Okay, I think we're good. I just have to wait for the Facebook button to pop up. There we go. Thank you guys so much for your patience.
Okay, so without further ado, we are going to get started with CloseBot V2. That was not an April Fool's joke of me faking like we're bringing back V2. This is actually happening. So, let's do it. Okay. Share screen. Boom.
All right. So, here is your first look likely at V2. Um, this is actually live on Closebot's page right now, and I'm going to show you exactly how we built our AI on our page and show you all the features that are in here now and what we're working on before the final migration that we allow you guys to do and the public release.
So, first off, we have this amazing dashboard where you'll be able to come in and see messages sent, unique contacts, the amount of bookings that have happened, and if you're an agency account, you'll even be able to see the revenue you're generating over time. This is huge. Right now, in V1, if you want to do rebuilding, you have to do it outside of Closebot. V2 will allow you to connect your Stripe account and set up how you want to rebuild to the businesses that you're building expert level AI agents for and see how much money you're making over time. You'll even be able to see on a per account level which ones you're making the most money on. We allow you to rebuild on more than just messages. You can rebuild on tokens, storage, responses, and user seats. So, we give you the control to decide how you're going to give your value proposition to your customers that are paying you money to build expert level AI for them.
Okay. Now, just going through our walkthrough. First things first, we need to come in here and connect a source. A source can be a webhook, like if you're using Zapier or something else. GoHighLevel. Most you guys are going to be GoHighLevel or HubSpot. Those will be the sources that we allow you to connect to. So let's go. I will actually share this full window so you can see me creating my new GoHighLevel account.
Okay, cool. So, I could create a new sub-account. I do have some in here that are just testing. Anyway, let's go to a test one that we're not using and just make sure our V1 Closebot isn't connected to it. So, it's called testing. Take note of that. And I'm going to make sure we didn't use this to set up a V1 bot. Okay, all these are in draft. We're good. So, I'm going to connect to this testing account. I will click add new source. GoHighLevel. And then it opened up a new window for me where I can select that testing account. Let me go ahead and show you guys what I'm talking about. I'll just share my entire screen. Yeah, let's go back and show you. Okay, so here I would click connect. Then this is the screen that comes up. And I'll just find the testing one. There's this one. Next. Then I have to click this checkbox. All this checkbox says is if I'm connecting multiple different GoHighLevel accounts to the same agent, that agent is free to create fields as as needed to make it similar across all the different sources that are connected to that agent. If you have a hundred different gyms connected to the same agent, it needs to be free to create fields that it needs that it's using for other sources.
Okay, so we've connected to that source. That's one of four really important steps to make this puzzle piece work. Super easy. We just connected our source. The second thing you'll want to do is go into your AI providers and connect to Anthropic, OpenAI. We have Gemini, DeepSeek, Grock is rolling out here soon. We give you the options. So that's two.
Now for three and four, it gets exciting. We have personas. We can come in here and make a persona. Think of this as the thing that determines the style, the tone of this AI agent that you're making. I will create a new persona. We can choose one of our default images or upload our own. And a color and a name. I'll name it Sam. Just a throwback to V1. The default name for the agent Sam. We can do typos or breaking up large messages. Extra information on how to respond. These match the V1 fields that we have. Um, in here, the how to respond. Let's just put don't use the person's name in your responses. AI likes to overly use the person's name. So, we'll just give it instructions not to do that. And then let's say concise and helpful. And then I want OpenAI as the primary, let's say, and Anthropic as a secondary. I can reorder these two. And let's create that persona. There he is. There's Sam.
Next, let's create a new AI flow. And this is the final piece to our puzzle. I'm going to create a new flow and call it for testing. I can add it to a group if I want to keep them organized. Now, here I pick what type of agent it is. This is a GoHighLevel one. So, this will allow me to connect to all my GoHighLevel sources, and testing. Now, because this doesn't use any workflows, you don't have to go in and make a workflow with the action and trigger. You just set it up here to filter which tags you want it to respond with. Maybe I only want it to respond on contacts that have the tag Facebook. I could do that, or ones that have Zumba but not the activation tag. We give you control to filter out here. Then maybe I only want it to respond on live chat or live chat and SMS. Again, we give you control. Now, I can choose to create from scratch, create from a template, the marketplace coming soon, or from a prompt where I could just type out what I want it to do, and it uses AI to create the objective flow for you. Let's build from scratch.
All right, here we have our starting point. This is always where new conversations start. And let's build something that's going to look really familiar to you guys. Let's build one that Sorry, I dragged over a conversation one. That's a new one. Let's drag over an objective one. So we want to maybe get name first name. Get the contact first name. Updating the first name. And then let's add another one here. Email. Get the contacts, email address, updating email. Now, here you'll already notice it's a little bit different. We have one objective, but it's getting a couple different things. We'll see why that's really powerful in a second, but we're getting name and email. Then let's add in here actually. Um, let's let's pretend this is a I mean we could do a co-working space where we're we need to determine whether this is an existing member or a new member. Let's find out whether this is an existing or new member. Okay, so we're doing three things. Then I don't have a field created for existing or new member. Here, I could go make a field for that, but I don't have to. Let's Let's just leave it as is there. And now let's take a look at something else that's new branch, existing member. Maybe I want to do something special if they're an existing member. Now if I knew if I had a field for existing member I could say if existing like if this was existing member if existing member is know if this field equals existing do some stuff I don't have a field let's just use the power of AI to make this decision this is an existing member then I'll have true or false scenario if true, I want to just have a conversation. So, if they're an existing member, just have a conversation. If they're not an existing member, let's just [Music] say welcome. And let's have AI generate the response. So instead of saying this verbatim, welcome to the workspace, it's going to work it into the conversation when you have AI powered selected.
Okay, so this AI is going to get name, email, whether they're an existing or new member. And then if they're an existing member, it's just going to hang out here in chat. If they're a new member, we welcome them. Let's do some testing on this here in the portal first. Then we're going to come back and modify it to make it even more powerful using some of our other new features and test live. So I can publish this. Oh, forgot I need to go to settings and we need to connect our persona SAM. Okay, now I can come in here test. So, remember how when we made that objective, we had everything under the same objective? That's going to allow the AI to decide how to get as much information as it can all at the same time. I'm going to give it part of the information, and it's still missing some of the information needed to accomplish that objective. So, it's trying to get my email and then it did the welcome. So you see how you have a lot more control, but at the same time, you can give AI the power to do things the way it wants to by putting a bunch of different objectives within a single objective. We call that a multi-objective.
Just checking out the comments. Okay, cool. If you guys have any questions while I'm doing this, please put them in the comments. That way when I get to the question section I can I can pull from there and answer questions. So this alone is really cool and it would be really intense to make what we just made here with V1 easy with V2. Let's go back to make some edits to this. First of all, I want to go make a calendar in my GoHighLevel account. Okay, we have some calendars here. Awesome. I'm just going to grab a calendar ID for one of these. Let me view the calendar to see what availability this has. Okay, cool. This has availability. We're just going to use this to test Okay. So, let's see. We're getting name, email, whether or not they're an existing member. If they're an existing member, just chill here, answer questions, chat back and forth. Maybe if they're a new member, instead of just welcoming them, let's actually book them for a walkthrough. Can go down to integrations, GHL booking, and the calendar ID. We will have a dropdown here that shows your calendars. For now, they have it just set up with calendar ID, but I'll save this. Let's connect it. So again, if they're not an existing member, we're booking them into that calendar. Now, let's say they come in and they just want to book an appointment right away. I can assume they're probably a new member. They just want to book this walkthrough. So, if they said they want to book a walkthrough, well, I at least need their email. And then let's jump straight to that walkthrough booking. And I have this set up so it's going to skip it if it's not blank. So, if we did get it up here, if they came into the chat and they gave their email as part of this and then they requested a walkthrough right away, maybe before we got some other information, you would jump down here and go straight to booking. So, this is really a a new way entirely for chat flows to be designed. No other application builds them this way. This takes all the great things about V1 that you loved and fixes all the problems that arose with our objective-based builder, which is this multi-objective these custom scenarios that you can have multiple of and deciding how they merge together. This is how you and I really think about um lead qualification as humans. We have a main objective flow, maybe a main script, but we know if the contact says certain things, we want to jump to different parts in the conversation. That's why we've built Closebot V2 this way.
Okay, now that we have this set up, question. Okay, what was that? Greg would like to know, can you switch personas based on conditions in the same flow? You can switch personas by creating a different flow and using modify tags. Let's say you wanted to modify a tag that would make this one shut off and do a different flow. We will have actions in there for you to dynamically change out personas, but not on initial rollout. We just want to see how people are using it the way we've built it so we know how we can build that out for you. It is a plan. Another plan with personas is to allow you to put in multiple personas to split test. Maybe you want Sam to be on 90% of the time, but 10% of the time, try out Snoop Dogg. So you can see, does Snoop Dogg maybe convert to more appointments being booked than Sam? You guys are marketers. You love A/B testing.
Okay. Then here after it books, let's have Q&A. Okay. Now, let's go into our GoHighLevel account. I'm just going to create a test widget and we'll interact with this live. creating our test site. It's just a test page, just something for the chat widget to live on. And then I need to create my chat widget live chat. Okay, there is one messaging. Oh, here. Let's just leave this. This is fine. Yeah. Okay. Go back to the website and let's put that widget on this site and check it out. Oh, I need to put something on the site otherwise it won't have the chat widget pop up. I'll just put a header in here. There we go. Okay, let's just test it out. Make sure we have things connected right. Okay. Hi. Hey, could you please share your first name and email? Also, are you a new member or have you interacted with us before? Perfect.
Now, let's go back to our AI. Go back into the settings. We have some bot information like why the conversation's happening, important business information. You guys are used to these from before. Maybe this person is interacting with our web chat widget on our homepage about our community workspace. And then I could put in any important business information here. I can also do uploads. Exciting changes to uploads. We can scrape a website just like in V1. Something that's a little different. Let me go scrape for this workspace. Instead of just scraping the single site, we can scrape the whole site. And you can decide how deep and wide it goes into the site. Maybe I want to grab the first 10 links on this page and go two levels deep. So, what it's going to do is look on the site, grab the first 10 links, go down there, and for every one of those links, go 10 wide. So, it's it's really building this site map for us. We can calculate the estimated size of that and then confirm. And this could take a few minutes for it to do this. But while I'm here, I can go ahead and add it to this source. This is really cool because you have control now on a source level how the uploads are handled. Before in V1, an upload was attached to your bot. So if you wanted to attach a separate gym to that bot, it was really tough because they shared uploads. With this, not only do they have different knowledge bases per source, but you can add a seat for your user to come in here and do their own uploads. We make it as easy as possible for you to scale this. You can add seats for the businesses come in here, do their own uploads and um change variables that you set up for them.
Okay, so that's still going. Let's just go ahead go back over here and try out this booking. Okay. So notice I express interest in booking. I ignored the questions entirely. Exactly how we set it up. It's saying, "Okay, well, we know we at least need their email." So, it's asking for me to provide the email so we can um get the booking accomplished. And now here it is working on booking. Let's go into this conversation. Now, this is a page that's getting cleaned up for us. This is where we see all the conversations. It's going to look more like it would on your phone. Simple first name, last name over here, um the latest message and we're going to have clean pills to show which fields it's updated for you. I can come in here and see the conversation. I'll be able to click on any message to see why the bot is saying what it's saying. And just like in V1, you have full realm to come in here and see exactly what it's doing. Let's come back into our GoHighLevel account and check out that contact. I see it scheduled that appointment and I see that it's updated to email. So hopefully in seeing this, you guys are starting to think about creative ways now that you can use Closebot V2 to do something super easily that may have been nearly impossible with V1 and literally impossible with the built-in GoHighLevel AI employee and many other applications.
Okay, let me see if we have any other questions. Did you see any questions, Jesse? Yep, there's a question. Could you please explain again how the knowledge base links to sources? Yeah. So when you upload something to the knowledge base, this is like your your full library. When you upload something as an agency, it sits here. It's not attached to anything. You can pick any of the different businesses to attach it to. For example, know this was this is the site that we have scheduled for scraping. I have it added to this testing site we're interacting with now, but I could also add it to the Closebot one if I wanted to. When a business comes in here, you guys are doing done-for-you services. You're building agents for businesses. If they come in here and they do an upload, it automatically connects to their source. So let's say it's Planet Fitness, their Everett location. They come in here and they scrape their Planet Fitness Everett website. It automatically connects to that GoHighLevel account. So when the agent is interacting with that specific account, it's using that specific upload, none of the other uploads. Hopefully that makes sense. We can also create notes in here if it's not a website. Maybe um I'll just call it stuff. Here is some stuff to use for your know maybe I want to like copy and paste stuff in here. It's not on the website. I can create notes. And something amazing about that is we can come in here and we can edit this. So with V1, you had to delete a file, add it back, reconnect it to your bots. You can easily just come in here and edit these. And just like with V1, you can upload other stuff as well. You can upload um PDFs, Word docs, Excel, all that good stuff. Let me grab a link for this. Going to put it in the comments on the Facebook group. If you guys want to interact with this, go ahead and go to that test page. And I'm going to drop a screenshot of the AI flow that we made just so you can keep in mind how it's navigating. I'll drop this into the chat on the Facebook group as well. If you're not in our Facebook group, definitely should be. First of all, I can't put images in here. That's okay. I'll just leave this open as I answer other questions. So, there's a comment about how V1 is laggy in the dashboard. So, I think it's a good opportunity to highlight how this is a Yeah, this is built from scratch from the ground up. Um, so those issues with speed on the site and laggy uh completely goes away with this. This is much much quicker. And going back to the knowledge base again, is the web scrape a one-time event or does it get triggered? Does it happen every time objective is triggered? The web scrape is a one-time event for now. We are going to allow you guys to have it update when your site updates. So, what that option will do when we release it is check the site on a every 24 hours or so, um for updates and if it detects updates it's going to pull those in automatically. Now can we have multiple custom detects triggers? Yes, you can have multiple. So let me go into that. Let's add another custom scenario. And maybe they maybe were attached to a doughnut shop. They've expressed that they actually just want donuts. If we detect that, guide them to the donuts. Come through our doors and take a right. whatever we want. Use AI to say that. And then maybe at that point we want it to be done and not respond anymore. Just like that. Multiple custom scenarios. I guess I can touch on some of the other actions we have in here. So you'll notice there are a lot of things. Whereas V1 just has statements and objectives. This has a lot for you to do. The conversation statement objective we've used here. Those are the really powerful ones that get your AI to say things. But we also have the branch. We use that here. Similar to the branch, we have a switch. So if you have multiple different things you want to check and route to maybe like
Three or four different paths? You can do that with a switch.
A time delay. If you use a time delay, when it gets to this point, you can have it delay a certain amount of seconds before it moves on to the next objective. And you can have the AI continue to respond while it's on that delay or not. It's up to you. A good example for this would be maybe you've collected enough information to give someone a quote. You don't want to make it seem instantaneous. Maybe you want to make it seem like a person is working on their quote. So, we could add a delay of 300 seconds where it would sit here and continue to answer their questions and say it's working on the quote before continuing to the statement where it delivers the quote to them.
Similar to that, we have this delay variable one. And what this does is it looks for a field and it's only going to continue to the next um actions when the field is filled out. So maybe we have sent them a payment link and we have a field called um this person has paid and it's either unset or yes. Maybe you have a workflow to set that to yes on a contact when they have paid through their payment link and then it could only only continue to book an appointment once that is filled out. So a a common thing people have is they only want people to be able to book an appointment if they pay through a link. That is now possible all through V2.
And then custom integrations. We now have a web hook op option. So if you want to trigger some external event maybe in your Zapier make account or something else, you can pull in extra information at any stage in the conversation and use that information. We make it easier than ever to use information with our variable search. So I have access to all the different actions and the outputs here. So if I wanted to say this is their email for whatever reason the result of the email action or the email objective verify address. We got started in real estate and so we started playing with some direct integrations that you guys can utilize for real estate. One of them is verify address where you can put in the contact address and it'll verify that address for you or get property details. And this gets a lot of stuff like um estimated prop property value, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms. So, you could conversationally gather an address from someone, have it run through the property details, and then conversationally confirm um that information is correct or get more information and give them a give them a quote on services. All that's possible.
Modifying tags is another one. This will modify your highle tags on the contact based on certain things. Maybe I want to tag them as an existing member if they go through this path. So that's a quick walkthrough of the actions we have now and we have many plans to add many other actions all optimized of course for AI agents lead qualification and booking.
What else do we have? Jesse, I was chatting. Did you show an example of switch in action? I didn't. I can. Yeah, that was an ask. Let's get rid of this branch and let's use a switch instead. Maybe we have a couple different things we want to check for. We'll use AI member type. So we conversationally determine new member, existing member, type of member, existing member, new member. Um, what's what else is something they could say just for the sake of this? Um, existing member, new member, former member. Yeah, we want to do something special if they say, "Yeah, I used to go there. Not anymore." So, existing member, new member, former member. Maybe we just want to maybe we want to find out why they decided to cancel. They hard to get. find out why they don't just come on back again. I could gather that to a field and then sure, why not go up and just have the conversation when we're done with that one. And then if none of those, just go ahead and do this one, too. So, if it detects something weird, maybe someone came in and gave their information and then said, um, actually, I think I'm at the wrong website. It doesn't know whether they're an existing member, new member, or former member. So, it probably pick this one. Or we could just stop responding or something. This is super powerful because it leaves what we're good at to us and then what go High Level's good at to them.
Gohigh level workflows were built specifically for email drip campaigns, SMS drip campaigns, uh automating updating opportunities. This is meant for high throughput conversations. You'll notice early days, you know, and probably still happens if you're using highle workflows for conversation stuff. If it's triggered too often, they shut off that workflow for you because it's not meant for that. That's where Closebot comes in. We are optimized specifically for conversational automation.
Okay, guys. This was so much fun. I'm I'm so excited to be able to come back and do these live builds. Next time, I'm going to know further in advance when I do this. And just like I used to do, I'm going to get some input from you guys on what you want to see, and I will do a live build specifically for your business. I'll even pull you on if I really like your idea and we can chat back and forth and treat it as a free one-hour time where I, co-founder, CEO of Closebot, am going to build a Closebot V2 agent for you. Okay, thanks. Make sure you tell all your friends that this was awesome and I'll see you next time.
