Hey guys, my name is Tiana. I've generated over $5 million on and now I run University. And WAP University is where we help creators every stage build and grow their business on this platform.

This playbook series is something that I've specifically been working on just for you guys. And it includes real strategies based on what actually works. This one is going to be called Launch with No Audience, and it's for anybody who keeps waiting until they have more followers to start. So, we're going to cut through that today. Let's get into it.

Let's talk about the launch trap. Most creators think they need to build an audience first, then launch. So they wait, they keep building, keep perfecting, and then they keep telling themselves, "Once I have more followers, I'll be ready." Months go by, but here's the actual hard truth. Launching is how you build the audience. The act of putting something out there, talking about it, and creating content around it, that's what attracts people to you. Waiting doesn't build an audience, and it really honestly just delays everything.

Now, I want you guys to position yourself as the only option. Before you post a single piece of content, you need to get your positioning locked in. This is a thing that most people skip and that's why they get ignored. There are three questions that you need to answer and those are going to be: one, who are you specifically for? What exact outcome do you deliver? And what makes you different from everyone else selling something similar? If your answer to any of those is vague, that's why people are scrolling past you.

So once your positioning is clear, we want to go through our pre-launch content system. You need a content system. And before launch, there are only three types of content that matter. So you have proof content. This is results, social proof, transformations, case studies, before and afters, anything that shows that your thing that you're selling actually works. Then we have authority content. So, you want to show people that you know what you're talking about. And then lastly, you have story content. Why you built this? Why now? Why this offer exists, etc. People buy from people. Your story is part of the product. You don't need 10,000 followers. You need 10 pieces of content that are going to make the right person think, "This is exactly what I've been looking for."

Now, here's the actual pre-launch plan. You have seven days, one post per day, and by day seven, you're opening the doors. Day one, post your origin story, why you built this. Day two, share a result or transformation. Day three, teach something for free. Show the expertise. Day four, address a number one objection that your buyer has, whatever that thing is that makes them hesitate. Tackle it head-on. Day five, go behind the scenes. Show them what they're actually getting. And day six, their special pricing will open tomorrow. Day seven, you're going to open the doors and then the link will go live. The whole point of this runway is to create curiosity and desire before you even ask anyone to buy. When you do a launch, you don't want to just drop a link. You want to create a moment.

Your first launch needs four things. So, we have limited spots, which will create scarcity and urgency, and also means that you actually deliver. Um, then we have our founding member pricing. This is rewarding people that actually believe in you early. Then we have a launch bonus, which is something extra for the first buyers only. It'll make them feel like insider. Then we have a clear deadline, which is a real reason to act now instead of later. Your first 10 customers shouldn't feel like transactions. They should feel like they got into something special because they did.

Now, I know that what some of you guys are thinking, I don't have any testimonials yet. How do I build trust with no social proof? Social proof isn't just testimonials. It's anything that makes a stranger trust you faster. So, here's what you use instead. Screenshots of conversations where people have asked for your help or advice. That's proof people actually value what you know. You use your own transformation. If you solved a problem for yourself and you are the case study, you can give the you can give it to three people for free, get the results, and then get their feedback and find one recogniz able name in your space who believes in what you're building and they will vouch for you. You have more credibility than you think. You just need to package it right now.

This next one is simple, but it's where most people fail. So, you want to show it before you're ready. One imperfect post every day for 30 days will always be that one perfect post per month. Go live before you feel ready. Post before it's polished. And the creators who build audience aren't the most talented or most polished or the most consistent. Nobody remembers the creator who posted once and then disappeared. They remember the one who showed up every single day.

Before you close this and move on, I want you to run through this checklist. So, one, we want to define our positioning. Then, we want to map our 7-day runway. Next, we want to decide our launch bonuses and then set up our W page. Then, we open the doors on day seven with a clear call to action. Then, we create our content pillars. Then, we would set our founding price, get those one to three beta results, and then you would post every single day. That's it. And that is the whole entire system. You don't need an audience to launch. You need three things after watching this whole entire video. You should know that there is a you need a clear point of view and positioning, a founding member offer with real urgency, and then 30 days of showing up consistently. That's it. The audience comes after you start, not before. And I'll see you in the next playbook.
