Standards

This lesson is on language standards and education. Those are critical things to a civilization. What we are building right now is a civilization to do war with the white civilization first and then secondly the Asian civilization. For the remainder of the black code, we're only going to talk about the white civilization as our chief enemy because I will probably be deceased before we have time to move on to deal with the Asian civilization. That will be for our children's to figure out.

Now, as I said, language, standards, education, language, wherever you may find yourself, there is a dominant language in your country. If you're in the United States, it's English. If you're in France, it's French. If you're in various other countries, you may have your native tongue as a language that is not widely spoken, which means it's not profitable. We must understand that economics, income, wealth is a critical aspect of us thriving. Language is an enabler. I've been to Hungary many times. I've been to Poland many times. I never once tried to learn a lick of Hungarian or a lick of Polish. Why? These languages are not widely spoken. It is not useful. So maybe you're a black person in a particular country. Maybe you speak Zulu. You speak some tribal tongue. Fantastic. Learn it. Nothing wrong with that. But make sure that you learn a language that can be used for international business. That's generally going to be English today. French, Spanish are also useful. Arabic can get you a little bit of mileage. Mandarin, sure. But the truth of the matter is, of all the languages named, English is number one in terms of operating as a black human. Marquet, what if I speak Mandarin? The Chinese aren't going to accept you. The Chinese don't have a long history of living among black people. and I've done business in China. Now, I have a great respect for the Chinese and the way they do business. Well, what if I speak Arabic? Fantastic. Do what you can. But I've been in the Middle East and I never got the feeling that they favor black people. Spanish, you may do all right. French, you may do all right. English, no doubt. Today, the lingua franca. Today, it is the language of business.

I say all this to say the following. I get it that your mother tongue may be Zulu or Swahili or that as a black person be you in America or Canada or anywhere else you may say oh I want to learn Swahili don't waste your time it is not a language that will be profitable to you it's also not a language that's going to bring you closer to black people we will be unified on the basis of values and being a part of the same organizational structure not on the basis of picking picking up a language that is not widespread or very well executed. And this is not to suggest that English is a perfect language. It's a language of deep orthography. It's a language where many things don't make sense. Instead of saying good, you you you would think it would be good, gooder, and goodest. That would make the most sense. Good, good, goodest. Instead, it's good, better, best. Who knows? But we don't have time to create yet another language. We don't have time to make Swahili widespread. It's irrelevant. But what we do have time to do is for you to raise your children to speak extremely well, to speak and write very well. Your ability to write and speak well will impact your entire life. Those who can write well can think well. We must destroy the foolish blacks who have a false consciousness and lie and ridicule other blacks, typically those who are more educated, more intelligent, and ridicule them for speaking well. That is to say, mastering mainstream English or the Queen's English. This is not to suggest that you cannot speak in your own vernacular. You can't have a private language that relates to your culture. I'm a foundational black American. There's no doubt we have a lot of slang which I use regularly. But I forbid any of you from writing in slang. Slang is spoken. It's a speech culture. And most importantly, you must understand that it is a private speech culture. You speak among friends and family and those you know well and those you've identified as a part of your culture within the proper context. You speak in that private language. You do not write in that language. I don't care if you're writing a comment on a YouTube video. You do not speak to those who are not of your culture in our private language. You don't engage the whites, the Asians, the Arabs, the Latinos in African-American English or African-American vernacular and dialect. They are not within our group. It is in speaking the best of English or if you're in a Spanish-speaking country or French-speaking country, the best of Spanish, the best of French that we show our intelligence and most importantly, we open ourselves to opportunity. We should live among each other, but we are not a separatist movement and in many cases we are minorities and we must interact with those outside of our culture. We must raise our children speaking these languages very well. If you don't, if you speak too much informal English to your children or African-American English, they grow up thinking that certain words that are slang or colloquialisms, they think that's the correct word or the correct way to speak and it will limit them. It will damage their ability to get gainful employment. My own mother, for example, when she speaks in a professional environment, I can see the heightened anxiety and anxiousness and the the stammer to select the right word or express herself in the correct way. Why? Because she's out of practice. We should mostly be speaking in mainstream high quality English, French, or Spanish based on whatever society we are within. Now, if you're in Tanzania or you're in a place where Swahili is the dominant language, it is what it is. But there's no doubt if I were you, I'd probably try to learn English, French, uh, so that I can speak to the tourists and get the tourist dollar because a lot of times, unfortunately, in sub-Saharan Africa, the economies are retrograde or underdeveloped. So know that language is critically important. We will teach the best in language. We will speak the most proper. we will exemplify the best in our speech culture. That's language.

Now, moving on to education. Education is critically important. And one thing that we have to do and I just want to give a brief note on education. We must stop allowing our children to take degrees in that which does not pay. Especially our male children. You go to university, you should probably not take a degree in anything that ends in the word studies. African-American studies, Chicago studies, LGBTQ studies, feminism or woman's studies, or fill in the blank with the word studies, or something that either is in a field that doesn't pay well, or a field that is contracting and dying. Our children take degrees in mathematics, in hard sciences, biology, chemistry. Our children take degrees in that which pays. Robotics, all of these things that are highly practical, real skills that they can use to get paid. All of our education should be hyperfocused on that which pays.

Lastly, standards. This is very important for the diaspora. Blacks in Africa often have very low standards and a part of that is expectation. You must raise your expectation and raise your standards. What I mean is when you hit the switch, do you expect the lights to come on? Once the lights do come on, do you expect them to stay on until you turn them off? In South Africa, they have load shedding. Electricity may go out unexpectedly. It's unacceptable. These kinds of things must change. When the blacks have more self-regard and self-respect, we will want more for ourselves. You must raise your children to have high standards. You must also have and exercise high standards, optimism, hopefulness, and work to get the best in life. Now you know language speak and write well a mainstream language that can give you uh lead you to profit. Standards have high standards. Go for the best. Earn it. Education. Make sure that you and your children are skilling up in the critical fields. And if you're not in one of the more sophisticated fields, I highly recommend law enforcement. Those fields where we can infiltrate, get power, and operate within our own communities, give advantage to our own, and also accumulate power to deal with the devils effectively.
