2025 NFL Season | Week 11 Injury Recap

The Injury Expertz6:32

Hey guys, Dr. Morris, injury experts.

There were 17 injuries on the day, a significant amount that usually we don't hear about until midweek. So, the fact that we already have this number is not good. This is going to be the week 11 injury wrap-up recording just after midnight here on the East Coast.

We just saw the Detroit Lions struggle mightily against a fantastic Philadelphia Eagles team. All bets were awful today. Mostly everything hit the unders.

So Aaron Rogers suffered a potentially significant left wrist fracture injury. And this um we don't have specifics, but this could keep him out from one to threeish weeks. I did a separate video on this if you want to see it. Depends on specifics. It could be a distal radius. It could be a distal era. If he got lucky, it's a hairline. We will probably know more tomorrow.

Jordan Love left the game briefly with a left shoulder injury, probably an AC sprain, but it could have been a stinger. Uh, ended up coming back into the game. They won the game. He didn't have the best performance. Uh, Christian Watson looks like their alpha.

Dylan Gabriel suffered a concussion and is probably going to miss next week just given to the the timing of it and how almost every quarterback in the past year and a half, almost two years, has missed at least one game with a concussion. Um, except for I think Drake May.

Uh, Michael Pennix Jr. suffered a reinjury to his probably left knee uh on on a sack uh that he suffered maybe a month or so ago that cost him a game initially that what they initially described as a bone bruise. Uh the good news is that this was probably not to his right knee which has had ACL reconstruction twice.

Uh Bryce Young left uh the game with a initial reinjury of his high ankle sprain on the right side. came back in and balled out. Had his best game as a pro. Uh Tedola McMillan also had his best game as a pro. Go figure. Um but overall um they they had a they had a great game. Great comeback win.

Uh Josh Jacobs potentially not super concerning, but a little bit of a concern for a left I think it was a left knee PCL sprain. I did a separate video on this one as well. uh this could keep him out a couple weeks and and the Packers are pretty conservative so I would not be surprised if they held him out a couple weeks.

As far as Devon Achan had another nuclear day today in Madrid, uh initially left with a back injury uh kind of later in the game but ended up coming back so not overly concerning. as far as Big Shell Tutin had a great his best day as a pro as well. Uh but he left with an ankle injury and I never saw an update and again I didn't even see any video on it. So we'll have to keep an eye on that. Uh and then we saw a couple more touchdowns and a couple more big plays from Travis ETN after that. But it looked like a pretty much a 50-50 split when Tuton was healthy.

Jaylen Warren suffered an ankle injury of his own. It looked like a classic lateral ankle sprain. There's a video out on specifically on him if you want to see it. Uh doesn't look overly concerning, but it could cause him to miss week 12 just depending on how much swelling there is.

Kamani Vidal took a helmet to the quad uh similar to what happened to Aronda Gadston last week. Uh I expect him to probably be fine. They have to be a little bit careful with this. He came back into the game, didn't have the best day, but uh he ended up playing through it and he was on the sidelines in a bike, which usually tells me it's not a strain. It's a direct quad and they have to keep the the the the blood going to it. If not, he will tighten up.

Um, Emory de Marcado actually had a really good day and I think he missed a huge play secondary to a penalty or something, but he suffered a he was either foot or ankle injury. He was coming into the game with that. So, I don't know if it was a reinjury or new injury, but uh I I don't have any specifics on him.

Monster day for Jacobe Brassette. the most ever passing completions in an NFL game with 47. Um, and we saw Michael Wilson go absolutely nuclear. I liked him as a prospect a couple years ago. Kind of been phased out, but we saw Z Jones with the Achilles tear last week. And Marvin Harrison Jr. suffer a an appendix needs to be removed. Probably going to miss another a week or maybe two.

Uh, we saw Michael Wilson go absolutely nuclear along with Trey McBride.

Um Drake London suffered a potentially maybe significant um I have to it really depends. There was two different videos. One that was his right knee that kind of got he kind of got twisted pretty good which is usually a meniscus but he returned to the game and then a left knee in overtime where he landed kind of funny and and maybe he got lucky but he he left the game after that and never returned. So uh we'll have to keep an eye on this. They'll probably get an MRI tomorrow and tell us if it's dayto-day. He got lucky. If there's a possibility he's going to miss a couple weeks, I expect Pennix to mix miss next week as well.

Darnell Mooney, his his flank guy also suffered an injury, a rib injury, but he hasn't done a whole lot really this year. They commented uh last week that he actually had a clavicle fracture in the preseason and that's what held him out.

Um Jim Adik uh the rookie uh slot ro receiver for the Titans unfortunately suffered a concussion. So his uh week uh 12 status is up in the air.

Uh Calvin Ridley who was supposed to be the alpha just came back from the uh hamstring now suffered a ankle sprain with a fracture. So his season is over. Just a season to forget for him. I was high on him that just burned a lot of people.

Uh Nico Hardman suffered a mild left ankle injury. He's on the Buffalo Bills now. Not really relevant. And then Tyler Higgby with an ankle injury of his own in a very good win um for the Rams against the Seattle Seahawks.

So some potentially significant injuries heading into week 12. I will give you individual breakdowns and more information as the week goes on. Stay tuned to our YouTube channel. We have Tik Tok. We have uh YouTube shorts as well as here on the Twitter. Thank you very much.
