Rachel Maddow SUFFERS COLLAPSE On AIR When She REALIZES No One Believes Her Trump Lies ANYMORE

Rachel Matto is losing her mind because Americans have gone on to live their lives 6 months after Trump has been sworn in. In fact, she's losing her mind because people just don't believe her lies anymore. People just actually don't care about her or her show or what she has to say that now she's raising it up a notch. You got to see this.

Many liberals are even noticing these types of behaviors from the mainstream media. They have no more ammo left. The fact that people have moved on and nothing major has happened to Americans and American lives. They have to resort to this to what Rachel Matau is doing. People just don't believe her anymore. They don't believe her. And the fact that the Democrats have an approval rating of like 19, 20 something percent says a lot about what the state of the Democrats is. And now she's trying to convince Americans that we are living in a dictatorship. You got to see this, ladies and gentlemen. Meltdown of the century. She's freaking out.

And you know, listen, you can narrow or widen the aperture as much as you want. You can look at the very big picture or the small local picture anywhere in the country. And we try to do as much of both of those things as we can every week here on this show. But whether you're looking at small-scale local stories or the biggest picture stories about what's happening in our country, the story is the same. And it is now an undeniable thing. We have crossed a line. We are in a place we did not want to be, but we are there. The thing we were all warning about for the last few years is not coming. It is here. We are in it. This is what it likes. It turns out this is what it's like, right? It. I mean, it's August. It's a Monday. Every day the sun rises and the sun sets and there are, you know, sports and movies and there are new hit songs. There are scandals here and there. There are crimes. There's everybody's personal quotient of family drama and health worries and money worries and falling in and out of love and in and out of faith.

So, here it is. She claims that we are now in what she was warning us about. Then she goes over the fact she goes back on her word to start describing to you how people have moved on and don't really care because they're living their lives and things are moving in the direction of where it's just going to move. So, now she goes from "I told you so" to "what did I tell you?" Look how she starts to describe how Americans just don't care.

Warning about for the last few years is not coming.

Boom. So, she's noticed that whatever she warned about wasn't either as serious as they've all tried to basically portray it out to be, but she's noticed that America has moved on. So, now she has to go on her show and double down and explain and beg to the audience to please believe her things are just going to get worse. Even though they really haven't gotten worse, we still got number one singles. We still have music. We still have drama. We still have things. America has moved on. America continues under this president just like it did on the first term. But here she is trying to convince her liberal audience that things are only going to get worse.

Life has not stopped and none of our personal lives have stopped. But also at the same time, life in the United States is profoundly changing. Is profoundly different than it was even 6 months ago. Because we do now live in a country that has an authoritarian leader in charge. We have a consolidating dictatorship in our country. And it sounds melodramatic to say it. I know. But just even she noticed it. Like you know what's so crazy is that these shows are taped like live. I think there's like a 10-second difference for any bleeps, any mistakes. They try to correct them, but they really can't. She's noticing. She's looking up at the teleprompter here, but she's noticed it's not working, is it? It's not working. Let's go back. Just look. She notices. This is the moment where she realized, you know what? Everything I've said just just isn't working.

We have a consolidating dictatorship in our country. And it sounds melodramatic to say it. I know, but just go with that for a minute, right? Think, think in melodramatic terms. Think in cinematic terms. Imagine the cartoon-level caricature of what you think a dictatorship looks like. I mean, it's secret police, right? A massive anonymous, unbagged, literally masked, totally unaccountable internal police force that apparently has infinite funding but no identifiable leadership. And they act in ways designed to instill maximum fear and use maximum force. I mean, when you imagine an authoritarian country, right, what you imagine is masked secret police breaking people's car windows and snatching people off the streets and out of church parking lots and courtroom hallways and taking them away with no charges, no notice, no paperwork, no explanation, not letting them see lawyers, and then moving them secretly to what are effectively black site prisons where they won't tell you who's there.

What's so crazy and bizarre about what she's trying to frame here, which is I've noticed it's the liberal and progressive way of arguing against ICE. Remember co, remember 2020? Remember when this happened to actual Americans? Now, me being Hispanic, I can tell you that I lived throughout the Biden administration years in New York City. I'm Texas now. Proud of that. But I'm very proud of being from New York City. What she doesn't tell you is the absolute worst type of crimes that have happened from undocumented individuals that have come across the border to basically be in sanctuary cities that turned out to be tender gang members, right? Drug dealers and traffickers. There was trafficking going on in Queens like no tomorrow. There is some type of accountability that must be had for this type of behavior when it comes to what the Democrats did. And that's what Trump even got voted on to address. 55% of Hispanic males voted from immigrant parents. First generation, second generation immigrants voted for Trump overwhelmingly because they noticed that what they escaped has now followed them into this country. And if you don't vote somebody like Trump or in a Bokell type style and you address this problem, it's only going to get worse in inner-city communities that again we live in, we have to go through and we have to suffer through.

But this is the problem is that I've noticed that that's the argument for living in a dictatorship. But man, oh man, is this a wakeup call for Rachel Matto that again, your only argument is that 80/20. She would also argue along with this because we can also have moral arguments about what ICE is doing. We could do that. I'm always open to have moral arguments about how things should be done. And I knew that one of the biggest frames for getting power again for the Democrats would not be the fact that their policies are good. It would be the fact of the deportations, how they may look and how you go about that. You can make that argument. I'll debate you on that any day or I'll talk to you about that any day. But these will be the same people that would also argue on behalf of more than one sex, more than two sexes in America. They would also argue about kids being able to transition into another sex. This would be the same people that would go on and argue these same other facts. So, it's not that they care about how it's happening. They, they just want power back by making you think and suffer and and make you believe that you are living through some type of dictatorship when in reality Trump is as liberal as some of these people were 10 years ago. I've always made that argument. And I said, "Trump is very liberal compared to hardcore conservatives that have been conservative their whole lives. Trump just has a liberal view from like 10, 12 years ago in my opinion." That's just my opinion.

So Rachel Matto is now mad and now she's making the claims that we live in a dictatorship. You tell me, liberals watching, tell me, convince me why we are in a dictatorship. Who's suffering from this dictatorship? What's actually happening to America that does not make a difference from the last four years, but does make a difference from the next four years? If you have a different argument for it, let me know down in the comments. But according to CNN, we are living in some of the best times in America. It like it, lump it. Trump's remaking the United States of America.

We can start there with tariffs. What are we talking about? No tacos for Trump. The effective tariff rate, get this, 18%. It is the highest, Omar, the highest since the 1930s, up from, get this, just 2% last year. As I'm going to talk about in this segment, I can't think of a more influential president during this century. And it starts here with tariffs. He said he was going to raise tariffs. And despite the claims otherwise, he is in fact doing that. The effective tariff rate at this point looks to be nine times as high as it was last year. The highest since the 1930s in FDR. Omar.

And the effective tariff rate is up from 2% uh last year for for those that might see the banner there. Tariffs though aren't the only way Trump's remaking policy in America, right?

It is not the only way that Trump is remaking America. What are we talking about? Well, let's jump. The other big thing that Trump ran on, right, was immigration. How about net migration into the United States? Get this, it's down. It's going to be down at least 60%. We may be dealing with, get this, negative net migration to the United States in 2025. That would be the first time there is negative net migration in this country in at least 50 years. We're talking about down from 2.8 million in 2024. So, Donald Trump ran has always run on tariffs and he's run on a hawkish line on immigration. And on both of those issues, we are seeing record high tariff rates for this century going all the way back well back into the early part of the 20th century. And when it comes to immigration, net migration, we are seeing record low levels way down from where we were during the Biden administration. We are potentially looking at negative net migration for the first time in at least 50 years. And that is a big reason why that I'm saying that Trump, at least in my mind, is the most influential president certainly this century and probably dating a good back chunk into the 20th century as well.
