Right, 2nd Peter chapter 1. Okay, says, "For we were not," I'm reading amplified, "for we were not following cleverly devised stories when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Messiah, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty, grandeur, authority of sovereign power. For when he was invested with honor and glory from God the Father, and a voice was borne to him by the splendid majestic glory in the bright cloud that overshadowed him, remain Matthew 17, Mark 9, Luke 9. This is my beloved Son, in whom I please."
Remember the glory cloud that covered the mountain? We actually heard this voice. I would love it to be born out of heaven, for we were together with him on the holy mountain. And we have the prophetic word made firmer stone. You will do well to pay close attention to it as a lamp shining in a dismal, scarlet, and dark place until the day breaks through and the morning star rises in your heart.
Okay, for those who want to make this topic difficult, it's just two lights shining on the subject. We have this prophetic word, and if we can find the mate for the mate, if we can find the mate for this scripture, that means light is on it, and the morning star rises. It's not some super, some event that will come someday. Every time you get a revelation on a prophetic word, the morning star rises, and you see more light on who He is in you, with you, around you, amongst you, because it's all about Christ being formed in you.
"My beloved children, but which my intercession and prayer is the loving birth pangs till Christ be formed here." So every time you get a word in the Word, you know, prophetic word, you get the mate for it, the morning star. Pam, it means light is shining on the subject. What is the subject? Christ. Years ago, we were at his ministry school of poor trilling, and he taught us for five days. It's my body, but it sees life. Get the revelation. Okay, so God wants us to be that. Okay, so let's read on.
"Yet first you must understand this, that no prophecy of Scripture," okay, "not a prophecy, prophecy of Scripture." In other words, if I can find the prophetic mate in the Bible, so it's prophetic word in the scripture, you must first understand that that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of any personal or private or special interpretation. So you can't put your little revelation in it. You must be able to take it by scripture to scripture, and it must follow from Genesis to Revelation. It must follow through.
"For no prophecy ever originated because some man willed." Amen. "It never came by human impulse, but men spoke from God, who were borne along, moved, and impelled by the Holy Spirit." So every prophecy is because people were moved upon by the Holy Spirit, and it's not a thing of personal interpretation. Must get a prophetic scripture in the Word, and if I can tie it to the true prophetic of the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the morning star rises. The morning star rises. The morning star. I mean, every time I get a true revelation of prophetic scripture, Christ is more for man.
So let's look at some numbers 24. When Balaam saw that it pleased the Lord to bless Israel, he didn't go like previously, superstitious, to meet with omens and signs of the natural world. But what did he do? He lifted up his eyes, and the Spirit of God came upon him. Okay, I want that. I want the Spirit of the Lord to come upon me. And he took up his figure of discourse and said, "Balaam, son of Beor, the man whose eyes is open." And this is what Paul prayed: "Beloved, I pray that the eyes of your understanding may be open to see clearly the purposes, the will of God." He, Balaam, who hears the words of God, who sees the vision of the Almighty. I want to see visions. Falling down, but having his eyes open and uncovered, said, verse 15, "And he took up his figure of discourse and said, Balaam, son of Beor, speaks, the man whose eye is open, speaks. He speaks who heard the words of God." I want to hear the words of God. "And knew the knowledge of the Most High." I want to know the Most High. Verse 9, "And that's the prayer of Ephesians 1, who saw the vision of the Almighty." I want to see the visions of the Almighty. Falling down like John on the Isle of Patmos, but having his eyes open, uncovered. "I see him, but not now. I behold him, but he is not near. A star, a star shall come forth out of Jacob, and a scepter shall rise out of Israel."
Okay, so no prophetic scripture is of personal interpretation. You gotta find out where it was said, where it was fulfilled. And every time I tie it together, morning star rises. The morning star is the morning star. Eyes. What did he say? You said, "I see a scepter." Okay, a rod. Some translations would say, "I see a scepter." Okay, what did he see? You saw a star. Now, remember Matthew chapter 2, the wise men came and said, "Where is he that is born King? Because we seen his star."
Listen to this. Verse 18 says, "And Edom shall be taken as a possession." Verse 19, "Out of Jacob shall one come having dominion, and he shall destroy their raiment of the city." Okay, yeah, that can help. Thank you, Jesus. You're so good. Edom, and it's gonna destroy. This is where the scepter. Okay, and it's gonna be dominion. Okay, so call your street, Dominion Street, seven. Okay, yeah. Genesis. This is now Jacob. He's about to go, the Puga, I mean, I mean, he's gonna greet, he's gonna go to the cloud. And so he's getting his twelve sons, which are the twelve faiths of the twelve tribes of Israel. And he put any start prophesying who's gonna be who. He comes to Judah, verse 8. "Judah, you are the one whom your brothers shall praise. If you saw these little statues to know your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies, your father's sons shall bow down to you. Judah, alliance, come with a pray, my son. You have gone high up the mountain." Remember 2nd Peter 1, we were with him there on the mountain. He stood down, he crouched like a lion, and like a lioness, who dares provoking, rouse him. "This scepter of leadership shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet until Shiloh, the Messiah, the peaceful one, comes to whom it belongs, and to him shall be the obedience of the people." We know Moses said that, and then Stephen said that, you know, God shall raise up a prophet, and to him shall be the obedience of the people.
Listen to this. Binding his fell to the vine, and his donkeys caught to the choice vine. Remember Zechariah sees the old order of Zion, your King comes riding on a donkey, and on a donkey's foal. You know, he rode a big donkey with his feet on the small donkey. And like the picture, I must get it. When he came into Jerusalem, he got off the big donkey and he got on the small donkey, saying the old is going out, the new is coming in. And the Bible says, "And he tied it to the vine, and the small one to the precious vine." So he was trying to say, "Can anybody interpret the prophecy here? I come with the two donkeys of Genesis 24, the two donkeys of Zechariah, eight year. I come. Can anybody see? I'm not going to tie them here. Can anybody see who I am?"
So Shiloh comes. There's gonna be a scepter. There's gonna be dominion. There's gonna be destruction of enemies. Is there anybody that can see? You, it's gone. It's getting great. He washes his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes. His eyes darker and more sparkling than wine. Oh, man, this is too much. This is too much for one night. This is too much. Okay, they were got the scepter. Day, we got the destruction. We got the dominion. And they, we've got the big donkey. You know, they've got the small donkey. Okay, and they, we got the vine. Oh, man. And they, we got the wine. Oh, man. And they, we got the blood. Oh, man. He says, "Anybody knowing where we're going to?" Okay.
So when Jesus came riding in on two donkeys, he tied him to the vine and the one to the precious vine. And they'd said, you know, he's, he's gonna wash his clothes in wine, and he's gonna put them in blood. So I'm gonna get something out of this. I know it's going somewhere. I can feel already. It's going somewhere. Oh, remember the Edom thing? Edom simply means red. Remember when Elijah prophesied? He said, "If it wasn't for you, you know, Josh effete, I would not have prophesied for the king of Israel." Remember Edom? He prophesied, and the water became like blood.
"Who is this who comes from Edom with crimson, which also red-stained garments from Bozrah? In Edom, red. This one who is glorious in his apparel, striving triumphantly in the greatness of his might? It is I, the one who speaks in righteousness, proclaiming vindication, mighty to save." You know what the word vindicate here is? Why is your apparel splish-splash with red, and your garments like the one who trades in the winepress? "I have trodden the winepress alone, and of the peoples, there were none with me. I trod them in my anger, trampled them in my wrath, and their lifeblood he sprinkled on my garments, and I stained all my raiment." Is there anybody that knows that that is 2nd Corinthians chapter 5 verse 21, where it says, "God made him who knew no sin to be made sin for us, so that we could be made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus"?
So said, "Why is your clothes arrayed with blood and wine?" He says, "It's the people's blood, and I stained my garments with their blood." In other words, I'm taking the blame. I'm gonna take the blame. I'm gonna take all the wrath from the day that man was created till the day that everything will be filled with glory. I take all the blame. Let their blood be upon my garments. So if I get caught, the blood will be upon my garments, and their garments will be white like snow, white like wool. They will stand before the throne clothed with white raiment, and there will be no condemnation, no guilt, because I am the one that's gonna come, and it's gonna be their blood on my clothes for the day of vengeance. You know, say there's God's anger, there's God's vengeance, there's everything. He says, "For the day of vengeance was in my heart, and my year of redemption, the year of my redeemed has come." And that is what Jesus proclaimed when he won't walk into the synagogue, off he came out of the wilderness, and he took the scroll and he read, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me." You know, but he stopped for those who never heard the message. He stopped before he read the vengeance of the Lord, because that was to postpone to the cross. He just preached on, you know, "I'm come here, I'm anointed to heal the sick and preach the gospel." But he left the vengeance portion out till he came to the cross, because the blood at sustained him. Huh, man, man, man.
Verse 8. "I trod down the peoples in my anger, and make them drink of the cup of my wrath until they were intoxicated, and I spilled their lifeblood upon the earth. Their lifeblood I spilled on the earth." Okay, okay. Anybody that knows what I'm gonna say. Genesis 4. Cain killed Abel. God comes. "Am I my brother's keeper?" And God says, "The blood of your brother is crying out from where? From the earth." So where's the blood spilled on the earth? It's crying out. All right. Job 16. A prophecy on Jesus. He says, "Don't let the earth cover my blood." Why not? Because in Hebrews 12, it is the blood of Jesus speaks better things than that of Abel. And he says, exactly where he's speaking from. He says, "The blood of Abel cried from the earth, but the blood of Jesus is speaking from heaven." The one is crying vengeance, the other is crying mercy.
So Jesus said, "You know what? I'll take from Cain, right after all that lost man will get the glory. I take all their blood, and by taking my blood, I will spill it on the earth crying out vengeance. Then I will not let the earth cover it out." And when he appeared on the third day to Mary, he said, "I have not yet ascended to the Father." You pick it up in John 20, you pick it up in Hebrews chapter 9. And he had to go into the heavens and offer his blood in the heavens. Not a drop on the earth. First, he spilled it on the earth to take the vengeance and the wrath, and said, "That's what happened. It's crying out. Is it now? I'm gonna take all that vengeance and all that wrath, but tonight, when you close your eyes, there will not be a drop of blood, because the earth's not gonna cover that blood." Miraculously, the blood of Jesus just disappeared. That's what I say, because otherwise Hebrews 9 will not be true. And it went and offered it in the heavens. And he says, "So the heavenly things are cleared. There is no book against you. There is no condemnation against you." Don't let anybody come and tell you, "When God opens the books, we all want to stand in front of God." People say it all the time. It's a lot of trash. We're not gonna stand in front of God. We're not gonna give an account of nothing. Jesus already gave an account. We're standing before Him righteous, pure, and holy. Say on structural things, and we bind ourselves. We are free. We are redeemed. We are what we are. Please. Why do you want to go stand in front of God and give account? You hear it every day. People say it, "You're gonna stand it from now. I'm gonna stand in front of God." Well, I tell you, I'm not gonna stand in front of God. I stood before Him the day that Jesus cried out, "It is finished," and God said, "He's free." And the minute I accepted it, I will never stand there. I will never be judged. There is no condemnation. There is no judgment. He who shall lay any charge against the elect of God? I am in Christ. Christ is in me. How will I stand before Him? Yes. Amen.
I receive the scepter. Remember the prophet, prophetic words, the star, they Edom, the destruction, the dominion, coming in on these donkeys to the vine, to the blood. I mean, you read the Epistle of Paul, every single one. Jesus brought victory through the blood of the cross. Blood of the cross. The cross. The blood of the cross. Ephesians, Colossians, Philippians. Every time the blood of the cross defeated not only Satan, defeated sin, defeated your problems, your enemies. You know, but I gotta find out. This is why every Wednesday we sit around the communion table. It's not just, you know, another habit. We gotta come. Wednesday is to get the full revelation. Why did Jesus say, "Whenever you take this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till he comes"? And this is the New Testament in his blood. This is forgiveness of sins. This is freedom. Every time I take that cup and I realize, prophetic word is, you know, bound to another prophetic word, that morning star, more instruction, morning star. And before long, people will not know is it Kubis? Is it Christ?
Okay, let's just look at that. "I have trodden the winepress alone. I was there, and the wrath of God was in my heart." You know, coming, Romans 6:23 says, "The wages of sin is death." Okay, so Jesus had to pay the wages of your sin, and he had to die. But then, "the gift of God is eternal life." I wonder why, you know, some people won't preach the rest. "The wages of sin is death." Not because I sin, I'm gonna die. Jesus died because I sinned. Come on, get the gospel, man. Now, "the gift of God to me is eternal life to all that will believe, to all that will receive, to all that will obey." We must add that. You're not just a child of God because you're on the earth. You're a child of the devil. You wicked thing. You need to accept Jesus getting into your life. Ask him to forgive you. Right through the Bible, you must obey, you must receive, you must believe, you must accept, you must confess.
So the winepress revelation, let's start verse 10 of chapter 14. "The same shall drink." This is talking about Babylon, which is actually Jerusalem. "The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation, and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and the presence of the Lamb." Verse 18, "And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire, and cried with a loud voice like a right crowd to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for her grapes are fully ripe." Now, you must see what scripture says about scripture, and not what some people say. Remember, it's not of own interpretation. You gotta have a scripture to declare it.
"And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and caused it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress." Now, is this some future event where Russia and America is gonna fight about some gas in Russia? Or did we add three scriptures already that told us exactly who this is talking about? Okay, so I mean, I mean, so Jesus is, "I am the vine." So the angel says, "Let's get the vine off." You already tied is called to the vine, you know, so one thing to the other. "I trodden the winepress alone." What was in my mind? My mind was the people's blood, the wrath of God, so that they could be free, and I will take the blame. I will take the guilt. Is it easy? And after I took the blame, they will be free. It's gonna be their blood, but it's gonna look like it's my blood. But then it's got to be my blood, and it's gonna look like it's their blood. So I'm gonna take their blood by using my blood and spill it on the ground. Then I gotta get that blood as a sacrifice and offering, and I'm going to take it to the throne, and that blood will bring them freedom. And every time they take that cup, they will say, "He did it, and I got it. He trotted the winepress. He paid the price. He died the death. He suffered the sin. He suffered the sickness." So I don't have to be sick. I don't have to be weak. I don't actually suffer. I can get the full deal of Jesus Christ. But it's gone. Hmm. Let's go on.
Okay, and he says, you know, the cup, cup. Oh, every time this filled up the wrath of God. 15, verse 1, verse 3. He says, "And they sang. They were singing the song of Moses and the song of the Lamb." Saying, you could pick that up in Deuteronomy 32. "How marvelous are thy works." Mm-hmm. Verse 5. "After that, I looked, and the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony was opened in heaven." Mm-hmm. Verse 17 says, "It is done." "And there were voices and thunders and lightnings, and there was a great earthquake such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, so great." Okay.
And what happened? "And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great, and great Babylon came in remembrance before God to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath." Come. And you gotta say something. You gotta say, "So, so what happened 2,000 years ago on the cross?" Jesus took the wrath, took the vengeance, took the guilt, took the blame of any person from the blood of Cain right through, not just the sin of Adam, from the blood of Abel. Wait, what K entered right through. So whenever there would be people upon the face of the earth, Jesus said, "Nobody has to take the blame. Nobody has to take the wrath of God. Nobody has to suffer death. Nobody has to suffer sickness." That day, the morning star will rise in your heart. And you know, and somehow we got to realize, there must be a generation that will tie the stuff together and say, "It's not future events. It's prophecies that were in scripture." Because we had Numbers, we had Deuteronomy, we had Genesis, we had Isaiah, we had Zechariah. So everything that I just read is already in scripture. So if it's fulfilled, and he said, "It is done," why do I put it in a futuristic event when there will be some battle somewhere in the Middle East? And that's why they keep on fighting. They want to keep on postponing something that happened 2,000 years ago. That's why the Middle East phase in battle, because they wanted, they wanted it is done. It is finished. That battle is over. The price is paid. Jesus shed the blood, and it was actually your blood that he took and shed so that your blood can be clean. You know, Job chapter 3, verse 21. And he said, "He will declare the blood innocent that could not be declared innocent before." When, when he will stand up and say, "It is done. Your blood is clean." You don't carry your forefathers' stuff. You don't carry your own stuff. You carry the righteousness of the Almighty God. It's awesome stuff. Okay, stuff like the law, stuff like guilt, stuff like sinner, stuff like condemnation. Huh, he's over this real drama. Cited.
Okay, now remember we read that your feet, or your hands shall be upon the neck of your enemies, because the scepter that comes out of Judah. So be there to Messiah come. But after Messiah come, you've got the dominion. No, Hebrews chapter 2 says, "We don't see that we have it, but he's put nothing outside your, but we are able to see Jesus." See what? That he took it, and what did he do? He gave it to you. Raised you up together. See that? You together. Say, "Now rule and such a tell your enemies be made your footstool." Come on. Romans, "The God of peace will soon crush Satan underneath your feet." Okay, so everything is done. We need to realize. Take that feet of yours. Take these hands of yours. I want to take my feet and I'll say, "Come on, we got out. We got our little statue here at the bottom of the pulpit. I'm gonna get my feet and my hands on the neck of all my enemies." I don't care if your enemies are poverty. I don't care if your enemies are lack of finances. I don't care if your enemy is joblessness. I don't care if your enemy is cancer, sugar, diabetes, heart problems, blood conditions, blood pressure. I don't care if your enemy is your own dog, or your, you know, your neighbor. I don't care if your enemy is your boss. The Bible says your hands, your feet's gonna be upon the neck of your enemy when you realize the morning star is rising because you connect process to prophecy. See, it's done. He paid it by shedding the blood, by giving his life on the cross, saying, "It is finished." Thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy. By tears, I've come that you might have love, and I've heard more about anything.
