The 7 Legal Functions of the Blood of Jesus Most Christians Have Never Been Taught | EW Kenyon

Discovering Kenyon45:11

Transcription

Most Christians know the blood forgives sin and cleanses from guilt. That is only two of the seven legal functions of the blood of Jesus in scripture. There are five more, including one that cancels demonic contracts and another that grants you courtroom access in heaven. I am about to walk you through all seven.

Stop right there. Before you skip past what I just said, I need you to hear this. The reason most believers live beneath their covenant rights. The reason healing seems to come and go. The reason financial pressure never quite breaks. The reason the enemy seems to regroup after every spiritual victory is not a lack of faith in the blood. It is a lack of knowledge about what the blood actually does. You have been armed with two bullets in a seven-chamber weapon, and you have been walking into legal warfare every single day of your life with five chambers empty. That ends today.

Think about what it means to go into a legal battle holding only part of your case file. You walk into the courtroom. The opposing council has a full brief, a complete evidentiary package, every legal precedent he needs, and you walk in with two pages. You know the judge is on your side. You know the verdict has already been rendered in your favor. But you cannot enforce what you do not know you possess, and that has been the condition of the body of Christ for far too long. Cinched devoted covered by the blood in ways they have not begun to comprehend. Fighting at a fraction of their legal capacity because nobody opened the full file and laid it on the table in front of them.

This teaching is rooted in the Kenyan revelation tradition, the same well that produced the greatest recovery of New Covenant truth in the 20th century. E.W. Kenyon spent decades mining the legal and covenant language of the New Testament and bringing it to bear on the daily lives of ordinary believers who had been told to simply believe harder and suffer longer. What you are about to hear is not emotional preaching. It is legal disclosure. It is a covenant document being read aloud to someone who did not know they had already won. Stay with me through every one of these seven functions because the one you have never heard before may be the exact key that unlocks the thing that has held you captive for years.

Here is the tragedy playing out in the body of Christ. Right now, millions of sincere, born again, spirit-filled believers are approaching the throne of God as though they are uninvited guests. They knock timidly on the door of heaven, hand in hand, rehearsing their failures, confessing their unworthiness, begging a God who has already legally declared them righteous to please, just this once, move on their behalf. They do not know that the door is not just open. It is held open by blood. Their blood, not their own blood, but blood that was shed for them. Blood that speaks on their behalf. Blood that has been crying out in the heavenly courtroom since the moment the lamb of God bowed his head and said, "It is finished."

And while they are kneeling at that open door, begging for entrance, there is an accuser standing just to the side of that same door, watching, noting the posture, taking in the trembling, the self-doubt, the sign consciousness, and filing it all away. Because a believer who does not know their legal standing is a believer who cannot enforce it. And a believer who cannot enforce their covenant rights is a believer the enemy can manage. Not destroy, not own, just manage, just keep slightly off balance, slightly below the threshold of fullness, slightly too weary to press into everything the blood actually secured. He does not need to win. He just needs to keep you from knowing you already have.

That phrase, "it is finished," is the Greek word *tetelestai*. It was a legal term stamped on debt documents in the ancient world. When a debt was paid in full, the creditor would press that word across the account, "paid in full." When Jesus said it on the cross, he was not expressing exhaustion. He was rendering a legal verdict over every claim the enemy would ever bring against you. He was stamping the blood across the ledger of your spiritual history. And yet, the church has spent 2,000 years treating the cross like a sentimental tragedy rather than the most decisive legal transaction in the history of the universe.

We know the blood forgives. We sing about it. We commemorate it at the communion table. We know, at least intellectually, that the blood cleanses from guilt. But we live as though those two functions exhaust the legal power of what was shed on Calvary. They do not. They are the beginning. They are the front door of a mansion most believers have never walked through. What lies behind that door is so vast, so legally comprehensive, so utterly final in its scope that when the enemy of your soul reads this list back to you as case law in the heavenly courtroom, he goes silent because he knows the blood does not just forgive your past. It governs your present. It secures your future. It cancels his contracts. It destroys his accusations. It opens doors he cannot close, and it seats you in a place from which he has no power to move you.

I want you to understand something before we begin this list. The seven functions of the blood are not seven separate blessings you qualify for over time as you mature. They are not a progression from beginner to advanced. They are all yours right now, fully purchased, fully legal, fully activated by the finished work of the cross. Your job is not to earn them. Your job is to know them, because what you know determines what you can enforce. And what you can enforce determines what you actually experience in your daily life. Knowledge of covenant reality is not a luxury for theologians. It is survival equipment for every blood-washed believer who is serious about living in the fullness of what Jesus paid for. Let us begin with what you already know, and then let us go somewhere most teaching has never taken you.

The first function of the blood of Jesus is remission of sin. Not atonement, not covering, remission. This distinction is not minor. It is everything. Atonement is a word from the old covenant. It means to cover. When the high priest entered the holy of holies once a year and sprinkled the blood of bulls and goats on the mercy seat, he was covering the sins of Israel for one more year. The sin was still there underneath the covering like a stain hidden under a rug. It had to be done again and again, year after year, because animal blood could not remove what only the blood of God could touch.

But remission means something entirely different. Remission means removal. The Greek word is *aphesis*. It means to send away, to dismiss, to discharge, to cancel as a legal charge. When Jesus shed his blood, he did not cover your sin. He sent it away. He discharged it. He dismissed it as a legal charge against you. The Bible declares in Hebrews 10:17, "Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more." God is not suppressing the memory of your sin. He legally cannot prosecute what the blood has already dismissed. That is function one.

The second function is cleansing from the guilt and power of sin. Not just the act, but the weight of it. 1 John 1:7 says, "The blood of Jesus Christ his son cleanses us from all sin." The word "cleanses." There is *katharizo* in the Greek. It is a medical term for the removal of all trace of infection. Not just the wound, the infection. This is why the born-again believer does not carry a spiritual scar tissue of past sin. The guilt, the shame, the spiritual contamination, the sense knowledge feeling of being soiled. All of it has been *katharizoed*, removed at the cellular level of your recreated spirit. Your spirit does not remember sin the way your mind does. Your recreated spirit is as clean as the day Adam walked with God before the fall. You have been fighting a guilt war inside a man or woman who is legally innocent. The blood cleansed you, not partially, not provisionally, completely.

Now we step into territory most teachers stop short of. The third function of the blood of Jesus is justification. This word is so casually used in church circles that it has lost its explosive legal force. Let me restore it. The Greek word is *dikaios*. It is a courtroom term. It means to declare legally righteous, to render a verdict of not guilty, to pronounce a legal standing that cannot be relitigated. Romans 5:9 says we have been justified by his blood. Not "we are being justified." Not "we will be justified if we maintain our behavior." We *have been* justified. Past tense. Final verdict. The verdict has been rendered. The blood did not just forgive you for what you did. It declared you to be the righteousness of God.

When the adversary brings a case against you in the spiritual realm, he is not arguing with a sinner hoping for mercy. He is arguing with someone who holds a legal verdict of righteous standing, stamped and sealed by the blood of the Son of God. You do not petition God for righteousness. You stand in it. You enforce it. You are not begging for a verdict. You are holding the verdict already rendered. 2 Corinthians chapter 5:21 says that God made him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf so that we might become the righteousness of God in him, become present tense identity. Not positionally righteous in some theoretical heavenly ledger while you remain a guilty wretch in practical reality. Actually righteous, constitutionally righteous. Your recreated spirit is the righteousness of God. Kenyon used to say that righteousness consciousness is the doorway to every other covenant blessing, and he was right. Because when you know you are righteous, you do not approach the throne hesitantly. You approach it with the boldness of a son or daughter who knows their father's face. And when you know you are righteous, the accuser's voice loses its authority over you because you know the verdict he is trying to relitigate was settled at a level beyond his reach to appeal.

The fourth function is redemption. And this is where we must slow down because most believers understand redemption only as rescue, and it is so much more than that. The Greek word is *apolutrosis*. It means to pay the purchase price that sets a prisoner free. But embedded in this word is the idea of ownership transfer. When Jesus redeemed you with his blood, he did not just open your cell door and leave you standing in the yard. He transferred ownership of your life from one master to another. Colossians 1:13 says, "He delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved son." The word "transferred" is a legal term for a property transaction. You were legally purchased out of the kingdom of darkness. The price was the blood. That means the enemy has no legal claim on your body, your mind, your family, or your finance. Any hold he has maintained is not a legal hold. It is an illegal occupation of territory that was purchased from him by blood. When you understand this, you do not ask the enemy to please let go. You serve him an eviction notice signed in blood.

Galatians 3:13 makes this even more specific. It says, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree." The curse of the law outlined in full in Deuteronomy chapter 28 includes poverty, sickness, mental torment, family breakdown, and every form of lack and destruction you can name. Jesus became the curse. He became it so you would not have to carry it. He stepped into the place of cursed man and bled out every curse that had ever accumulated against the human race so that the blood he shed would forever stand as the legal boundary between you and everything the curse empowers the enemy to do. You have been redeemed from it. Redeemed means purchased out of it. It does not mean you can ask God to redeem you. It means he already did.

Now we step into territory that most pulpits will not touch, but that the scripture makes absolutely plain. The fifth function of the blood of Jesus is something very few teachers in the church have ever named by its proper legal category. The blood cancels demonic contracts. Hear me carefully. In Colossians 2:14, Paul writes that God has canceled the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us. He took it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. The Greek phrase for "certificate of debt" is *cheirographon dogmas*. This refers to a handwritten legal document, a contract, an IOU, a deed of obligation. Paul is saying that every legal instrument the adversary held over humanity, every spiritual contract that gave darkness its claim over human lives, was nailed to the cross. Not renegotiated, not suspended, nailed, permanently affixed to the one place where blood was shed.

Let me tell you what this means for you in practical terms. There are believers who have never been able to break certain patterns in their family. Certain sicknesses, certain addictions, certain financial curses seem to pass from generation to generation. Religion calls it genetics. Psychologists call it behavioral inheritance. But the kingdom of God calls it what it is: a generational contract, an agreement sometimes entered into through idolatry, through occult practice, through blood covenant with darkness, by an ancestor that created a legal opening for the enemy to revisit that family line generation after generation. You did not sign that contract. But the blood of Jesus can cancel every contract signed before you were born. Every agreement you made in ignorance, every legal instrument the enemy is using as his authorization to afflict you. He does not want you to know about this function of the blood. Because the moment you plead the blood over your generational line, his contract becomes null and void. That is not mythology, that is covenant law.

And it does not stop with generational lines. Think about the agreements you have made in your own life. Not necessarily deliberate agreements with darkness, but words you spoke in moments of despair. Vows made in pain. Commitments entered under deception. Times you opened a door through fear or through the council of people who did not know the covenant. Every one of those has the potential to be turned into a legal instrument by the accuser of the brethren. Every one of them can be presented in the spiritual court as grounds for affliction. But every one of them can also be canceled, not by willpower, not by self-help, not by years of therapy, though God uses many tools, but legally by the blood of the lamb applied through the word of your testimony. You open your mouth. You plead the blood over that agreement. You declare it null and void in the name of Jesus. And you present the cross as the legal instrument of cancellation. The cross wins every time. The blood is the final word in every case.

The sixth function of the blood of Jesus is access. Specifically, blood-purchased access to the presence of God. In the old covenant, access to God was tiered, restricted, and conditional. The outer court was for the people. The inner court was for the priests. The holy of holies was for one man, one day a year, and he entered with blood that was not his own, trembling, with a rope tied around his ankle in case God struck him dead. That is the picture of how humanity related to God before the cross: distance, fear, restriction, mediation. And then something happened at the moment Jesus died. Matthew 27:51 says, "The veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom." Not from the bottom up. As a man would tear it, from the top down, God did the tearing. God ripped the curtain that separated him from humanity, and he did not sew it back. He destroyed the architecture of distance, and the instrument of that destruction was the blood of his son.

Hebrews 10:19-22 says, "We have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh." Every time you approach God, you are not approaching a throne room where you might be admitted or refused. You are approaching a throne room where you hold a blood-purchased deed of access. The Amplified Bible uses the word "boldness" in that passage. The Greek is *parrhesia*. It means freedom of speech, outspokenness, the right to speak openly in a public forum. The blood of Jesus gave you the right of open speech before the throne of God. You are not whispering in the back of the room hoping to be noticed. You are a covenant heir with legal right of audience before the King of the universe. That is function six. And most believers have never walked through that door because no one told them the door was opened in their name.

Let me press this even further. The writer of Hebrews says in chapter 4:16, "Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." That word "confidently" is the same *parrhesia*. You are not sneaking up to the throne. You are not tiptoeing in and hoping not to be noticed. You are marching in with the confidence of someone who belongs there. Because the blood of the covenant purchased your right of access, and the Father himself declared you welcome. The Father is not reluctantly tolerating your presence. He tore the veil to get to you. He split the curtain that kept you at a distance. He initiated the access because he wanted it. You are not an intruder in that throne room. You are a child coming home.

The seventh function of the blood of Jesus is the one that will reorganize the way you fight in the spirit. The blood is your legal weapon against accusation in the heavenly court. Revelation 12:10-11 says, "The accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before God day and night, has been cast down. They overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony." Let the weight of this land on you. There is a real legal accuser. There is a real courtroom. And he is filing real accusations, not because he loves justice, but because he wants leverage. He wants to find a legal basis to steal, kill, and destroy. His accusations are not random. They are case filings. He is looking for grounds. And the weapon the overcomers in Revelation 12 used against his accusations was not better behavior, not more prayer, not more fasting. It was the blood of the lamb declared by the word of their testimony.

When you plead the blood of Jesus in prayer, you are not performing a religious ritual. You are filing a counter motion in a heavenly courtroom. You are presenting the blood as evidence that the accuser's case has already been dismissed. The blood speaks. Hebrews 12:24 says, "You have come to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel." Abel's blood cried out from the ground for vengeance. The blood of Jesus cries out from the mercy seat for redemption. It is speaking right now. It has been speaking since the moment it was shed. And when you add your voice to what the blood is already saying, you complete the legal circuit that silences every accusation the enemy has ever lodged against you. Seven functions, seven legal instruments purchased by one shedding of blood.

Before we go to the covenant story that brings all seven together, I want you to sit with the weight of that seventh function for one more moment. The blood speaks a better word. That is not poetic language. That is legal language. In the ancient world, when blood was shed in a covenant, it was said to speak, to establish a claim, to bear witness to a transaction. Abel's blood spoke from the ground because it testified to a murder that required justice. The blood of Jesus speaks from the heavenly mercy seat because it testifies to a redemption that has already satisfied every legal demand. The enemy cannot silence that testimony. He cannot reach the mercy seat. He cannot remove the evidence. Every time you come before God, the blood has already preceded you into the courtroom. It has already prepared the room. It has already cleared the docket. Your case was not just dismissed. It was sealed with the testimony of the most authoritative evidence in the universe, the blood of the eternal Son of God. And no court in any realm has the jurisdiction to overturn it.

Let me tell you a story that brings all seven of these together in a single image. In the ancient world of covenant, before modern legal systems existed, two parties entered a binding agreement by a ceremony that could not be undone. They would take an animal, split it down the center, lay the two halves side by side, and walk between them together. The imagery was deliberate. It was saying, "If either of us breaks this covenant, let what happened to this animal happen to us." It was the most serious legal contract two parties could enter. The covenant walked between the pieces.

Think about what that ceremony meant in the ancient Near East. It was not a handshake. It was not a signed paper. It was a death oath. It was two parties standing in the blood of a divided animal and saying, "I am willing to die before I violate what I am about to promise." When you made a blood covenant in that world, you were interweaving your very existence with the other party. Their enemies became your enemies. Their resources became your resources. Their name gave you identity and access. Their strengths covered your weaknesses. Their standing protected you in any court, any city, any territory where their name carried weight. This was the most comprehensive legal bond the ancient world knew how to construct. And God chose it as the framework for his relationship with humanity.

Now read Genesis 15 with fresh eyes. God tells Abraham that his descendants will inherit the land. Abraham prepares the covenant ceremony. He splits the animals. He lays them out. He waits for God to come and walk between the pieces with him. And then Abraham falls into a deep sleep. And the Bible says, "A smoking fire pot and a flaming torch" – representations of the presence of God – passed between the pieces alone. God walked the covenant alone. Not with Abraham alone. Do you understand what that means? In a standard blood covenant, both parties walk between the pieces. Both parties are bound by the terms. Both parties carry the death penalty for breach. But God put Abraham to sleep. He said, "In effect, I will walk this covenant for both of us. I will carry your side and my side. Your obligation is already covered by my walking."

And when that same God, in the fullness of time, took on human flesh and went to Calvary, he was completing the walk he began in Genesis 15. He was fulfilling the covenant he had already walked alone. The blood he shed on the cross was the blood of the covenant party who said, "I will carry both sides." That is why every one of the seven functions we have discussed tonight requires nothing from you except what you received by grace through faith. You did not earn the remission. You did not earn the justification. You did not negotiate the access. You received it because God walked the covenant alone. And the blood he shed belongs to a covenant that he guaranteed with his own life. Your covenant partner is not a man who might fail. Your covenant partner is the God who split those animals in Genesis and walked between them in the dark of night with Abraham sleeping, so that the covenant would rest entirely on the integrity of God and not on the reliability of man.

And here is the part that should wreck every vestige of religious performance still remaining in you. After God walked the covenant alone, he made Abraham a promise in the same passage. He told him exactly what his descendants would receive, exactly how long they would be afflicted, and exactly how they would come out. God narrated the entire future in covenant terms because the covenant was already sealed. The walk had already happened. The blood had already been symbolically shed in the animal halves lying on the ground. And nothing Abraham did from that moment forward could unseal what God had already walked. You cannot unwalk a blood covenant in the ancient world. You cannot renegotiate after the pieces have been split and the parties have walked. The seal is the blood, and the blood of Jesus sealed your new covenant with the same permanence, with the same irreversibility, with the same death oath gravity as that ancient ceremony in the darkness of Genesis 15. Only the one who shed the blood was not a goat. He was the Son of the living God, and his blood speaks a better word than any animal blood ever could.

Now, let us talk about how you enforce what the blood has already secured. The first thing you must do is change your confession. Stop describing your situation in terms that contradict what the blood has already accomplished. The moment you say, "I am so sick and I cannot seem to get better," you are giving testimony in the heavenly courtroom that contradicts the verdict the blood has already rendered. You are not sick in your covenant identity. Your body may be manifesting symptoms, but your spirit is alive and well and seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Learn to confess the legal reality before you confess the visible symptom. This is not pretending. This is not denial. This is doing what Kenyon called speaking from revelation knowledge rather than sense knowledge. Sense knowledge reports what the senses detect. Revelation knowledge declares what the covenant says. And when the two conflict, you choose which one to give voice to. Say it out loud right now: "The blood of Jesus has redeemed my body from sickness. By his stripes, I was healed. That healing is not a future hope. It is a legal verdict already rendered in my favor. I am the healed of the Lord, and I enforce that verdict against every symptom in my physical body right now."

The second thing you must do is plead the blood over every area of your life as a daily legal act. Not as a religious recitation, but as a conscious presentation of evidence. When you wake up in the morning, before your feet hit the floor, present the blood. Cover your family with the blood. Cover your finances with the blood. Cover your mind with the blood. You are not painting a magical protective substance on your circumstances. You are activating the legal coverage that the blood already provides by bringing it into the specific area of your life where the enemy has been filing his accusations. You are saying to the heavenly court, "I present as evidence the blood of Jesus Christ as legal counter claim against every accusation filed against me and mine this day." Make it a discipline. Make it as routine as your morning coffee. Before the world gets a word in, you present the blood. Before the news tells you what is threatening you, you declare what the covenant has already settled. Before fear can file its first accusation of the day, you appear in the courtroom with your evidence already in hand.

The third thing you must do is speak to demonic contracts directly and cancel them by name. If there is a pattern in your family that has repeated for generations, whether it is poverty or sickness or broken marriages or addiction or premature death, that pattern did not originate with genetics. There is a contract behind it, and contracts can be canceled. Pray out loud. Say with the authority of your covenant standing, "In the name of Jesus, by the blood of the lamb, I cancel every generational contract, every legal instrument of darkness, every agreement signed by my ancestors in ignorance or in rebellion that has given the enemy legal access to this family line. I declare it nailed to the cross. I declare it null and void. I declare the blood of Jesus as my family's legal covering from this day forward." Speak it. Declare it. Do not whisper it. Voice-activated authority requires a voice. The greater One on the inside of you will not enforce what you refuse to speak. The indwelling Spirit bears witness with the declaration. He does not bear witness with the silence. The whole of creation is waiting for the sons of God to speak with the authority of sons, not the timidity of orphans. Open your mouth. Let the covenant speak through you.

Let me give you actual confessions you can carry into your daily life for healing. Say this: "The blood of Jesus was shed for my body. 1 Peter 2:24 declares that by his stripes I was healed. That healing is not a future hope. It is a legal verdict already rendered in my favor. I am the healed of the Lord, and I enforce that verdict against every symptom in my physical body right now." For finances, say this: "The blood of Jesus redeemed me from the curse of the law described in Deuteronomy chapter 28. Poverty, lack, and insufficiency are part of that curse. I am redeemed from it. Galatians 3:13 is my legal standing. And I declare that abundance and provision are my covenant right, not my prayer request for authority over the enemy." Say this: "I overcome by the blood of the lamb and by the word of my testimony. The accuser has no legal case against me. His contract has been nailed to the cross. His accusations have been silenced by blood. I stand justified, redeemed, and covered. And I enforce the finished work of Calvary against every assignment of darkness." Say those confessions not once. Say them until they move from mental assent into revelation knowledge. Say them until your spirit rises up in agreement with what your mouth is declaring. The inward monitor, the still small voice of the Holy Spirit inside your recreated spirit. He will bear witness when you cross the line from sense knowledge recitation into covenant reality. You will feel it. It is the moment the greater One on the inside stops being a doctrine and becomes a person you are in agreement with.

Now, I need to warn you about what is coming after this teaching. Because the enemy does not sit still when the body of Christ starts learning about legal authority. Within 24 hours of this truth landing in your spirit, you will face an assault. It will not come as a roaring lion. It will come as a whisper. It will come as a feeling. It will come as a memory of something you did that you are ashamed of. A reminder of how many times you have failed. A sense that people like you do not really get to stand in the place of authority. That this teaching is for someone else, someone more spiritual, someone who has been consistent, someone who has not made the mistakes you have made. Recognize it. Name it. That is the accuser of the brethren filing a case. He is not filing it because he believes he can win. He is filing it because he wants you to stop presenting the blood as counter evidence. The moment you begin agreeing with his accusation, you have left the courtroom where you win and entered the therapy room where you talk about your feelings until you feel slightly better, but nothing actually changes. Do not go there.

Here's what you say when that whisper comes: "I do not receive that accusation. My standing is not based on my performance. It is based on his blood. The verdict of righteous standing was rendered at the cross. And that verdict did not come with an expiration date. I stand justified. I stand redeemed. I stand covered. I plead the blood of Jesus against this accusation right now. And I declare that the accuser has no legal ground in my life." Then go right back to confessing what the blood has accomplished. Do not negotiate with condemnation. Do not try to argue your way out of it with your track record. Your track record is not your defense. His blood is your defense. His track record, not yours, is what silences the accuser.

Watch also for the assault that comes through other people. Well-meaning believers, perhaps even pastors and teachers, who will hear you speaking with authority and quietly suggest that you are being presumptuous, that you need to stay humble, that maybe God is teaching you something through this difficulty. They are not your enemy. But the spirit behind that counsel, the spirit that wants to send you back to begging mode, to sympathy with the symptom mode, to religious passivity. That is the assignment. Receive the love. Reject the counsel. Keep confessing. Keep pleading. Keep standing on the legal ground that the blood has already purchased for you. There is a difference between spiritual humility and spiritual poverty. Humility says, "I did not earn this. I received it by grace." Poverty says, "I am not worthy to have it." Humility is covenant. Poverty is religion.

Jesus was not apologetic when he stood at the tomb of Lazarus and called a dead man to life. He was not timid when he rebuked the fever in Peter's mother-in-law. He was not begging when he commanded the storm to be still, and the wind and waves obeyed him. He was a covenant man operating in covenant authority, full of the knowledge of who he was and what his Father had guaranteed. And you are in him. The Bible says in 1 John 4:17, "As he is, so are we in this world." Not "as he was," but "as he is right now at the right hand of the Father in resurrection glory, seated above every principality and power and name that is named." That is how you are in this world. The new creation is not a reduced version of what Jesus modeled. It is the same life, the same nature, the same covenant standing, now living inside a human being who has been born again of the Spirit of God. You are not trying to become what he is. You already are what he is in the spirit. Now you are learning to live from that reality outward rather than from circumstances inward. That is the great reversal. That is the new creation life. And the blood purchased every inch of it.

Now, I want to lead you in a declaration. I want you to say this out loud, wherever you are. In your car, in your kitchen, in your bedroom, in the middle of the night, say this with me now:

"I am a blood covenant heir of the Most High God. The blood of Jesus has remitted my sin. Every charge against me has been dismissed and sent away. The blood of Jesus has cleansed my conscience and my spirit from all guilt and contamination. I am not dirty. I am not soiled. I am *katharizoed* clean. The blood of Jesus has justified me. I hold a legal verdict of righteous standing that cannot be relitigated. I am not trying to become righteous. I am righteous. The blood of Jesus has redeemed me. I have been legally purchased from the kingdom of darkness and transferred into the kingdom of his beloved Son. The enemy has no legal claim on my body, my mind, my family, or my finances. The blood of Jesus has canceled every demonic contract, every generational agreement, every legal instrument of darkness, every spiritual IOU lodged against my family line has been nailed to the cross. It is null and void. The blood of Jesus gives me access to the throne room of God. I come boldly. I come with *parrhesia*, with open speech, with the freedom of a covenant child before a covenant Father. The blood of Jesus is my legal weapon against accusation. I overcome by the blood of the lamb and by the word of my testimony. And I declare that the accuser of the brethren has no case against me in any court, natural or spiritual. That is my legal standing. That is my confession. That is the verdict the blood rendered, and that is the verdict I enforce today and every day in the name of Jesus."

Say it again if you need to. Say it louder if the accuser is still whispering. The blood does not grow tired of speaking on your behalf, and you must not grow tired of agreeing with what it says. This is not a one-time declaration. This is a daily posture. This is the new creation life lived from the inside out. From the verdict outward into every visible circumstance, from the blood-sealed reality of heaven into every detail of your life on earth.

Now, before you go, I want you to do something simple in the comments below this video. Type this: "The blood covers me." Just those four words. When you type that into the comments, you are doing two things. You are adding the word of your testimony to what the blood is already saying, exactly as Revelation 12:11 describes. And you are declaring to every person who scrolls through this comment section that there is a people on this earth who know their covenant rights and are not ashamed to say so. Type it now. The blood covers me.

And if this teaching shifted something in your spirit today, if one of those seven functions landed in a place where you have been carrying a burden that was never yours to carry, share this video with someone who needs it. There is a believer in your circle right now who is limping through life with five chambers empty. Give them the key. Share this. Subscribe to this channel so you do not miss the next time we go deep into the legal covenant realities that most of Christianity has left on the table. You are not a beggar. You are an heir. You are not asking. You are enforcing. You are not hoping. You are standing. Stand your ground. The blood speaks for you.

If I may share something personal with you before we close. Walking in blood covenant reality is not something that clicks once and runs automatically. I will be honest with you. There are mornings I wake up and the first voice I hear is not the voice of victory. It is the voice of the day's problems pressing in. The weight of something I did not resolve yesterday. The feeling that I am not quite spiritual enough for the authority I just preached. And in those moments, I have learned one thing more than any other: the covenant does not require me to feel strong. It only requires me to agree with what the blood has already said. That is the lesson I carry into every day. Now, not the feeling of victory, but the choice of agreement. I have also learned that even mature believers stumble. And stumbling does not break the covenant because God walked it alone. The blood holds whether I feel it or not. And it will hold for you on the days you do not feel strong either. You are not alone in this. The indwelling presence is with you right now. Closer than any voice. Steadier than any feeling. Rest in that. He is enough.
