The Deep Calleth The Deep

Glory, and we're going to talk about the Deep calls the Deep today. Let's get right in the word. If uh, you want to open your Bibles in 1 Corinthians 2, starting at verse one. Now I have two verses, and it's already up there; it should be on your notes. Deep calls unto Deep at the noise of your waterfalls; all your waves and billows have gone over me, Psalms 42:7. But I'd like you to open your Bibles. Everybody have your Bibles? Say amen. Amen. Open your Bibles. Hallelujah. Your hard copy. If your Bible's on your phone, go ahead and open your phone Bible. We just by faith, won't believe you're texting somebody, amen, or Facebooking, amen, or sending out little notes to your honey. 1 Corinthians chapter 2. And I don't usually do this, but I'm going to read the whole chapter because 1 Corinthians 2, I quote some of these verses quite often, and I uh, I love the word of God. Amen. I don't know about you, but I love the word of God, Amen, because it's true, cuz God wrote it, and because it's the promises of God, but it's also the revelation of God. I heard a preacher yesterday preaching at the prison, and it was Bishop, um, I think his last name was Bishop Robert, and he said something that kind of uck me. He said, "Your imagination will keep you out of Revelation. Your imagination will destroy your Revelation," because sometimes we imagine so many things in our minds, and we could fantasize, and we're we're tripping out on all this stuff, and we're our imagination run wild and think crazy things. And he says, "Your imagination can keep you from Revelation." And I'm going to tell you, when you read God's word, it has to bring, and it will bring Revelation to you. Amen. So let's read it, 1 Corinthians 2, starting at verse 1, and uh, it says like this: "And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power." Verse four is a very uh, powerful verse. You must know that God, when he teaches you and God instructs you, it's just not by human intellect or human wisdom. God will not uh, try to impress you with big words; that's not what the Bible's about; that's not what God's word about. Uh, we preachers shouldn't get up and just preach because we we know a lot of big words. I mean, I could become pedantic if I want to, but we ain't going to go there. If you don't know what pedantic is, go home and look it up, because I'm not going to tell you. But our our speech, our preaching is not with p uh uh uh words of wisdom of men, but in demonstration of the spirit and power. So when God's word is preached, you have to realize that the power of God will follow it. And other words, when you take God's word into your heart and you accept the word of God, there's going to be a demonstration; there's going to be a change in your heart. You're going to see God moving; you're going to see God activate things; you're going to see God change things. Now verse 5 says that your faith should not stand in the uh, in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. Again, verse 5, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. How many you know that there's power in Jesus' name? There's Deliverance in Jesus' name; there's healing in that name. However, verse six, "We speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory." So Paul is saying, "Look, with all the wisdom that the Romans had and all the wisdom of the Greeks had and all their Scholars and all their deep thoughts, if they were so uh uh smart and they were so brilliant, why did they kill Jesus on the cross? They should have known he was The Lord Of Glory." That means you could talk all you want; you can talk to some great men, and they know a lot of wisdom; they could tell you real deep words. But when it comes down to it, Jesus died, but he resurrected on the third day. They didn't know nothing about that, or they would have crucified him; they knew who he really was. Like if you were walking around the day with Jesus and you were one of the disciples, I'm sure you would want him to die, but you didn't realize that he was even going to resurrect. Amen. But it is written in verse 9; it's a key verse that I I ask you to underline and learn it, because it's a verse, if you haven't learned it yet. I quote maybe quite often, and it says, "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." You have not seen everything God has; you haven't heard everything God has; you haven't even thought of all the things that God has for you. See, cuz right now you're limited by time and space. You can't tell me where you're going to be in 5 years; you can't tell me where you're going to be in 20 years. All you know is right now in your finite mentality; all you can see is what you can see and taste and smell, and you're led by your five senses. But see, you haven't seen everything that God has for you, and that's exciting to me because I haven't seen everything yet, because God's made me a lot of promises, and I'm going to tell you, God's been faithful to his word to us, because he has better things for you than you could even have for yourself. God has greater plans for you than what your plans are, because it is written, "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways." Just like you can see the heavens are higher than the earth. Hallelujah. God's ways are higher; that means your best thoughts aren't good enough; your best intellect is not good enough; your greatest dreams are not good enough. God has greater dreams; he has greater blessings for you than you think yourself. Hallelujah. So then is written, "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared." Turn to your neighbor; say, "He's got it prepared, sir." And that's a very spiritual principle. Think about this; let it roast your real steps. God has everything prepared for you. Yes, "In my Father's house are many mansions: I go to prepare a place for you." Yes. Remember when the Bible says God created the heavens and the Earth, and on the sixth day he created man. At the end, man, seven, God, seventh day, when he woke up, man woke up; his first day was God's seventh day. Everything was prepared. When Jesus was on, he said, "It is finished." Everything is prepared. Yes. So I want you to let that Faith be in your mind and that Faith be in your heart and realize, "Wait a minute, when you line up with Jesus and his will and you line up with the word of God, God, God has everything prepared." Amen. But verse 10, "But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." So I want to talk to you about the deep things. What are the deep things? Well, I'm going to tell you right now, the only way to get the deep things is you got to let the Holy Spirit speak to you, and you got to let the Holy Spirit reveal to you, and you need to ask the Holy Spirit, "Reveal to me; show me; open to me; direct me; open my eyes, Holy Spirit; uh uh, let me see what God has." So you know God, he's funny like that; he's not just going to give you everything; you have to ask him. That's it. Cuz it says, "You have not, because you ask not." You say, "Well, how can those people have that, and those people have that? Why do people have this, and why do they have that, and I don't have that?" Well, why don't you ask your heavenly Father? That will give you every good and perfect thing. For every good and perfect gift comes down from above from the Father of Lights. Hallelujah. So uh, hello, somebody check this out. God has revealed them, but he's revealed them through his Holy Spirit, and His holy spirit searches the deep things. Now turn to your neighbor; say, "I want the deep things; I want deep." Unfortunately, most Christians today, I in Christianity, I see that uh, people want the deep things, but it's like going to the ocean, and and and the ocean is deep, but most Christians, they just want to go up and maybe wet their little tootsies. At all, they want to go by the water. "Oh, it's cold." [Music] It's my it's cold, but it's those people that are willing to go in the ocean and get wet. Just like a few weeks ago, AG, we took took our baby had we had went out. I won't tell you what the occasion was, but I think it was no, I can't tell you; I'll get in trouble. We went out somewhere, and we told our kids, "Just just go ahead and W your tootsies; go ahead, you know, you know, get a little W wet." I don't know somehow Rock ran in there, and he didn't get wet, but he went up to his knees, and before you know it, a w came and knocked him down; he was fully submerged, and then he didn't even have clothes, and he was all B like a big old b r Rock, and then his sister River, I w't tell you, but she got bed, and then rain was the only one that just went and did her tootsies though. So we had to go shopping and buy some clothes because they were so wet. But see, that's the thing; some of us just want a little bit, but you got to be the kind of people that want to get the deep things. You got to have a hunger for the deacons, for the Bible says, "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled." It says, "Blessed are those that hunger and thirst." So I have a question for you today: How hungry are you for the things of God? How how much do you want God to bless you? You want God to bless you a little bit, or you want God to bless you a lot? I know about you, but I want everything God has for me. I don't want this a little bit; I want everything. I believe he has more for me; I know he has more because my God always has more. He ain't call me to give me a little blessings; he always call me have great in awesome blessing. Hallelujah. So how much do you want? Do you want a little bit, or you want a lot? I don't know about you, but the Bible say, "But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Verse 12, "Now we have received, check this out, people of God, we have received not the spirit of the world," you know, the spirit of the world is usually it's pretty simple in the world; it's all about you in the world; it's all about self-preservation, self-centeredness, self-destruction. So we have not received the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Uh, how many love God because he he did everything freely when he died on the cross? It was free. Yes. On now, well, I know I saw, you know, because I I'm plugged in; I happen to see on Facebook, I think what sister Weezer put on the they have a seminar; I say about who are having a preaching seminar for $600. $600 you can go and hear preaching. $600? I mean, I might had a holy ghost fit right there. I wonder the time Apostle Paul and Peter and John if they were, well, "I got to preach to you, but it's going to cost you about $600." I'm going to tell you free. You have received free GI; the gospel is without; you can't pay for this gospel. Jesus already paid the price on Calvary 2,000 years ago when he shed his blood; that was the price he gave, that perfect salvation, that perfect blood that covers our sins. So don't trip t a chip; that's crazy; I couldn't believe that; I couldn't even respond; I don't know what to say to that. Verse 14, very powerful verse, "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." So people of God, realize that there are people around you that are walking around the natural; they don't have the spirit; they don't understand the principles of Christ; they don't know the word of God; and and the natural man cannot receive the thing. This is why the Bible is not a weapon to destroy people; uh, the Bible is not a weapon to shove down people's throats; the Bible is to give people life and to help somebody, to deliver somebody, to show somebody love, to give somebody Grace, for you that know and been back with the blood of Jesus and know the grace of God; the Bible is to be given to them to bring life and life more abundantly to them. But the natural man does not receive the things of God, for they're foolishness unto him. It might sound foolish that, oh, this man died 2,000 years ago, and it and and it takes away your sins. But verse 15, "But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ." So I have one last question: Who hath known the mind of the Lord that you may instruct him? Who can instruct God? If you put the stars and the Moon in its place, and he created this Earth just by his word, how you going tell him what to do? Yes. Could you imagine a man telling God what to do? And I'll just tell you, especially for you Youth that are here, you young people, just go ahead and try to tell God what to do, and you're going to find out that he is God, cuz your best plans, your best ideas, or what do you think you're going to instruct God? He'll come around; he's good like that; he'll come back and give you a holy ghost baptism and Revelation and a good spiritual spanking to you. Realize you need to come to your knees and humble yourself before the Lord and say, "Father, here I am; send me. I'll serve you, Lord, because you are the master of the universe; you're the Creator; you're the only true God there is, and you're the one that that loves me most," because our heavenly Father is looking out. If you realize that uh, or not, young man, young lady, there is a heavenly Father, and he loves you very much, and no matter what you do, he loves you, and you could run from love, but you cannot outrun love, and you cannot outrun God, and you cannot hide from God, because God is God. Hallelujah. Let's pray, and we just thank God for the reading of the word, and uh, we praise your holy name, and we give you the glory, Father, and we just thank you for your great Grace today and for those that are here, and we ask that you illuminate minds and open their hearts so they could understand that there are some deep things, Father, in your kingdom, and you called us to the deep things, and we just give you all the honor and praise. On to the Lord Jesus Christ. And somebody say amen. Amen. Now if we go to our notes, uh, we're going to get in the word now, and we're going to look at this first word called Omnipresence. And the reason why I'm sharing this with you today is because I preached last week about miracles and walking in the natural versus the spiritual, and this will be considered somewhat of a part two to that. Is when you uh, begin to understand God's kingdom and his laws and and and walking with him and knowing God, you know, uh, you need to have this Revelation and understanding that God is everywhere. The term Omnipresence is borrowed from Latin; it's a compound of Omni, meaning all, and presens, meaning here. So thus, God is always here, close to you, next to everybody. So there is a revelation I want you to have today that no matter where you go, God is with you, and no matter where you're at, God is there. In fact, can I tell you, even before you get there, God is there, and before you leave, God is there, because God is always around you; God is always near you. As that your hand is close as your heart to your hand, so is the Lord. He is a God that is not a far off, but he is God is near. Now the point here is this means that God is unlimited with respect to space. God does not have size or spatial dimension at this present and each um every point of space with his whole being. Yet God acts differently in different places; he is still nearby when we pray. Unlike other gods, which don't exist, remember that our God hears prayer. And when you pray to him, pray like you are you're knowing that God is not so much out in the uh universe, but also he's in our hearts. And if he's in our hearts, he's in us literally as the Temple of the Lord. And so when you go and ask God, just realize he's right there with you. Hallelujah. Uh, let's look at this verse. I'm going to go to Ezekiel 48:35. Amen. Let's look at Ezekiel, and uh, every time the Lord has spoken to us over the years, he has brought this Revelation, and every time he's going to do something, you have to realize that God is right there with you. If you're suffering today, God is with you in your suffering; if you're hurting today, God is with you in your hurts; if you're not feeling well, or if you're going through something, God is there. Now look at the he's on present, Ezekiel 48:35. Now this is the last verse in Ezekiel; it's the last verse, and it's a revelation, and it's talking about God coming back and say setting up his kingdom and his City, and it says, "And round about the city shall be 18,000 cubits: and the name of the city from that day shall be called, The Lord is there." And uh, in the Hebrew it's Jehovah Shammah. And when we say Jehovah Shammah, uh, I want you to realize that it just means God is literally present at all times. There was was a famous preacher that I love very much, and I mentioned Smith Wigglesworth, and uh, he he would do a lot of great Supernatural works, and what he realized was every time God would come near him or he felt God's presence, and he was walking, he always spent time alone with the Lord. And I'm going to tell you, people of God, we need to learn to spend more time alone with the Lord, cuz we have so much time to work, to play, to eat, to shop, to go. And like I told you last week, we were so in America so involved in in politics and the wars and everything going around. And I want you to learn to shut all that off and and get along with the Lord, because there's a secret in the house of the Lord; there's a secret in God's Presence; there's healing in the presence of the Lord; there is salvation in the presence of the Lord. And a lot of times our heartaches and our pains will dissipate and go away if you recognize that Jehovah Shammah is with you, then no matter where you're at, "Wait a minute, God is here present, and I may not feel him physically, but I'm going to call upon his name, for it is written, 'Those that call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved,'" because Jehovah Shammah, the Lord is present. Now I want you to see that in every situation, in every part of your life, God has been there with you. Now if you want to recognize it or not, I'm going to tell you something; I got news for you today. Yes, sir. God is not just nearby; he in fact is everywhere; he fills the heavens and the Earth, and no one can hide from him; there are no secret places where he is excluded. Amen. And I know that all this men and everybody, we all fight with sin; we all had issues, and there might be generational curses, or might be things in our lives that God is working on us, but I will tell you that God knows everything. So when people tell me, "I would serve the Lord, Pastor Rangle, but I got to get right first in my own life; I would serve the Lord, but you know, I I got I I I know I'm going to bite the D, so I'm not even going to start." Well, you know what? "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath it entered into your heart how much God loves you and how much he has prepared for you and that he's with you all the time." Jeremiah 23:23, go there and uh, if you look, Jeremiah's the one book to the left of Ezekiel, 23:23, and uh, let's read that, and I want you to see that very clearly, because what I'm trying to do is get you to go a little deeper than just your regular average Sunday. I want you to start to think about going deeper in your walk with God, because the deeper you go and walk with God, the deeper uh, your relationship is going to be with your family; the deeper you're going to be in your job, and the deeper you're going to be around your children, and you're going to be deeper in a spiritual manner in such a way that you'll begin to affect and change not everybody around you, but God will change you first. Yes, and then God will work on everybody else. So while we're worried about everybody else, get worried about yourself. [Applause] [Music] Hallelujah. Is it too serious, Brother Weer? Am I am I to is it all right? You feel the Flames yet? Okay. Let's go to Jeremiah 23:23. Look what the Bible says: "Am I a God at hand, saith the Lord, and not a God afar off?" Verse 24: "Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord: do not I fill heaven and earth?" So God is saying, "Look, I am a God that is near to you." Yeah. So the moment you decide to let go of the pressure and the depression and all that stuff, tap into this Revelation that if you want to go deeper into the deep things, it starts by entering into his presence; it starts by recognizing his presence; it starts by allowing his presence to come upon you, because I tell you sometimes God will come near, and people will reject the presence of the Lord. Yes, he will; they'll reject the presence of the Lord. So Smith Wigglesworth, a great man of God, he he he did a lot of great work and did a lot of miracles, signs and wonders, healings, and he said every time he had the slightest touch of God, he would get away, even if he was with dinner or he was out socially or he was out something. He learned the presence of God; he learned Jehovah Shammah is more important than Jehovah tacos. Okay, sorry, not in the Bible, Pastor. I know; I'm just trying to get your attention. But sometimes we care more about our food than we do Jesus. Amen. And it's not like I'm no skinny or anything, and I'm going to try to tell you not to eat at Taco Bell today, cuz you know those aren't real tacos, but we won't talk about that. But I'm telling you...

That you have to realize, Jehovah, sh God is near; he's so near to you. He was there when you were in your mother's womb. He's so near to you; he was with your mother when she she was in the womb, and your mother's mother. Wow, he's so near to you, and he loves us so much that he was there at your conception, and you were being wrought in the the lower parts of in the valley. Look what the Bible says right here; the psalmist psalmist teaches this beautifully. Where can I go from your spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there; if I rise up on the wings of the dawn, the seas, even there your hand will guide me; your hand will hold me fast. And we know in that same chapter, I want you to realize that as we step out and we're going into higher levels—I don't know if you realize at M24, but we've been doing this for a while—and I know that God is shifting us up. And I told you a few weeks ago, God has taken us to a higher level in the spirit. Real God has taken us and opening state prisons to us now. So to that that degree that that gives me a a signal in my spirit man that says, "Hey, wait a minute. God is fulfilling some dreams for us. God is opening doors." You know, I was just in Canada last month, and we were there, singing Valley, and we got to minister to the First Nation people. And I'm going to tell you what a blessing it was to go to a people that can't do nothing for you and be a blessing to them. See, stop trying to bless people so they can bless you. You why don't you start blessing people that can't bless you? Go out and do something for somebody that's not in your family. Go on and do something that is outside of your framework, and it's not because you're going to get nothing back, but because Christ will be glorified; that your life will be used as a light to somebody because you carry the presence of God; you carry the anointing; you carry the love of Christ; you carry his presence.

So I want you to practice this this weekend. Begin to—if you haven't done it much lately, or if you have, praise God—but I too have been physically, when I get a moment alone, I have been experiencing the presence of God, and uh, it makes a difference because the Bible says, "Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." Amen. What does that mean? There is liberty. Way back in the in the '80s and the '70s when you preached that Apostolic preaching and you said, "Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty," and then you know somebody start cutting a rug; there's liberty to dance; there's liberty to shout; there's liberty. Amen. But the Bible's not talking about that. You know what the Bible is talking about? Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty from bondage; there's liberty from lies of the devil; there's liberty from sickness; there's liberty from uh, all kinds of demonic forces. Remember, don't—if the devil shows up or tries to attack your house—don't try to shout him out; just start to worship the Lord and turn the light on. Go say, "You dirty devil, you got big horns and you got a big ugly tail," and you know, going after the devil and talking and screaming at the Devil. Don't start screaming at the Devil; begin to experience the presence of God and start your worship. Jesus, say, "Lord, I love you right now, and I know you're with me; I know you're in my house, and I just claim my victory before I see it." I'm going to give God the glory; I'm going to praise and start talking about the goodness of Jesus. Do you remember that time when you have no money and God supplied? Remember that time I was in the house; God delivered me. Remember I was under attack, but then all God showed up and delivered me. Remember that time when I was going to die, but God showed up. Remember that time he cared about me, but God showed up. Wait a minute; I don't know what happened, but God saved me. You start talking like that, before you know it, the presence of God will come, and when the presence of God comes, the devil must flee because it is written, "Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Resist the devil, and he'll flee." Call out to God, and He'll draw near to you. Resist the devil; he'll flee. See, it doesn't say, "Resist the devil, and he'll flee." It says, "First draw near to God."

I remind you, when I was still under my former Pastor years ago, and I told Pastor, "I'm going to go pray for this lady; she says she has devils in her house," so people would call me, and I'd go. Do you know house cleaning? I go pray for people. I said, "Pastor, I'm going to go pray for this house," and he goes, "No, you're not." I said, "What?" He goes, "No, you're not going to go pray." I said, "Yeah, but she says she has devils at her house." He goes, "I know," he said. "You call her up and tell her—" I said, "for her to get right with Jesus, and the devil will leave her alone." [Applause] [Music] I got to say that again; I think half of you got that. He told me to tell her, "Tell her to get right with Jesus, and the devil will leave her alone." That means when you're right with Jesus, if you call on him and you experience his presence, the devil can't stay with you; he'll run because it says, "You believe there's one God; you do well because the demons also believe and run in terror." See, it says, "You believe in one God." Say, "Amen." It says, "You do well because the demons also believe"—that's right—"and they tremble, or they weaken; they run in terror." That means because you carry Jesus with you; you have Jesus around you; you have Jesus in you. Like one old preacher said, when the Devil comes knocking at your heart, open the door and say, "Jesus," somebody's knocking at the door. You have to fight the devil? You just start worshipping Jesus and just having fellowship with the Father. Amen. Next slide. Amen. We talked about presence. I'm going to talk about the omniscience of God, and again, the term omniscience is borrowed from the Latin. It's also a compound of omni, meaning all, and science, meaning knowledge. So God knows every possible item of knowledge concerning everything that exists or could have existed anywhere in the universe at any time in the past and that may exist in the centuries of ages yet unborn. So we're talking, God knows more than Google. I know we rely on Google. You can call Google; you can talk to Google; you can write and ask. Go ahead, try to ask Google a question, and they'll have an answer for you. But we're talking about God that knows every possible item of knowledge concerning you. God knows everything about you. It says he knows you so well, your hairs are numbered on your head. That was before and after baldness. Amen, for me. Hallelujah. We won't mess with the baldies. Praise God. God knows everything.

So with that, I want you to consider: If God knows everything there is to know about you, and he knows every secret of your heart—'cause I believe the Bible says God knows the secret of our heart—and he still loves us, and he still died for us, and he still came to Calvary for us, because when he was on the cross, you were on his mind. Hallelujah. I let that ponder that. Consider that even everything you've done and everything you said, God knows well, and everything you're still going to do, God knows, and he still loves us. So you know, I'm not I'm not preaching one-say God was saved. I know people could make a choice and decide to go like to the dark side, or they could go because you have freedom of choice. I believe I believe the Bible says that if my people that are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I'll hear from heaven and heal their land. But it knows the word is conditional: If my my people—it it's conditional—If my people that are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray, so it's up to you to make that decision. Amen. Because God will lead you; God will guide you, but you have to desire and decide because it's written that everybody that calls on his name will be saved, but will you call on his name, or will you call on somebody else? Come on, because who's your trust in today? Is it in man or in God? Who do you trust today? Is it in the all-knowing God or in the finiteness of man, which means limited manhood? Because men—and I'm talking about men and women—the Bible says, "Blessed are those that trust in the Lord and make the Lord their strength, but cursed is the man that trusted man." Should God? Why this Presbyterian Church? I'm talking literally Presbyterian. God bless the Presbyterians today; they've been a great blessing to us. Amen. So in other words, God is infinite; infinite in regards and all it. He knows; he knows himself and all other things perfectly, whether they be actual or merely possible throughout all time. He knows things immediately, simultaneously, and exhaustively and truly. So think about that. God knows everything. Let's look at Isaiah 40. If you turn there for a moment, Isaiah is another book to your left, and go to chapter 40, verse 13 and uh, 14, and I want you to consider this today that in order to have a deeper walk with God, you must realize he knows everything and recognize his great his greatness. Isaiah 40:13, "Who has directed the Spirit of the Lord or or his or as his counselor has taught him? With whom did he take counsel, and who instructed him, and who taught him in the path of justice? Who taught him knowledge and showed him in the way of understanding?" So how many know that God has no beginning or end of days? Nobody's instructed him. God is—the Bible says—"For without faith it is impossible to please him; he that cometh to God must believe that he is." God is. Turn to your neighbor; say, "God is." So if he has nobody instruct him, his knowledge is perfect. Who has showed him anything? Now let's try Isaiah 46:9 and 10 if you go over there real quick. I make another point. Isaiah 46; go to a few pages to your right. Uh, Isaiah 46:9, "Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things that are not yet done. Surely my counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure." So God is writing here to the people of Israel, and he's telling—remember the former things of old. Sometimes, you know, I I preach so much, "Don't look back," but at the negative things, but remember the things of old. Remember how God saved you, right? Remember how he delivered you? Remember how he loved you at the beginning? Remember your first love? Remember his faithfulness? Remember his goodness toward you? Remember he kept food on your table? Remember how he has supplied your needs? Remember his goodness? Remember his faithfulness? Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other. And I know there's a lot of religions out there, but I'm still going to tell you, there is no other name given among men whereby we must be saved. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no man can come to the Father except by him. Jesus is God. Jesus is the deliverer, and there is no other God but our God. There's only one God, one faith, one baptism, one Lord, one Father, one God, one Savior, and his name is Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. His name is wonderful. There is no other God; there is no other way; there is no other truth. Who else? In verse 10, "declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times the things that are not yet done." What is he saying? Declaring the end from the beginning. God is like the author and the finisher of our faith. He has declared what's going to happen already. He already told us the devil's going to come in the last days, and there's going to be a lot of hatred, and there's going to be like the times of Noah. He already said we're living in the last days when men are going to be hating and killing one another, but he said that will come; an antichrist, but after the Antichrist will try to come and set up his world government, Christ will return and set up a new Earth and a new Heaven. He's telling us what's going to happen before it already even happened. He declares the end from the beginning. He's telling you what the end of the story is. Yes, he has called us and justified us and glorified us. Do you realize that right now, in the economy of God, I am already standing in his presence? You are already glorified up in heaven. You're already walking on the streets of glory. You're already with your mother and your father; you're already with your grandparents; you're walking in glory with the Father because he knows the end from the beginning and even the future, and in the eyes of God, we've already been glorified; we've already got the victory. I'm not trying to find the victory; I'm not trying to get it; I already got it, baby. I'm not trying to be a Christian; I already am a Christian. I'm not trying to be saved; I'm already saved. I'm not trying to get victory; I got the [Applause] victory. Declaring the end, from ancient times, things are not yet done. That's a say my counsel so stand, and I will do all my pleasure. Just realize, people of God, the best way to be blessed by God is to humble yourself before his presence. The best way to be blessed by God is to submit yourself to his will. The best way to be—don't come to God and say, "Well, I want this." God is not a Santa Claus, right? God does not wear a red suit. Come on now. He does not drive a deer in reindeer—and God bless you. You know, we thank God for Rudolph the red nose—r I mean, that's really great, but I'm telling you, God does not drive with Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. God don't need that kind of vehicle. God got fiery chariots. He took Elijah up. God got things; he got some he got some skills you haven't seen yet. He got sportier vehicles you haven't even seen yet. You think we look cool, right, in our hearts, as which we get up to heaven? I'm putting a special order in. Yeah, I want some gold wings in my heart when I get up there. Brother gets up there; I'm putting a special request, brother. I'm going to get me a gold Gibson with golden frets that I just play one note, and the Holy Ghost will show up because he's there because his name is—the Lord says, "I am there." See, you don't realize it, but God is already with you. God has been with you. The reason why you didn't die in the streets is 'cause God made a way. You're on—why you didn't die in the gutter and I didn't die in the gutter, 'cause God made a way. He God made a way because he is wonderful, and he knows the beginning from the end throughout all the times; he knows everything. So every time we shut down the world and we try to get along and hide, God is there; his presence is there; his love is there; he knows everything, and he still loves me. Like, I I tell you when I get to heaven, I still ask, "I don't know why you love me like you did." I don't know why—I'm going to tell you right now, people, God—I still—I've been doing this for 30-something years since I started Bible call. I tell you, I still don't know why he's delivered me so many times. I still don't know why he loves me that much to keep me. I don't know why he has blessed my family that he blessed me. I don't know why I have four children like I have, but God has blessed me. I don't know why he keeps blessing me, but all I know is because he loves me so much. I love him because he first loved me. I love the Lord because he's been good to me because when I couldn't even be good to myself, God was good to me. When my heart was condemning myself, God's heart was greater. When I thought it was all over, God's grace was greater. Yes, and I mean his love surrounded me. Yes, and it still does. Yes, and I still don't know why. I don't know why he loves me like I I mean, so many people have you know in our family or this and that that person that—but you know, stop comparing yourself to everybody in your family and start comparing yourself to Jesus. Amen. Let's go to our last slide. Is that all right? One more, and we're going to we're going to end with omnipotent, which is the all-powerful God. Uh, as with the other omni terms, omnipotent is a Latin compound; omni means all, and potent meaning power. So God's omnipotent means that God is able to do yes all his holy will. Unipotent implies the possession of all power and unlimited power. Omniscient God can do anything he pleases. I know that you Job said 42:4 42 42:2. I know that you can do everything, and that no purpose of yours can be withheld from you. I know that I know I know that you can do everything. Yes. Hallelujah. Think about God; he can do everything; whatever it is that needs to be done, he can do. Hallelujah. And I'm not talking negatively; I'm talking positively, and he keeps us and blesses us, and no purpose of yours could be withheld from you. See, if God has a purpose for something in your life, it's going to happen. I don't care if you paint yourself yellow, pink, or green and hang yourself upside down and said, "I'm going to do it my way. I'm Frank Sinatra. I Did It My Way." Well, you could do you can do that, but it don't mean you're going to be blessed by God. And you can scream and yell, jump up and down, have a little conniption fit like you're 5 years old and say, "I'm going to do what I I'm not going to do what God says; I'm going to do what I want. I don't care what my parents say; I don't care what Mom says; I don't care what Dad says; I'm going to do whatever I want; I'm going to do like like I want to." Well, you can do that and paint yourself purple if you want, and still God's purpose for your life will be done. So fight it, but I encourage you not to fight it, but to submit to God and surrender to him. God is never exhausted. How many have been exhausted lately? How many have been tired? God is never exhausted; his power is unlimited in regard to both extent and magnitude. What is possible for man? What is possible for man is or rather is possible for God. Whatever is not impossible—nothing is too hard for him. Let's go to Isaiah 40:27, and I'll end with this last portion of scripture. We're going to wrap it up, and I don't want to keep you much longer, but I'm going over this portion of scripture, and I hope you take this home with you because my intent is to get you to the place of miracles in your life and believe in a greater impact upon your life and your family and walking in higher echelons in Christ. But you have to understand, if you want to go higher with God, you first must experience his omnipresence and realize his omniscience, but then come to his omnipotency or omnipotent. Isaiah 40:27, he says—they have it—amen, amen. You ready? Here we're going to the home stretch. "Why do you say, O Jacob, and speak, O Israel, My way is hidden from the Lord, and and my just name is passed over by God?" Every time you have a pity party and say, "God is not just, or God's not doing right, or my way is hidden, and God doesn't see me," just realize you're not going to win; that's wrong. Verse 28, "Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the creator of the heavens and the Earth, neither faints nor is weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might he increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings of eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Uhuh. So what I want you to see here in conclusion is that uh, there are going to be times in your life where you're weak and you may fall, 'cause this even the young men will faint or even the youth will faint because youth usually rely on their strength; they rely on their ability to run and go and do because there's a lot of energy when you're young. But when you get older and you get older, you you get weaker and weaker, and you get tired easily. Uh, you know, when I was 19, I could chop down a tree, and I could go and work and paint a house, and I could do a lot when I was in my young days, and I had hair and everything, and I could do work, and I was taught to work hard, and I was cleaning bricks and doing stuff at 15 years old. I learned to work hard all my life, and I worked hard; I knew what it was to sweat and toil and work hard and and do what I had to do 'cause I was young and strong, and I I I try to pick up a house if I could because I believe so much in in strength and how I could move things. But see, even the youth shall faint and and we could grow weary, but the thing is, your strength doesn't come from men; it comes from the Lord. Your ability to do anything comes from the Lord. You your your ability to overcome doesn't come from your flesh; it comes from the spirit, and the spirit of the Lord. See, because the Bible says uh, "Those that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength," and that word waiting is not like going—you going to the doctor's room, and you're waiting, or you're going to the uh uh you know, you're going to go to see a show or something and you're waiting, or or you're waiting. No, that word really means in the original, it means hope. But those that hope on the Lord will renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings of eagles. And and uh, this week, for some reason, the Lord really impacted me, and it reminded me, and I was reading this book called Christian Eagles or uh the the Christian uh uh um Eagle Christians, and it reminded me that when a mother eagle comes and sweeps her nest, the little eaglets are real comfortable until mother eagle comes and sweeps the nest. What it means is that the mother eagle makes her bed about 10 to 12 feet circumference, and it's real nice and cushy, but then the mother comes one day and starts tearing out all the comfort so that the wood begins to stick through, and then eagle little eaglets are like, "Think Mom's crazy, 'cause she's taking away all my toys, and I'm getting uncomfortable now." And that's what happens with some of us; uh, we go through trials and and and some of our comfort goes away from us, and we become uncomfortable, and we're thinking, "What is God doing? Wait a minute; I was happy with all my toys. Why is he taking toys away from me? Why is he taking things away from me? Why am I losing things?" Well, sometimes you could learn to stand. You see, if she doesn't sweep the nest, those little eagles can't learn to use their talents to stand on their own. And God will take away your comfort so you can learn to stand even without comfort because this life is not about comfort because the more comfortable you get, your flesh will say, "I want more comfort," but that's not what life is about. Hallelujah. The mother comes and sweeps her nest, and before you know it, she comes back another day, and the mother begins to push the eagles out of the nest, the little eaglets now.

They think Mother Eagle has gone nuts. They're 10,000 ft up in the air, and the little eaglets are like, "Are you crazy? We're going to call CPS! You can't throw me out! You can't spank me! You can't, you can't correct me! Right, I'll call the popo and you, Mama, Daddy!" She sweeps the nest, and the eaglets are thrown out of the nest. Yes, and they begin to fall 10,000 ft, the little eaglet trying, trying to survive and screaming and calling out to Mommy. And they're falling and falling.

And as it is in nature, so is our Father. The Father, Ego, comes and swoops them up at the last possible moment and brings them back to the nest. And that's like us in our lives. It seems like all hell's breaking out. It seems like we're not going to make it; we're going to die, and we're falling, and there's nobody to catch us. And all of a sudden, your Heavenly Father—hallelujah, oh man—all of a sudden your Heavenly Father comes in and swoops you upon His wings and takes you back to remind you that you're not alone, that the Father is there. What happened? Your God will save you. Your God will show up at the last possible moment. Your God will make a way, because your Father is for you and not against you. He is not against you; He is for you.

And those little eaglets go back up to the nest. And Day Two, Mama begins to sweep the nest again. And here it comes, crazy Mama. However, had a crazy Mama before? I don't know what it is to have a crazy Mama. I know what it is to have a strong Mama, but I'm going to tell you right now, God at times will throw you out of your nest of comfort, and it'll seem like the end has come. But all the while, your Father wants you to learn how to fly. 'Cause you walk with Him, you run with Him, but now you've got to fly with Him. See, because the eagle, when storms come, they use those wings and those winds to propel them above the storm, next to the sun. They're the only, only bird—because they're the king of the birds—they're the only ones that have the ability to fly so high. They don't go through the storm; they go over the storm.

So people of God, realize, when storms come, God's not trying to kill you; He's trying to teach you how to ride above every storm. There is no storm, because your Heavenly Father will give you the wings to fly. But are you willing to use your wings? Are you willing to endure the lessons of endurance, of going through it? Are you willing to submit to your Father? He that knows everything is allowing your present trial. He that knows the very secret of your hearts has come to test you, to see what you'll do.

Let's bow our heads, Father. We just thank You for the reading of the Word. We thank You for Your omnipotence, Your omniscience, and Your omnipresence, God. We praise You and magnify Your holy name, and we give God the glory. We ask You, Father, give us the deep things and let us understand You're God that surrounds us and is in us and through us, and that You have prepared everything for us, and there's nothing too hard for the Lord, and that You've been with us, You will keep us, and You loved us, and You continue to deliver us when nobody else can, because You're a Heavenly Father that will cut off comfort and cut off situations till we learn to go to You and You alone for our strength. Doesn't come from men; our strength doesn't come from the flesh; it doesn't come from human relationships; it comes from divine relationships. And our number one divine relationship, Father, is with You. You are our Father; we are Your children. Children, You are our Heavenly Father; You are our Savior, and You know everything, Father, and You have the power to perform, You have the power, God, huh, to deliver and save and take us and transport us, God. Oh, right now I thank You, and I praise Your Holy Name. Let's give God the glory. To stand.
