Don't scroll. This isn't just another video you stumbled across. This is something your heart was meant to hear right before you close your eyes tonight. Because deep down, your soul has been searching for a sign, for comfort, for peace. And this, this is that reminder you didn't know you needed.
You've been through a lot lately. Maybe no one knows the full story, not even those closest to you. But Allah knows. He's seen every moment. The silent tears, the tired eyes, the heavy thoughts, the battles you've fought without making a sound. You've been strong for too long. But tonight, Allah wants you to rest. Not just your body, but your heart.
You see, sometimes we go to bed feeling like we're falling behind in life. We scroll through highlight reels, comparing ourselves to others, feeling empty, feeling small. We wonder if we'll ever be enough. But here's the truth that breaks through all the noise. You are not behind. You are exactly where Allah wants you to be. Every delay, every closed door, every unanswered prayer, it's not rejection. It's redirection. It's protection. Allah knows what you don't. What you think is a setback is often him saving you.
You ask for peace. And sometimes he removes things that disturb your soul. Even if your heart doesn't understand it yet, and if your heart feels distant from him tonight, if you feel like you've sinned too much, wandered too far, remember this. Allah never turns away a heart that comes back to him. Never. The same Lord who turned night into day, who splits the sea, who softens the hardest hearts. That same Lord is waiting for you to whisper his name. Just one word. Ya Allah.
You don't need to know fancy duas. You don't need to be perfect. You just need to be real, open, honest, broken even. Because he loves the broken ones who come back to him who admit they can't do this alone. So tonight before you sleep, say this to him. Ya Allah, I'm tired. I've been trying so hard. I'm scared. I feel lost. But I know you see me. I know you haven't forgotten me. I know you still love me even when I've failed myself. Please forgive me. Please guide me. Please hold me through the night. Say it with your heart. Let the tears fall if they come. Allah counts each one. Not a single tear is wasted when it's for him.
And if you feel like you've been praying and nothing is changing, trust that the change is already happening inside you. Sometimes the delay is not because you're not heard, but because Allah is preparing you, molding you, strengthening your heart for something greater. What's written for you is already making its way to you. And what's not meant for you, no matter how much you wanted it, it's not a loss, it's a mercy. You might not see it tonight, but one day you'll look back and thank Allah for closing that door.
So breathe. You've made it this far. That alone is a sign of Allah's mercy. You're still here. You're still trying. That counts. That matters and that's beloved to Allah. Before you sleep tonight, make this moment count. Disconnect from the noise of the world and reconnect with the one who created your heart. Talk to him like a friend. Cry to him like a child. Trust him like a servant. And when your head hits the pillow, say Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel. Allah is enough for me and he is the best one to trust. Sleep knowing that the one who created the stars is watching over you. That angels are writing down your duas. That even when the world doesn't understand, Allah does. He's been with you every step of the way. He's with you now and he'll be with you tomorrow. Good night. Sleep with peace in your chest. Because Allah wants you to know he hasn't left you.
