Please, look at your nails. Few people think about it, but nails can tell a lot about your health. Almost no one pays attention to this. Even doctors. After graduating from medical university, I didn't know that nails could carry so much information. Only when I studied preventive functional medicine did I understand this issue. Nails can tell you about deficiencies of microelements and vitamins, anemia, autoimmune diseases, stress, problems with the thyroid gland, and the endocrine system in general. And in this video, we will analyze all the signs on your nails that indicate you have some problem. And most importantly, you will understand what needs to be done about it after watching this video. And before we begin, please check if you have subscribed to the channel, because this channel is all about how to be healthy, young, and beautiful. Before we move on to the signs, let's understand how nails grow. This is the nail plate. The nail begins, and it grows from under the skin, right here, where the cuticle is, and it grows at a speed of 1 mm per week. So, the fingers contain information about the last few months, even up to 6 months. For example, if a person experienced some severe stress, deficiency, or a serious illness, at that very moment, it is reflected in the cell division of the nail, right where the skin is, where the cuticle is, as a result of which some pigment appears or some deformation of the nail appears in this area. And then, from under the skin, the nail begins to grow. And simply by counting the number of millimeters, you can determine when this stress happened to you. And the first sign to pay attention to, to check for in yourself, is brittle, thin, peeling nails. If you see that the nail plate begins to break down, it peels, the nails are fragile, this is a sign that you have deficiencies. And first and foremost, it is iron deficiency. Plus, it is also vitamin D deficiency, B vitamin deficiency, and it is also related to low protein in your blood. That is, if the body lacks protein, which is the building material from which nails are built, nails become thin. Therefore, friends, be sure to eat more protein, you need to consume approximately 1-1 g of protein per kilogram of body weight. That's at least. If you want to be in athletic shape, you need to consume more, 2 g of protein. At the same time, be sure to get a general blood test, biochemistry, please check if you have iron deficiencies, vitamin D deficiency. And, accordingly, start replenishing them, and then this sign will disappear. Friends, let's move on. The next sign is horizontal grooves. And here you can very clearly determine when this horizontal groove appeared. Just count, if it grows 1 mm per week, and you will understand when you had severe stress in your body. Severe stress can be related to some psychological issue. This stress can also be accompanied if you have had some serious illness. It can also be related to hypovitaminosis, vitamin deficiency, but it is more characteristic of some severe stress. And by the way, if the grooves repeat, it means that you are currently in a state of chronic stress. And with this, of course, something needs to be done. Well, first of all, of course, replenish all deficiencies, start taking vitamins and microelements. And, of course, you need to address the cause of your stress. And actually, if we talk about stress, it's a serious topic. It is related to the improper functioning of our nervous system. You need to learn special skills that allow you to reprogram the functioning of our nervous system. Indeed, there are extremely sacred techniques that allow you to literally reset, reboot our nervous system. And if you are interested in learning more deeply how you can, with your own hands, with your consciousness, change your state, how you can influence your nervous system to eliminate chronic stress. I invite you to my masterclass. Follow the link below. I will be waiting for you at the masterclass, where we will analyze this topic together. Let's move on. And the next is spoon-shaped nails. And actually, there are deficiencies that cause changes in keratin. It begins to form differently, as a result of which the shape becomes spoon-shaped. And this sign is directly related to oxygen deficiency. That is, when keratin, and essentially keratin forms the nail, it doesn't get enough oxygen, it starts to change its shape. Therefore, I recommend that you get a general blood test, determine your hemoglobin level, iron level, ferritin level, and start replenishing it. By the way, it can also be related to chronic blood loss. If the body constantly loses blood, anemia can also occur, and because of this, nails will change. Therefore, be sure to check your blood for anemia. Friends, let's move on. The next sign is longitudinal grooves. This is a vertical ridging. This is primarily due to your body not receiving enough fluid. That is, there is dehydration, meaning the body is dehydrated. The second sign can be related, again, to a lack of protein in your diet. The next sign is hypothyroidism. If your thyroid gland is not working well enough, it leads to a slowdown of the entire metabolism in the body. And when metabolism slows down, it is also reflected in the form of these longitudinal grooves. Well, longitudinal grooves can also indicate that you have a magnesium deficiency. Therefore, friends, monitor your fluid intake, start taking magnesium, get blood tests, check your thyroid gland, and this sign will disappear. The next sign is white spots. And these spots can be isolated, or there can be many. When white spots appear like this, it is related, first of all, to zinc deficiencies. Sometimes it can indicate a calcium deficiency. And these white spots also arise from microtraumas. For example, you just injured your nail, and your nail matrix, where cell division occurs, reacted, and an error occurred. And then the nail grows, and you can see that there was some trauma about 5-6 months ago. Sometimes, pay attention, white spots can appear when there is a fungal infection on the nail. There is also a situation when multiple white spots appear or the entire nail becomes white. And this, in fact, is a bad symptom that indicates liver problems. Therefore, friends, if there are many white spots, check your blood and your liver. If it's a single spot, pay attention, is there a fungal infection, perhaps there was a trauma, you can recall it, and start taking zinc, calcium, and B vitamins. Friends, and the next sign I want to talk about is when you see pale, bluish nails. And this always indicates an iron deficiency, a B vitamin deficiency. But most importantly, it reflects that there are already quite serious problems with the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems, as a result of which cyanosis occurs, oxygen starvation occurs. Therefore, you must be examined. By the way, there is such a simple test. If you press on the nail plate, if you release it sharply, the color should return within 2 seconds. If you press and the color does not return within 1-2 seconds, it means that microcirculation is impaired. And here I recommend going to a therapist and a cardiologist. Friends, and in conclusion, I want to traditionally give you some exercises that you can do now. Well, first, you can warm up your hands, and it's also very good to squeeze, that is, to clench and unclench your fists. This stimulates microcirculation in your fingers. Just do this, and you will be able to improve the nutrition of your nails. Of course, this does not negate the fact that you need to work on deficiencies in your body, but with the help of exercises, you can also increase blood flow so that your nails look more beautiful and healthy. What else can be done? You can do an osteopathic technique. That is, you can take the nail plate and start making these circular movements, these articulations, right? Just take and twist it like this. And you can do this for each nail. In fact, this is also effective because you stimulate the area where cell division occurs, where the nail is formed under the cuticle. Friends, that's all for today. I hope it was helpful. Write in the comments which sign you found in yourself. I just want to analyze how popular this problem is. I wish everyone health. This was Dr. Alis. And until next time. M.
