Hello gorgeous women and welcome to another Alfa femme riff. So this is a question that I have been asked multiple times in my private inbox. It's one that comes up a lot whenever I open up a thread about what do you want me to talk about. The question is, why is the tagline for Alfa femme "She who leads herself"? What does it really mean? Where did it come from? Why is this the tagline?
I feel that right now, entering this whole alpha to alpha stage and all the leadership conversations that are coming in between now and the end of the year, it is the perfect timing to answer this question. So one of the things that really drives the Alfa femme brand is women who truly embody their work. So this is not about living your entire life for other people, to help other people. Although, when you live your life in alignment with yourself, to be the best version of yourself, to lead yourself into greatness, it is inevitable that you will, in turn, help people rise. But it's such a huge difference. It's such a huge difference. The difference between, "I am gonna help you, I am gonna show you, I am gonna do it for you," versus, "I am going to do this for myself. I am going to show up 1 million percent in my life. I'm going to create a life that I am proud of. I'm leaving a legacy behind that takes my breath away. I stand in integrity and strength and power, and in being that woman, I create a space for you to see, believe, and experience that this is possible for you as well."
So an alpha femme is a leader that doesn't try to change people. She's not trying to change or do. She isn't in a forward energy, mothering energy, trying to save the world energy. She's in a very laid-back, feminine, self-ownership, "my call responsibilities," "when I when I take ownership of my world, the world changes" kind of vibe. She understands that every single change she makes within herself has a ripple effect that goes beyond anything she could ever do on her own, single-handedly trying to help people and ultimately potentially burning herself out.
So a model that we've seen over and over again in the feminine, and this is this is something that I have done multiple times in my life, is giving to the breaking point. Giving past what feels good, giving past what's comfortable, giving past what feels aligned because I want to be nice, because I want to be a good person, because I want to help you, because I want to do it for you, because I want to do it with you, because I want to help you. And giving beyond the point where this is enjoyable for me, giving beyond the point where I'm honoring my own boundaries, giving beyond the point where this is a win-win situation. An alpha fem stands for win-win situations. I win, you win. Actually, alpha fem stands for win-win-win situations. I win, you win, and the world wins. Every single thing that is done is done with everyone winning in mind. One person is not depleted for one person to be full. This is all about overflow and abundance. It's about women rising and becoming the best of themselves that they can possibly be, and in that overflow, creating inspiration and possibility for the next women to believe enough in themselves that they then become leaders themselves and lead themselves into their own greatness.
This isn't about women grabbing other women and pulling them up to the next level. This is not about women getting down on their knees and and coddling other women back to safety. This is not about women going in the trenches and saving other women. This is about being a beacon of light so the women in the darkness can see your light, remember that they also have a light, turn it on so they can be a beacon for the next one. It is our own personal power turning on within our ourselves, creating a shift within our cells, becoming so responsible for our world that in turn, we awaken the world around us. And when they remember how simple it is to be reminded, and when they realize that they don't need to get in the trenches and do anything for anyone in order to change the world, what they need to do is to love their life, be the change they want to see, embody the shifts they want to see. That's when the world changes. Every single person on this planet, just honored their own life, their own patterns, their own little demons that need healing, their own things. If everyone just went into introspection and made the work of their lifetime being the best version of them that this planet could ever see, we would have an instant shift on the planet. If every single human on this planet decided to lead themselves with the amount of radical responsibility and integrity that an alpha FEM holds herself to, we would have a shift on the planet that would be so massive, it'd be difficult to comprehend.
But many people don't believe they can do that. Even though they've heard stories of people do incredible things, even though they just can't believe that they're capable. And because the old paradigm is doing it for people, "Let me do it for you, let me let me take the responsibility for you, let me fix it for you," a lot of people don't actually know how to hold their power and rise. So being an example of what's possible is the strongest, most empowering, most beautiful thing that we can do for other women. No need to go beyond what's right for us. That doesn't serve the whole world. That's not win for me, win for you, win for the world.
So an Alfa femme is she who leads herself, so other women lead themselves, so other women lead themselves. It's becoming a shining example, a testimony to your own work, being your greatest testimonial that what you say and who you are in this world, it works. So the reason this is the tagline for the entire brand is because I truly believe that my work on this planet is about becoming the best possible version of myself that I can be. And in the areas where I thrive and where I am the best leader, to extend the evidence, the proof, the magic, to show, to lead, to celebrate everything that I master, so other people can calibrate to it. And in every single thing that I learn that comes with the mastery, so if I haven't mastered it yet, but I've learned something, I don't teach it yet. I wait. I really wait till I can stand in all of my power when I start teaching something. But when I have really embodied something and it works for me and I have evidence overflowing in my life that this works, then I can stand with my clients, with my friends, with my followers, with my my my social media followers. I can I can stand with them and just shine a light on who it is that I am day-in day-out. And just being Who I am in their energy calls them to rise. And in them doing the same, other women rise. And none of us are depleted, and none of us are acting out of alignment or out of integrity with who we are. And none of us are walking away from any of this feeling bitter or resentful because everything we did, we did for us and the world. There was no self-sacrifice. It is not a sacrifice to change the world. It is a gift. If you're feeling like you're sacrificing, it's because you're not leading yourself. You're trying to do things for other people, and it does feel like a deficit. Women do this in relationships, they do this in motherhood. They get confused between feminine and masculine and energy leadership.
So a big, big piece of the Alpha femme brand is leadership. The three main pieces being leading yourself, leading others, and learning to be led. When you empower yourself to lead yourself, to lead others, and to be led, there is nothing you cannot be, do, or have on this planet. So what I want to encourage you to step into, as you learn more about the Alfa femme brand, is how to lead yourself into becoming wildly wealthy, how to empower yourself, how to lead yourself into being an extraordinary partner in your relationship, how to lead yourself, how to empower yourself into being a master communicator, into being emotionally intelligent, into honoring your word, and your word being law, into your word being worth more than your signature. You're that kind of leader to yourself that when you give your word to something, you don't even need to sign on a paper. It's worth its weight in gold. If you said it, and the world, the world knows it's going to happen because you said it. That's how strong your word is. You can lead yourself to that kind of integrity. You lead yourself, you lead yourself time and time again. Your life changes, and the people around you respond. And in your power, people rise.
