the $1,000 houses. I bought 40 of them. I know a thing or two about those because I've been around the block a little bit after I got out of, uh, UPS and security. Man, I was busting my hump to really figure out a way. So, here we go. Four years ago, I bought 300 properties in Birmingham. I read every, every morning, just like Warren Buffett does, for three hours per day. I study the real estate markets very, very closely. That's how I'm able to get people properties for $200. Hello. Sad but true. The worst cities in the country get the most money. For years, developers have been investing in the worst cities and making millions and billions of dollars from these strategies. The strategies, the cities that are the worst. Think about New York City. The Bronx was burning. Brooklyn was dangerous. Everything was horrible. We started to get federal funding, federal money, federal money. We started to redo the roads. We started to redo Section 8. We started to redo programs with Hassa. All these programs, programs, programs. Federal government helping, helping, helping. Boom. My neighborhood's $2.5 million. The Bronx is a million dollars. Can't get anything less. The whole city is just absolutely turned around. It's called gentrification. Right? Here's the worst cities in the USA. Uh, these are just three. Detroit's one of them. That's why I wanted to give you guys that Building Detroit.org website. Um, I'll read the other ones too. St. Louis, Missouri, and Memphis, Tennessee. Yes, I gave y'all those Land Banks already, so you're welcome for those.

All right, um, the next city though, the next city that's gotten so much money and development is Birmingham. I'm going to just read these to you. You take the titles, you go do the research. I'll send you the link if y'all want to come invest with us in Birmingham, y'all can. Um, the website to invest with us is Let's Build Birmingham.com. We're going to go rapid fire because I spent five minutes with Deborah that, uh, I really didn't even plan to. Governor Ivy announces growth projects pumping $7.7 billion in new investment into Alabama economy and generating over 10,000 jobs. That's part of gentrification. Jobs, housing, housing market. Oh, wait. Why is the skipping? Perfect. Birmingham City Council approves funding for senior housing. Here's one I got to move up a little bit closer. The complex includes medical, commercial, retail, and housing components, and is expected to generate $2 billion in economic impact. All right, there you have it, right? The proof is in the pudding. Birmingham approves $15 million for new family fund center at their Crossplex Tuesday. The Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodin, if you look at my stories, he just thanked me. To check my stories tonight, Randall Woodin just thanked me. Announces the approval of $15 million for a construction of a family fund center, Crossplex, that is downtown Birmingham. And there's the articles, guys. Just Google this stuff. Read it. It's only going to take you 15 minutes. This is a house that I built, and that's why I did the conference, Let's Build Birmingham. This has no dirt. I mean, no, this has dirt, no grass. This is where my grass grew. You can grow grass, uh, in Birmingham. So, don't let your contractors when you build tell them you want to do seeds and hay. It grows really quickly. They just got to go water it, but it grows. These are pictures of a house I built from land that I bought in Birmingham. This is a group where we just did like a, a visit. I enjoy you guys' company, honestly. For those that want to come hang out Friday, just DM me "event" or "Friday," whatever. I'll send you the invite. Um, if you got Tara's number, ask Tara for it, but just DM me. I'm also going to talk about it tomorrow in mentorship. For those that are in mentorship, mentorships closed, but if you're in, you're in, and you'll be at this event tomorrow in Brooklyn, New York. Um, hey, Birmingham, Alabama is awarded $20 million federal grant for workforce investment. They bring the jobs. They bring the, they bring the, they bring the companies. They pay the companies to come. So, they, they incentivize the companies. Company got 40,000 employ, not 40,000, 4,000 employees. They'll pay them tax credits, all kinds of money to come there. Now, their workers have to go there. If their work, now their workers got to go there. If their workers don't come, now they're posting jobs. People are moving there. That's how you generate revenue throughout the city through things like this. All right, it's all planned out. There's no secret to how gentrification starts. That's me and the mayor. Um, I was telling him exactly what I'm doing with, uh, Birmingham. There's 99 neighborhoods in Birmingham, and, um, this is where I built my first, uh, two houses, and then now it decides to throw a conference, Let's Build Birmingham. It's a national conference. The first time we are having 500 people in one room. Okay, 500 people in one room, and we are going over. Let me see. Let me see. Here we go. I, I, I took a pause. Pause because I'm putting the link in the chat right now. Here's the link in the chat, guys. If anybody wants to come with us, I'll tell. Oh, who Rocky? Look at Rocky. Thank you, Rocky. You go have to be on staff because you a step ahead of me already. You, you put everything in there already. Perfect. There's the link. But here's what you get with a ticket to Let's Build Birmingham. We only, and this is the realest and truest number. I don't, I don't inflate numbers. I've already achieved impact just with Deborah Owens alone getting two properties under $225. I don't have to like inflate or fudge things and numbers and things like that. I just don't need to do that. We literally got about 32 tickets left. 32 tickets left. The link.

To get to Birmingham is right there. Let's build birmingham.com. But aside from the ticket, let me just explain to you guys what you get with a ticket. You get to our two-day event where you can network with other members such as Deborah, Rocky, Bruce. Uh, everybody's going to be there. Basically, like our whole team's gonna be there, um, all that are building in the same neighborhood.

You're going to get 10 free, 10 master classes included. Like 10 classes where I go in detail teaching you guys everything you could possibly need to know about Birmingham, about how to buy land, how to pick the land that you need, how to purchase it, how to profit from it, how to build. I'm introducing you to architects, builders, the bank, um, everybody. Like I'm giving my entire group of resources to you at this conference. You'll meet them. You'll be in the room with them, the exact same time as the conference. They're going to go up and teach and come sit down right in the room right next to you guys. It's going to be absolutely insane. All right.

Um, 10 free master classes that will teach you how to pick, purchase, profit, and protect your first investment property. Right. Learn from the bank who, who will lend with just a 500 credit score. So our lender will lend to you to build with just a 500 credit score. It's happened before. She came on and one of the master classes and spoke. So you actually get to hear with a ticket today, you actually get to hear from the lender that she lent to people who have just a 500 credit score. You can also structure your loan with no payments for six months while you build. Those are a little bit a higher level. Those are for people who build four or more properties. So you can't do that yet.

Here's the good thing though. As a lender, as a new developer, as a new builder, um, they're willing to lend to you with no experience. I have my builder's license. My builders have their builder license. Everything's on file with the lender. So it makes it really easy for you guys to get, um, loans to build through the lender. No worries on experience. They'll let you use mine or our contractors. There's a couple of contractors. Shout out to Manny, who got his builder license, Steve, who got his, Russell, who got his, all licensed, licensed builders, licensed builders, okay, okay, all licensed builders, um, are going to be building. You're going to be able to meet with contractors and build your own relationship with them. You're going to be able to meet with the architects. I already had two architects come into the group and speak and teach and educate. Guys, it's so hard. Y'all have no clue. It's so hard to find an architect to, um, work with you. They just don't, they ain't cool like that to where they just pick up the phone and start working with you. They work with who they want to work with. Okay. So this is huge, huge.

The architects have 10 sets of plans, uh, for you to pick from to build the house that you want for yourself. Learn how to travel for free to the conference by earning six miles and points per dollar spent. So here's what happens. Um, the passport abuser is a good friend of mine and she's like the queen of travel in America. She's been on every news station and she came in and she taught how people can travel to the conference for free, if not, not for like the super low. All right.

Learn from, learn from and build relationships with three different companies that will build from you. Learn from Realtors. The realtor that I work with that sells my properties, finds them, sells them, does whatever, runs comps. You'll be able to meet and work with my realtor. Learn from and build relationships with three different companies that will build for you. Learn from Realtors who can buy land for you, sell your land or your house. Learn how to execute on different exit strategies. You got section eight, you got how to sell, you got group homes, pre-construction, selling, furnish finder, Airbnb, VRBO, travel nurses, and Pad split. All that information will be, um, given to you or taught to you as part of, um, your ticket.

Property tours on multiple locations. You'll see properties that are just being built. You'll see one properties that are in phase one, phase two, and phase three. I'd like to show y'all a little tidbit, but I can't because they say I'll be giving out too much information. On Friday, y'all know I like to party, but I cannot dance. There's a networking mixer on Friday. So you guys will get to hang out and network with these people. This, I can't explain enough how important building a relationship with people is. Building a relationship before you do business is extremely important for the simple fact that when you build a relationship and you call them, it is completely different. It's a completely different phone call when you have a relationship with somebody versus you just cold calling. These people are going to give you their cell phone numbers. These people going to give you their office numbers with their assistant and tell their assistant, hey, I met Mike at the networking mixer. I, I can't tell what a networking mixer is, but it's a really, really nice place, right, high-end, really nice place. I met Mike here. Mike is one of our people. Make sure you send him this, whatever. If he calls, pick up the phone, send it right through because this is my guy. I promise you. I spent o about 10 years in corporate America and I dominated there. Relationships is how every, they all grow. That's why they all play golf together. That's why they all go out and hang out amongst each other, families, because when it comes down to business, they know each other's kids, wives, husbands, um, family, friends. It's easy to pick up the phone and do business with people once you really get to know. So that's why we have the networking mixer.

If you feel like you don't got enough money, you feel like you don't got enough experience, come to the conference, meet somebody at the networking mixer that could help you. Come to the conference and meet somebody there that's willing to partner with you. Somebody posted in our group now, um, they, this, they want to split a hotel with someone, which I thought was pretty cool. I'm like, hey, like this is really like family at this point. You guys are sharing hotels, you guys are sharing properties, you guys are like, like this is just amazing in itself what we're building. I haven't spoken to Deborah until she popped on here and told me she got all of these properties, but it's like we just spoke yesterday. I asked her if she had a builder. She said no. I sent her a builder, just like that. So I want you guys to build relationships in the same manner in which I've built over the years, but I want you guys to do it in one weekend.

So we got the networking mixer on Friday, right? We got the networking mixer on Friday. Saturday, we getting straight down to business, okay? Saturday ain't no jokes, ain't no laugh, ain't no haha. It's straight business, straight work. We getting it. I'm teaching you guys. If y'all thought I taught a lot here, wait till y'all see the deck for this conference. I'mma teach like, like never before. All right.

You're also going to get at the conference, access to our credit and funding specialists. So we've had our credit specialists in the, in the group speak and teach and things like that already. Um, you guys get access to my credit and funding specialist now, but at the conference, you'll be able to meet them and talk to them in person. This, yes, there's going to be a special funding session there where you can get live funding right there. It's like absolutely freaking crazy. But if y'all, oh, part of the bonus class is we did live funding. It got $225,000, um, in one, in like one hour. So that's like super crazy. All right, guys, let's get to questions and answers because we are actually right on time, even though we had a guest speaker, Deborah, come in here and just go, like she just made my week, honestly. Oh, Miss Tamara's phenomenal. Yes, she is. So I see we got some stuff in the Q&A. Somebody said, uh, oh, that's earlier when you guys were asking questions. Anybody got any questions? Put it in the chat, not the Q&A, just put it in the chat. That way I don't have to go back and forth. Um, just put your questions in the chat about the conference. Let's go. It's not what you know, it's who you know. Yeah, those relationships are absolutely everything. They're, they're everything. Having relationships with people get things done so much easier. And then it's like a chain. So if I know you and I have a relationship with you, just like with Deborah, I sent her my builder. She's going to use my name. He's going to treat her with the same level of respect and integrity as he treats me. So it's super easy.

I live in Maryland. Does this work if I want to invest in Birmingham? Of course it does. Like, absolutely. None of us really live in Birmingham. Out of 500 people, there's probably going to be 50 people that live in Birmingham. We're gentrifying the city of Birmingham. So if you live in DC, um, and you want to invest in Birmingham, it's perfect. People. So we have like eyes, ears. I'll teach you how to put cameras on your property so you can see everything. Our builders will communicate with you daily and send you information back and forth, like daily on your build. So you get to see everything. They're trustworthy. They're vetted. It's very different. This is a very unique situation. Go to let's build Birmingham to grab your ticket. Let's build Birmingham to grab your ticket. All right, now, anybody else have any questions? I see somebody put some questions in the chat. I see you got questions here. Yes, the date. I'm sorry, I didn't say the date. The date for the conference, um, January, I'm sorry, February 21st to February 22nd. February 21st to February 22nd. Don't try to fly into Birmingham. They have very little flights that weekend because, um, we bought them all. Go to Atlanta and drive two hours. It's actually central time. So if you, if you got to Atlanta at four o'clock, you drove two hours, you'll be in Birmingham by five o'clock. You actually gain an hour because it's two hours away, but it's central time. So you actually gain an hour. The, the link to the website to buy your ticket is let's build birmingham.com. I know Deborah got her ticket, Rocky got her ticket, Bruce Sherman got his ticket. We got a, I can't, I cannot start to name them, but we have like 470 tickets sold already. So we got less than 30 tickets left available. Guys, any more questions before we sign up because we are like nine minutes overboard, nine minutes over time, but I don't care. Deborah Smith Owens was like amazing today. Any more questions? So we got five, we got, uh, time for one more question. Ruth said she got Platinum. Congratulations, Ruth. I, oh, oh, oh, oh, I left. I'm not gonna talk about Platinum because it's sold out already. So we're just gonna leave Platinum where it is. Sorry, Ruth. I know you want to brag about your ticket and all that, but I can't get into what Platinum gets because it's kind of like too crazy.

Do you have an option to get the same info from the conference if we cannot attend, specifically how to build from the ground up? Um, um, yes and no. And mentorship, but mentorship is closed. So call this number. You may be able to get in and learn how to build from the ground up. Maybe, maybe not. It's 917-795-5413. Uh, just ask for Rosa. She's my VP of enrollment. Amy William says she just got her ticket. Congratulations, Amy. Congratulations. Let me see if I see it. I don't see it. Amy, I see Nema got hers. Ruth got hers. Okay, Ruth. I see K, Kar, Aaron, Crystal. I see a lot, guys. We probably gonna sell out, sell this thing out really quickly. We are, we are. It's okay, Ruth. He's still happy for you. Yeah, we happy for you, Ruth. Um, I'm like, it's just going to be a day. Just imagine. Close your eyes and imagine a day one band, one sound. Everybody has on the same Birmingham sweatshirt. We're all agreeing to build, hopefully with blue doors like I built my house with. We're going to impact and change the city. This isn't about us for today, it's about helping us for tomorrow.

Karen, does the general ticket participate in Friday's mixer? No, general admission is the conference only. VIP gets the mixer. General admission will get to meet everybody because the 10 master classes we've already had are two builders, two architects, the trust attorney, passport abuser, um, and the lender, all in there. So you'll be able to meet them, but you just won't. There's an opportunity to upgrade. You cannot upgrade to Platinum. Platinum is completely sold out. However, general admission can upgrade to Platinum. Call Rosa Lee if you want to upgrade. Her number is in there. Rosa handles enrollment. Don't do not call me if, like, y'all need to get y'all tickets now. If you do not get your ticket, there's nothing I can do. I don't handle enrollment. I don't handle mentorship. If she says no, it's a no. You're late. Um, she runs the programs and kind of manages the numbers that we do. So in our, our meeting in October, we call it our 102, um, 10 months in two months out. In October, we said we only wanted to do 500 people. She's increased that because of last night to 510, but that's fine. Like I can do extra 10 people, no problem.

I live in Philadelphia. What to buy in Detroit? Any suggestions? Buy a duplex in zone three. Marissa's number again. Oh, here it is. Right here. Esther, I'll get it. I'll give it to you right now. Uh, copy. 917-795-5413. The reason I memorized it, she's worked for me for nine years. A long nine years, she's worked for me. We've been, um, it's just been a great, it's been a great working relationship. Actually, we do fight, um, um, but not a lot. We just, we, we've been nine years together and just grown together and we're very professional about what we do and I'm passionate about helping people and she gets to play a big role in helping people herself. So there we go.

I need you to help me online because I'm an investor and I live in Nigeria. Uh, DM Rosal Lee. I hope you're on the call, but yeah, Rosal is amazing. She is. I'm blessed to have her. I am blessed to have guys. Yeah, so if you're in Nigeria, you gotta just get to New, you gotta get to Birmingham, get to Atlanta and just, just drive over. We don't really do much with out-of-state, out-of-country investors because if you're here, you're here. If you're not, that's fine. But this is, this is only for the people that are going to be in the room. I want you building relationships. I want, I want you building friendships. I want you building partnerships. This time, in this era, in this day and age, we have to do it together. We have to. Everybody else is partnering, everybody else is locked in as family, everybody else is looking out for each other. We can't do it alone anymore. We got to do it. We got to do it strong. Uh, we got to do it together. That's the only way we're going to succeed. Can't do it by yourself anymore. Can't.

All right, guys, that's my time. Thank you for watching this episode of the Real Estate Newsroom. Um, if you guys get any more, uh, if you get any more messages about me teaching, I'm gonna be going crazy until we sell out the conference. Let's build birmingham.com. Any more questions? Anything I could help you personally with offline? Shoot me a DM on Instagram. It's Charles J Nunan on on Instagram. That's my actual full name. That's it. All right, Tara, have a good night. Bruce, my guy, appreciate you for tapping in. Amy, Stephen, uh, Esther, Karen, Zia, Pos, you gotta start putting your name because I don't know your name, but I know who you are. Yeah, this is a movement. This is not a moment. Amy, thank you for joining tonight. Ruth, Jason, um, uh, Debbie, Rocky, of course, guys, I'll see you soon. Thank you so much. You guys have a good night and enjoy your night. It's let's build birmingham.com. Thank you.
