What to do when a prophetic word has been given to you. There are many of you, prophetic words have been given to you, but you are just sitting down and you feel like if the Lord speak it, the Lord so do it. God is not a man that he lie, or a son of man that he repent. Has he said it and did not do it? Has he promised it and they not fulfill it?
But there is a responsibility you are supposed to fulfill as a believer whenever a prophetic word comes to you. What should you do? Anytime you receive a prophetic word, the Bible says once upon a time in the Bible, a gentle man by name Daniel received. He saw that there was a prophetic word that was given to Israel, but despite that prophetic word, Israel was still in captivity. So Daniel decided to fast and pray for the freedom of Israel because he has read in books and he has discovered that the set time for Israel to be free was not yet free. So Daniel now decided to fast and pray because he needed the freedom of Israel. So whenever a prophetic word is given to you, you must do what Daniel did. Do not sit down and expect the prophetic word to manifest because it will not happen.
The Bible said the hidden things of this world belongs to who? God. But the revealed things, he has given unto men. In other words, whatever that is revealed is in the hands of men. Whatever that is hidden is in the hands of God. So as far as it is hidden, it is God who is in charge. But the day a prophet stands in front of you, or you yourself had a glimpse about your own destiny, there is a revelation about what you are going to be in the future. It has now been handed over to you. Anything that is revealed in your life, you are responsible for it. So when a man of God walks to you and says, "Sir, I saw that you are going to be the president of Ghana," the responsibility shifts from God to you. Because when it was hidden, it was God who protected it. Now that it is revealed, which means you are sharing same knowledge and revelation with God. And revelation puts men in charge of their destiny. What you know determines what you command. So the happenings in your life is determined by the knowledge that you are able to gather. So the amount of light you control determines the civilization to your life, even to your society.
Whenever a knowledge is given to you about your destiny, when it comes to the prophetic, it becomes risky if you're not ready for it. Hear me well. Until the priest step into River Jordan, the river never parted into two. The Lord said the river will only part into two when the priest step. So which means as long as the priest is standing and the water is lying down, the river will not part into two. He gave Joseph a clear instruction. Immediately they step into it, the river parted into two. So some of you have received a prophetic word, but you are not stepping into it. That is why it is not manifested. You can be praying, saying, "Oh God, make it happen." There is a difference between praying for it and stepping into it. How do you step into your prophecy?
So whenever you receive a prophetic word, number one, fast and pray, just like what Daniel did. And number two, you step into the prophecy. Number one, you fast and pray. Now Prophet Jeremiah gave a prophetic word about the deliverance of Israel, but it took more than it supposed to take. When Daniel read about it, he fasted and prayed, and then it came to pass. So which means fasting and prayer can facilitate your prophetic. Whenever you receive a prophetic word, don't sit down thinking that magic should happen. You know, Christians have become so lazy. "Pray for me" is so much in the kingdom of God to understand that when you give a prophecy, they expect the man of God, you know, you give a prophecy and they remove 50. Say, "I'm stepping into the prophecy." Have you prayed? You are not the only one who comes to church. You too understand that the devil also attends church. The Bible says the sons of God were presenting themselves to God, and Satan also went. And God asked him, "What are you doing?" He said, "I have been going to and fro." And God said, "What is your responsibility?" He said, "My responsibility is to go to and fro." So whenever you are going to and fro, and you know who you resemble, amen. So if you are not staying in your house today, you are in a house at Tangga's house, another gossip, another gossip. You are now you are like the devil, you are going to and fro in all parts of their houses. Don't be going to and fro. He said, "I am going to and fro." And the Lord said, "Have you heard of my servant Job?" Some of you, God has boasted about you. That is why things are the way they are. Don't disappoint him.
"What I do here?" He said, "I've been going to and fro in your father's house." So now he said, "Have you heard of my servant Maxwell?" Immediately you said that, say, "Yes, I have heard of Maxwell." He said, "Okay, what happened with Max?" So he now said, "Um, it's not because you have protected Maxwell, it's not because you have defended Maxwell. If you think Maxwell is really as close, give me an opportunity to tempt him." So some of your temptations are as a result of the boast of your Father in Heaven. So don't disappoint him. Your trials are a result of a boast. God has boasted about you. In the case of Job, it was to and fro of the world. But you, it can be your, it can be your whole extended family. Don't disappoint God. Some of you are the only born again in your house. Your things are not working. Don't think that God is, he's giving the devil a season. After that season is over, whatever the cankerworm, the caterpillar, and the palm worm has eaten, he said, "I will restore unto you those years. I will restore unto you." And take it easy. Stop complaining. That was the type of complaining Job was complaining. And the Lord said, "Let's go on the journey. Come, I want you to escort me to something." They were going. The Lord asked Job, "Do you know the pillar in the northern part of the world?" He said, "I don't know." "What about the pillar that is holding the southern part?" "Do you know the central pillar?" "Do you know the mystery, the physiology behind animals going to bed and coming back in the night?" "Do you know what happened and they sleep and what happened and they wake up?" He asked him, "Do you know where your soul is when you sleep?" "Can you tell me the time you go to bed?" And Job repented. God just asked him questions he can never answer. You can say, "I went to bed around 11:30," but you can't tell the exact time. "I'm sleeping now, 11:30. I'm sleeping." It's a lie. You close your eyes, you don't know. You know that it was around this time, but you don't know because the part of physiology behind your soul leaving and your body rested. Have you ever sat down and looked at it? Just sleep. Oh, you wake up. You are looking for your girlfriend. Missing. Do you know how you wake up? Instead of you to thank God for returning your soul, he has sent a message. So she, since yesterday, didn't even reply, and she's even online. The one who woke you up, you didn't check if he's online. Yeah, you are checking for for ladies. Amen. Tell your neighbor, "Oh."
So until the priest step into the waters, the waters remain unparted. They only parted when the priest stepped into them. So Jordan remained the same until the priest what? Stepped into them. Psalms 40:7. He said, "Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me." This is how we step into prophecies. Jesus said, "I have come in the volume of the book that is written of me. I have come." That's how we step into prophecy. You know that this is your season and this is your time. You just come in the volume of the book and you step into that prophetic word. If we say you are a man of God, start behaving like one. If you say you are rich, start behaving like one. Step into riches. There is a difference between hoping and stepping into it. Jesus stepped into it. He said, "I have come in the volume of the book as it is written of me." And then in the Book of Luke, chapter 4, he said, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me what? To preach the gospel to the poor." He was declaring what his assignment was. That's how we step into prophecies. We say you, you're a prophet, and yet even how to pray for 30 minutes is a problem. Now, when we say pray for 30 minutes, it's like one day. And check time, it's just 5 minutes. Check minutes. We cannot do that work. We came here exactly, me and Rara, we arrived here exactly around 4:30 and we joined when we came. And who was here? We carried it. That's 3 hours before. And service is 2 hours. We have done bus with God for 3 hours. Service is just 2 hours. And maybe you preach for only 45 minutes, and yet you have to talk for 3 hours. You are told you're a prophet. And yet look. You. Whenever they give a prophetic live like that, prophetic, that is how we step into that prophetic word. Live like it. Your life should resemble it. Your life should resemble it. They say you are the president, you are going to be the next president of Ghana. Meanwhile, your head, you don't like school. It doesn't happen. We, we won't allow elitists to lead us in this country. Now that even lawyers are leading us, where are we? Amen. You want us to? No, no, no. When we give a prophetic, we step into it. Take responsibility. Until the priest stepped, the water did not part. Until you step into it, it will not manifest. Someone will say, "They said I'm an apostle, but I don't know whether it's true or not." And you ask them, "Why am I not seeing any sign?" There is no sign. Do you see signs to go into the toilet? The only sign is that you feel it. You don't see them. You feel them. When toilet is coming, you feel it. You see a lady running from here to the bathroom. Do you know why? It is a feeling. The running is a sign, but what is making her run is a feeling. So some of you are looking for signs, you will never get signs. Just step into them. Whatever we say, step into it. If you say you are rich, step into riches. If you say you are, you are, you are a president, step into it. If you say you are a prophet, step into it. Start behaving like one. And stop all this complaining. That many prophets have said something, they have confused me. Why would you be confused? Because Israel used to have one prophet. You, you are human. You have 10 prophets, you will be confused. Because Prophet Kojo is there, Prophet Kwami is there, Prophet Ataa is there, Prophet Mary is there. A lot of prophetesses and prophets in your life. When you want to make one decision, 10 people have to go through it. Why are you doing a national budget? One decision in front of you to pray. You will say, "No, I want to start a sewing business." And I have Prophet. Look at it. Let me see whether I start or I spend my money because I don't want anything to happen. You send that same message to 10 people. Some say start. Someone say chop it. Someone say start. So five people say start, five people say chop. You are now at the, you are confused. Hebrews 10:7. Look at what the Bible says. "Then said I, Lo, I come in the volume of the book it is written of me." To do thy will, O God. That's Jesus proclaiming and stepping into his prophecy. Tell your neighbor, "Step into it. Step into it." I have given a lot of people prophecies, and they are still waiting for me to come and pray for them. Stepping into your prophecy takes a lot of, it takes a lot of energy to step into it. Especially because God said the Jordan River will part into two. But the only way to part into is when the priest enter. But if you enter and he didn't part, are you getting it? He said, "I will divide the rivers into two." But the priest have to enter first. No. Will you take that risk? Okay, let me see the road clear before I enter. But he said, "No, when you step in." Until you step in, the water remains the same. But hear me well, if the priest enter at the wrong time, they will be drowned. If they go ahead of God, they will be drowned. And if they go before God, they will be drowned. They have to follow the timing. So when a prophetic word is coming to you, it must equally come at a mature time from a mature prophet in a mature address to an immature person. The maturity there must be consistent. The receiver must be mature. The one giving the prophecy, the prophet must be mature. The prophecy must be mature. The environment must also be mature. If all these people are not matured, you are pouring your energy on the ground. Because an immature prophet will give a prophetic word wrongly at the wrong time. The way you are eager to manifest grace, but will tell you what is about to happen. Before we realize, you have opened a ministry straight to heaven, Daniel Ministry International. So we have to tame you and close our eyes like we don't know you are anointed. We'll just leave you like that. When the right time comes and we know that this guy is mature, we can now say, "Hello, oil. God has called you. Go and do this ministry, this place." And you go. But some of you, one, we tell you now, straight to heaven ministry. Stepping at the right time is important. Mark 2. The Bible says, "And they went into Capernaum: and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught. And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes." Hear me well. Anytime you receive a prophecy, the last thing to do is to what? Receive authority backing that prophetic word. You step into it, and when you step into it, you must have authority backing that prophetic word. He taught them as one that had what? Authority. Which means there's a difference between teaching and teaching. You can be teaching like a teacher, but Jesus taught like a man with what? Authority, not as the scribes. So they were teaching logos, but he was teaching rhema. He taught as a man with authority. Go to verse 23. "And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God." After you receive a prophecy, demons will recognize you. Let me tell you something. Immediately you step into your prophecy, the third thing that happens is that you enter into a realm of recognition. Angels recognize you. Demons recognize you. There's no way you will enter into your prophetic word and your house people will not know that you have entered. Assuming you bought your first car, they know that you have stepped into that prophetic word. Assuming you just got married, they know that you have stepped into that prophetic word. So they will recognize. They say, "What? We know who you are because he has stepped into his prophetic way. We know who you are. You are Jesus of Nazareth, and you are here to destroy us. We know you. You are the Holy One of Israel." So which means demons recognize him because he entered into his prophetic destiny. Whenever you begin to manifest destiny, demons will recognize you. Some of you have been recognized because in your house, you are the first person to get a diploma. Some of you in your house, you are the only person speaking English. He, I know families up until now, even this morning, day in that house, no one has completed Junior High School. You are the only one that is in a position that no one has ever. Demons have recognized you because there is a, you have stepped into that. They, they know this, this, no, no, no, no. So whenever you step into your prophecy, you step into that dimension of recognition. Demons know who you are. They'll come after you. So what you need to survive? The third thing you need is what? Authority. Look at what Jesus did. Verse 25. "And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him. And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? For with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him." Every new dimension attracts men. They attract. When you step into your prophecy, you command new dimensions. Anytime you step into your prophetic destiny, you command new dimensions. They said, "This is a new doctrine." Now Jesus said, "If I cast out a demon with the finger of God, then the kingdom of God is at hand." In the Old Testament, all miracles had happened already. The dead were raised, the sick were healed, the blind saw, the lame walked. They have performed all miracles. But the only miracle that was not performed in the Old Testament is casting out a devil. No one has ever cast out a devil because you can only cast out a devil using a name. What name will you use to cast out that devil? The name Jesus wasn't given at that time. So they know how to heal the sick, raise the dead, open the eyes of the blind, cleanse the lepers. All the prophets did it. But none of them was able to cast out a devil. But when Jesus came, he said, "Hold thy peace, and come out of him." And the demon left. And the Bible said they were all amazed because they have never seen such a dimension. They were amazed and they said, "What type of doctrine is it?" It's not just teaching with authority, but even demons obey his command. And Jesus now looked at them face to eyeball and said, "I cast out a demon with the finger of God, then the kingdom of God is here." So it was the only miracle that has never happened. That is why they were amazed. For demons to obey a man. That is why the Pharisees and the scribes came together and said, "This guy is submitting to Beelzebub." And you know Beelzebub is the chief demon, all demons to Belial, he's the chief of all demons, he's the, he's the general overseer of all spirits and all demons. So they said, "Because Jesus is submitting to Beelzebub, he's using Beelzebub's name to." I hope you now understand. Do you know how the Pharisees and the scribes said that? They were jealous. So they feel like Jesus is not doing it the right way. Why would you just agree that this is a new dimension? This is anointing. So the third thing you need after you receive a prophecy is you step into it. And after you step into it, you back it with authority.
