And then we're going to stay sin conscious, guilty, condemned, and ashamed. Not disbeliever. I'm not a feeler. I'm a believer. Well, I don't feel love. I believe loved. Well, I don't feel forgiven. I believe forgiven. You believe something, you'll start feeling something.
You wake up every morning, Father, thank you for another day instead of, oh, another day. Thank you for another day, Lord. You know, I feel like I could sleep another hour, but that's irrelevant. You know what, man? I'm in this program and they get me up early. Dude, you got to get up early. Now, I got to go out on that block and do all that, man. No, watch is good at it. Father, I just love I'm going to live under death, man. I'm going to walk this thing out. I'm going to have discipline in my life, responsibility. You're doing a work in me, man. I used to dread the day. I used to dread sleep. I used to dread life. But I'm starting to see I got a purpose. I got a call. I got a destiny. My days a complain and I've ended. My life isn't about me. It's about you and me. Raise me up and raise your me. Let me be an example to these men. Let me be an encouragement. Let me be a cheerleader. God, don't ever let me push against the grain again. I want to be for you and never against you, with you, and never scatter. God, thank you for redeeming my life. [applause]
Can I be honest? The believer lives there. Amen. Amen. You can go to church and not believe. And the life you live reveals what you actually believe. I didn't say that to be scary. I said that to be real.
So, we're going to pray for the sick because the body of Christ should pray for the sick. These signs follow those that >> Here we go again. Believer. It's not those who have a healing ministry. It's not pastors. It's not those who are gifted. He talks about gifts. It's almost in a always in a church setting anyway. You just need to believe whatever city you're in, heal the sick there. What city? Whatever. What sick? The whatever and the. So, we should all be praying for the sick. All of us should be laying hands on the sick.
Man, I've learned I used to think people didn't pray for the sick because of their theological struggles. I learned later that people didn't pray for the sick because they're afraid nothing will happen and they don't want to be in that position. And I'm think what a paradox because if you don't pray for nobody, you always have what you're afraid of. You always are guaranteed nothing. So why don't we get past ourselves and start laying our hands on the sick and sewing some seed? Because if you don't sew, what can grow? You can pray for God to change your city, but fail to walk in love in your city. You can say you're interceding for your city, but not walk in Christ in your city. And you can fail to sew any seeds into your city, but you're interceding for your city to have revival, but you're not living revive. The sewer sews the work. There's people that water the thing that was sown, but it's God who causes the increase. Some of us reap where we've never even sown. But we all rejoice together. You get how it works? We should all be praying for the sick.
Man, listen. You say, "Wonder if nothing happens." It's never about wonder if nothing happens. It's about wonder if I fail to love people and pray for the sick. Because if I pray for them and they say, "No, it still hurts." I look at them sincerely. Now, I struggle with this. I'll be honest. I didn't do well with this in the beginning. I snort and grunt and be mad and I'm just being honest. God's done a good work in me on this thing. He's taught me what faith really is. And I'd look at him and I'm sincere. And I said, "Listen, I realize you're still hurting, but man, God said if I lay hands on the sick, believe it. I did not interrupt you to walk up and ask you if I could pray because I knew nothing would happen. I prayed because I know it's possible. And I just believe he's moving and he's doing a work in you." And as you feel that thing change or realize that thing change, you get in and out of your car, you go up your steps to home and you go, "What?" You're going to know why. Because he is Lord and he loves you. Thanks so much for letting me pray. And sometimes, not until you walk away with no string attached, no catch, no offering basket, no card, no pray like pray this prayer and just you say, "Well, why didn't you lead him to the Lord?" No, I just gave him the Lord. I just sow to see. My goal isn't that they pray the sinner's prayer. My goal is that I give them vital contact with the Lord.
Generally, people get a headnot on the streets and we're calling them fish in the boat. Their whole motivation is if you died and don't know where you're going, going to heaven. Well, I would pray that prayer if I didn't believe just in case you're right. I see three things when I pray for the sick in my life. I see people instantly healed. I see people somewhat changed to where they know they're changed. And then I see that one that we all dreaded where nothing happens. I'm growing up into him. And I'm not going to stop the journey. I'm not going to get heady and talk myself out of what my heart knows. I'm not going to ask five questions that cloud what I know. I'm just going to keep praying for the s. I've seen countless people that I prayed for and nothing happened, go on and get healed. I've never had somebody on the street somewhat healed and not let me pray again. They almost begging me to pray again and they're trying to convince you they're better because they weren't expecting to get better. They're just being polite most of the time. They don't have faith. They're just being polite. They see you're nice and they think, "Well, okay, whatever." I've seen people roll their eyes like, "Okay, I guess you can pray. Just don't be too long." When they find out you want to pray for them right now, they're a little like, oh, I thought you were going to put me on your list. You want to pray right now? Oh, yeah. Look, it'll be discreet. Father, and you're not like, "Father, in the name of Jesus, just pray. You just there to bless them."
Now, I've had a lot of things happen in my life. I've got a lot of fun stories. I've seen restaurants shut down where we got to pray for all the workers. I've seen two different airport settings where the It's that stopped everybody. I've been asked up to four times by people trying to get off airplanes, trembling on the jet if I could pray for them. I prayed for the whole tarmac waiting for their bags. One day I had my own congregation. They're laid hands on praying. They're crying and God's moving. I'm in Walmart and a little girl at the register tears off her thing and screams, "God just healed me." I lifted my voice and said, "Seeing that God's in the store, we ought to pray for everybody that needs healing." I think I was there for an hour and a half in the foyer of Walmart and prayed for countless announcements and nobody told me to leave and I didn't start it. Some little girl with a Walmart badge started it. It wasn't even my fault. But if you don't have that theology, you go put yourself in that position. if you don't believe God can do it or you self-conscious and insecure and think it's about you instead of him. And that's what I want to help you with today. We're all in this thing together and we can all pray for the sick because you can't heal the sick. He heals the sick and you represent that truth and you get to partner with him. That's why you lay your hands on the sick. Because when you lay your hands on the sick, he expects you to believe that he's in you and he's going to touch them, too.
I used to do public healing services in my church when I pastored. Open to the public, two a week, open to the public, unsaved, all kinds. We did so many water baptisms, people getting healed and saved. It was so fun. And one day, I was in there praying for people. And this mom came and she was a little shook and she said, "I don't know what's going on with my daughter, but she's really passionate." And she said, "She has to Most importantly, she won't show me her paper. So, I don't even know what's going on, but I've never seen her like this. She keeps saying, "Mommy, I got to see him." And I got to see him. And she was four, four years old. She came over all discreet. She went out, "Mom, she see the paper." She said, "I drew this and I need to give this to you." She's four. I looked at it. She took a pen. She put her little hand in the middle of the paper and traced it. And then free hand she drew a hand around her head. She handed me the paper and I looked and I said, "What does this mean to you?" She said, "This is what I saw years old." She had no stuff with religion and unbelief, >> analytical, intellectual. She's four. This is what I saw. This is what you saw. Every time you put your hand on one of those people. This big hand came over top of yours and I went, [groaning] "You see what's wrong with me? You tell me to calm down. You are so wrong." No, you're wrong. I'm probably not fired up enough. I'm trying to be too gracious. I'm sitting on an airplane. People say, "Whoa, you got passion." I said, "Well, do you see passion?" "Oh, yeah. I see a little passion." And I think I'm being good. I'm on my best behavior. And they seeing passion. You don't heal the sick. He heals the sick. Watch this. This is helpful. This is stuff he told me to teach before we do this stuff. And it it's just does wonders in the room for all of us. It's a jump start for us. I'm a teacher. I'm a trainer. I'm an equipper. Look, the spirit of God's in me. I could call all the sick up here. We could go pray. I could pray for all of them flow in my gifting and some of you would enjoy that but you wouldn't be empowered by that and it's the way I ministered for years and God corrected me said who are you training equipment empowering who are you showing that can live this way I said I'm just been having a blast minister how about equipment because we told me to tell people every time we do this your prayer doesn't heal the sick It's your faith in his finished work of his love for people. We try to pray right powerful. We get self-conscious when we pray. If you ever prayed for the sick, you know what I'm talking about. You press in. Father God, I just thank you. And if it's a deeper problem, if it's stage for some, we amplify our voice and somehow we think it's our prayer that heals the sick. When behold, in Jesus name is plenty when it's backed with a revelation. Are you with me? Be whole in Jesus name. Are you following me?
So, we're going to pray for the sick. When you pray for the sick on the streets or in public, you'll find two situations. Lots of sickness, but two situations. People that'll know they're healed if they're healed because they have symptoms. And people that won't know they're healed because it's something that comes and goes or it's on a test. Or you hear a lady in the line talking about how she just had her womanly checkup and they found concerns and blah blah blah and she has no idea but they saw this on the and you hear that stuff when you're out in public. You hear people say, "I'm just glad I don't have a migraine. It's been coming pretty regular. I thought today would be the day." You hear that stuff when you're out there. You just tap. Hey, I couldn't help but to hear what you told her. Listen, I want to make a scene, but I need to do something. What's that? Just Father, I just thank you for that. You didn't even ask for permission. I never had nobody stop me, slap me. They see you're genuine. They see you're sincere. Father, never again. They have this mother never come back in their life again. Jesus name. And they usually get touched because they see you're serious and they say, "Thank you." You say, "Well, I wonder if she gets the headache. Wonder if you don't believe." We just ask the wrong question so we don't do the right thing. If God's love never fails, why do we fail to love?
So, we're going to pray for the sick tonight. The first category, and I only want you to stand if you're in this category, and it's going to be so quick, it's going to seem too simple, but it's not simple. This is something God's taught me to do, showed me to do. He's in it, and he likes it. He's behind it, and he loves when we all get involved. And and this this one here is going to seem so simple and so quick. it's going to be because we have put too much faith in our faith and too much faith in our prayer and we're trying way too hard and we should just be better believers. Amen.
If you have something in your body, in your life that's less than wholeness tonight, and please don't hold out on me. Let's get in this thing and do this thing. But you would not know if you're healed because it has no symptoms attached to it. It's internal. It comes and goes. It would need to be tested. It's just a condition you have that has no symptoms. So, the only way you know you're healed is just simple faith in your heart. I need you and only you right now to quickly stand up. Quickly, quickly, quickly, quickly. Please stand up if that's you. I'm waiting on a couple people. I know when we're ready. I'm waiting on a couple people. Why am I waiting when I'm late and we got a lot of people standing? Because it's real and God doesn't want you to miss out. Thank you. I've seen six, seven people stand up. Two more since I'm pleading. I just know we're not ready. We got a couple people for some reason sit. Please jump up. Thank you. Thank you. You're not claiming sickness when you stand up. It says, "Is any among you sick?" You're not claiming sickness by standing up for prayer. What you're saying is, "I don't believe this is God. I believe it's less than wholeness and I believe he has something to say about it through the finished work of Christ." You're actually believing for healing. You're not claiming sickness when you ask for prayer. Somehow we got that idea years ago. Word of faith got a little twisted. It's not its original thing. The men that brought Word of Faith aren't at fault for that. It's just what people make up things. I just need I just feel like I need one or two more people you're holding out for some reason. Jump up quick. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know when we're ready. I just do. I live this thing. I know. I just know. And and and it's real to me. This isn't some hoaxy thing. This is real. That's why I'm waiting till I know we're ready because I don't want anybody sitting if they could stand or should stand. As you watch and see what God does tonight, it's just amazing. God is amazing. He loves us so much. And you can tell I ain't under pressure cuz I can't produce a thing. But I can know him and he can love you. That makes it work. Okay. If you're sitting near somebody, you guys just tap somebody. Touch somebody. Make contact. If somebody's near you, just touch them. Get near them. Touch them. Make contact. If they're standing near you, please make contact. If you're standing, maybe slip your hand up just so people know who you are. Once everybody gets up, make sure there's contact with every person that's standing. I want somebody near them making contact. Father, I know you love me or you to never sent your son. Case closed. Is that fair? Father, I know you love me >> or you to never sense your son, >> and I want you to believe that, guys, for the rest of your life. Fair enough. Now, the people that are making contact and touching, I just need you to say this over them, okay? And we're just going to say it by simple faith. Don't amplify your voice. Don't put an A on the end of it. And don't get crazy. I just want you to be sincere and believe God loves this person that you're praying for. Say, "Father, I thank you. >> For your love in Jesus name, be made whole. Leave their body >> and never come back in the power of the name of Jesus. Be completely free. Thank you, Father." Amen. Amen. Okay. I told you it was going to seem too simple. Sit down real quick. There's no way to check. There's people that wouldn't be able to check. We just have simple faith.
Now listen, this is important. If you were in this meeting, you guys were in little Abalene, man. You You guys know the house in Nehemiah, you guys know the people that are here. You churches are connected. When you realize you're healed, when the test shows you, when time tells, whatever that means for why you stood up, when you find out you're healed, you don't have to send me an email. I can you tell I'm encouraged? I want you guys to encourage yourselves in the simplicity of what we just did and that it actually has impact. So when you find out and realize you're healed, let somebody know that can let you all know. Post it, call, do something, but say, "Hey, I stood up when that man that mad man was there Saturday and got late. I stood up. That thing's gone." Make sure you share testimonies. Okay? I travel to places. When I go back to a place and I ain't been there for a year or two, people come and tell me stories. And what happened? A lady woke up to me last night. I don't know if she's here. She was wearing that pretty pink outfit. There you are. 13 years ago. 13 years ago. Can you stand up, honey? 13 years ago, we prayed for her. I prayed for her. She was deaf. 13 years ago. Can she hear? Can you hear? [applause]
You see what's wrong with me? This thing ain't a game. We ain't looking for attention. It ain't heresy. It's called the FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST AND HE HAPPENS TO BE LORD. And there's a thing called love and compassion AND MERCY AND FAITH working through love. And I think I was walking out of leaving and just prayed and mama realized she could hear 13 years ago. So, I bet since then I've seen a whole lot more stuff >> cuz I just happen to live this way. >> So, you write anything you want about me, you're too late. You can't make me angry. You can't break my heart. And you're no threat to what God's doing. You're just a threat to your own heart when you write that stuff.
Okay, here's the group. Now the second group, what's the second group? Like she couldn't hear. That's a symptom. So if you can't hear and your ears pop open, that would be evidence. If you're bone on bone in your knees, you would know it. And they pray for you and all of a sudden you're moving like you're not bone on bone. That would be evidence. You see what I'm saying? So what I need is I need people to stand up that have something in their life that has symptoms. Oh, thank you. Is there anyone who can't stand that wants prayer or it's very hard to stand so you'd rather stay sitting but you want prayer in the room? Anyone? Anyone? Help me. The room's big. Would it be better to just stay sitting? You'd be more relaxed. You can stand. Would it distract you to stand? Would it be hard? Would it hurt after a while? Okay. So, we know where you're at. You want prayer. Anybody else would rather stay sitting but you want prayer because it's hard. It would be who where? Okay, you can go ahead and sit down. We'll come to you, man. Anybody else? Am I missing anybody? You want prayer? But you'd rather stay sitting. Oh, no. You You just want prayer. No, we ain't coming up here. You ain't Okay. You ain't coming up here. I ain't praying for nobody. That's what's fun. Oh, no. I used to line everybody up and floating my gift and it was a blast. No, it would I get so rolling and I'd say, "Listen, don't even tell me what's wrong." And but people go bonkers over that and then it makes you the answer. Now you're the healer and I'm one guy. I've been preaching this thing. I've been fighting against the thing because I messed up in the first about 12 years. So I'm at about a year and a half now out of 30 years. I'm in a year and a half where no one's knocked on my door unannounced at any time asking for prayer out of 30 years. I'm only a year and a half of clear space where nobody's done that to me because I've been pleading. Stop doing that. My people just knocking on my door. They say, "Well, they did it to Jesus. Are they doing it to you?" See, people always get religious when they say, "Well, they did it to Jesus." I'm like, "That's because it was only Jesus. Are they doing it to you? Well, they beat your door down. No, I've had people at 2 in the morning, 4 in the morning. I had a man on my porch preaching the scripture of the man sleeping with his children and that he was supposed to get out and pray for he was preaching that scripture from my porch at 3:00 in the morning, compelling me to come down. [laughter] Yeah. Because I used to just pray for everybody and then everybody asked me to pray for everybody. because I prayed for everybody. I had testimonies. And because I had testimonies, I'm the healer. I'm the gifted. I'm the anointed. I'm the man of faith in the town. I might have been the only believer. Everybody else was a needer. [laughter] I'm sorry. But I changed things around because the Lord talked to me about it. Probably around 2010 11. I really made some strong changes to it. I've been doing it this way for a long time. It's really fun to watch and see what he does in this room. If you're sick in your body, you have something less than homeless. And you would know it if you're healed because you could sincerely check it without music, without hype, and without exaggeration. I don't want exaggeration here. I don't want you saying the right thing or saying something to make the person that prayed for you feel good. And once you look it into young lady's little brown eyes and say, "I can't tell her. I still have pain." No, honey, I feel great. That's called a lie. I read in Revelations 19, you lie, you fry. I don't want no friers. We're not in that faith. [laughter] I want people healed. You got sickness in your body. You got degeneration. You got something going on that if you were healed, you would absolutely know it if you took your time and tested and checked because your body would tell you so. Not physical therapy, not grunt and stretch, just poor rotator cuff. This was my limit. And all of a sudden, you check it. What? You see it all the time. See hundreds of those. Hundreds if not thousands of shoulders in my life. I had women crying as their husbands put on their jackets and took off their jackets in the service because the women have been dressing their husbands for a long time because they couldn't bend their shoulders. And now the wife's watching the husband do what she knows he couldn't do. It's just fine. Stand to your feet if you need prayer and you have something in your body less than. If you were healed, you'd be able to check your body and you would be able to know it. Please stand to your feet. Don't stay in your chair. Please don't make me come fishing for you because I'm an excellent fisherman. I shouldn't have to fish. Oh, I'm a good fisherman. I shouldn't have to fish. You should just be up. Jump up. I need I'm waiting on a few folks. Come on. Just stand up. You're not claiming healing. Don't be afraid of Don't live in that vow. I do this every time there's a healing service and I'm I'm the one that's never healed. Well, you ain't giving us a crack. Why don't you stand up? Yeah. We're not turning faith into a point in time, a hit, miss, win or lose. Faith is a position of our heart. I already told you I see three things when I pray for the sick. See people instantly healed, somewhat changed, and I see sometimes when nothing happens, right? It's called growing up into him. Tonight, we're going to pray for y'all, and then we're going to find out what God's doing. Now, listen. If you're completely healed, that's a no-brainer. People don't struggle with that one. They're like, "Whoa." If people are somewhat healed, they usually don't struggle. They're like, "Wow, I'm like 70% better." Like, they freaking out usually. They're like 80% better. 40% is usually a good time when you're hurting. It's them ones that don't feel no change. So, when we do this tonight, I don't want nobody jumping I don't want nobody saying, "See, why did I stand up? I never heal. Something got to be wrong with me. Something got to be blocking my healing." Yeah. All the above. Stop it. Cut it off. Push it off. Boom. Let it hit the floor and let him be the head tonight. You just be the body. And you just believe. Don't jump ship. Don't run your mind. If nothing changes, we're coming back to you. We want you to listen to some testimonies and keep checking your body. And you watch and see what happens in the room. Like popcorn in a bag. People will just keep getting healed because we won't stop believing. It's very rare in the church to not stop believing because we so busy weighing results. What if we wait the truth and stay in a place called faith? Because a Christian has one response. Thank you for what you've done and thank you for what you're doing in me. I don't want anybody jumping ship tonight. Amen.
What am I waiting for? I need to stand up. I got like I got four people that their knees aren't good and you're still sitting in your chair. At least four. Okay, I got five, six, seven. Thank you, man, for getting up and being humble. You watch to see what happens. Yeah, I'm glad you got up. I got a couple people. You have arthritic symptoms. You're still sitting in your chair. You're just thinking it's the way it is. the job you did, your age. Please jump up. Is that you, sir? Thank you for jumping up so quickly. Thank you, man. I know. I got one more. I got one more of the off. Is that you? Gotcha. Bam. Good. Okay, good. You jumping up or were you already up? Oh. Oh, okay. Okay. But I got my three. Good. Good. Good. Good. I'm just listening. I'm waiting because I don't feel totally at peace for for praying yet. So, I'm just making sure. But please, you don't wait for me to call your thing. Don't say, "Well, if he calls my thing, I'll stand up." Then she'll already be up. She'll already be up in faith. Right. But for some reason, I'm hesitating and don't feel like we're quite ready. Thank you. We might have been waiting on you because he loves you so much. Yay. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, because I'm not hearing any words of knowledge. I'm just waiting. And two ladies stand up. You don't that does from my heart because I do this all the time and I know how real it is. He doesn't want you in your chair if he's about to move. He wants you to believe in my heart. Amen. Amen. Amen. I got one man left shoulder. Something's up with your left shoulder. It's bothering you. You don't have total range of motion. It's not that big of a deal, but you notice it. I'm trying to be just like explicit. I mean, I'm trying to You noticed it. You were still sitting. You were still sitting. Who did you stand? Did you just stand? Oh, no. No. You're You were still sitting. Is that you? Did I describe it exactly? Okay. Left. Is Who in the blank are you? How in the Do you know that? Some of them are looking around for prank cameras cuz all the prank stuff thinking they're being set up by friends by God. Okay, I feel good now. We can go for this. Now listen, I know it's late, but yes, I got you out of here last night later than this. This is important. So, let's hang in there. We've been here all weekend. This is like the cherry on top. Amen. So, what I want to do, we're going to have people pray with you. Now, watch when we're finished. Oh, this is so good. I'm only going to give you all five to six seconds to pray. Like, I get preach all this time, but you only get five to six seconds to pray. Why? Because I don't want you to get self-conscious. I don't want you to get into works. I don't want you to try to pray hard or right or powerful or anointed. I just want you to believe. And if they tell you my rotator cuff is preheat the food, he just dogged his wife. He threw her under the bus. He and she slapped him. [laughter] God's still going to move on you, girl. No. That's so funny. He said, "You've been in that room before and they say, "So and so, can you pray?" And I'm thinking, same thing, everybody standing tonight for the rest of your life. Why? Because sometimes we've been prayed for and something didn't change. Sometimes we had somebody pray for us that we believe is anointed and we're still sick and questions start arising. Next thing you know, what did I do wrong? How do you love me? Blah blah blah. Faith works through love, not despair. Faith doesn't work because you have a need. Faith works because you have a re revelation of the covenant of God's love. Are you hearing me? Because if you don't have that, then you're just a desperate person in need of a thing. No, I have a covenant. It's called love. Amen. So, I need you to do this. Now, watch this. the people sitting. And if you're uncomfortable and nervous and don't want to do this, I'm strongly encouraging you to get on my team and press through the feelings of yourself right now. You say, "But I never pray." That's perfect. You don't have to do anything but believe. So if you believe God loves people and Jesus died on the cross, that's enough. And what does God say? Behold in Jesus name. Or if they tell you they have arthritis, you leave. They tell you they're bone and bone means you be back. you be healed her disc you leave their spine in Jesus name you see what I'm saying so the people sitting it's my prayer team and if you're nervous please get involved I've watched this kind of setting in the house right in the where you guys were eating today right in there he prays for him this guy's crying bending over tying his shoes he don't want to come back up he ain't been down there for 35 years. He's down there and then he takes I don't know if Lee remembers this. He takes his laces out of like the first three holes on his boot. WHILE HE'S DOWN THERE, HE UNSTRINGS IT and rerings it and ties it and it's balling. It's beautiful. I looked at the young man. I said, "Have you ever He has tears in his eyes. He's standing there like I said, did you ever pray for anybody before?" He said, "That's my first time." I said, Pretty good result. That's a pretty good record. You're on a roll right now. Who knows he's inspired to believe? Who knows he's inspired to pray for people? See, I got past results. I want results, but I won't let the lack of what looks like results change my faith and the finished work. I'm going to pray for the sick. You follow me? Amen.
So, I need you all, if you're standing for prayer, lift your hand, please, so we don't lose you in the crowd. Now, listen carefully. Please listen. As soon as somebody comes and says, "I'm going to stand with you." Put your hand down when they claim you. So, we're only looking for who we need to get to. Don't just leave your hand up when they come to you. When they come to you, put your hand down so we know everybody's covered. Now, listen. The people sitting, you're my prayer team. If you're nervous, please jump out of your chair and be a Christian Nike commercial and just do it. Go find somebody with their hand up. Please introduce yourself and reach you. Some other folks might be able to get to the men of Nehemiah that hands are still raised. Who's waiting for somebody to pray with them? Wave your hand. I got I got I got two young ladies back there. Is there anybody sitting available? I don't want two on one. I need somebody with everybody if we can do it. Are you both waiting for somebody for prayer back there? If if one person could go pray for that couple, that that would be plenty. You find out what each one needs, you'll pray over both of them. Okay. Somebody that that can go stand with them. I have a man here still raising his hand. You got him. Good. Is somebody going back there with that car? Oh, she's going. Are you going, honey? Are you running over there? Add a girl. Thank you. Is there anybody we're missing? Let me know. to help me out because it's a big room. Is Is everybody covered? Are we still missing you? You need prayer. Okay. I need a lady. I got a lady right here. Needs someone to stand with her. It could be you or or whoever. Oh, I thought somebody was coming. Is there anybody available? Pray for this lady standing here. Is there anybody left? You will right behind you. Just make your way back. Push your way through them chairs, man. Or he's you going to do it? Okay. Is there somebody else you're all pointing to? Are you somebody waiting for a man to be? You're all covered right in the house to Nehemiah. Good. Is everybody good now? There's something going on in my disc in my back. Wait, something. Just tell them cancer. Can't hear. Can't see out of my one eye. Just three seconds. Y'all got it? Everybody should know. Everybody got it? Everybody knows what they're praying for. Okay, now watch. Why did I do that? Matthew 17. and it's talking about healing because it's the epileptic boy. The disciples prayed and it didn't seem like anything happened. He's thrashing a fire and daddy ran to Jesus when he came back from the mount of transfiguration said my my son he's often fallen in the fire etc etc. He said I brought him to your disciples and they could not cure him. Jesus said bring the boy to me. It's powerful chapter. I don't have to get so late if I teach the whole thing out. But about verse 15, after he healed the boy, the disciples came privately and said, "Why couldn't we heal the boy?" He didn't say because of the pentup buildup sin in the daddy's life. He didn't say because it wasn't my timing. He didn't say because you should have waited for me. He said because of your unbelief or your little faith. And you have to have compassion on these guys because they're following Jesus. And he's saying, "Stretch forth your hand. Stand and get up. See, po, right? They're praying for epilepsy and the voice still what? Seasoned violently. It's a visual. So, what happens in their mind? Cuz he called them a perverse generation. It means twisted-minded, corrupted thinking. He He's saying there's something going on in your mind that's subverting faith. You're looking with your eyes, thinking with your mind, and now you're not believing. What What happened to them? Put yourself in their shoes. They went out two by two, seven chapters before, healed all kinds of people, came back celebrated. Now Jesus on the mount of transfiguration, the daddy says, "Hey, I know you guys are running with him and you got testimony of two by two. Can you pray for my boy?" I bet they were said, "Sure." I don't think they said, "I don't think we should do that." I think they said, "Sure." They prayed, but he sees it. And here's what happens in our minds. Wonder why he still sees it. Wonder why he ain't healed yet. If Jesus was here, he'd be healed by now. Wonder what we're doing wrong. And the whole time they're praying and look like they're believing, but this perverse things going on in your mind called unbelief. Are you with me? So Jesus is so beautiful. Why couldn't we heal the boy? He didn't say cuz you ain't got no faith. He said because of what you're failing to see. It's called unbelief. But truly I tell you this, if you have faith as mustard seed, you will say to the mountain, "Move, and the mountain will move and nothing will be impossible for you." And then he says, "However, this kind won't come out except our professions." He talking about the epilepsy. He's talking about the unbelief. He's saying this kind of twisted thinking will never come out of your life unless you continue in a place of prayer and fasting before God so that his way of thinking overtakes your way of thinking. So let me paraphrase what I see when I read that and studied that out. Why couldn't we heal the boy Jesus? Because of what you fail to see. But if you see what I see, you'll do what I do and nothing will be impossible for you. To me, it's the promise we have in the whole New Testament. It's unhinged and unlimited. Why wouldn't we be going for it? Amen.
So, you're going to pray for your person tonight. I'm going to give you the go here. The reason I had them say why you're praying and what you're praying for, if they told you they're bone on bone in their knees, watch this. Knees be completely restored with no more pain in Jesus name. Who knows that you can speak over their situation, tell the mountain to move and be direct and do that in six, five, six seconds or less and be sincere, not get into works, not get into self-consciousness, and not try hard. Just believe that he loves your person. Somebody said their shoulders all messed up. Shoulder be completely healed, total rotation with no pain in Jesus name. And then what we're going to do, five, six seconds, I'm going to say, "Okay guys, wrap it up. And I want you to bring your prayer to a close if you're still praying when I say wrap it up. And that just means make sure you pray in the name of Jesus because it's his finished work and he's the name above everything. It's his finished work. So it's through him and through his work that we have the the right and the privilege to believe what we're believing tonight. Amen. And then what God does is he comes and heals the sick. But in scripture, he's actually says to us, go heal the sick. But we if we can't heal the sick, so he's making us one. Ain't that powerful? So this is a privilege. And I'm telling you this, you all jumped out of your chairs and found your people. We covered this room and it was a lot of people standing. He likes that. I'm telling you, Jesus likes this way more than if I lined everybody up and started praying for everybody. He likes this because it empowers you, activates you, and gets you moving in this direction. Amen. So, we're going to close out in six seconds. I'm going to say, "Okay, stop." Then what I need you all to do without exaggeration, you notice I ain't got Dale up here banging it out cuz that would be cheating in the atmosphere make you feel spooky spiritual. And you ain't got all that in Walmart parking lot when you're nervous. You ain't got that when they're being cynical. You ain't got Dale behind you backing you up. It'd be nice if we could put you in a little box, just open you up and you'd be right there. Excuse me, I'm going to pray for you. You get open your bag, pull out the jail box, Jesus. And you be like, fire. That's not how it is. What it usually is is your feelings, your apprehension, and they're wondering what you're doing. And it don't even feel spiritual except for you believe in the atosphere is the kingdom on the inside. So, we want no exaggeration. We're going to find out what's going on. So, I'm going to give you time. I'll be coaching it. I want you to check your bodies in a minute. When you know you're healed, make sure you know you're healed. Don't just go, "Oh my gosh." And then later say, you know, I thought I was. No. Make sure you know you're healed. We're not under pressure. I'm not looking for numbers. I'm looking for reality. Real stuff. Not looking for statistics. I'm looking for real genuine healing. When you know you're healed, and I'll be coaching it. I'll just need you to let us know and we'll probably take a few testimonies and then we'll watch and see what God keeps doing. If nothing changes when they pray, don't say that. If nothing changes when they pray, don't you jump ship. Don't you run your mind. You stay thankful that God's a healer, that he loves you, and listen to a few testimonies. After you listen to the testimonies, thank God for what he's doing and check your body again. And I'm telling you, like popcorn in the bag, we're gonna keep getting healed because we ain't going to stop. Are you with me? We're going to do this together in here. Amen. You ready? You didn't forget what you're praying for, right? Cuz I take a long time. I'm a teacher. Are you all ready? You got five, six seconds to not give them yourself, knock it into works, but give them the kingdom. Speak to the mountain, tell it to move in Jesus name. Ready? Go ahead. Give your person the kingdom. It's awesome. That's so good. That's already six seconds probably. So, go ahead and just wrap that up, guys. Go ahead. Just wrap that up. Wrap your prayer up. Make sure you pray in the name of Jesus. Wrap it up in the name of Jesus. Amen. Okay, good. Everybody finish praying. Now listen, I need you to check your bodies for me. I want reality, sincerity. I don't want exaggeration. Check your bodies. Check your bodies all over the room. And when you know you're healed, when you know it, when your body's telling you, "Wow, I can do what I couldn't do. Wow." Then I need you to go like this. When you know you're healed, go like, "Sure." That's awesome. How about you, young man? Were you saying you were healed? You know you're healed. I saw somebody else somewhere in the middle over here, too. Did I miss anybody yet? Anybody else finding out they're healed? You're healed for sure.
