Transcription

All right, we're going to get ready to open up. Ask that the sisters cover your heads. Brothers, uncover your heads. We're going to face Jerusalem and open up for class.

Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

Praise the Lord. For he is good. And his mercy endures forever. Praise the Lord, God of Israel. For he is good. And his mercy endures forever. And his mercy endures forever. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

The Holy One of Israel. The King of Kings. And Lord of Lords. The one true God. And there is no other. Amen.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes. Fear the Lord, and depart from evil. We have just read Proverbs 3:5-7. May the Lord add a blessing to the reading, hearing, and doing of his word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

All right. Now we have a piece selection. You don't have to worry and don't you be afraid. Joy comes in the morning. Troubles, they don't last always. For there's a friend in Jesus who will wipe your tears away. And if your heart is broken, just lift your hands and say, "Oh, I know that I can make it. I know that I can stand. No matter what may come my way, my life is in your hands." You don't have to worry. And don't you be afraid. Joy comes in the morning. Troubles they don't last always. For there's a friend in Jesus who will wipe your tears away. And if your heart is broken, just lift your hands and say, "Oh, I know that I can make it. I know that I can stand no matter what may come my way. My life is in your hand." With Jesus I can take it, with him I know I can stand. No matter what may come my way. My life is in your hands. So the test and trials they seem to get you down and all your friends and loved ones are nowhere to be found. Remember, there's a friend in Jesus who will wipe your tears away. With him I know I can stand. No matter what may come my way. My life is in your hand. I know that I can make it. I know that I can no matter what may come my way. My life is in your hand with Jesus, with him I know I can say no matter what may come my way. My life is in your hands. I know that I can make it. I know that I can say no matter what may come my way. My life is in your hand with the, with him I know I can stand. No matter what may come my way. My life is in your hands. Y'all give them another hand, please. I hope they remember that when they get mad at each other. Get mad at each other, just start singing that song.

Like to say, praise the most high God, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And peace everyone that's here in the name of Jesus. Peace everyone that's watching online. And it's always a blessing to be here on the Lord's Sabbath. And we're going to get into the lesson. As you could tell from the title of the class, the homegoing back to Jerusalem. And this is uh somewhat uh I'm not going to say an observation of Black History Month. Oh, you can close that door for me. Cena, please. I ain't going to say uh in observation of it. But since it is Black History Month, something that uh, you know, that's being observed among Israel throughout the world in America, we might as well just go ahead and bring the facts out. Um, and when it's all said and done, you know, we will be, Lord willing, going back home to Jerusalem. And that's really where we come from. Most people don't don't know that. Um, our our existence didn't start here on the shores of America. You know, we started as a people thousands and thousands of miles away from home, uh, away from here. And um, eventually, when the Lord gets back, we're going to get back to that. And that's what we're going to look at today, sisters and brothers, because there is uh there was a concerted effort to bring a nation of people not only to America, but they sent us all over the world into captivity. And um, you know, we we wake up now today and find ourselves uh a long way from our borders. And eventually, when the Lord gets back, he's going to gather these people that's been sold into worldwide captivity. He's going to gather them and take them back home to Jerusalem. And that's what this is about today. Uh, of course, we talk about, you know, a lot and point out we wouldn't have to be in these conditions if we would have just been obedient, kept God's commandments, you know what I'm saying? Did our job and represented God the proper way, then we wouldn't uh be in this situation. But even though, you know, it seems dire, seems like there's no hope, in the end, sisters and brothers, the the good thing about it is that the Lord is going to take this very people, which the world considers, no matter what we are, they know, you know, they know we happen to be negroes. And uh the Lord's going to take this very people and put them back at the top, you know. And if we're going to deal with history at all, you know, the best place for us to go and look at this history, sisters and brothers, it is in the Bible. It's in the Bible. I um I do me make mention of it a lot. How I uh how I just I I did not like American history coming up in school. I didn't like I didn't like world history. Well, I wasn't too uh I wasn't too I wasn't like necessarily fighting against world history that much, but definitely American history, you know, because American history, they just they they put it right in my face, you know, the slavery, uh the slave blocks, you know what I'm saying? The the the Martin Luther King and the Selma, Alabama, the sit-ins and all that type of stuff. And it just it just I mean, I I hated it, you know. And uh that's mainly what's what's going to be talked about this month when they bring up Black History again to these young kids. It's mainly about the same thing, sisters and brothers, you know. So, I just try to take advantage of it, not really deal with it as far as a month is concerned because when you think about it, the the Bible itself is black history. You know, it it's it's about a people, you know, a black people from Genesis all the way to Revelation, sisters and brothers. And believe it or not, we cover we cover this all year long. We don't just wait to February, you know, but since they're going to put the lie out that it's month, you know what I'm saying? At least we uh address it somewhat, sisters and brothers, just this one Sabbath. And we're going to get back to, you know, how we regularly do, but we're going to at least touch on it a little bit today.

All right. But we're going to open this up in Isaiah 48. Isaiah 48. Isaiah 48. And we're going to uh pick this up at verse 16. And when you get that, go and read it for me.

"Come ye near unto me. Hear ye this. I have not spoken in secret from the beginning. From the time that it was, there am I. And now the Lord God and his spirit has sent me. Thus says the Lord, thy redeemer, the holy one of Israel. I am the Lord thy God, which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go."

Okay. So in verse 16, you know, may not be easy to identify, but this is actually Jesus that's doing the talking. That's why he said, "Come ye near unto me. Hear ye this. I have not spoken in secret from the beginning." You know, 'cause he's always been around, first and foremost, sisters and brothers. And he he lays it out in his word what it is he's going to do. He, you know, he called the end of the world from the very beginning. But he said, "I've not spoken in secret from the beginning, from the time that it was what?"

"There am I?"

Because he's been around, been around, sisters and brothers, responsible for the creation. Jesus himself, sisters and brothers. But he said from the be from the time that it was, there am I, and now the Lord God and his spirit have sent me. Right? So, like I say, this is Jesus doing the talking, but at the same time, he turned around and identified the Father, which is the one who sent him, right? That's why he said the New Testament, he comes in this Father's name. He came from somewhere though, right? And he came to do a mission, you know, but you got the Father and the Son in this verse right here. Verse 17, what it say?

"Thus says the Lord thy redeemer, the holy one of Israel. I am the Lord thy God, which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go."

But look at that though, because everybody wants to be successful, right? You know, and the best way for us to be successful is to leave it in the Lord's hand and be obedient. That's why he said, "Thus sayith the Lord, thy redeemer, the holy one of Israel. I am the Lord thy God, which teach thee to profit, which lead thee by the way that thou should go." Go ahead.

"Oh, that thou hast hearkened to my commandments. Then hath thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea."

Now, now, just think about that because of course, you know, he's going to highlight his people right here because before he deals with anybody else, he always addresses Israel, sisters and brothers. That's how it is throughout the Bible, you know. And in this case right here, notice what he's saying. He said, "Oh, that thou had hearkened to my commandments." That's all we had to do, you know. That's that's all we had to do. People always be trying to find out, you know, what can we do to make it better? What can we do to make it better for this people and why we going through so much? And this is the answer right here, sisters and brothers. It's not hard. It's not hard, but it's made to seem like it's hard because we've been told that we don't have to observe no law. We don't got to keep no commandments. And that's the very thing that would have that would have allowed us to be successful, sisters and brothers. That that would have allowed us to prosper as a nation of people. Which is why he's saying, "Oh, that thou had hearkened to my commandments, then what would have happened?"

"Then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea."

So we we we would we would have been straight. In other words, we would have been straight. The things that we see going on now, I think in Chicago the other day, I don't know if y'all seen it, but this young lady got shot up in the car and the baby was in the back seat. The baby survived, didn't get hit at all, but they shot that cop over a hundred times. And I'm just thinking to myself, we wonder why, you know, the president wants to send ICE and National Guard all in our cities and stuff like that. And people complain, but y'all see what is up with our nation of people. You know, we we don't know how to conduct ourselves, sisters and brothers. You know, and then on top of that, the land belongs to the Gentiles. So at some point, you got to realize they're going to get they're going to wake they're going to rise up like, hey, man, y'all going to stop, you know, being destructive, tearing up our stuff. But why are we doing this to each other, sisters and brothers? That that's what we have to understand. And the reason why because it's almost like the Lord has turned his back on us and gave us over to ourselves, allowed all this destruction to take place because we don't want to be obedient to his word. But it would have and it could have been a whole lot better if we would have just obeyed. So it say, "Oh, that thou hast hearkened to my commandments. Then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea." What else?

"Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bows like the gravel thereof."

That's right. We would have been multiplying all over the place, right? But it seemed like we just we we multiplying now. You know, we sent a a revolution by way of us turning back. And the Lord is building the nation once again. But we're talking about in the latter part of the, you know, latter part of these last days. But in between that time, look at how many of us have been cut off early for, you know, mainly just for sinning, sisters and brothers. He said, "Thy seed also had been as a sand and the offspring of thy bows like the gravel thereof." What else?

"His name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me."

That look at that though. He said, "His name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me." 'Cause this didn't happen to happen. It didn't happen to happen to us. But it did, sisters and brothers, because of our disobedience to God. And now we look around, like I said, we wake up and we are thousands and thousands of miles away from our border. People going to be in church tomorrow. They don't even understand what a homegoing to Jerusalem is. You know, they teach they teach something like this in class, you know, in church tomorrow, which they don't teach much. But I'm saying a title like this, you know, the people think they probably going to go off to heaven somewhere. But no, literally, we going back to Jerusalem, sisters and brothers. The Lord's going to gather his people and take them back home to where they come from. That's going to be a great miracle. Greater than what happened when he opened up that Red Sea, you know, and delivered us out of Egypt. This time, he's going to gather his people from all over the world. And we're going to see that.

But let's move over to uh Ezekiel. Ezekiel 36. Ezekiel 36. And it's good that the Lord, like I say, the Lord left us with the Bible because without the Bible, we really don't we we don't have no other history at all. You know what I'm saying? Like for example, like I said, you know, mainly mainly what we're taught here is the history that started here and that's that's us getting off the ships and being sold. You know what I'm saying? Outside of that, you know, they can they try to tie us to being Africans and stuff like that, but even Africans ain't claiming us. And then on top of that, when you when you realize, you know, the Africans, Ethiopians, Egyptians, and all that, they can even they can go back further in their lineage, sisters and brothers, you know, and mainly a lot mainly nations and countries can do that because for the most part, they still inside their land. You know, if you can one way to one way to wipe out a people's history or lineage or even knowing who they are, take them off the take get them off their land and ship them a long way from home and then give them something completely different. And that's mainly what we got. So now that we start to talk about the Bible, we start to uh, you know, realize that we the children of the Bible, you know, it sounds strange to people. It sounds strange because we've been told something completely different, but the Lord is merciful and no matter what they've tried to do to wipe out our history, you know, people are talking about now how they I mean, well, I've talked to people myself, even the younger generation and the stuff that we was taught in school about the slavery, they don't even talk about that no more. So eventually, if the Lord didn't say, you know, essentially if the Lord didn't say the word, we wouldn't have no type of history. I mean, like now now they saying that we were indentured servants, like like we were working, you know, uh, like we wanted to do that. No, don't. You can't erase that. Even though they trying to, but when you look at the Bible, the Bible's going to give it to us raw and uncut, sisters and brothers. You can't erase what happened to us. And it's good that the Lord left his word here for us.

But Ezekiel 36, pick this up at verse 21. Ezekiel 36. Go ahead.

"Verse 16."

Yeah, that's it. I was making sure y'all paying attention.

"16, right?"

Yes.

"Okay. Go ahead, brother."

"Moreover, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, when the house of Israel dwell in their own land, they defile it by their own ways."

Okay. So once again, you know, like I like I say, we have to even though we can look at all the different things that happen to us and it it ain't good, you know, things that are going on with us as far as all the atrocities and afflictions that we happen to uh have on top of us is not good. But at the same time, you know, it's hard to be mad at somebody else when you look at the Bible and you see that the Lord is letting us know that it was our fault, right? That's why it said, "Moreover, the word of the Lord came unto me saying, son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt where?"

"In their own land."

So we had an own land to dwell in, right? And that, like I said, that was that was Israel or Jerusalem. That's where we was at. We had our own land. We wasn't, look, we weren't thinking about no Atlanta, you know. We weren't thinking about none of that type. Look, we had our own place to dwell.

"But what happened, brother?"

"They defiled it by their own way and by their doings. Their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman."

Well, look at that though. He said they they defiled it, talking about the land, by their own way and by their doings. So by us being disobedient, worshiping all these other gods, partaking in idolatry, you know, sinning and stuff like that, the Lord the Lord had to get rid of us, sisters and brothers. And that's that's why it's necessary for a homegoing to even be mentioned. You know, it wouldn't be a homegoing unless we unless we going back home, right? And this is where we came from. But he said, "They defiled it by their own way and by their doings, and their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman." Because a woman that's unclean, you know, when you look at it biblically, you know, a woman that's unclean, she would have to, you know, like be be put away for seven days, you know, until she got clean and she come back inside the camp. Well, that's what the Lord is saying about about his people. Their ways were were like kind of liken it to uncleanness of a removed woman. So, what happened in verse 18?

"Wherefore I poured my fury upon them, for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it."

Okay. So you see that right? So, like I said, we can't look at nobody else. And you know what we looking at now, the things that we going through with all the nations beating us down and us even beating ourselves down. This is an this is an after effect. You know what I'm saying? Like for example, you know, this is uh the result of us doing wrong. So now we seeing the result of it. So it's it's fair. We can't tell you can't like you can't tell your parent how to punish you, right? Like why was with God? We we shouldn't have been in this mess in the first place. But since we disobeyed now, we just getting whooped all over the place, sisters and brothers. And he said verse 18, he said, "Wherefore I poured upon my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it." See, inside Jerusalem, keep in mind, that's a that's a holy holy land, sisters and brothers. You know, God keeps his eyes on Jerusalem. As a matter of fact, he's going he's going to come back, set his kingdom up on Mount Zion in Jerusalem. You know, we're talking about a holy God dwelling on this earth from a holy land. So just imagine he got this holy people set up. We supposed to be holy as well, right? That's why you look throughout the Bible, he say in Leviticus 11, "Be ye holy for I am holy." Like we supposed to move just like just like our God. And it it it it coincides the people with the land with our God. It all goes together. But since we started sinning and doing all this idolatry and polluting it and stuff like that, the Lord kicked us out of there, sisters and brothers. And now we find ourselves a long way from home. But we're going to get back. That's why I titled this the homegoing back to Jerusalem. But this is how we got kicked out in the first place. "Wherefore I poured upon I poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it." And what else?

"And I scattered them among the heathen."

Oh, you see that? He said he did what?

"Scattered them."

He said, "I scattered them among the heathen." That's what the Lord did. So now we find ourselves among the Gentiles, don't we? Find ourselves in captivity all over the world. You got people from Jamaica and Haiti. They they act like that's like some something fancy. Man, you still a, excuse my language, I'm just saying, you still you you you you still a negro. You know, you just happen to get dropped off over there. We got dropped off over here. You know what I'm saying? Still the same thing 'cause, you know, they do be acting like you just like, you know, our cousins, just, nah, we the same thing. And as a matter of fact, you know, they be over in Haiti worshiping. They they heavy into Catholicism, sisters and brothers. Then you look down in New Orleans, which is some some Haitians, you know, kind of kind of uh still got the same thing going on. They deal with voodoo and all that type of stuff. Like, so it ain't no better. All of us, we all wicked. All of us, the whole family of Israel is wicked, sisters and brother. I don't care where we at. We just don't know it. And we make it seem like we just some different type of people. No, we all the same people and we all trodden down, no matter where we go, sisters and brothers. Which is why it's necessary for God to come and deliver us. So he said, "I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries." And what else does it say?

"According to their way, and according to their doings, I judged them."

That's right. So it was only right. The punishment that he gave to us was based on our behavior, right? That's why he said, "According to their way and according to their doings, I judged them." What else it say?

"And when they entered unto the heathen, where did they went?"

What they do?

"They profaned my holy name."

And we we doing the same thing now. Amen. Doing the same exact thing now. Like, you know, and it's good that, like I said, the Lord left us his word and now we turning back, you know, but still up until this point, we have really misrepresented our God. Misrepresented our God, sisters and brothers. He said, "When they entered in, entered unto the heathen, whether they went, they profaned my holy name." When they said to them, what?

"These are the people of the Lord, and are gone forth out of his land."

That's right. Go ahead.

"But I had pity for my holy name."

But this is the good news right here though, sisters and brothers. This the good news 'cause all ain't lost. He say, "But I had pity for what?"

"For my holy name."

For my holy name, which is why you can start to see us starting to wake up, turn back to God, and even some of us a certain name of ourselves Israel, ain't we, you know, but it's more than just calling yourself an Israelite. What come with that is also a behavior, sisters and brothers. But he said, "I had pity for my holy name, which..."

"Which the house of Israel had profaned?"

"Among the heathen."

That's right. He said, "Which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen." Because that's where we are. We're among the heathen and we profane the Lord's name. That's why we don't have no business offering these false churches, false doctrines, and all that. All this idolatry going on. Look, we have no business partaking in that. But by us doing that, guess what we doing? We profaning God's name. He told us something in Exodus 20 in his commandments, right? He say, "Don't do what?"

"Don't take my name in vain."

Didn't he say that?

"Yes."

That's exactly what he told. And the the very thing he told us not to do, that's what we doing. But he said, "But I have pity for my holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whether they went, sisters and brothers." So that lets us know at the end of the day, all ain't lost. All ain't lost. You you we starting to see this awakening take place throughout the world because the Lord's name is going to be glorified. And guess what? He not going to use Esau to do it. He not going to use the Gentiles to do it. Even though they try to, you know, they open up these churches by way of Rome and stuff like that and they try to, you know, make it seem as if they the priests, look, he not going to use them to do it. He not going to use Esau, the people that call themselves Jews, to do it. He going to use his very people that he chose from the beginning, the ones that done profaned his name, he going to take them same people and he going to use them to clean his name up. Why? Because we going to turn back to his word and we going to represent represent the Lord the right way, sisters and brothers.

But now, let's go a little further. Let's move over to Genesis 17. We're going to take this back to the beginning. See how this all started, who the covenant was given to. Genesis 17. Genesis 17. And we're going to pick this up at uh verse 15. Genesis 17 and verse 15. Terry, let me show you something when you come out. Genesis 17:15. When you get it, go and read that for me.

"And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai, thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name shall her name be. And I will bless her, and give thy son also of her. Yay, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations. Kings of people shall be of her."

"Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto me, unto him that is a hundred years old, and sea shall Sarah that is 90 years old, bear? And Abraham said unto God, said unto God, Oh, that Ishmael might live before thee. And God said, Sarah, thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed, and thou shalt call his name Isaac, and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him."

Okay? So now, one thing we have to understand, the Lord established a covenant with Abraham. And from Abraham, Abraham didn't didn't have, you know, anybody else to carry on his name at the time, you know. So the Lord had made this let him know that he was going to have a child and by him being so old, he, you know, thinking, you know, this how is that going to happen, you know, so Sarah, she wasn't getting pregnant, so they just came up they concocted a a plan of their own. So Sarah's handmaid Hagar, Sarah gave Hagar to Abraham and he slept with her and they had a son and his name was Ishmael. So, you know, you think, "All right, well, Lord, I got a son now, Ishmael. Let let's let's go ahead and let everything run down through him." Sisters and brothers, that, you know, it's pro that that probably wasn't thinking in their mind, which is why if you look at verse uh verse n, well, 18, thank you. It said, "And Abraham said unto God, Oh, that Ishmael might live before thee." Right? Then it says, "And God said, Sarah, thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed." So, in other words, like when when Abraham had had a son with with Hagar, he thought, "Look, that that's enough right there. We don't got to, you know, we don't got to do no more. Why don't we just go ahead and pass it down to Ishmael?" Well, first off, they did something that out outside of what God had told them anyway, right? Because the child that was going to be born was going to be between Abraham and Sarah, not Hagar. So now today, when you look around, Ishmael would be more of, you know, Islamic nation and Arabs and stuff like that. Sisters and brothers, look, the covenant wasn't given to them. You have you have even even brothers or or black folk that partake in that doctrine, which is a false doctrine. If you look into it, if you look into it, you'll see it's a false doctrine. It's a it's a bunch of hogwash. And one day I'm one day we going to look into it. I'mma bring a Quran in here. We going to do a breakdown and I'm going to show y'all exactly what I mean. When y'all see what's in that book, y'all going to realize why I call it trash. 'Cause the book don't do nothing but mock the Bible, sisters and brothers. It makes a big mockery of the word of God. But the Lord didn't give it to Ishmael. The Lord gave the covenant to Isaac, sisters and brothers. And that's what we got to run down. We got to take it all the way back and see who this covenant is being passed down to.

So, like it says here, verse 17, read it again for me.

"Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is 100 years old? And shall Sarah that is 90 years old, bear? And Abraham said unto God, Oh, that Ishmael might live before thee."

Uh-huh. So, they kind of, like I said, they, you know, she she outside of the time of of her bearing children, you know, so they took it as like this impossible. But it ain't nothing impossible with the Lord, right? Nothing impossible with God. But Abraham said unto God, "Oh, that Ishmael might live before thee." And what did God say in 19?

"And God said, Sarah, thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed."

That's right. So, it's going to happen, right? He says, "Sarah, thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed." And what else?

"And thou shalt call his name Isaac."

Uh-huh.

"And I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant."

Go ahead.

"And with his seed after him."

Okay. So, that's what we also got to point out right there. So the Lord is going to establish the covenant with Isaac, right? And not only with Isaac, what else did he say, brother Nemite?

"And with his seed after him."

Oh, and with his seed after him, right? So Isaac's going to have some children as well. And then guess what? That seed's going to pass down to that lineage, sisters and brothers. What else it say?

"And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee. Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly. 12 princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation."

That's right. So, the Lord ain't going to, you know, the Lord's still going to hearken to to Abraham, and you know, like because that that is that is his son, right? Ishmael is his son. But at the same time, still, what he going to say in 21?

"But my covenant will I establish with Isaac."

But no matter what, still, I'm I'mma make sure Ishmael is good. I'm gonna make sure he's straight. But my covenant will I establish. Establish with who?

"Isaac."

With Isaac. He ain't even here yet. Notice what it say. Uh, keep reading.

"With Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year."

That's right. He wasn't even in the picture. But the Lord let him know, I'mma establish a covenant with Isaac, the one that's going to be born around this set time next year, sisters and brothers. So, that's what we got to find. We got to see how this covenant is moving down, sisters and brothers. You know, because at the same time, you know, things in the Bible that took place with the children of Israel, we should be able to identify them. We should be able to identify them. Identify them as far as who they are and also who is the one that's still connected to this covenant, sisters and brothers.

But he said verse 20, "And as for Ishmael, I've heard thee. I'mma bless him. I'mma make him fruitful, multiply him exceedingly. 12 princes shall he beget." But 21, which is what all of all of us need to be paying attention to, especially, you know, people that are out there trying to partake in Islam and stuff like that, realize that look, the covenant didn't even go to them. What it is though, we we just want to we just want to grab onto something that looks righteous, that feels good. But look, even Islam, they doing stuff that the God gave us, sisters and brothers. But I can understand. I can understand because when you've been when you uh get sick and tired of being sick and tired, especially as a young a young man or a young adult and and in the Israelite community, when you tired of all the atrocity that's going on and then you trying to get understanding from the preachers, they ain't telling you nothing. You just want to go find something that that kind of attaches to you, that kind of makes you feel like you somebody, right? You know, something that has some type of discipline because mainly what's going on today, ain't nobody really tying any type of discipline to the word. You know, they just jump in the New Testament. Then we have this old sweet Jesus that loves everybody. Do anything you want to do. Just ask for forgiveness when you get done. But when you get understanding on the word, you'll realize that's look, the real discipline, the law enforcement comes from the God of this Bible, sisters and brothers. But he say, "My covenant will I establish with Isaac, which shall bear unto thee at the set time next year."

Genesis 26. Abraham is now dead. And Isaac is in the picture. He's a grown he a man now, an adult now. And notice what it's going to be said to him. Genesis 26 and pick this up at uh verse one. 20 uh Genesis 26 and verse one. All right, go ahead and read that.

"And there was a famine in the land besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Amalecch, king of the Philistines, unto Gah."

Aim, what did I say?

"Aimilec."

"King of the Philistines unto Gath."

"And the Lord appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt. Dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of. Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee. For unto thee and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I swear unto Abraham thy father. And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven."

But now notice now notice what what's being told to to Isaac, right? Same thing. When you go back to Genesis 15, you read it on your own, you'll be able to see that the Lord let him know Abraham's going to be a father of many nations. And in addition to this covenant, it's a land mass that's going to come with it, sisters and brothers. You know, the land m the land we're talking about, Jerusalem, that's g that that's a part of that covenant. You know, it's, you know, you hear some of the Bible, we call it the promised land, don't we? See, see, the thing about what we kind of comprehend about the promised land or what we've been told the promised land was is that we going off to heaven somewhere. But no, it's exactly what the Lord say. It's it's a land, sisters and brothers. And guess what? It's called the promised land because it was a part of the covenant. Promise and covenant, one and the same. Oath, one and the same. The Lord appeared unto him in verse two and said, "Go not down into Egypt. Dwell in the land which I should tell thee of. Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee. For unto thee and unto what else?"

"Thy seed."

"And thy seed. Now I will give all these countries, keep reading."

"And I will perform the oath which I swore unto Abraham thy father."

That's right. So he going so so now this is being told to Isaac because it's it like like Abraham was told it was going to be unto him Isaac and unto his seed, right? And what else it say?

"And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy sea all these countries, and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed."

That's right. So now essentially what's going to happen? What's going to come out of the seed of Isaac, sisters and brother? Well, I ain't going to jump the gun. I ain't going to jump the gun. I'm I'mma wait because like I said, we just we we running it down. But he said, "I'mma make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries, and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed." What else it say?

"Because that Abraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws."

Okay. So, so the reason why the Lord is saying this to Isaac, why he's going to get that covenant, he say? Because that Abraham did what?

"Obeyed my voice."

Now, he ain't just stop right there, did he? Because you know it it if you leave it right there, you know that kind of puts it in the the mind of man to make it seem like, you know, we just, well, I did what the Lord said. You know, the Lord told me to do this. He told me to go there and I listened. I did what he said. I heard a voice tell me to go here. No. Uh-uh. It is telling you exactly what Abraham obeyed, right? It said, "Because that Abraham obeyed my voice and did what?"

"And kept my charge."

And kept my charge. Keep reading.

"My commandments, my statutes, and my laws."

But y'all y'all see that? Y'all see what this what this covenant or this oath promise was based on? What it's established on? It's established on obedience. Obedience to what though? Obedience to God's charge, his commandments, his statutes, and his laws. And people want to have the faith of Abraham, but don't don't want to do what Abraham did. How we going to call ourselves heirs according to the promise, but at the same time don't want to keep God's law? That's what Abraham did, didn't he?

But now turn over to uh next chapter 27. I just find that strange. Find that strange. It's good that the Lord woke us up and, you know, and allowed us to come into his word so.

We can see that everything has to go together, sisters and brothers. You know, we definitely got to have faith first and foremost. But at the same time, you got to do some works as well, right? Got to do some work.

You look at what Abraham did. Abraham had faith, you know, but it it wasn't just it wasn't just blind faith. It wasn't just faith to the point where, you know, it was just talking. Well, Lord, I believe I believe that we gonna have some children. I believe that I'm gonna have a son. You know, we gonna call his name Isaac. And you know through his seed all nations going to be blessed. I believe that Lord. But no, you look at what Abraham had to do. Abraham had to circumcise everybody in this household, didn't he? Abraham was old, sisters and brothers. He had to circumcise himself. Not only that, the Lord told him to take Isaac up on the mountain and kill his son, didn't he? And he ain't bad now. He was going to take his son up there and and and take him out. Even Isaac was like, "What? Well, Dana, where the lamb at?" He's like, "Don't worry about it. Lord will provide." Until then, you about to get it. And then that angel came was like, "Hey, we we now I know." That's what the Lord said. Now I know seeing that you have not withheld your your only son from me. But he had to do some he had to put some some some some uh uh some works with that faith, didn't he?

Likewise, sisters and brothers, same exact thing. We believe in God for salvation. and we believe in God that he going to give us eternal life and stuff like that. So, guess what we got to do? We got to put some works with that faith, don't we? We got to put some works with it. We can't just uh, you know, talk about it. We have to be about it, sisters and brothers.

But Genesis 27 and pick this up at verse 24. Now, now Isaac is old, sisters and brothers, and he got two sons. He got two sons that came into the picture. Jacob and Esau. Esau being born first, the eldest son. First and foremost, they were twins, but Esau came out first, sisters and brothers. So, he'd be the the eldest brother and uh obviously the the firstborn, you know, the inheritance supposed to go to the firstborn, right? But God did something completely different. So, let's see what it says here because now now now Isaac is old and it's time for him to give out this give out the uh the birthright and the blessing. So, Genesis 27 and pick it up at verse 24.

What did that say, brother?

"And he said, 'Art thou my very son, Esau?'"

"I am."

"Bring it near to me and I'll eat of my son's venison."

So, so what we got going on here? We got, you know, we got Jacob. Well, Isaac, you know, he old now and he wanted to go ahead and pass the blessing out, you know, bless bless his son before he die. So, he told Esau to go get some venison that he loved, prepared for him and stuff like that so he can bless him. And Rebecca heard it. So, the mother heard it. When she heard it, she told she jumped on it because before these two sons were born, you know, the Lord let her know based on the fighting that was going on inside her womb, the Lord let her know that you got two nations inside your womb. And the elder going to serve the younger sisters and brothers. The younger in this case is Jacob because he came out he came out last. Esau came out first. But the Lord is gonna, you know, he gonna flip he gonna flip the script. He gonna give the blessing to the younger. So now that now that it's time for this blessing and birthright to be passed out, you know, Esau, he went to go do what his dad said. His mother Rebecca heard it. So she went on and concocted and put some things together. She going to put some hair on, she put hair on uh uh Jacob cuz Esau was a hairy man. You know, Jacob like he said, "But I'm a smooth man." So she put some hair on him and stuff like that and made that venison real quick and gave it to Jacob. And Jacob goes inside to give it to his father now. And that's what we picking up at. So read that again. Verse 24.

"And he said, 'Art thou my very son, Esau?'"

"I am."

Now, now Jacob just going along, Jacob going along with what his mama told him to do. If you read earlier up, probably about four or five scriptures up, you'll see that Jacob told his mama, he said, "Mom, I I can't do this." you know, and his mama said, "Do it. Let the sin be on me." So now he in there, you know, in front of his father and he just going along with it. His mama said, "Let the sin be on me." She knew exactly what the Lord had told her when these two uh uh these boys was fighting in her womb, sisters and brothers. So now the blessing is being put on the table and the younger one got going in there to get it. But it was all orchestrated by the mother. And I know it may seem strange to us because people say even now today, you know, Jacob was a suppler. Look, first and foremost, when you read the Bible, you will see that Esau went out hunting one day. Jacob was back at the crib, you know, just my words, you know, cooking some beans or something like some lit some beans or something. Hey, Esau come back from out there hunting. He hungry now. And he come up to Jacob like, "Hey, Jacob, man, let me get some of them beans." And Jacob said he cuz he said, "I'm about to die." And Jacob said, "Well, sell me your birthright." And did Esau sell a birthright or not? He did.

He sold it, didn't he? So, right then and there, that's when that right then, look, Esau should have went and told his dad that uh, you know, when you get old, you want to pass out a blessing, it belonged to Jacob. That didn't happen. But, you know, most people don't read that part. They automatically make it seem like Jacob is is, you know, is just wicked or something. And the name means suppler. But guess what, though? The Lord changed his name to Israel. So just understand that anything seem like it's tied to us, they make it negative, don't they? When Esau the dirty one, sisters and brothers, Lord say you hated Esau because he despised his birthright. Nobody talk about that.

But verse 25, go ahead.

"And he said, 'Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son's venison that my soul may bless thee.'"

And he brought it near to him, and he did eat.

And he brought him wine and he drank.

And father Isaac said unto him, "Come near now and kiss me, my son."

Cuz he trying to do some things like like uh Isaac has gotten so old that he he's relying on on his senses now. You know, he trying to figure out is this actually Esau, you know, cuz like I say, he getting old, eyes them went dim and stuff like that. So he trying to see like you you sound like Jacob man but you hairy like Esau. He said come here let give me a kiss. Let me let me kiss you right quick cuz he trying to check one more time.

What else to say?

"And he came near."

"And kissed him. And he smelled the smell of his raignment."

See he see even Esau got a smell don't he? He smell like outside. I the Bible the Bible tell you that right? He smell like the field. But his mama hooked it up. Sisters and brothers, she hooked it up real good. His father Isaac said unto him, "Come now near now and kiss me my son."

What else it say?

"And he came near and kissed him."

"And he smelled the smell of his raignment and blessed him and said, 'See the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the Lord hath blessed.'"

That's right. So, so at this point, you know, like I say, Isaac is relying on what senses he does have left, right, to try to figure out whether or not this is Jacob or Esau. And based on the smell that, you know, that the mother put together by putting those different types of hairs on them and stuff like that, then Isaac was like, well, you know, I guess it's him. That's why he said, see, the smell of my son is as a smell of a field which the Lord had blessed. Go ahead and read.

"Therefore God give thee of the dew of the heaven and the fatness of the earth and plenty of corn and wine."

So now the blessing is being passed out ain't it? He giving it he giving a blessing to Jacob sisters and brothers. So it say therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven and the fatness of the earth and plenty of corn and wine. What else it say?

"Let people serve thee and nations bow down to thee. Be lord over thy brethren and let thy mother sons bow down to thee. Cursed be everyone that cursseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee."

Now, now, so we don't even need to look at Esau. We just wanted to point out now that first off, it was given to Abraham, right? Given to Abraham, then it was given to Isaac. And now that Isaac is getting old, who is it going to?

Jacob.

It went to Jacob, right? Okay. So, that's that that's how we taking it all the way down. The covenant is passed down to Jacob.

Now, sisters and brothers, let's go over to Exodus. See, the Bible is airtight. We don't have to we don't have to uh make up things on our own and none of that. You know, we just we just follow the Bible like it is. And Lord, he show us what he show us everything he want us to know. Sisters and brothers, it becomes a problem when you take the Bible off the table, though. You know, you take the Bible off the table, then it's just left up to mankind with all types of opinions. And the sad thing about that, people fall for those opinions. People listen to that. But you got to be able to open up the Bible and prove things out of the word.

Exodus one and pick this up at verse one. What it say, brother?

"Now these are the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt. Every man in his household came with Jacob."

Okay. So now Jacob had some children, didn't he? That's why I say said now these are the names of the children of Israel which came into Egypt. At this point Jacob name is now Israel. He wrestled with the angels sisters and brothers you know and at that point that's when his name got changed to Israel. It means to have power with God and with man sisters and brothers. And guess what that name also follows us. Jesus that's his name also. So this ain't just some name that you take lightly. But he said, 'Look now the these are the names of the children of Israel which came into Egypt. Every man in his household came with what?'

With Jacob.

Came with Jacob. So keep in mind now the covenant going to be passed down from Abraham to Isaac and to his seed, right? Then under Jacob. And guess what? And it's going to be passed down to his seed as well. In this case, we got 12 sons, sisters and brothers. Go and read verse two.

Reuben.

Simeon, Levi, and Judah.

Issachar, Zebulon, and Benjamin. Dan and Nathali, Gad and Asher.

"And all the souls that came out of the lawns of Jacob were 70 souls."

That's right. Go ahead.

"For Joseph was in Egypt already."

Right. So, we got the 12 tribes right here, don't we? these 12 tribes right here like it says Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Essar, Zebulon, Benjamin, Dan, Napali, Gad, and Asher, and also Joseph because he was already in Egypt when Jacob came down there, sisters and brothers. Matter of fact, he was he was governor over Egypt during that time, second in charge to Pharaoh. But these are the 12 tribes. These are these are the 12 sons that came out of Jacob. And guess what happened with these individuals? The covenant is now passed down to them, sisters and brothers.

So now let's look at Deuteronomy 7. Deuteronomy 7. Deuteronomy 7. Now the Lord is by way of Moses letting them know mainly what to do what they need to do uh going into the land stay on the up and up how they can continue to be blessed sisters and brothers if they just be obedient. Deuteronomy 7, pick it up at verse 6. What it say?

"For thou holy people unto the Lord thy God. The Lord thy God has chosen thee to be a special people unto himself above all the people that are upon the face of the earth."

That's right. So now when you look around all the different inhabitants of the world, sisters and brothers, everybody don't have this label that comes with them. There's one nation of people that has this that that follows them. And uh great responsibility comes with this with with this nation, sisters and brothers. And it's not as if it's knocking anybody else off. It's not like it's not like, you know, by this being established that it's saying that nobody else can get salvation. That's not what it's saying. But from the very start of it, the Lord going to start it off with his people first, sisters and brothers. So that's what he's saying. He say, "For thou are an holy people unto the Lord thy God." This is Moses talking, but you know, Lord let Moses know what to say or know what's going on. Moses don't just make up stuff on his own. He said, "The Lord thy God have chosen thee to be a special people unto himself above what?"

All the people.

Some people.

All the people.

You sure say that?

All.

He said above all people, didn't he?

Now, think about that, though. Just think about how how they may how that might ring in the minds of the world after you done dogged this people out for so long. dogged them out, brought them into worldwide captivity, beat them down, done them, put all different type of obstacles in our way to try to keep us from prospering as a nation of people. And then you have to turn around and eat crow because you find out that this very people that you done dogged out is the Lord's people. And that's what's happening, sisters and brothers. That's what we starting to see. We starting to see this awakening. And you know, and some people, you know, we we we ain't really got a stamp on it like like you know, somebody come behind us and you know, verify. Not yet. But we know being in the word and what's happening with us, we know that look, this ain't this ain't something that anybody can just come up with. You know what I'm saying? How how you take a nation of people that's been sleep for so long, then out of nowhere, they just start waking up, turning back to the Bible. And not only do they turn wake up and start turning back to the Bible, but they start understanding things in the Bible that the very people that's been beating them down can't even understand. You got to know that this is coming from God. It's just a matter of time before he return. He going to put his stamp on it, sisters and brothers. But he say, "For thou are holy people unto the Lord thy God. The Lord thy God have chosen thee to be a special people unto himself above all people that are upon the face of the earth." Eight billion people in the world, right? Somewhere around there, give or take. And he say this nation of people above everybody else. What else it say?

"The Lord did not set his love upon you nor choose you because you were more in number than any people. For ye were the fewest of all people."

Uhhuh.

So it went it went like he did that because it's a lot of us, right? That's what he say. He say the Lord did not set his love upon you nor choose you because you were more in number than any people because like he say for you were the fewest of the people of all people. What else does it say?

"But because the Lord loved you. And because he would keep the oath which he met he had swore unto his fathers."

Oh wait a minute now. He say but because the Lord loved you and he would do what?

He would keep the oath which he has sworn unto your fathers. So, like I said, the oath and promise and covenant, one and the same. So, this is why the Lord still got this covenant move going going on because look, Abraham kept this Abraham did his part, right? Then, of course, Isaac did his part. Jacob did his part. And guess what? It's going to be passed down to the seed. The seed messed up, but at the same time, the Lord still gonna fulfill his end of the deal because everybody else, Abraham, Solomon Abraham, he did what he's supposed to do. It's just that it done got down to the sons and we we tripping ain't it? You know how it go. You know how it go. You have you you raise some kids in the house and some of them may go, you know, go awall mentally. You know what I'm saying? Go a little crazy. Well, that's what Israel did. We lost our mind. But guess what? Because of Jacob, because of Abraham, I mean, Isaac and Abraham, look, they did their job. So, this covenant is still on the table, sisters and brothers. It just so happened that the Lord going to clean us back up and we, you know, we going to get back on the on the job. But he say, "But because the Lord loved you and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, have the Lord what?"

Hath the Lord brought you out with a mighty hand?

"And redeem you out of the house of bondment from the hand of Pharaoh, king of Egypt."

That's right. Keep reading.

"Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God. The faithful God which keep keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations."

Oh, you see that though? So, no matter what that covenant is still good, ain't it? Covenant is still good. It just, you know, we like I said, we turning back and we starting to put everything back on the table. Starting to bring everything back to back back to in a sense remembrance. You know, things that the Lord had put in the word long time ago. It's like now he using the same people to bring it to life. Sisters and brothers. He said, "Know therefore that the Lord that uh uh that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keep covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations." Right? So how we don't got to keep no law? Y'all see that? See, we can't go into the New Testament and try. First and foremost, Testament also means covenant. It's not that. It's not that the New Testament is is without any type of law, sisters and brother. It's the same law. The difference is it's the blood that's the difference, sisters and brothers. See, the covenant was they came into the covenant in Exodus 24. You'll see they came into the covenant by way of the blood of animals. Then they broke that covenant and then later on Jesus came which is how all the nations going to be blessed. That's going to be that seed that's going to come out of Isaac and all the nations through that seed going to be blessed sisters and brothers. But when he die when Jesus die and shed his blood that right there that's going to bring us into the new covenant now. And then essentially you know when the Lord get back he going to take Israel out to the wilderness. And we not talking about, you know, not talking about us that are awake now. We talking about, you know, our brothers and sisters that don't have nothing to do with the word right now, you know, still dealing with idolatry and stuff. When the Lord get back, he going to gather them to the wilderness. And guess what they going to do? They going to have to come under the rod into the bond. Come on. They going to pass under the rod and they going to come right into the bond of what? The covenant, sisters and brothers. Still going to be on the table. And the ones that don't want to do it, he gonna knock them off in the wilderness. sisters and brothers. But that covenant is still going to be good. We just happen to partake in the covenant now with our baptism. We come under the blood now. We don't got to pass under the rod when Jesus get back. Why? Because we passing under the rod now. That's what that water represent. Don't let nobody tell you ain't got to go down in the water. Look, Jesus went down the water, didn't he? Even John was kind of shook like like like how how is it that I'm baptizing you? And Jesus told John, we talking about God in the flesh. He told John the Baptist, he said, "Look, suffer to be so now, for thus it becometh us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he went down into the water, sisters and brothers. So how we going to wake up and say that now we don't have to be go down in the water to get baptized? You know, that's individuals waking up on the wrong side of the bed, throwing out the baby with the bath water. Like I say, they don't want to have nothing to do with what the Gentiles do. They say, "Well, the Lord going to baptize you with the word." Yeah, he going to clean you up with his word. However, that outward expression of you believing in him, you going to have to go down that water, sisters and brothers. Do it now, do it later. But I I suggest you do it now. You ain't guaranteed to make it to the end. But he say, "Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keep covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations." What else?

"And repaireth them that hate him to their faith. to destroy them. He will not be slack to him that hated him."

Uhhuh.

to destroy them.

Go ahead.

He will not be slack to him that hated him.

You see that? He said he repayed them to their face. Now he said repay them that hate him to their face to destroy them.

What else he say?

"He will not be slack to him that hated him."

"He will repay him to his face."

That's right. Go ahead.

"Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments and the statutes and the judgments which I command thee this day to do them."

Go ahead.

"Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep and do them, that the Lord thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he swore unto thy fathers."

Oh, you see that? So once again, we just we got to do like our father Abraham, right? He said, "Wherefore it shall come to pass if you hearken to these judgments and do them that the Lord thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he swore unto thy fathers." What else?

"And he will love thee and bless thee and multiply thee."

So obviously if you don't do it, the opposite of love thee is what?

Hate.

Hate, ain't it? He says he will love thee and bless thee. Then he says, "And multiply these." So in other words, you know, we'll just be multiplying as a nation, won't we? If we just be obedient, sisters and brothers, that that that's why you have to you got to sit down and just and question what you being taught if you not dealing with the word, the true word of God. You got to question that. It don't even make sense in the world. You get put over by the police or you do something wrong, you stand before the judge and you done did something wrong, but you tell them we ain't got to keep no law. They like, "Okay, well, go ahead, lock them up." But when it come to God, we don't got to we don't got to do we just do anything we want to do. How's it man mentally, you know, got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got the sense enough to set up laws, statutes and ordinance inside the world that they that the Lord has given into their hand. How how they got the common sense to do that? But God run the whole world and he don't put no laws and nothing on the table. That don't make sense, sisters and brothers. That's why you got to question people that are telling you that you ain't got to keep no law. That's why I say it's a blessing that the Lord allow us to see, you know, the truth, sisters and brothers. Understand it. But he say he going to love thee and bless thee and multiply thee. He will also bless the fruit of thy womb. What else it say?

"And the fruit of thy landuh, thy corn and thy wine and thine oil, the increase of thine kind."

Where at? I'm keep reading. I'm sorry.

"And the flocks of thy sheep."

Where at?

"In the land which he swore unto their f thy fathers to give thee."

Oh, Jerusalem. Ain't it?

So now if we don't do that, guess what? He gonna get us up out of there. Now, obviously, we had to get taken up out of there in order for it to be a homegoing, right? But look how everything originate. The covenant, you know, now now at this point right here, they getting ready to go into the promised land. They ain't got there yet. But but Moses is just laying everything out for them to know how they need to behave inside the promised land. And if they do what they supposed to do, every everything going to be just fine. Gonna be just fine.

But now, let's move over to uh Nehemiah. Nehemiah Nehemiah 9 and let's see them they going into the promised land now and at this point right here you know Nehemiah them just reading this among the people at this point they done made the Lord upset when they got kicked out but notice at some point Israel did walk into the promised land which is what I wanted to point out right here Nehemiah 9 and pick this up at verse 21, Nehemiah 9 and verse 21. And once they once Nehemiah come among the people cuz they kind of like we are, you know, we turn back to God after so long of well, ain't nobody been in captive as long as we have. But they had it. They was experiencing something at this time, you know, and King Cyrus, it might have been King Cyrus at this point right here. But but they uh you know, they coming back getting ready to go back and rebuild Jerusalem. And as they get ready to do that, they they looking in the Bible at some of the things that that was going on during before they got into this situation, sisters and brothers. And Nehemiah starting to read it off to them. So pick it up at verse 21. What it say?

"Yea. 40 years did it thou sustain them in the wilderness."

Uhhuh. Talking about when Israel came out of captivity to the Egyptians. He said, "Yeah, 40 years that thou sustain them in the wilderness so that what?"

So that they lack nothing.

Uhhuh. Kiri,

"Their clothes wax not old and their feet swell not."

That's right. Now, keep in mind though, you know, this something for us to always pay attention to cuz I know I know people be asking about, you know, even even when we go to the wilderness, Lord willing, the first time to escape great tribulation. You ain't got to take nothing with you. You ain't got to take nothing with you. We talking about three and a half years during the great tribulation. Then when the Lord get back, he got an additional three and a half years he going to deal with his people in the wilderness, right? The ones that haven't made that covenant. But still, if he able to take care of Israel in the wilderness for 40 years, you ain't got to take nothing there for three and a half years. Look, he going to be just fine. The Lord going to provide everything, ain't he? That's why it says here, "Yeah, 40 years thou sustain them in the wilderness." We talking about God. He can provide anything. So that they lack nothing, their clothes wax not old, and their feet swelled not. What else to say?

"Moreover, thou gavest them kingdoms and nations, and didest to divide them into corners. Uh, so they possess the land of Zion, and the land of the king of Heshbahu, and the land of A, king of Bashan."

That's right. So, I wanted to point out here because now we just seeing here, just we're just kind of looking back at what Nehemiah is looking at, but showing you that eventually the 12 tribes of Israel did actually walk into the promised land, sisters and brothers. Moreover, thou gave them kingdoms and nations, and did divide them in corners. So they possessed the land of Sion, and the land of the king of Heshbon, the land of Ah, king of Bashan. What Bashan? What else to say?

"Their children also multiply thou as the stars of heaven. And brother them into th accord concerning which thou hast promised to their fathers."

Oh, you see that? Wait a minute now. Because because like I said, now keep in mind that covenant, a part of that covenant is is the promised land, ain't it? Is Jerusalem. So, did they finally get in there? Notice what Nehemiah's uh uh uh point out to them. He said, "Their children also multiply uh multiplied thou as the stars of heaven, and brought them into the land concerning which thou had did what?"

That they should go in to possess it.

Oh, so they went into the promised land, didn't they? So now waking up right now today cuz we the Israelites. We going to show you that as well. But how is it that them those individuals, those Israelites, our forefathers, why they ain't in the land today? Because we end up disobeying. Our forefathers disobeyed and now we happen to be in this worldwide captivity, which is why we got to get back home to Jerusalem. But he's saying, "Brought them into the land concerning which thou had promised to their fathers that what?"

That they should go in to possess it.

Uhhuh. Keep reading.

"So the children went in and possessed the land."

That's right. So they went into the promised land. They possessed it, didn't they?

That's why it says here, "So the children went in and possessed the land." And what else?

"And thou sueest before them the habit, the inhabitants of the land."

That's right. So because you had other people in there. You look at Deuteronomy 7. You had the Amorites, Hittites, Jebusites, Hivites, you know, three more. Three, it was three more other nations, but total of seven other nations. And the Lord went in there just like like took them and moved them out the way and gave it to us. That's why I say they went in and possessed the land and subdued before them the inhabitants of the land. You already had some inhabitants in the land and Lord was like get out the way this for my people. He going to do the same thing too, sisters and brothers. See they see see they done been in the land so long they think it belong to them. He going to come back and get them up out of there as well. We going to see that. And gave them into their hands with their kings. talking about the people that was in the land before Israel got there. Once they got in there, look, the Lord took them all out the way and now they working for us. In other words, gave them into their hands with their kings and the people of the land that they what?

That they might do with them as they would.

That's right. So, so what happened? What happened to the point that we end up getting scattered? Let's go to Deuteronomy 28. Deuteronomy 28. And let's pick this up at verse one. Deuteronomy 28. In verse one, when you get it, go and read it for me.

"And it shall come to pass, if thou shall if thou shall hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day. That the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth."

That's right. So now now this this is, you know, us being set on high above all nations on the earth is is based on us doing what the Lord tell us to do. He said it's going to come to pass if thou shalt hearken diligently. That means we got to, you know, we can't be moving. Can't can't come off of it now. You can't be feeling like one day I want to serve God. One day I want to be obedient. The next day, you know, life done came hard at you. Now you don't want to do it. No, you got to diligently hearken, right? Come come to pass if thou hearken uh thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day that what?

That the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth.

Uhhuh. Keep reading.

"And all these blessings shall come on thee and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God."

I mean, look at that though. He said, "And all these blessings gonna come on thee and overtake thee like you gonna be surrounded and covered in number of blessings, ain't you?" This how it would have been. He said, "And all these blessings shall come on thee and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God." What else?

"Blessed shalt thou be in the city. And blessed shalt thou be in the field."

Well, look at that though. So being inside the land, we would have been good, wouldn't it? Would have been blessed in the city, blessed in the field. No matter what, we would have been straight across the board. All we had to do was just hearken. Hearken diligent and just be obedient. It's that simple. And the thing about it, sisters and brothers, you know what? Today, it's that easy as well. It's simplicity in Christ. Didn't we look at talk about that a few weeks ago? Easy is one, two, three. It's not that hard. All we got to do is be obedient. That's why I say, you know, hear all these talking heads, they be trying to figure out what's wrong with us, why we do this to each other, what it's going to take for us to change. Then we then we then we start talking about we need to we need to spend black dollars. Like I say all the time, ain't no don't talk to me about no black dollar with a white man face on a dollar bill. That don't make sense. It belong to the white man. Don't don't we? Think about it. We need to spend black dollar. Look Abraham Lincoln on there. Benjamin Franklin on there, man. How we going to spend black dollars? That ain't the answer. The answer is to what? Turn back to God. Ain't it? He said, "All these blessings shall come on thee and overtake thee. Thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. Skip down to verse eight. What it say?

"The Lord shall command the blessings upon thee and thy storehouses. And in all that thou setst thy mind their hand upon."

That's right. Everything you put your hand to. Matter of fact, he said the Lord going to command a blessing upon thee and thy storehouses. Ain't it?

Like in other words, you just going to have blessings all over the place. You can't even you can't stop it. You can't look. All you got to do is just just do what he tell you to do and you going to be covered in nothing but blessings. Lord said, "Command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses and in all that thou set thy hand to do unto." What else he say?

"And he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee."

That's right. Going into the land. He say, I'mma bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God give thee. Ke read.

"The Lord shall establish thee as holy people unto himself. As he hath sworn unto thee. If thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways."

But look though, we can't just do anything we want to do, right? We got to walk in his ways, sisters and brothers. Got to be obedient to his word. Going to establish us a holy people unto himself as he has sworn unto thee. If thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk how?

In his ways.

In his ways.

What it say in verse 12?

"The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasures, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand, and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shall not borrow."

Right? You won't be have to try to get no loan, to get a house, and get a car, and all that type of stuff. You'll be the one giving out the loan on it. Can we even imagine that? We've been at the bottom so long, we can't even think about like us. But it would have been that way, right? And it's not like it's impossible. You know why it's not impossible? because there's somebody else that we getting a loan from. Ain't you going to the bank? Somebody else is loaning you that money, sisters and brothers. But just imagine if we had been obedient. We would have been the one that had so much that we would have been lending out. He said, "The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain into thy land, and his season, and bless all the work of thy hand, and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shall not borrow." What else it say?

"And the Lord shall make thee the head and not the tail. And thou shalt be above only, and thou shall not be beneath."

That's right. So, he going to make us the head and not the tail. And the only thing we going to see is being at the top, ain't it? He said, "Thou shall be above only, and thou should not be beneath." Keep reading, "If that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them."

Uhhuh. Keep reading.

"And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day."

That's right. Cuz we going to hearken diligently. We're not going to go to the right hand. We're not going to try to turn away from it. Right. He said, "Thou shall not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day." What else? to the right hand or to the left to go after other gods to serve them.

That's right. So, you got to know if we don't do what he say, then all that good stuff that we read about, then you got to know that bad stuff is coming, right? That's to let you know you can't serve God any type of way, sisters and brothers. But on the other hand, guess what? Just like he got them blessings out there, on the other hand, guess what else? He got

Curses.

He got some curses. Look, it wouldn't be a blessing unless you had curses. Wouldn't be a curse unless he had some blessings, sisters and brothers. So on the opposite end of it, opposite end of the spectrum, notice what? Notice what the Lord is also going to let us know by where Moses if we happen to disobey. Verse 45, go and read that. What it say?

"Moreover, all these curses shall come upon thee and shall pursue thee and overtake thee till thou be destroyed. Because thou hearkenest not unto the voice of the Lord thy God to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee."

Uhhuh. Keep reading.

Because thou hearkenest not unto the voice of the Lord thy God to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee.

That's bad don't it? He say now now because he going to he laid them out starting at verse 15 get down to 16 and he going to itemize all the cur he laid it out one by one sisters and brothers and these curses looking at them you going to be able to identify who the Lord's people is. And matter of fact, that's what we going to look at today. That's why I got these these encyclopedias up here cuz we going to show you cuz cuz cuz without a doubt we going to be able to know who the Lord is talking about. See, they try to give us somebody else and make it seem like you know like like we not the people. But look at the end of the day all the stuff that we going to read about it happened to one people sisters. It didn't happen to nobody else. They want to try to change it now. Like I said they be trying to make it seem like well everybody went into slavery. Nah, let's No, let's not do that. Let's not do that because everybody for the most part can go back to where they came from and we'll be sitting there with our thumbs in our mouth trying to figure out where we going.

"Moreover, all these"

Curses shall come upon thee and shall pursue thee and overtake thee till thou be destroyed. Like so, so we disobey, it's going to be curses everywhere, sisters and brothers. Waking up at night, waking up in the morning, curses coming in your house, going outside, it's curses everywhere. That's why he said, moreover, all these curses shall come upon thee and shall pursue thee and overtake thee to what?

>> Till thou be destroyed.

And look, you, us being destroyed. We ain't talking about us being destroyed by some man, right? We talking about us being destroyed by God. That's bad right there. When the, when the very one that gave us life, that that that breathed the breath of life inside of this man, turned around and turned against us. Look, that's bad, sisters and brothers. That's why people can't figure out what is it? What, why, why do we do this? What's going on? Look, the Lord done put this curse on top of us. We the only one I know talk about we going to break generational curse. I have never heard an Asian. Never heard a white man. Never heard a, a Hispanic. I never heard them say to me, "Oh my God, I got to break these generational curses." Never heard it. You know why I hear that? I hear it in, in, in the, in the, our households. We be talking about breaking generational curses. Don't even know that we, we under the curse.

Moreover, all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed, because thou hearken not unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to what?

>> To keep his commandments.

>> And his statutes which he commanded.

That's right. Go ahead.

>> And they shall be upon thee for a sign, and for a wonder, and upon thy seed forever.

Oh, you see that? He say it's going to be for a sign, and for a wonder, upon thy seed forever. What else it say? Go ahead.

>> Because thou servest not the Lord thy God with joyfulness and with gladness of heart.

Go ahead.

>> For the abundance of all things.

So, we ain't going to just serve God any type of way, are we? He said, cuz you ain't doing it with a, with, with gladness of heart.

>> He said, because I serve not the Lord thy God with joyfulness and with gladness of heart for the abundance of all things.

What else it say?

>> Therefore shalt thou serve thy enemies.

So, you don't want to serve him with gladness. Guess what? You going to serve your enemies, ain't you? Then you going to call on the Lord.

>> Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which what?

>> Which the Lord shall send against thee? In hunger and in thirst.

Wait a minute. So, so, so he gonna send our enemies against us in hunger and in thirst and in what else?

>> And in nakedness.

So, in other words, everything that we get, all as far as food is concerned, water, clothes, all the different things we going to need to, to sustain ourselves, guess where we got to get it from? We got to get it from the enemy. Now, that's where we got to get it from. We had it. We were straight, right? But since we want to disobey, don't want to serve the Lord. Now, you going to serve your enemies. And everything you need, you gonna have to get it from them. Like I said, I ain't never seen a, a black man own no Walmart. And if they do, or a Kroger or Whole Food, if they do, that's an amazing feat, ain't it? Wow. A black man owns Walmart. You know why that's amazing? Cuz that ain't common nowadays, is it? It's not common. We'd be happy to keep a corner store open. But it didn't have to be this way, sisters and brothers.

He said, in hunger and in thirst and in nakedness and in want of all things. And what's going to happen?

>> And he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck.

>> Until he have destroyed things.

Look at that though. He going to put that yoke of iron on us until he have destroyed us, sisters and brothers. Skip down to verse 63 and 64 and then skip down to 68. What it say?

>> And it shall come to pass that as the Lord rejoice over you to do you good and to multiply you, so the Lord rejoice over you to destroy you.

Ain't that something? He say now, now, now just imagine the energy that the Lord had in rejoicing over us to do us good. He going to flip that around and rejoice over us to do us evil or to do us hurt. Ain't it? He said, "It shall come to pass that as the Lord rejoice over you to do you good and to multiply you, so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you and to what else?"

>> And to bring you to not.

Bring us all the way down to nothing, sisters and brothers. So much so that all we can say is that we, all we can say we black. We say we black. That look, when you look up black, that all negative connotations go with that as being black, sisters and brothers. And that is not a land. That's not a country. Where is black on the map? It's crazy how the Lord got all this stuff laid in the Bible. Then you got these lying preachers out here who would not teach the people the truth. That's why they, the one of the first things on the Lord's agenda when he get back, he going to tear these preachers up. But this is in the Bible for a reason. And they be the main ones. I'm talking about we be the main ones pushing these false doctrines. You can have a, you, you, you'll be better off having a conversation with a Gentile about the Bible. It's going to be more so a cordial conversation. They may disagree with you, right? But you can at least get somewhere. You want you sit down and talk to Israel, a black person about the Bible, it's going to be a big fight. It's going to be an argument. You say something about their pastor, they want to snap on you, sisters and brothers. When you trying to show them what the Lord was letting us know about what we can do to be successful, sisters and brothers, he said, "It's going to come to pass that as the Lord rejoiced over you to do you good and to multiply you, so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you and to bring you to not."

What else does it say?

>> And you shall be plucked from off the land.

You getting up out of Jerusalem. You getting out of Jerusalem. He said, "You going to be what?"

>> You ain't taking no ticket. You ain't get no plane ticket. You know, you ain't going to get on no train with no suitcases like Esau did. Look at Esau. You know, first off, they weren't even in the land. They, but, you know, they, they, they going back with suitcases and all that type of stuff. Like that was all a plot. And all these nations sitting behind, you know, keep on pushing that lie. Israel got plucked off the land, sisters and brothers. Like somebody came over there and snatched us off the land and put us on ships and sold us, sisters and brothers. But the Lord let us know that, right? Like this the real black history. The Bible lets us know what the real black history is. Mainly what we get today is we get the history when we get over here. It picks up here. That's what they give us now in education. And matter of fact, they probably removing that now. But I remembered all they told me was about, you know, what happened once we got here. They ain't say nothing about, they, and they did say black people sold black people. And it, it didn't make sense to me though. But now I understand. We going to show you what they meant by that. But he said they shall, you shall be plucked from off the land whether thou go to possess it.

What else it say?

>> And the Lord shall scatter thee among all people.

>> From the one end of the earth even unto the other.

But this is what happened. The question was, what happened? How do we end up getting out of our land? How do we end up being, you know, once our forefathers was in Jerusalem, now, one way or another, how do we end up out of there? Well, this is it. We disobeyed. And the Lord let us know, and this is the one of the major signs, right? He said, look, and the Lord shall scatter thee among all people from the one end of the earth, even unto the other.

What else you say?

>> And there thou shalt serve other gods.

That's right. K read. Which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.

That's right. So, he going to scatter us, right? He going to scatter us from all over the world, sisters and brothers. Skip down to verse six. How he going to scatter us? What it say?

>> And the Lord shall bring thee bring thee into Egypt again with ship.

Now, Egypt for Israel, first and foremost, would be synonymous with us being in captivity to the Egyptians the first time, right? So a lot of times, you know, sometimes in the Bible when you read about, uh, Exodus 20, think around verse one and two, Lord say, "I am the Lord thy God which have brought thee out of Egypt out of the house of what?"

>> Bondage.

Bondage. You'll see that in several places. Exodus 13 and 3 say the thing, same thing. Deuteronomy 6 and 2 say the same thing. Lord thy God which have brought thee out of Egypt out of the house of bondage. So in this case, right here, what he's saying is, he's saying, "The Lord shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships." Now, he's not talking about bringing us back into the Egypt that he just brought us out of, sisters and brothers. Cuz in verse 64, he said what? He said, "I'mma scatter you all over the world," didn't he? So seeing that he going to scatter us all over the world, now he's letting us know the mode of transportation that's going to be used to scatter us, sisters and brothers. And the way he going to scatter us, he going to put us on what?

>> Ships.

You going to put us on ships, sisters and brothers. And that's exactly how we got here.

>> And the Lord shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships.

What else it say?

>> By the way, whereof I spake unto thee.

>> Thou shall see it no more again.

That's right. We not going to see Israel no more cuz we going off into captivity. Now, we going to see it later on once Jesus get back. But as long as mankind is ruling the world, guess what? We going to be in captivity, sisters and brothers. Not going back home. Don't let no man try to tell you we need to all come together and get on, get on back. Look, when it's time, it's going to happen. Right now, it ain't time. We got locked up and they won't let us out. But we going to get out of this, right? We just in this captivity for now, sisters and brothers. And while we in, while we locked up like this, we got to turn back to our God and get back on the job. We supposed to represent God as a priest nation in the first place. So you're not going to just get out of your, get out of your punishment and act like you can't just, you know, want the Lord to set us free and then you forget about the job. No. Uh-uh. You going to get on your job. Then the Lord going to come back and get us out of this, right? But you going to get back on your job. You going to start representing him the right way. And that's what we starting to do. Lord shall bring thee to Egypt again with ships. By the way, wherever I spake unto thee, thou shall see it no more again. And once we get scattered throughout the world, what's going to happen?

What it say, brother?

>> And there shall ye be sold unto your enemies.

We gonna be what?

>> Sold unto your enemies.

To our friends.

>> To your enemies.

Gonna be sold unto your enemies, sisters and brothers. And that's exactly what happened when we got off them ships. We got sold.

>> That's why it says and there and there thou shall see it no more again. And there you shall be sold unto your enemies for what?

>> Bond men.

That's a male slave. What else it say?

>> And bond women.

That's a female slave. Keep reading.

>> And no man shall buy you.

In other words, ain't nobody going to set you free. You going to get sold. That's what he, he said at first, right? That's what he said. He said, "Thou shall see it no more again. There you shall be sold." So that's the first thing he said. You going to be sold unto your enemies. Then after that, he said, "And no man shall buy you." Like, ain't nobody going to buy you out of this captivity. Ain't nobody going to redeem you or set you free. So I don't care how many people come up and say this your year, you still in captivity. Can nobody say we gonna be in this situation until the Lord get back to set us free, sisters and brothers. So once you understand that, you stop kicking. You stop kicking. You just humble yourself and be obedient. And then guess what? The Lord make life a whole lot easier for us.

But now let's go look at something. We going to go to, uh, look at these encyclopedias here. World Book Encyclopedia. I'mma read some off to you guys. And this encyclopedia is World Book Encyclopedia S for slavery. And we going to see what, what they say slavery look like here. You know, we don't really, you know, we try to show people who we are, try to turn back to God and stuff like that. And they people say, "You don't know your DNA and all that." You look, first off and first and foremost, the Lord let us know that the curse is going to be the sign, not your DNA, right? It's going to be curses that's going to sit on this people which is going to identify who the Lord is referring to. So you could do a blood test all day. It don't even matter. Jeremiah 17 let us know we was going to discontinue from our heritage. So when we got over here, when we got sold throughout the world, look, they split families up, sisters and brothers. They wouldn't, they wouldn't say where the whole family go together. They didn't care about that. You, we were slaves. So obviously, guess what? We not going to know who we are. But these signs going to sit on top of us like white on rice. And we going to identify some of them.

So it says here, page 415, slavery is a practice in which human beings are owned by other human beings. A slave works for his master or owner without pay, although he receives food, clothing, and shelter. Slavery has exist, has existed for thousands of years. The earliest slaves included debtors and people captured in warfare. Some historians consider early slavery a forced step towards civilization because at one time conquerors simply killed their prisoners. Early slaves belonged to many races. Most later slaves were negroes. Then it says the later revival slavery in Europe slowly changed into serfdom and had almost disappeared by the 1300s. But during the 1400s, Portuguese explorers in Africa allowed several captured Moors to free themselves by giving the conquerors black slaves. I thought we was Moors. Y'all be hearing people say that, you know, they be acting like they can just do what they want to do. Look, we ain't no Moors.

Then it says, "Soon the Portuguese began began capturing African negroes and bringing them into Europe as slaves. The slave trade in 1516, King Charles I of Spain, gave colonists and slave traders permission to take slaves into the Spanish colonies in America. This trade was formalized through the Asiento, a contract between Spain and another country for furnishing negro slaves. Slavery soon developed into a profitable history. By the late 1770s, British ships were carrying about half of the slaves brought to America." What type of ships? Well, it say British ships, right? Okay. All right.

Further down it says, slavery in the United States beginning in the early 1600s because of the nature of farming in the north. Slavery was not profitable there. It became concentrated in the south where farming on large plantations formed the main industry. By 1860, there were about 3,954,000 negro slaves in the United States, nearly one-third of the total population of the 15 southern slave states. Most slaves worked as field hand, field hands in gangs. They planted, they planted, weeded, and harvested tobacco, rice, sugar, and especially cotton. Their hours were long like those white laborers. They, look, they call the white ones, they call them white laborers, don't they? Because they was getting paid for their labor. We were slaves, but we had the same hours. Their lab, their hours were long like those of white laborers at the time, generally lasting from sunrise to sunset. House slaves worked as servants in the master's house, had more privileges. An adult slave usually received a peck of corn and three or four pounds of salt pork, or bacon as his weekly food allowance. His master housed and clothed him. Right? Then, then the book say we g, we going to need them regard for nakedness and in food and and clo and want of all things. If the slave did not work or tried to run, run away, he might be punished. That was that right there.

We gonna go to another one. This one is, uh, World Book Encyclopedia N and O, page 106 through 108. Now these encyclopedias are old, but by the time I got in school, I think around 8th grade, you know, even as, even younger than that, you know, they was telling us this type of stuff in school, which is, you know, they don't really talk about it now, but just imagine you hearing this type of stuff. You know, I was just getting upset. I was, I mean, I hated it, man. But it's all good because now I understand though. If I understood, then I could have tied it all together. You know what I'm saying? But just imagine you feeding this to children and they just feel like, like, like you trying to build them up, but you just breaking them down. Feel like, like, what am I here for then? That's all we, that's all we did was just, we were just slaves. That's it. People just beat on us, sold us. But when you bring in the Bible, then you understand it. Then you realize that there's a way out of this situation, sisters and brothers.

But this one here is World Book Encyclopedia. And we looking at the part pertaining to it says Negro here. I know. Yeah, y'all see it up there. Negro. That's what's in the, uh, encyclopedia. So it says, "More than three-quarters of the 200 million, 210 million negro peoples of the world live in Africa." Now this is important. It says, "African negroes vary considerably in physical characteristics, but they generally have dark skin and brown eyes. Their dark hair, their dark hair tends to be woolly or very curly. Broad noses and thick lips are common. Oceanic negroes, however, have thin lips and have many pointed noses." But we going to show you who the oceanic negroes are as opposed to the African negroes. Okay.

Then it says here, "The slave trade of the 1400s to 1800s carried hundreds of thousands of African negroes." Remember that. Not oceanic. Oceanic negroes got what type of lips? Thin lips. Right. African negroes got what type of lips? And they got, Lord, and wide noses. Right. So it says here, "The slave trade of the 1400s to the 1800s carried hundreds of thousands of African negroes to North and South America." I'mma skip down. Then it says, "About 24 million Negroes live in South America, 22 million in in the United States." This is this old encyclopedia, so it's a lot of, a lot more now, right? But the Lord said we gonna get sent everywhere, didn't he? Then he says, uh, "22 million in the United States, 125,000 in Europe, about 32,000 Negroes live in Canada."

Then another section I'mma look at, it says, "From early days." From early days. Yep. Bring it on up, son. Huh? Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Cool. I'm, I'm, I'mma stay out way. I need, I need to mind. Y'all got it in there. So, I say, "Look, from early days, Arab slave traders bought or captured Negroes and sold them in North Africa or the Middle East. A few were sold in southern Europe. The slave trade of the Arabs in East Africa lasted for y'all." Y'all know we talking about, uh, the Arabs would be the Muslims, right? They sold us too. And we try to be, we try to take part in that mess. That's how you know we lost. "In the 1400s, European traders began to go to the west coast of Africa for slaves." One reason they would go to the west coast of Africa because our forefathers, you know, during the Roman persecution, we tried, we, we're running from the Romans and we ran down into Africa. And guess what Africans did? They pushed us further down into the west part, western part of Africa, sisters and brothers. So when the slave traders came, they came right to the west coast. They knew they, they knew we weren't the same people. They came and got the Negroes, the African Negro. It's a difference. We going, we going, we going to point it out.

"In the 1400s, European traders began to go to the west coast of Africa for slaves. With the discovery of the Americas, a cheap and plentiful labor supply was needed. As a result, the African slave trade became a profitable business. Portuguese, Dutch, French, and British traders took part in the traffic." Right? "Many New England families made fortunes in the slave trade."

Then it says, "Slave traders from Europe and America tapped the human resources of Africa for about 400 years. The Negro kings wage war on each other to capture slaves," which we know who that is. Them, them oceanic negroes. "The negro kings waged war on each other to capture slaves. They could sell or exchange with traders for guns, rum, which is alcohol, cloth, and many other items. In all, as many as 10 million African negroes are believed to have been carried to other parts of the world by the slave merchants. Aboard ship, the slave captives lived for weeks in filth and horror. Many were chained hand and foot and packed together in the holds so tightly they could hardly move." They was on ships though, wasn't they? See, you're going to find all this throughout history, sisters and brothers. The Bible being laid it out. But now that we starting to wake up and point it out, now everybody went look. No, no, the history don't show that everybody went through it. The history show you that the Negroes happened to fall up under this curse. Sisters and brothers, it ain't never happened to Esau. Look at, show me somewhere where Esau went on, went in slavery on ships. I ain't never heard that about no Jewish person going into slavery on those ships. Never. Not once in my life. It was always the black man.

"Many were chained hand and foot and packed together in the holds so tightly they could hardly move. Thousands died on the slave ships from brutal treatment and from disease. Sometimes slaves killed themselves, preferring death to their ordeal. The slave trade took various patterns. One of the most developed in the 1700 and 1800s. Traders loaded their ships with New England products. They then sailed to the West Indies and exchanged their cargos for sugar, molasses, and money. They returned to New England where the molasses was made into rum. Next, they went to Africa and traded the rum for slaves, which they took to the West Indies or to the southern colonies. They traded the slaves for sugar, tobacco, and molasses to be sold in New England."

Then it says, "Slave in America." We're going to skip down. "In colonial times." It says, "The first Negroes are brought to the English colonies in America in 1619. In that year, John Rolfe of Jamestown, Virginia, wrote in his journal that a Dutch ship sold us 20 what?" Y'all see that? "20 niggers." And then essentially became, right? At first, the colonists thought white indentured servants from England and Indians could supply their labor needs. So at first they was like, well, these white indentured servants from England, they, they can supply the needs that's necessary, right? But southern plantations needed many farm laborers to help raise tobacco and other crops. As a result, by the late 1600s, hundreds of negro slaves were being brought to the colonies each year.

But y'all did hear about one of the ways they were trading, right? They say they traded the slaves, excuse me, for tobacco, molasses to be sold in New England. Another place above that, they say they returned to New England where the molasses was made into rum. So they was trading, they was trading, you know, humans for product, right? Okay. All right. So, uh, one thing I want to show you on this page, we're going to go to the last book after this, but I want y'all to see this because this, this what I saw coming up in school. It's, uh, yeah, the picture right there. So it say, it say negroes who sell on it. It don't say Africans do it. Now we know it was African negroes, right? Based on the ones that got shipped off. But that's what I saw coming up. Let's see what that say. It says, "I would do what? I was sell by public auction on Tuesday of next court being the 29th of November 8. Valuable family servants consisting of one negro man, a first-rate field hand, one number one boy 17 years of age, a trusty house servant, one excellent cook, one housemaid and one seamstress. The balance are under 12 years of age. They are sold for no fault but in consequence of my going to reside north." Wow. Just like product, ain't it? He said, "I ain't a, ain't no reason for him selling." Like, in other words, they good. The car ain't broke. Ain't nothing wrong with it. I just don't need it no more. Also, a quantity of household and kitchen furniture, stable and light. Why? I got some furniture with it, too. E boy, I tell you, man. Okay.

Uh, it's one more book, ain't it? One more. Okay, man. Boy, they did us dirty, didn't they? Goodness gracious. So, this right here, I want to show you something. This right here is World Book Encyclopedia, uh, H. And one thing I want to point out right here, this is, uh, like I see, page 31 of World Book Encyclopedia, and this is pertaining to the Hammites. Hamite is a member of a group that entered Africa from Asia long ago. In some areas, now, Hamites are, you know, Hamites, this where your Africans come from, your Ethiopians, your Egyptians, your Libyans, and Canaanites, right? It's another black nation of people, but it's not us. Got the same skin color, but we not the same people, sisters and brothers. It, it ought to make sense as to why when Africans come over here, they really don't like us like that. Everybody know who we are, but us. Hamite is a member of a group that entered Africa from Asia long ago. In some areas, the Hammites conquered the Negroes. So, so Hammites are Africans and they conquered the Negroes. So, we talking about, we not talking about the same people, but we look alike, but we not the same people, sisters and brothers. Some areas, Hammites conquered the Negroes and mixed with them. Now, y'all remember them Oceanic, uh, Negroes, right? How the Oceanic Negroes look? They had thin lips, right? And thin noses, right? The African Negroes had what? Why you got to say big lips, man? No. You could have said thick lips, man. And some areas, the Hammites conquered the Negroes and mixed with them. Ham, Hamites have narrow noses, thin lips, and brown skin. So that makes, that make up the oceanic negro, right? They didn't get sold, did they? What negroes got sold? The African Negroes, right? Two different people, sisters and brothers. And that's why I said on the slave block, it said Negroes for sale. But we know who it was. We talking about the African Negroes.

But now, let's get back to the Bible. Go to Jeremiah 21. We almost done. Just wanted to bring a little bit of history in, sisters and brothers, just to kind of show you things that they already had out there in books and stuff like that that that mainly goes unchecked. Sisters and brothers, Jeremiah 21, be walking around with dashikis and all that type of stuff and want to be a part of that. Look, we're not the same people. We're not the same people, sisters and brothers. We are the Israelites. Jeremiah 21, pick it up at verse three. What it say?

>> Then said Jeremiah unto them, thus shall ye say to Zedekiah.

>> Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Caldeanss which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemble them in the midst of this city.

That's right. So in other words, cuz at this point, keep in mind now, the Lord had made it clear by way of Moses that if we broke his commandment, we was going to get scattered, right? So now the Lord is fed up and our time is up as far as rulership is concerned. Now, now the Gentiles are coming into power and they getting ready to take us up out of the land, sisters and brothers. And all the fighting they get, that they trying to do, it ain't going to work. Lord gonna turn them weapons. You know, in other words, all the fighting they gonna try to do against the Gentiles, our forefathers is not going to work because we done messed up. That's why I say then say Jeremiah unto them, thus shall you say to Zedekiah, because Zedekiah wanted to know, you know, like, like, like petition the Lord on our behalf. Maybe he'll have some mercy on us. But verse 23, I mean, verse three, Jeremiah said unto them, because Zedekiah has sent some guys down there to talk to Jeremiah to see if maybe he can talk to the Lord. Lord have mercy. And it says, "Then Jeremiah said unto them, thus say you say to Zedekiah, thus sayith the Lord God of Israel, behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith you fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Caldeanss."

What else it say?

>> Which besieges you without the walls, and I will assemble them in the midst of this city.

That's right. Go ahead.

>> And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger and in fury and in great wrath.

That's right. Cuz it's too late now. Now, now, now the Lord is at the point where Israel are messed up to the point now all the stuff that we was reading about, you know, going into captivity and stuff, it's getting ready to go down now, sisters and brothers. It's going, like the, the process is getting ready to get started cuz now Nebuchadnezzar, the Gentiles are in power and they coming down into, uh, to Jerusalem. They're getting ready to take him out. What it say in verse six?

>> And I will smite the inhabitants of this city.

>> Both man and beast.

>> They shall die of a great pestilence.

>> And afterward says the Lord, I will deliver Zedekiah, king of Judah, and his servants and the people such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies.

That's right. Go ahead.

>> And into the hand of those that seek their life.

That's right. Because look, you know, they, they want to try to hold on. Israel want to try to hold on and hang inside the city as if, as if what the Lord say ain't going to come to pass. No, it's going to come to pass. Not only that, the Lord say, "I'mma fight against you now." So it ain't, so you kind of see it today. Even with what's going on with us now and how all these different things are happening to us, it ain't just like it, it's not like the Gentiles are just so great. They just so wise and they can just take down a nation of people without, like, like it was easy. No, they got God helping them, sisters and brothers. And once God is against you, look, you can't do nothing. You're not going to win that battle. But that's what happened when made the Lord upset. So it afterward in verse seven sayith the Lord, I would deliver Zedekiah, king of Judah, and his servants and the people and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword. The ones that survived from the pestilence, the ones that survived from the sword and the ones that made it through the famine, he said, "I'mma deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies and into the hand of those that seek their life."

What else it say?

>> And he shall smite them.

And he going to kill them. Go ahead.

>> With the edge of the sword.

>> He shall not spare them, neither have pity nor have mercy.

That's right. Go ahead.

>> And unto this people thou shall say.

So the Lord letting them know. Tell him. Tell him this. He said, "Unto this people, thou shall say what?"

>> Thus says the Lord.

>> Behold, I set before you the way of life and the way of death.

That's right. So, hey, in addition, now I'm still putting life out here. I'm, I'mma tell you how you can survive this. And if you don't listen, I'mma show you how you going to end up getting killed, too. Before I set before you the way of life and the way of death, he that abide in this city, what?

>> Shall I die by the sword.

That's right. Cuz you know how it go, like, like, like it, it, like they wasn't getting the picture. It's time for you. Look, it, you done messed up now. But they want to try to hold on. You know, that's just like the preachers nowadays. You can see Israel, you can see our nation. It's just messed up. But yet still you got a preacher saying it's going to be all right. Just pay your tithe. Everything going to work out. Yet still we still getting whooped. We still getting beat. Well, likewise, same thing going on this city here inside Jerusalem. They want to hold on. And the Lord like letting them know. I'mma tell you how you can live now. But I'm going to let you know how death going to come too. He that abide in this city shall die by the sword and by the famine.

What else he say?

>> And by the pestilence.

>> And he that goeth out and follow to the calm.

That's right. But, but if you go out, get out the city and and just give yourself over to the calm. You know why? Cuz your time is up now. You done messed up. The Gentiles, they ruling now, sisters and brother. And y'all about to get up out this land. And now if you want to live, you better give yourself over to the calm. But he that goeth out and fall to the calans, what?

>> That beseech you.

He shall live. Go ahead.

>> And his life shall be unto him for a prey.

But he going to live. Keep reading.

>> For I have set my face against this city.

You see that? The, the Lord say, "I set my face against this city." Talking about Jerusalem, right? He said, "For I set my face against this city."

What else?

>> For evil and not for good.

Go ahead, sayeth the Lord. It shall be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.

But look at that though. But, but you go back and look at the mercy of God. He has so much mercy on us. He kept giving us chance after chance after chance until finally he said, "You know what? I'm giving it over to the hand of Nebuchadnezzar. He going to burn this city with fire." And it's been in his possession even all the way down to now, sisters and brothers. But guess what? His possession of Jerusalem is almost up. That's it on that.

>> Yes.

>> Go over to Luke 21. Luke 21. Taking it over to the New Testament because, you know, some people just, you know, we got to brag in the New Testament to show you that look, the Lord or Jesus himself, first and foremost, is the one that was giving the prophets what to say, telling them what to say. And then when Jesus come in the flesh himself, a guy come in the flesh, he gonna let us know the same exact thing. Luke 21 and pick this up at verse 22. Luke 21 and verse 22. What did I say, brother?

>> For these be the days of vengeance.

Talking about what, what's going to happen to Israel. Now, you know, they asked him about, they asked Jesus about the end of the world. The Lord going, the Lord going to tell them about the end of the world. Matthew 24 going to let us know about his second coming as well. But in Luke 21, he going to let him know about the second coming, but he going to go more so into the destruction of Jerusalem. Then he going to take it down to the end. So it say, "For these be the days." Read 21 for me. What it say?

>> Then let them which are in Judea flee to the mountain.

When you see Jerusalem compass with armies, know that the desolation thereof is nigh. And that's what it means when he say verse 21. Then let them which are in Judea flee to the mountains.

What else?

>> And let them which are in the midst of it depart out.

>> Let not them that are in the countries enter therein too.

That's right. What's the problem?

>> For these be the days of vengeance.

>> That all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Oh, look at that. Cuz see, you go back to Deuteronomy 28. Look, the Lord had laid it out, sisters and brothers. Lord had laid it out. Even when Jesus came in the flesh, guess what? He was, look, Israel, for the most part, at least Judah was still inside the land. But it was prophesied in Deuteronomy. Look, they getting up out of there. They going to be scattered, sisters and brothers. Now, the Lord, Jesus himself is letting us know that it's about to unfold. And about 40 years later, after Jesus died, sisters and brothers, and went back to where he came from, guess what? That's when the siege 70 AD of Jerusalem took place. That's when, that's when we start getting taken out of the land. And we tried to hold on. We tried to fight a little bit with the Maccabees, our forefathers. And really, around 133 AD for good, we was out of there. And still even now today, we still ain't in the land. We still scattered. And it's been thousands of years, sisters and brothers, showing you that the Bible is airtight. 100% right, sisters and brothers, regardless what anybody say.

What did he say? What?

>> 22.

22. Go ahead.

>> For these be the days of vengeance.

>> That all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Go ahead.

>> But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days. For there shall be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people.

But look at that though. It's gonna be a bad time. Hopefully you ain't got no children during that time. You know, you know, young ones and stuff like that because look, when them Romans come through there, it ain't, they ain't having no mercy. They ain't having no mercy among the old, the young, you pray, it don't matter. But war to them that are with child and to them that give suck in those days. For there should be great distress in the land, talking about Jerusalem, and wrath upon this people. Keep reading.

>> And they shall fall by the edge of the sword.

How they going to end up dying, right? He said they going to fall by the edge of the sword and what?

>> And shall be led away captive into all nations.

Wait a minute. They going to be led away what?

>> Captive.

They going to be led away captive. We talking about slavery, right? They're going to be led away captive into all nations. But that's why Jesus said the these things that are written, which we read some of them, Deuteronomy 28, he said they going to start being fulfilled now. But Jesus came in the flesh and and locked it up, didn't he? He just verified it, sisters and brother. Matter of fact, he was the one that was letting Moses know what to say to the people in Deuteronomy. Now, he come in the flesh and letting them know, look, it's about to happen now. Not too long after this. Get ready. When you see these signs come, you better get out of here cuz it's going to be a bad time, sisters and brothers. He said, they shall fall by the edge of the sword and shall be led away captive into all nations. Then he said in Deuteronomy 28, he said, "I'mma scatter them from one, one end to the other." Didn't he? Then he said, "How are you going to do it?" He said, "I'mma send them out by ship." Sisters and brothers, now Jesus come and he said they going to be led away captive into all nations. And you look around, we all over the world.

What else say? Go ahead.

>> And Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles.

That's right. Cuz the Gentiles start off with Nebuchadnezzar, right? Start off with Nebuchadnezzar. That's why they, Lord was like, "Look, get up out the land cuz I'm, I'm giving it over Nebuchadnezzar. He going to burn it with fire." And guess what? It's been in their possession even all the way down to now. I know Esau over there, you know, Ishmael over there. Man, we f to see who really run it, sisters and brothers. How you think Trump just come out of nowhere and just tell them we f to take Gaza and to set up a border of peace? What about them inhabitants over there? They don't care. You know why? Cuz the Gentiles run the world. Sisters and brothers, they shall fall by the edge of the sword and shall be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles for how long?

>> Until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

That's right. And it's about to come to an end. Go to Hosea 3 because we got hope, sisters and brothers. Hosea 3. But see, not only with this type of history, we can tell you, look, the Bible let you know our history from the beginning. And it also lets you know the end of our history and how it's going to start all over as far as us getting back to the top. Hosea 3. Until that time, what it say? Hosea 3 and verse one. Go ahead.

>> Then said the Lord unto me.

>> Go yet love a woman beloved of her friend.

That's right. Lord giving these analogies like he, like he do a lot throughout the Bible. He telling Hosea, he said, the Lord said unto me, go yet love a woman beloved of her friend.

What else it say?

>> Yet an adulteress.

But yet she's an adulteress though. He said, go. He said, you know, go yet love a woman beloved of, of her friend. Yet an adulteress according what?

>> According to the love of the Lord toward the children of Israel.

Oh, he say just like he compared it to the Lord, the, the love that the Lord has for, uh, the children of Israel, right? She beloved her of her friend, but guess what? Israel, she an adulteress, ain't she? What you mean she an adult? Cuz she been laying around with all these other gods. Sisters and brothers. But he said, "Go yet love a woman beloved of her friend, yet an adulteress according to the love of the Lord toward the children of Israel who does what?"

>> Who look to other gods.

>> And love flags of wine.

Oh, look at that. We look to other gods and we love flags of wine. We love all.

These different doctrines, don't we? We don't care how it come. We don't care whether it's whether it's a, you know, a a blatant lie or a little lie. We love all of it. Whatever type of do, whatever new doctrine, old doctrine, we always drinking it up. Sisters and brothers, what else it say? Go ahead.

>> So, I brought her to me for 15 pieces of syrup and for a homer of barley and half a homer of barley. And I said unto her, "Thou shalt abide for me many days."

>> That's right. Go ahead.

>> Thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be for another manuh, so will I also be for thee.

>> That's right. Why? Cuz the Lord going to end up restoring his people. Sisters and brothers.

>> You know, he going to restore us and he going to bring it all back. Bring it all back, sisters, and brother. Go ahead. For the children of Israel shall abide many many days without a king and without a prince and without a sacrifice and without image and without an ephod and without terap.

>> That's right. These different things that belong to Israel. Look, we going we going to abide many days without it. Where our priest at? Where our prince at? Where our king at? Look, we in captivity. We we fall up under the head of everybody else, don't we? We get caught up in all the politics and stuff like that like it has anything to do with us. It ain't got nothing to do with us. But that's what the Lord is saying. We going to abide many days without a king and without a prince and without a sacrifice. All these different things that were that we were accustomed to as a nation, wasn't it? That's what this what we did. The sacrifice pertained to Israel. That's what we did, sisters and brothers. But he say, look, the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king and without a prince and without a sacrifice, without an image, without an ephod and without a terapim. And what's going to happen later on?

>> Afterwards shall shall the children of Israel return.

>> Go ahead.

>> And seek the Lord their God.

>> That's right. So afterwards, after this is over, after all this stuff that we've been going through is over with and we turn back to God, guess what's going to happen? He said, afterward, the children of Israel shall return, sisters and brothers, and seek the Lord their God. And that's what we doing, ain't it? Then he said, who else?

>> And David, their king.

>> Oh, cuz David getting up from the grave. David getting up in the resurrection. And he going to be king over Israel. And Jesus going to be the king of the world, sisters and brothers. After which shall the children of Israel return and seek the Lord their God and David their king. And what else it say?

>> And shall fear the Lord and his goodness in the latter days.

>> Oh, when when they going to do it?

>> In the latter days.

>> In the latter days. That's what we doing. I ain't turning back ain't we? The Bible air tight, sisters and brothers. Call the end of the world from the very beginning. He said we going to turn and we going to do this win in the latter days. Sisters and brothers. Let's move over to uh Joel 3. Joel 3, we're almost done. Joel 3, Joel 3, and pick this up at verse one. Joel 3 and verse one. What it say, brother?

>> For behold, in those days, Uhhuh. And in that time when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem.

>> That's right. Because that's what he going in other words he going to set us free. Right. Not not take us into captivity again. He going to set us free. That's why it say for behold in those days and in that time when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem I will do what?

>> I will also gather all nations and bring them down in the valley of Jehoshaphat.

>> That's right. This is the war of Armageddon right here. That's what this is. The Lord going to gather all nations to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Jehoshaphat mean where Jehovah will judge. See Jesus he's his name is Jehovah. But when he came in the in the flesh as a son of God he came in the name of Jesus sisters and brothers but the name of Jesus belonged to the father. That's why he said I come in my father's name. His name is Jehovah. And when he get back, guess what? He come back to take out take all these nations down. That's why you know all look at all these nations. They they they they spend all this money getting all these war war material, weapons and all that type of stuff. They getting all that stuff together. The Lord tell them get it get get as much as you need cuz you going to need it. It ain't going to work because all Jesus got to do is say and it's over with. But he said, "I'm going to gather all nations, will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for who?"

>> For my people.

>> My people, right? That's possessive, ain't it? He said, "I'mma plead with them there for my people." Keep reading.

>> And for my heritage, Israel.

>> Uh-huh. And for my heritage Israel. Go ahead.

>> Whom they have scattered among the nations.

>> Wait a minute. Whom they've done what?

>> Scattered among the nations.

>> Oh. Whom they scattered among the nations. Right. So, you mean to tell me when the Lord get back, he mad about what happened to his people being scattered? See, God is that type of guy. He look, like I say, it was our fault. We didn't have to go. We didn't have to get scattered throughout the world cuz we disobeyed, right? It didn't have to happen. It happened though. But at the same time, all these different atrocities that that that happened to us, look, that didn't have to take place. That's why in Zephaniah say you further the affliction. The Lord said, "I was just I he said he said I was displeased a little. Like I'mma whoop him. I'mma chastise him, but all the extra stuff that y'all did to them, it wasn't necessary." But he said, "Whom they have scattered among the nations and parted my land cuz they fighting over Jerusalem." Now, that's a holy place that belong to God. Guess what? When the Lord get back, he got a problem with that. We going to fight about it now. Y'all want y'all want to talk about peace and all that mess going on? Want to keep on, you know, uh uh war going on all over the place over there. When I get back, we going we going to see who it belong to. He said, "I'mma plead with them there for my people and for my heritage, Israel, whom they've scattered among the nations and parted my land." What else it say? And they have cast lots for my people.

>> They cast lots for my people. You know, it's almost like they played rock paper scissors with my people. What else you say? Go ahead.

>> And had given a boy for a harlot.

>> And gave a boy for a harlot. Look, I I ain't I ain't got no money, but I got this harlot over here. I'll trade you this harlot for that boy. What else you say?

>> And sold the girl for wine.

>> Then we see in the B. Then we just see in the encyclopedia that they were selling them for rum. Sisters and brothers, that ain't never happened to Esau. THAT AIN'T NEVER happened to them, but it happened to us. AND AND THE THING ABOUT IT, WE LOOKED IN history that they that they got hid. Not necessarily hid. We just don't look at it. But we saw that they was trading us for product, wasn't they? Lord say when I get back, we going to have to talk about that. That's why he says here, "They have cast lots for my people, and have given a boy for a harlot and sold a girl for wine that they might drink." What else it say? That's it on that.

>> Skip verse six.

>> Uh-huh. Skip to verse six and read it.

>> The children also of Judah.

>> Uh-huh. And the children of Jerusalem have you sold unto the Grecians.

>> Did you see that? He say, "The children of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have you sold unto the Grecians." That's talking about Greeks. What else he say?

>> That you might remove them far from their border.

>> That's right. Cuz America ain't our border. Haiti ain't our border. Jamaica ain't our border, sisters and brothers. Brazil is not our border. Atlanta ain't our border. Our border is where? Jerusalem, ain't it? We got sold and we a long way from our border. What else you say? Go ahead.

>> Behold. Uh-huh.

>> I will raise them out of the place whether you have sold him.

>> Wait a minute. He gonna do what?

>> Raised him out of the place.

>> WHO WAS SOLD?

>> ONE OF the African negro that was sold. Didn't we read that in in encyclopedia? But he told us that in Deuteronomy 28 though. But he say, "I'mma raise them out of the place whether you have sold them." What else he say?

>> And return your recompense upon your own head.

>> He going to get them back, sisters and brothers. But when he get back, he said, "I'mma raise them out of the place whether you have sold them." Let's move a little further. Let's go over to Isaiah 43. Isaiah 43. That's why without this Bible, sisters and brothers, we we don't even exist as a people. Leave it up to Leave it up to education. Leave it up to education. We don't got all we got is you know what happened when we came here. But thank God for his mercy. Thank God that no matter what they try to do, look, he still got his word here. So when we wake up, we can turn back to it and he just open it up and show us who he talking about, who this is all who who this is all referring to. Isaiah 43, pick it up at verse one. Isaiah 43 and verse one. Go ahead.

>> But now thus says the Lord that created thee, oh Jacob, and he that formed thee, oh Israel.

>> Uhhuh.

>> Fear not, for I have redeemed thee. I have called thee by thy name.

>> Well, look at that. So he calling he look he letting him know even before it even happened. Redemption was set on the table with the death of Jesus. Not just for Israel but for mankind as a whole. But still even inside of there look Israel is in captivity. Got to be redeemed. He say but now thus sayith the Lord that created thee, oh Jacob, and he that formed thee, oh Israel, one and the same. Fear not. And Jacob is dead ain't he? The father. He in the grave ain't he? But guess what? His seed is still around. Oh Jacob, he that formed thee, oh Israel, fear not. For I have redeemed thee. I have called thee. By thy name, thou art mine. See, we saw in Deuteronomy 28, ain't nobody going to buy you. Jesus is the one that's going to set us free, sisters and brothers. I have called thee by thy name. Thou art mine. What else to say?

>> Skip the four.

>> Skip the four. Yes, sir.

>> Since thou was precious in my sight,

>> thou has been honorable. Go ahead.

>> And I have loved thee. Therefore will I give men for thee and people for thy life.

>> Well, you see that though? Even though it look bad though, ain't it? See, see the Lord ain't really we we we know the intricacies that are going on inside of our captivity, right? But the Lord can look all the way to the end and let us know, look, I still love y'all, man. I still love y'all. That's why he say, look, since thou was presence in my sight, thou has been honorable and I've loved thee. Therefore, I would give men for thee and people for thy life. And look, some some people going to die for us. He going going to knock them off for us, sisters and brothers. What else to say? Go ahead.

>> Fear not.

>> Uh-huh.

>> For I am with thee. I will bring thy seed from the east.

>> You see that? He say, "Fear not. I I'm with thee." Right. I'mma bring thy seed from the east. And what else?

>> And gather thee from the west.

>> That's right. Go ahead.

>> I will say to the north, give up and to the south, keep not back.

>> That's right.

>> Bring my sons from far and my daughters from the ends of the earth.

>> But look, that's what's going to happen though, sisters and brother. when the Lord get back. Look, he going he GOING TO PUT THAT CALL OUT. And guess what? His his people coming back home. Fear not, for I'm with thee. I will bring thy seed from the east and gather thee from the west. I will say to the north, give up, and to the south, keep not back. Bring my sons from far and my daughters from the end of the earth. What else to say?

>> Even everyone that is called by my name. Uhhuh. For I have created him for my glory. I have formed him. Yay, I have made him.

>> That's right. Go to Isaiah 49. stand the same book. Those that take hold of our God, you'll be able to come too. But look though, all got to be, like you say, the commonwealth of Israel, sisters and brothers. Isaiah 49, pick it up at verse 12. What it say?

>> Behold, these shall come from far.

>> Uhhuh.

>> And lo, these from the north, and from the south, and these from the land of Smam.

>> Uhhuh. Because we still talk, we still talking about the Lord bringing his people back, right? He said, "Behold, these shall come from far, and lo, these from the north and from the west, and these from the land, and send them." What else to say?

>> Sing, O heavens, and be joyful, O earth, and bring forth into singing, O mountains, for the Lord has comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.

>> But notice what he doing. He talking to the land, sisters and brothers. I thought this was just amazing to see how the Lord going to have a conversation with Zion, with the land, sisters and brothers. He says, "Sing, O heavens, and be joyful, O earth, and bring break forth in the singing, oh mountains, for the Lord have comforted his people and will have mercy upon his afflicted." See, we the ones that drunk the cup of affliction, right? The bread of affliction. The you know, the Lord going the Lord going to have mercy upon us. What else to say? Go ahead. But Zion said, "The Lord has forsaken me, and my Lord have forgotten me."

>> But notice what it say now. He talking about Zion. He talking about the land. The land is saying, "But but but Zion said, well, the Lord have forsaken me and my Lord have forgotten me." What else to say? Go ahead.

>> Can a woman forget her sucking child?

>> Now, he turned around and respond. He say, "Can a woman forget her second child?" Go ahead and read. What else?

>> That she not have that she should not have compassion on the son of her own.

>> Uh-huh. Look. In other words, can a woman forget about her child that she can't have compassion on the, you know, the child that come out of her womb or the son of her womb? What he going to say? Go ahead.

>> Yay. They may forget.

>> He said, "Yeah, they might forget, but what >> yet will I not forget thee?"

>> Uhhuh. He said, "I ain't going to forget, though. I AIN'T GOING TO FORGET ABOUT ZION, sisters and brothers." What else he say?

>> Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hand.

>> Uhhuh.

>> Thy walls are continually before me.

>> But look at God having a conversation with Zion, ain't that something? He said, look, he said, "Behold." He say thou uh uh behold I have grave thee upon the palms of my my hands. Thy walls are contining before me. What else does it say?

>> Thy children shall make haste. Uhu. Thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth to thee.

>> Look at that though. He say thy children shall make haste. And then he say the destroyers and they that made thee waste, they going to go forth to thee. Like in other words, they going to get up out. They they they getting out of Zion. But the children, they going to make h the children coming back. But the ones that made haste and destroy. Look, they getting out of here. What else to it say? Go ahead.

>> Lift up thy eyes round about.

>> Uh-huh.

>> And behold, all these gather themselves together and come to thee.

>> Uh-huh.

>> As I live, says the Lord, thou shalt surely clothe thee with them all.

>> That's right. Ain't that something, man? I thought this was amazing, man. The Lord is telling Zion. He said, "Look at He said, "Lift up thy eyes round about, and behold, look, look around." Then he said, "Look, all these gather themselves together and come to thee. as I live, sayeth the Lord, thou shall surely clothe thee with them all. Like, in other words, all these all these Israelites that's been scattered all over the world, they gonna come inside Jerusalem. They going to cover they going to clothe Zion, sisters and brothers, as with an ornament. And what else it say?

>> And bind them on thee as a bride doeth.

>> That's right. Cuz we going to be back in the land, ain't we? We going to be back in the land. Keep reading. What else it say? For thy waste and thy desolate places and the land of thy destruction shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and they that swallow thee up shall be far away.

>> But look at what he say though. He say, "For thy ways and thy desolate places, and the land of thy destruction shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants." Because when Israel get back, it's going to be a lot of us there. It's going to be narrow because of the reason uh uh due to the reason of all the inhabitants that's going to be in the land. Then on the other hand other hand he says uh and they that swallow thee up shall be far away. So the ones that's that's possessing Israel now and Zion not they getting up out of there. Lord going to take them out of the land cuz they don't belong to them. What else to say?

>> The children which thou shalt have after thou has lost the other.

>> That's right. He said the children which you shall have after you have lost the other. Cuz remember the Israelites were in the land before. Right. But guess what? They got kicked out. But Zion going to have more kids later on, more children later on. That's why he says here, "The children which thou shalt have after that thou hast lost the other shall again say in thy ears what? The place is too straight for me."

>> That's right. We going to get back home. We be like, "Man, it's too small. This place too straight. It's too narrow. We ain't got no room." What else to say? Go ahead.

>> Give place to me that I may dwell.

>> That's what we going to be saying. Man, we got to Can you give us some more room so we can dwell? Go ahead and read what else to say.

>> Then shalt thou say in thy heart. So this what Zion going to say in his This is what Zion is going to say in her heart. The land. That's what the Lord is talking about. Then shall thou say in thy heart, what?

>> Who have begotten me these?

>> Where these kids come from? Who the who these kids? He said, who have begotten me these? What else it say?

>> See, I have lost my children.

>> He said, I lost my children. They gone. SO, SO WHO ARE THESE? WHAT ELSE IT SAY? GO AHEAD, BROTHER.

>> And am desolate. Uhhuh.

>> A captive and removing to and fro.

>> That's right. Keep reading. And who had brought up these?

>> Who have brought up these? Go ahead and read.

>> Behold, I was left alone.

>> Uhhuh.

>> These where had they been?

>> But he said, Zion said, but I was left alone. So, so who are these children?

>> Where had they been? Where they coming from? Now, notice what the Lord going to say. Go ahead.

>> Thus says the Lord God.

>> Uh-huh.

>> Behold, I will lift up my hand to the Gentiles

>> and set up my standard to the people.

>> And what they going to do?

>> And they shall bring my thy sons in their arms, and their daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders. Oh, that's who them kids is, ain't it? Lord say, I'm I'm going to holl at the Gentile. Let them know, hey, bring them all back home. Lord, having a conversation with the land, sisters and brothers. Thus sayith the Lord God, behold, I will lift up my hand to the Gentiles and set up my standard to the people, and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and their daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders. What else it say?

>> And kings shall be thy nursing fathers.

>> That's right. The kings going to be the nursing fathers. What else it say? Keep reading.

>> And their queens thy nursing mothers.

>> That's right. So, we ain't going to be nursing nobody else's children, right? Back in the day, the the the the woman, the white lady, the gentile in the house, she she would make uh uh make the woman nurse the child for her. Well, guess what? The queens that's running the world today, the kings going to be the nursing fathers, right? Ain't that what it say? The and the king shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers. What else it say? Go ahead.

>> They shall b they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth

>> and lick up the dust of thy feet.

>> That's right, Kir. And thou shall know that I am the Lord, for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.

>> That's right. They going to know that, ain't it? They going to know who the Lord is. Can you read what else it say?

>> Shall the pray be taken from the mighty?

>> Now think about that. It say, "Shall the pray taken from the mighty?" Usually, it's hard to do that, ain't it? Can't take the prey from the mighty. The mighty is the mighty. So who going to take shall the t the prey be taken from him? What else he say?

>> Or the lawful captive delivered.

>> Or the lawful captive delivered. Go ahead and read. But thus says the Lord, even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away.

>> And right now the the the Gentiles, that's the mighty, right? And we in captivity to them. But guess what the Lord said? When he get back, I'mma take y'all from them. He said, look, even the uh uh even but thus sayith the Lord, even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the what?

>> The terrible shall be delivered.

>> Uhhuh. Go ahead.

>> For I will contend with him that contendeth with thee,

>> and I will save thy children.

>> That's right. Because Israel going back home, he said, I'mma save thy children. still talking to Zion. What else does it say?

>> And I will feed them that oppressed with their own flesh.

>> Uhhuh. So the ones that oppress us, he said, I'mma feed them with their own flesh. Go ahead.

>> And they shall be drunken with their own blood.

>> Uhhuh.

>> As with sweet wine.

>> Can you read?

>> And all flesh shall know that I the Lord the Lord am thy savior.

>> Uhhuh.

>> And thy redeemer and the mighty one of Jacob.

>> That's right. Go to the last place. Zechariah. Zechariah 8. and pick it up at verse. What does it say, brother?

>> Thus says the Lord, I am returned unto Zion.

>> Uhhuh.

>> And will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. And Jerusalem shall be called by call a city of truth.

>> Uhhuh.

>> And a mountain of the Lord of host, the holy mountain.

>> That's right. This when Jesus get back, right? Going to dwell from Mount Zion in Jerusalem. He said, "Thus sayith the Lord, I am returned unto Zion and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem, and Jerusalem shall be called the city of truth." What else he say?

>> "And the mountain of the Lord of hosts, the holy mountain."

>> Uhhuh. Ke,

>> thus says the Lord of hosts, "There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem."

>> That's right. Cuz remember, they getting back home, man. We're all going back. He say, "Look, and there shall dwell uh there there shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem." What? I mean, just imagine that. Back at home, everybody just hanging out, boy. Just chilling, ain't it? But that's what's gonna happen when the Lord get back, sisters and brothers. They said, "Yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem." What else to say?

>> And every man with his staff in his hand for very aid. And the streets of the city she

>> old man going to be out got a staff in his hand. Ain't it? It's out there hanging out just watching the kids and stuff playing and all that. That's what's going to be going on when we get back home. Sisters and brothers ain't got to worry about all this. Every man with his staff in his hand for a very age. What else it say?

>> And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls uh

>> playing in the streets there.

>> Y'all see that? How the kid be running around here? That's how they going to be in Jerusalem. They going to be running around the city and stuff, ain't they? This what the Lord letting us know going to happen when he get back when we get back home, sisters and brothers. And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof. Go ahead.

>> Thus says the Lord of hosts.

>> Uhhuh. If it be marvelous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days,

>> should it also be marvelous in mine eyes, says the Lord of hosts.

>> That's right. So, we going to be happy about it. We going to be marvelous for us. You know, it's going to be marvelous for God, too. Ain't it?

>> He going to be enjoy He going to be in enjoying it just like we going to be enjoying it.

>> Just say the Lord of host. If it be marvelous in the eyes of the remnant of of this people in these days, should it also be marvelous in my eyes? Say the Lord of hosts. What else to say?

>> Thus says the Lord of hosts.

>> Uhhuh. Behold, I will save my people from the east country and from the west country.

>> That's right. Look, he gonna gather us. I'mma save from the east country, from the west country. What else to say?

>> And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem, and they shall be my people, and I will be their God in truth and in righteousness.
