[Music] [Music] She emerged from within [Music] me like a goddess from [Music] water. She filled her lungs with new air with a sigh that meant [Music] everything: relief, rebirth, release. She took in the world around her with an understanding of its fragility and strength. She let the waters of her past run down her face. She took on a new name. She took on a new way. She became whole. She lives in me. She saved me. She is me. [Music] Come. [Music] [Music]
Hello, gorgeous goddesses of the Fem Fatal program! Oh my goodness, I am happy to see you. I have some announcements for you. So normally, here's how things go with this program. We go a month, and then there is a continuation that goes kind of week to week until the next round, and then we complete. But Nicole and I have been feeling something a little different for this round, and so I want to share with you what's coming and how you can prepare for it. And I'm excited to tell you what it is.
So for this round, what we realized is that the deeper we go into the actual coaching of this program, the deeper you guys are really opening up and sharing. And I think in the history of this program, this is the one where we've received the deepest feedback. So although we've always had the "I love this program," this is really the one where it's like, "Okay, I'm really doing this, and I got this far, and then I got stuck," or "I did it, but then now I feel this." Like, I can really tell the work is being done actively. And so what we've decided that we want to do is we are going to be doing a Goddess Week in the summer. And so this program, instead of it being more like, you know, a weekly continuation for a year, how it's going to go is six months of continuation with Nicole to deepen everything you've learned here. And then in the summer, we're going to have this like Summer Goddess uh intensive, which is going to be a part of your program. So instead of tomorrow being a completion call, tomorrow is going to be more of a like opening the field so that you're really playing in the field in this program for the next few months.
Now, why I think this is so powerful. I did something like this in my Exponential Wealth program, where instead of just closing the doors, we've opened up and we've kept kind of going in the energy. And I feel like we have gone so much further because we've done this. And for the right clients, the people who really do the work and don't just like buy the program and watch it, but that actually do the program, this feels really exciting for us. Like, we want to take you as far as you're willing to go. Now, it will still be that the program is one year access from, uh, when we began in February. So next year in February, that'll complete the year. It won't like be one year from the summer, but the year, the week in the summer will be included. You'll have six months to those replays if you don't decide to continue for another round after that.
So today's module is a really important piece of the puzzle, and it's one that's going to help you in the next few months between rounds, like between now and the summer, the Goddess of Summer. Uh, we're going to, I, I really, this is what I want you guys to work on, and this is really where you're going to see where your growth and your evolution is as far as everything that you're learning. So I've contemplated a lot of your answers, and something that comes back a lot is like, "How I get it, and then how do I take care of it?" "I get it, but then how do I take care of it?" And so the real truth in this is that the only real way to take care of it is to process it. Which means when the feelings come up, you've got to breathe through them. You've got to have a conversation as the goddess to the baby goddess. You've got to actually contemplate it and think about it instead of pushing it down or not wanting to think about it.
So until before the program, can you tell that you would very easily, if something came up that you didn't like, just kind of say, "Oh, I don't want to think about that. Let's not think about that." That it would be very easy to just say, "Okay, no, no, we don't like. Let's not think about that today. Let's be positive." Like, there's no, "Let's not think about that." Like, very easy to more so want to say, "Let's not think about it," then instead saying, "Okay, let's carve out some time to face this." So the, this is, this is the process that I feel is the most powerful. And this, I'm so happy for those of you who've just jumped into House of O and AF, and I have like a whole year with you to do all kinds of other stuff because this process is going to help you in every program that I teach you. This is like the core, the core.
So some of you have heard me speak about the "I'm all right, I'm okay." Right? If you watch the baby goddess replay, when I was sleeping the front seat in my car, the big thing I used to say to myself over and over again, not knowing what I was really doing when I was doing it, I just kept repeating, "We're okay. We're all right." I had a little song I'd sing to myself: "We're okay. We're all right." And the feeling that this really gave me, without knowing what I was doing, is I was repeating to myself in moments of intense chaos that I was safe. And for us women, this is where it all boils down to: Do I feel safe? And when you can stretch your ability to feel safe, you change your life.
So this is, this is what it, it looks like. Do I feel safe to be intimate? Do I feel safe to be naked? Do I feel safe to be attractive? Do, do I feel safe to be sexy? Do I feel safe to be loved? Do I feel safe to love? Do I feel safe to be touched? Do I feel safe to touch? Do I feel safe to be magnetic? Do I feel safe to be seductive? Do I feel safe to be seen? Do I feel safe to be held? Do I feel safe to be led? Do I feel safe to be thin or or curvy, juicy? Do I feel safe to be vibrant and and magnetic? Do I feel safe to be rich? Do I feel safe to be powerful? Do I feel safe to be a leader? Do I feel safe to be a friend? Do I feel safe to be a daughter? Do I feel safe to be a mother? Do I feel safe to be a wife? When you start asking yourself these questions, you're going to realize that the majority of our issues boil down to the fact that something in there kind of feels like no. When you really push it, when you really go into it.
So when you imagine this goddess energy, do I feel safe to be goddess-like? Do I feel safe to sway my hips when I walk? Do I feel safe to walk with my chest out? Do I feel safe to walk around with a smile? Do I feel safe to have my ankles or my legs showing? Do I feel safe to be free? Do I feel safe to be myself? Do I feel safe to be vibrant? Do I feel safe to be alone? Do I feel safe? And when we really ask ourselves these questions, sometimes there's a, a little bit of a block, and there's an old memory that might come up. Or, uh, maybe not because of, dot, dot, dot. But what I found actually hits home even more than asking yourself the question is trying to say it with all of your truth.
So where a lot of people search for answers is with a question mark. They say, "Am I safe to be loved?" And they say, "I think so." This is a very cerebral thing. You ask yourself a question, and then you try to answer. So what I found is the fastest gateway to to know is to take yourself through a process where you say these things. You say, "It's safe to be touched. It's safe to be sexy. It's safe to be magnetic. It's safe to be alone. It's safe to be thin. It's safe to be curvy. It's safe to be rich. It's safe to be powerful. It's safe to be led." And when you sit, say those things, if you really say them with all of your heart, you will be able to feel whether you actually mean that or not. The journey of the goddess is to be able to get to a place where everything that you say feels true. The goddess feels safe to be everything.
Now, there has been a time in your life where maybe it did not feel safe. It did not feel safe to be alone. When you're a little kid, you're left alone in your house as a little kid, that does not feel safe. But as a grown-up, does it feel safe to be alone? When you're a little kid, it is not safe to be touched before if you don't want to be touched. It's not safe to be touched. And so for a lot of women, the issue is that these questions aren't being answered from the goddess. They're being answered from the baby goddess or the young woman who really had things happen that, no, it wasn't safe. It's not what she wanted, and it wasn't safe. But with the goddess, what we're wanting to bring back together, what we're wanting to reconnect is that it's safe for me to have what I want, even if there have been past experiences where I received things I didn't necessarily want. Even though it was not safe to be alone, or it was not safe to be loved, or it was not safe to be to trust when you were younger, as the baby goddess, before you understood your intuition. And you can still have operated in baby goddess up until yesterday, you know what I mean? Like, baby goddess doesn't just mean you're a kid. It means that you operate in your life based on, "I don't want to get in trouble. I feel like I should. I feel like I have to. I'll, I, I'm not like, I'm a nice person. I, I, I don't want anything bad to happen to anybody that I love. I, I, I don't want to be wrong. I, I feel like it's my fault." So you can have operated in baby goddess up until yesterday. Like, it, there is no, because you were little, you were baby goddess, and then you grow up, and all of a sudden you were goddess. Because there's no right of passage until we actually understand our power, the magic on legs power. It does start to feel like there's no way out until we have the right of passage.
Now, what's more extraordinary than this? And what I really profoundly believe is that women really are supposed to be extremely wealthy. And we're supposed to be extremely wealthy because if the answer to your question is, "Is it safe to be alone?" and the real answer is no, then you can get bodyguards that will follow you wherever you want. No problem. It's safe to be rich? No. Well, you can get an entire team of people that are completely all working for you, and all have all this different codes of ethic, and you have got bodyguards everywhere. And like, what is it that's not safe? You eventually, if you are able to have everything that you need in order to feel safe, you're the boss. When you're the boss, you are the goddess and the badass. You can get anything done. You can have whatever you need in order to feel the way you want to feel. But what we want is to get to this place of internal safety.
And so beyond the, "If I'm sexy, could something bad happen to me?" It's more like, "If I'm sexy, do I remember bad things that happened to me? Or do I fear that bad things will happen to me? Or do I imagine that people will look at me a certain way?" Instead of, "Is this a part of me that I'd love to to touch?" And it doesn't necessarily mean you're going to walk around the entire planet everywhere you go being like a little sex kitten. But it does mean that there may be a piece of you craving in your life to be allowed to be completely free in your body, totally unleashed, to actually have no more blocks around your sexuality, your intimacy, not feeling awkward or out of place, that you can totally own that completely unleashed part of you. Is it safe to do that? You have to. You have the only way to really do it is to repeat.
So what I would suggest for you, and this is, these things are going to deepen throughout the course of your practicing of this program, but there are things that maybe come to you easily that when I said, "Is it safe to be loved?" you're like, "Yeah, I've been married for 25 years. We love each other so much. So safe to be loved." And then someone else in here is like, "It isn't safe to be loved because when people love me, I break their heart. Or it isn't safe to be loved because then I feel pressure that I have to do things for them, and I can't get out of it, and I feel like being loved makes me manipulated easily, and then I lose myself. And I'd rather not be loved." You know, for someone it might be, "Is it safe to be touched?" And someone's like, "Is it safe? Honey, it's my full-time job. I love it." And someone else is like, "Nope, definitely not. Like, just the thought of it makes me really uncomfortable. I haven't been intimate in years." So not all of them will apply to you. You're going to find that some things for you actually feel really, "Yes, it's safe. It's safe to be magnetic. It's safe to be seen. It's safe." And then there's others where it's very clear that when you attempt to repeat them over and over again, eventually there's a block.
Now, what makes this really powerful is not just saying it one time. The process that I suggest for you is going through all the ones that I said. And if you come up with other ones, you can absolutely add them to your list. But to practice going on like a, almost a meditation. You can do this before you're going to sleep or in the morning when you're just waking up. And I want you to try repeating the sentence to see if you really agree with it many times. And when I say many, I mean until it's weird, and then more. Because if you really don't get any "yah, buts," there's none of them. No matter how often you say it with full conviction: "It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate. It's safe to be intimate." You say it over and over again, and no memory comes up, no block comes up, nothing comes up. You'll be like, "Okay, this one feels solid for me." And you'll go through all of them until you find the ones that bring you just a little like, "Oh, now that you mention it, remember that one time where as soon as you had money, you had to give it to everybody?" And so, "Safe to be rich?" Or like, "Remember that one time where you felt really magnetic and thin, and then that happened, and then since you've shut your magnetism down and you've changed your body, that stuff's not happened again?" So this feels safer. Oops.
Okay, well, the more you say it, the more you're going to enter the subconscious mind. So in your conscious mind, you might actually find that everything's safe. You might be like, "Yeah, sure." But when you repeat something, almost like a chant, when you repeat something over and over and over again until it hits your subconscious, it starts to bring things up. And you've got to know you're safe because you're safe. Like, you do this in your home, in your bed, where you're safe to feel. The only thing it will bring up is feelings of not feeling good. And these are the ones that you're going to want to tap about, that you're going to want to do breathwork about to really process the feelings. Because in order to have a life that's entirely free, free to be exactly what you want to be, free in everything, free to love without doubt, free to fall head over heels in love and know, "I'm either the one or the one who got away." Free to be the kind of friend you've always dreamt of being and knowing, "I'll be the best friend I can possibly be because if anything ever didn't work out, I'll never regret how much I loved. I'd be okay no matter what." Free to earn as much money as you want, free to have as much power you as you want, free to be completely playful and magnetic.
You might find when you think about it, "Is it safe to be magnetic?" You might say, "You know what? No. Because I have a feeling based on the way my relationship is right now, if I were more magnetic, I wouldn't trust myself not to cheat. If I don't get any attention, it's easy for me to stay on the right course. But if I suddenly became this like magic on legs sex symbol and I got attention from the kind of people who make my heart race, I don't know if I would actually be able to stay faithful in my marriage. I might sway. I don't know. I don't know if I'm all of a sudden this empowered, limitless creature, if I'm actually fulfilled." And I'm too afraid to find out.
Now, the thing is, the journey of the goddess is your life at the end of the day. Yes, there'll be the things that you do, and yes, there'll be the things that you have. But the memories that you will keep for the rest of your life are goddess memories. We anchor in our memories in life based on our senses and our emotions. You'll remember how something smelled, how something tasted, the touch of something, the sound of something. Like, you will remember from your senses, and you will remember from your emotions. The goddess is the one that creates all the memories. And so you want to live a full goddess life because at the end of the day, when it's all said and done, it's the goddess that writes your story for you.
Now, I learned something that completely changed the course of my life and how I lived it. Something that really, really got me, and it, it really has changed the way that I do life. So when we die, there are seven minutes of brain activity. And it's been told that these seven minutes basically are like a highlight reel of your life. And so your greatest memories, or your most potent memories, or whatever wants to come through for you at the end, it's about seven minutes. And it's like your final curtain call. And so when I heard this, I was like, "It's as if you live your entire life for a seven-minute performance." It's like you, you, you do everything. You, you show up for everything. You love as often and as deeply as you can. You play to win as often and as bravely as you can. You try things and you win, and you try things and you fail. You have memories of walking and running and skiing and swimming and flying in an airplane and arriving somewhere you've never seen before. You have memories of someone you love running into your arms, of "I love yous," of laughter, of sadness, of like, you have all these memories. And at the end of the day, the highlight reel of your life will flash before your eyes, and at the end, you will say, "That was it."
And so I started contemplating my actual life. Like, am I consciously creating those seven minutes? Or have I never even thought about the beauty that I'm creating? The fact that I'm living my life not just for now, but for that beautiful seven-minute performance? Like, every beautiful part of my life is mine now. And then at the end. And so often now, something beautiful will happen in my life, and I'll say, "I feel like that, that's a seven-minute kind of moment." And you, and your life, probably already have a bunch of them. You have a bunch of memories in your mind about the greatest love affair of your life, about those of you who are mothers, when you found out you were pregnant, or, you know, memories with your parents, or just beauty that you've seen in your life, romance, achievements. Yes, but the feeling inside of being so proud of yourself. Like, you already have such beautiful memories in your life.
Now, often people have expressed to me over the course of my life, "You've got to let go of the past. You've got to let go of the past." And you've got to live for the present. And I really contemplated that because I'm like, "How long does the present moment actually last?" Like, how long is the present? Like, when my hand was up, back to the past already. So how long does it last? And I can change the path. Like, I can change what's happening. But also other people can change it for me. Like, I could be, life could be exactly one way, and all of a sudden something happens that's completely out of my control, and all of a sudden my life just changed. So how do I live fully in the present when the present isn't even in my control? And if my life is only about the present, it's only like, like I'm not even through my sentence yet.
And so I contemplated, I'm like, "Okay, so life's about building the future. And it's about being in the present." I'm like, "Okay, but the thing is, we have absolutely no guarantee in the future. None whatsoever." The future is like a gift every time it comes because none of us have it for sure. So the future is this concept. Because the other part I've contemplated for a very long time is, how come the future never actually looks the way I thought the future would really look like? It doesn't. It doesn't come the way I thought it would. It, it doesn't look the way I thought it would, and it doesn't feel the way I thought it would. Like, I don't know about you, but when I was a little kid, if you would have asked me what my life would have been like at this age, this is not what I would have imagined exactly. Like, I couldn't have imagined this. This is, this is. But even just last week or the week before, if you would have asked me, "Describe exactly what's going to happen in two weeks," I also could not have done that. There's a lot of things that have changed even in the past couple of weeks. Weeks. So how much can you really plan for the future? You can vision cast and you can think about things that you want in the grand, grand future, but you can't live your life for the future. You can't live your life for the present if it's going to go like this. Like, that's just, yes, you've got to be present, but it's just gone.
So what are we really building? What's the thing that's actually ours? Our entire life is the past. And when I, I started looking at it, looking at it this way, the present can't be changed, but it's the only time I can affect change. And the past is the only thing I actually have. So I want to find a way to make peace with my past for the things that I didn't realize I had more ownership of, or things that happened to me in ways that really hurt me. But I want to fall in love with collecting the greatest moments of my life in the past, and I want to keep them forever. Like, this is my life. I built that. Every brave moment, every moment of forgiveness, every "fall to your knees and gratitude" kind of moment, every "butterfly love affair, can't get my mind off of you" kind of moments. Those are my life. Every, "I'm, I'm so excited to see you. I've missed you. I love you. This is the best night of my life." All those moments, that's my life.
And so wouldn't it make more sense that we actually learn how to move the energy that's not what we want to remember forever, and move the energy and make peace with what happened and say, "Look, that happened, but that's not how I choose to remember my whole life. It's a piece of the puzzle, but and I can process it, and I can remove it. I can remove the blocks from it. And let me look at the beauty of my past that I've built, that I love, that I'm grateful for. And let me love my past. Let me look at it like, this is what I'm building in the end. This is what I have." I'm like, "Why would you want to delete your past when you think about it?" You know, there is a day that, you know, no, makes me, someone in the past. There is your first kiss. But there will be a day you have your last kiss. That will be in your past. For some of you, your greatest friends are already in the past. Your parents are in the past. Your little kids, the way you remember them at the beginning, tiny, they live exactly the way they were forever in the past, untouched in the past. How could you ever want to forget that?
So we want to make peace with the past so that it becomes your greatest collection. And the highlight reel being the seven minutes of gold, this highlight reel at the end of seven minutes. Now, the more you block your life, and the more you put in defense mechanisms, and you say things like, "It's not safe to be intimate. It's not safe to love. It's not safe to be touched. It's not safe to have money." If you were to keep those, you would alter your potential past because it would mean that what's coming is not your full potential life. It's, it's changed because of difficult things in the past. So this means the hardest things in your past limit your life. And at the end of your life, when you look back backwards, there's things you'll never have let yourself do again. And this often happens. And when I speak to my clients that are, you know, in their 60s and 70s, they'll sometimes share with me, "I wish I would have taken this program sooner because I can already see how many years I did not let myself feel those things." And I made peace with the fact, "I just never feel love again," or "I'd never be touched again," or "never be in love again," or "I'd never feel vibrant again." Like, I actually made peace with that. That all that would never happen again in my life because it didn't feel safe. It didn't feel safe to go through that pain again. Doesn't feel safe to love because last time I loved, I lost.
So what we really want is to reopen the youthful, endless possibilities of the goddess. Most incredible part about the goddess is that she is just as beautiful, just as powerful, and just as magnetic in her young years of womanhood as she is through her matriarch years, through the finish line she holds. She's like Mother Nature. She's the wind in in her hair, and the the Earth beneath her feet, and the waters that streamed down her face. Like, she's alive. She is the grandest expression of life for for her whole life. It doesn't end unless she decides it's no longer safe, whether she decides that that's just in the past and it can no longer be. And so I want to open the gateway to your greatest life. Hasn't even started yet. Like, you have so many incredible memories in your past, but only a fraction of these that's already past is going to make it to your seven minutes. The best of them, you haven't even lived yet. For some of you, your greatest love affairs, you haven't lived yet. For some of you, your most powerful years, your most abundant years, you haven't lived yet. Like, there is so much in your future. And that future becomes your life if you allow it. But if we use the past to protect ourselves, then we limit what's possible for our life story.
What I, what I know is that I want to live a life where when it gets to the end, at whatever point it is, I get to look back and say, "That was master." And what really helped me change my ways is that I realize that I'm not, I'm not the only one with a seven, seven-minute movie reel. You also all have one. Kevin has one. Kevin's parents have one. Shannon has one. My sister, her little boy Frankie, he'll have a seven-minute reel. Like, all of us have a seven-minute reel in the making. And sometimes you make it into other people's seven-minute highlight. Sometimes, in the way that you love, in the way that you light up a life, in the way that you breathe life into a friendship, and the way that you let a person feel loved from the top of their head to the tip of their toes, you end up being a slice of their final performance. And that really got me because I don't just want to have beautiful seven minutes for me. I want to leave a firework show in every life I touch. Not like in a people-pleasing kind of way, like in a life-changing kind of way. And to live that way has changed my entire life. It's not just about me and my seven minutes. It's about about my contribution in in Kevin's life, in my family's life, in my friends' life, and your life. Like, if your life is actually genuinely changed by this work, and your seven-minute highlights, I'll be there saying something silly or telling you, "I love you. You're beautiful, and you smell nice." Because that's what this life is all about. It's like, "Did I live? Really? Did I live? And did I let myself feel? Really? Did I really come alive in my life? Did I, did I do it all?" And if you can be the reason someone says yes to that question, you will, you will make it. And their highlight reel. And that has become one of my most precious things. And I'm reading your comments, it's making me cry more. But this is really what it is for me. It's like, it's so much bigger than pleasing. Pleasing is the bottom of the barrel. The goddess doesn't care about pleasing. She cares about leaving a mark forever. And the only way you can really leave a mark that's beautiful forever is to work on how deeply you can love, on how much you allow yourself to forgive, on how open and willing you are to let people come in and change, change your life, how much you believe in people and the goodness of their heart and their power with no biases because of past hurt. Like, actually let people be the one in your life. And when you can live like this, everything means more. It's like you amplify your existence.
So it is important on this journey that the goddess is capable of having the strength of cutting out the people that are not good for her, or that, or to be able to set boundaries with people when she's people-pleased in the past, or to be able to forgive people that she's held bad feelings about and release them, but still forgive them, let them go. It's important that she be squeaky clean. It's important that she have strong boundaries. It's important that she keeps close to her the people that she wants to change their life, and not just to keep people around just because she doesn't want to look bad, or because she doesn't want to be judged, or because, what about what people think? It's safe to be strong. It's safe to have boundaries. It's safe to walk away. It's safe to forgive. It's safe to make peace. And it's safe to walk away. It's safe to make up. It's safe to break up. And to actually be led by the real magic that you are, which is, "Is this actually going to create the most beautiful life? Is this the most beautiful, powerful life I can build? Or is this my fear?"
In the ideal scenario, you have the kinds of friendships that you can entirely lose yourself in and find yourself in. You fall in love in ways that are like, you can't tell anymore where love started and where where it ended. It just feels like it's just always been that person, even if you meet them halfway through your life or in the last, on the back nine of your life. It doesn't matter. It's as if they're the only person that you've ever loved in that moment. Like, all the love in your heart can go to them, no matter how much you've been hurt by anybody else in the past. There's so much space for you to love. Ideally, you're able to handle yourself when your kids can't handle themselves, and you do not take it personally because you know they don't know what you know yet. You're able to forgive your mom for not being perfect. You're able to forgive your dad for not being perfect. And there's actually a liberation. Like, you don't need that baby goddess to have the parents that know what to do anymore. It's your turn to build the life you want, to put in it exactly what you want. And for that, you've got to check with yourself deep down in your truth if you actually feel safe to do that. And you ask yourself as a real grownup. Because anytime someone limits themselves to anything, it's a first date. But I don't want to get excited. We've only been seeing each other for a few months, so I don't want to get my hopes up. We've said "I love you," but things are still relatively new. I mean, yes, she's a good friend, but you never know. I, I would love to be successful, but, you know, you never know for sure. I'd love to be rich, but haven't figured it out yet. I want to, but, you know. As long as you do that, you're not all in.
And what really changes the world on a massive scale are the people who are diving into their lives head first because they can handle it. No one is guaranteed that it's going to be okay. No one is guaranteed that it's going to be easy. No one is guaranteed that they've cracked the code. No one is guaranteed of that. But eventually, you start to get it. Even if it didn't work, I'd be okay. It's safe to fail. It's safe to fall. It's safe to hurt. It's safe to be disappointed. If you could have safety in everything that matters to you, you could have anything you want in this world because you'd be willing to go for it, no matter what. And I really think that's what the purpose of life really is, is to go for what you want with the same passion and the same belief that you had when you were a little kid in your innocence. Like, "I believe, and I have my whole life to figure it out." So what if it happens in 10 years from now? As long as it happens. Because the crazy thing about the present that I found, and I'm sure you can agree with this, is no matter when it is, the present, it always just feels like now. Like whether you succeed today, now, or in a week, now, or in a year, now, when the now comes, it will only feel like now. So our work is to give it everything we've got until the now comes, the now that we deserve, the now that we desire, the now that we long for, live for, and want from the bottom of our hearts. But like, when that now comes, you won't worry so much about how old you are. Once you have it, it'll feel like it was the perfect timing.
So are you willing to go all in? And and to say, "Every little memory in the meantime, every little thing that I do, if I do it beautifully, if I, like in how we spoke about it in the program, if I romanticize my life, then even if the thing doesn't work out, all the memories that I did along the way, I get to keep." Every laughter, every light-hearted day, every time I got all dolled up like it was going to be the most important date of my life, every time I did everything I did with all my heart, I keep those memories. Those are mine. It's not just about the one day that it works. It's about the entire life you have that leads up to those moments. So what I want to build with you over the next few months is more of yourself than you have ever been in whatever area of life you want to bring to the table. I want you to actually enjoy living. Like, life happiness metrics, a new, a new kind of way to decide whether life is successful or not. Like, life fulfillment, life happiness fulfillment metrics. "Today was an incredible day." "Why?" "What happened?" "Absolutely nothing." "Are you happy?" "Happy." And to live by that. What are the things that make you so happy? Like, as simple or as grand as you want them to be, it doesn't matter. But that this, "Today took my breath away. This happened. This happened. This happened. This happened. This happened." And I want you to just see how much your life can change if you start living for seven minutes.
It's in the, before you leave without thinking, you actually give your partner a kiss for the ages. It's instead of telling the kids, "Okay, go to sleep, everybody, go to sleep." You actually go and you tuck them in, and you look at their little faces, and you realize this is the youngest they will ever be. And this is the truth. Even when your young adults come over for dinner, and you see their little faces behind the grown-up faces, and you let yourself feel what you feel because it's beautiful. And they say, "Why are you crying, Mom?" And you say, "It's my goddess. It's all good. I'm having a seven-minute kind of moment. I don't think I'll forget this moment." It's letting it touch you, really touch you, and be happy that you let it touch you because you know you put it somewhere in your past that you will will not forget. And when pain arises, 'cause it will, instead of allowing that to ever become a limitation, you see it, you process it until you can actually say, "I'm okay." Because if you can get to that "I'm okay," then you did not put yourself in a feeling of not safe, and you're able to release what could have become a trauma. Whether it's a bruise or a cut. For those of you who have nieces and nephews, it's the same kind of thing. Doesn't even need to be your own kids. But just watching life pass, even your friends, if you go, you know, have a girls' weekend, and you've had the same friends for a long time. Your partner, if you've been married for a long time, like, when's the last time you looked at the new gray hairs and the new little lines and you say, "Wow, we're growing up." Like, take the minute. Take the time. Because you will never regret doing that. Never. It's an, just a little bit extra long hug because you're like, "I'm saving this one." Just a little couple of seconds longer because I, I'm saving this one. And watch your life catapult. Because there is no greater thing in this world than people who live with all of their heart. It is the greatest magnetism. It is the most beautiful thing on this planet. And people are drawn to it for the real reasons. Like, a lot of people wonder, "How do you create magnetism?" Stop blocking what makes you a magnet and shutting down and loving a little less and being a little less self-expressed and trying to make sure people don't see you or want you or notice you. If you can be safe in all of it and you let it down, you will become the greatest magnet. And the best thing about being a magnet is that it, it reminds other people that they are also. It's like the power in me sees the power in you, and the beauty in me sees the beauty in you.
So your homework for this session is to really sit with yourself. You might need to relisten to the beginning because the beginning is an important piece of it where you're going to go through the "Is it safe?" and as many can come to your mind as you can possibly think about. Is it safe? All the things you wish you had, all the things you deeply want. Is it safe? And then allow yourself to just work through it until you can get to like, "Yes, and I have my life back. Let me go love like I've never been brokenhearted. Let me go build something like I've never failed. Like, let me go live like I never gave up on living." You will feel younger than you've ever felt. You will feel vibrant and alive. Like the rest of your life is going to be the best of your life. And that is the way the goddess really feels.
So I'm excited for tomorrow. Nicole and I are both going to come on tomorrow. She's also got processes coming for you in the next couple of days. And then we'll explain to you exactly how the process is going to go for the next few months. We're going to give you dates for the summer and when that week is going to be so you can mark your schedules in advance. And we are going to build together the strongest proof of concept of this work. The goal is not to wait till the summer. The goal is to build until the summer that your nervous system, that your heart, that your emotions have never been more alive by the time we hit that summer week. Because I've got something really beautiful planned. So I love you. I'm sending you so much love and power, and I shall see you tomorrow on our last call of this piece with me. [Music] [Music] She emerged from within [Music] me like a goddess from water. [Music] She filled her lungs with new air with a sigh that meant [Music] everything: relief, rebirth, release. She took in the world around her with an understanding of its fragility and its strength. She let the waters of her past run down her face. She took on a new name. She took on a new way. She became old. She lives in me. She saved me. She is me. [Music] Come. [Music] [Music]
