Best assets for specific countries. Cypress Trust, USA LLC and credit cards. UAE good for crypto. You can buy houses, luxury cars, watches with crypto directly. Singapore banking, Georgia banking as well. And as you become more advanced, you can add some more extra things. So Paraguay driving license and residency.

Here we're going to use the world alakart, the best dishes that each part of the world has to offer. One of the easiest companies to be accepted everywhere in the world. If you have a Dutch company and you try to open Panama Bank, it's going to be tricky. But you have a US LLC and you own bank in Panama, Sweden, Gibralar, anywhere LLC's are welcome.

What are the fastest citizenships you can get? It's literally I pay money, I get citizenship right away. What's the difference between citizenship and passport? The passport, it's the booklet, but to have the passport does not mean that you are citizen. Why? Because instead of having multiple citizenships, you can get residencies. And residencies, you can get as many residencies as you want. So, it's important that you have a full list of this. What is the best asset in each country? Here we're going to use the world alakart. We're going to take the best dishes that each part of the world has to offer. So we're going to give you some ideas of wins. So in case you travel as I say when you go to the country be like oh Mexico residency Panama bank account you know and that you see the world like that.

This is an example of as you become more and more advanced name of a country rings a bell with some of the assets. Some of these countries multiple things. So for example, this is the difference between again amateur semi-professional professional as you become more advanced in this geographic freedom name. Here you can for example name one but then if you know well the country for example Paraguay think about driving licenses super easy to get super easy and then I use them to rent cards in Spain. I don't use my Spanish driving license in Spain. I use my Paraguay one. Paraguay residency, Cypress Trust, USA LLC and credit cards. UAE good for crypto. You can buy houses, luxury cars, watches with crypto directly. Singapore banking, Georgia banking as well, right? And as you become more advanced, you can add some more extra things. So, Paraguay driving license and residency, Cyprus trust, and also tax residency. If you spend more than 60 days a year in there, you can be close to 0% in taxes. That's exactly what I did few years back. USA LLC, credit cards, etc. Some people also could get driving licenses in there. UAE also crypto, banking, all of these assets, but also residency in the UAE. You can get golden visa for 10 years in the UAE, you know, and Georgia both banking and two, they are also a territorial tax system so if somebody's willing to live in Georgia for more than six months a year they could be taxfree, you know, so it's important that you have a full list of this. I think that at some I mean one if you do it yourself just go to the YouTube channel it's available to everybody it's public and you're going to find bunch of videos like I have Armenia we talk about Mexico that it's not in this list but residency or citizenship, you know, and there are countries that that are [ __ ] that are worthless in terms of assets. So it's just the reason one of the easiest companies to be accepted everywhere in the world.

If you have a Dutch company and you try to open Panama Bank, it's going to be tricky. But you have a US LLC and you own bank in Panama, Sweden, Gibralar, anywhere. LLC's are welcome. In 24 hours, it's incorporated can be done from anywhere in the world. In 3 weeks, they're going to give you the EIN number, which is like the ID of the company. And that's what you put in the bank when they ask you to open the account because it's fast, because it's cheap, and because it's one of the easiest companies to be accepted everywhere in the world. If you have a Dutch company and you try to open a Panama Bank, it's going to be tricky. But you have a US LLC and you want bank in Panama, you want bank in Sweden, for example, we have a good crypto bank in Sweden, you want to open in Gibralar, anywhere, LLC's are welcome. They have great reputation. So I've spent thousand of of hours, more than thousand of hours comparing what is the best company for banking is LLC. Saving you that time. Just go straight there. So get one of these fast. In 24 hours it's incorporated can be done from anywhere in the world. In 3 weeks they're going to give you the EIN number which is like the ID of the company and that's what you put in the bank. When they ask you to open the account they will ask you for your passport. They want to know the ultimate beneficiary. They want the EIN. That's it. Fintech banks open in 24 48 hours. Done. Right? So it's three weeks plus a couple of days in less than a month. Everybody here could present a win. Somebody says I could not get a win. You had the easy one here. >> Okay. It's like it does not get cheaper than easier than that. I mean they would need to come the IRS to your computer and do the application. But come on. So that's one and that's everything to build the hydro method which is the robust system for for money. So we start with the fintech right couple days and here we have two days. These ones here usually you need to travel to the country and do it in person except for a few exceptions like again Panama or if you have context to open in Switzerland in Singapore etc. This one is a bit trickier but you can do it as well. Open it with the USLC. Then here super important because of the world we live in. What's this be with a couple lines? Crypto. Bitcoin. Exactly. So, we want to set up exchanges not in your name, in the name of your LC. So, you have a layer of anonymity. Okay? Again, it's not full privacy because you still need to disclose the ultimate beneficiary, but you're making it harder for anyone that wants to pry an eye. So, imagine the power of this and then translate it times two. For example, in my case that I like extra extra times three. So you have multiple wise, Mercury, Revolute, PA company one. You have one or two traditional banks with this and then you have one or two crypto exchanges times this. What happens? Why is it called the hydro method? As I said, if something happened to this company, let's say somebody sues your company or you need to dissolve it for whatever reason or you just want to stop that business. Doesn't matter. You choose whatever it is. It's a black swan that we can't predict, but for some reason you have to shut it down. When you decide to cut this one, this one is ready. All you have to do is send a new payment link to your clients and it's done in a matter of 10 minutes. Your accountant have all the passwords, all the uh crypto wallets, everything in a nicely organized Excel and they just need to change that in your website and you can receive money. If you have to wait three more weeks, four more weeks to receive money or to pay providers and you are an amateur, you are not a professional and people around you realize that they've been doing business with an amter all the time, not a professional.

What are the fastest citizenships you can get? You can do it by descent. Who has here parents from another country that is not the Netherlands? So that means do you already have multiple passports? No. So that's an example. This one it's if you know it because it's a direct father or grandfather. That's easy. If you want to really explore that option, you can go through ancestry studies. So you can just go to your lineage, pay professionals that will do your genological tree. So you can see your ancestors fathers grandfathers. They will go to the archives. They will see your grandfather was born from a father of this place that sometimes four or five generations they find something was from Poland or was from Hungary or was from this place that you never knew of but they find it and it's legal and then from that you can trace it back and some countries have a limit of how many generations you can go back but some others don't. It's unlimited. As long as you can prove the ties that your great great great great grandfather five generations up was, let's say from X country, then you can claim that citizenship, therefore get the passport. Second one, you can get it by marriage. Basically, when you marry somebody, you can swap passports. If you have the Dutch and she has from Mexico, you can swap. You're going to get the Mexican, she's going to get the Dutch. Pretty much with all the countries in the world. You have to check it, of course, if it's eligible like this, but it's usually all of them. Third one, child. Your child is born in Argentina. the fastest one of the fastest in the world countries that your child is born there in 30 days citizenship and passport it's printed for your child 3 to four months later today with the current backlog they have both parents are citizens and have Argentinian passports then there are some other countries Mexico as well you can do that but the parents get permanent residency and then two years later can get citizenship but you need to live there so also pros and cons Chile as well permanent residency and then you can become a citizen Brazil after one year citizens as well. But it means that per child you can have one extra passport. Next one citizenship by investment popular countries like >> Turkey. >> What else? >> So >> yeah. Yeah. Correct. By exception. Kind of a of a parent of this. I'm going to put it separately but citizenship by exception which means being valuable to the country which has a lot to do with money. But yeah, >> yes a million bucks for that for that passport. But for the same price you can get Malta which is top tier. We said Turkey so far. That is correct. This CBI, it's literally I pay money, I get citizenship right away. That's it. Direct path. No waiting. You don't need to visit the country. We have a client that bought property in Turkey for 250,000 before when it was this price without even seeing the property. It was in Georgia, invested in the property online. He saw it, put the 250. In 3 months, he had chipped to the consulate. He got it on the consulate in Georgia. Done. That's you know. Then three years later he sold the house and made I think 500,000 something and the house were like a 2x. He got paid 250,000 bucks to get Turkish citizenship for him and his family. Most popular one is the Caribbean countries. So you have Dominica, St. Lucia, some kids. Somebody heard about those names. Those ones you can put money they're going to give you the citizenship. Then there's Egypt or tiny islands in the Pacific like Panatu or Naru which are places that most of us can't even put in the map before I heard of it like Naru. I didn't know how to place Naru on the map to be honest. Number six which is naturalization after you become resident enough years of a country they can give you the citizenship. So after 3 to 5 years sometimes spending more or even less time on that country. For example, Armenia has one of the lowest requirements in the country you have to spend time on to become citizen. Paraguay as well. Very low time required. Then you can get naturalized and you can get a new citizenship. Everybody thinking here, Niguel, what's the best passport I can get? My answer is what do you value in life? For me, a great citizenship is Mexico because I have real estate and I love it to be there to have for example Serbia to have for example Spain or in the future have Paraguay future have you know all the countries that I want to have. All of these serve my purpose my lifestyle but what it's your purpose your purpose. Your purpose your purpose. Your purpose.

So instead of having multiple citizenships, you can get residencies and residencies you can get as many residencies as you want. And here it's where it gets interesting because after you become resident enough years of a country, they can give you the citizenship. So after 3 to 5 years, sometimes spending more or even less time on that country. For example, Armenia has one of the lowest requirements in the country you have to spend time on to become citizen. Paraguay as well, very low time required. Then you can get naturalized and you can get a new citizenship. Maybe the best next step because it's faster and it's cheaper is to get a residency. You can get many residencies around the world under $10,000. Plenty of countries you can get residency Paraguay, Mexico, Armenia, Serbia, which means that for 2 years, many countries 2 years temporary and then 10 years of permanent when you swap it. 10 years unlimited access to the country or some like Mexico never expire. Once you get the permanent, it literally says in the ID Luna Expera never expires. So this is a way that you can secure access to countries forever. What's the difference between having the Mexican passport and the residency that with a passport you can travel to all the countries that are visa-free that have this good relationship with Mexico that allow visa free access with a Mexican residency if you go to the Netherlands you won't enter you won't with the ID of Mexico but with the passport 90 days every 180 welcome to the Netherlands examples of good residencies that you can have Mexico can do Paraguay Panama you can do Armenia Cyprus and we are not talking here about tax residency we are just talking about residency Tax comes later. You can choose to have one which is usually a requirement to be a tax resident. You have to be a resident first. Why not getting multiple residencies so that in one day you choose to move your tax residency from Netherlands to Paraguay because that year you want to travel more or because things are getting very violent, very aggressive, very regulated, whatever is the scenario that we don't know because as we said in the beginning there are black swan events. By definition of black swan can't it be predicted. If you have all of these in your back pocket then it's so easy. But if you need to start getting the residency to then get the tax residency, you might be caught because it's lengthy, because you might not be able to travel to that country because of a lockdown, because of whatever your life situation does not allow you to travel for whatever reason. So if you have it, it's yours. And then renewing it, it's super easy and super cheap. Like renewing these things are so cheap, so cheap. In the future, the biggest investment is getting it both in time, energy, and money. But then you can do Cyprus, you can do UAE via company or be an investment in real estate. There's plenty of options. And then you can have kind of a seldom residency which is the Palao one which is a digital ID. You said you successfully did it right. There you go. There's all of these for example that you can get and many more. Right? You can add here Nicaragua which is very simple to qualify for. So there's plenty of options. The question is which one is valuable to you? Which one you want? what country you want to secure access to. Then the next question is how can I get the residency there? We could continue Argentina so on so forth. So think about this or take a moment to be like if I had to secure one residency which one would it be?

What's the difference between citizenship and passport? The passport it's the booklet but to have the passport does not mean that you are citizen. Why? Because it can be expired. So an expired passport it means nothing. But what gives the ability to reprint a passport whether it's expired or lost? It's because you're a citizen. So citizenship, it's what's important. That's why you're going to hear me usually say citizenship because it's what really matters. Passport just like a final byproduct of being a citizen. So you want to collect multiple citizenships. >> Are you able to travel with the citizenship or do you need passport to travel international? >> Good question. The citizenship will allow you to get a passport. The citizenship is like the base. It's like the foundation. The passport is just like one perk of being a citizen of a country that they can print a passport for you. Yeah. But the passport, it's like a way to make it fast at customs to prove that you are a citizen. So that's why also it runs around the world the fake passports that allow for people to go through customs because they are good enough to be readable in the machines and to appear on the system, but they are not citizenships like behind. There's no proof of how you got that passport, right? So that's why people then in the future like that crypto guy from Luna I think Luna Terra that got caught with a Costa Rica passport that was fake because yeah he was caught in customs escaping the country but he was never a citizen. He never did the full requirements to become a citizen of Costa Rica. If somebody ever approaches you and says, "I'm gonna sell you a passport, sell, you're going to sell me a passport or a citizenship because if they sell you a passport, like a passport can cost like $100 to make, you know, like it's the paper and the ink and just the people to do it and the machine and that's pretty much it. But what's valuable and that's why people invest in these or have children or marry or all of these options live five years in a country is to get the citizenship that that's forever and then can be passed down to other generations or when you marry you can swap it with with your wife etc. Make sense? So the passport is just a way to show quickly that you are in theory a citizen. In customs they are going to accept passports. That's why I said if you have an expired passport it's not valid. Yeah. But if you have the citizenship, which is the way you're supposed to get a passport, then you just print a new one in an embassy in a consulate of that country with the presentation of the citizenship, how you got it, by descent, by marriage, all of these options. And then they're going to print another passport for you, valid for 5, 10 years, whatever. That's why being a citizen is what really matters. The passport is a by product. You can lose it and then next week have another one. Yeah. But if you lose a fake passport, you need to pay that person for another fake passport and you're always dependent. And there's no way your child can have it because then also they ask you for your citizenship which you don't have. So that's why a lie just like has a duration until you get caught. Two things properly and it's forever. That's different between citizenship and passport.

You could go to the US and live with four personal business and you would have three credit cards. You leave with accounts open with the credit cards approved. Then they ship it to you wherever you are in the world. All of this is possible 4 days in Miami. So the worst is that you arrive when they say what's your writing? What it? But to get this credit score up and go to the US and open the banks with Chase, Bank of America, Capital One, all of this, they ask you for an IT number, which is an IV to open in financial institutions. And it's an ID where they can attach your credit score. If there's no iting, there's no credit score to be attached anywhere. So, first step, get an ITIN. That's mandatory to get this. It's the first step. And an itin usually takes I know people who get it after 6 months. In 42 days on average we get it for people. The fastest we ever got was 33 days. So we are pretty fast now. You would be able to then book a ticket. You could go to the US and live with four personal two business per LLC. Important. And you would have three credit cards. Okay. Three credit cards. And these are checking accounts personal and business. You leave with accounts open with the credit cards approved. Then they ship it to you wherever you are in the world. All of this is possible four days in Miami. So the worst is that you pay 3,000 bucks to go from Amsterdam to Miami. You arrive when they say, "What's your itin just starting? What it problem? Big problem." Cuz then you need 45 days to get it. So it's not something you can even get while you're in Miami. Hey Mikuel, can you give me the itin? I forgot about that part. Get the itin when it's in your email, then plan the trip to Miami and go. But it's an internal check of would I go to Miami? if the reward was all of this or no, you know, because there's always, as I said, an investment, a time, a sequence. So maybe you have the money, but maybe you don't have the time and you say now I can't, but in June I'll be able to go. So then in the sequence you need to count 45 days or 60 days before I need to have an itin or as we said if the itin gets more complicated to get in the future and they put a regulation now in March and then it take 5 months you are too late. But if you now today you get the itin it's valid for 3 years. And is it that you can uh let's say from you can set up the LLC and the IT on the same on the in the same period. >> There are two simultaneous processes. Let's say today you can apply for an IT you can apply for an LLC. The LC is ready in 3 weeks. The itin is ready in 45 days. That's it. And then you have both assets. Then whenever you want to pull the trigger any day, anytime an opportunity comes, you go and you can get the best assets because you were prepared for that. Make sense? So it's this quote again. So, we're going to repeat, repeat, repeat. Better one year too early than one day too late. You'd rather have the asset dormant and not use it, but then whenever you need it, boom, deploy. Make sense?

Spain first 6 years are taxfree. It's called the Beckham law. For people who actually want to live there and don't want to pay 47% in taxes after they make more than €80,000 a year, you can pay nothing. Anything coming from outside, it's going to be taxfree. You still need to pay a few of taxes, but it's like tiny tiny bit. Spain is another example that somebody was asking me. Spain 6 years first six years are taxfree it's called the Beckham law and it's called Beckham because of the football player Spain because of they wanted to attract more talent from outside and football players etc. Beckham was one of the ones leading this this change, right? They wanted to keep him in Real Madrid and all of this. You can see the full story online, but basically football players shaped the rules of of Spain. That's how big football is that for people who actually want to live there 12 months and don't want to pay 47% in taxes after taking more than €8,000 a year, which is already it's like you are the highest bracket in Spain. You can pay nothing. Anything coming from outside, it's going to be taxfree. You create an LLC, send dividends, all of this. You still need to pay a few of taxes, but like tiny tiny bit. Our lawyers are doing an amazing job. We have like structures on that thing. Like if you are seriously considering moving to Spain full-time, ask me. If not, like for in the future when you want to do it because things change all the time. If you ask me now, even if you have all the knowledge, then it changes. It's going to be worthless. We're going to have lost our time. But it's possible. It's possible. Here's the thing we said before. Better one year too early than >> That's the thing. When you are inside one of these systems, you are grandfathered 99% of the time. So if when what you did was legal and valid when you did it, they will respect it. The important thing is to get it done, get the foot in, check, and then something happens. It's rare. It's so strange that they're going to affect even the previous ones, right? So for example, NHR, it's another example. Portugal, you can be taxree for non-residents, people that were not residents before. New people migrating to Portugal, they can be taxfree for the first 10 years. That was possible. Then one day they cut it off. And then now they're doing the NHR 2.0. So they saw that they are having losses and it's not good. So they was like, "No, wait. We're going to do a new one." But if they didn't do the 2.0, it was gone. But all the people that already were paying 0% taxes with this on foreign income, they were grandfathered when they cut it off for the new ones. So if you want this tailored to you, you want to book a time, a call with us, a discovery call, you can do so in the description down below.
