And in general, in this terminal or in this command line, you can do anything you want. You just need to know certain commands. Let's take an example. I want, for instance, to switch to the desktop. For this, I type the command change directory and type desktop. That's it, I've switched, I'm on the desktop. I can use the command ls to see what I have on this desktop. I can create a folder make directory, which will be called, for example, video. That's it, I have a folder on my desktop called video. If I want to delete it, accordingly, I will call the command remove with the flag rf video. And that's it, and it will be deleted. And I can press the up arrow and call the previous commands that I called before. For example, I will create the folder video again. You will say, my God, Artem, what are you showing us? This is such a piece of junk. I can create as many folders as I want on my desktop. Just with the mouse on the desktop. I can delete files, I can move them. Why is this command line needed? The thing is, there are a lot of different commands in the command line that can check. Internet speed, compress pdf, work with video, with photos, determine IP address and a ton of other things. But you need to know these commands. And ordinary users don't know them. But I brought you a terminal on steroids. It's called warp. It has built-in artificial intelligence models. So that you can perform any tasks related to the terminal without knowing the terminal commands. For example, I say delete the folder. On the desktop. And I just drag this folder. It's called video. I drag it, and it will delete it. That is, it will write a command that will delete it. Most likely, it will be rm, rf, yes, video. That is, the command that I used before. Super, it deleted it. Now I can say, create a folder on the desktop. And let's write in Russian video. And it will create it. Again, it will suggest some command that I, let's say, didn't know. And it will work. But this is all nonsense. Because I can say, this video needs to be made 10 seconds long and square. Without sound. And I drag it. And press send. And it finds a command, or a library, or a program that will do with this video what I said. Everything at once. Both crop, and remove sound, and what else did I ask for? 10 seconds of video. And in the video folder, it remembers the context, that I just created the video folder. And it put the video into this video folder, which became square, without sound, and 10 seconds long. Although initially it had sound. How to make it so that... And horizontal. And it plays for some minutes. And you understand that you can do anything you want. For example, extract the sound from this video. Yes, first it's better to write the command. Extract. Extract the sound from this video in the format, well, for example, mp3. I don't even need to specify this video again, because it will remember which video we were processing before. But I will explicitly indicate that this video, I need to extract mp3 from it. Okay, I know, you won't be impressed by some video processing. Let's do something else. For example, I have a guide in pdf format, which weighs 125 megabytes. It weighs a lot. I want to compress it. I say, compress this pdf file. Without loss of quality. And I drag the link to this pdf file. It will do, let's say, a new dialog. It starts a new dialog and in it it will find a command for processing the pdf file. Let's see. It's finding tools that are already in mac. And our task, for example, is to simply confirm, auto-confirm, so that it executes all the necessary commands itself. Here it has executed them. Here on my desktop a compressed file has already appeared. But it's not finished yet. That is, the process is still ongoing. In the end, it will say that I have finished the work and compressed this file. It will give some mini summary. But I already see that the file is ready. And if I open it now, it will be 2.3 megabytes in size. That is, it compressed it a lot. I feel that it's really heavily compressed. But the quality remained the same. The first picture there was blurred. But the rest of the pictures were normal. And here, 126 megabytes turned into 2.3 megabytes. And you can do anything you want. Well, here's an error, right? Escaping something there. It will need to iterate through these commands. It will prompt and help itself. But in the end, I will likely have this video on my computer. But the point is, if you have some task, it is most likely solved through the terminal. That is, you can do all the same things that you do in some online services.
