Hard work. Successful people. You get what you work for, not what you wish for. Of all, at this stage of my life, I have come to believe that hard work is the formula for success. Hard work is the formula for success. Without labor, nothing prosperous.

So how do opportunities come to us? They come to us as hard work. Start low, money and swear though. Slowly, slowly, slowly until you will reach one of the highest positions in the company. There are no shortcuts. We'll have no shortcuts. Only hard work.
