And if we talk about investments in general, then long-term mutual funds, you know, very thought-through, because, or else, SIPs, you know, if you are doing it for the short term, then SIPs, thoughtfully, which are divided. If anyone is a newcomer, then they should not put all their hard-earned money in one basket at once. No, should not be. I mean, what I mean to say is, all eggs should not be in the same basket. Divide it a little, because to be on the safer side, because the coming time, as we can see from a planetary perspective, from an astrological perspective, is not good. So, why play unsafe? Do it very calmly, peacefully, and thoughtfully. Yes. Now, in a sense, you have answered this question. Like, if someone has started a new portfolio, then astrologically, what should be their first focus on asset class? We talked about the stock market crashing quite a bit. So, that is probably a no-go. Then precious metals. Precious metals, any time, any time. Like I said, gold and silver. You can do it in precious metals, very safely. Yes. And some mutual funds, SIPs. Mutual funds and SIPs. Yes, that's what I said. Real estate again, there is a real estate crash too, after August-September. So, no, I will not suggest that. For real estate, many astrologers are saying that real estate will be a good idea, it will be a good idea. But I see it happening after July-August. It's not a good idea. But until then, real estate is booming a lot. If anyone goes now and if they don't know astrology, they will think it's doing very well, let's invest here quickly. But it's booming a lot now, and it started in November, but after August, it's going to have a crash. Got it. So, we should stay away from stocks. From real estate, perhaps after June, we should stay away from it. Anything else? People should stay away from which asset classes? Anywhere where you have to put a lump sum. Any commodity, any investment where you feel you have to put a large chunk of money, don't do it there. Acharya Ji, if you had to give just three golden rules for individual investors for 2026, which would protect and grow their wealth, what would they be? So, very simple, astrologically as well as practically. I am combining both things. Because what basically my whole objective to speak here on this platform is this only, that people's money should not be ruined, should not be wasted. So, I have merged both astrology as well as the practical scenario. So, as per me, you have to be very cautious. Understand opportunities very cautiously. Make educated decisions, and divide your capital in a very methodical, very systematic manner. Like I told you, 70% for the SIPs and 30% for the lump sum. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Don't invest everything in one thing. Invest in different, you know, sectors, in different commodities. That will be the good idea for 2026, because it's not very safe. Acharya Ji, this is a very different question. But if we talk about a survival guide and the safest countries to be in, what would you tell me, particularly for 2026? So, here I will be just talking about 2026 in this one. So, because I haven't gone much beyond 2027, I have only studied up to here. So, I feel that 2026 is going to be the most disastrous year up till now. What will happen later, we will talk about that later. Now, when I say disastrous, it's financial, financial crisis is also coming, health crisis is also coming, banking industry crisis is also coming, political chaos is also going on, regime changes are also happening, riots are happening, new viruses are coming, and real estate crash is also happening. So, I think there is no sector left in which I can say that nothing negative is happening. There is negativity everywhere. Now, here, you, me, or anyone else who is listening to this podcast would want to understand and know, what to do? Everything is happening. You have told me this and this is going wrong, and we are also seeing it. But what to do? What to do? We have also made a video on this, which was again a wonderful one. But please put its link in the description because that will attach to it. Now, from mid-2026 till mid or around the end of 2027, you will see worst crashes. There are many crashes, as I mentioned earlier. So, I will give you point-wise, which I have noted down. First one, keep silver and gold handy. And not just for one person. Divide whatever precious metal you have among the members of the family. If there are four members, suppose, whatever gold you have, divided by four. Silver, divided by four. So, keep a calculation for each member, that this is needed. Now, why do I say that? Because in the future, I see the banking industry crashing. Where will you get money from? Suppose you want to go somewhere in an emergency. So, as it used to happen long ago, barter system. So, by giving a little silver, you will be able to buy a plane ticket. Because that kind of a situation will come. So, you should have that in case of an emergency. Then, second is, we all should start growing our own independent fruits and vegetables. If we start growing a little bit in our kitchen gardens or in our pots from now, then by the time I am talking about, in a year, a year and a half, we will get some vegetables, fruits. Because there is a market crash. You cannot go out. If I am saying that you should stock things, I am not talking about stocking toilet rolls. You can manage without that. Without what can you not manage? Grains, cereals, vegetables, fruits. So, grains and cereals will not spoil. We can keep them. We can stock a lot beforehand. And think about it, where will you stock from? Everyone will be running. Because we saw in COVID how people used to stock. So, that kind of or even worse period is coming. So, grow fruits and vegetables a little, as much as possible. Then, you asked about countries, which again, I checked on the Kurma Chakra. The safest countries are India, Germany, Australia. These three countries. Because Australia is not getting into a war-like situation. Although what is happening internally with Australia's so-called government will continue. It is continuing and it will continue. But otherwise, they are safe. And for them, if you have any family and friends, or if you can make some arrangements, then get visas and passports made. I am in India. So, I am happy. And I think you are in Australia. So, you are happy. So, others who are watching from different places can check out how they can provide security to themselves and their families by getting into these countries or making some arrangements, whatever they can. Think about that. Look, I have one question there for countries. What about African countries? Because Africa is always just a city here, if that makes sense. They don't really pay attention. They don't pay attention and like, you know, they don't give heat to what is happening in the world. Correct. Silent, but the world will give heat to them, you know. So, they will also be on the radar. Not now, but slowly, slowly, many countries. But the safest that I see, like I said, directions are visible on the Kurma Chakra, so these three seem very safe to me. And also, stay connected with the community and family. Now, that connection, you are going to have that community connection utilized. That when there is some emergency, something, so suppose you are not having grains or you are not having something to eat, then you are connected with your friends or families, and maybe four or five families are staying together to survive. That is a possibility. Like people live in the Bigg Boss house, they will eat less food, the food will last for a long time, the ration will last. So, that kind of a situation. I am not trying to make anybody afraid of the situations that are on the cards, but should be prepared for the worst, and let's pray collectively that that worst should never come. But planetary placements and planetary transits and everything is showing that such situations are on the cards, unless a miracle happens. Yes. You know, Acharya Ji, when you said fruits and vegetables, I was thinking of my husband because he loves gardening, and he has tried a lot to grow fruits and vegetables, and every time, every time he says, I am doing this because there will be an emergency, then we will eat our own home-grown food. And guess what? They are not growing at home. We are trying a lot. So, I was laughing a lot, actually. But your point is very serious, and yes, everybody should consider it very seriously.
