All right, that's the thumbnail right there. What's good, boys? So, in today's video, I'll be going over how we made our trading client almost $170,000 in one week. All right, almost a quarter million in revenue as well. Right, you guys can see the dates right here. 25th, 6, 7, 8, blah, blah, blah. You guys can see 16k cash the first day, 27k rev, then 12k cash, $45,000 in a single day, and then consistent like 18 to 20k days, 29k here, 25k. You guys can see everything, right?

Inside this video, I'll be going over exactly what we did, exactly how we can operate at such a high level and exactly how we scale our trading clients to a quarter million 500k a month uh kind of numbers, right? Um and basically the entire process on exactly what we do. Um and you can basically steal it or implement it or buy from us if you do believe that we can scale you, right? I'm just going to be straight up because we do only focus on traders. That's who we scale. We niche down to that because we collect data on every single trader. you know, we tailor to them and uh basically make them hella bread. Um, so let's get into it. Right.

Obviously, first of all, in terms of the like I'll be going through everything here. So the onboarding, the data collection, the offer creation, like everything from A to C essentially, right? So first of all, every single time we onboard a new trader, obviously we collect data off them right off the bat. Everything we do inside our business, inside our agency when we scale traders is data driven, okay? We don't care about emotions. We don't care about if something feels good, whatever. What makes the most amount of money is going to be what is going to move the needle aka what we need to fix, what we need to do, what we need to work on. All right, that's what we do. Datadriven decisions, not no emotion uh decision, no female stuff like you know what I mean, right?

But in terms in terms of the onboarding obviously, right, everything is automated for all our trading coaches, all our trading mentors. And right off the bat, whenever we get a new trading, you know, client on, we collect data. We see their vision, see the brand colors, what they've been doing in the past, their ICP, um the previous offer, previous KPIs, previous data. So, we know exactly, okay, well, here's the here's the leaks. Now, we'll go and fix this. Let's see if this, you know, fixes if XYZ gets, you know, uh tweaked or whatever. Right? We also implement our entire sales in-house team, CSM, setters, closers, SDR, managers, VAS, everything. All right? So, we do, if you don't know already, we do have an in-house sales team of setters, closers, and SDRs. Um, that has been on QBang's offer, M FX offer, Alex G's offer, and we've got the best reps in the entire game. We paid over $10,000 to get access to that. I think I've made a story on that. You can check my IG for that if you want to. Um, but yeah, whatever. Like, we have the best in-house sales team for trading clients whatsoever. I've never seen anyone have and pay so much money for a sales team like we do, right?

Obviously also communication some data and we leverage previous KPIs and metrics very very important as I said everything we do is data driven data tracked um so we would like to get or we do get you know access to our previous or our clients previous KPIs and metrics and basically craft the offering craft the leaks and fix the leaks uh tweak everything based off that right obviously also team management team hiring weddings like everything uh we also set up our softwares our SOPs and making sure the entire sales sales team, the entire manager, setters, SDRs, closes, whatever, all are on the same page, right? They know what they're selling to. They know who they're selling to. They know what exactly the program is about. They can't get any objections about the program whatsoever because they're so good at pre-handle discovering and basically knowing that, you know, in this case, for example, this trader that we scaled um specifically is very technical. All right? So we trained the entire sales team on being very technical. Um and we basically trained them on exactly knowing that this trading client is trading on X you know session in X session trades off candle behaviors trades this way trades that way. So we don't have any objections from any leads whatsoever and basically questioning about the strategy or whatnot. So these setters and closers can answer it instantly right without hesitating like hesitating whatsoever because that's a main problem most you know sales teams do have. They don't know anything about the [ __ ] like trader themselves. They don't know. So they can't answer such questions. Aka there's not going to be enough trust on the call. Aka the prospect won't buy. All right.

Now again the onboarding phase we have to understand the previous offer that our trading clients was running before if they were running a previous offer. Obviously um we also analyzeed their client metrics and KPIs. We benchmarked against other clients data um and basically identify improvements and and basically you know extract like key insights and everything in that like you can also read through this um that's more in depth whatever right I'm just not I'm not I'm not going to keep it boring here I'll go through everything um you guys will learn a [ __ ] ton all right.

Now in terms of your data collection as well and analyzing everything um as I said before everything is all based off data and KPIs and metrics and statistics so we got access to this trading client's previous data which is [ __ ] It was unacceptable. All right, it was it was I've never seen worse KPIs, worse tracking, worse numbers before. All right, with this amount of traffic that this client has that we're working on that we're scaling him to 500K a month, 400K a month, 4 to 500. Um, it's unbelievable. All right, you can see right here, this was his last team that basically set this up. First of all, it's in a Google sheet. Like, doesn't make sense. It's not even on Lucer Studio to actually track exactly who to hire in in in terms of the setters closers exactly who performs the best every single KPI in terms of the team as well. Like there's no no system here, right? It's just page traffic 20K plus leads 2K 2K out of 20K. So you get traffic like this is the old KPIs, right? 20,000 page visitors 2,000 leads. That's like that's that that's like what 12%, right? um just from there 12% drop off like 12% out of 100% right there. Then applications another 50% drop off and then calls booked is another 10% of the 50% of the 12% and then calls taking 80. Like bro, this is like 0.5% out of page traffic. Call booked page traffic to call booked is like 0.5%. I've never seen such worse like such bad numbers before. It was unbelievable.

So obviously we told him that we went over the KPIs on the meeting um discovery meeting that we had with him. We told him that this is straight up everyone and the grandmother can do better than this. Um and we can basically give you XYZ and then we implement our previous data from our previous clients and basically told them that okay with your traffic with our systems you should be doing 200 to 300K a month with it. All right. Um and what we do for all our trading clients is we do set clear expectations. We don't overpromise and underdel. We like to do it the other way around, right? So over deliver and under promise. All right. Um so we basically set them clear expectation that you will probably hit 300 to 400k but we could realistically make 150 to 200k. Okay. Always lowball it but get so [ __ ] good results that the client will will refer others. They'll jump on an upsell. Um they'll basically be happy. Everyone's happy when you over um deliver instead of you know overpromising and doing the other way around. All right.

Now, again, we have an entire database of every single trading client we have on on every single lead that that trading client has, on every single appointment, on every single application form, on every single everything. All right, we have data on every single trader out there, probably like hundreds of thousands of people at this point of unprofitable traders. So, we know exactly how to craft the offer, how to position it, and how, you know, basically to go about and tweak the messaging and also the salesunnel behind it. All right.

Now, as I said before, with this data, we obviously realized that, okay, well, where is the leaks here? Um, where's the problems? Where's the bottlenecks that we can instantly tweak, fix, and basically improve. Um, and in this case, it was pretty much everything. Application rate, application to book rate, uh, show up rate, close rate, cash collected, like literally everything. Um, so we basically looked at that data, looked at the prospects, looked at his, you know, previous sales calls of those prospects of that offer, how they responded, their, you know, common objections, whatever. Um, and basically looked at the entire data of the previous offer and we took all those metrics and fixed that, tweaked that, implemented salesunnel, better sales teams, better closers, better SDRs, better setters. Like obviously cuz we have the best sales team. Like that sounds so ignorant, but it's true. Obviously, we did that, converted it, fixed it, um, made way more money doing it that way. Right.

Now we've cash collected over $200,000 in about 8 9 days. um and almost like you know we are on the path to making you know 400 450 maybe um000 a month now and he was doing 20k he wasn't even doing 20k before he was doing 16k um cash before joining us now we're running up $16,000 plus every single [ __ ] day consistently right he was doing 16k a month cash now we do 16k a day and more right 45k right here um so pretty damn crazy in terms of that right.

Obviously the content development itself we need to understand when posting trading content, you need to understand your demographics of your ICP your ICP's pain points and you need to understand how to actually hit that and what messaging to actually bring to the table in terms of offering a you know solution to the problem obviously because if they know don't have a problem obviously they have because they're unprofitable but if you don't dig deeper into it inside your content inside your front-end marketing like why would they trust you why would they buy from you right you need to be seen as the authority when you're posting content you need to be seen as the expert All right. So in terms of the content development itself, right, demographics, we understood that the ICP, the messaging, the positioning, and we understand exactly who we are talking to inside the content. All right.

Now, a good thing about this trading client is that it's very educational. He has never posted a single lifestyle video whatsoever or a flashy Rolex or something like that, which is pretty good, which is ideal actually. Um, so it's more niched, it's more sophisticated, and it's also more of an nurtured audience already. All right. um no BS lifestyle and stuff like that. It's just completely like nurtured converted audience that's ready to [ __ ] buy because they have so much pain because otherwise they wouldn't be watching 20 minute long educational bottom of funnel content. All right.

Um in terms of the entire salesunnel, let me go over that as well. Right. So again, what we did, we understood that his previous offer, his previous salesunnel um had a lot of you know leaks, a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Um so we basically took that data, you know, improved it and and fixed the leaks and made way more money, right? So in terms of the sales fund itself, we have an application, right, with an application VSSL and then obviously we have the apply to weight. So not just an auto book, right? Most traders run an auto book, which is basically just a landing page with a VSSL with a book a call. That's it. So landing page, VSSL, then just a book a call link. That's it. But in this case, because there's so much traffic, right, they don't get a chance to actually just book the call straight away. Okay? Okay, they need to apply for it here. They need to wait for our SDRs and our setters to dial them up, they do this instantly within 3 to 5 minutes. Dial them up and really see, okay, well, is this lead serious? Is this lead ready? Is has this lead enough pain to actually buy for the like on the call with the closer or is this just a time waster, discount 100, whatever. All right. And obviously if so, obviously just down to a mid ticket. If yes, this is a lead that's ready to buy it already nurtured, pre-sold, obviously, then send them over to the closer. The closer will close them um with a pretty good close rate, like pretty damn good close rate. Um and basically make money that way. Right.

Now again, we don't just turn down every single lead. No, obviously not. We qualify them or setters do, SDRs do, our sales team does. Qualify them and realize, okay, well, either I'm going to send this guy to the book a call, the closer will close him, or I downell them instantly because it's not worth for the closer to take the call and waste time on that. All right. So again, we're milking out every single lead here. We're making as much money as humanly possible. All right.

So in terms of the order book, if they do qualify, they get sent over to the book a call funnel. Now, instead of just just being the main funnel, this is now a third step inside the funnel. All right. Um, and basically then obviously when they book a call, then they get, you know, sent into the postbooking VSSL, which is basically there to pre-ell them, pre-sell the prospect and actually sell the prospect before they even jump on the call with the closer. So pre-handle objection that won't appear on the call because they're already answered inside this video. And obviously, this way of doing the salesunnel adds so much urgency and the lead feels like, okay, well, I'm special. I'm getting accepted. I've talked to the team already. like there's a few few spots left. I need to jump on this. Um, which is also why the show up rate is going to be high also because of the post booking, but also the close rate is going to be pretty damn high. All right. And obviously, if not, then we don't just let the lead go away. Obviously, we have different deliverables inside the package, right? So, we then down sell them to a mid ticket or a payment plan on a mid ticket essentially if they even can't do that. All right. Um, so again, milk out milk out as much money as humanly possible for every single lead and all that. Obviously, the entire salesunnel leads to a pretty damn high close rate, right? 31 38 and this is like average like this is like average 32% close rate and then a qualified close rate is through the roof. All right. Um like this. Yeah, it's pretty damn good. Like go if you know anything about like tracking in terms of sales calls and stuff like you could see that those KPIs are pretty damn good. But that's because the salesunnel is is uh it's very it's very nurtured like it's very like what's it called? like tailor to his ICP and make it so urgency and obligated orientated uh that they basically need to buy otherwise they're missing out and that like it just doesn't make sense for the prospect not to buy also while our setters and SDR has try triage called them before they even jump on the landing page for booking a call right there's a lot of urgency in terms of that right.

Terms of the offer creation itself obviously again we need to understand the demographics of the ICP because if we don't understand their pain points if we don't understand what they're struggling with, their bottlenecks. Um, how can we create an offer to them that they will actually sell, right? It needs to be tailored to the trading clients offer. All right, obviously like if there's no pain, the lead won't buy. That's just how simple it is, right? So, we need to understand everything in terms of the demographics again, ICP, messaging, positioning, and we need to need need to understand exactly who we're talking to when we're selling this offer again, right? If we don't know that, then how can we expect them to buy something that we don't even know if they would like? You know what I mean? Um, so again, realizing what leaks was in the previous offer. Was it an unhealthy CVR, AOV, LTV, or just an overall bad offer? Um, basically look at the previous data on that on the prospects as well, the leads, and uh, basically fix it and make a [ __ ] ton of money, right?

Um, and again, the pre-launch, terms of the pre-launch itself, what we did for Tom was basically Discord announcements. um IG story sequences, email automations, email broadcast, YouTube videos, IG um short form in terms of the pre-launch itself. So, we create a stepbystep daybyday um pre-launch for all our trading clients that they need to follow every single day, right? Obviously, we take care of the email automations, we script out the Discord announcements, we do the IG story sequences and so on, but they obviously need to post them themselves, right? It can't just be a team member of ours going on their Discord and posting it. You know what I mean? that's just not, you know, um, special or feels personalized, you know what I mean? Um, but again, in terms of the salesunnel, the team, the copyrightiting, the VSSLs, everything is scripted for all our trading clients. Everything is tailored to their offer, to their demographics, in terms of their ICPS, ideal customer profiles. Um, and we basically know of our data bundle exactly what's going to work for their clients, for their, you know, leads and for their prospects. So we know what to fix, what to tweak, what to change, and basically everything is datadriven and you know it's data decisions, right?

Um same for the sales team. We hire them up, train them, vet them obviously. Um cuz we have a pretty big uh client or what's called in-house sales team of only setters, only SDRs and only closers that has been on trading offers before, as I said before, of MA FX offer, Alex G, and Q Banks. Um and we basically have them in-house. So they're only working for us. They're not on different offers. They're not on [ __ ] ecom offers, drop shipping offers. They're only on trading offers and only on our offers. All right? Um, which is why they're pretty damn good. We also have managers in place for those as well, right? But [snorts] again, every single there's an there's an SOP in terms of the C team on every single team member on every single thing from A to C, right? So, offer breakdown, training breakdown, systems breakdown, SOPs breakdown, sales funnel breakdown, checklist breakdown. I mean, there's so much, right? Obviously here as well. Sales rep pitch framework, sales rep meeting tracker, end of day tracking in terms of the Loom videos, crypto end of day call tracking or form sales rep end of day call tracking. So what most agencies are doing is they're doing end of day or end of week reports. What we do is we do end of call reports. So every single um time a closer has been on a call or a setter has dialed them up, they do an end of day call report. So we know exactly, okay, what happened here? What was the main bottleneck? What was their pain point? like we track every single data metric inside that. Okay.

So we know like I'm just going to be honest like we have so much data from unprofitable traders because we only work with trading clients that are launching mentorships or launching courses or selling trading courses and mentorships, right? So we have so much data from those that we basically have the entire bubble, right? That's the beauty of only niching down to trading clients only for us, right? And there's also end of day sheets rep in terms of commissions like SDR follow-up sequences. there's so many SOPs, it's it's pretty overwhelming, but obviously our in-house sales team takes care of it. They're used to it, right? And pre-launch as well, every single, you know, pre-launch strategy is terms or backed off data and backend systems. Um, and then in terms of managing the entire the entire launch, but also the entire operation itself. What we don't want is basically a launch than the drop off, right? Let's say this is time and this is, you know, ref. So, ref time, right? The last thing we want is our trading clients to skyrocket. Obviously, okay, we do want that, but the last thing we want is to get them up here and then boom, like this just happens, right? And then you're stuck down here. Like, it just wouldn't make sense, right? And what we like to do though is boom, and then stagnate for a bit. Okay, realize, okay, well, what needs to be fixed? What is this? Like, it's more like consolidation, right? And then obviously we have a bullish trend as well. Um then we just constantly like a linear um basically bullish trend in terms of scaling the offer up to you know from let's say this offer is going to make you know 300k this month 400k this month then obviously next month we're aiming for four to 450 then 500k then 550 600k and so on right.

Last thing we want is a huge ass drop in revenue and no one is happy the sales team's not happy they're not making as much money as you like as as they want um the rep like the setters and and the offer owner itself is not happy. We're not happy. Like it's just not what we want. Obviously, this is all data driven and this is all data driven and this is here to improve upon. Right? So this like was it's like more like 3 to 5 days where we go in and look at the data. Look at what's working, what needs to be fixed, what is sellers doing good, which setters are doing good, which closes doing good, fire them that's doing absolutely worst, give incentives to those that are pretty good, and so on. All right. Um, and as I said before, we have a pretty damn big data bubble um of traders, unprofitable traders, leads, prospects, etc. So, we basically optimize everything and actually have a stronger team, build a stronger back end and stronger systems, and basically make it evergreen. So, all our trading clients, basically make a [ __ ] ton of money selling trading courses and selling trading mentorships.

Now, that was a very in-depth video. I can't lie. if you want our help um to you know basically scale you to the [ __ ] moon um with your trading course with your trading brand whatever if you don't have a brand and obviously also can you can also contact us but if you are you know doing 5k 10k plus a month hit me up on IG check the link in description book in a call discovery no sales stuff it's not going to be a closer whatever it's going to be us um and we'll basically go go through your kpis and uh see if we can help you and uh if we can then obviously we can figure something out and we can make you a [ __ ] ton of money and everyone is happy right.
